There's alot of pizza joints in new york... Me being a huge pizza man this is the best company for pizza in new york and at a dollar 75 a slice its even better.... always visit 2 bros when I'm in ny Highly recommended

2 Bros are unlike any pizza polar I have been too. They do an incredible turnover of pizza every day. You go in and there is usually a small line. slices are priced by number of toppings starting at $2 a slice for plain to $4 for things like buffalo or chicken or pepperoni slices. They do takeaway and partner with seamless for deliveries

Wow these are the best pizzas in New York they were absolutely delicious We had the double pepperoni and the pepperoni and spicy sausage pizza slices They were thin and crispy based with lots of topping and piping hot. Would highly recommend

Good for a quick lunch fix. Cheap (by NYC standards). Just really a take out stand as there is very limited seating. The pizzas were cold and we had to specifically ask for them to be reheated. Also, the tables were filthy and there was no one to wipe them off, so be prepared to get your food and eat it elsewhere.

At a dollar for a cheese slice, this pizza doesn't disappoint! Tasty and quickly available; very good as lunch whilst running about the city.

We had previously bought an 18" pizza from a couple of blocks away for $20. A couple of days later we saw these premises and decided to try it. It was a better pizza and less than half the price. It does single slice as well. I would recommend trying this place great value and great pizza

$1 pizza !!!!!! how can you go wrong?? LOL Seriously this is awesome spot to grab a slice of pizza and keep walking along your way... $1 !!! its awesome!!!

We stopped by on our last day in the city, i had the chicken and broccoli at $2 a slice. So tasty and fresh with the perfect amount of toppings.

Great Pizza and really cheap prices. The service is quick and no messing around and really popular. Ideal place to drop in for a quick snack.

The pizza is really great.. And for only 1 buck? My friends and i survived on this place after we spent all our money on shopping beer and fancy dinners! annnnd its big enough to share (if you're not starving) plus they are super fast!

Se tem pressa e quer gastar pouco dinheiro este é o local certo. Uma fatia gigante de pizza custa apenas um dolar. * * * If you're in a hurry and want to spend little money than this is the right place. A giant pizza slice costs only one dollar.

Delish, cheap, cheesy and crispy!!! The pizza wa hot and ready fast. Each piece we had was delicious. This is definitely a place to go for slices. 3 sliced and two drinks =$9.50. Can’t beat that foendinner in Nyc!

Cannot beat this place. First thing we do when in NYC is go straight in for a slice, it's so delicious and fresh................my son loves it!

I love how 2 Bros. finds a way to make good pizza for CHEAP!!! Best food bargain in town, I would have to say. $1 slices, and I believe they had a sign for 2 pieces and a can of soda for $3. My boys love the pizza too. We love the price! It's not the best I've ever had, but much, much better than what you would think for $1!! Will always and forever return to 2 Bros. when visiting NYC.

At peak times there can be a bit of a queue but this is understandable given how cheap the pizza is and how generous the portion sizes are! Absolutely worth a visit!

Delicious pizza, quick service, several options. A must when visiting NYC. Love NYC pizza. Definite a must stop.

Family of 4 ate lunch for under $10! We got it to go back to hotel because there was not much seating. A great find for heap eats NYC!

Not quite traditional NY pizza - a little too thick to qualify - but at $1/slice for cheese and $2/slice for pepperoni, it's a decent, cheap lunch.

Pizza was good and the price is right. Got the combo 2 huge slices of cheese pizza and a soda for 2.75! Can't beat that! Whole pie for 8.00. They had several different pizzas at great prices

OK this is a hole in the wall and the seating is limited and disorganized but if are OK eating your slice standing up, 2 Bros has good if not great NY Pizza for $1 a slice and a 2-slice w/soda special for $2:75. Try to beat that for lunch (or dinner in mid-town) This is not the place to bring a date or anyone that needs to be comfortably seated, but if you are looking for a quick bite it sure beats McDonalds.

We had walked 6.5 miles and cycled 13 miles today and just wanted to crash at our hotel. Looked for local pizza places and this came up. Couldn't believe when we left the hotel ( hotel Cambria) that it was actually directly opposite! They were due to close in 10 minutes when we got there, so were not actually making any more pizza. They did however had a whole cheese one (a massive 18 inches) plus various other individual slices like chicken and broccoli, a spicy one etc. Ended up buying the 18 inch one plus 4 other slices. Total came to $12! Actually unbelievableo. This city is soooooooo expensive, so i could not believe what a bargain this was. Back to the hotel room and we all tucked in. Far too much for us to eat. Where else can you feed a family of 4 for $12?! The pizza's themselves were really tasty, crispy base, nice dough and plenty of toppings on them. Would rate higher than 5 out of 5 if I could, it's a no brainer

My favorite pizza for the week! Went in not knowing what to expect but the it was great. Just the right amount of cheese and meat on the pizza and not overly greasy. 2 slices and a Coke for $7.00. The atmosphere was authentic. If ever back in New York will make a point to go to 2 Brothers Pizza on West 40th Street.

the cheese pizza is only one dollar, the others a little more. slices are big, three is a meal. pizza is tasty with crunchy floor.

What to say about 2 bros pizza... I'm going to say it sincerely and without hair on my tongue, it's the cheapest place we ate in new York, and I'm not saying with this that it was bad, on the contrary it was a delicious pizza worthy of new York. We ate with my wife each a menu that brought 2 cheese pizzas and a canned drink, 4 dollars in total 8 dollars for 4 pizzas and 2 drinks, what a WONDERFUL price, all this considering that new York is characterized by being an economical place. I recommend you go to 2 bros pizza if you want to eat delicious and for a very comfortable price. We will definitely be back on our next trip to new York.

I think it would have been great based on pics and reviews but unfortunately it seemed to close early. We went to a show with the kids and planned on having a slice or 2 after. Never thought to look at closing times because NYC is supposed to be the city that never sleeps and NYC pizza is a staple. We were staying at a nearby hotel and got back a little after 10 and the lights were off- closed! We were sad but I guess some things do close up early. In our city the pizza places stay open late especially on the weekends and with the city being filled to the brim, so surprised that things would close early. Stay open later!!!

A small hole in the wall New York style pizza joint that we had to visit seven times in three days. Offers 2 cheese slices and a can of soda for $3.99! My 3 teens said they gave it a 9.6 out of 10.

Can't visit NYC without having pizza. With many choices it can be difficult to choose, but this place was close to our hotel. Good choices of pizza and hot out of the oven. Really good & tasty.

The pizza is great and the price it's even better, there is promotion for U$ 3,00 (two slices and a soda)! And everytyhing fresh and good. I recommend!!

We stayed across the street at the Cambria hotel- and went multiple times during our stay. Delicious pizza slices for a buck, and the locals were in line too!

Some of the best pizza I have had in New York. Every time I have stopped in over the years, the service has been very quick (even when they are super busy). The price points are great, and the pizza is seriously delicious. There are a handful of small seating options; I have typically found that there are at least a couple of seats available every time I stop in.

While staying at the Renaissance NY Midtown, I went down to the CVS to pick up a few things to take back with me to Qatar (as they don't have EVERYTHING I need whilst living there). Out of the corner of my eye I saw, PIZZA. As I do love food, I decided that on my way back to the hotel, I would check 2 Bros. I recall on my last visit to NY, I stayed up new Times Square and a place I went to had me craving it until I came back. but I wasn't going up to Times Square this trip and despite passing a few joints on the way to and from the CVS, 2 Bros looked the most amazing from the outside. I went in, the line wasn't long, but there were a few people chomping down. Lines sometimes are a good indication of how delicious and wanting some places are, so I was a little cautious that this place would be good. I got up to the counter and in the display was NOTHING I wanted. There were actually only 2 pizzas there which was suspect. Maybe I missed the rush? So I had to ask, 'can I have 2 slices of pepperoni'. The cheese pizza looked okay, so I thought the pepperoni would be okay too. I had to have just a little meat, right. I was told it would be about 6 minutes, but I got my slices in 2 minutes. SWEET! It arrived, it was looking and smelling very good. And it was hot! I was trying to figure out how I was going to get it up to my room fast enough at this point. I paid, it was like $3. I was SHOCKED. That's It! No complaints! By the time I made it up to my room, fending off onlookers who would otherwise attack me for my slices, I started to eat and WOW! After each bite, I would put the pizza down and acknowledge how significant of an experience I was having in my mouth. It was REALLY good. Like perfectly good! With each bite of just the first slice, I was trying to decide when I was going to go back and get some more. Long story short, this place is underrated, or maybe it is VERYrated and I am the only one who didn't know about it! Great job guys! You reminded me why pizza is my favorite food.

The service left something to be desired which is why this place didn't get five stars from me. But the prices are crazy cheap and the pizza slices are huge with a variety of different topping combinations to choose from.

We had the classic- 2 cheese slices and a drink for $3! The pizza was fresh and tasty and hit the spot and didn't break the budget in the process!

We stayed at Cambria Hotel and ate pizza at 2 Bros. Pizza twice. Can't beat $1 slices that are gigantic and absolutely delicious. We enjoyed watching them toss the dough and make the pizzas while in the short line. If you like cheap, great Pizza (who doesn't?) then stop and grab a slice, or more.

Stumbled upon this on our first night in New York. Found it extremely cheap, service was quick and the Pizza was just amazing. We enjoyed it so much we came back a few days later! It was very much peak time when we visited so struggled to get seated so we stood and ate it against the counter. But we have zero complaints when it was less than $8 for both of us to have 2 slices and a drink. Of all the Pizza we had during our time in New York this was easily our favourite.

My husband had to have some good pizza while we were on our trip to NYC. We had some good pizza before in Rockafeller Center before and we searched around and around for that place but couldn't find it. As is a lot of restaurants, here today, gone tomorrow. We searched and found 2 Bros Pizza. It was within walking distance, so we gave it a try. It did not disappoint. Great pizza and service. Good price too.

This is new called Pizza Art. It was good, but most of the varieties were exotic (chicken curry, for example) and few traditional choices.

I question their cleanliness and the quality is fairly low, but for a buck you can have lunch so I can’t complain. I think they earn a 4 from a 3 because at least the cheese is always fresh and hot.

We ate here on our last day before our return to the airport. The pizza was a dollar for a slice which is so reasonable and was nice too. Great snack in the city and something you must do while in NYC!

This restaurant has people passing out coupons that say 2 slices of Pizza and a soda for 2.99! Wow!! Good deal... Right!! No!! We go in put the coupons on top of their counter of where the pizza is already cooked and u choose ur pizza and they just heat it up in the oven, place our order 4 slices of pizza @ 2.99 should be 5.98 plus tax... right?? Then the jerk at the register says 15.00!! We didn’t order cheese pizza. No one behind the counter said “Those coupons only apply to cheese pizza.” We don’t have a problem paying for what we get, be don’t be underhanded! So I told him I only wanted 1 slice and he tells me that they already heated the pizza slices up. We could’ve be equally bad jerks and just walked out, but we paid him the “15.00” he charged us and left!!! Get that! He said we owed him 4.00 @ slice and he could even add! Stay away! There are far too many “great” pizza places to eat at in NYC to waste ur time and money eating here!

Small little pizza place that also serves up sandwiches in the front and Hot meals in the back. Only a few small tables to eat at and lines can get long at lunch but pizza was the best we had while in New York and for NYC prices were great. Give them a try!

$1 slices of PIzza are pretty decent and filling. wish there was one in the uk! $8 for a full Pizza was worth it also

For just $1 you get a huge slice of great pizza. Perfect for a drop in lunch. Limited seating, but there are a few inside. Queues can be long.

Went 2 nights in a 3 day period. Delish. I’ll be sure to go back. Customer service is great. Go to joes on Carmine’s and you’ll ge yelled at. Not here.

Listen, it's $1/slice for a big slice of cheese pizza. There are other options that are only a dollar or two more. Can't go wrong for a quick snack or something more. Try it out!

True to style pizza crust was crunchy. Pre-made choices, maybe 20 round pizzas with every topping imaginable. Had a square with sauce. If you like your pizza crunchy make sure to ask for the extra crunchy option! Will come back again, very delish

I found the pizza not as good as the 41st street location but still a major deal at $1 (including tax) for a plain cheese slice. There is a lot of foot-traffic into this place so the food is generally fresh. Note they also have pizza with toppings by the slice. I also tried the chicken piece for a $1 (fried thigh or leg) and $2.75 for an attached leg and thigh with Jerk seasoning. Again they were a great value but average in taste and size.

Decided to look for some NYC pizza after visiting top of the rock. This one came up on trip advisor and was fantastic. Local construction workers and NBC times all seemed to go there for a quick in expensive lunch. Two sides to the restaurant the pizza in and the more substantial food like jerk chicken. Busy grungy tasty and quick. Cash only but really good and really inexpensive. Not haute cuisine but if u want to try NYC pizza, can't go wrong.

Last night in NYC we had to try so we purchased a margarita pizza! Great the place was full of New Yorkers which is always a good sign! The price is amazing $8 for an 18 inch pizza and it tasted great, no cons just class pizza

The pizza is very , very good, but not great. But for $2.99 for two slices and a can of soda it's one on the best values in NYC. Don't be afraid of the lines. The move very quickly. It is a great place to people watch. If you can get a table, you will see all types of New Yorkers from bankers to construction worker.

Snack for two cost $3. The pizza was hot and fresh and super delicious. Slices were big and it's location is near Times Square.

We made 3 different ones (45w 46st on the terrace, 72 Nassau st and posed at Zucotti Park, 32 st marks place and posed at Union square pk) and came out with ~$30 for 4: 2 parts and 1 soda per person each time. The pasta is not the best (apart from that of st marks place) but the price quality ratio defies all competition and you have quite a few choices, from the simplest (and cheapest, that of the $3.99 ad / silicas + soda) to the most « elaborate » We strongly advise him and will follow our own advice on the next visit to New York. The weather ☀️ was with us, it helps to enjoy eating in the parks 🌳 of NY.

As NYC is so expensive then this place won’t break the bank. Don’t expect a smile or friendly service just cheap pizza when out sightseeing. Cheese pizza with ricotta was amazing! 2 slices with a can of juice for $3.

We stopped here after hunting all over New York for some cheap eats. We got three huge slices of pizza and a can of root beer for $4.75 USD. Delicious pizza and hot out of the oven. 10/10 $1 for a slice of cheese pizza We even watched the chef make the pizza which was mesmerising :)

$1 a slice. Good crust. Nice sauce. Cheese. And good service. Glad it was there. New York City still rules pizza world

Maybe not the best pizza you can have while staying in New York, but for $1 a slice it will do the job!

Got a pepperoni pizza to go for $16 with 8 big slices!! Pizza was very good and quick service. Highly recommended.

Delicious New York pizza!! No wonder people talk about this place! $1/slice, $1/soda. The line was quick too. This is a "must eat" especially because the kids loved it and it was cheap, but yummy.

Cash only! But really though, it's a $1 slice of pizza. There's a conveniently located ATM near the entrance of 2 Bros in the event you don't have cash on hand. Now, I feel like I shouldn't complain about a big slice of pizza that's $1, but... 1. The slice is served at room temperature 2. The crust is too chewy for my liking 3. The ambiance is like an old hospital but greasier 1 & 2 can be alleviated by firing up the slice in an oven (but that destroys the supply chain of serving customers), and 3...not much you can do about that. But I'm here to eat! Honestly, the flavor of the pizza ain't too bad. And if you're like me and need soda with pizza, then buck up - it's $1.75 for a can of Coke. Would I return? I think I would rather pursue my quest of trying other $1 pizza joints in town instead.

On this trip, I gotta hand it to my teenage kids who had spotted this place on YouTube and insisted we go there! I wasn't expecting much, considering that cheap fast food is generally one of those things where a cheap price usually means it's not going to taste great. Well, I was definitely wrong on this occasion. The pizza was really great - generous juicy toppings, delicious cheese, light crispy base, and a huge slice for just one dollar! I'll admit we went back for a second and third slice it was so good! We went here for lunch again on our last day before heading back to the airport. The staff are very friendly, the place is buzzin' and full of locals (business people and some guys from the NY Fire Dept stopped by for lunch) - I think it is always a good sign when you see locals eating in any restaurant, as opposed to somewhere packed with only tourists! This place is definitely on our lunchtime list when we return to NYC.

This unassuming shop was close to our hotel. Delicious pizza and quick service. Slices start from $1 for the Plain cheese which is very tasty. We also tried the pepperoni which was flavourful. Can get a little busy .. But queues move quickly.

A generous slice of New York pizza for a dollar, good for a quick bite to eat and great value. You can also get two slices and drink for $2.99. Not far from Times Square.

Superbly quick dollar slice. Not here for the customer service I’m here for the quick service. Classics New York style pizza slice - greasy and big. Must visit for anyone looking for authentic New York grub.

Basically directly across street from Cambria Hotel on 46th between 6th and 5th. Open door pizza shop. Promotes $1.50 pizza slice. However, that is for most basic, plain cheese. Plenty of other choices, all appear freshly made, but more expensive. High turnover, so all appear quite freshly baked. Toppings are generous, to say the least. Excellent value and great snack, late dinner, etc. Real mix of clientele - tourists to local business folk in office attire. Limited seating and can fill quickly if crowd rolls in. Highly recommended - if there is better pizza in NYC, I'd have to see it.

Stopped by for a couple of slices on our way home at night, Tasty pizza and service quick. Shop can get busy especially at night as it stays open later than other pizza shops.

This is a walk-up pizza place that sells tasty slices and whole pizzas. There aren't too many places where can you get two good-sized slices of hot pizza and a drink for about $3! This was the perfect little place to stop on our way to the theater for a Saturday matinee. Quick and easy. They have a few tables inside and by the door. They bake different kinds of pizzas. You pick out the kind you want from what's available and pay, then head to a table to eat! I had a slice of Pepperoni for only $1. We went after the lunch hour on a Saturday and the line wasn't bad - maybe four or five people ahead of us, but it went fast. There are several locations around the Greater NYC area. Enjoy!

This place was hot as hell, but the pizza was legit. Inside, there are two counters, one for the chicken restaurant (closer to the entrance), and one for the pizza further back in the shop. Two slices and a can of soda for $3, can't beat that.

If you are looking for a cheap and good option for a pizza 2Bros is your place. You have many pizza styles and you can have your slice really fast without losing your train or bus. My fav is cheese pizza.

To eat rich and cheap in NY. Try the typical pizza with a can of soda at an affordable price, I recommend 100%! There are slices&can promotions and various pizza tastes. It is also located in the middle of the center, so if they walk by they have just enough to recharge

When you need a quick bite to eat it’s perfect. 1 dollar slice and 1 dollar drink. Just can’t beat it and the Pizza is really good.

When in NYC don't miss out on this place, they have got lot of branches around NYC. The real American pizza. The price is very reasonable.2 slices with coke only 2.75 USD. We personally were so hooked on to it that we ended up eating an extra meal everyday our here. Highly recommended to have pizza here.

It was a dark and stormy night - I walked out of my hotel looking for something quick and easy to eat. Down the street, I saw the Two Bros Pizza and decided to check it out. I walked in and there were about 10 people in line, The counter was lined with about 12 differerent kinds of pizza - sausage & mushroom, ricotta and spinach (my favorite), combination meat, cheese etc. I ordered four individual slices (that were huge). There were no prices or menus on the wall, people just seemed to point and order either by the slice or a whole pie. The gentleman microwaved two of them and the other two were already hot and I had my slices in a box in what seemed like 2 minutes. They do take credit cards (even AmEx), but don’t give receipts. My four large pieces cost less than $10 and it was way more than I could eat. The dough is absolutely delicious and toppings terrific. I will definitely go there again - What a deal!

We ordered cheese, meat, and buffalo chicken pizza. It was priced by toppings. Cheese was $1 a slice which is super cheap...especially in NYC. A slice of meat and buffalo were both $4 each. We had 6 pieces of pizza and 3 drinks for $14 for three people. It was delicious, tradition NY pizza, and sooooo cheap!!

This place was almost directly across the street from the hotel we stayed at this last weekend. I had read online about it and it had good reviews and price. Didn't try it until lunch time the last day as we were fixing to leave for the airport... So glad I didn't miss out.. The pizza was Very Good.. I didn't get the $1 slice but a $3.25 slice that was loaded with toppings. My wife did the same and we both had a can of coke $8.50 for all of it..What a deal !!! (I had Paid $8.75 for just a Dog on Times Square: Yes I know it was times Square) I wasn't really that hungry but it was so good I had 1 more piece and wish I hadn't waited until the last day to try them... (I am not a food critic this is just my opinion)

This pizza was awesome, staff was nice and friendly. Amazing bang for ya buck, we eat here almost every night while we were in NYC.

Forget the gourmet meal before a show and stop by this place. 3 slices of pizza and 2 cans of coke - $5.00!!!! No lines, no waiting. We enjoyed this "meal" for both the price and quality.

Small place with good pizza for $1/slice. Pretty much standing room only. Heard a lot about NY pizza. 2 Bros confirmed why it’s said NY has the best pizza!

2 slices and a canned drink for $3. Seriously. The slices are the size of a paper plate (not exaggerating - they serve them on one), the line moves quick, and the pies are fresh. You cannot beat this deal, or the convenience they offer.

We recently stumbled upon 2 Bros Pizza on W 46th and feasted on their $2.99 2 slice + soda special. What a treat! Absolutely delicious. Long line that moved fast. I'll be sure to return next time I visit NYC.

Pizza was very quick cheap and good. Not too many places to sit down to eat. Pizza was cold. Lots of options to pick from. We would go back again.

Stopped here for lunch after visiting 30 Rock and it was by far the best pizza we had in NYC! Not to mention cheap! $1 slices and $3 for 2 slices of margarita pizza and a pop! The pizza is thin and crispy and the sauce is to die! Can’t wait to stop back before we leave the city.

On 3 separate times during our 5 day stay in NYC I went to the W 46th St branch to get a piece of the $1.00 slice and each time they were closing or closed ! I even had a $2.99 card for 2 slices + can of soda handed to me on 8th Ave and headed straight there, but NO , closed !! Not my time for a 2 Bros I think ??

It's easy to walk straight past this place, and we did for a few days until we noticed the local office workers queuing up outside at lunchtime. Behind the modest storefront is one of NYC's hidden gems. It's a no-frills place with virtually no seating but the counter service is top-notch, the pizza is terrific and the price is low. An ideal place for a grab-and-go lunch.

They have dollar a slice pizza and a deal for 2 slices of pizza and a cane of pop for $2.99! Can t beat it! Great New York style pizza. Not music room for eating in but is definitely possible to.

We stopped here because my daughter was starving and HAD to have a slice of pizza. Once she got her slice of Hawaiian she couldn’t stop RAVING AMD NOSHING on it... so my wife and I insisted on a bite. Oh my god. It was heavenly. Delicious. Addictive. Wonderful. If we had been in NYC one more night we would have been back. Big time.

we were just two french tourists who wanted to try the famous big slices of pizza. the staff working at this moment was actually yelling all the time which made him hard to understand. at the entrance, it’s written 1,5$ a slice. we asked for two and a can, which made the total 8,5$. he said only after we paid that the shown price at the entrance was only for cheese pizza (indeed displayed further in the shop, but not showing the slices’ price oops). he asked us to pay not even showing us the final amount. when we got the price, we asked for a refund. he acted as if he didn’t get what we asked for. he’s just dishonest. worst experience. may be a cool place to eat for locals, but the guy who served us doesn’t deserve clients.

We had 2 Coke, 3 Margherita Slices (1$) an 1 Vegetable (3$). It tasted really good and we can recommend this Place.

This place does cheese pizza...that is all...lol. actually not sure how this place works, they just had the one option but i did see someone order a full pepperoni. however, the pizza is fresh and flies out the door as soon as its made. 2 slices and a soft drink for $3. and its delicious. whats not to love?

Probably the best deal in City; Really ; $2.99 for 2 big slices of cheese pizza and a soda! They stay busy and have many toppings. No slice over $4; Ate there more than once.

Yes they give you pizza for $1 and no you don't expect the best for this price but having seen this so highly recommended I was expecting something better than what I got. It was bland and nothing special. Of you want toppings by the way, they are extra. The service is worst however. The guy serving the pizza (Mexican guy) was extremely rude. Shouting at customers, no please, thank you. Nothing. Just "move, get in line, what pizza" A shame that people don't care about service and will go back. Places like this should be shut down. The guy also didn't speak any English so when I asked for take out box he said "what pizza". It took over. A minute to get a box and he then threw it at me. They also did nothing to clean up the place - dirty, dirty place. Not recommended.

Our friend from New York recommended we try a $1 pizza here in New York and we weren't disappointed! What an amazing margherita pizza slice for 1 dollar, honestly the best slice of pizza I had in New York. We came here about a dozen times. Don't forget to ask them to heat up your pizza slice for you. As a side note, the staff are curt, bordering on rude but a lot of New Yorkers have a similar vibe so get used to it! Be assertive and ask the price before you order because they overcharged us on our first time there as we were obviously tourists. Also, there can be a bit of a queue but that dissipates in no time. They go through such a volume of pizza that it's always fresh!

Personally a bit too doughy. It didn't feel like that nice thin crust NY style I was looking for but it was okay. No pepperoni either.

Very tasty Pizza at very good prices. We had a few different ones and they were all very tasty. Would do it again any time!

The best pizza in Manhattan!! Skeptical of the usual pizzas tried at nyc he exceeded all expectations! 2 pizza+cola slides for 3.99!! And the other tastes are also delicious!! Try and return absolutely!!

Stopped at the 38th St location on our way back to the hotel. We’ve been wanting to try NYC pizza, and this place was bustling. $1 slice of cheese pizza!! Can’t beat it. We lucked out and got a stand up table outside. There aren’t many places to stand or sit. The pizza was hot and delicious. 2 slices of right out of the oven cheese pizza, 2-$1.25 cans of coke. Total $4.50!! Are you kidding me!!! Plus the experience of eating pizza on 8th Ave in NYC!!!

If you want a slice of New York City pizza by the slice, this is fresh and good. Worth the trip. Some seating available.

I’m not sure what I was expecting from a place advertising $1 pizza, but what I got served was inedible and cost $4... The server clearly got my order wrong, which I should’ve corrected, but I got served a slice of white pizza; which I gave a try anyway. I got it served after a quick warm through in the oven. It was possibly the worst ‘pizza’ I’ve ever had and went in the bin after one bite - even the crust was pretty disgusting. It was quite literally a slab of melted and resolidified cheese with some greasy pizza dough underneath... Whilst they advertise the $1 slice you need to be mindful that only the plain cheese is this price, everything else is considerably more. It may be that I just don’t like New York style pizza, but I had better whilst in NY elsewhere - and at similar prices to what I paid.

Love this pizza and the Dollar for a slice hits the spot. it is a must stop for all visiting NYC!!! a whole pie is 10!

Best pizza I've tasted in NYC thus far and the price is unbelievable for a NYC store. $1.00 slices?! I couldn't believe it. Would definitely recommend.

Very good pizza and cheap. The ad is talking on 1$ pizza and the basic slice is indeed like that. The taste is great and the crust as well as the dough all together is very good and yummy. The sauce and cheese are quite good as well. The atmosphere is cheap and while there are some potential seating places it is not that organized and well suited. However, the main drawback is the homeless people that hovering around.

My husband and I have been craving NY pizza for the months prior to visiting the city from Maine. We ordered 3 slices, sausage, pepperoni, and ricotta. These slices were everything you would expect from a Ny pizzeria! The price was so cheap I have to wonder if they rang us up wrong! We will stay at the Cambria across the street again next time just so we can walk over for this pizza!

Delicious pizza, lots of choice including for vegetarians. Some seating. Excellent price! Would definitely grab a slice here again in the future! 🍕

One dollar a slice pizza is a great thing about New York, and I would say 2 Bros is clearly the best. While you don't come here for the ambiance, the pizza, from the simple cheese to the meat lovers to the slices with lots of veggies is alway delicious. The folks are always friendly and helpful and the ingredients always taste great!

nice place and really good pizza even for the low price, is not the new york style but for on the go is really great

The sign outside of the front door says 2 slices of pizza and a soda for $3.99 including taxes. I tried to order for three of us. 6 slices and soda. Total $12.00. I was charged $28.00. When I tried to refer to the sign the guy “didn’t understand me”. Spectacularly average pizza. Which is what you’d expect for $12.00. Not for $28. Avoid.

I visited New York for the first time with my sister back in September 2013 (review overdue I know) and stumbled across this place whilst having a wander around on our first day, this place is amazing $1 for a slice of pizza of many different varieties and the slice of pizza is pretty big too, got a quick bite to eat from her a fair few times on our 5 day trip, its great for a quick lunch snack but also a late night snack when your walking back to your hotel after a busy day and after having a few cocktails. The whole concept of the place is so simple people just ordering pizza buy the slice and then standing around outside whilst you eat. I really would love it if we had a chain of 2 bro's back in the UK. When I return to new york someday I will defo come back again.

I have eaten here a few times the past few years. I always told my friends home here in Sarasota how great it was. Not anymore!

Had to have a slice when we got to New York. Saw this joint just down from the hotel. Saw a lot of people going in and out of here. Thought we'd give it a go. Got 2 specials, 2 slices cheese pizza and 2 cans of drink and an extra slice of pepperoni. Got out of it for under $8. Wow. The pizza was excellent. If you want a great pizza and can of drink, it's under $3 each. Can't beat that. Gotta try that. I did and loved it.

Stumbled across this place en route back to our hotel and it was such a good find. Tasty pizza at even tastier prices and a good array of toppings and drinks on sale too!

I hesitated to go in this place, but I am so glad I did! I mean two slices and a can of soda for three dollars? In the middle of manhattan?? I walked in and there was a line fifteen people deep. Two minutes later I was paying for the most delicious piping hot pizza I have had in a long time. True New York pizza for a fraction of the price.

Yummy new york pizza! Quick and easy, and you can't beat the price. Beware, the $1 pizza is only cheese!

Our hotel is right across the street and we quickly discovered this hidden gem for a quick snack one afternoon when we knew dinner plans were going to be quite late. The place is very BUSY and you may end up standing either inside or out to eat your pizza but it will be worth it. This is not a fancy restaurant but it is delicious! They also deliver however we just ran in for a quick bite. We both agreed it was the best pizza hands down both in NY and that we had eaten anywhere else. Perfection and for $1 a slice. You really can't beat it.

I have just returned from a 4 night stay in New York and we visited 2 bro's twice when we were there. 2 slices of pizza (huge slices) and a can of pop for 2.99! My husband always got this deal whereas I would always have the buffalo slice (amazing) and a can and it all came to under 8 dollars. 2 bro's was always busy but we always managed to get a seat to sit down and enjoy our pizza. I am back home in Scotland now and am craving a buffalo chicken slice already.... till next time New York x

Okay, so let me get this straight. I paid $3 and got 2 slices of pizza and a can of Coke. At this price you would think the pizza has to be awful. No, no its not Not at all. This pizza is incredible. It's the classic NY pizza that you fold in half and shove it down your throat. Thin crust, awesome sauce, just the right amount of cheese, and only a buck a slice. You need to hit this place up.

Went here a few times during our trip, usually late at night on the way home. Pizza is truly fantastic. Staff are great and the atmosphere inside is great. Fast service and unbelievably cheap for huge slices of pizza. An absolute must if you’re in the city.

Stumbled upon this pizzeria because it was a few buildings from our hotel. There was a line at 9:30 but it wasn't out the door and it moved quickly. We ordered a whole pan of pepperoni, a dozen garlic knots, 3 sodas and a bottle of water for $22.00. You can't get a hamburger, fries and a drink for one person in NYC! It was a good bargain and a hot, gooey, cheesey pizza. We ordered the whole pizza so it would be fresh as opposed to ordering by the slice and it being warmed up. There were a couple tables to eat at and the building was a little run down but we were taking it back to our hotel to eat so the seating wasn't a issue for us. They have their operation down to a science and move you right through the line. 4 stars because of the atmosphere but 5 stars for the price and taste.

Little or no air conditioning so place was like a sauna. Waited in line 10 minutes & left gasping for air. Pizza was delicious!

Share of pizza cheap and served quickly. We passed by, we tested, we loved it. We eat standing in the street, it's not the best pizza but the Award Value is very good

Good pizza Fast service Inexpensive and quick that travels well Nice selection makes interesting Will be happy to be back

Great pizza. They offer 2 slices of cheese pizza and a soda for $3.99. Great deal! We tried a few other slices and they were all yummy!

The pizza was great, the service ok, not a lot of room to eat in, would eat here again but take it go.

Good pizza - had the meat lovers and pepperoni. Fast service and enthusiastic staff. Good traffic, which is a good sign. Enjoyed it.

We were staying at The Cambria across the street, and we wandered over for a slice. Slices are only $1 and my son loved it. It says that they open at 10am, we were not able to get a slice until approx. 10:40.

This had some of the best pizza in Manhattan. We paid $6 for 2 huge slices and a can of soda. Don't let the stupid cheap prices scare you off, it's really really good pie. Btw, there is another pizza place a few doors down (pizza foto) we tried simultaneously. That place could be more different. Crappy pie for twice the price. Do yourself a solid and stop here!

We were looking for some authentic New York pizza while we were away and 2 Bros delivered that at great value for money. It was delicious!

so looks count for nothing, from the exterior you'd walk right on by...to do so misses the best nyc bargain at a dollar slice for margarita up to 2 dollars for the more exotic meatball! hot crispy and delicious.

My son had his "first breakfast" from here most mornings on a recent visit! efficient service, quality product, price cannot be beaten and if it's good enough for the locals ....

$1 gets you a cheese slice, it tastes amazing. Quick service, not the best area or cleanest take out, but the pizza slice is only $1 and tastes so good.

We stayed at the Cambria Hotel on West 46th and right across the street was 2 Bros pizza. Manhattan is very expensive of course and it's nice to be able to get a quick, cheap, tasty meal sometimes. And 2 Bros delivers on that. They have good sized cheese slices for a dollar, and pepperonis for 1.75. Other specialty slices are between 3 and 4 bucks - I got a really great BBQ chicken slice and my wife had one with ricotta cheese. Overall it was great value for the money. I gave it 4 stars not 5 because I think they should have a menu / sign, in a more prominent place, to show the types of pizza they have and what they cost.

This is a great place to grab a quick bite of pizza of all kinds, $1 a slice or $2.99 for two large slices and a can of soda. It was great for us, they were constantly making the pizzas and the long line of customers was moving fast.

There pizza is very delicious. And it is the cheapest eat in NY one dollar for one big slice. I tried there margarita. I liked the pizza topping powder that they had.

This place is quick, amazing value and YUMMY!! They are very convenient to where we are staying and my taste buds are happy 😊 😃

After trying some really great pizza place in NYC, we grabbed a slice here one night. The price is great, and you get what you pay for.....cheap tasting pizza.

Excellent value. 5 slices of pizza and 2 small bottles of water for 18 dollars. The portions are generous too...

lovely pizza and great price def recommend, there were a few of these pizza shops we bought 8 slices for $10 bargin :)

Fresh crispy pizza ideal for any time Fast and authentic flavor Lots of variety you can also order

Great pizza quick and easy ,staff friendly well worth a visit Great pizza at great prices great for a late night bite ,lots to chose from

Advertised combo of 2 slices/drink for $3. We saw this advertised on the way to downtown. We agreed to come back but went to one of their other locations. It was well worth the walk. Even went back a second time! Great New York pizza!

Staving family of 4 with 2 being difficult hangry teenage girls but this is a perfect spot to buy a quick bite and be on your way. A true NYC Pizza experience. Bonus is I saw them give a Policeman his meal for free! Doesn't get better than that!

Fab pizza at amazing prices. We stood outside at 1 of a few tables provided and watched the world walk past! Great value and felt authentic!

Giant slices of pizza for only $1.00. You can't beat it, and so good! We got a whole pie for only $8.00. Fast and easy too.

Does what it says on the sign $1 slice of pizza. Nothing more nothing less, tasted good and the service was quick, although it wasn't with a smile, but what do you expect when there's hundreds rushing through the door each day! Would recommend the plain pizza as it tastes good and is only $1! The slice I had with additional toppings didn't really add any value for me.

Stopped here on our way back to our hotel after a show, got 2 slices of pizza and 2 cans of pop for $6. Great deal, pep and mushroom was really good I liked the sauce and the pep and ham was tasty too. The guys working were really helpful and they warmed it up a little extra because we were taking it back to our hotel. Would go again.

Long lines but you are served quickly. $1 slices or $3 for two slices + soda can. Have other alternatives to but why wouldn't you go for pizza?!

Where else are you going to get $1.75 slices in NY? Excellent pizza with a great variety of pies. There is seating and the only draw back is no rest room facilities for customers. Washing hands before eating with them would be a nice option to have.

I went here twice recently. Having stopped by other locations, I think this review is fairly valid. This is not NY pizza. At all. If you're in town and want the real deal, go to Grimaldi's or Lombardi's or whatever. I've been there, and it's worth going the distance. Don't cheat yourself if you get the chance. However, this place is remarkable for a strange combination of reasons. For $1, you really can't buy much in NY. Given that, it's really not a bad deal for a slice of decent pizza. It's literally the cheapest meal around. As a grad student trying to pay rent in the city, I frequented this place for meals years ago. Granted, the quality depends greatly on the particular time and location you visit. I haven't found much fluctuation between locations, though. It's very stream-lined... glad to see much hasn't changed in the few years since I left. The only reason I can recommend going to this place over Lombardi's (or God forbid, Famous Ray's) is that this place does so much business that you can always be sure your slice is freshly made. There's a lot of turnover. It's kind of doughy, so you will hear everyone tell you that it isn't "authentic." It isn't, but it's quite tasty. For $1/slice and a fast-moving line, this place is really a steal.

We ate here several times during our week long stay in NYC. Fresh, hot, cheap and delicious. Loved the pepperoni and plain cheese. $2 a slice you can’t go wrong !!

Visited 3 times over a 5 day period it was that good! $1 for a margarita slice of pizza which is about 20" at a guess! when I come back to New York will be going back!

Don't be intimidated by the long lines. They MOVE. Great NY pizza with a very un NY price! $8 for an entire Large Cheese. We ate there 2x cause it was so damn good.

We decided to pop into this restaurant as the grandkids had just flown in and were hungry. It was about 1/2 block from our hotel! Was pleasantly surprised. Really good pizza, cheap, and had a little seating area so we didn't have to stand around eating. Would recommend to anyone.

They had a line outside because the pizza was so good and reasonably priced. The slices are incredibly large. For example two slices are more than enough-almost like eating a whole pizza. I was shocked at the prize and had the guy recheck what we bought.

Across the road from our hotel, my sons as well as us loved the pizza and the price. Fantastic value for money.

We were in search of a cheap meal. I had this place saved in my TripAdvisor profile. I was torn between giving them a 4 star rating, but I went with 3 stars. While my cousin and her 3 adult daughters really enjoyed the pizza, my sister and I felt it was only ok. My sister is not a fan of spicey anything, so she was left to decide between pork sausage(which had a peppery spice), pepperoni, or cheese. She chose the pork sausage, and I chose the pepperoni. We both had digestive issues after. Would have appreciated more choices in toppings, however, each slice was only $1.

The place is not clean at all, the pizza is not good (way too much acid) and the options are limited. I must thumb up for the people who work there though, they are friendly and make you feel like you’ve known them for a long time. Despite what I wrote, it is a good place, seen that you won’t spend more than 10 dollars and you can’t expect a great food experience for that.

We recently tried 2 Bros as a quick and inexpensive bite to eat on the go while staying at a nearby hotel. We were happy to discover their $1 (cheese pizza) slice special but we expected it to be mediocre. However, it was so good that the next time we tried some of the other varieties and they were very good! The crust is awesome and it is served up quickly. The only negative for me was that the employees were not friendly at all...not rude really...but offered no greeting or a smile and barely spoke...giving the impression that the customers are a nuisance to them or that they hate their jobs. Excellent pizza though and you can't beat the price!

This is what you'd expect from a NY pizza place. Get their cheese pizza deal, that's probably the best route to go (cost wise). It was a good quick meal while we were out exploring the city.

Wanted a late night snack. The place was lined up, but they are constantly cooking pizza, so the line moves really quickly. Had four huge pieces of pizza for $4.00! Good pizza and ridiculously cheap! Will be back!

I thought that it was dirty and the pizza is salty as well. But they do sell $1 pizza for a quick bite.

Delicious pizza! We both had pepperoni slices and loved it. The seating area there is limited, but we were able to grab seats and eat the slices right when they came out of the oven. Will definitely go back next time we're in NYC.

There were 4 of us and we all ordered something different, however all disliked it equally. The pizza was so chewy and rough it was not enjoyable. There was refund offered after sharing this info and there is nothing else to report on this.

I found the pizza to be great. You got a big portion and the price made you feel like I got a deal. If you need more proof that they have good pizza, all three of us ate our slice and then looked at each other trying to get someone else to suggest we get more. We did talk ourselves out of it but I would recommend their pizza.

For the price the pizzas are offered, the quality and taste is very good. Lots of choices and you can eat your pieces both outside and inside. It is a very good choice for something quick.

I had saved this pizza joint on Yelp before going to NYC and was ecstatic to see that it was across the street from our hotel. We arrived at our hotel around 1:30 and needed to get over to 30 Rock to see Jimmy Fallon by 3:15. We decided to try our first official New York style pizza. This place was what we expected – big, greasy slices of pizza for $1 each. You cannot go wrong with that price. Be aware that a bottle of water costs $4 so our 4 pieces turned into $8 instead of 4….. Other than that it was fast and easy. We went outside and devoured our pizza while standing on the side walk. For more information and pictures check out our site : thegreatcubeescape.com

A large slice of mushroom pizza for $3.00. It was soooo good! Many varieties of cooked pizzas are all on display. Tell them which one you want and they heat it up in a pizza oven. The crust comes out crispy. I got the mushroom and olive slice a few days later for $3.50 and it was great as well. You don't have to pay a lot to eat well in NYC!
EXCELLENT FOOD FOR A BUCK
Accidentally found 2 Bros pizza. man what a good deal $1.00 for a large slice with cheese and sauce. Very good.
