We celebrated our anniversary at here and chose the Rajasthan special lunch and it was absolutely wonderful. The service throughout was warm, attentive, and made us feel truly valued. A special thank-you to Mr. Deepu Dileep, the assistant manager, who went above and beyond to make our day extra special. His kindness and attention added a personal touch that meant a lot to us. The whole experience felt thoughtful and well-taken care of. A perfect place for a special occasion. Highly recommended!

I love the movie I met you by the hype, but the food is not good and is expensive. Looks like ultra-industrialized food, very fatty and spicy. I ate an empanado shrimp which is the chief car of the house and, with drinks, I spent ~40 bucks. If you’re a big fan of the movie, it’s worth it. I went to the Times Square unit and sat by the window, the view is a spectacle. So, by the combo, the experience was ok. But I will definitely not come back.

Our server, Sade, was great. Very nice and warming. The food was not so great. For a 1st time experience was disappointed. Food lacked flavor, was warm (not hot), and very skimpy compared to the menu advertisement photo.

Just very good are always there and always happy to come back were already in Miami at Bubba Gump also there it was very good

This was my first time visiting Bubba Gump NYC, and it definitely won’t be my last! Sade gave us amazing service—friendly, attentive, and made us feel so welcome. The food was absolutely delicious, and the whole experience exceeded my expectations. I’m already looking forward to coming back!

Had dinner here tonight with my best friend (after bar-hopping), and the lovely Dom was our server. He was great; answered our questions about the menu, and attentive without feeling like he was hovering. Bubba Gumps is our go-to spot after a night out in Midtown, it’s always reliable and the service is always top notch!

The location was awesome. It's in the middle of the cross roads of the world( time Square N. Y. The atmosphere was relaxing and smoothing with some lovely music in the background. The food was ooooh so good. The service was exceptional. Serge was on top of his duty. Very friendly, energetic and kind. He has the ability to win souls over to dine again .He is definitely a plus to your restaurant. Kudos for Serge.

I had such a great dining experience at Bubba Gump! The food was delicious. The restaurant has that fun, lively atmosphere that makes the whole visit memorable. Great service by Ryan, chips weren't as good as expected which made the fish & chips expensive but you come for the experience

Visited here on our trip to NYC and had heard good things about Bubbagumps so thought we’d give it a go. Our waiter BK was attentive, welcoming and friendly so made the experience better. The food was for us was at best average. unfortunately our starters and mains all came at the same time so there was a lot of food at once. Also the starters were only just warm which meant they had been sat there a good while and ruined the flavour. The stuffed shrimp main was delicious and the bang bang shrimp was tasty just not very hot. The memorabilia around the restaurant is fab and for Forest Gump fans it’s a must visit but don’t except a lot from the food it is expensive and unfortunately for us underwhelming.

Rush the waiter was great. My kids and I have a great time. The food was good but I expected a lot better. Overall my kids loved it.

Jameson was a wonderful server, nothing was too much trouble. Food was 5* we were really impressed from this chain restaurant. Busy Saturday night and staff went out the way to accommodate us with our sleeping child in her pram. Would recommend!

Restaurant was up some stairs to the second floor. Excellent meal. Rosie, our server, did an excellent job. Shrimp Cocktail were large and awesome. The Ooey Gooey Lava Cake was decadent! Get there early and sit by a window. Excellent opportunity to people watch on Times Square!

Our server Sade was kind and energetic and made our experience enjoyable, the trivia at the end was a fun way to end our time!!

Food The butter‑steak was simply wonderful, tender, flavourful and cooked to perfection. It was easily the highlight of the meal and something I would happily order again. Service The service, however, left a bit to be desired. The staff weren’t particularly attentive, and the overall interaction felt less warm and efficient than expected for a restaurant of this style. Conclusion Bubba Gump Shrimp Co. delivers an excellent dish with its butter‑steak, but the experience could be significantly improved with more attentive and welcoming service.

Due to the convenience of the location to time square. This place could really get crowded! Not really that stroller friendly. The elevator space is tight. Souvenir shop below and line for the restaurant upstairs is long. But place is huge! Clean and neutral smelling restroom. Wifi is good connection. Parking space is garage nearby. Bubba Gump was a nice place to eat. It was a convenient walk from our hotel with a great view of Times Square. The food wasn’t the best I ever had but it was decent. Good environment.

Enjoyed my visit here. Waiter couldn’t do enough, was lovely. Very chatty and did a trivia quiz with us. He made recommendations on the food. What we did have was good. He made a mistake with my order but owned it and it was sorted within minutes. Cost about€140 for two mains and two drinks tax and 25% tip. Also got two novelty glasses included to take home. Would go again.

Came here with high expectations but were not overly impressed . Food is average at best and staff were nice and friendly . 3 Cocktails were ordered but came without any Tequila in them which is a disgusting way to treat people . Gent downstairs on the reception needs a lesson in basic manners .

Very quaint place. The venue shoots all the scenes from the Film Forrest Gump. Each area of the restaurant resembles a scene from the movie. As for the food mostly you eat shrimp and lobster and I must say well done.

The food was fantastic and Serge, our server was a delight. Fried shrimp was small but tasty. Hush puppies are awesome. Clam chowder is superb. Mac and cheese with shrimp…. Why have I never thought of that?!? Mmmmmmmmm!!!

The food was amazing. Our server, Sade, took great care of us! Definite two thumbs up. The view of Times Square was entertaining while we ate dinner.

The server is very pleasant. Food quality is great. However, one our family member got her food so late. The rest of us were almost finished with our meal. We had to follow up three times for a shrimp and Mac and cheese which is considered an appetizer. It should be easy to prepare. We order two ribeye steak with shrimp, salmon, shrimp scampi pasta, and queso dip. How can they miss serving the Mac and cheese for my niece. We had to share our food to her. It’s so awkward for her to wait that long. If we waited for her to get her order all our food will be cold. She ended up having to take it home because she already have eaten our food.

Bubba Gumps is always my go to for lunch or Dinner when in the City. The atmosphere is amazing and the food always hits. I have had Rosie as a waitress multiple times and she is amazing! She makes the trivia soo fun and is always so welcoming with the best recommendations ! Jayden also waited on us part of this visit and he was so quick with bringing out our food and so friendly

Very characteristic location. Good service, although with the room practically empty we had to wait a little for the courses. We ate fried shrimp and traditional basket shrimp, fried cod, fried squid, salad and chips to accompany. Nothing special, all flat and average. It didn't excite me. They should focus more on the quality of the fish. In the end it's all smoke and little roast

Popped in after seeing a Broadway show! One of my kids mentioned always wanting to eat here. Sade was a great, attentive server! A server came to refill our water and she was already on her way over with a new glass. She explained how the run and stop signs on the table go, and even explained again after we had gotten it mixed up! Our food was good as expected. The Cajun sauce they used was very good. Definitely a place to check out if you’re in Times Square.

It’s our second visit at Bubba Gump, the first one was in Vegas, and I have to say this second time didn’t disappoint. Shrimps are really tasty, especially the garlic ones. The service was really great with James A. We will be back when we’re back in NYC !

Location is good. Bang in the middle of Times Sq. Atmosphere average. You can imagine it was once good but now lost its way. It was freezing cold. When the door opens downstairs the draft comes into the restaurant. Admittedly it was very cold outside but that's no excuse for the really average salty food being cold! Also have to say the man checking your reservation downstairs was very rude. Our waitress was ok but her politeness was put on just for a review and tip! I also never got my second glass of wine! Long and short...give it a miss!

We travelled to New York with our daughter. We had made a reservation before we arrived. We were seated near the window so we had an amazing view. Our waiter was Jackson - who was brilliant. Food arrived quickly and it was very nice. We will definitely be back!

Came here twice whilst in New York. Both severs were amazing, helpful and friendly. The food was amazing varied choice, 5 of us, 2 meat eaters, 2 pescatarians and a vegetarian and we all found things to eat. Big portions, I had the salmon with sides of skewered shrimp, others ordered the beyond burger and the rack of ribs. All loved. The drinks were large too and we had free refills and got to keep the commemorative cups too. Excellent gift shop downstairs too. If you get a window seat it’s a cracking view of Times Square.

Excellent service, good food. Bailed us out after Planet Hollywood cancelled our table reservation 15 mins before it should have happened because of a "private event" Won't be going to Planet Hollywood again but will definitely go to Bubba Shrimp again

The restaurant definitely exceeded my expectations, the food is amazing. I really enjoyed my Crab and Shrimp Boil. It was very flavorful. I also enjoyed my cream soda and I get to keep a collectible cup with it. Giselle our server was very attentive. I really enjoyed the trivia game she did with us at the end. She also took the time to explain Landry’s Select Club. Now i am looking forward to joining. I’m currently finishing my Key Lime Pie dessert. I can’t wait to come back to Bubba Gump Shrimp.

The atmosphere was very friendly and casual, and Jackson (our waiter) was a huge part of it! A very suggested place, for tasting good Louisiana food in the middle of Times Square.

An amazing spot for New Year’s Eve! Great location, super friendly staff, and over the top buffet, including lobster, king crab, and a variety of other tasty treats. Open bar with premium liquors. At midnight, we were at Ground Zero for the ball drop and it was a torrential rain of confetti, followed by music, dancing, and more fun upstairs. Yes, it was expensive. That said, it was well worth it! I did the evening as an accommodation to my partner and came away so happy that we experienced New Year’s Eve in the heart of the action. Thank you, Bubba Gump staff for being the best!

Everything was great. My server Ari was bubbly and patient. Gave me food ideas when I was there because it was my first time... Energy was high very pleasant. I recommend her to anyone that eats at this establishment.

As Forrest Gump fans we had to try this place, it is simply amazing and with lots of details and quotations of the film. Joey was really welcoming and very polite with us, his being outgoing and sociable made us come back for a second time. Enjoy the trivia game!

Fantastic night. Was our last night in New York and Chris made it amazing. Very helpful (we were sat next to the window overlooking time sq and wasn't even in his area but he came over and was so helpful). The location overlooking times sq was amazing and the restaurant itself had numerous memorabilia from the movie Forest Gump. Now for the food, wow. So tasty and so worth the money. The portions are big and the shrimp were so tasty and meaty. My wife had the salmon which she said was the best she had. The drinks and food came quickly. The garlic bread was abit dry for me but did taste great. Overall, worth every penny. The service from Chris was fantastic and the place and food was amazing. Defo pay it a visit when in Times Sq. P.s the forest gump shop underneath had so much great gear so double the fun with great staff who were so friendly.

From the moment we sat down, our server provided excellent service. He was polite, helpful, and made sure our order was perfect. We order Shrimps Heaven and some food from their new menu. Bubba Gump never disappoints. The food was spectacular as always—especially for someone like me who loves shrimp and steak. The shrimp dishes were fresh, flavorful, and perfectly cooked, and the steak was tender and satisfying. Consistently great food and a place I always look forward to coming back to. Also, huge shoutout and appreciation to Jackson for a very warm accommodation.

Sergio was amazing!! Full of spunk and waited on us to the tee!! He quizzed us and that was very fun! He takes his job serious and it was nice being waited on by him!

Lovely staff and lovely food. Braxton was amazing and very attentive. The bar was busy but without hesitation he brought over water for us whilst we waited. The wait time for food was minimal. The food was very hot, nicely cooked and delicious. The portions were very good sizes and there were a lot of vegetarian options (stated as V on menu). Some of the best food of our trip. Would highly recommend especially if you have Braxton as your server, he is very friendly and welcoming.
