A good place to come for happy hour beer and some apps! Friendly staff. I had artichoke and spinach dip and shocktop beer. Visited during the late happy hour which started at 9pm.

5 Napkin Burger did not disappoint!!! The 5 Napkin Burger was a 10oz burger cooked to perfection. It was delicious and served nice and hot! The Original Salad was a perfect compliment to the burger! I would have to say that this meal was one of the best we have had so far during this visit to NYC! Our server Jolai R did a great job!!!

I was there with my family last week. The place had been suggested by an Italian tourist guide that lives in NY. It was a great experience that I suggest. At the end we are talkingabout burgers but was great find a large selections of them. On top many beers, lovely place and very kind employees. A place to visit again!

Best burger in NYC. We had two burgers, fries to share, mac & cheese and chicken wings. The burgers were cooked exactly as requested. Mac was a reasonable size portion and tasty. The wings huge unlike most places and I'd recommend the Korean bbq.

I came for dinner before a show. I ordered the avocado ranch burger and loaded bacon cheese fries. I was alone so the fries were definitely too big of a portion for just me, but would be great to share. The burger was juicy and flavorful, and pretty large in size. My server was prompt and friendly as well. I’ll be back!

This place was packed at 5:45 PM. They have a great happy hour. Fast service, good food, great selection on the menu, if you’re in the area, this is a great option. If you’re looking for a quiet romantic dinner, you might wanna look someplace else. It’s kind of loud.

Great food and service reasonably priced, compared to other restaurants in the area i would recommend the 5 Napkin burger.

Waitress brought us our drinks and took our orders. That was the last time we had any interaction with her. Our burgers were overcooked (ordered med rare), but the fries were fine. I tried to get some ketchup, but couldn't find the waitress until I saw her with her coat on leaving for the day. We weren't turned over to anyone else, and we had to call the manager to get the check. His excuse when we told him our story was it was shift change time. For a twenty dollar burger, I expect more. Plenty of better places nearby with much better service.

Tried this when visiting the city beginning of May as it looked very popular. It was busy and I was seated outside which was fine as it was warm. Downside was I was forgotten. Meal arrIved but no drink and had to ask. It arrived half way through meal. Food was ok but nothing special.

We visited twice for dinner during our week in New York. The restaurant and bar had a busy and vibrant atmosphere, booking is advisable unless you are prepared to wait for a table. The food is very good, you can go all out on the burgers and comfort food as we did , or there are some healthy options on the menu too. All of the burgers that we tried were good but the Truffle burger was the best, a really moist and indulgent treat! There are many burger restaurants in the city and it can be difficult to choose where to go but you won’t regret this one.

Nice food - good atmosphere. However If I’m ordering a burger in a predominantly burger restaurant I expect it to come with a side of something for $18 - Also I don’t expect to be presented with the bill after 90mins and be told to pay & leave because there are people waiting.

Good choice of burgers and brunch. They swooped out the normal patty for a veggie one but personally I like more sauce on my burger… ketchup/Mayo/mustard. Nevertheless, tasty food

The 5 Napkins burger is really delicious and the sweet potato fries are also. they have a wide selection of beers. The place looks really nice as it has a diner type of atmosphere with some nice elements. The only thing for me which was not so good is the loud music, but maybe i am getting old... :)

I was looking for a place to dine and among the many options that trip proposed I chose the 5 "napkins" , the menu is not particularly assorted, in the end it is the usual American hamburer, of good quality undoubtedly. The cost is aligned with the New York offer. If you are in the vicinity of 9th Ave drop by, the environment is comfortable and also has tables outside.

5 Napkins is a real hamburger restaurant, so not a fast food chain however good, but something different. Burgers here are serious: rich, with lots of meat in them and quality ingredients. The honest but not trivial price, is justified by the quality and quantity, 21 dollars for the "5 Napkin" the house specialty that contains 10oz (280gr) of Angus and is one of the best I have tasted in NY. Also excellent sweet potato fries and Cheescake. It's a perfect place, given the proximity, for a dinner after visiting the Top of the Rocks at sunset or in the evening. Book with Open Table, a tip that applies to all New York City locals, works great and the managers of the premises really appreciate their use.

Went here with the family for a quick evening meal and it was great. Burgers were delicious and so much choice…great for a hungry teenager! Service was brilliant and schmackary’s is next door for a sweet treat after.

As my first time in New York I wanted to avoid visiting too many fastfood restaurants, so I was looking for something with quality burgers. This place offers good quality meat with a nice variety of choice. Dessert, the NY style cheesecake was delicious. Service was excellent, friendly personnel that made sure I’ve always had enough tapwater (although maybe it’s the fact that in the Netherlands we’re not used to getting free water)! And all for a decent, fair price.

This used to be a hidden gem, but now it's a very popular place to grab a burger, but the food and the staff has kept up. We arrived 25 minutes early for our reservation and the staff tried to get us in early, but wasn't able to do so. We waited at the bar and the host came over every five minutes to give us an update. I didn't expect to be seated early, but appreciated that attention to detail the staff. There wasn't an open table in the place and our food came out within an expected timeframe, hot and perfect.

We had lunch here last Dec 4th 2021, ordering their famous napkin burger, which taste delicious and enjoyable. Pricing considered expensive, ambience was average, services were very slow, it took almost 1 hour for our burgers to arrive, and that after I kept following up / complaining to them why it took so long for simple orders like burgers to arrive.

This js a great find, superb food and excellent staff and service. It was so good we went twice in 5 days. Its also over the way from Rudys which is a great bar. Dont over order on sides as they are huge and try and save room for a baked NY cheesecake…we shared one between 3!

Best burger in all of NYC and amazing salads! The wait is a maximum of 15 minutes but it's worth it! Located in Hell's kitchen, this place is perfect for being a stone's throw from Time Square but definitely spending the money

Great and fast service, the Burgers were excellent. We had the Napkin original burgers and the margeritas were tasty as well. Waitress was very kind and patient with us although super busy as New Years Eve.

I came in with friends for lunch. This was one of the best burgers that I have tasted in a long time.The onion ring tower was pretty awesome too. The staff was friendly and accommodating. I will be eating here more often.

We visited NYC for the first time last week and we made reservations to eat here before our Broadway show. This was the perfect spot prior to our show (which was just down the block). The burgers were fantastic. I’m picky, so I get mine fairly plain, but my boyfriend had the 5Napkin burger. We enjoyed the food, drinks and service here.

We grabbed a quick dinner after we attended a Broadway show. I had a succulent burger and my fiancee had a chicken sandwich. The prices were slightly high but the food quality was good. The service was friendly and fast.

We were there for dinner and were served very delicious burgers. The service was super friendly and you sit in a nice atmosphere.

We came in December - food and service fantastic so much so we came back with friends … food still good but appetisers and food arrived at same time - not requested / missing items / missing server / missing offering more drinks / missing more food / cold food. The experience was saved by another server who noticed us waiting came across and tried to get us sorted. Eventually two parts of meal refunded as gesture of goodwill - we were told that by a manger and following this our original server returned apologised for confusion .. she just wasn’t interested (I do ask if she was ok as she could have stuff going on ) she didn’t - suspect not a natural customer facing person. The saving server had been there 2 days !! He and food was difference between a 3 and a 1 star review.

Probably the best burger I've ever eaten. We set up a reservation on Open Table (highly recommended!) and were seated immediately. It was so good, cooked to perfection. The fries were great. Also love the fact that they have all-day brunch on weekends, which some of my friends had and it looked amazing!

In Hells Kitchen but don't let that scare you away. The 5 napkin burger is 10 Oz of natural, no hormone burger with all the toppings. Onion rings and fries are extra. Wonderful, Will come back again

Great place on the border of Chelsea and Hell's Kitchen. We arrived a little earlier than the time of reservation (= must), which was no problem, our table was prepared while we had to wait a while at the bar. The menu and choice is wide, but the place is known for its excellent burgers, so we chose this one. The portions are large, so be sure to take this into account if you are hungry. We took 3 dishes for 4 people and this was more than enough. Prices are certainly OK, and the same can be said of the quality. Apparently one of the better burger places in NYC, which we certainly won't argue with.

We had a lovely meal at 5 Napkin Burger; the burger & fries deal was fantastic value & the 2 for $12 mimosas were delicious. Leonardo B was a lovely waiter who made sure our experience was perfect. The ‘small’ fries portion was also brilliant - it was a really nice amount.

I've been here on a few visit to NYC and the burgers are always very tasty. Pretty sure they've changed the fries though which weren't as I remembered and not as good.

I dined with my 30-year-old son for the first time at 5 Napkin rather by chance as I had arrived late in the evening in New York after a transatlantic trip and the restaurant was close to where I was staying. The burgers were excellent in every way, cooked exactly as I requested and the salad was also very good. Their price was more than satisfactory considering we were in Manhattan. I stayed in New York for 10 days and I couldn't find better food (of course I didn't visit restaurants where each burger cost more than $40). So on the last day before I left I dined again at 5 Napkin and the food was again excellent. I highly recommend it.

We visited without a reservation and was welcomed warmly by the staff on our arrival. The drinks menu had lots of choice depending on what you wanted a good selection of cocktails and beers. The menu also had lots of choice. I had the avocado burger and my husband had the 5 napkin burger and we ordered fries and onion rings to share with them. All the food was delicious and the burgers were out of this world. Our server was really chatty and friendly. We would recommend 5 napkin to anyone visiting NYC and will go again when we hopefully return to New York in the future. Thank you

Visited here in February while on holiday. Service was very good and order promptly taken. Food was ok. Both obviously had a burger. While tasty, I wasn’t blown away. That said the price was pretty read.

In this restaurant I enjoyed what I call “satisfactory food”. Succulent and joyful burger, soft and delicious cheesecake. As an Italian I recommend it for a New York cooking experience. On holiday everything is allowed!

Visited without a reservation, but following good reviews. Place was fabulous, full of character and giving off a loud happy vibe. Ordered a frozen watermelon margarita and a Montauk Wave Rider beer, with a burger and a buffalo chicken sandwich for our mains. Food was fabulous, staff were attentive but not intrusive. The total bill was not excessive. Overall brilliant experience......would definitely visit again.

Had two of the burgers. Both were really nice, open quite late also which is handy if coming out a show. They were also happy to take us without a reservation.

This place is fun and the food is great. We got the tuna appetizer and the Korean bbq wings followed by 3 delicious burgers and a grilled chicken sandwich. The margarita was a little sweet for my wife’s taste but everything else was fantastic. The restaurant was busy but we got in and out in time for our show. We will be back!

We were strolling around the city and ran into 5 Napkin in Hell's Kitchen. We originally were heading in for a protein bowl but when Jerry, our server came, he suggested we consider getting a burger because that's what they are really well known for. He didn't have to twist our arm. I had the Truffle Burger and my husband had the 5N Patty Melt, which was the other one I had an eye on. We ordered them wrapped in lettuce instead of the bun. The flavors of both burgers and their aioli sauces were delicious. We ordered a side of Brussel sprouts and they were very rich and tasty, but just a tad salty, as I'm not a salt eater. Beware that they have peanuts on the bottom of the dish they come in, in case you have an allergy. All in all, it was a great choice. Jerry 9our server) was super nice, helpful and professional. We will be back again before we leave to go back home. Great service, great food! I'm full, but next time, I want some onion rings. :)

This was our 3rd visit to this restaurant which should say a lot. It is so good. Amazing burgers and crispy, delicious fries! The drinks are great, too. Our kids enjoyed it, too, so definitely family friendly.

We last came to the 5 Napkin Burger in 2019 that was our first time and we were compelled to return. It was well worth the wait !!!!! Burgers to die for. I nearly died whilst eating the Truffle Burger it was so juicy I nearly drowned and the taste was amazing. My partner enjoyed an equally tasty and juicy Cheese Burger both were cooked medium rare and we shared the best ever Crinkle Cut Fries. The service was friendly and efficient and these was a great atmosphere. I would urge everyone who can to enjoy this experience.

If you want a table without waiting half an hour you should book your table. The staff is unfriendly (especially the lady who take the waiting list). The food is average, not delicious, not bad. There are definitely better choices in Manhattan.

It's my first time in NY, and it was my first lunch in this fantastic city! Very nice place, comfortable atmosphere and excellent service! The girl who served us, Isabella, was very nice and cared for. The food was excellent, the best burger I've ever eaten!

Choosing a restaurant to get a good burger in New York should be easy, but we saw some less than inviting guests places. This restaurant however, was very good. Large, nice atmosphere and the serving staff were nice and polite (a rarity in New York!). The burgers were good and it was good value for money too.

Our visit was pre-theatre and was recommended to us on the forum for a good place to eat with teens. We were able to get seated, even though we arrived earlier than our reserved time. 4 entrees, 2 cocktails, a milkshake, soda and order of fries was about $100, which we thought was very reasonable for the area. Easy walk to theatre. Food was great and everyone was happy!

The 5N burger was soooo good. Perfectly cooked in Medium with the gooey cheese and paired with the sweet potato fries and I’m in heaven. Service was good too. I can’t wait to come back.

We had dinner here on the evening of December 28th. Table booked online long in advance, to have a guaranteed seat in New York during the busiest time of the year. Although the location is very close to Times Square, the place is absolutely not the classic place for tourists nor the classic fast food style burger joint. It's a really nice place, where the service is attentive and attentive right from the welcome. I would define the hamburger as elegant both for the environment in which it is eaten and for the type of sandwich (loaded but not too much, tasty and plated in a simple but elegant way). The beers and side chips are excellent, especially the sweet ones. The mac & cheese is very good!! A highly recommended place to try an excellent burger and spend a pleasant evening!!

We chose this restaurant because given among the 10 best burgers in New York. They are good, it is true, but I may lack reference points. However the meat was cooked as requested (medium) and it is rare to have satisfaction on this point. Nice decor, ex pressing, with maintenance of the clothing distribution chain Downside, the noise (+music) making the meal unpleasant, we preferred to leave without dessert rather than continue to endure the sound atmosphere..

I had dinner at this place with my family in December 2023. Nothing to say. The staff immediately proved helpful and friendly, going out of their way to find us a table even though the place was quite full. When ordering, the waiter who served us even made an effort to tell us a few words in Italian when we didn't understand. Excellent quality burgers and the Kids dish proved tasty for our little girl. Cozy and well-kept place. Prices average for the city but overall I would call it good value for money. Advised.

Best burger I have had in a long time! Really nice inside quite busy which you can understand as the food was an amazing, burgers all reasonably priced and great atmosphere, definitely one to add to the list If visiting New York and love a burger, not to far from Times Square on 9th avenue

Local in the Hell’s Kitchen area, a stone’s throw from Times Square. The burgers are very good, the meat looks quality. Clean, nice waiters. Recommended.

My other half had visited here when in NYC on a solo trip and he insisted we came again. He was so right and enjoyed the food so much that our daughter insisted on a return visit! Juicy burgers, great cocktails, good service and oh wow those Brussels sprouts! Good atmosphere too, nice friendly vibe, everything an American eatery should be!

We had a delicious lunch. We both had the signature 5Napkin burger with extra cheese and bacon. Then the special Thanksgiving pumpkin cheesecake and NY cheesecake. It was all amazing!!! It is our last day in NYC and our waiter Leonardo was the person who made our last day really special. He gave us the best service and is a beautiful person. When we come back to New York we'll come for another burger and we hope that we'll see Leonardo again. Besitos x

We chose a normally quiet time (4:30) in this usually outrageously noisy place and asked for the quietest spot. The hostess led us to the noisiest table between two parties of ten and twelve. Why? Anyway, we asked to change to the opposite end of the room. We should have had burgers, their signature dish, but I had a poke salad with chips and my husband had a patty melt. The poke was chopped too small to have much taste and poured over chips that became soggy. Why? The patty melt had three layers of bread and little meat, a poor ratio. Our order of chicken wings (Korean bbq) with coleslaw was very good. The attentive waiter gave us an extra portion of the coleslaw when we said we liked it. My frozen strawberry margarita was also good. We have previously enjoyed their sushi and lobster roll and large hamburgers but were always reluctant to enter because of the noise. It’s a shame because we live one block away.

We took advantage of the nc week restaurant 3 courses for 30 dollars. Excellent dinner, in a truly New York atmosphere. The spectacular onion soup! Excellent burgers and amazing cheesecake! Super helpful and caring staff! We don't tip but this place is worth the money. The drinking is also noteworthy

That is an excelent place to go with friends or family. Very well decorated and service is fast and very nice. Burgers are big and beef is very well tempered, delicious in every bite. Deserts are great. Music and ambient take us to the 80's or less. Totally recommend but do a reservation previously to avoid long waiting.

This place is located in the Hell Kitchen restaurant row and offers a quality burger with very attentive customer service. Because of me, I ordered the wrong dish and the manager solved my embarrassment with great availability and elegance. Congratulations we will be back.

Amazing place, 100% recommend! Has an American/French Bistro vibe and the food is so so good. Most burger places seem to be a bit too casual but this was a lovely place to sit down and relax. Cocktails were banging too!

First time visit from the UK. Staff were friendly and attentive. Food was hot and plentiful. Fries were crinkle cut and so tasty. The burgers were the best we have had. Definitely recommend and we hope to visit again on our next trip.

The hamburgers and salad that we had were delicious. In addition, the waitstaff brought over a huge slice of chocolate cake for my daughter. She was overjoyed. We will definitely be back!

3 of us went to the 9th Ave location at opening yesterday June 29. We had been there before & hamburgers are truly good but ystrdy we ordered the brunch items and all 3 were disappointed with what we got! All 3 eggs over medium were well done & did not even look pretty. I asked for well done hash browns & my 2 friends got them that way also. I ordered the bacon & got turkey sausage. Pancakes not fluffy! Even coffee was disappointing! Our server seemed bothered, not even an apology

5Napkins is recommended by many as one of the best burger in town. I have booked using open table app and everything did work well, the gable was ready just exactly on time. Is it the best burger in NYC? I honestly cannot tell, it is an enjoyable experience indeed.

Word of mouth is usually a good source or recommendation wit we truly regret following up on this one. We booked a table online and surprised it was so busy that we could only get a table at 8.30 at the earliest but this would be “the best burger we’ve ever had”!!!!’ We got to the restaurant and found the place was heaving - a god sign! We were accepted and shown to a table in the window (by a youth who had little real genuine customer care skills - as good as the girl doing the computerised seating system. On seating we noticed immediately above us was an air con vent blowing freezing air into us - this would not do for us so I went to get a move - seemed an age before we were taken to another table! Next to us were a couple who were having to talk so loud to be heard over the music - forgot to mention that - the room was full of shouting people trying to talk over the incessant beat of some band I’ve never heard or not wish to hear again. I looked around and saw families and elderly couples as well as take of middle aged friends as well as some youth groups. It appears to speak to different groups! We placed our order and then found ourselves unintentionally listening to our two young friends - discussing loudly about various parties and x CD parts their friends were disgracing themselves at and the drink and drugs they were consuming. Eventually our food arrived - I had ordered the house special medium cooked 10 oz burger with fried onions cheese etc which came with curly fries - and Jo had a Patti melt and sorry this did not look like the pictures we had seen on line and we were underwhelmed. We started eating - bare in mind we were hungry having had little all day - yet the texture was that of a mush with no definition and the chops seemed like your frozen bag chips you can do at home. The flavour I am assured was bland to say the least and we had had enough as if we had wanted to complain we would have Had to shout over the noise and surely let the whole place know we were not pleased. While there we noticed several people turned away, several others sit under the ice chiller at the original table we were shown and others moving from the table nearest the door as it was a draughty place too. We didn’t like the ambiance, the food, the cold, the service from the front desk, the supposed gourmet meat - lost under mushy onions and tasteless cheese. We will not be going add gf aim not trust the view of the person who told us we had to go.

Excellent place, wish we'd found it sooner! There are options to have a 'naked' burger so you can go more healthy with protein and veg if you like. Perfect for families that are after different things! Atmosphere great here, food and cocktails delicious, server lovely and very attentive. We did have to wait a bit for a table, but worth it and you can do so at the bar with a drink, so not a big deal.

Nothing to "reproach" except for the fact that here, for example, tipping is not optional. Therefore they force you to choose between three options: low 18, medium 20 or high 22%. Neat and clean place, more or less fast service and definitely quality burgers.

Twice, one of our party members had to send his burger back because it was very pink even though he ordered a medium well burger. However, they comped the burger which was a class act. If not for this transgression, this restaurant would easily get a 5/5. All of our burgers were phenomenal and the French fries were perfect - slightly crispy on the outside but soft on the inside. Highly recommend checking this place out!

If you are looking for a burger before or after a Broadway show, this restaurant fits the bill. I have eaten there twice, once solo at the bar, and another time with a friend. This high energy place always seems to be busy and no wonder. The service is attentive and the food decent. Is it the best burger in town? Not in my opinion, but the crowds who frequent this place may disagree.

This casual restaurant was close to our hotel so we gave it a try. Two of our family of four tried different kinds of burgers, which were excellent. The two adults split the chicken and potatoes for a lighter meal. The dish had some kind of sauce that elevated the flavors. We enjoyed the meal and would go back when we're in the area.

We had a wonderful lunch , with great and familiar environment...everything was deliciuos and prices were fair enought. We suggest this wonderful place!!! VERY GOOD

The restaurant is a burger bar so don’t go if burgers aren’t your thing! I had a very tasty turkey burger and sweet potato fries. The service was good. Definitely need to book at night.

The bacon cheeseburger was really good but overpriced. My daughter enjoyed her salmon meal. The wait staff was friendly and attentive. I would definitely go back because of the location and friendly staff but would order another item on the menu.

Very good burgers, we enjoyed our lunch here even if one of our party (me) had a hangover from hell. The lad and I started with some chicken wings in hot sauce, very nice, only quibbles being, not enough blue cheese sauce, and no carrot / celery sticks, and the fact that my hangover brain made me forget to photograph them. Then we shared some loaded fries, which were as the photo caption says, sensational - really really really good. The little lad had some Mac n Cheese which meant we all had some Mac n Cheese, and it was excellent. Then it was onto the burgers. Two cheese burgers (one well done, one medium) were very good, and typically messy, hence the name of the establishment. The big lad had, in a bizarre, "same mistake from the Hells Kitchen visit 6 years ago text book error" situation, ordered the buffalo hot sauce chicken burger. What a moron. By the end of his burger, his face was "on fire". He enjoyed it though, very much. We all did, and its a repeated tradition for us when in NYC, a visit to 5NB, and we'll be continuing that tradition on future visits. One downside - slight - was the service was a bit patchy, not the fault of anyone in particular, they just seemed a bit "slow", which is absolutely not what you expect in NYC.

During a 3 day visit to NYC, we stopped in at the 5 Napkin Burger for lunch while on an all day walking tour. It was a lovely day and we managed to snag a sidewalk table outside the restaurant. It was a great location for people watching while we enjoyed our beverage and lunch. I enjoyed a burger and my husband had a chicken breast. Both were excellent. Our server was friendly and served us quickly. And yes my burger did require 5 napkins. Would highly recommend for a lunch bite with in New York City.

wow!! This was our third time here, we live in the UK so a good burger is very rare. This place is so good and reliable if I could I would come forever. Service is with a smile and so helpful it was my 65th birthday and my partner asked the helper to surprise me with a glass of bubbly so good. The BURGERS, well they were worth waiting two years for, I immersed myself in the Truffle Burger so juicy and to die for and the fries were crispy and tasty. My partner had the Napkin Burger cooked to perfection and served with fries, no room for anything sweet as always. If you do anything whilst in NYC and you are looking for the best please this place is ago.

My favorite place to eat a good hamburger and drink cookies shake. I love this place, every time we are in the city we need to go there. I really suggest this place. If you are European and u are curious to try the famous Mac and cheese I suggest to go there, it was good. About the staff we had some misunderstanding with the Waiter but maybe cause the place is little bit noisy. At the entrance there was a really smiling girl, you are stunning darling, you shine.

I feel like saying "Finally a place where you can eat well in New York without being fleeced." The place is central without being in the confusion of Times Square and is very welcoming for both dinner and a cocktail. In addition to the excellent burgers, we particularly appreciated the very rich salads which were fortunately not covered in various sauces. The desserts are excellent, especially the cheesecake.

We were absolutely so pleased with the service. Every waiter was kind and accommodating, including the maître D and the owner of five napkin Berger. We would go back in NY minute.

Order for the take away was made very quickly not more than 10 min. The bartender was very friendly.

Two of us went there for dinner on a Saturday evening. We made a reservation which was good as it was pretty busy. They have a decent microbrew menu of NY beers. They also have several mixed drinks. The burger menu is long and has vegan options too like the impossible burger. I had the 5 napkin burger and it was very good. Service was friendly and quick. I would go again.

We went to this restaurant a few years back and it WAS good then. We recently went to the 9th street location and they have all but stopped trying to be unique. My spouse and I both had burgers, and both of them were undercooked. We asked for crispy fries, and those came out undercooked and not crispy. If the burger had been prepared properly, I would say it was good quality. I was disappointed to discover that had removed bison and ostrich as options. The dining room looked nice, but it was very noisy. They did have outdoor seating but it was a humid day and we opted to eat inside. As far as the service, it was mediocre at best. Our waiter made us feel very unwelcome. I think he was just overwhelmed with tables or maybe he hated the LGBTQ+ community.

Delicious wings and sweet potato fries. Just the right amount of spice for the wings and fries are cooked well. I always enjoy my meals from this restaurant.
