Hongcun: A Picturesque Town

If you're visiting Huangshan (Mount Huang), I highly recommend stopping by Hongcun, a charming town not far from there. This town exudes an ancient atmosphere with stunning traditional architecture and picturesque water reflections.

Even though I visited during a less scenic season, the beauty of Hongcun was undeniable. The photos I took there were so breathtaking that they almost seemed like AI-generated images—but no, it's just naturally that beautiful. The town's ambiance feels like stepping into a perfectly curated painting.

There are several spots worth visiting in Hongcun, and the town is easy to explore. A leisurely 2-3 hours is sufficient to enjoy its charm. However, if you have the time to stay overnight, you won't regret it.
