We were walking around the city and saw Blarney Stone which was close to our hotel. Very excellent bar with real good and friendly service. Good bar food as well. Very good location in Midtown/Chelsea and close to Madison Square Garden.

My wife and I have traveled a good chunk of this country and have never found such a warm welcoming place. From the first night we were there to the teary good byes on the last night, we met people that treated us like family from the start. All employees were great but a extra star for bartender Virginia and mgr mike you guys were the best. I have never said this before but do NOT miss this place if you are in NYC

Went in on the off chance and had a very warm welcome. Given a table for 2 next to another couple who were going off to Madison Square Gardens for a Depeche Mode concert a bit later. Very friendly chat whilst drinking good beer and wine and then had good food to top it off. Would highly recommend it.

Perfect pre game spot for a burger and a beer, even if the opposing team fan. Solid service and reasonable prices. Would easily come back!

Great Food at reasonable prices. Drinks specials are great. we come here before an event for Madison Square Garden. check it out.

Drinks were and food were mediocre. Ambiance, was so, so. My major bone of contention was an incredibly rude manager, by the name of "Chris". My friend and I ordered up some typical pub food, but the order got mixed up. No big deal. My husband and I are easygoing, customers, but if there is a mistake, we'll bring it to the attention of the staff so that it can be resolved in an amicable way. Unfortunately, the Manager "Chris" was so rude, that I don't think we will be returning anytime soon. As in never!!!

I was in town and happened to stop in this place during St.Patrick's Day. Of course an Irish Bar is the place to be on this day but the food was great, the people friendly and we had a great time.

Grabbed a beer and then 2 slices of fig pizza across the street at NY Suprema. Place has no soul and is a Blarney in name only. Bartender was very nice though.

Stopped by for a quick pint. Guinness was well priced ($6.50) but casually poured (not the best). Seemed like it'd be a high volume place rather than a real Irish pub experience.

Great place to visit before and after visiting an event at MADISON SQUARE GARDEN. Great atmosphere. Great service. A lot of tv's. to watch sports. Nice jukebox. Large selection of beers. Great prices!! I highly recommend this place. I definitely will return.

...in 80 degree heat just added to the disgust I had of this place. Maybe 5 people at the bar, I sat and the bartender in all her inked glory would not even acknowledge I was there. Wonder why your bar was so empty while all the places around you were full?

What a gem of a find, very welcoming staff, friendly atmosphere, great food and very reasonable prices, we stayed in NYC for a week half a block away, we popped in there Christmas eve and again 2 days later, lovely warm feel to the place. $2 cheaper than the Molly Wee for a pint of Guinness . I highly recommend this place.

Found this fantastic bar on our trip to NY. 1st visit we had some buffalo wings and nachos...my wife said the nachos were the best she ever tasted. We stopped in on 2 other occasions for drinks. The specials are very cheap..$3 for domestic draught beer. Staff are very helpful and friendly. I highly recommend this bar for food and drink.

Quite the hangout for beer and pub-type food across the street from MSG. We were there on a very busy night, right before the NY Knicks played the Boston Celtics in a playoff game. As expected, it was loud and boisterous, but the staff did a great job of keeping up. Enjoyed a local IPA and we did not have to wait long for our food.

This was an Irish pub that played rap music! Anything goes. The staff are attentive and friendly. They're open late - it was a great place to kill time before getting on the train. Great location as well (i.e. close to the train station). Very much like a sports pub with many screens. Drinks are also very affordable.

Love their corned beef sandwich ...sometimes I opt for the platter with the mashed potatoes (with some potato skin) and crunchy sour pickle.

We stopped in for a couple of drinks here and the people were very nice. The environment was fun. I recommend this place.

Lovely stop off from sightseeing, very friendly and welcoming. Would definitely recommend nice and cosy. Good selection of drinks

I would give this place a zero if it allowed. Came here for a few drinks and the bartender committed credit card fraud by signing my name and giving herself a tip and refused to give me a receipt until we made a scene. Manager didn't give two craps what she did nor did he apologize when it clearly wasn't my signature. We have been here several times before over the years and never coming here again! On top of it the bathrooms are DISGUSTING! Clean them more than 1x a day.

Had a meal here tonight with my husband we both had sirlions absolutey amazing beautiful food & reasonable . Givit a try you wont be disappointed 😁

I went to this restaurant on 10/25/19 for dinner before a Billy Joel Show at 8PM. We arrived at 6:00 PM. We were seated fairly quickly and our order was taken approximately 15 mins after we sat. My husband ordered a turkey BLT sandwich and I ordered a shrimp salad. The shrimp salad had apples on it so I requested that it be made without apples since I am highly allergic to them. I told the waitress this twice and she told us that she would make sure the kitchen knew about it. Unfortunately things took a turn for the worse from here on. We waited for more than 45 mins for our food to come out of the kitchen and when it did my salad had apples all over it. I expressed to the waitress again that I can’t have apples and she said she had informed the kitchen and put it in through her ordering device. She said they would fix it as quickly as possible. After 10 more mins the salad came back out without apples on top. I took a few bites of the salad and in the middle of it were a few chunks of apples. The kitchen had just dumped the apples off the top of the salad instead of making a new one! We grabbed the waitress again and she got the manager. At this point it was almost 7:40 and we needed to leave for the show. The manager said he would get a new salad made and we wouldn’t have to pay for the food. After 10 more mins the salad did not come out. We left hungry and upset. The manager didn't even appear apologetic. Don’t go to this restaurant unless you want the wrong food and for it to take 2 hours to eat a salad and BLT sandwich.

Looking for a good Irish pub, this place hit the mark. The Guinness and Shepard's pie are hard to beat. Great happy hour, nice atmosphere and friendly people.

I was just insulted by the waitress because I gave her a two dollar tip for two beers. Terrible service. The waitress insulted me and told me to never come back. She was rude and provided terrible service.

Found this place on Chrome, it's friendly, reasonably cheap and great staff, food was amazing home cooked burgers, sausage and mash, good beer and cider and excellent service, highly recommended.

Got the Build your own burger. I asked for medium rare with a fried egg on it. The egg was literally black it was so over cooked. And the meat was well done and charred on the outside. The waitress went out of her way to appologize & offered a new one. I told her Id just eat it (I dont like wasting food) so she took the burger off our bill.

This is a bar not a restaurant that I would not consider family friendly. With that being said, the food was absolutely delicious! I got the blarney burger which was very tasty, cooked perfectly and topped well! The fries were crispy and seasoned perfectly! The reason for 3/5 stars is the noise! The music was very loud. Very difficult to have a conversation. The service was very good! Our server was attentive to us and got us our food in a timely manner.

Contrary to popular belief, the real Blarney stone is not here. It is in Ireland. If the locals tell you to kiss the Blarney Stone at the urinal in the men's room, don't do it. It won't bring you good luck. Chances are, it will bring you an infection instead. Other than the trolls, the clientele here are very friendly. It's a shame that it only fills up later in the night because sometimes this place has awesome live music. We were lucky enough to catch The After Hours and Villins here the other night. What an awesome experience! They have a pool table in the back, so that's cool. Peep the 9/11 towers on the wall too, nice touch.

Just popped in for a quick drink after a meal. A combination of a sports bar but with a mix of music. We were surprised by a drink being brought over to us which had been paid for by one of the lads at the bar-a really generous gesture.
