Recently, the Big Brother located in One Avenue Zhuoyue Center in Futian, Shenzhen, offers Shaanxi cuisine with authentic taste and affordable price, which is worth a try.

We ordered several signature dishes, including the signature braised neck bones, three-line hand-rolled noodles in mushroom soup, tomato and egg noodles, signature roujiamo, grilled lamb skewers, bursting tofu and cabbage and pork dumplings. The total price for so many dishes is only $165, which is very cost-effective.

The signature Roujiamo has a crispy outer skin and juicy fillings inside, paired with a special sauce that’s satisfying when you bite into it. The cabbage and pork dumplings have a fresh and delicious filling, and they taste even better when paired with vinegar and chili oil.

In addition to roujiamo and dumplings, other dishes are equally delicious. The signature sauced neck bones are tender and the sauce is tasty; the three-line hand-rolled noodles in mushroom soup are chewy; and the grilled lamb skewers are fragrant and the meat is tender.

The restaurant uses electronic ordering, and payment is made immediately after ordering, which is very convenient.
