The menu looks like a large and luxurious dish. The chicken from Guangdong that cannot be missed is indeed the chrysanthemum chicken with crispy skin and tender meat. Pick up the surrounding side dishes. I didn’t expect that chrysanthemum can be eaten with chicken in addition to pickled fish. It is as delicious as eating it in Singapore and Malaysia! The taste is fragrant and you can also eat good Yitou
Braised Pipa Pigeon
It is quite laborious to eat this dish because it is a bit difficult to tear it apart. However, once you put it in your mouth, the texture is crispy and tender, and the taste is a bit different from the Shiqi pigeon we usually eat. The chef said that this pigeon is air-dried and then baked, and then deep-fried in 80-degree oil for 3 minutes
