An Izakaya-style restaurant with many branches, open 24 hours. "Isomaru Suisan" is a place I visited twice on this trip. I’m hooked on their grilled crab miso crab roe. It’s well-seasoned, fragrant, rich, and creamy—perfect mixed with rice. Besides the crab roe, I also love their shellfish menu. They offer many types of large, fresh shellfish with firm, chewy meat, straight from the tanks inside the restaurant. Grilled to a fragrant perfection, no dipping sauce needed—it’s delicious on its own. Other seafood dishes are just as fresh and appetizing.
They also have plenty of sushi, sashimi, rice bowls, and snacks.
