Shenzhen to see the exhibition | The rocker's "waves before and after waves"

|Rockman's "wave before and after wave." 🎸 “When the wave of the times comes, the story of the front wave becomes a classic, the exploration of the back wave opens a new chapter.” In Shenzhen K11 ECOAST’s “front wave and back wave” plateau & Li Xiaoliang’s double solo exhibition, we can feel this wave from Chinese rock.

🎞️ Teacher Gao Yuan used the camera to freeze almost all important Chinese rock music events and figures from the 1990s until now. The passion of Hung Hom 1994, the dream of the musician's fingertips on stage, and the cheers and emotions of those returns were included in the screen. Standing in front of his works, you can see the highlight moments of Black Panther, Dou Wei, and the Tang Dynasty Band on the stage.

📷Li Xiaoliang uses a unique perspective to show the collision and integration of contemporary society and culture. The works in this exhibition span several years and are very unique. Under his lens, the spirit of rock and roll was given a new connotation, no longer just the madness on stage, but also the thinking behind it about life, about the world.

✨This double solo exhibition is like a dialogue across time and space. The plateau represents the solid front wave in the development of rock and roll, while Li Xiaoliang is the back wave with new perspectives and ideas. The two collide to give us a more holistic understanding of rock and roll, understanding the relationship between music and life.
