Chimei Museum Raphael to Van Gogh Exhibition

"From Raphael to Van Gogh: Treasures from the National Gallery Collection" officially opened on May 1, 2024, at the Chi Mei Museum in Tainan. The historic National Gallery has celebrated its 200th anniversary with a series of grand touring exhibitions both in the UK and abroad over the past two years. This first-time exhibition in Taiwan features "Masterpieces from the National Gallery," showcasing 52 works from the National Gallery's collection spanning the 15th to 20th centuries. The exhibition, recreating a "miniature National Gallery," tells a fascinating story of Western art history from the museum's perspective.
