Frozen Peaks Adventure🗻

It's not an easy adventure to go by oneself for someone who doesn't speak Chinese like us. So we booked a local tour. And it was one of our best decisions ever.

The tour started really early (at 5AM) but it's so worth the early wake up since we could capture the first sun rays over the mountain-can't even describe with words how beautiful the sunrise view here was.

Then we headed straight for the Glacier Park cable car station 4650m for the real snow mountain experience. It was my first time seeing snow so everything was amazing to me. Even though the top was super packed with people, I was still able to find spots to enjoy the view.


💡 Practical Tips & Precautions:
- The altitude (over 4,000m!) means you’ll want to buy 2-3 oxygen bottles before heading up.
- Bring snacks, sturdy shoes (it’s slippery!), sunglasses, gloves, and a sunhat—but dress light. You can rent thick coats onsite, so don’t overpack.
- Sip water slowly and rest often if you feel light-headed.
- Need to buy cable car ticket 1-2 days ahead.
