Hey girls! 👋 Last week, my bestie Xiaoya and I just returned from Wuhan, where we stayed at the Atour X Hotel near Huanghelou Wuchang Station East Square. The whole experience was incredibly smooth, so I had to share our little moments of happiness. As besties, our trips must have comfy stays, fun activities, and delicious food—and this place checked all the boxes! Everything here is based on real experiences, no exaggeration!
Hotel Highlights: Convenient Location × Perfect Design 🏨
The location is absolutely unbeatable! Right at Wuchang Station East Square, just a 5-minute walk from the high-speed rail station—no hassle even with luggage 👣. The rooms are modern and minimalist, and my bestie gasped the moment we walked in: "This is so Instagram-worthy! 📸" The highlight? The ultra-soft mattress felt like sleeping on a cloud 😴—we slept soundly all night, and even my night-owl bestie had no dark circles! The service was thoughtful too; the front desk ladies helped us store our luggage for free and even gave us welcome fruits 🍓. The public area has a cozy coffee book bar ☕️, perfect for afternoon chats, and the compact gym was just right for our morning stretches 💪. Best of all, the soundproofing was great, so our late-night girl talks didn’t disturb anyone! The price was a steal at just 150 RMB per person per night!
Nearby Attractions: Huanghelou Visit × Riverside Strolls 🏯
The hotel is just a 10-minute walk from Huanghelou—so convenient! We climbed the tower with our bestie and marveled at the Yangtze River Bridge under the sunset clouds 🌅. Pro tip: Go around 4 PM for fewer crowds and better photos. We also biked along the Yangtze River Bridge 🚴♀️, laughing as the evening breeze blew through our hair, with the bridge lights sparkling romantically ✨. The sunflower field by Wuchang Riverside is now in full bloom❗️Walking into it felt like stepping into a golden dream, with layers of flowers stretching like waves. East Lake is about a 15-minute drive away—renting a boat to admire the lotuses was so healing, and we had a blast splashing water at each other 🛶. If you have extra time, hit Hubu Alley for food or take the subway to Qingchuan Pavilion for some history.
Nearby Eats: Wuhan Snack Heaven × Authentic Hot Dry Noodles 🍜
Foodie besties, this is your spot! The hotel is near a snack street, and we rushed to Cai Linji for their rich sesame hot dry noodles—so worth it 😋! We couldn’t stop munching on Zhou Hei Ya’s spicy duck necks while chatting. For dinner, we recommend the Sanxian Doupi (stuffed tofu skin) in Hubu Alley—crispy skin wrapped around fresh shrimp filling had my bestie screaming "OMG this is too good!" 🔥. For a fancier vibe, try Lao Jie BBQ’s grilled fish with beer 🍺—we giggled tipsily over our drinks. At just 30 RMB per person, we were stuffed! Late-night delivery of duck blood vermicelli soup in our cozy hotel room was the perfect end 💓.
In short, this bestie trip—from stay to play to eats—was all perfectly centered around Atour X Hotel! Great location, amazing experiences, and sweet memories. Highly recommended for all sisters planning a Wuhan trip! 👭 Grab your bestie and start planning!
