We visited early and got a table by the bar...first impressions good. Very trendy place ...menu excellent even though we ordered the Chicken Burger for them to come back 10 min later to inform us that it was unavailable was a little disappointing . Food when arrived was absolutely delicious...really impressive....would eat here again and highly recommend

Great welcome, great food, great service, great deco, we really enjoyed a great family evening, eventhough we we're exhausted by our visiting day

Beautiful space, minimal service quality, and absolutely overpriced. Almost no lobster on the main veggie lobster salad but the empty shell for presentation. Lobster was tasteless, as was my classic margarita. Looking good is not an option when it comes to dining. I will not be back.

I ordered the B&L combo. I did not eat the whole meal at the the restaurant, so I brought the lobster and a bit more home. When I got the lobster out of the fridge the next day, I found that there was virtually no "meat" in the lobster, only an empty shell. I was very disappointed, because I liked the service at the restaurant, and the food that I had was quite good, but I now I feel ripped off.

Booked it after reading several reviews, amazing food, nice staff and lovely environment. Best meal we have had in NY, highly recommend B&L for a meal

Very very good the lobster, both in the sandwich size and in the classic size. Between the grilled and steamed I recommend the steamed one since it remains softer. The sandwich was really great. The only flaw was that we were allowed to book at 21:00 but upon our arrival we were informed that the kitchen was already closing. So we had to order in a hurry and eat while the waiters were already cleaning the place. If you close so early do not take reservations after 20:00.

Away from the hustle and bustle of Times Square you will find a quiet place decorated with original and tasteful decoration. Attentive and responsive staff. The dishes served are delicious at almost reasonable prices for NYC!

Location very close to Times Square and Briant Park in a quiet area. Reservation time respected without any delay and courtesy of the staff right from the welcome, excellent!... which was then confirmed for the entire dinner thanks to the professionalism of the waiter assigned to us. The choice of what to eat obviously fell on the original burger with a side of fried sweet potatoes. I must say that expectations were more than confirmed...in fact, they went beyond! As an appetizer we opted for the crab bites, not bad crab meatballs. For everything I have described and also for the relaxed atmosphere despite being in frenetic New York, I would recommend it.

Decent service. Burgers were pricy but huge and without complaints. Lobster rolls were nicely toasted but a bit lacking in volume and somewhat bland.

This Restaurant is 5" located in Cape Town Great decor , ambience ,detailed service by professional waiters Great appetisers in Happy hour between 1600 - 1730 2 for 1 specials as well as on cocktails ,first class A knockout place to visit especially on weekends & nighttime ,enjoyed Buffalo spicy chicken wings ,also great Calamari fried in a light batter, with mayonnaise sauce was delicious, reasonably priced beers 2 for 1 from 1600 hrs A must visit to all tourists ,located on Bree St. In the Historic part of town ,close to Hour st. & Bo kaap

We absolutely wanted to taste the lobster roll and booked, captured by the photos of the dishes. A place very close to Bryant Park but also Times Square. Side entrance, very nice room. We had an “appetizer” and the lobster. The roll absolutely recommended, delicious! While the meatballs of the appetizer I did not like. Also much appreciated the soaked napkin that they provide you at the end! Prices in the city average.

Perfect to enjoy a real burger. Fast service, air conditioning set correctly. However, you must arrive early if you want to enjoy this restaurant in an acceptable sound atmosphere. A reservation is required. The high price is justified by the quality of the food served

Really cool place to go for lunch or dinner. Burgers were fantastic with great fies. I can't speak for lobster, but it did look good. As for desert, the cheesecake mouse was phenomenal. Service was absolutely brilliant, and any issue we had was resolved almost instantly by friendly staff. Would recommend!

Waiter took our order but forgot to put it into kitchen. We waited a long time for our meal. Small side salad was wilted. Fries were hot upon delivery but got cold too quickly and lobster was cold. Waiter never stopped by to ask how things were going. He never gave us an extra plate for the shells. At end of meal he offered us a dessert on the house. Was very disappointed with my meal.

Very nice setting. Located between Bryant Park and Times Square. Quiet. The kitchen is nice. It's all about the Lobster. I like to come here once during my stays in New York.

We loved this restaurant. The food was amazing and the service was fantastic. Probably one of the best burgers I ever had. It's always hard to determine good from bad in Times Square area, but this place is the tops.

Excellent! Food and service perfect!!!! I went the last day and I didn't regret it! I was so well served by a lovely waitress, I sat in the bar, but I forgot his name :( Hamburger with lagoon is really perfect, the mayonnaise has a touch of truffe!

Our table for 8 people was booked for 7.30pm.. we arrived at 7.25pm.. despite two of our family already being sat at the bar upstairs in the restaurant we wasn’t allowed to join them as it was “too busy”. When we were eventually called upstairs (around 8.05pm) we walked past the bar area where only my Daughter and boyfriend were sat… so, not busy at all! We got to our table and after getting complimentary water that was it for a drink for the next 20 mins. Then we ordered a full round of drinks and starters (doubled up on the beers as waiting 35 mins in an uncomfortably warm reception we were parched) .. nothing arrived! When we mentioned this to the waiter he said there was only one guy working the bar.. Why???.. the restaurant was full. So, eventually we managed to speak to the Manager explaining we had been in over an hour with no drinks.. he went off and in fairness our “pre-dinner” drinks arrived… but the starters of 18 oysters ordered didn’t! Then the main courses came .. 8 platters on two very small “rocky” tables.. so adding an ice bucket, glasses, water, condiments to say the tables were insufficient is an understatement… then guess what… the oysters (12 not 18!) were offered to us by the Manager who we thought might have noticed no room to put them down anyway! .. not quite a starter!! We asked for them to be put back in the kitchen to see if we wanted them later… So, main courses.. ok in general.. my lobster was tough though.. over cooked.. but hey oh, 90 mins in I was starving.. We decided to have the oysters (12 not 18 as ordered!).. we then asked for more drinks .. they were reluctantly served as the restaurant was winding down and tables being cleaned around us! … then we asked for the bill … no discount offered… charged for 18 oysters and 18% service charge .. my wife questioned the charge of oysters and said we were not paying 18% service charge..they took off the cost of the oysters.. reduced the service charge and it was still over $800!!!!! .. this meal was to celebrate my Daughters engagement.. her partner proposed to her at the top of the Rockefeller Centre the night before. To summarise, I would not go back here in a rush… if ever.

This was our first dinner after arriving in NYC, we chose it due to it being close to our hotel. Had reservations though the restaurant was not that busy, and was seated at the first table behind the hostess stand. Service was slow and never really checked back to see if needed anything. The food runner was the most efficient employee we encountered. The burger was actually pretty good, lobster roll was just ok and served cold. Also had an issue with the bill that was taken care of. Overall not a great first pick for NYC.

This is a very nice place to eat. The staff are super. At the spare of the moment they sorted a birthday cake for my wife. The prices are great and the food is even better

We went for dinner on a Wednesday night at 6:00. We had made a reservation online earlier the same day and all time slots seemed open. When we arrived we were seated right away. They were busier than I had expected; probably a lot of walk-ins. It's a casual place. I had lobster linguine, served with a creamy sauce. It was served with a whole claw on top, but no special tools, so it was a bit of a struggle to get the meat out. It also included some shrimp. My wife had the lobster roll, which was much better than ones I'd had elsewhere. Prices are reasonable. But there are no frills--no vegetables included with the entrées, no bread served. We also saw some great-looking burgers served at other tables. Service was very good, friendly but not intrusive, helpful with questions, and attentive at all the right times. Lobster roll: $32 Lobster linguine: $38 Two glasses of sauvignon blanc: 2 x $15 = $30 subtotal $100 NYC tax 8.88% = $8.88 Total $108.88 (plus tip)

Ordered from the "Restaurant Week" menu. Great value - our table got a mix of lobster and mussels. The appetizers and desserts were very good. Great casual atmosphere. Spacious setting. Wait staff very attentive.

Really really good food and, although pricey, was very good value for the quality and quantity of the food. Wonderful lobster roll, lobster and burger (we were hungry!). They also served Cava which was much nicer than the standard Prosecco in most restaurants. Service was friendly and efficient. Excellent overall and we will return on our next trip to New York.

Celebrated one of my adult children's birthdays here before seeing a show. Attended with two 6-year-olds as well. Staff was exceptional with the little ones, as well with my daughter after we accidentally spilled a drink all over her. Actually, had to leave the restaurant to go purchase dry clothing. Our waiter took great care of us, even comped some of the charges since she was unable to really enjoy the meal or the experience here. Beautiful restaurant. Have not enjoyed a burger as much as I did here in quite a while. Plates were filling, whether you ordered with a side salad or the fries. Would highly recommend and look forward to dining here again when in the area.

This restaurant was great! Atmosphere is good and the food choice excellent. The lobster was amazing and all the family enjoyed the food. Service was great too, with things like water brought straight away and drink service was quick. Would highly recommend.

Post Christmas visit so expected the crowds. Seated promptly w our reservation. Server adequate however failed upon checking on meals delivered by others. One meal did not appear and after a full 5 minutes server finally reappeared and discovered the mistake. Followed up but never kept us informed. Meal finally arrived after another 5-10 minutes and was nearly inedible. Crab cakes ( cold on the inside ) and fries ( barely warm ). Other guests’ lobster rolls were good. Mgr came over - unsolicited - and removed crab cake charge - this is the only reason they get a 3 rating - otherwise would have been a 1. Honestly undecided if I would ever try again.

Chicken burger was advertised as being a crispy skin chicken burger, which was not the case at all. Poor prepared, below average. There are much better places to eat in NYC.

Staying in Times Square, I started looking online for a restaurant near the hotel (the Crowne) and decided to opt for "Burger and Lobster". I couldn't have made a better choice!!! TOP location Superlative food Excellent Service...especially the Manager of the London venue here in New York for the holidays. Price “More than fair”! HIGHLY RECOMMENDED Well done!!!

We stayed in NYC for 5 days and this was by far our best evening meal. The lobster was cooked to perfection with lots of meat. The beast burger was delicious! We shared a chili garlic shrimp to start which my husband said was the best he had tasted! Service was great too. Would definitely go back!

The Burger & Lobster restaurant is an amazing casual dining chain restaurant that offers guests delicious and well made burgers, whole lobsters, lobster rolls and other side dishes. It was first established in London, England and has expanded to various countries around the world. In August of 2025, I brought and treated my wife and myself for dinner at the Burger & Lobster Bryant Park, located in Midtown Manhattan, right near Bryant Park. We very much enjoyed our dining experience!!! The restaurant’s staff were very kind and welcoming and quickly provided us with a comfortable dining table. Both my wife and I were impressed with the restaurant’s cozy and intimate features, and we definitely enjoyed viewing it’s soaring ceiling and beautiful and distinct artwork. Its elegant and spacious setting, dim lighting, along with the playing of contemporary music helped produce a very casual and relaxed dining atmosphere. Our server, Marjorie was very friendly and professional and always checked in on us to make sure that we were having a great time. She along with an additional hostess, made sure that our orders were properly noted, provided a great overview on the menu options, and perfectly addressed our menu inquiries. We thank Marjorie and her colleague for their exceptional service and great hospitality!!! Last, but certainly not least, both my wife and I absolutely loved our meals. We ordered and enjoyed the “Chili Garlic Shrimp” appetizer and the “Burger & Lobster Combo For 2” which consists of a whole lobster, original burger, fries and salad. We found everything to be well cooked, superbly seasoned and delightfully delicious!!! If you are fan of burgers and lobster entrees along with receiving great service, then you should definitely visit and dine at the Burger & Lobster Bryant Park!!!

Unbelievable food and dining experience. This restaurant specializes in burgers abs lobster. And they do these dishes to perfection. Right next to the Sondheim theatre, this is not to be missed in your trip to NYC. I ordered their burger special with amazing sauce and my partner had the crab cake with truffle fries. My mouth is watering just remembering. Can’t wait to get back there!

The Connecticut Lobster Roll was a generous portion of sweet lobster on a perfectly buttered and toasted bun. The shoestring fries were flawless. The cocktail… alas.$16 Midnight in Midtown…I didn’t taste the alcohol. Maybe the Boodles Gin just gave the rest of the cocktail a friendly wave, and moved on. Too much ice. A few sips and buh-bye cocktail.

This place is very nice but even though I asked for a table with normal chairs they gave us a table with the least comfortable stools. The dishes are very good but the portions are not very generous. Sin. Correct prices.

While I was New York City Days I walked by Burger & Lobster and at that time was not hungry, but marked it in my mind where this place looked very inviting and perhaps a place to eat at . Well days later I was in the Times Square district and decided to have lunch here. I thought it was cool walking through a tunnel of lobster traps entering a waiting area with live lobsters in tanks. Many were huge and watched them slowly moving around, but sadly one may be eaten by me. I walked up the stairs tot he restaurant finding it looking very cool. It had a nice elegant sea life theme. It was casual seeing some having business meetings here and others with their loved ones. The place had top service where we were treated very nicely. I ordered the Grilled Lobster Caesar entrée which consisted of baby gems, tarragon-caesar dressing, and half grilled lobster. I was not sure exactly what I was expecting where had been eating salads during my time here in the city. When my salad arrived and I was like, wow, it looked so presentable with lobster (already cut in half) on one side and nice lettuce with cheese sprinkles on top with crispy bread. The grilled lobster tasted really good with great flavor. The salad was just a good. I enjoyed it very much. We did not have a reservation but as I left I noticed more people were either sitting down or waiting to be seated. This place was great spot to enjoy a lobster meal.

This is a first for me, but I feel I must let you know, how much we enjoyed Berger and Lobster. The food was excellent, but the service was exceptional. in particular one of your Managers, I believe her name is Karen went above and beyond the normal call of duty. I know this because I own several resturants, in Los Angeles and have seen it all. Rest assured when I am back in NYC you guys will be my first and last stop.

Beautiful place. Very professional and attentive waitstaff. We ate very well, among the best dishes lobster sandwich and various appetizers. Definitely will be back

A great surprise. Good hamburgers and especially excellent lobster whole and in rolls for very reasonable prices. We recommend

Amazing lobster at a great price. My husband had a whole lobster and I had Connecticut lobster roll. Excellent. We would visit again and order the same meals!

Great food (burger and lobster as a side with French fries and salad) and amazing cocktails (yummy) in a friendly atmosphere. I dream to go back there. We had a great time.

Beautiful place, with high ceiling and walls in concrete and iron, garden inside. The food is great (sandwiches in particular but not only) and the combination of burger and lobster is a winner. He served us a friendly and very professional girl. Prices in line, maybe even lower than the New York average.

Beautiful venue between Bryant Park and Time Square. Refined and elegant context in which you can taste five-star lobster roll ... but also excellent hamburgers. The staff is friendly

We had a great dinner here. We had a blend of happy hour drinks and snacks with the regular menu. The drinks and food were delicious.

Came in January for Restaurant week, which I always enjoy. Loved the entryway with the live Lobster tanks. Food was delicious and the lobster roll extra tasty. Coconut shrimp were also at the top of the menu. I ordered off of the restaurant week menu to try both the Burger & Lobster roll, as pictured. Both were good and I left with zero leftovers.

Restaurant located in TIME SQUARE in a small street. Very professional service and quality lobsters. Lobster in brioche or toast are very good. That's a good address.

Unsure about the choice I went for a combo with both burger and lobster roll. It turned into a very big plate, with a lot of fries and a small salad. Price is reasonable, the service could be more friendly especially when it comes for the payment with card. Practically the guy took the bill folder away without thinking I’d like to pay with card, realizing only after that there was no money inside . Then I was invited to go to the cashier where the payment was processed in a quick and not so polite manner

Very good burger and lobster restaurant located not far from Bryant Park. You can go by 43rd or 42nd Street (passage between the two). Very good products , nice setting , casual .

Overcooked and tasteless. The staff was okay. But very attentive but not horrible. Friendly. My cocktail was great. I ordered a lobster Caesar salad. There was almost no dressing. A huge plate of half brown romaine in grated cheese. The lobster was so overcooked that my half tail had no meat! Felt like the turkey in Christmas Vacation. The claw meat was good. I had to ask for crackers to break the shell and there was no butter to dip. My son’s wagyu burger was good. I gobbled his scraps to make up for the lack of substance in my meal. I’d never come back.

Took 10 mins for waiter to come and take our order after we were seated. Ordered 1 appetizer, 2 sodas and two burgers. Appetizer and sodas arrived, waited 45 mins for burgers, nothing happened. We left after speaking with manager, said he was going to “look into it” and apologized.

We came to dinner one evening at this restaurant during our stay in New York. The decoration of the restaurant is very nice. We chose the combo for 2 which consists of a burger and half a lobster each, it was original and good, it is true that we do not often eat lobster in France. I finished the meal with an "after dinner" cocktail, namely a Tiramisu Martini. It was good and like the dish we had eaten before, it was original. The service was courteous and efficient throughout our meal, we had a good evening at Burger & Lobster.

Look hard ots upstairs! After the initial confusion, found the attractively decorated lounge. Layout and decor is actually beautiful. Known for their lobster rolls and high end burger, I tried the combo with both. Didn't upgrade to the truffle fries ($9) but it was tempting. Burger delish, lobster roll was wonderful. Be back again

Fantastic restaurant atmosphere, a little treasure in the middle of the intoxicating city. Well cooked and fresh lobster. It didn't disappoint.

Very positive experience, spacious room, tidy and clean. Punctual and attentive Service. Exquisite burgers with quality raw material. We recommend it.

I ordered a burger and my wife ordered lobster salad. Waiter delivered the burger. 10 min later still waiting for my wife’s salad. Server told us three times it was coming right out. Finally arrived over 20 minutes after the burger. Waiter told us if it had been two minutes more the salad would have been comped. No apologies. Burger was fine. Salad had a paucity of lobster. Given all the dining choices in the city it’s an easy choice not to return.

Enjoyed the special ‘restaurant week’ menu. Reasonable value at $40 and $45. Fries were a bit like MacDonald’s and not great but the rest of the food was good. Service was adequate.. not particularly friendly but acceptable.

Service was excellent. Attentive and super friendly. The crab starter was nice with s hint of spice. Just right. Lobster was steamed perfectly. The burger had very fresh veggies and cooked as ordered. A delicious pre broadway meal.

Very nice local ... excellent staff Dinner great beautiful atmosphere. Very cozy place where you create a nice atmosphere

My son and I had seen this restaurant on our way to the hotel so thought we would give it a try. We hadn't made a reservation so we gave it a try. The restaurant was packed, and a small queue (line) was in place, but we were offered a seat at the bar which we took and got served straight away. We chose the lobster and burger (of course) and it was splendid, a great choice and reasonably priced too. Thanks for fitting us in, one definitely not to miss!

Had a big group lunch here at B&L. The place is conveniently set. One has to take an elevator ride from downstairs entry lobby. We had a long table made up with smaller tables for us for 12 people lunch. I ordered Connecticut warm lobster roll with butter and Brussels sprouts. Both delicious. Had a great time here. The drinks were a bit subpar but overall a nice place and delicious food.

Myself and my husband visited this restaurant for the 1st time. The food and service was very good. I really enjoyed the B&L combo that we ordered. The food was cooked to perfection and everything tasted amazing. I would recommend this restaurant and plan to return. You will not be disappointed.

Excellent price and quality, with a fast and efficient service. I loved the friendliness of the staff, I decided that they would advise me and they were right on everything. Everything in general was incredible, without a doubt I would repeat! Of course I recommend it to everyone, so if it is a pleasure to eat, especially, remembering typical food that was sorely missed.

Absolutely worth trying! Delicious sandwiches and fabulous cocktails. Also you will find endless Courtesy and helpfulness of the staff.

Wow , what a lovely place, the service was great marta was fantastic, the food was amazing along with the great cocktails

The restaurant is super trendy and the decor is magnificent!!! A great discovery in Time Square! The service was great and the staff were super friendly! We were served very quickly and the dishes were plentiful and well served!! I recommend this address!!!

Found this place near my hotel (and Times Square). Ordered the lobster roll with the side of fries and salad. The food came out quickly and was delicious. The burgers looked good and will definitely try one of them next time. The menu is a bit pricey but typical for the Times Sq area. I could see where this would get busy closer to theatre times.

Went here for a couples trip. It was good. I got burger, husband got lobster pasta. Both were good no complaints. Server was great.

enjoyed a wonderful lunch here right before our matinee next door. Our server, Adam, was super friendly and the atmosphere was quiet and upscale. The food was delish. My teen & I shared calamari and lobster bisque which was great. Then they had the wagyu burger and I had the lobster caesar was also was yummy! don't miss the cheese cake mouse!

We called here for a post-theatre meal. The service was amazing, even complimented my aftershave. My mate was convinced it was his but it was definitely mine he was complimenting. Anyway, we had the beef bites to share and they were amazing! Almost tempted to buy another portion but we didn’t want to ruin our appetite for mains. My mate had a lobster roll and I had the dry aged burger which was amazing! So juicy and full of flavour. We also had dessert of cheesecake mousse and chocolate mousse which was just as good! Would highly recommend a trip here if in the area!

Highly recommended place if you like burgers and lobsters - just as the name promises. Good selection of draft beers, prompt service and very nice ambience.

Excellent lobster burger restaurant with a wide variety of appetizers and main courses. Also excellent selection of cocktails. The staff is friendly and the service fast. The cost is not high if you consider the type of cuisine. To try.

Best lobster in midtown Manhattan. nice place. high quality service. one of the best places to dine in the area. fair prices

The location was fabulous. The food was Michelin, the best thing you could eat was lobster. We also tried the burger also the excellent one. The food was great and plentiful. As an appetizer we had Mac & cheese ( macaroni and cheese ). The staff was attentive. I recommend it

We stopped here to grab dinner before our show, and we’re so glad we did! The drinks were amazing; as well as great food and the atmosphere!

We had an excellent experience. I made a reservation for the wrong day and when the host told us I was disappointed but he quickly told us not to worry and sat us immediately. We had excellent service and the food was amazing. We had the lobster for two and the corn ribs. Both were amazing dishes that were prepared to perfection. The price was reasonable and of good value. The portions were large enough for the 3 of us.

Very nice restaurant. We had lobster and lobster roll for dinner. All very good. Attentive and attentive service. Average prices for NY. About $97, including tip, for lobster + lobster roll + 2 soft drinks + 1 coke. Tap water at will in a bottle. Prices near Times Square are very high, unfortunately. This place is a little away from the chaos and it's very comfortable, but that's the area and therefore the prices are a little high. Positive experience I would go back

Easy to book, nice restaurant, service was very efficient: our waiter Alvin was very kind and professional. We ordered lobsters, which were delicious and fresh! Highly recommended!!

Warm and very friendly place! We ate a whole lobster per person for $40! It was very good! The delicious fries and especially the sauce! Mmmm 🙂 The decor is also nice and the staff kind and caring.

Great! We enjoyed Lobster Rolls and tasty lobster pasta. The atmosphere is very pleasant and our waiter was very friendly and smiling. A little mishap with a little sauce fell on my coat but recovers immediately with a discount on the bill. Good job!

I was by myself and the waiter brought me an already opened 1lt Aqua Panna without even asking me if I wanted. Ordered Bruscheta as appetizers which had no cheese in it, Just tomatoes and the Lobster was ok, nothing special about it. Wouldnt come Back. For 70 dollars many better places in NYC

We arrived in NYC after a long days travelling from the UK and decided to come here. I booked online and navigated ourselves from our hotel to the restaurant on Bryant Park. We arrived 10 minutes late ( New York streets are much longer than we are used to back home 😅) which was not a problem with the staff member who greeted us upon arrival. We were swiftly taken to our table (we found one closer which looked more comfortable which was not a problem moving to). Orders were again taken promptly and within 15-20 minutes our meals were at the table. We thoroughly enjoyed both the lobsters and burgers, definitely the best place we ate whilst in the city for 3 nights. If we visit again, we would definitely come back!

Bryant Park is my favourite place in New York City so we had to enjoy our last dinner near the park. This restaurant has a chain that spreads across nations including the UK. Nice cosy atmosphere for a large restaurant, we had booked in advance but arrived early this was not a problem. We were welcomed to our table and the service was prompt and friendly, we ordered drinks and then our food which consisted of a starter of Wagyu Bites which we shared very juicy and tender, my partner chose the classic whole lobster with fires good job he had a big napkin to clean up after enjoying his feast, I ordered the Fig and Pear Salad to accompany my main which was the Beast Burger beef patty and loads of lobster meat, cheese and lettuce with juice dripping from it as I ate this also came with fries. Although this is a chain restaurant it felt independent and I would say to you give it a go.

Beautiful area. Friendly welcome. My husband and I were able to taste the lobster roll and my daughter a hamburger. Everyone found something to suit them. The sauce served with the lobster is delicious.

We made reservations for lunch a couple days in advance. We were seated at a booth near the entrance. Really disliked where we were seated. It started to get busy a literally everyone walked by us and cold air kept hitting us as people came in. My husband ordered the Original Burger. Bun was stale and fell apart after the first bite. I got the Connecticut Lobster Roll which was ok but the fries for both of us was cold and in little pieces. Lots of other great restaurants in NYC, go elsewhere.

Fun, great service, tasty food. Cheerful evening. Extraordinary location with music. Cleanliness and order. To return

A lobster factory. The restaurant serves lobsters and burgers aplenty. Not very big, a little dry, lobsters. The service is overwhelmed, so patience is required (a glass of wine can arrive long after the dish you want to accompany). As a result, the Tripadvisor rating seems somewhat overrated. It is true that the addition is amazing for a lobster restaurant.

Great atmosphere, the service was really good. We ordered the sharing platter and it was amazing! The food was so tasty……..

Absolute joke. They tried serving our main during our starters and then the manager ponced over in his Ralph Lauren said it was our fault that the food was sitting there getting cold, implying that us not wanting our food immediately after our starters (which he thought was a compromise from right in the middle of them) was our fault. Completely talked over us and then agreed that they would recook the order but made an immature, offhanded comment that we were being wasteful. He then walked off and was evidently talking about us to the wait staff. For the rest of the evening we were ignored by servers, glared at by kitchen staff as they walked past and in general we were made to feel like we were personally unwelcome. When it came time to pay I couldn’t got anyone’s attention and watched as the severs messed around at the bar. For the amount of money we spent we thought we were going out for a sophisticated meal, instead it felt like we paid to be extra’s in either Gordon Ramsey Kitchen Nightmares or bar rescue. Though likely the latter as the food was decent, shame that the management couldn’t be either.

One of the best taste to value experiences I’ve had in NYC. Everything was great and so reasonably priced. Definitely coming back again soon!

The food is absolutely wonderful! Would definitely recommend. The service I must say was horrible! One hour after we ordered before we got anything. We got there at 425 left at 630 without even having dessert.

Great food. Friendly and caring staff. Try the Lobster Roll and the Mac and cheese with lobster. Affordable price for the city average

We shared the combo burger and lobster and thought both were grand. The burger was huge and the meat was favorable. The lobster roll was good, but could have been somewhat larger (at least for our appetites). They did a nice job with the fries.

Lovely pre theatre meal here with oysters for starters and burger for main cooked superbly and really tasty , will say you have to push the front door of this restaurant really hard a few people walked off when we were waiting as thought it was closed ! Shanise was our waitress and was friendly and attentive and welcoming

We had a 12pm reservation before a 2pm show that was a couple of blocks away on 45th Street. This was the perfect amount of time to not have to rush through a three-course meal. After lunch, we took a leisurely stroll to our theater and had 30 minutes to spare before show time. Our meal was absolutely delicious! We shared the Wagyu beef bites as an appetizer. My husband had the beast burger (switched out the swiss for fontina) and I had the classic lobster roll. We had orange bread pudding with chocolate sauce for dessert. Everything came out hot and fresh (except the lobster roll, which is supposed to be cold and refreshing, which it absolutely was, as well as super fresh tasting). Nicki our server was attentive and friendly. Everywhere you look in the restaurant there is interesting art, beautiful live plants, and all things nautical. We had a great experience and would be happy to dine here again.

Second time in this restaurant. If you like lobster it is very good and the restaurant is quite airy it is nice and near Time Square and in the quiet

We ordered beef burgers, chicken burgers and a lobster dish. The meat was cooked perfectly and the lobster was great! Garlic butter sauce was amazing. Also highly recommend the house lemonade. It’s a beautifully decorated restaurant with a wide range of options to choose from. The fries were perfect too.

I had a great time at Burger & Lobster. The atmosphere is really nice, relaxed but neat, perfect to enjoy a good meal with friends or as a couple. The dishes were simply excellent: the tasty burger, the perfectly cooked lobster... a real treat from start to finish! Prices are average for this type of establishment, especially given the quality of the products. The service was fast and efficient, with friendly and attentive staff. I highly recommend this restaurant!

Beautiful location, very kind staff, top combo dish, lobster and hamburger. Price around $50 each

I highly recommend. We booked online for lunch without knowing where we were going. We wanted lobster. No regrets. Friendly setting and staff, good wine, top meal (we had grilled lobster with garlic sauce). Nothing wrong. The Chris server is too Nice and cute:) And importantly, the air conditioning was not turned on. It is the only restaurant in 10 days where we left a tip because well deserved.

Super nice restaurant, industrial decoration. The dishes are quite original for us French and lobster is much cheaper than in France. That was excellent. Service and great atmosphere!

Despite the reservation I waited 15 minutes but it was worth it. Fantastic atmosphere with spectacular lights and decor. The wait staff was friendly and helpful. The "combo" platter for 2 people is excellent with an excellent meat burger, lobster sandwich, fried potatoes and whole lobster. Not cheap but all in all a reasonable price.

I’ve been to Burger and Lobster in London several times so it was great to be able to try it in New York and it did not disappoint. I was very impressed by the same level of high service, the selection of “Big Boys” and the cocktails! Well done!

We were walking the streets looking for a restaurant with hopefully, a happy hour when we came upon Burger & Lobster. After peeking in with went in and sat at the bar for a cocktail and some food. Loved it! Our bartender was friendly, welcoming and the food was hot and delicious. The prices were good too. We'd go back for sure.

First time here for me, and on a recommendation from my wife who travels to NYC. I didn’t know what to expect at a Burgers and Lobsters place, but it works! The medium sized lobsters w fries and a side salad were just enough for each one of us in a party of 4. Cracking, and scooping out the tasty lobster adds to the experience. On top of that, the vibe with the decor and the music was warm, aesthetically pleasing and inviting. Great atmosphere that was not too loud and looking around others ere enjoying their food. As to the service, Erica went above and beyond. She was helpful and attentive from the beginning by taking one of our bags and setting it aside so we would have room. She checked in on us throughout, gave good suggestions, and overall a pleasant and lovely smile that further added to the night out. Thank you!!

No real possibility to comment the food… We booked a table for 8pm ( for 8 guests…) and were excited to share a great family moment. At 9 pm we were still asked to wait outside as our table « was not ready ». We finally were invited to a table that was located fare away from the restaurant atmosphere … behind the kitchen … No manager came for any excuse for the delay. We decided to leave. Let’s call this OVERBOOKING… or simply a NO CUSTOMER CARE. Enjoy. Bruno

We didn't have plans for dinner one evening and found Burger & Lobster online and decided to try it out. Were able to get a reservation for a few hours later (we went around 8:30p). We had seen them while visiting London, but didn't eat there. Seated quickly and waitress brought drinks - Mango Mojito and Strawberry Mojito were both delicious. My husband and I started with some oysters, which were very good and well priced for NYC. All four of us ordered the Connecticut lobster roll with fries - truffle/parmesan and chili seasoned. Everything came out quickly and hot - good amount of food for the price. Service was decent - was a mix up with the original order, but she rectified it quickly. Second round of drinks took longer than it should have, but overall would visit again if we needed a quick, last minute meal.

Perfect ! We took the trio with the Omar which I chose steamed, and then the Lobster roll and the burger; fries and a delicious salad and for dessert, a chocolate mousse, absolutely perfect. Thank you Noreen for the quality of service!

While traveling in New York we had dinner in this restaurant and we ate very well. We highly recommend this establishment.

Top restaurant. New very modern atmosphere and above all the cuisine is very very good you can go there without worries very kind and attentive staff.

Nice restaurant with a subdued atmosphere where we were lucky enough to have 2 seats at the bar without reservation one evening (so remember to reserve 😬). The menu obviously revolves around lobster: lobster. We had a Connecticut Lobster Roll and a Lobster Burger. Everything was very good and the lobster was very present. However, it is surely possible to do more with a lobster burger, a sauce that goes well, etc. 🙂 We also had a glass of California white wine. Overall, wine, especially by the glass, is very expensive in the USA and Canada.

Cozy and spacious venue, a few meters from the iconic Time Square in New York City. Specializing (as the name suggests) in burgers and lobsters, the quality is good and the service is excellent, with very friendly and helpful staff. Surely the food is not the lightest, but in NYC I would say it is almost inevitable....

The staff is amazing. Made me and my coworkers feel very welcomed and accommodated us so much. I will come back here for sure

I had a terrible experience at this restaurant. Our waiter was overly eager to upsell. After a long wait for mediocre service, it took an hour for our food to arrive. When it finally came, the burger was lackluster at best—plain, cold, and lacking any seasoning. The fries were also cold. I would recommend looking for better and faster places to get a burger.

We went 2 times. The lobster roll is spectacular and the prices are reasonable for NY. The atmosphere is very pleasant, very New York. It doesn't feel like you're in Times Square.

This is the second time at this place. We had lobster bisque and crab cake for appetizers and they were both excellent. I had the Lobster roll with butter and my daughter had lobster mac and cheese. Both excellent. It is a great place to eat. The only problem i have is the bathroom. They have 1 bathroom for men, and two bathrooms for both men/ women! REALLY????? Shouldn't women have their own bathroom? The men, instead of going to the one that is dedicated to them, waited on line with the women to go to the men/ women's bathroom. That is the only thing wrong with this place! Otherwise, I would recommend.

Food and service were excellent. It was a cold day outside and we were seated in an area flooded with cold air every time the outside door opened. Even with our coats on it was cold.

Beautiful venue, friendly, helpful staff and perfect service. Varied menu and excellent quality food. Excellent and honest prices for New York.

Very nice experience in this restaurant 50 meters from the madness of Times Square! Grilled lobster, garlic sauce with fries... what else! If home fries

Local near Times Square that really surprised me. We had the tris hamburger, bun with the Lobster and the half grilled, half steamed Lobster. All super! Also a delicious strawberry cocktail. Not to mention the waiters, attentive and ready for every need .. especially the guy who served and welcomed us throughout the evening. I would have liked to go back but I did not have time.

We went here for dinner upon recommendation by our hotel and we were not disappointed. We ordered the burger lobster combo that came with fries. Plenty of food for 2 to share and it was all delicious.

Our first night in New York and thank goodness I had booked as they were full and with people queuing at the entrance. The food was great, we got a dish for two that had a burger (fantastic) a small grilled lobster with lemon butter (ok), a lobster roll (very good) and fries. Overall the food was great and drinks were good. Service was ok. A little impersonal but they were very busy. I would still recommend.

We had been wanting to eat for a while so we finally made reservations. Glad we tried this place but probably won’t return. The food was solid and the prices reasonable. Service was spotty - ordered a red wine, was given white. Crab bite apps were good and the prawns were also good. I had the cold lobster roll and it was good, but the lobster tasted very lobstery and not in a good way. Decent portion. Hubby had the whole lobster - split down the middle, which I didn’t appreciate. Portion ok. The ambience was kinda cheesy but I see why this place is so popular. Worth trying but for us, we checked this off the list.

A very nice and friendly atmosphere, a service to match and very good products! The dishes are delicious and hearty and the waiter efficient and very friendly! In short, we feasted and had a great time!

First of all, please don't be fooled like I was into thinking that this restaurant is in Bryant Park, it is in fact more in Times Square. With this comes a very touristy place. Bright lights and a chain restaurant kind of feel. The service was almost too efficient; it felt very rushed. While the food was ok, it was overpriced for the dining experience. There are so many charming places to eat in the city, but this was definitely not one of them.

Big disappointment... there were 4 of us there... we took the "burger and lobster" dish, absolutely nothing to eat in the lobster... we scraped and scraped again, there was nothing in it... and that was the case for the 4 dishes… On the other hand, very friendly staff

Great location and stunning interior design. This had all the makings of a great evening. Ruined by a team in the restaurant who didn’t seem to have control over what was happening or any sense of right or wrong. If you serve the entree (main) half way through the appetiser, please don’t then argue that we need it served now otherwise it will be going cold. Then after you relented, no apology or consideration at all, and generally ignored our table. In the end, to pay, we had to go to the bar. Words cannot describe the level of poor service tonight. Seriously - sort it out management. Left a really bad feeling.

Family meal, C our 2nd meal at burger and lobster the prices are reasonable for manathan and the products are very good. However, this evening no luck, no burger in any form whatsoever and the wine ordered is not fresh. Incredible for a burger restaurant the servers are moderately friendly and it seems complicated.... We will say that it was an accident. Because it’s a great shame for these little hiccups.

We've visited other Burger & Lobster restaurants when we've been in London, so we knew we had to pay a visit to the one in New York whilst on holiday. We didn't have a reservation, and expected to wait a while, but we were seated in about 5mins. We had the lobster roll and the B&L combo, and the quality was the exact same high standard as we've had in London. Would absolutely recommend this place.

Ordered two lobsters, one of which was significantly smaller than the other. Taste was solid, good but not in any way special. There’s loud 90s music (seemingly limited to Britney Spears and Backstreet Boys) which gets annoying. Staff was not attentive and at the lower end of nice. Been to Burger & Lobster in other locations (London, Munich), this was the least pleasant one.

We returned to Burger and Lobster for lobster rolls before a show, and it did not disappoint. It is nice when a restaurant is consistent over time. While the location is basically right next to Times Square, it feels like an oasis away from all of the madness because it is above street level and the entrance is tucked away. The food is also genuinely good, the service is attentive, and the vibe is relaxed. So, it does not feel like a tourist trap. We had the Connecticut lobster rolls (aka with butter, not mayonnaise), as well as the lobster bisque.

Place was "ok". Thought prices were very high for the amount of food yet the lobster roll was good. Not anything to write home about though. The ambiance at lunch was a bit depressing as very few people were there. I would not rush back. It was hard to find the server at times too.

Nice waiter, good food ... but too salty as in any NY. We came as a family and still enjoyed ourselves.

Service was good in the beginning, cocktails were very good. We got the combo for two, the burger was very good as were the fries and salad. The lobster on the other hand…. We got the Connect lobster roll and grilled lobster. The roll was dry and bland and the grilled lobster was terribly over cooked and tasted like char so badly even the garlic butter couldn’t mask it. Server did not check back on us and we had a show to catch so we ate it. Won’t be back.

Not far from Times square the choice was for this nice restaurant guided by good reviews. We booked online, excellent table they chose even if we waited about ten minutes beyond the Reservation Time before taking a seat (in 4). Really very nice and nice local excellent New York atmosphere. We ordered a really good burger, lobster and 2 lobster rolls. I accompanied with a great blue moon wheat beer. Bill not cheap (about 45€ each including tip) but I Recommendation because really a nice place where you eat well.

Fantastic restaurant! Great idea- burgers with lobster , how can you go wrong?! The London broil burger mix was the best I have had! My wife and son LOVED the lobster roll! Delicious! Please check out this unique restaurant near Bryant Park !

Nice place with good ambient music, an à la carte choice with just a flat for non-existent champagne: cross it off the map because offering prosecco instead is unthinkable for French. The service is fast but a little too heavy (tipping requires!). The dishes are good especially grilled lobster but too bad to see on his note 5$ more for a salad Caesar sauce without having warned us. the oysters are fresh but tiny (#5 in France). the cream brulee not top because very floury! Restaurant located just between Bryant Park and times square but quiet in a passage.

It is a nice place with cool music and atmosphere in NY style. Great food very nice staff. Lobster steamed excellent. A stone's throw from TS. New York account

Very tasty, burgers are awesome !! I recommend everyone to visit this place. The interior, service, food, as well as hookahs, everything is top notch. But burgers just won our hearts, we will come back to this place more than once for burgers.

I was told that eating lobster in New York was a must. Well this restaurant is a good address. Half a lobster a la plancha + lobster sandwich in brioche toast + half burger + fries and salad. It was hearty, original and very good. The boss took the time to explain the menu to us. Very nice ! The $16 glass of wine dissuaded us from having any. Damage

Walking into the place took my breath away. It’s so beautiful, but food wise it’s ok. The calamari taste just like their fries but just saltier

The ideal place to eat a lobster! If you have a burger, well, move on and go elsewhere!

Went in expecting not much, but a really enjoyable evening. Great venue, food was fine and staff friendly. Is there better, yes I’m sure there is, but for location of Times Square, this was fine. I would go back.

This restaurant is delicious!! Every time we come to New York we try to go here and it’s always so good! The original burger and the lobster pasta are two of our favorites! Highly recommend!!?

Excellent Service, great Quality of food, local level, certainly better than any other place with similar products. Highly recommended. Price in line with what is offered. Top!

Isn’t that bad but isn’t that good! It’s a normal place to have a dinner. Confusing place and really noisy. Food is ok!

This place is an an excellent choice when eating out in NYC. They have got very lobster situation you can think of , oysters (presented very cutely and trendy, I might add - soooo tasty !!! ). Also have plenty burger types including chicken burgers. We loved the menu. And our waitress was a very nice sweet girl , can’t remember her name but she was lovely ! Food is delicious !!!!! We ate everything. Meals come with chips or salad. Their chips are skinny and salty which is lovely. I got lobster roll and it came with the most holesome sauce on the side. If you are hungry , come to this place ! It does not disappoint. Nice relaxed cool vibe in restaurant also !! Thanks for your excellent hospitality 🙏

We went there for our anniversary dinner, we had fast and great service and the food was amazing! Very good restaurant overall

Burger & Lobster restaurant was recommended to me by the concierge services of the hotel, where I was staying. I followed the recommendations, but I didn't make it to the restaurant by 5 pm, as I was advised. So, when I came there at 5:30 pm, Burger & Lobster was already full with happy customers, and I was told by the friendly hostess, that my chances to have dinner before the show at 7 pm at the theater next door , were quite slim. There was not a single table available (or not reserved) , and the bar was packed tight. Finally, the hostess said, that I might go and stand by the bar and wait for people to finish their dinner. In the meantime, she said, you'll be served. (???). I'd never had an experience like this -- but learnt quickly, that it is a casual chic style of customer service in some in uber modern and hip New York City restaurants, like Burger & Lobster. That was interesting. I did as advised this time -- and found myself in the company of very friendly New Yorkers, savoring their burger/lobster meals, and equally enjoying a variety of drinks. Very shortly, some of them left, and I was -- as promised! -- seated at the bar. By that time the order I had placed -- Stella Artois & Lobster Roll -- was ready to be served. Lobster Roll was delicious -- a very large portion, very nicely presented, fresh and very tasty. As always, Stella Artois added to the pleasure of enjoying the meal. Generally speaking, Burger & Lobster struck me as one of the very popular restaurants, with a non-stop Broadway vibe, both in contemporary looks and exciting and chill evening ambiance. There were many regular customers there, as well as many visitors like myself, having a dinner before a Broadway show. The service at the bar was attentive, fast and friendly, the restaurant is located on W 43rd St, right next to Stephen Sondheim Theater, where I managed to get even in advance, after such a wonderful dinner at Burger & Lobster! Thank You!

We ate 2 consecutive nights. You eat a good lobster, either as a lobster roll (large plate) or as a grilled lobster. The menu has much more but these 2 dishes in my opinion are worth trying. Good Service and Value for Money ($130-$160 for 2 people without dessert, with a beer on the second night and a glass of champagne on the first night)

I hate to say this but because I was alone having to pick up my own roll combo, and I had the card trouble, the waitresses looked down on me saying that it was okay and that happened to her, too. There was a whole entire reason why I had to seem poor like that not even using premium credit cards in the middle of Manhattan or having men picking up my food, and it was all for those vulnerable people being scammed by foreign threats. Not just I felt like I was taken advantage of for those women to wear some kind of snob attitude but for the fact that I was taken for granted and seen as whom I had never been only to be harassed by those powerless women, I lost all the appetites and hated everything there. Midtown isn't everything in the world. Such attitudes. I hated that. No professionalism.

Really well the Canadian lobster is delicious and very well prepared with u. Super butter sauce .. for those who don’t like lobster superb burgers... everything is homemade in a very classy restaurant with a top level of service... improvement axis .: home fries .

Loved the decor with lobster traps on the ceiling. Waiter was accommodating and the food was great. Ordered the burger and lobster for two. One of the best burgers I have had in a while and the lobster roll was fabulous. The additional 1lb of lobster we had boiled and it was a little over cooked but the claws were really good

Visited for an evening meal with my wife after reserving a table beforehand, upon arrival was led to the table by staff. The restaurant was not too busy and the decor nice , food was good and staff friendly

Wonderful experience, as a lover of good food I think it is one of the nicest places to eat .. excellent food quality .. dry and excellent squid frying better than in many places in Italy ... magnificent lobster .. excellent service attentive waiters .. experience to repeat

One of the best burgers I've ever eaten with excellent, juicy and succulent meat and top toppings. Absolutely must try!

Very nice place in Time Square for a good night with a well studied mix of Beef and Lobster. The lobster roll is a good choice (even if the lobster was a little bit too cooked). The wagyu burger was perfect. Price in line for the location.

I highly recommend a dinner jn this place where you can eat a good lobster at reasonable prices or a tasty burger. Impeccable service

Out of 6 days spent in NYC for Christmas, it's simple, it's the only place in Manhattan where we ate well (very well even)! Welcome, decor, quality of dishes, everything is there. In a city where the prices for eating are exorbitant, the value for money is also excellent....a lobster, well recommended, well served and well accompanied at $38, unbeatable.....I will go back there as soon as possible

Nice place near Times Square. Excellent lobsters they serve and reasonable prices ($39 a whole lobster with salad and chips). Surely we will keep a good memory.

Interesting experience one block from my hotel on 42nd street. Upscale on a concourse between 42nd and 43rd it proved to be pretty good. I arrived without a reservation at 6:00 PM and was given a seat at the bar. My excellent server from Thailand was Tommy who had just recently arrived with excellent English skills. I ordered the Lobster Bisque and Truffle fries with a Blue Moon draft. Flavors were good especially the fries. The bisque had a drizzle of hot sauce which was off putting of the rich lobster flavor. Lots of lobster bits included in the cup.

Saturday evening, 4/23 we ate at Burger and Lobster. I have not had any experiences much worse. Even though we had reservations we had to wait for a table. We were seated at a strangely narrow high top booth. It took 20 minutes for our server to appear and another 10 to get drinks. My partner had a burger which she enjoyed. Her fries were cold. I ordered the whole grilled lobster. It was overcooked, rubbery and dry. It is not a restaurant to which I will return.

Lovely atmosphere I love the lobster. My son had a burger and it was just a very friendly atmosphere. One of the managers came by like a tall, slender woman and she was just so friendly and kind to us and made sure that we were OK. I didn’t quite get her name, but she’s a Nice looking lady and she made sure that I experience was pleasant and the food was good.

Came here after the musical let out because it was open until 11p. Combo roll entree was plenty of food but the burger was mediocre and the fries were skimpy in portion. The lobster roll was passable but nothing to write home about. Service was fine but not great. Probably wouldn’t return.

We shared the burger and lobster for two and it was plenty of food and so good! Drinks were well made, we enjoyed calamari, shrimp and oysters for appetizers… we could have been done with just drinks and appetizers they were so good and filling. We will definitely go back next time we are in New York.

Great food and a cool shop. The price/performance ratio is right and the service is very attentive. Highly recommended. Always worth a visit. 😃👍🏻

Absolutely brilliant food. The beef and lobster burger was out of this world. So perfectly cooked. The fries could have been slightly less salty for my taste but only a small complaint. Service was excellent. All in all, brilliant!
Excellent price and quality for lobster
We discovered this place in 2019 and decided to visit again while in NYC. It was near the theatre we going to so had an early dinner reservation. It was busy so reservations are a must. Our server Jhunry was very attentive. We ordered a bottle of wine and I had the lobster roll which came with a salad and fries. My husband had the steamed lobster that also came with salad, fries and a butter type aoli. His lobster was perfectly cooked. My lobster roll had big chunks of lobster not chopped or shredded lobster. Their house salad dressing on the salad was delicious. The lobster dinner was $38 and my lobster roll was $30. This a great price especially in NYC for this quality. I highly recommend trying this place.
