Salad wasn't fresh! I came with the same expectations I have of other franchises in Florida but was disappointed. Service was ok but not the top notched customer service the franchise is known for!

Walked in and we were the only ones in line at the time. Took a while to place our order. Once the order was done we were given the receipt and that was all. No idea where to get our food from but had a good idea when we saw where the other workers were at. We had two separate orders and their food was already made and sitting in a warmer, not sure how long but that seemed like a good idea considering how busy they got. There were at least 20 people behind us after we ordered. Once they started they got in a groove and started pumping out orders and giving them to the people waiting. They did very well with one or two people but we had 6 and that seemed crazy long for our food even with having it already premade. The cost is almost double for the food compared to my hometown in Toledo. There is no place to sit and the only place you can eat at is a bar top area along the window which was full from other people. Considering it is New York you kind of expect it.

Before our visit I encouraged my son to research where he wanted to eat, not sure what I expected but certainly wasn't this. He ordered the chicken nugget meal, my reaction was 'is that it?' However according to him the nuggets were juicy and tasty, not salty, and much nicer than a certain leading fast food brand. The fries, not sure that word covers them, were also according to him nice. The place itself is busy, and by busy I mean queued out of the door no matter what time you go past with very few options for seating so this is an on the go option. I must be getting old, the stars are from my son.

I had never been into! Shame on me! I can't believe I wasted so many time in my life by eating at the Chick fill A near my forties. The food is great and they deliver more than what you pay for.

This location is like all chick's clean- fast & the food is what you would expect. This one is well organized to handle the crowds. setting is limited.

I wish they had chic Fil a in the uk. Chic Fil a and Polynesian sauces are amazing!! It's a shame that this chic Fil a in particular has hardly any seating, some of my family had to stand over the bin to eat their dinner. Very cramped been to better stores.

Ordered online, but they totally mixed up my order. Wasn’t even close - but it did have my name on the ticket. So much for ordering online.

Called in as we were short on time and needed a quick fill. We got it. Quick and pleasant service, inexpensive and the food was the best of the fast variety I've had in a long while. Delicious, lightly spiced chicken and the fried potatoes were very more-ish. Ok there's not a lot of seating and the place was (and was always when we walked by) packed. But the crowds tell you that the food is good. Very impressed.

I LOVE chick-fil-a nuggets and 1st time at this NYC location, cashiers spend a lot of time standing around and worry more about talking to each other than waiting on customers. A short line of people should not take over 10 minutes to get your food. Very dissapointed.

Nice place to get fast food line was long not too many places to sit a row of seats by window nice workers

Slow service, but friendly. Waited 15 min, didn’t understood right name, missed milkshake. No so tidy place, lot of people. Wrap was quite goog, no vegetarian food.

This Chick-fil-A does not care about your safety nor their employees safety because they are continuing to have employees who tested positive for COVID-19 work serving and making your food and there is nothing being done about it.

I have heard about Chick Fil A from friends in the US, so I couldn't wait to try eating there. I was not disappointed, one of the nicest chicken burgers I have tasted and the lattice fries were a nice change. It's a shame we don't have them in the UK, much nicer than KFC!! Well worth a visit, although very busy a great atmosphere there

Went here on my last day in NYC and damn was I upset I missed out on this place on previous days. The chicken burger was amazing, so nice that as soon as I was done I went back in line for another!

Signature drink at Chick-Fil-A is the the Sweet Tea. The Sweet Tea here at NYC was disgusting. It did not even taste like iced tea let alone sweet tea. It tasted like a combination of vanilla, lemon, weak tea and failure!

I ordered the spicy chicken sandwich. Nothing special there really but their fries is really good. Will probably go back and just order fries :)

Quick stop for some food and drink. Classic chick-Fil-a. Clean and quick turnaround of the order. Nothing unexpected

I love me some Chick-fil-A. This one was no different. Although the line was long it moved fast. There isn't a lot of room for eating in the restaurant so keep that in mind if you are looking for a place to sit. Side note: This place is perfect for anyone avoiding gluten. I always go with the grilled nuggets and usually (although I did not confirm with this location) they fry their fries separately from the breaded nuggets. A win-win!

I had heard about how good the food was but until now I had never tried it as their restaurants were not near my house or work. That's now changed with the opening of a 3rd restaurant here in NYC. I tried the chicken strips with honey mustard and the market salad with chicken. Both were very good. The strips were still warm, very fresh and not too greasy. The salad came with a choice of dressing as well as nuts and granola for toppings. There was a long line but the servers take your order on a handheld device and when you get to the register its there. Once you pay you wait in a separate area for your name to be called to get your food. The entire process took 10 minutes from start to finish. The prices are reasonable for NYC and for what you get. New Yorker's are not ones to stand on lines especially on their lunch hour but exceptions are always made for good food at a good price.

I love Chik Fil A but the NYC prices are off the chain. Same quality and taste just higher prices. Will go back because I live Chik Fil A.

Having now been here I can't eat in UK fast food restaurants anymore, the chicken was delicious. It was very busy when we went and was impressed with the way they take the orders in the queue while your waiting then met with a cheery smile at the tills despite it being hectic.Wish i found here earlier in the week.

First time try and we love it!!! We ordered nugget and strips and all taste delicious. Chicken is so tender and juicy with various choice of sauce, we like the polynesian. Lemonade and ice tea for drink. Eat 2 times at different location, ordered same menu. Note : They close on Sunday. Restroom available for customer only. Need code to access, printed in the receipt

My husband and I had been wanting to try Chick-fil-A and even though the line-up was long, we were willing to wait. The line moved quickly, staff offered us menus as we waited so we were ready to order when our turn arrived. The place ran like a well-oiled machine. We both ordered the grilled chicken sandwich with waffle potato fries and a soda. Service was very good, fast, efficient. Food was good too. No complaints, except that the restaurant was so full there was no room at the bar-style seating. We had to sit on a window ledge. Standing room only. A shout-out to Krystal, who took our order. She was a beaming shine of light in an already terrific establishment.

love this place, may not care for the creators political views, but have always loved the flavor of the chicken. it's simple and good.

Our kids were so happy to see a Chick Fill A in NY! Stopped in for a quick lunch and as with other locations, felt at home right away. Very crowded but still food came out very quickly and no mistakes in our order (party of 8!). Despite it being crowded we found a seat for all of us right away. Food tasted great too! Perfect for a quick budget meal in the city.

well i went to the place during breakfast on a friends recommendation but found it to be quite average more so because of the fact i was in a hurry and could only sample the chicken biscuit...next time probably i will sample more things...the fresh fruit bowl was quite nice...the biscuit had an acquired taste for me...

CFA doesn't have a lot of seating but this is a great breakfast & lunch while you are in NYC. We went here twice & took it to our room.

I go to New York on business and people are always in a hurry and sometimes not always friendly, but that is different at this Chick-fil-A. The employees were friendly and they all had a smile. Customer service is great. Even the beggar outside is friendly. Good job Chick-fil-A for hiring great people.

we ordered 3 different menus and all were prepared well and were delicious. Staff were efficient and extremely helpful.

Was taken here for a quick lunch by colleagues whilst here in New York. A nicer, more tasty version of KFC. Very tasty and reasonably priced

We are big Chick Fil-A fans in the south and it was like an old familiar friend to see a Chick Fil-A on my trip to New York City. It was good for a quick bite to eat and it stays open later than any of the chain's locations I've ever seen (midnight). It's small and I'm sure the line gets long but they handled the orders well.

Very nice and clean place. Great food. Friendly staff. We had a great time. Hope to return on a future trip.

Had a great fast food lunch here, a plain chicken burger, and 2 deluxe chicken burgers, some waffle fries and drinks. They were very very nice. Great in fact. Ate them round the corner in the little park area between 46th and 45th Streets. Beware of peak times! We visited on a Saturday lunch time and it wasn’t actually THAT busy, although we were there a smidge before 12. However the previous day we’d seen people queuing out of the door at lunch time. Guess that’s the office worker effect. They do have staff on hand with iPads to do ordering from the queue which is good. Good, fairly priced, well cooked fast food.

We went a couple times on our recent trip because I could get my Coke Zero fix with ice. They were very organized when the crowds were there and were very conscientious about getting orders correct.

Another example of somewhere that is unable to supply to demand. They appear to produce bucket loads of fries that sit cold whilst the kitchen struggles to cook the chicken. Staff very polite and friendly but that is where it ends.

We collected food from here during our recent visit to NY from the UK as it was one of the chains we wanted to try that we can't get back home (yet). The location is central - very close to Times Square. This is a pick-up / takeaway location and there is no seating inside. It was quite busy when we went on a late Friday evening. The staff were friendly and the service was fast. We had the deluxe chicken sandwiches with waffle fries and it was delicious.

Coming from the UK our first trip to NYC took us to new fast food chains all over the city (Wendy's, Shake Shack etc) that we don't have back home and lucky for us we decided to give Chick Fill A a try after seeing them all over the city. We visited on 2 occasions and both times there were very long lines but because of a very simple but well managed ordering system (they essentially let you pre order your food in the line) we got our food very quick and piping hot on both occasions. The chicken sandwich's we had were delicious, way better than the KFC equivalent we had been used to back home. Also make sure you try the range of sauces (they are all free) as they are also amazing. However the real stand out at this chain is the customer service...it's better than what Ive had at some fine dining restaurants. The staff were all super friendly and polite and service was always with a smile. Not only that but they came to our table and offered us free refills on drinks and then offered to take away our trash. I literally couldn't find a single fault with anything on both of our visits, other restaurant chains around the world need to stand up and take note. Please come to the UK!

I was disappointed in the service here. Chick Fil A is known for their impeccable service and this particular one fell short of what I am used to at Chick fil A. A little friendliness goes a long way. The food was fine here although condiments were not provided, again a service issue. There isn't much seating so orders need to be taken to go. It is a good option if you are looking for something quick to eat.

Our family wanted to try Chick Fil A. As Canadians we have not tried before. It was really delicious. Not too greasy and white chicken breast meat. I am not a fan of the mushy waffle fries however.

Since I have never been to a Chick-fil-A (unfortunately there is none in Germany, but I could imagine that the concept would also be very well received there), I stopped by the lunch time when I stayed there, ordered classic at the counter on site and tried my hand at the menu a little. Grilled chicken burger: It's okay. No taste explosion, but fine and fresh and light. Waffle Fries: I can't quite understand the hype about it, but they were fine. Market Salad (I took it with me and ate it later) Salad, some berries, Grilled Chicken and Ranch Dressing. Fresh, light and fine. Small portion of Mac'n Cheese Personally, a fork was enough for me....brr. This was not good in taste from my point of view and to my personal taste, not high quality and too expensive in price. Small Fruit Cup for dessert: For the few small, few pieces of fruit one too high-priced for a mini cup. Conclusion: Despite great crowds, quite fast order option. Nice service representative. Price / performance fine up to partly not worth it. In terms of taste, I thought it was fine except for the Mac'n Chesse, but also not so that I absolutely have to come back the next day. From my personal point of view, because of the unique experience with what I ordered, for me in the fast food sector, it is a fairly light, fresh alternative compared to burger & co and/or fried, and that is what I liked and appreciated about it.

Our first ever visit & pleasantly surprised! The fries (waffle type) were amazing. We both got the grilled chicken & my husband loved his, but my chicken was a bit tough. Plenty of seating upstairs.

Companions had chicken sandwiches and waffle fries. They stated the chicken was just a sandwich on a bun. Waffle fries were good. I had a peach milkshake and it was delicious.

Horrible Overcooked Mediocre Oily Pricy Harsh Obland Bland Inconsistent Cold Thanks anyways, but no thanks sis. Witawiwwee

Had my first Chick-fil-A experience at this location during breakfast hours on my recent trip to NYC. The service was friendly and my food came out quickly and tasted fresh and hot. Out of all the fast food breakfasts I have tried, this one was the best! This location was both very clean and conveniently located to the hotel we were staying at, and I would definitely return here to eat in the future.

Enjoy seeing their advertising campaign across the US and finally had the option to pick up a feed ! Our original pick had closed early so we ventured in & selected a chicken meal plus a spicy deluxe & nuggets with sweet tea came to $23 total. Took back to our hotel and the result was underwhelming ! Had heard so many good things about this fast food franchise but it was only so, so ! Won't be in a hurry to repeat our order !

This was a bit of a surprise to us. The food was fantastic and the staff were so very friendly! Would eat here again for sure!

There was a line almost to the outer door, but we didn't wait very long. The sandwiches were good and the fries as well, but the nuggets were really small (and didn't worth the price as I see it). It was enough for me, but my boyfriend was still hungry after we finished everything. We had approximately the same portion as we usually do in other fastfoods.

I had the regular chicken sandwich, which was good, but not memorable. Friends had the spicy chicken, which they raved about. The fries are also excellent.

Ordinary fast food at it's best. Good value for money ,but it is still low quality and taste food. My first and last time...

I went with my parents for the first time to Chick-fil-A in Manhattan for lunch just to change restaurants and try but honestly I had a very bad experience because: 1) there were no machines to order directly but you had to pay and collect at the cashier 2) the food, in my case nuggets and fries but above all the nuggets were not good because they were spicy even if I had the normal ones they were still spicy and I didn't like them at all, the fries were let's say average good but had a different and strange shape compared to the normal fries that you usually eat 3) practically all the tables were occupied and we had to wait quite a while for one to be freed up to sit down and also there was also a long line to order and go to the cashier so I really don't recommend it except for the fries but in any case I really don't recommend it to everyone because I had a terrible experience, the only decent thing let's say was a sort of cold strawberry juice with ice that they offered us for free and it's better than the cherry one. However, I really advise against this restaurant, don't go there 👎!!

This place was packed every time I went past it so I was reluctant when I did decided to go in. Once inside although it seemed chaotic I was able to place my order fairly quickly and got my order in a decent time. Food and service was good.

Great take away. We found this while looking for a take away to eat in the hotel room. Food and service was really good. Loved the chicken soup, nuggets and fillet sandwich.. wish they were in the UK

This Chic-fil-A seems to be busier than most, but it’s probably due to the compact size of the restaurant as I’ve been in others that are just as busy, but much larger. With that in mind, they do a pretty good job of keeping the line moving and getting you in and out fairly quickly. Not a place where you’d want to eat in as it gets very crowded, hectic and noisy. Food is as good as always, but a tad more expensive than what you’d pay at a Chick-fil-A in the south. I had the Cobb Salad and it was $12, and it’s usually $8, so welcome to New York!

Was struggling in New York to find nice food that wasn’t saturated in salt and taste dodgy. Chick-fil-A came to my rescue. Taste so darn good

An absolute treat to be able to enjoy Chick-fil-A in the heart of NYC. Customer service was fast and fantastic with the standard "my pleasure" response from the staff. Food quality is excellent, and you can even enjoy iced sweet tea! Treat yourself and take your Chick-fil-A sandwich to the center of Times Square and eat around one of the red top tables. Convenient to so many NYC attractions.

When I think of Chick-fil-A.... an image of warmth, friendliness and hospitality surfaces. As a mother of three kids I have frequented several Chick-fil-A restaurants- mostly in the southern states though where hospitality rules. The Cathy family should visit their restaurants in NYC and try to instill some southern hospitality into the employees there. Maybe...just maybe Chick-fil-A chains can brighten up a New Yorker’s gloomy self centered day.

We lined up outside the store with lots of others and the staff came by and took our orders while we were still in the line - by the time we worked our way to the cash desk our order was ready - then finding a place to sit was a new challenge - we finally scored some seats that faced the window so we could watch the fruit vendor and the line of people waiting to get in for their lunch - this method actually works well - we were there during lunch hour and lots just took their bag back to their office or outside somewhere to eat as it was a nice sunny day. Good choices of dips for the chicken strips too - inexpensive and hot food as the turn over is fast

The staff served with a smile and made you feel like family. This location is clean, right off the street, convenient location, and has quick service. It is well light and the quality of food is on point.

Very busy place but they seem to have it figured out since they found a way to take your order the minute you walk in the door, then you pay at the counter, and get your food. The food was great though. Only complaint is there isn't a lot of seating, because there isn't a lot of room in there in general.

Every time we have visited this chain, it has been good. This one was no exception. You walk in on the street floor to order, then take your meal upstairs to dine. It was busy when we were there, but you receive service with a smile and get a good meal. Keep your receipt, it has a code on it to give you access to the bathroom. We had to have some help to figure it out, but the lady was very friendly and helpful.

We left it late to eat here, only visiting on our last evening in New York and we wished we'd visited more. The chicken was tasty and succulent the soft drinks could be refilled and the waffle fries were gorgeous. If we visit NY again, we will visit more.

With the price of a sandwich in other places, you get a menu here. The chicken is really a lot of stuff, nothing to envy of KFC. Excellent service and there are always seats (not a given in Manhattan). Amazing!

We couldn't leave New York without having junk food for lunch :o) I was surprised by the quality and taste of my grilled chicken burger and by the staff ! It was lunchtime on a Monday, the place was packed full of tourists and workers, even queueing outside! The staff took our orders while in line, called our names and we were out in 10 minutes with our lunch.

They same fast, friendly service Chick-fil-A is known for wherever they are located. I don't think I have ever received poor service, food that was not good or a employee with a bad attitude at a Chick-fil-A. They are the standard by which I measure other restaurants. This location was smaller due to the location and the line was long, but the service was fast. The employees were all busy serving customers or cleaning. I will go back!

I use to look forward to eating here. The chicken in the chicken sandwich was a good size and tasted fresh. Recently, the chicken is a smaller portion, full of fried breaded crust. They no longer provide the Purell wet wipes. The serving of waffle fries is smaller too. I don't look forward to coming here again.

Being from the state (and city) that is home of Chick-fil-A, it was a nice find when craving sweet tea while visiting NYC. However, did not taste like the sweet tea from home, but they tried and it was better than nothing at all. Went during the lunch rush so it was VERY crowded! The line moved quickly and the service was friendly, however there was no where to sit! But it was still a taste of home! Hopefully this chain will catch on in the Big Apple, it's a keeper! And addictive!

Whatever you order from this restaurant, you have to order 10 pieces of the chick-fil-a sauce. It's awesome!!

This is my lunch spot. To have the best experience, use the mobile app to order, and then pick from there. The owner, Bill Lynch, is a savvy & hospitable business person, he regularly provides treats to mobile app users. All of my colleagues with the app got those treats. Brownie Mondays and Waffle Fries Fridays are the two main stays. On top of that, he also throws in sandwiches/chicken strips from time to time.

This Chik-fil-A is about across the street from Fox Studios on 6th Ave. The line was out the door the entire time we were there. The service was fast and, like other Chik-fil-A’s, the people were very friendly and helpful. The big caution though is there is almost no seating and what they have is very tight.

Only came here for breakfast and had a muffin - pleasantly surprised and it tasted pretty good, but to be honest, McDonald's is also down the road from here and serves similar food for slightly cheaper.

Came for lunch and dinner, was always busy however queue went down quickly. Food tasted amazing each time. All chicken dishes as expected but a variety of them.

Chose a hotel close to this restaurant due to having a child who is a picky eater. Ate here at least once a day for 5 days. Staff was always friendly and efficient. Saw probably 3 different managers / shift supervisors. All were friendly and involved. Small, narrow restaurant but lines moved quickly. One of the few places we could find iced sweet tea.

It lives up to the hype: the chicken sandwiches are great. So too are the shakes! The staff are the friendliest in all of New York city. I went twice during my recent stay in NYC. If you're looking for a quick tasty meal before seeing a Broadway show, this is the place.

Great Chick Fil A in midtown. I would only stop here to take it out since seating is really limited with only 2 tables and a small area to stand at a counter. There are several areas nearby that you can eat outside on a nice day. They have the ordering down solid though. They take your order in line and then you step up to the register to confirm and pay and then your food comes out a couple minutes later. Great food, love the spicy chicken sandwich. Far superior to KFC.

When you're driving through the food desert that is American highways, seeing a Chick-fil-A fills you with gratitude; finally, a good chicken sandwich! But in NYC< where there are more amazing restaurants per sq mile than anywhere else in world except Tokyo, skip the Chick-fil-A and find an only-in-New York restaurant; you won't regret it.

It's great to finally have the opportunity to eat Chick File A in NYC. With a few new locations, this is a definite go to for new Yorkers. Great value and quality.

I'm used to Chick-fil-A being a super friendly place in other cities, but this one definitely wasn't a normal branch of the chain. It might've been because it was crazy busy, but being so close to Times Square you could tell the staff were overwhelmed. The food was pretty much the same as any Chick-fil-A, but it just didn't have the usual warm and homely feel that I'm used to. It was also super tiny, so don't expect to eat in the store.

Lightly spiced burger and 'waffle' style chips. Chips were dry, no salt on them and the burger was average; not a patch on KFC

The line was long but took less time than expected. Food was good. Service with a smile. Clean. About $2 more for #1 meal than in TX.

This is some of the worst food I’ve ever endured. My wife ordered the gluten free option. It was supposed to be a grilled chicken not a chance. The first offering was stone cold. We took it back and the filthy look and response we received was unforgivable. 3 seconds and yes I mean 3 seconds later a second offering was submitted. My wife lifted it up to put into what can only be described as a plastic roll and what looked like blood dropped out. All I can say is keep well clear.

They serve mainly chicken burgers, but also have fish. The food is very tasty and fresh, also the salad are super fresh. They have great variety of different kind of sauces and all tastes good. Taste better than other fast food and even better than some restaurants! The queue goes fast and very good quality for the price paid. Even my super picky mum approved it which is very rare! We were staying in a hotel next door and we ate every night there. I wish we have it where I live!

As we were looking for a place to eat, we came across this store and decided to give it a try. The location looked very busy but the line kept moving fast. They have a 2nd floor with customer seating, refill stations and some employees to help you out if required. The staff are extremely pleasant and friendly. I found the menu to be a bit pricey however it was delicious especially the waffle fries. Make sure you try their sauces with your meal.

Well organised and quality of high standard. Recommended by family and proved to be a good choice for a quick , easy , and inexpensive meal.

Excellent food even late at night when we went. You can really taste the difference. The chick-fil-A sauce is amazing too! So much better than KFC.

While this location is always heaving, it is always top notch. Love that it is open late, as a late night chicken sandwich never goes astray.

Was in a hurry last night and it was close. Got 4 chicken strips and a chocolate milk shake. All tasted good and was cooked, made the way I enjoy. Wasn't enough food but the shake filled me up. Typical Chick Fil A food but then again I like it!

Visited Chick-fil-A to have dinner, ordered chicken burger with their waffle fries. Burger was average, fries were good, their sauce was too good.

Chick-fil-A was near our hotel and it was always packed. A cab driver said it was new to New York and the locals were going crazy for it. We had never eaten at this chain so gave it a try. It was really good for fast food and the price was right. All the seating is stools at windows so it was fun to watch New York go by as we ate.

I bought a kids menu and for $ 6 it is a little bit expensive because they only give you one tender. Was a little bit shocked but it was good.

It can be tough to find a decent place for a quick and easy breakfast in New York. Surprisingly Chick-fil-A fits the bill. If you're a fan of their chicken, you'll like their breakfast. After trying a few other places, I ended here the last few days of my trip. The scramble with hash browns and chicken was tasty, especially when topped with their jalapeño salsa. I swapped out the side hash browns for a greek yogurt parfait and I was good. The coffee however was a step above dirty water.

I wasn't really hungry, but wanted a snack and happened to walk by; I had never been to a Chick-fil-A, so I decided to try it. I tried the chicken nuggets with a dipping sauce. I like the batter they use; it has a nice spice to it. I had very good, fast service.

I knew Chick-fil-A is a popular fast food joint in NYC but when I finished my shopping at the Sephora Outlet at Barclays Atlantic Centre and crossed the road to grab a bite at one of thier franchisee outlets I was in for a surprise. There must have been close to 100 people in queue, I got to know that this place was popular. I waited patiently, the queue management was fast and efficient so no complaints. The order was ready in less than a minute and once I had my food I was shocked - there was no place to keep the same. The food joint was chock-a-block with patrons. I squeezed myself in whatever table space I could manage, ate my burger and fries and somehow rushed out in a jiffy. Was the food worth the visit - Perhaps Not, The Shake Shack next door was better Will I visit again - If it is this crowded - NEVER. Will I recommend it to others - Yes if you are a lover of fast food as the prices were less compared to next door.

Good polite and fast service and the chick fil a that you have grown to love. It was open after our theater visit but there was no indoor spot to eat. A nearby park did the trick.

food is lovely but very busy waited ages for a seat our burger did not come with fries but they sorted it out

Food is good but service needs to be more sensitive to the needs of the customer. As a first timer and tourist I was asking the cashier what would be the best sauce combinations for my chicken sandwich. Well she just look at me and dump the different kind of sauce sachets in my tray. I hope this feedback helps.

We went for a takeaway meal. Quite busy which was a good sign. Fast order and ready in really quick time with very friendly staff Would definitely recommend

My visit Easter weekend to Chick fil a was like a visit to a regular fast food restaurant. I love chick fil a in southern states thats why i tried it here in new york. Salads are no match at all with the poor excuse for chicken . Owners of chick fil a should visit an outlet in southern virginia to see what it should be like along with unmatched hospitiliy. Leftover dirt everywhere. No where to sit practically. Never going back to chick fil a in new york .

Almost decided against eating here because of the lines, but it went very quickly and my food came out just as fast. I thought this location offered great customer service and the quality of the food was just as good as all the other locations I’ve eaten at. Don’t believe the naysayers!

One of our best breakfast's here. Cheap, quick but delicious food. When we first walked in it felt like there wasn't much on the menu, it's a simple place. The dip choices was fantastic, we loved it here and wish we had the chance to go back the second time.

This was a great experience from beginning to end I was greeted by josh from Georgia he was very polite and welcoming made my experience so good that I came back the next day, I saw josh again he was very helpful and bent over backwards to help with refills I'm in love with chick-fil-a the food is 11 out of 10 every bite was worth the price, this is a brand to be proud of, the staff are well mannered and are very cheerful. I'm very glad I was able to experience the food. If I come back to new will look out for josh in chick-fil-a with his impeccable manners they are lucky to have him

There was no line, the food was fresh and the service was quick- what more could a person want in one of the biggest cities in the world?!

The food is great, as it always is no matter where you go. The downside here is lack of seating. Don't expect to sit if it's busy. Wish they would've made it a bigger restaurant.

We have visited Chick-fil-A twice (within a week) and loved the food on both occasions. The restaurant was very busy but there were always people coming and going allowing us to get a seat. We had the spicy deluxe sandwich with waffle fries and Chick-n-Strips with waffle fries topped with Buffalo sauce and drinks. We found the food to be excellent on both occasions and left very full and happy. If you’re looking for excellent fast food at a reasonable price then Chick-fil-A is a must visit.

Despite all the political controversy regarding the chain, many of the fast food chains could learn from its customer line management system. Despite long lines that were out the door, management took great care on getting everyone in the restaurant as quickly as possible. I was also surprised that I was able to find a seat. As for the food, the lines move so fast that you do not really have enough time to study the menu. As far as quality is concerned, food is tasty and on a higher levels than McDonalds or Burger King. Still it is fast food and you should consume with care.

The chicken sandwiches tasted great, the shakes were thick and creamy awesome but the waffle fries were soft, not crispy and not hot. You also get nowhere near the friendliness and service as you do in the south.

A plan to Rockefeller Plaza for the Today Show deserved a quick breakfast at Chick-Fil-A downtown NYC. The food and service was great. Thanks for the same standard of service in NYC as it is in Longview, Texas!

The best burger in Manhattan, I love the touch of the chicken grill, the delicious potatoes. I find the service system very efficient, I definitely recommend this place.

Stopped by here for a quick bite, ordered the regular chicken burger which was very tasty which was matched with very friendly service

We stayed in a hotel on 46th street, and were struggling to work out what to eat one night. My girlfriend and I did;t want a restaurant, but we didn't want hamburgers or pizza either - we needed a relatively healthy option. I noticed that the Chick-Fil-A had a really, really long line around 9am that morning. I figured New Yorkers must be onto a good thing. We ate there - and it was awesome. Its cheap, and whilst not weight watchers, is not as bad for you as many other options. The restaurant was packed... Yet, you can tell very well managed. There were so many systems in place to get the food out fast. I would definitely recommend as a cheap eat - quick eat option.

This store recently opened so it took them a while to get the lay of the land and get a feel for the crowd. The app now includes this location for pre-orders/payment and works very efficiently. After placing your order you are given a code which you enter upon arrival and the food is brought right out to you. You just can't beat that for service.

this place was clean, as soon as someone left they cleaned it up. the staff were brillliant here. served by a lady called miriam she helped me with my food upstairs. i rem her telling me she was expecting a baby soon. i really loved it here

Ate here 5 times when in NY. Love the sauce, love the waffle fries, the macNcheese, the choc mint milkshakes blew my socks off. THESE BURGERS ARE JUST AWESOME. PLEASE, come to Spain!!!!!

Love CFA!! Of course the food was great. Actually had seating!! Staff pretty pleasant. Sort of silly that you have to enter a password to use the bathrooms. But would go back for sure.

Delicious chicken and customer service. They offer to refill our drinks for us even though it's a fast food restaurant. Very glad that the upper management at the company has changed their policies on the LGBT community so we can enjoy this again.

It is nice to walk into a restraint in the city and feel like you are family. Yes, the team members are that good here. They treat you like a family member and are friendly from the moment you walk in to the moment you leave. I wish I could name individual team members here but everyone I encountered was good and went above and beyond. There app for mobil ordering is good and lets you skip the line which can be long at times. One time when ordering on the app I forgot the sauce and the team member preparing my meal noticed and took the time to check with me to see what I wanted. What a contrast to other fast food places which act like they are doing you a favor by giving you ketchup for your fries. I was only commuting to the city for a week for business stuff and because there is not one around my home town yet (one coming this year :))I took advantage of this everyday for breakfast and even a dinner. By the end of the week some of the team members even knew me by name.

So grateful to find a Chick Fil A in NYC. We came for a late lunch, not a long wait. Wonderful Chick Fil A deliciousness!

We ate here three times in our five day stay, the food was freshly cooked and very tasty, eat in or out, the staff were all very friendly and efficient.

Had to go into the city all of last week for business. Because there is not a Chick-fil-A near me I found this Chick-fil-A not that far out of my way from Grand Central to the office, I ended up stopping here at least once every day. By the end of the week they would address me by name. Food was always good, hot and fast. They even gave me a free upgrade on drink size once or twice.

Had to travel all the way to NYC for a Chick Fil A! It was the first thing my daughter wanted to eat. Service was friendly and fast and she loved it.
The line extends out the door but the service is incredibly efficient
Everybody wants to eat here and the line to get in is quite long. nevertheless, there are scads of employees making the wait quite short. The food is predictable chick fil A and terrific.
