Shenzhen's Old Beijing Copper Pot Lamb Hotpot

I used to visit Leyan Old Beijing Copper Hotpot (Air China Store), but recently I found that it has moved to the nearby Shanghai Hotel and is now called Shanghai Hotel Store. The new store is decorated in a fashionable and youthful style, giving people a brand new feeling, but the food standard has not changed. This time we specially went to this new store to try it out. We ordered two hand-cut grassland fresh lamb and a one-meter-long lamb roll, and added a portion of Old Beijing crispy tripe. The side dishes also ordered Beijing-style sauerkraut, sugar garlic and ice tofu. We chose a small copper pot for one person, but here we use an alcohol stove instead of charcoal fire, and the effect is also good. The selling point here is the lamb supplied by their own ranch🐐. The two hand-cut lambs are very tender, with meat fragrance but not crispy, and the lamb rolls are rich in oil fragrance, served with fragrant sesame sauce and iced beer🍺, and those who like to eat shabu-shabu must be very satisfied😋. In addition to lamb, there are also beef🐂 and seafood🐟 options here.
