The look of the burger gives you feeling very special very taste but fact after trying tasting burger nothing special it taste like aby frozen regular burger although I can say it's overpriced for that kind type of burger.

A burger after the Rockefeller Building experience was absolutely necessary to best end my first day in NYC! Fortunately, I found this place and it went very well! The place was a bit chaotic, but we are in the middle of Manhattan so I guess that's normal. Burgers and fries are great and the prices are in line with the city.

Characteristic place with freshly made burgers with a plate in plain sight. Slightly higher prices, so much so that you pay almost $50 for three sandwiches without drinking and without the classic chips. Good quality and sandwiches not too big.

The service was good, the food was delicious! We all had hamburgers, fries and onion rings. The food was juicy and had so much flavor! The Ambiance - New York Time Square. It couldn't have been a better meal at the end of the day.

Delicious burgers served by smiling staff, we were even recognized when we returned! The muffins (the pistachio one 😋) and cookies are very good, we even brought some back to Europe for our children. Very good value for money, although food can sometimes be overpriced in the area.

Right in Times Square so it is on the pricey side - but by Times Square standards it's actually inexpensive if you get the cheeseburger "special" on the sign posted in front. In nice weather they have open air doors that are wide open (this year even in November!) but otherwise the inside has limited seating, perhaps 6 tables that seat 4-5 people each. They have self-order kiosks but the special was not on there so I ordered from the lady at the register. I asked if the special was a double cheeseburger and a guy answered that it was for SINGLE, but I could get double for $4.50 more (than the 14.99 special price). I thought that was a great deal for the area and took it to go. I work about 2 blocks away, at Paramount Plaza. I know the area pretty well for food and there isn't that much that is not touristy and priced high, but this is one of the better options for price and quality of food for the money. My burger was hot and juicy and so were the fries even after a walk back to the office. The fries were cooked perfectly and they are boardwalk style with the potato skin on some of them, and I can't emphasize enough how perfectly they were cooked and how delicious they were. The burger was equally delicious. I got the normal toppings that it comes with (but took the onion off myself - I forgot to ask them to hold it) so it had tomato, lettuce, mayo, ketchup and some other sauce (but very little of each, so it wasn't gloopy) - it was perfectly seasoned and topped with toppings and condiments, and was not very messy except that it was very juicy. One of the better burger meals I've ever had, I will be returning to there since I work right there. And I know my burgers - I'm American all my life and come from the land of White Manna, one of the standard-bearers for burgers, and I know American burgers from In-N-Out to Whataburger to Dick's in Seattle to Burger Joint here in Manhattan - I know what a good burger is, Burger Man is an excellent burger, great option for tourists who want to eat right in Times Square, just be aware size of the place is limited but other than that the food is fantastic and the prices are reasonable for what and where it is. Highly recommend!!!

Only called I for coffee and cheesecake. Absolutely awful on both counts. I should have taken the hint when a guy brought his food back. Absolutely no excuse for such poor quality. Avoid
