The Adult-Friendly Disney? Oh Yes, It Exists! 🍸🏰

When I was in Tokyo, I had a choice: go to Disneyland or DisneySea. On one hand, I wanted to experience the fairy-tale atmosphere, but on the other, I was tempted by the more thrilling rides. I ended up choosing DisneySea, and I’m so glad I did.

As soon as I entered, I was amazed by the scale and attention to detail. The first thing you see is Venice, and while riding the gondolas, I truly felt transported there—it was incredibly realistic. Then, you find yourself in an American waterfront area. I’ve never been to the U.S., but it looked just like in the movies—perfectly styled signs, building details, and music. And that massive ship! You can actually walk around everywhere, not just look.

In a single day, you can explore Ariel’s castle, Aladdin’s fortress, Elsa’s palace, and so much more. Everyone talks about the long lines—and it’s true, that’s the only downside. I was alone, so I focused on the most thrilling rides: **Tower of Terror, Journey to the Center of the Earth, and Indiana Jones Adventure**. These are the most popular, with wait times up to 100 minutes.

I visited on an extremely hot day, so standing in line was sometimes a relief since the queues were indoors in air-conditioned spaces. Plus, the themed tunnels and corridors made the wait part of the experience.

For families with little kids, it might be tough—walking long distances and waiting in lines can be exhausting. Bringing your own snacks is a good idea to avoid extra queues at restaurants.

Overall, the park left a huge impression on me—it’s massive, incredibly clean, and the Japanese staff were always smiling, polite, and full of positive energy. DisneySea is truly one-of-a-kind! 🌊✨#disneysea
