Located on the 19th floor of The Square Hotel in Minato Mirai, Oriental Beach Yokohama offers breathtaking panoramic views of the Bay Bridge and Yokohama Port. The elegant interior has an exotic, tropical flair — refined yet relaxing.

🍝 We ordered:
• Fresh Cream Pasta with Seasonal Mushrooms, Bottarga & Gorgonzola
• Eel & Parmesan Risotto “Hitsumabushi Style” with Dashi Broth

The pasta was beautifully creamy, with perfectly chewy noodles that held the sauce just right — rich, aromatic, and comforting. But the real star was the eel and Parmesan risotto — an unforgettable combination of flavors. Pouring the warm dashi broth over it mid-meal transformed the dish entirely, adding depth and umami that made it truly special.

It might still be a bit of a hidden gem, but it deserves way more attention — the food, the view, and the vibe are all spot on.
