West Village Boucherie is the best place and Shanon really took care of us. We had the best Steak aux Oeufs and a Mimosa and without much of a fuss, we were given the best table in the restaurant. I always choose la Boucherie for its quality, service and vibe, for summer and winter months and it always pays back! A big thank you to the people that served us!

I love Boucherie and generally go to the Union Square location. This time I went to the Village location. Yaman was a superstar and took great care of me!

First of all the atmosphere is out of this world and makes the holiday spirit come to life. Our server was absolutely incredible and patient. He recommended options from the menu based off his own experience and truly seeks to for genuine relationships with all his tables. I had the best time visiting nyc and this restaurant was a big part of that!

Loved this place… Ordered Ceasar salad , escargot appetizers and the Wagyu burger with a crème brûlée dessert. Ash our waiter was perfectly attentive.. All in all it was a lovely experience . Love the high ceilings and open cafe doors and music. We will go again!

It was a very pleasant experience! First day of the year, Christmas decorations still up, the environment was perfect. No reservation, Timmy helped us as soon as we sat down and made a great dirty martini and old fashioned. 10/10 great vibes.

Visited during December, the atmosphere and decorations are perfect. Our server was very attentive and made us feel very welcome. Food was delicious and cooked perfectly. Would highly recommend a visit but make sure you make a reservation in advance as it books up very quickly.. and now I know why.

Had the best time at Boucherie in the West Village. I went solo but didn’t feel alone at all. The vibes were great and people were kind. The staff were amazing at not making you feel left out or anything. Especially Loca she was incredible as my server. Gave me great insight on menu. She was attentive and so knowledgeable. Wait time was literally nothing I had a reservation so I was in quickly.

Had a great time! When I entered the restaurant they were playing christmas music which they then changed to standard elevator style music. I think they could have kept the Christmas music going especially since the Christmas decorations are so beautiful.

Hello, Beyond the fact that you do not specify that it is essential to bring, when booking to come to your home, with our physical passports for Christmas Eve!!! drink a glass of champagne that my daughter of almost 22 years could not have, despite the fact that we had her French passport in phot, her esta!!!!, I wanted to tell you my feelings on your establishment. The woman who manages this restaurant has no empathy and understanding, she is only there to make money and volume!!! Indeed, even today after a meal at the Central Station where we had lunch with our daughter who was asked for the photo of her passport in order to consume alcohol, which unlike at home did not pose a problem.... As for the food, how to tell you!!! the snails are the worst I have been able to eat in my life, even in the supermarket in France they are better, a mixture of water, tasteless, tasteless, all for the modest sum of 32 dollars, quite incredible; then let's move on to the dish, a duck confit that looked more like a soup, with lentils, again no taste, what a sadness to eat this on New Year's Eve; in short a place not to do especially if you want to eat quality food, especially considering the prohibitive price for the quality and cuisine of the dishes offered. Tip, don't go!!! On the other hand, the service offered is of very good quality, available, efficient, pleasant, nothing to say about it quite the contrary

The atmosphere is warm, inviting and non- pretentious. The staff is attentive, engaging, and excellent. (My hub dropped his fork twice and they were there replacing it before you could blink.) The food was both comforting and high-end. Net-net, try it, you will like it! I had the beef bourguignon, and my hub had the lamb. All I can say is, YUMMMM! We couldn’t wait to dig in, so my pics are after a bite or two. Yousef was an excellent server and I feel like we have a new friend!

Food was good. Unfortunately, in my view there were far too few ravioli in the plate (4 pcs.) and the mushrooms were out of the can. Meat was good and so was your onion soup.

We loved our time at Boucherie - the food (steak frites, beef bourguignon, and confit de canard) was excellent. Our server, Dimi, was attentive and checked on us just the right amount, refilling water and paying attention to the rhythm of the meal. This was a great French dining experience, and I’d definitely recommend this to people in the area looking for French cuisine.

Went down for Restaurant Week and had a wonderful time. The servers were fantastic; quick with a joke and always kept our glasses full. Also the space itself is beautiful. It is vintage inspired with lots of exposed copper. If I could live in here I would. 10/10 would eat here again.

Bang in the middle of Tourist Central and with no reservations on a Sunday afternoon on the first day of Pride you know options are limited. So we see this place, looking might busy and lively but we give it a go. And as luck would have it an outside table has just come free. So part one of our mission is successful, a great table at a busy restaurant. Our server comes to us and despite how hectic everything is she is calm and welcoming and very helpful. Part two done. And then the food. This was way beyond expectations, absoulutely delicious and big portions. I would heartily recommend paying a visit it's a gem hidden in plain sight. Oh and the people next to us were a lovely older couple who live around the corner and walk here regularly. So not just tourists!

Mixed review for this restaurant . Our server was very nice and attentive. The place was done up nice for the holidays. The menu was extensive with a variety of classic French dishes. The wine was good, particularly the wines by the glass. The wine list was fairly extensive and naturally heavy on french wines. Some of the food choices were excellent such as the pommes frites and profiteroles. The main dishes however were okay but not great. Some of us had steak frites. The steaks were underdone and rather tough. The beef bourguignon was fine although the portion was small. One of us the had a beef tenderloin dish that was quite peppery. There were no specials or at least our server did not mention any. All in all the food was fine but nothing special.

We loved our server yaman!! So kind and helpful with a big group, and the food was delicious. We had a great table, and no complaints

Great experience for a business lunch. Yusuf was attentive but not too present which was helpful for the flow of conversation. The volume at 12pm was perfect, not too loud.

Yaman, our server, was absolutely amazing—attentive, friendly, and made us feel genuinely welcomed throughout the evening. The food was not only delicious but beautifully presented, with every dish exceeding our expectations. From start to finish, the service and atmosphere created such a wonderful dining experience. We left feeling taken care of and satisfied, and we’ll definitely be returning soon.

So yummy loved my steak frites! Hamburger is also incredible! Very short and quick time to receive our delicious food and it was fantastic!
