Dating from the Ming Dynasty, this is one of the oldest and best-preserved city walls in China. You can rent a bicycle and ride the entire 14-kilometer length, which offers panoramic views of the city.
Shaanxi History Museum: Housed in a Tang Dynasty-style building, this museum offers a comprehensive timeline of Chinese history, with over 370,000 artifacts from prehistory to imperial dynasties. Free tickets are available, but reservations are recommended.
