An incalculable number of perfumes — it’s almost impossible to make your choice! Fortunately, the team offers to try before deciding, which makes the experience even more enjoyable. However, you have to be a little patient, because the queue is often long: a good sign of the success of the place! But the wait is well worth it. We showed this address to our friends who accompanied us, and everyone was won over. It is possible to enjoy on site, on the outdoor terrace, or at the tables located a little further down, with a superb view of the Flatiron. In short: a must-see place for lovers of handmade ice cream, not to be missed! 🍦✨

We got in line after seeing Harry Potter. The line was rather long and it took one hour to get to the counter. We waited as it must be delicious to stand in this long line. The servers asked if we wanted to sample anything. We had a couple of samples then chose a cone and a cup for our gelato treat. We lucked out after standing and eating for 5 minutes and snagged a table. It’s difficult to find a table as seating is limited for the amount of people in the line. It was really good and I would come back again even to stand for 60 minutes in line. Yum!

We went to Anita's on several occasions, it was close to our hotel so having been too full after eating our dinner, the short walk or taxi ride left us with space for some delicious Gelato. Amazing show of divine looking Gelato you really are spoilt for choice my favourite was pistachio, my partner would bring it to our room and I sat in bed like a queen, of cause you can use the seating provided, you have to go here!!

This friendly ice cream parlor was hopping with customers when we arrived. Couldn't believe the size of the crowd especially when it was 28 degrees outside. Staff was knowledgeable and friendly. Generous portions here. Gelato was creamy and a good balance of consistency. I tried their pavlova mix berries ad the other flavor was strawberry mascarpone and ricotta.

We entered by chance one rainy afternoon in August and it has been a great surprise! a lot of great flavors (let you try the ones you want. He ordered one directly and they ask him if he wanted to try it before, he did and it actually changed flavor). The Regular size cup seemed to us at first very small, and we asked for the medium, the shop assistant warned us that they were filled a lot q it was better to order the small one 😳; and indeed, the regular size (the small one) is like a usual medium. We ordered banana split and another vanilla madagascar and cookiman....welliiisimos!

This was our first time to Anita's Gelato. It is one of the finest gelatos in New York. I had the pistachio which was just delightful. The taste and texture was amazing. Anita's offers a delightful variety of flavors that are not commonly found elsewhere. Give it a try.

Excellent ice cream. Of the best ice cream I've ever eaten. Various logs scattered across Manhattan. I tried at Broadway in Times Square and near Madison Square Garden. Very well made and especially tasty. Both to eat at the table in the store and to bring to the street. Not cheap for Portuguese standards but worth every dollar

Great selection of flavors but website does not accurately depict the flavors available yet they have a ton of them. Spendy at $10 for a single scoop but you can break it into two flavors. Long lines if during peak times but moves fairly quickly. Walk and eat as almost nowhere room to sit and eat

The line was long and my husband didn't want to wait, but I talked him into staying. A long line means it is very good! Well, we waited and it was the best gelato we have ever had! I recommend the chocolate pistachio! My husband loved it so much, he actually contemplated standing in line again for another serving!

So many flavours it was hard to choose but luckily they are patient and offer samples by the spoon to help the indecisive. My son tried white chocolate cookie and I had chocolate coffee. But excellent choices.

We came here for a treat after seeing a show. There was a small line but it moved quickly. Seating is minimal, so order knowing you will likely not have a place to sit to enjoy it. I ordered the regular size cup with strawberry and mango. Both flavors were creamy and delicious!

Ice cream nothing short of exceptional.. nothing to do with the others that are here in New York..! Staff very kind and attentive to the customer... great value for money. We will definitely return!

We stopped here before the broadway show. We got the small sizes and thought that it was plenty. The inside of the establishment is clean and pretty. The staff are friendly and we were able to try several flavors before deciding which we wanted for our two scoops. I’d definitely return.

Like everything in New York, it's expensive but the queue of customers is a good sign of the quality of the ice cream which is generously served

Early in our trip, we had decided to get gelato…and decided to get some after a show one night. Needless to say, so did every other theater-goer as the line was out the door and down the sidewalk. We returned the next afternoon and walked right in….so glad we came back! Staff was very friendly and offered tasting samples. I got cookieman and strawberry and it was delicious!! Wish we would have stopped there earlier in our trip! Will definitely plan to stop in again on my next visit to NYC!

My daughter has lived in New York City for a year and a half and as I was going to try this place out so after her dental white coat presentation we decided to go out for some really good sushi and of course we had to go out for some kind of ice cream even though it’s 32° outside! This place was awesome employees were asking if we need any samples in the gelatos were phenomenally delicious. Will definitely come back to this place because it was awesome

This place had a line out the door, so I assumed that the gelato would be out of this world. It was delicious, no doubt. But it probably had a line out the door because of its location close to Times Square and the Broadway shows, not because it was the best gelato in NYC.

First time here, won't be the last! Presentation reminded me of exactly how gelato is displayed and sold in Italy. So many flavors and toppings to choose from. I tried the hazelnut and the chocolate caramel. The portions are on the smaller side but I savored every bite. The decor is beautiful. Seating inside and outside.
