[Tokyo] Discovered a hidden gem in Ginza! Spacious private rooms like a traditional Japanese restaurant serving kaiseki cuisine

Ume no Hana, located on the 5th floor of the building opposite Ginza Loft 🥢
My mother recommended it and took me there, and there is a very spacious waiting area in front of the elevator with an atmosphere like a traditional Japanese restaurant that really lifts your spirits 🙌🏻✨
When we were guided to the private room, I was surprised again! It was very spacious and had automatic doors!! 😲
I can't believe such a space exists on top of a building! Perfect for business meetings and dinners 🤩
I had the Ume no Hana kaiseki course, which mainly features yuba (tofu skin). Everything was delicious and healthy, so I could eat a lot without feeling guilty 🩷
The portions were generous, and there were many creative dishes that yuba lovers will find irresistible!
There are various sizes of private rooms, and it seemed possible to book for quite a large group, so it felt very convenient and sure to be appreciated 🥰
The fresh wheat gluten dengaku was incredibly delicious!!
The course includes gratin, sticky rice, and dessert, making it a perfectly satisfying meal 🫶🏻
I definitely want to come back and recommend this place to others.

📍Location: 5F Ginza Namiki-dori Building, 2-3-6 Ginza, Chuo-ku, Tokyo
