The waterfall town called Furong 芙蓉镇 is a must visit!

If you travel to the Avatar Mountains (Zhangjiajie) in Hunan, China, you should definitely consider visiting this amazing place. It is called Furong Town and is located next to Zhangjiajie. You can easily reach it by train (about 30 minutes from Zhangjiajie). I recommend staying here for one night to see the beautiful nightview.

Many hotels have a balcony with a view of the town. There are also some shows/performances which could be nice if you have time for it.

PS: you can also walk underneath the waterfall!
