A Hidden Slice of Tokyo History – Manseibashi Station 🚉✨

#hellohalloween

Tucked between Akihabara and Ochanomizu, the former Manseibashi Station is a beautifully preserved piece of Tokyo’s railway history.

Originally opened in 1912, this red-brick station was once a stop on the Chūō Line. Today, while the trains no longer stop here, the platforms, staircases, and arches remain—and have been transformed into a unique complex with cafés, shops, and exhibitions.

One of the highlights is the miniature diorama of the old station. With lighting that shifts from morning to night, it captures the magic of a day in Tokyo with incredible detail. You can almost hear the echoes of steam trains as you stand on the old platform.

Perfect for train lovers, architecture buffs, or anyone looking for a lesser-known historical spot in central Tokyo!
