A wild mushroom stone pot chicken hotpot restaurant recently opened in Shenzhen's Happy Coast and is incredibly popular! This spacious and comfortable restaurant specializes in the freshest wild mushrooms, all cut to order. The mushrooms are harvested from the mountains of Yunchuan and flown in, then cooked in a Tibetan Medog stone pot, a legendary broth-preserving pot. The historic "Tibetan Medog Stone Pot" is protected by a National Geographical Indication designation. It cooks delicious food, a natural gift, and is healthy and delicious.
The [Highland Wild Mushroom Original Soup Signature Soup Base] uses more than a dozen wild dried mushrooms and 300-day-old free-range hens, simmered for four hours. No seasoning is added, resulting in a fresh, sweet, and delicious taste. This truly thoughtful and thoughtful approach is evident.
[Guangdong Qingyuan Chicken] uses free-range chicken raised in the forest for approximately 180 days, arriving fresh daily. The skin is golden, the meat is juicy, and the texture is firm, healthy, and nutritious.
The very special [Sashimi Shangri-La Matsutake] melts in your mouth, offering a unique natural flavor with a subtle pine aroma and a crisp, springy texture.
The [Black Truffle Lychee Shrimp Balls] are captivating, featuring lychees hanging from a large tree. The shrimp balls are full of flavor, have a springy texture, and are attractively colored.
Freshly Cut Marbled Beef The beef had a beautiful marbling pattern, and the texture was tender with a light, succulent aroma.
Each seasonal mushroom was generously portioned, including porcini, milk mushrooms, chanterelles, large white chicken mushrooms, torch chicken mushrooms, blue-headed mushrooms, yellow porcini, old man's head mushrooms, bamboo fungus queen, matsutake mushrooms, and shallots. The wild mushrooms were simmered in a Medog stone pot for 15 minutes, resulting in a rich, hearty soup. Each mushroom had a unique flavor and character.
Finally, we chose four refreshing, thirst-quenching drinks: [Passion Fruit Lemon Tea], which was refreshing and appetizing; [Baqi Bayberry], which had a rich, sweet and sour taste with a subtle fruity aroma; [Yellow Skin Fairy Wind], which was refreshing and delicious, with a unique aroma from the yellow skin; and [Yunnan Tamarind Juice], which was sour and sweet, with a unique flavor that was very thirst-quenching and flavorful.
