I took the high-speed train from Beijing to Tianjin — only around 30 minutes! 😍 Spent 2 nights here and honestly, this city is way more charming than I expected.
🌟 Attractions:
1. Italian Style Street – Felt like I was suddenly in Europe! Great for photos and cafes.
2. Five Great Avenues – Old colonial houses + quiet streets = perfect citywalk vibe.
3. Ancient Culture Street – Very local, lots of traditional snacks & handmade goods.
4. Porcelain House – A must-see! A crazy cool house entirely decorated with broken porcelain, glass, and antiques. Super unique and photogenic!
5. Tianjin Eye & Haihe River – Went around sunset — magical views! 🎡
🍴Must-Try Food:
• Goubuli Baozi – Iconic Tianjin buns, super juicy.
• Jianbing Guozi – Crispy egg crepe, my go-to street food.
• Mahua – Sweet fried twist bread, bought a few packs to bring home.
• Tianjin-style milk tea & local breakfast shops – surprisingly good!
🏨 Staying for 2 nights at Tianjin Jinwan Square Fifth Avenue Atour Hotel.
💞Reasons to Recommend: If you’re already in Beijing, this mini getaway is 100% worth it.
