In short, the shakes were good - they are pretty much what you've seen in the pictures online. The atmosphere was not what we expected, though. The music - '80s and '90s songs we know and like - blasted through the restaurant. And I do mean blasted. I think if the music had been half as loud, we would have enjoyed it twice as much. We arrived around 9 on a Friday night. (Disclaimer: Very loud music is not my thing. I'm 46 and seemed to be about twice the average age of most diners.) Still glad we went - our teens enjoyed the shakes - but just trying to provide a better idea of what to expect in terms of decibel level.

The burgers were really good and the milkshakes are worth going there for them alone. The servers were very friendly, But the bathrooms and general cleanliness is poor. The price is a bit much for a burger, even for New York. I would not go back again.

amazing ice cream, impressed, so huge. I could not finish and definitevely worth it. nice service too.

This was all it was built up to be. Burgers were better than we anticipated and the shakes were as “over the top” as we imagined they would be. Prepare for a wait as the line outside can get long and the service inside is slow. As long as you anticipate those things, you will enjoy the experience.

A good quality burger restaurant with a wide original choice. Wagyu burger, signature dish at 24. Dollars. Pleasant service.

The hostess was informative and pleasant, service was fast, and the food was AMAZING. The burger was cooked perfectly and the crazy shake was well worth the trip. Would definitely recommend.

This was a great place to eat. Service was good and fast Would go again for sure Was traveling with someone with a peanut allergy and they took all precautions

Waited close to an hour on a busy Saturday night just for one of their famous shakes, but WORTH IT (especially if you're only visiting the city). Not overly sweet, but lots of personality - not sure where else you can get one like it. Staff was super friendly despite the wait & other food looked good. Had a diner-feel inside the place.

I had a bigger issue with my server than the food. He just was not on the ball. I ordered a well done burger which came with some pink in it, not well done, I also ordered a salad. The salad and burger were delivered to our table, he said he would bring me the dressing. I waited, in the meantime I cut the burger in half and it is not well done. The server did not check to make sure we were okay, or bring my dressing, I had to get up and find him to get my order fixed and dressing brought to the table. We ordered our shakes with our meal but wanted it to be brought to the table 10 minutes after our meal. We waited, I got the waiters attention, he said let me get your check, I said we are waiting for our milkshakes. I think people go to the restaurant for the crazy shakes, I got a plain vanilla shake, it was very good, . The burger was good but I have definitely had better. Worth trying but not sure I would go back again.

I came here on a Tuesday night about 8:30 with my fiancé, when we arrived we asked for a table for two and without greeting us the waitress told us there’s a line outside. We went out and waited and I was annoyed at how rude she was.. however we only had to wait about 5 minutes until we were seated and the rest of the staff, especially Samantha, were wonderful. The service and food was fast and cooked to order. We both had the pizza style burger with sweet potato fries and it was delicious as well as reasonably priced. We ordered milkshakes after we ate and I’m so glad we did as we’d have never been able to finish our mains if we didn’t, they are very indulgent but worth it. You might want to share one between two people though. This restaurant is very reasonably priced and I would recommend.

Freshly cooked food in a quirky environment with the most amazing milkshakes. ( cake batter mixture flavour) was out of this world. Very reasonably priced too

Had a fabulous evening at the Black Tap in their newly opened (only a week ago) in Midtown NYC ... as soon as you walk in the decor & the staff are welcoming and the place has a real buzz to it, then comes the food WOW the burgers were amazing we all had something different & tasted as good as they looked ... then came the Shakes (one between 3) & we only just managed that 🤣 it was my birthday & our waiter came to the table signing Happy Birthday & the whole place joined in ... there are 3 Black Taps in the city now so definitely check one of them out the food, the staff & the atmosphere is amazing ... one to put on your list!

I enjoyed Black Tap with my teenage children in January 2019. My daughter had heard about it before our holiday and asked to go. It was sensational - best meal choice so far after more than 2 weeks in the US. The shakes are ridiculous; don’t expect to finish them; but do expect to be impressed by the appearance. The burgers and salads were also excellent, as was the service. I’d definitely recommend this. The bar upstairs also looked like a good place to have a quiet drink with friends. Definitely do this when in New York!!!!

We went here to try the gimmick of the freak shakes, having read the menu in advance we arrived early to get a cake batter milk shake that is limited quantities per day. The restaurant is currently undergoing renovation so space was limited to downstairs, during our time here the restaurant got quite busy. The restaurant has a kitchen at one end and a bar and milkshake area at the other, there are various waitresses and we never waited long for any service. The milkshake arrived with a whole slice of cake on top, while I didn't enjoy the cake the milkshake was very good and came with thick frosting around the top of the glass. We also had two burgers which were very good, however there was a lot of food for us to manage after the shake. Staff were friendly, food was great, would happily recommend visiting here.

Only popped in for margarita and a crazy shake with the teenagers but really liked the place Friendly efficient service and a really crazy shake! The drink was good too . Would like to go back and try a meal there

The food is fantastic, and the milkshakes are little works of art. We had a burger and it was great. We arrived early for lunch, which was a good idea as there was a line up outside the restaurant when we left! They do not take reservations so plan your visit ahead.

This restaurant is over-rated. Food was mediocre and service lacking. We took our two small children- 6 and 3 years old, and ate downstairs. We ordered hamburgers and grilled cheese sandwiches. Both were ok. We had to ask for silverware 2 times before receiving a fork! The fancy shakes are good but over done with toppings. The bathroom is close to disgusting. This place is not worth the long wait to get in!

My friend and I went for dinner. The burgers are delicious!! Also while you are there you have to try there milkshakes, so good!

After springsteen on broadway walked over here to get a birthday cake shake since it was my birthday. There was a 20 minute wait at around 11pm but not too bad. The shake was delicious. Service was so so.

Wonderful, fun place. Incredible milkshakes and great staff. You need to search a bit to find the SoHo location, but well worth it. Many thanks to Matt for making our visit memorable!

Recommended for a milkshake and the crazy milkshakes did not disappoint! Fantastic venue and vibe. Real New York bar with great staff and not that expensive. The crazy milkshakes are just that - crazy but delicious. Would highly recommend.

We were staying next door in the Kixby Had food a few times Staff were very friendly Food was good If we were to come back we’d definitely return

This place was going to be one of my craft beer and food highlights while in NY. Totally disappointed. It should be renamed kids burger and shake bar. Yes they had craft beer, but that was that was far as the name suggests. It was more of a burger and massive mega shake place. There was almost as more children in there than adults and for that sort of atmosphere the blaring rap music was inappropriate. Maybe they should concentrate on one or the other. So if your looking for a craft beer place with food and atmosphere, look elsewhere. If your looking for a burger bar with massive shakes, then this is your place. Very confused and disappointed.

Loved this place - Great beers and awesome shakes in a quint area of tribeca. Food was also very good.

This restaurant is very small and out of the way. It was so worth the trip. The food was amazing. The burger was juicy and delicious. Not to mention the shake my daughter got with a huge piece of cake on it. The deserts are what this restaurant is known for but the burgers are just as good. If you love dessert this place will blow your mind.

Great burgers and some of the best we have had in NY. The shakes were also cool but more like an ice cream sundae

Although the service was quite slow and the table was super tiny, the food more than made up for that. I had the Californian turkey burger and I have to say it was probably the tastiest thing I ever ate in my entire life. I cannot stop thinking about it! I also had a Bam Bam Shake which was super cute and tasty. My fiancé got the crispy chicken sandwich which he loved and one of the beers on tap that he also really enjoyed. I think the prices were fair for what we got. Like I said the service wasn't the best, but the food was absolutely spectacular!!!!!!!!!

We had heard about the freak shakes here and decided to pay a visit while in NYC. We didn’t have to wait long to be seated. Our table had two big bottles of water for us on arrival. We looked at the menu and quickly decided on what we wanted. We ordered and it didn’t take long to arrive. The shakes are amazing and well worth a visit to this location. The whole place has a really good feel and vibe.

The location is fairly small and the indoor seating can fit 4 people (4 tables total). The burgers are around $11-15 individually sides would have to be ordered separate. I think they’re great but nothing too special or unexpected that the burgers live up to.

Visited in February 2019 with 17 year old son. I'd read previous reviews and our driver that picked us up from the airport recommended Black Tap for burgers and shakes so we turned up on a Monday night. We didn't have to wait for a table and as a two were placed on a table for two. I'd have preferred a booth but they were full. There was a large group eating to our side but were not intrusively noisy, although acoustics in here aren't great for lots of chatting. Service was good, the food was great. My son had both burger and shake, only as other diners have mentioned in reverse order. Didn't bother him! I had a veggie option, not being a massive burger fan and enjoyed my meal. We spent about 90 minutes in the restaurant and if we had been in a bigger group would have stayed longer. Pleasant experience we both enjoyed.

Waited 30 mins to get seated , that’s fine , food was ok , but the final was not so pleasant , we payed with credit card and we had to write down on the bill the amount we want to tip , later on our credit card was charged twice , once with amount of the bill and once with amount plus tip , I wrote an email to solve the problem , but never got a reply back Shame to make money like that

After a long walk from 42nd st to battery park in 92 degree heat, we were looking out for somewhere cool but off the beaten track. We found the Black Tap and well, it was off the beaten track but busy. We stepped inside and were taken downstairs for a table of 4. The table had a wine bottle full of water and 4 glass jugs. We were served quickly and the food is cooked in sight. The food was excellent and the array of craft beers was exceptional. The staff were very friendly and very informative however, all these good points were not the best thing about this little gold nugget. My son and I decided to try the shakes and wow!! The picture is of our shakes. My sons had a couple of chocolate brownies in and the glass was dipped with a frosting and coated with chocolate chips. Mine had 2 churros and coated with cinnamon Graham but also had an ice cream waffle coated in chocolate on the side of the glass. Reasonably priced but quality food. Must try if you are in the area.

My daughter wanted to visit this place to try their cake milkshakes. It did look amazing but was it worth $17, I don't know! She thought it was fab. They don't serve coffee. We were just on short visit, staff were very nice but I didn't feel at ease in their basement restaurant, very warm with no ventilation.

In my opinion the best hamburger eaten in New York, excellent meat. The salad is also good. Price in line with those in the city. Super recommended

The shakes were pretty good, and the over the top presentation is what keeps the people flooding in here. Although I can’t speak for the food the burgers coming out of the kitchen looked great. The atmosphere inside was upbeat with a great mix of music played loud which was fun. Service was excellent here and everyone was so friendly!

My wife and I visited here on our first night in NYC. The menu is wide ranging. The service is friendly and the food is amazing. If you like a good burger you won't regret visiting Black Tap. We only had burgers as we had no room for the incredible looking shakes. I guess we'll have to make a return visit someday!

I brought my three kids, 11, 8 and 6 to eat here after a cross country plane ride from LA. It was the beginning of the Thanksgiving holiday so I’m sure that they were short staffed, but the food was great and everyone was truly friendly...and good looking! (Always a bonus for a single mom). The kids had a great time with good music, good food and AMAZINGLY fun milkshakes.

Since it is very famous we had to wait outside for some time but not too much. The people working there were very nice and the food was AWESOME. If you are in NY you need to go there ! That was just so cool. We were there to taste their famous Crazy shake and you won't be disappointed if you do that too !

Great food! We went downstairs and ate. Food was fast and prompt prices were reasonable. With a GF bun, burger, and fries $18.00. Tremendous amount of fries and the burger tasted great. I asked for no cheese on my burger. It was perfect. Definitely would recommend.

Local friend raved about their specialty milkshakes so we ended our evening here. Service (on a Monday night) was exceptionally slow. Their specialty milkshake was impressive looking, but the classic was so-so. Ordered chocolate-coffee, and couldn’t taste a trace of coffee flavor. Overpriced, and doesn’t live up to the hype.

We were in New York and fancied trying a milkshake place, google said this was one of the best there was in NYC so we thought we would visit and see, they were not wrong. The milkshake was massive with peanuts and chocolate and m&ms stuck all around the edge. We had one between 2 of us which I'm glad we did as I wouldn't be able to eat one to myself. The burgers we had were also good, just the right size and nice chips, I recommend the chili cheese one. The place has split levels, we sat downstairs but the upstairs bit looked better. The waiter was friendly. Worth a visit if you're nearby.

Went here just after lunch time and had a 5 minute wait. Shared the Greg Norman Burger which was excellent. They have a great selection of craft beers and went with one of their suggestions. They are known for their shakes and for good reason. We shared one which had a cake on top. Service was on point and was an all around good experience. When we exited, it looked like there was about a 30+ minute wait.

Great friendly and helpful waiter called Austin guided us through the menu and shakes, choose the American burger which was delicious one of the best burgers I have eaten, had the strawberry milkshake instead of a crazy shake as knew I would never finish it as they are so large, their classic milkshakes are delicious and come in great flavours, highly recommend

Went for business lunch I had All American burger I liked the medium well in comparison to well done Had a great experience thanks to the friendly staff!

The service was fine but the burger was unremarkable in every way possible. Skinflints in Brooklyn is a far better burger in every way possible. Also overpriced for the burger. I understand that it’s tourist spot and The ice cream shakes are the draw but they won’t see me again. I actually went there because Bobby Flay said it was great. Sorry my friend it’s not,

The burgers were very good! The fries were very good! The service was very good! But, the SHAKES!! Oh my GOODNESS, the SHAKES!! If you haven't read about them, just google it. This place is getting more famous by the day for these insane shakes. My son loves shakes, so this was the perfect special place to take him and he LOVED LOVED LOVED it! Thank you Black Tap for making a 10-year-old Georgia boy and his parents feel AMAZING!!

Their fried pickles were absolutely delicious! But their milkshakes, WOW! So tasty, so beautiful too! the presentation was gorgeous!! The flavor was amazing!! I will definitely be back!

We had three cocktails, two burgers, and a milkshake and the bill was over $100 so be ready for some sticker shock if you’re just bouncing in for a quick lunch. With that said, food was really good and service was great. The 80s/90s hip-hop was a great bonus!

We split the cookie and cream crazy shake. Great presentation and great service. Shake was thin. I was expecting a thick and creamy milk shake, but got a watery shake covered in whip cream and Oreo cookies. Not bad, but definitely could have been better.

Great food and service. We came for a date and got the Brooklyn Blackout which was very good. Our server was Vaughn and he was a wicked nice guy. We will be back for sure.

We had been recommended this restaurant by a family member for its shakes. We arrived and it was packed with a queue. We decided to take away a shake. You can only take away a basic shake, which is totally understandable. I chose a Nutella shake and my partner chose a peanut butter one. We didn’t have to wait long. Staff were friendly and efficient. The shakes were amazing! So tastey and thick. They were that good, we went back the next day for another one (we were on holiday and we were going home, so squeezed what we could in). Recommended!

Freakin’ amazing American food. We ordered an old fashioned burger, Texan burger, and a Black Tap burger salad with avocado added. For dessert we had the cake shake. The burgers were cooked to order, the salad was fresh and the dessert was rich and decadent. We chose to get side salads with the two burgers rather than fries, but we saw another table that had fries and they looked really good. We stopped in here in a Tuesday at 4:45pm and there was no wait. Service was outstanding.

Reviewing on behalf of my son, 9, who asked to go here for his birthday dinner and then write a review about how he loved it. The burgers are fantastic, and the milk shakes are worth the wait. It is the stuff kids’ dreams are made of. Our wait was only half what was quoted when we arrived. Everyone sang happy birthday. Worth the wait!

Do not waste your money on an establishment who does not give a care about you spending your hard earned money!!!! Reached out to the company from 6/23/2022 and still no answer!! Please we have to make sure we stand up for what's right and that place should be closed down!!!!!! NEVER VISISTING THERE AGAIN!!!!!

A few people had mentioned this small chain of burger restaurants to us whilst in New York recently, commenting not only on a decent range of fresh and creative burgers they were offering, but also on their legendary milk shakes which, we were led to believe, were ‘works of art’. We happened to walk past the Broom Street Soho restaurant so decided to give it a try, to see what all the hype was about. Apparently this was the first of the restaurants in this chain to be established. We wanted to sit in the downstairs restaurant but after a bit of a lengthy wait for a table downstairs we decided to eat in the cafeteria-style dining room at ground floor level. It’s got a bit of a grunge, edgy, ‘street-art’ urban appearance, with lots of black-and-white artwork on various surfaces, and a rather fabulous and colourful mural of Lady Liberty scowling across the room at diners. It's a bit hip, but very clean. The burger menu is comprehensive; it’s not huge, but there are a number of interesting combinations. We chose the Spring Lamb Burger from a specials’ menu ($22), the Wagyu Steakhouse Burger ($22), and the Greg Norman Burger ($21). The burgers were very good, cooked as requested, and very fresh and tasty. We didn’t think they were the best burgers we have ever eaten by any means, but they were delicious. The Wagyu Steakhouse Burger was requested without cheese; it was succulent and substantial. The roll was fresh and the bacon nicely crips, though the ‘crispy onions’ was only one onion ring. The Greg Norman was also good, served with the add-on of a fried egg. The Spring Lamb Burger was excellent, though the sliced radishes didn’t appeal as a successful accompaniment. There are other menu options: wings, salads, sandwiches and so on, and there are options for the vegan and vegetarians, including vegan buns. The milkshakes were a triumph, probably better than the burgers. We ordered two to share amongst our party of three: The Cookie Shake )$16.50) and Cotton Candy ($19). Beware: they are huge, filling, and sugar overload. The Vanilla Cookie Shake came as described: vanilla frosted rim with cookie crumbles, topped with a ‘cookiewich' (whatever that is), crumbled cookies, chocolate chips, whipped cream and chocolate drizzle. The Cotton Candy also came as described: vanilla frosted rim with blue, pink and pearl chocolates topped with a pink lollipop, blue and pink rock candy, whipped cream and cotton candy. They were delicious; two shakes were enough for three adults. The presentation was excellent, and they both tasted amazing, so it’s easy to see why these fancily-crafted shakes are well-known to the chain. We enjoyed our dinner. Service was efficient without being overbearing or intrusive. I’d recommend Black Tap if you are looking for a decent burger and some exotic desserts.

I’m not usually a burgers type of person. I usually find them bland and big only. But our hotel recommended this place, so I also regularly go with whatever the locals recommend. And sure enough it was absolutely amazing! I had the old fashion and a five sessions borough IPA. I’m usually not even an IPA girl, but they were out of Brooklyn Lager. That being said everything was absolutely amazing! We waited a little bit for a table, but it was 100% worth it!

It’s an interesting array of an upstairs seating area and downstairs more restaurant like. The booths are a tad bit tight for people who are more blessed in the mid range area. It’s a lively place lots of music and high noise volume. Service was good and not rushed. Good array of burger choices and the Wagyu burger was tasty, not outstanding but good. The burger salad is a hit and good enough for two to share. The fried pickle appetizer was also done well. The milkshake offerings set this place apart and while I don’t have one others at the table did. Maybe one day I’ll come back just for a shake so it can be enjoyed in an empty stomach. The one downside is the absent seating has one restroom located in the back area outside the kitchen. Staff and patrons used it frequently and it could use some TLC once in a while as it surely needed it.

This place has a large selection of impressive milkshakes. We were two persons who ordered the OREO milkshake and shared it. We are glad we shared it because there was too much for one person. The place would get a five-star rating if the prices were lower.

Really cool place. Huge and delicious milkshakes and burgers. If you want to get a seat come before 11 because the line is really long

This is a great place for fancy burgers and fancier milkshakes. We had read excellent reviews and gave it a second try after the initial one failed with an overwhelmed staff with too many customers. The second time we were able to get a nice table outside but then. the problems started. Our server was a disaster. It took an eternity for our order to be taken and more so to get our food. Our youngest daughter was disappointed when. she got chicken tenders instead of the fried chicken sandwich she had asked for (and only then did our server let us know that they had run out of them). Despite telling them that we were in a hurry, it took them a lot of time to get our check. Once we got it, it was the wrong check!. Bottom line: Lousy service can dampen a great meal.

Was a couple blocks from our hotel. Had about a 30 min wait but well worth it!! The burgers were fantastic!!!

Visited with my partner and baby. The best burgers we have ever eaten, EVER!!!! We were amazed!!! We were so sad we only discovered this place on our last evening, otherwise we would have been back time and time again! Will definitely be returning! If you want the best burger of your life, this place is a must. The shake was pretty damn good too! Side note - the service from Ashley was also impeccable. So friendly and hospitable with seating our baby! Thanks Ashley! Hidden gem!

Excellent hamburger restaurant, very delicious, with fresh French fries. The service is of super quality, the entire team is very friendly. Great place to enjoy a very delicious burger in a typical American atmosphere. Congratulations

Really tasty american style burguers at the Soho. The burger with blue cheese was delicious, and the fries really good. Especially good for milkshake lovers!!!

The burgers were very tender, and made great meals. You must go to the Black Tap when visiting New York. The atmosphere is great, and the decor is the cherry on top! My favorite part were the milkshakes! I love how each has a theme - it makes it look and taste delicious! My personal favorite was the chocolate peanut butter milkshake.

One of the best burgers I have ever had. It’s worth ordering both the all American as well as the wagyu burger! You won’t regret it! Also very friendly staff and the place is very nice.

We were three persons and we really liked the hamburgers we asked for. The dishes were plentiful. Fries were nice also. The only thing we didn't like much was that the music was loud. It was good music, but too loud. Place is also nice. We would go back for sure so I recommend it!

The best restaurant we went to all week! The service was great, the staff were friendly, the food was AMAZING. We had the veggie burgers and onion rings. We didn’t have the milkshakes so can’t comment but they looked amazing. We had to wait 20 minutes which wasn’t a problem. I do think maybe they should do some desserts as not everyone wants a milkshake but other than that we would definitely go back.

Great tasty food, nice atmosphere and friendly staff. Very happy that we chose to eat here. The starter was delicious, so we were really looking forward to the main course.

the nacho was fresh and tasty, but the burgers were the top!!! the staffs were friendly and nice and we loved the food! we should come back soon!

Fun vibe. Staff was very friendly ! Variety of burgers but the specialty is the desserts or milkshakes ! There are HUGE and lots of people took pictures of their created milkshakes . I will say that it was very loud so unless you kind of yelled it was not the best place for conversation.

This restaurant is a typical American-style restaurant and offers good food. Recommended to go here for a good burger!

Fantastic food. Great service. Would go back time and time again. Great value yet so tasty and lovely staff.

The spot was great, the heat felt perfect. Drinks were good! I have no complaints. The manager was very cool. I will be back soon.

We wanted to take some milk shakes in the afternoon. The waiter asked our phone number to call us back in 30 min. We never received the call...

Worst place ever staff was terrible and totally not friendly at all don’t go here at all worst place in New York Ever visited

We visited on a recommendation and because the Black Tao appears on the lists of a place to eat when visiting NYC. The chilli beef burgers and Korean chicken sandwich were super tasty and enjoyed along with Black Tap Mules enjoyed by all of our party of 4. We were seated and served really quickly and finished off the meal with one order of Cakeshake! It has to be done as part of the Black Tao experience and was every bit as much of a sugar rush as it appears. I wouldn’t recommend everyone at the table ordering the dessert/ shake - it’s more of a sharing experience. However if you can handle the sugar better than us then fill your boots. Our only disappointment was that the bill was presented to us as soon as we had eaten and we wanted to order another drink - which we weren’t offered by either of our servers. We did order them but left after they were finished as we felt our time at the table was up.

We came upon this place as we walked SOHO. Food fantastic, shake awesome and server was great. You won’t be disappointed.

There was a bit of a miscommunication (from both sides I would say) when we waited for our table, which the staff solved swiftly and friendly. Much appreciated! Inside we were greeted by a very friendly and serviceminded waiter who served us top class burgers. One of the best ever had. One of our teenage sons also had one of the "monster" milkshakes... who also gave everyone around the table a "wow" feeling. Higly recommended, excellent food, friendly staff and nice interior.

We wanted to visit this place because of the great reviews and we are burgers lovers. However, my expectations were not completely filled because all the hype about this place wasn't nowhere to be founded. I would recommend this place as just an ok place to have a decent meal with some hyper caloric shakes. But it is nothing to be screaming about. Not certainly in New York, which is one of the most entertaining dining scene in the world especially for TripAdvisor professional writers

Great burgers and wings, good service. Definite recommendation in SoHo. Non-tourist place. Dive into New York and don't feel like an out of towner.

The most fantastic milkshakes you will ever see. Some with Oreos, some with a whole slice of cake. Decadent stuff.

Unique milkshakes, hamburgers and beers! A lively place with upbeat staff and specialty milkshakes and burgers. Expect a wait usually over an hour. ( If staying at a the Blakey Hotel arrange a reservation for priority seating.) Sangria was also especially good.

Great food and Vaughn provided amazing service! He was on top of things and was very charismatic! The place was very chill and overall good vibes. Vaughn is awesome!!!!

This was a great find. Great food and drinks plus if you in the mood for a milkshake, theirs are huge!!

The burgers were amazing but make sure you save room for a shake... well, desert in a glass really! And if you are not a burger fan, I had a lovely salad, (which was HUGE!) An expensive way to feed a family of four but the service was great, place was clean, and food was lovely. A nice treat!

We visited to try the crazy shakes and let me tell you it was absolutely worth it. These shakes are beyond amazing and the staff is very friendly with fast service. Highly recommend you give these a try.

Had big expectations on this place and they didn’t fail me. Really good burger with crispy fries, and best of all: the shakes. They were incredible to say the least, so big with a nice design as well (but it could get a little messy while eating it). Friendly staff and a nice place in general. Maybe a bit pricey, but you do get some real bang for the buck.

Visited with my daughter for an ealry lunch and ordered 2 sides and 2 snacks to share - qeso, fried pickles, onion rings, fries - the portions were huge but so good! I got a classic shake which was excellent, didn't dare attempt the special shakes with cake on top! The service and atmosphere are amazing here, Black Tap instantly became a favourite for us.

We stayed at Metro Hotel next to this place and on our last ever g enjoyed great food and drinks . Budget $100 for 4 with food and drinks . Good bar selection and menu of food for all tastes.

TANK MILKSHAKES. Massive milkshakes with lots of different flavours. I got the chocolate and it was delicious.

Great spot for a lunch time drink, overloaded shake and some greasy food! Service was ok, we had to wait outside for 30 min but once we ordered food it was out quite quickly. Ordered the Oreo shake and wow! Burgers and chicken tenders

On a recent trip to NYC with my wife and work friends we went to Black Tap for dinner after drinks. There was a modest line outside when we arrived. Typically I’d rather make reservations than randomly stand in line, especially for a more casual meal like burgers and shakes. Still the wait if about 20 minutes wasn’t so bad, although we agreed to sit against the front window as opposed to a more traditional table. It wasn’t ideal but ultimately it was all fine. The restaurant was lively but not so loud that we couldn’t carry on a conversation. The drink list offered a reasonably good range of options for beer and cocktails. Our young hipster server was friendly but busy. Still the drinks and food came pretty quickly and were served just as ordered. We each ordered burgers and fries, started with a shared chicken wing appetizer, and finished with a shared crazy milkshake. The milkshake was good, if a little excessive, but I guess that’s the point of the crazy shake. The wings weren’t my favorite. I like the wings themselves but they were smothered in a saw which was cloying and too sweet. Order the sauce on the side. The burgers and fries were the star of the show. Delicious and well prepared. I wanted to go back for another before we left town but, you know, the lines and we’re in NYC. Still I think the Black Tap is definitely worth a visit. Yum!

Our first stop in NYC was at Black Tap on Broome St. We ordered a cinnamon crunch churro “crazy shake” and it was amazing! Not only was the shake tasty, but it was covered in Cinnamon Toast Crunch cereal, there were also 2 churros anchored in yummy, fluffy whipped cream oh and a Choco Taco ice cream sandwich in top. Yes, we enjoyed the entire shake as well as a delicious All American burger and fries. Not only was the food great, but the manager and wait staff were excellent too!

My daughter and I visited Black Tap on her birthday! They came out with our amazing shakes and sung happy birthday. Atmosphere is casual and fun. Bar stool seating with wooden tables. We thoroughly enjoyed the Brussels sprouts app, burgers were cooked perfectly, and those shakes!! Only reason for the missing star is bc we waited out front in line for a very long time and instead of taking first come first served they take you by the # of people. So if you’ve been waiting and there is say a party of 4 that just got there but they have a table for 4 available than they go in front of you regardless if you’ve been waiting much longer.. Which is what happened to us. And after walking for what seemed like forever from our hotel, standing in line for 30 mins or so and then they take 4 people who just show up ahead of us.. That upset me! But it was good and we enjoyed our food.

I visited Black Tap in January with my son and returned inMarch with my daughter. We went a little earlier and there was NO wait at all. We both had veggie burgers that were delicious, but ate half so we could have a wonderful shake. I will visit again when I am back in NY.

Actually have gone here twice for food. First time my mind was blown! Burger was fantastic but the dessert was unbelievable. Second time we went it did not disappoint. Love the place will definitely be going back.

Excellent visit to Black Tap. Great burgers & choice of craft beers. Would recommend. Worth any walk.

I have to say blacktap has the most delicious burgers and shakes! Food was out fast and service was very good.

Overall, a very good burger place. I had the Tennessee burger, which I guess is a 4oz patty. The fries were fresh and tasty, and the spicy mayo was so good. They also have beer on tap. Maybe it’s just me, or maybe it’s New York, but $22 feels a bit expensive—then again, I’m not sure what the norm is here.

If you’re a foodie or s kidoodie (kid foodie) like us, then you HAVE to know of those “crazy shakes” that everyone has on their menu these days. Black Tap was the originators of them with lines out the door for hours...in the snow and freezing cold. Their food is delicious as well as their shakes.

Our daughter was told about it by one of her friends so we decided to try since we were in SoHo. The wait wasn't too bad but we went around 5:30 on Sat night. The shakes were wild to look. Pretty much every table got one so while sitting there waiting and eating you just see these things roll by. We had the burgers which were good and I had some local NY beer as well. The kids decided to split the cookie n cream supreme. Very good shake, We were all beyond full after that but great visit.

Used to be better. Changed menu. Removed Black Tap Burger Salad (Chopped) with a burger on a plate with a side of salad. Ask before you order

Recommended to us by a friend. Managed to get a table on the third attempt although it was 11.30am. Ordered a burger and shake. The burgers were very tasty and the shakes are very yummy. They're are desserts in their own right. Highly recommended.

My daughter saw this place on Tik Tok and was dying to try one of the shakes. We waited about 30 minutes for a table (wouldn’t usually but this was high on her list). They only had 3 of the special shakes available. They had no draft beer. They didn’t have the other beer I requested. After all this we decided on just the shake and a few appetizers as the burger/fries thing didn’t really appeal to us ($5 extra for an Impossible burger? Really?). The shake looked great but after half of it my daughter had enough. The Brussel sprouts were okay. The fried pickles were good. Our waitress announced she was done and leaving but didn’t give us the check. She had introduced us to the waiter taking over but he never appeared. After 20 minutes we finally asked another server for our check. There were at least 30 people waiting in line by then. I think this place got too popular and wasn’t prepared for it. Maybe let the hype die down a bit if you want to try it but we won’t be back.

This place is the absolute worst. Wish I had delved further into the reviews before going here with my family. One of my sons was so excited to go here, especially for the shakes, so we schlepped from midtown on a warm Saturday for what turned out to be the worst dining experience we've ever had. First of all, the hostess and servers are rude AF. Most of the staff that we encountered clearly just don't give a crap - and this was evident from the moment we stepped through the door to the dingy basement dining area. We were seated at a table just inside the door where the AC was blasting onto the table. There appeared to be other tables available but hostess acted like she was doing us a huge favor because "I think I can seat you now. ". So we order our food - 4 basic burgers and chicken sandwiches -and wait and wait and wait 40 minutes with no food and no word from our waitress. I call her over and ask when our food will be ready as it has been a very long time. She very rudely informs me that our "food will be ready when it's ready." Wtf?! It's only because I didn't want to embarrass my kids that I didn't give her the tongue lashing that she so clearly deserved. Ten minutes later she comes back and half sheepishly informs us that the "chef" has informed her that the tickets were mixed up and he's making our food now; should be out in 5 minutes, she says. Half-hearted apology and another 15 mins and we finally get our mediocre food (think TGI Fridays level fare). I had promised my son a shake ahead of time but didn't trust them to make it. What's more, the place seemed pretty dirty - especially when I went to the (dirty) bathroom and could see into what appeared to be a dirty kitchen where the food was being prepared. Anyway, not worth the time or effort. So many great restaurants and dessert places in Manhattan- and with less rude service. Spend your money elsewhere.

We loved our trip to the black tap, the food and service was amazing. The pizza burger I had was one of the best I’ve ever had and the wagyu burger my husband had was one of my husbands top three burgers he’s ever had. Would definitely recommend this restaurant to anybody!

Food was great. The service was even better! Vaughn took such great care of us and all his recommendations were delicious. We will be back

Arrived at 11:30 Saturday before Christmas. Expected a wait and we got one. They are fairly efficient at moving the line and they really know how to pack you into the restaurant. We went because my daughter and niece really wanted to go. I was curious. Once inside, service was good. We ordered four burgers (I has the Greg Norman) and two shakes. The shakes were the highlight for the girls, but they took more pictures with them than I believe they actually drank. The burgers were good. That's it. You have to decide for yourself if a two plus hour wait and $235 is worth a coolly designed milkshake.

Went there twice during our NYC trip. First time made a mistake of ordering 2 crazy-shakes between 3 of us along with 2 burgers. Couldn’t finish anything especially the big milkshakes which had a big slice of cake and 2 brownies on each. Second time ordered 2 burgers and a regular milkshake which was just right for the 3 of us ! Burgers are delicious as well. Expect to wait to be seated as this place is always busy

A great place for some great food in the heart of Greenwich village. Shabby-chic style restaurant serving burgers and massive milkshakes. I opted for the "Impossible" burger, a burger that looks and tastes exactly like meat but is 100% vegetarian. - We need these in the UK ASAP. If your looking for somewhere cool to hang out and grab some no nonsense food, this is the place to go, highly recommended

Nice American hamburger 🍔 and beer 🍺. Ee asked for the American burger with onion rings. The burger is larger than it seems. Very tasty.

So let me start off I’m very critical when it comes to food lol. I traveled to NYC for this dinner because I’m obsessed with milkshakes and I saw they had the best milkshakes in NYC. So we went, and there was a line out the door (as expected). We waited roughly 45-60 minutes outside in the line. When we sat down the environment was so cool... but when it’s 90 degrees out, air conditioning would be really nice in a hot spot (literally and figuratively) in NYC. It was hot while we were eating. I ordered a Carolina burger which was pretty good not going to lie- Super delicious. Then for dessert I had my shake and just making a long story short, I wasn’t really impressed. There was barely any ice cream inside of it. And it was just COVERED in these little chocolate balls and cotton candy. I wish the shake had more to it than the candy. It aesthetically genius; but it wasn’t great. I bet there are other places in New York City that have better milkshakes, but the environment was cool and the burger was great! Just need some A/C and shakes with more substance- not just candy filled.

MY MOTHER WAS WRONG.... LOOKS DO MATTER!!! The Black Tap in Midtown is well worth the wait... sometimes up to an hour (about the same amount of time it takes to drive 2 blocks during rush hour). While the food is surprisingly good/reasonably priced (I love a good burger), it is the milk shakes that really shine! They are just plain extraordinary! As a visitor from the west coast, I have never seen anything like Black Tap milk shakes... they are Huge.... they are Pieces of Art (see the hundreds of posted photos)... they taste Amazing... and each one will feed an army... figure 2 people per shake and plan on sadly parting with the leftovers you will inevitably leave behind! My personal favorites are: Burgers: The Californian, the Texan w/o bacon and the Bison Burger! Salads: Bison Burger Salad and the Vegan Burger/Quinoa Salad. Shakes: Anything "Crazy". All the Crazy Shakes are "an experience!" If you are a first timer, you have to order the "The Cake Shake" or the "Brooklyn Blackout" or the "Cotton Candy" shakes purely for the visual experience... You will not regret spending $16-$19.50 for a milkshake... you have my personal guarantee!!!!

Amazing burger. Amazing fries - they made the 5 borough beers go down a treat! I recommend the funky juicy!

Stopped here for dinner before a show at the Soho Playhouse. We had the All American burger, the Californian and the Texan. All three were excellent. Thin patties well balanced with the bun. Great selection of taps and their lemonade was also good.

We visited the Black Tap location at Anaheim and loved it! and as soon as I booked NYC I knew I had to visit the original location and I am so glad we did. The burgers and fried Pickles were great. It was a really busy service and there were only 2 working but they worked so hard and Vaughn was so apologetic that he felt his service hadn't reached his standards, which were far higher than most places already. It is a small burger joint not in midtown but definitely worth a visit.

We’ve been to the other location (which has now closed) in multiple occasions for milkshakes. They were always awesome. This trip the shakes were disappointing. Yes, they still had the over the top presentation, but the shake itself was watery and lacked flavor. Even my kids didn’t really like them. It was disappointing as it’s always been great in the past.

The fries were amazing. The chicken sandwich I had was good. The milkshake was like a puddle of mud. I asked for no whip cream and all they did after they screwed up and put whip on it was let it sit there for ten minutes and give me a puddle of crap. The servers were blah. There was no ac in the place and you walk in it’s like a sauna. I’d rather eat at chick fil a. Oh and my mozzarella sticks woulda been better if they were not burned.

Brilliant service, great food presentation, delicious burgers and milkshakes that are works of art. What else can I say, I really like Black Tap...

I went here for the famous milkshake and they didn’t disappoint unreal! Also got some snacks and I can say the Food was good, the service was outstanding - the waiters couldn’t do enough for the customers.

We went on a day trip in New York and ubered to original site of Black Tap in Soho. Ordered the Vanilla Cookie shake with a side of fries. It was delicious, rich, creamy and tasted as good as it it looked. Gave us the energy to walk to Bryant Park and Times Square.

Hour and a half wait,..... McDonald’s shake dressed up w/ fancy garnishes. At $15 I was hoping for quality tasting shakes. The burgers were also sub-par. Almost $20 for burgers and fries. Not worth the wait or price.

This place has a long wait. But it is so worth it. The burgers are amazing and the shakes are creative and good. My server was Claris, she did it all, drinks, shakes and food all with a smile.

Good food, nice selection of beers and a very cool vibe! I had the felafel burger salad which was massive, but delicious! Partner had the blue cheese & pepper sauce burger with chips, both were excellent. I had the 5 boroughs juicy session IPA which was super fruity and was served ice cold.

10/10 best Restaurant we visited on our trip to NYC. The Burgers are amazing and the shakes are delicious

This was the best burger I had ever had. The management is also amazing. Definitely will be back for more

Staying soho and the family and I walked down to the black tapand I must say I was bbbblown away!! Such a cool little place from the moment you walk down the street level stairs. The playlist was more than fantastic and loud enough to enjoy but not loud enough to impede your conversations. The food was great!!! I had the Carolina burger without slaw and it was fantastic. My kids (5&9) had the American classic and cleaned their plates. My wife had the deep fried Brussels sprouts and said they were fabulous. Then we had the shakes and oh my goodness!! I had a half black cherry and chocolate, one son had vanilla and the other had a cookies and cream( and it was a spectacular). We saw several others and a few of the ones with a slice of birthday cake on top. Definitely super service!! I can’t say enough about the service , the food , the atmosphere, and the way everything just came together. We saw friends and families and businessmen doing business over some great shakes😄 I wish I had more time and more room in my stomach to go back. Whenever I asked anyone around the city about this place every comment was started with that look like you have made the right decision. A must if you are anywhere in the area of Manhattan.

Was hanging out in Manhattan and walked over here for lunch....i had a great chicken sandwich and fries....it was really tasty but i can't remember the name of it. This place also goes all out with desserts....big sundaes with a garnish of pretty much every sweet thing you can imagine. Chances are you won't be able to eat lunch AND a sundae....you would have to be rolled outta there...but I highly recommend 2 visits...one for food...the other for dessert and a long walk after. Enjoy!

This place was recommended to us by friends and didn't disappoint. We're a family of four and all had burgers for dinner. They were all delicious and the service was great. We were seated in the basement which had a cool vibe to it. I'd recommended this place.

First, if you're going for the milkshakes, you're going to want to go downstairs, not upstairs. The service there was absolutely awful, but the milkshakes were to die for! Our waiter took our order and delivered our check. Never checked up on us. The restaurant does provide water at your table, which was good because it helps with the sweetness from the milkshake. The fancy milkshakes range from $15-$17 each, but are well worth it!

Visited this lively/casual burger and craft beer restaurant with a large group of coworkers. I had the Spicy Mexican chorizo burger with cheese, pico and jalapenos. Really excellent! Everyone else really liked their burgers too. I didn't go for one of their signature shakes, but others did and enjoyed them. Strongly recommended.

Jeremy was our waiter and he was helpful, great personality, and outstanding service! The food was delicious. Best burger I’ve ever had! I ordered the Texas Burger and a delicious Crazy Shake. The four of us were all very pleased. Must go here! Don’t be turned off because it might be considered a chain-the Black Tap is the best!

This place has loads of character and the staff are very good. And the main reason for visiting (burgers) is never a disappointment. The wings are pretty good too and if you have a big appetite, the shakes are awesome. It’s a Dubai ‘must-go’...

Burgers were spot on...the Bison burger yummy yummy!!!! Guacamole and chips were great. We were too full to get one of the awesome shakes!!! Next time for sure though.

This place has an amazing eclectic environment. The staff is amazing and the food is even better, but the shakes are unsurpassed!!

We went with our three kids. We had to get the shakes. They cam with full brownies, pop tarts, laffy taffy etc in them. A work of art. End of the day, the milkshake is a normal size and flavor milkshake. We got some burgers as well and they were very good.

OMG 😋😋😋 This. Place. Is. Incredible!! My partner is milkshake mad, we saw this place on Instagram and it didn't disappoint! We decided to have dinner and then a milkshake to finish. Boy, the food was good but were we STUFFED after all of that food! The food is delicious, the shakes even better. Only downside is that you may have to queue outside to be seated due to it being so busy!! But the busiest places are always the best! We would 100% return on our next trip.

Went for lunch , after waiting on a queue to get in , payed with credit card and had to write down with pen the tip I want to leave , once I got the report of my bank details I saw I was charged twice , the bill and the bill plus tip , I tried to contact costumer service but of course without response Very disappointed that successful place like that one makes money out of tourist in that way

I went to black tap for my 25th birthday and requested their “cake shake.” It was so delicious and HUGE. It is a little expensive but so worth it! They even sang to me and it was so cute. I also got a T-shirt and those were reasonably priced.

We visited recently on a Friday around lunch time. There was no line and we were seated immediately. The best part of our dining experience was watching the talented young woman make the amazingly ridiculous milkshakes. The milkshake making station was setup very close to our table and we watched them get carried off to their tables with amusement. They truly were works of art. We ordered onion rings, chicken tenders, and a sweet and salty shake. The chicken tenders weren’t great, but the rest of the food was fabulous. Between the three of us we couldn’t finish one shake, but it tasted amazing. I’d come here again for the experience and to try another shake.

No words can do justice to black tap burgers. A must when you are in NYC! Don’t miss it!!! The place has undergone a renovation and is now enlarged as it was really very small. However prices remain reasonable and food quality excellent!

Party of 9 went for shakes. Wow amazing. I was price shocked but we were in NYC. The quality of the shakes was really good. I tried a little of the cookies and cream, and cotton candy. Both had everyone’s eyes popping.

The burger is good. Fries are good. Ambiance is beaten up, very worn down. The place was empty. $30 for burger, fries, tax, and tip is insane. It wasn’t worth $20 let alone $30. It’s down hill from its peak years.

The line for this place is normally down the block and I never knew what the hype was about. Honestly, I thought it was the line to a club one night while walking to the train. One early Saturday I finally got the chance to go, they just opened and there was not a line. The burger was good and I didn't want the crazy extra chocolate on the sides of the oreo shake so I got a classic. It was so good! my best suggestion is to go really early or maybe really late all locations are normally packed with the line outside of the door

I’m unsure how this restaurant has such high reviews so expected our visit to be great but unfortunately it was pretty bad and with so many great restaurants in NY, we would never go back. Restaurant opened at noon and our reservation was 1 on a Tuesday. It wasn’t that busy but our service was awful. At one point a waiter finally came over and said, “I’m sure your food will be out soon” to which I responded, you haven’t even taken our order! I had 2 teens that wanted a fun shake, the first two they ordered they were out of (only had been opened an hour and hardly anyone there). They decided on 2 others and they looked great but that’s where it ended. They had a weird after taste and one of them went to waste. Burgers and fries were average. Would definitely recommend you save your money and go somewhere else.

We arrived at 5pm to a queue of people outside waiting to get in. The waitress took our number and told us they would text when the table was ready (anticipated to be 30 minutes). We took a stroll and 10 minutes later our table was ready. We were seated in the basement - not the nicest of environments but we were happy to get a table and be seated. The food was good and ample amounts of it. We had three burgers and a Caesar salad. The boys enjoyed the burgers and the fries too. The wings were really good too. The main event was the milkshake and it didn’t disappoint. Overall a good meal and at a reasonable price too. The service was good and attentive and helpful.

We dined here looking for classic American burgers and fries and this is exactly what we got! We had fried pickles to start and then the BBQ burger with regular fries. The reg fries are sooooo good I dont know what they do to them but they are really tasty! The burger was cooked to my req (medium) and was so flavouful and juicy. Not many tables, we were just 2 of us so got straight in but tables of any more should probably book. Didnt order a milk shake but they looked incredible!

Location is eclectic and fun! Greeted and seated promptly. Server quickly came to the table and brought water and answered our questions. The shakes are an art piece to be reckoned with. They will definitely take care of your dessert cravings! BTW burgers and salads were amazing

I had been excited about visiting Black Tap for a long time. We finally had the chance this week and while they played good music and the shakes are impressive, I was underwhelmed. My husband ordered a draft stout. The waiter told him they were out of stout drafts. He ordered a draft ipa. The waiter said they were out of draft ipa. He ordered a can of stout. Nope. He finally had a can of an ipa, which he enjoyed, but the tap part was disappointing. We ordered. My husband ordered a burger and grilled onions, which is an upcharge, I had a burger salad, our daughter had a salad. They forgot my husband’s grilled onions. Ok. That happens. We told the waiter. Then we waited and my husband’s burger got cold as the waiter helped two other tables before telling the kitchen and getting the grilled onions. Later we spilled a big glass of water. Hard to get help to clean it up. All in all, good shakes, good burger, good music, medium service, nothing on tap! I’m not rushing back.

We got the cookies and cream supreme as well as an American burger & fries for two of us to split. It was plenty for us. All three items were amazing. I’ll be back on my next NY trip.

The Greg Norman burger has got to be one of the best burgers I’ve ever had. It was so juicy and flavorful! I couldn’t get enough. I got it with sweet potato fries which was also so good. To top it off, the cotton candy milkshake. I believe we had an hour wait but once we sat down, everything came out fast.

Amazing experience at black tap! My husband and I came here after we attended The Tonight Show with Jimmy Fallon. It was recommended by one of the workers there and it was so close so we decided to try it. We were starving and it was pretty late once we got there. We had waited about 35 minutes in line but it was well worth the wait. We ended up sitting at the bar and had Joel as our bartender/server. He was awesome. Very attentive and helpful and also entertaining. We split a chicken burger meal and a cheeseburger meal. Both were equally as delicious but very filling. We were stuffed after eating however we HAD to try this shake for dessert that we kept seeing everyone order. It was a milkshake but had a giant piece of birthday cake on top. We split one and only ate half because it was so filling. Joel suggested adding a shot of Kalua to it as well which of course we had to accept. I am glad we did. It was pricey but well worth the money. The atmosphere was fun as well. We have no regrets coming here and I would recommend it to anyone in the area.

What a place for us to join our burgers and of course theirs signature smoothies..We just find out this place through our hotel staff which highly recommend it..

We went to Black Tap on a recommendation. At 3:30pm on a Sunday, there was a 45 minute wait. Afterwards, we figured out that the wait is mainly due to the fact that the service is so poor. The burgers are pretty good and the shakes are a novelty. My teens loved seeing how creative the shake makers were. Our main complaint was the service. Took too long to be waited on when seated, too long to get our food, and way too long to get our check. Maybe other locations have service figured out - not this one!

Good burgers, honest fries, huge and well-made milkshakes. Very friendly welcome, however, it would be wise if the waiters put down their phones during the service, this would allow us customers to be a little more considered.

We enjoyed the meal experience, great food and beverage and the service provided by Santiago was spot on. He was able to allow us to capitalise on Happy Hour as well as engage in great communication on his favourite dishes and recommendations. Of course the signature milkshakes are ideal for teens

What is a cake shake? Take a piece of cake - stick it on a milk shake. Stick your straw thru the cake - CakeShake! Really it’s a thing. I skipped it & had @ beer & a burger. Awesome! Late night must.

We had 4 adults and 4 kids with us on a Saturday at lunch time. We waited outside for about an hour in line for them to open. It’s a good thing we did because it filled up quick. The burgers were excellent, fries and onion rings. The shakes are unbelievable, you have to spend 15.00 for them but are so worth it.

My daughter was determined to visit this establishment as she really wants to try the cake shake. Having no idea what it was I was truly astonished when it was served as it was actually a Cake on a shake. At the same time we were there a table were celebrating a birthday and confetti cannons were fired at their table. Most of the confetti landed on us which we totally accepted and had absolutely no issues with but the waitress insisted on replacing my IPA beer with a fresh one at no charge as a piece of confetti had landed in it, This highlighted the hospitality levels for me and is why it receives a 5 star review. See the pics of the cake shake to believe it.

Awesome, trendy atmosphere. The best burger I've ever had. Brilliant service. Will return for the shakes as they looked incredible.

I stumbled upon this place randomly. I decided to walk in and try it out. The owner was fantastic and so was the serve named cassy. She was so attending! My child and I ordered 5 different places. The drinks I had were good.

A little pub but very journey was very pleasant The staff is friendly and the burgers are very good Not too big not too small and very tasty as I like them Great place to eat

The best burgers 🍔 in the city 👌🏻, I love the atmosphere in restaurant and of course the quality of food , amazing locations and interesting way to serve dishes . Love the milk shakes station 😋I would definitely come back to this restaurant.
Ok but can definately do better
We were seated almost immediately on the lower level. My kids wanted to go to try out the shakes which were ok but a bit overpriced but I guess they charge for the novelty of a shake with a big piece of cake or ice cream sandwich on the side. However, the shakes were like 50% whipped cream and falling apart almost as soon as they reached the table. The burgers were ok but the fries were extremely salty and didn't taste fresh. The fried pickles were good but the pickles they gave with the burgers were not good they were just salty and bland. The staff was nice but I felt like we were being rushed out as soon as I paid the check. The bathroom is too closely located to the kitchen area and is very run down. Just didn't find it worth over $300 for a few shakes, sandwiches and appetizers. Don't think I will be going to this location again.
