Easy-to-reach ancient town

Gankeng Ancient Town, in my opinion, is the busiest. As you enter the town from the main gate, you'll find tourists everywhere. There are numerous Hanfu rental shops, with a variety of styles displayed outside. Inside, women are sitting around putting on makeup, and throughout the town, many women are photographed in Hanfu. Women who want to experience Hanfu should visit the ancient town. If you have time, visit a few shops to browse the styles and choose the one that suits you!
We chose the Nanxianglou Art Hotel. The room was clean, and the surroundings were quite peaceful after dark. The hotel facilities were comprehensive. We tried the hotel's breakfast buffet that morning. While the variety was limited, it was more than enough to fill us up for the whole morning.
Since it's close to the Twenty-Four Histories Academy, we walked through the ancient town that evening. There were also many people taking photos and signing cards, many of whom were wearing Hanfu. The venue isn't very large, and the ticket prices are different in the evening and morning. Personally, I think the evening view, with the lighting, is truly even better than the morning view. There are several excellent restaurants in the ancient town, so feel free to choose your favorite. We chose Ezidao and tried several delicious dishes, including stir-fried cordyceps flowers, the signature roast goose, and a whole lychee-roasted chicken. They were all incredibly delicious!
If you enjoy the hustle and bustle of the city and want to immerse yourself in the ancient town, why not take a weekend trip to Gankeng?
