Visiting Suzhou in autumn is the real deal🍂 The maple leaves on Tiger Hill are stunningly beautiful, every snap looks like a masterpiece! I found a hidden beautiful empty pavilion, it feels amazing to have the whole maple forest to yourself～

📍Tiger Hill Scenic Area
Address: No. 8, Inside the Gate of Tiger Hill, Gusu District
⏰Note the time if you go now! From October 9th, the opening hours change to 7:30 AM - 6:00 PM. It’s best to enter before 3 PM for the best lighting.
🎫Ticket price: 70 RMB (cheaper if bought online in advance)

📸Photo Tips:
1⃣️The red maple forest under Yunyan Temple Pagoda is like a natural photo studio, wearing Hanfu here for photos is perfect.
2⃣️Find the hidden empty pavilion among the green trees! When sunlight filters through the leaves, it’s super dreamy (located on the small path west of Sword Pool).
3⃣️At the top, the Wangsu Terrace offers a panoramic view of Suzhou, remember to bring a telephoto lens.

🍁Recommended Route:
Enter from the North Gate → Yongcui Villa → Hanhhan Spring → Sword Testing Stone → Zhenniang Tomb → Thousand-Person Stone → Sword Pool → Tiger Hill Pagoda → Little Wudang → Exit from the South Gate

💡Tips:
• Wear comfortable shoes! Tiger Hill isn’t high but has many steps.
• Late October to early November is the best time to enjoy the maple leaves.
• There are vending machines in the scenic area but few snacks, so bring some snacks with you.
• For portrait photos, it’s recommended to wear white or beige tones, which match the red maple leaves perfectly.

🚌Transportation Tips:
Take Metro Line 2 to Shantang Street Station, then transfer to Bus Tour 1 directly to the site.
Parking is available at the South Gate of the scenic area, 10 RMB per time.
