Save your money and try for some other restaurants nearby, the waiters were not very knowledgeable about the food or the wine, when it finally came I can tell why, they must not eat it because the food is terrible. The prices are okay for Manhattan, that's about the only good thing I can say. there is a TV on in the restaurant which is also loud and very annoying, we came here to eat not to listen to useless chatter.

Great place in little Italy. A good time with good Italian food in NY. No fault to say, delicious food, good service and reasonable prices. To say that it was the only one that was full on that street full of Italian restaurants so highly recommended for a family place in that area.

Catch tourist! Dishes very expensive considering the quality and quantity 20$ a salad that consists of 3 slices of tomato and 3 slices of mozzarella Pizza obviously not homemade Run away

Looked for a recommendation of the best Italian restaurant while visiting NYC and to celebrate my Bday. Amici Restaurant showed up and we tried it. Had an amazing meal, with great service, prices and in a marvelous environment. Ended up walking down again to have dinner on the last night in town . Highly recommended!!!

The service and food were excellent. We shared an antipasto platter amongst 3 people and it was huge. Each of us ordered from the pastas, fettuccini Alfredo, house ravioli and a rigatoni ariabata. All 3 were excellent. Shared a bottle of wine. The bill was extremely reasonable. I would definitely be back. The venue is small but comfortable. Seating is flexible and would accommodate parties of 2 to 10 easily. We had reservations but they weren’t totally necessary since we were eating early- 6pm. It did fill up as we were heading out around 7:30.

We stopped for lunch here and it was delicious. I had the arancini and a glass of house white and my husband had the spaghetti carbonara. Service was fast but not rushed and the food was hot and tasty. Portions are generous and the price is reasonable. We sat just inside but the seat was open to the sidewalk and patio. Great location.

Excellent pasta, especially the eggplant pasta. The pizza was a bit bland. Surely a touristy spot, but good food and excellent service.

This was my second time visiting Little Italy. The first time I was disappointed in the food. The second time I ate at Amici's and was pleasantly surprised. Their food was delicious, I recommend the chicken francaise.

Pleasant restaurant in Little Italy. Food was tasty and staff very nice - very attentive. Few recommendations - I don’t understand why guests get butter in plastic containers instead of olive oil with welcome bread basket - that would be more Italian. I would also recommend to have spaghetti served with spoon and fork cuz with fork and knife it’s pretty difficult to eat.

Tables close together and standard Italian. Food was good and service excellent. $105 with 2 drinks and 1 app. Nice that they stay open for late lunch but plenty of other options in Little Italy for better dinner.

If you’re reading this, you’re doing the right thing! Me and my girlfriend ended up here after a long days walking. We were tired and hungry and fell for the patter of the chap touting for customers on the street. The seating outside was busy so we wrongly presumed the food was good. If I was being generous, I would rate the food as average. I had the Gnocchi with Mozzarella and it was very bland! Although we didn’t eat one ourselves, the pizzas looked very small by the usual standards set in New York. Have a look around the other establishments, I would imagine they are better.

This was 100% the best Spaghetti Bolognese I've had anywhere in the world including Italy -I've been coming to New York annually for over ten years and the quality is as good as day one!

Great food and service. We ended up here after walking by and the place next door said we would have to wait....boy am I glad! The best bread and garlic dipping sauce I have ever had. I have been back to NYC several times and we stop each time. It used to be Amici II and the new place is revamped with the same great service and food. I would fly all the way here for the Sangria. There is no better your will have anywhere. If you are in Manhattan make the trip - I do every time we come to the Big Apple!

I had one of the best Calamari Fra Diavolo I have ever had even though the server was trying to guide me towards the shrimp version of this same dish. It takes a great Chef to prepare a nice calamari. Also the red wine (Italian of course) was also delicious. My youngest daughter really enjoyed her pizza!

Amici was recommended by a friend who was born and raised in NYC, so I knew I will not be disappointed. Made reservations for 8:30 PM on Saturday, but arrived early and the manager sat us within 5 minutes. I had gnocchi and my husband had pizza. Both delicious! The drinks were strong and glasses filled generously. Tiramisu was, hands down, the best I ever had in my life (and I am a fan of this dessert, so I had it many times). One thing I missed was bread with olive oil - we were served bread with butter. Highly recommended.

Great little restaurant to eat. The food and service was fantastic. I would recommend it to anyone and the next visit to N.Y. we will eat there again.

Food okay, great starters (Spiedini alla Romana & Calamari Fritti), main course average. Poor service. Main course served not even half way through starters.. thumbs down.

They have a menu with prices, but when u ask the bill… surpriseee the prices are higher and the menu prices was only for a different time lol.. dont come to this place..

Excellent fresh pasta, bread, reasonable prices. My daughter and I had pasta (chicken picatta, spaghetti & meatballs, side of broccoli), two glasses of wine, shared a dessert. A wonderful crusty bread served with the meal. All delicious and under $100. Amazing experience!!

My wife and I went to Amici Restaurant last month. It was amazing and special day out. when we arrived at the place we felt the good vibes of the ambience. The staff were helpfull all the time. Furthermore they made you feel at home gave you a warm welcome. the food was very tasty and we also ate the popular carbonara. Thank you so much for a nice and neat dinner, we coming soon for sure Amici.

The food is good, the dishes are less expensive than the neighbors but still delicious. Pleasant servers. I recommend

This was the best Italian food I have ever eaten. My family and friend came for the New Years and I can not say enough wonderful things about this place. The staff and chef were fabulous! The food is absolutely delicious and I will make sure each time I come to always eat here! I highly recommend it!!!!

We visited here one afternoon whilst strolling around Little Italy. We decided on a table inside but by the window. The food - pizza and pasta - was good and just the right size in portions. Service was attentive without being fussy and the prices were pretty reasonable given the location. Mulberry Street does have a reputation for being a tourist trap but Amici was really enjoyable and relaxing.

So when I question the host and he tells me "yes we have some of the best thin crust neapolitan pizza" I expect at least a decent pie. What we got was a frozen dough flatbread. Super disappointing, and although I really don't like to give places bad ratings, I have to tell you, do not eat their pizzas if you have any taste in pizza. The baked clams? Excellent!!

The food was delicious and you can taste the authenticity. They are willing to customize your order so you can get exactly What you’re craving. The service was great and attentive as well, can’t wait until our next visit here. During these uncertain times there was nothing uncertain about the extraordinary precautions the staff took to ensure our safety (and is theirs).

Everything about this place was amazing! The food, the atmosphere, the staff. I couldn't have asked for a better meal. We had chicken francaise and spaghetti carbonara. Never had francaise that was so flavorful. Drinks were also excellent and the caprese salad - the mozzarella was so creamy. I will be going back.

Terribly bad food at overpriced New York prices. Tourist trap! Although we were promised that the pasta would be cooked "al momento", it was completely overcooked. The chef should have had time, there was very little going on. Avoid at all costs!

There are so many Italian restaurants to choose from in Little Italy, I am so happy that I choose Amici. I was skeptical given new owners and no Yelp reviews, but it was so pretty and food looked great... so we went in! Everyone was so friendly and accommodating. The baked clams and fried Mozzarella were the best I ever had. The four of us had four different dishes! All were fabulous. Highly recommend it.

Not a good start when sitting outside and paint still wet from them painting outside area resulting in kids shoes having green paint on them. food arrived after 40 minutes and sons pizza was burnt. was replaced but they then tried to charge me full price including the pizza and a set 20% tip. when i queried was given an excuse that it’s their system that does that. Pizza was eventually removed from bill which i paid including statutory 20% tip. rest of food was good but customer service lacking

We have visited little Italy with an idea to get some Italian food, especially pizza. Have ordered pizza pepperoni and spaghetti carbonara. Spaghetti was really fine, but pizza was far away from good. It was more like carton pizza from supermarket, besides really small as well. Service was good. At the end the tip 20% was automatically added to the bill.

My bf & I received loads of recommendations for Little Italy but since I used to live in Italy with chefs in my family I usually can tell from perusing the plates along the Mulberry sidewalks which place is good. This restaurant passed my “eye test” and it was bang on! The people who run it are def from Italy (not 1st or 2nd generation). The pasta was al dente and portions are extremely generous. Our dishes were so good and made our day. A lot of Italian tourists were eating here if that also gives reassurance to anyone reading this! I am gluten free (my boyfriend isn’t) and sometimes kitchens don’t get al dente for gluten free right - this one did. I got the bolognese sauce and my boyfriend got carbonara. Joined with Aperol Spritz, made our summer Sunday afternoon perfect! Photos: I removed my bf face from the outdoor pic of you notice a blur but wanted to show the outdoor ambience I highly recommend for the optimal Little Italy experience!

It was such a nice place, that we ate here twice :-). The food and the wines are good. The restroom is nice and clean. Lovely to sit by the window.

When in Little Italy, you stop for Italian! My daughter and I were visiting NYC and had lunch with a friend who lives there and we met up with her for lunch. After browsing several restaurant menus, we opted for Amici and were all very satisfied! While the restaurant has both inside and outdoor seating, we chose to sit outside under the canopy...loved the feeling of the Italian cafe scene! Our server was quick with water, menus, and a friendly smile. My daughter ordered a salad, my friend ordered the sole, and I ordered the lasagne and all were tasty and plentiful. We did not order drink but a nice wine/beer/ cocktail menu is offered. It’s interesting as Amici had every table full while the restaurant right next was open but empty...there was a wait at Amici even at the lunch hour...this speaks for itself I believe! I’d definitely dine here again on a return visit! Ciao!

Service and taste are perfect. The quality is definitely higher than the price. I highly recommend the salmon squid ink Alfredo pasta

Popped into this nice little restaurant in Little Italy on the 28th of November. We were 2 and decided to have something simple but good since we had stopped at other 2 places for a meal earlier that same day - so we weren't exactly hungry. After reading through the menu we ordered the Lobster Ravioli and a bottle of Italian white wine. In short; the Ravioli was excellent, the service was great and the atmosphere was relaxing. I'd like to go there again next time I visit NYC and try out more from the menu as many things there looked quite tempting.

Great lunch meal. The bread and oil served prior to the meal was delicious. Great service. Don’t miss it. The gnocchi was really good.

We really enjoyed our food at lunch - eggplant and chicken Parmesan, and ravioli. The bread was just ok but the dishes were really good. Service was also good and we sat outside in the sheltered area with a small overhead heater which was great. Would definitely recommend this place.

We enjoyed Veal Pram. It reminded me of what I enjoyed when in Naples Italy. The bread was extremely soft and fresh. The expresso was not bitter. A good place to eat.

We were walking down to little Italy with kids, wife and dog (Golden Lab). We were looking for a place to eat thinking that with the Dog... it would be hard to find a place. We asked the manager if dogs were allowed, he immediately helped us out, offered us a nice table on the Terrasse and a bowl of water for our Dog! The food was really good (Pizza and Lasagna), actually not too expensive and the service was really amazing. It was a REALLY nice stop after walking from TimeSquare, stop by Union Square and down to Little Italy, we will go back for sure! Thank you to the great staff who made our lunch a memorable one in NYC!!!

The pasta dishes that other costumers where eating looked really yummy. They also brought me bread and garlic oil as appetizer even before I ordered. Unfortunately I eat a pizza that in size and taste resembled one of those stores frozen pizzas and they charged me twice for the soft drink cause they don’t do free refills

We enjoyed a delicious traditional lunch at Amici. There were a lot of restaurant options to choose from, however, we are very glad we picked this one! Pasta was delicious & sauce was tasty. We had chicken parm & eggplant parm and to was perfect. Service was good & atmosphere was comfortable!

Great food and service! Very nice place.. best bread and garlic sauce ever.. good atmosphere, good restaurant alternative in NYK..

I had the Penne alla Vodka. Super delicious!!! Service was fast and very friendly. In my opinion the atmosphere is very authentic. I highly recommend.

Nice little restaurant in Little Italy with excellent food and good service. We had the veal parmigiana dish with pasta and the chicken marsala dish with pasta and both were very good. The prices are reasonable and the portions are nicely sized. Very friendly staff, especially the waiter from Terni, Umbria, who stands outside to greet customers. All in all a great little restaurant that we highly recommend!

The service is slow. The menu posted outside is not the same as the menu handed to you. The calimari was ok but the personal pizza was not "fresh" and mushy. The only thing harder was the check even for Manhattan. Quality of the food was not there.

Best dinner ever We went with friends over Christmas to celebrate with friends we enjoyed every single meal we tried! Food was fresh and delicious! Very friendly staff, Clean! They were very busy!

Cuisine that is not homemade. Frozen pizza and caprese salad with two pieces of tomato and industrial mozzarella. All this for a high price

Loved this restaurant in little italy. We had pizza which was amazing and the atmosphere was brilliant, they had a singer- didn't ger he's name bur he was amazing, Frank sinatra style. We really enjoyed our dinner. Would definitely recommend

Waiters are super nice, the food was excellent (we both had pastas on a lunch special, wasn’t expensive at all). Definetely will come back!!

Walking through Little Italy I arrived here. The service is friendly, the setting is picturesque but the portions are small for the price they charge. Additionally, there is a mandatory 20% tip.

Sick ! 35’ waiting for meatballs and mushrooms… manager not really friendly and 3 hours later I’m really sick … intoxicated. Not recommanded.

Good service. In an Italian restaurant you should have a little authentic flair. Music and food especially. It wasn't there at all. Parmareggio di Melanzane (the waiter had no idea what I was talking about) consisted of noodles in tomato sauce and aubergine and cheese on top - very strange combination. Good service - we did not pay for this dish.

This small Italian restaurant in Little Italy Manhattan (Mulberry St) is fantastic! This was by far the best chicken piccata I have had, and my husband said the same about his carbonara. If you are in little Italy, don’t pass this delicious restaurant by!

I had pinned this restaurant on trip advisor and am so glad we ended up eating dinner here. Friend had the carbonara and I had the linguine with clams, we shared a Caesar salad to start. Everything was delicious. The dipping oil for the bread was also good! Atmosphere was beautiful and emphasized by the rainy evening, lots of seating outside and service on point. I highly recommend and would return on a future trip to the city.

Unfortunately disappointing. The wine (Montepulciano) was average, the homemade gnocchi nothing special. We suspect , as predecessors did: no fresh pasta, although it is so touted! And finally we were given a tip/tip of 20%, which we should pay. Better avoid the place.

Pizza with the family during our trip to NYC. The pizza was of Walmart quality - the dough has probably been frozen and reheated. Sauce and toppings good, cheap cheese. Rather slow service.

I’ve been to Italy and had authentic Italian food so maybe this was more Americanized but I still absolutely loved the taste and had a great experience! We came for a late lunch! loved the cute little atmosphere, service was great! We had the most delicious grated red pepper garlic oil dipping sauce for our bread. We ordered the fettuccine Alfredo, it was delicious & creamy and the lasagna was hearty with lots of meat and the sauce was very delicious with tons of cheese and lastly the cheese ravioli was very good! Prices $9-16 for a pasta dish or pizza! No disappointments here.

Perfect spot. Reasonably priced. We all left satisfied. The dipping oil with bread was the best I’ve ever had and my lasagna was yummy. Don’t think twice.

Everybody in our group, who had pasta, got sick. I do not recomend eating here. Pizza was not that bad, but was quite small.

Wandering around little Italy there is really too much choice, but this was good, pizza and pasta very nice, staff friendly, good ambience

Cannot rate this place enough. Having been let down by another restaurant as a party of 15 with 9 young kids in the lashings of rain Amici were more than happy to accommodate us! Within minutes they pulled tables together and had us seated with drinks. Food came promptly and was delicious. A lovely family vibe. Everyone was happy with what they had. They gave us 3 different bills which was really helpful.

Coincidentally we ended up here and very well. In the heart of Little Italy, the terrace is beautiful and very pleasant. The menu is varied with traditional food: pastas, pizzas, salads, etc. without fanfare. Very good value for money considering it is in New York. But the best thing was the treatment: our waiter Jesús was very kind, he advised us and treated us great. Very good.

Excellent in every way. The pizzas, pasta, ravioli and exceptional TIRAMISU. A deserved stopover!! I recommend

Amici Ristorante is a Little Italy classic! We started with the Antipasto Freddo, which had the most amazing selection of prosciutto, salami, and cheeses. For mains, I had the Vitello Marsala—tender veal in a rich mushroom sauce—while my partner enjoyed the Rigatoni Amatriciana. Great food, warm service, and the perfect Mulberry Street atmosphere.

Was optimistic about dining here because of the reviews. We made reservations via Open Table. We were seated promptly at a two-top that was located right on top of another occupied table. Took our dinner order before our drink order. The place is not large and they have a lot of tables crammed into a small area. Not much ambiance as the place was very loud. My wife had gnocchi while I had veal Parmesan. Both were of average quality. My veal was not pounded thin and had too much breading. We both had cannolli for dessert and that was good. Overall we were somewhat disappointed.

We always stop in here when we are in town. The staff is super friendly and professional. Food is so good. Music is old school Italian and there is nothing wrong with this restaurant. We can't say enough about it. They have a great lunch special. The only thing is maybe a little wine happy hour!

I don't recommend it, we had pasta with tomato and it was good, the carbonara which is called that but is completely different from the Italian one but I must say however that the owner says it is different but it is a mixture of indefinite rack which gave us indigestion...and then it's expensive, two dishes described and a small beer in a blue ribbon bottle, 50 dollars...I don't recommend it as an Italian restaurant in NYC, there's better

Good food but too busy and a little more pricey than expected if you add services. 20% added for service Final price around 200 dollars for 4 + child

Great restaurant. The waiting staff were very attentive. Good size portions of really tasty pasta with bread. Reasonably priced too.

We had a great experience at AMICI Ristorante. The personnel was kind and attentive, they even prepared a meal for our son that was not on the menu.

We had a late lunch at this restaurant after spending the morning in Chinatown and Little Italy. We found the food banal, waiting for more. We had already tried other restaurants in the area and this swept our expectations. We ordered a salad in which the burrata was good, but the balsamic was a creamy sauce that looked industrialized. The pizza seemed frozen. Although it wasn't bad, it was far from having a good mass. We found the price high for the quality presented. The staff is friendly and available.

Dog friendly restaurant in Little Italy with a comfortable Mulberry Street environment on a pleasant Saturday night...outdoor seating is a great way to enjoy dinner.

Good Italian food price mid well service not cheap good bread and water when you seat, pizza is correct and pasta too the rest don’t know

What a restaurant delight. We were walking through Little Italy and we stopped in front of the Amici, and it was good that we chose to have lunch there. What delicious mass, expational attention, welcoming atmosphere.... all wonderful

Catch tourists fleeing! We were approached in the street... Industrial food...salty addition...a shame!

This restaurant is newly renovated and the food is delicious. Especially the homemade lobster ravioli were fantastic. Very kind waiters too!!!!

My family wanted a good Italian meal one night in Little Italy. We chose Amici’s by accident and got a great meal and friendly service. We order the most touristy dinner one could get, fettuccine alfredo and chicken parmigiana, but the food was prepared perfectly. It was a great finish to a wonderful day in the city.

Stopped here by chance on our way back to hotel and after a full day of navigating nyc was tired and very hungry. So glad we stopped, excellent food in an unhurried atmosphere even though the restaurant was rammed. Spaghetti excellent, meatballs excellent and pizza excellent all served by friendly welcoming staff. Can honestly say the food here is better than some we’ve had in places actually in Italy.

This was a lovely little restaurant with delicious food and good service. Would recommend. However we have given it a 4 as we can’t get our heads around paying $9 for a small bottle of beer. Such a shame as otherwise it would have been perfect

A delightful dining experience at Amici Ristorante, The cozy ambiance was really great and the staff was really friendly !! Prices of the restaurants were reasonable and pocket friendly and it was worth a visit !!

We went for dinner to say good bye to NY vacations and celebrate my sisters birthday, let me tell you, it was great! Everyone very responsive and attentive, we where a large group of eigth, they set up a table in minutes, took of drink and antipasto orders rigth away as soon as they put the drinks on the table the orders where taken, did not take too much time to be served, food was really good, all of it Calamari, eggplant rollantini, all the dishes, everything was made to order, fresh and all the plates warm as they should be! We know that they change ownership but the people in the kitchen and the floor still the same for 20 years o more! You won’t be disappointed! Last standing gems on Mulberry St., Little Italy, very litle nowadays.

NYC felt alive and festive. The service, food and value outstanding. Looking forward to coming back.

Very tasty pizzas and great service! We had a window seat and the Frank Sinatra music added to the charm. Would recommend.

In addition to the warm welcome we ate very well, the linguine with seafood were delicious, full of true clams and the value for money I would say more than good. Absolutely recommend!!

Absolutely delicious, fresh pasta and the best homemade spaghetti meatball and penne a la vodka, thanks for your great service and makeus feel like home. Highly recommend.

We were here on Sunday, August 6th for dinner. We sat inside to take advantage of the air conditioning, but there is a nice, covered street patio with full service tables on the sidewalk out front. You start with fresh bread with oil and vinegar, and we ordered wine ($15 per glass for the red we ordered), and Polpette (Meatballs in marinara sauce - $21) and Cesare Salad (baby romaine lettuce, croutons, shaved parmesan cheese in anchovy dressing - $15) for appetizers. Mains were Spaghetti Marinara (Spaghetti, tomato sauce and fresh basil - $18), Pollo alla Parmigiana (Breaded chicken covered by tomato sauce and melted mozzarella cheese, served with a side of pasta - $28), and Cotoletta alla Parmigiana (Italian Veal Parmigiana with a side of pasta - $34). Good food, very filling. Very average service. Inattentive and infrequent stops, no talk despite it not being busy. Right in the heart of Little Italy where the streets are closed to traffic making a nice atmosphere.

Worst food ever. Seriously dot get near it. Food is not eatable. We ordered so many diahes - nothing was eatable. When we asked for a check the food was on the table and they didn't ask us anything

Found this restaurant while walking through Little Italy. So many restaurant options there so picked Amici because it had good reviews online. Not very impressed with the food. It was average. Closer to Olive Garden than the authentic Italian food I wanted. Not terrible, just not great.

As I walked through Little Italy, I searched for a place that wasn’t too busy without compromising on the food quality. Then I found Amici. Great cozy place with quick service without getting food served cold or so. The café latte was good as well! All for a fair price.

We were looking for child-friendly restaurants once Margherita NYC was too small without high chairs, we were invited by the manager to go inside, they had high chairs despite not having a kids menu. The ambiance was very comfortable and everything seemed very clean. The service was a little confusing, delayed a little and they got confused with the wine menu too. But the food had a reasonable price despite not having a brick or coal oven compared to other competitors. My wife ordered a risotto which she said it was great (she's kind of a "specialist" in this type of food). I ordered a lasagna, which is one of my favorite foods and it wasn't so good, the dough and the sauce remembered grocery frozen lasagna, eatable but no tasteful. Is should have chosen another thing like pizza. Another good thing is that they ran out of juice but managed to buy some and serve to the kids. Probably I'll come back just because the efforts and to try new options in the menu 'cause the place is great, good energy.

A wonderful spur of the moment Friday night walk up, without reservations. Service was excellent, as was the bread, ravioli and egg plant parmigiana!

My husband, daughter and I picked this restaurant while walking through little Italy. They have a nice outdoor eating section. The tables were full so we ate inside. The waiter was prompt and friendly. We ordered the antipasto appetizer, Caesar salad, broccoli rigatoni,Lobster ravioli and a personal pizza. Everything tasted wonderful and the portion sizes were nice. The tiramisu and expresso were awesome as well. I would go back and recommend it! It was a little pricey but that's to be expected in NY

Very good location on Mulberry. Nice terrace in the shade in the summer. The pasta is excellent. Pizza is okay but prefer pasta if possible. Efficient and friendly Service. It is certainly a restaurant "tourists" but good choice anyway.

We went with a group of us from mid 20's-mid 60's. Everyone enjoyed their meal. The staff is great and the service fast. We had apps and entree's, drinks and fun there.

My expectations were blown out of the water. The atmosphere from the place from the beginning was really nice. Then when the food came it was delicious. I had the carbonara, and the ravioli and I must say, the carbonara may be one of the best pastas I’ve had in my lifetime! 10/10 I would most definitely recommend!

Came here for lunch. Outstanding service and beautiful outdoor area to accommodate during COVID. I ordered Eggplant parm and it was amazing! Delicious red sauce as well. Would defintely recommend.

Very nice place to try Italian cuisine in New York, tried the lasagna, obviously nothing to do with the authentic Italian one, but still edible, excellent beer. Prices decidedly high as in all of Little Italy, for lasagna and beer more than thirty dollars

Run away. Prohibitive prices with deplorable quality. How to say: a salad for $17 excluding taxes and obligatory 20% tips: look at the photo and you will understand

Avoid... bad pasta, tasteless frozen pizza. I strongly advise against it. 20% free automatically. We didn't finish our dishes, which is really rare.

A horror, nothing Italian about this restaurant, we arrived because we were solicited outside by selling the merits of the restaurant. Only one couple was there at lunch time. We ordered three pasta dishes and a pizza. I went to the toilet to wash my hands and I realized that the pizzas were frozen so not fresh and the pasta, already pre-cooked, was horrible to reheat. The restaurant also allows itself to put 20% of tipe is coming to ask you. I went for my birthday 10/05/20 and it was fantastic, I love the food, Juanito our server was attentive, informative and really friendly. Beautiful place with full of flowers <3

Sold as a Roman pizza and not a Neapolitan one, in the end we spent 18 dollars for a frozen pizza which compared to Buitoni is worth 100... forget it...

We weren’t sure where to eat - walked by one restaurant that was empty. We figured “hmmmm….maybe there’s a reason for that”. Kept waking and approached a gentleman outside Amici that encouraged us to come in. We did and were so glad! Yes, small tables and crowded - but it was all part of the experience! The spaghetti with bolognese was perfect. I could have eaten another plateful. Meatballs were yum and pesto Gnocci was so good! Good Service - they checked on us several times. Then - it all ended with the PERFECT Tiramisu. OMG. I want to go back!

We enjoyed homemade sangria. Pizzas was delicious, so lasagna. Tiramisu was moderate. Service is good.

Great food and service. Delicious pizza and pastas. Portbella mushroom appetizer is the best. Great location in little Italy district of NYC

Really cozy place in the heart of Little Italy with welcoming and smiling staff where we were served by Dennis. It was followed by good wine and really good food. So overall a clear recommendation.
Lovely Friday night date night
Good experience! Lots of gluten free food, and a good wine selection. Waiter was attentive without being pushy, and the owner was very warm. They have a couple of TVs that were playing the Olympics and a lovely outdoor dining area. We opted to sit inside and it was nice and cool. I got the gluten free rigatoni with pancetta and my husband got seafood linguine. Both were good portion sizes. Finished with an Irish coffee (espresso and Jameson). We can’t wait to come back!
