You can always tell that a restaurant must be good when the majority of the customers are from the origin country of the restaurant. Better still when the demographic is mainly young New Yorkers you know this must a a great place to eat. We did the classic Sushi and Hand Roll Course at $49 and it was faultless. The 9 piece chef’s selection of Sushi was absolute perfection, as was the Shrimp Tempura. All rounded off with the Matcha Ice Cream with Red Bean Paste. Such a big recommendation and not crazy expensive.

The first time I came to Domodomo I had a great experience from service to food. Decided to come in a second time tonight and had the most terrible experience. When I ordered my food I explained my food restrictions to the waiter who made note of it to order appropriately. The food course included about 3-4 rounds of dishes served separately. All of the dishes came with the very ingredients I requested out. The food course took really long to be served. Not only that, but the “manager” or whoever a very pretentious young guy, came back to our table dangling a piece of raw shrimp with his hand, telling me that’s how they usually serve the shrimp. Mind you, the shrimp was so raw it was grey. But that’s not even the point. This guy put his whole hand on the shrimp I returned and dangled it back and forth at our table to demonstrate how it’s supposed to look. I said, I would please like it to be a little more cooked so it’s not raw. He came back minutes later, placed a plate with a charred black shrimp in front of me and said “hope this is to your liking.” I felt disrespected. This is not customer service and this kid has a lot to learn. The least he could have done is to cook the shrimp right so I could have a good dining experience, and if he wanted to really promote outstanding experience he would offered dessert on the house or something like it. Even the table next to us told us they had never seen any staff come back to the table and touch the food with their hands arguing about the food with their guests. Conclusion: Customer service: awful Food: ok when server gets your order right. Good luck with that. NEVER coming back!

One of those experiences you will hardly forget, one of the best Japanese I’ve ever had! Atmosphere, quality, freshness, service, everything was outstanding! Do not look any further and book a table, you won’t regret it!

Our party of 6 came in on a Friday night with an 8 pm reservation. We all ordered the Sushi and Handroll Course (choice of tuna or salmon sashimi, Chef's Choice sushi 8 pieces, assorted, seasonal, and 2 handrolls - $45). I went with the tuna sashimi and I enjoyed it. For the 8 pieces, these were tuna, flounder, salmon, branzino, fatty toro, yellowtail, butterfish, and scallop. Most of the pieces were a bit disappointing. I guess I just expected more. Fatty tuna is usually my favorite, but this one missed the mark. My favorites were actually the flounder and the butterfish - probably because this isn't served a lot at sushi restaurants, so it was a nice change of pace. For the handroll, I went with the yellowtail scallion and the tuna - no complaints there. Definitely not my favorite spot for higher quality sushi. Plus, we all left still feeling hungry. Ended up ordering cheese fries at the bar we went to. Even though this experience was meh, I still do want to check out the Rawbar. The menu looks pretty good, and I have high hopes. Let's just hope that it lives up.

We eat sushi a lot in a lot of different towns. The menu here is limited more than most sushi places although the quality was good. The décor was nice but I came for the food and I was unimpressed. I didn't see anything particularly creative and it was not inexpensive. The handrolls were really like open ended cigars. I am used to something more substantial and interesting. Oh well.

3 things wrong with what we got- Miso soup didn’t taste any miso The fish on the sushi was so thick No wasabi to the sushi (???) not under the fish or on the side. Then they said we needed to ask for it, but we where halfway through Pretty basic stuff. And who the hell eats sushi without wasabi, please stop eating sushi if you are this person.

The seafood used for sashimi and nigiri is wonderfully fresh. There's a good selection of handrolls, and both cold and hot dishes feature some great items such as spicy tuna cone, shrimp dumpling, butter scallop, uni pasta, etc. They also have a good-sized sake menu, most of which are of decent quality, and so is their wine list. They have a relatively small cocktail and dessert menu. I did not try them, so I could not comment. The service was attentive and friendly, and the speed of having food and drinks on your table from the moment you ordered was decently quick. I will return to Domodomo and I recommend this place to anyone who specifically appreciates fresh sashimi.

Typical decor and service and somewhat limited selection at lunch let’s them focus on quality and value. For $16-18 you can get a full spread of top notch sushi (5 pieces) plus a hand roll (today’s special was spicy tuna), a small miso soup, cabbage salad with a delicious dressing, a warm egg custard and a small bite of something fried that was delicious. My friend got a couple of hand rolls and an order of blue fin tuna (2 pieces) which was also great but not as good a value at $25. This place is Michelin Bib Gourmand Awardee for the last 3 years for good reason. I’ll go back again soon!

Amazing restaurant the food is fresh prices are very reasonable and service is absolutely perfect I can’t wait to go again. Go

Excellent sushi place. The decor is traditional and tables are small. I loved the sushi platter, all the pieces were delicious. It is expensive but worth the money; we had a great experience.

I had the hand roll menu which is 5 hand rolls. The sushi was delicious and fresh and the service was attentive for a reasonable price.

Good experience overall. We had no reservation so went as soon as Domodomo opened for dinner and was given a bar seating, to be vacated in an hour and a half (very reasonable). The course was good, small portions so you won’t be overly full from any one of them, though after the course you’ll be full. We shared the course and had ordered a hot plate. All are meant to be shared so none of them are a full entree size. Korean fried chicken was good, sweet, not spicy. Desserts were small and excellent. Service was very nice. Interesting Japanese craft beer selection - got Kagua and would get it again.

We had a really lovely meal here. The sushi tasted fresh and clean and the whole place has a relaxed and welcoming feel. The staff were kind and made everything easy and comfortable. A great spot for a simple and delicious night out.

We wanted something light after days of red meat and booked in advance via Yelp for my wife’s birthday. We had the domokase set which was surprisingly refreshing and wonderful. Really loved the chawan mushi and pasta, sushi and rolls were great and fresh as well. Cocktails such as the yuzu were good, would highly recommend.

After our third day of visiting NYC and paying ridiculous prices for ok food, we were happy to eat somewhere with reasonable prices for foodie food. The quality was outstanding. We both had the chef’s 8-course meal and left completely stuffed after the best dinner we’ve had here. Our kids had the Korean chicken and bacon fried rice and loved it. We are glad we saved our money to splurge on DomoDomo our last night.

So fresh and delicious sushi. We ordered omakase - many different but all delicious small dishes. We sat in the room in the back - in front of the sushi chefs who were completely focused on cutting and preparing the perfect sushis for us. And they were incredibly delicious. The fish was extremely fresh and melted like butter in the mouth. This was an incredibly wonderful meal.

I have been here twice, once on my own during a business trip and a second time with my family including my 2 year old. Both times the food and service were absolutely excellent, I wish they had a restaurant in London. We tried several dishes, the scallops were amazing and the lobster superb. I really could not fault the place and the staff were very friendly and understanding of our young child. It’s pricey, but definitely worth the visit.

Ok, this is the high point of a restaurant if u ask me. Getting to your first Michelin Star but not quite yet there nor taking it for granted. Tasting menu is solid yet a little experimental in a good way. Service is great and you feel welcomed to join the journey to become one of the best restaurants in the city. Will go again for sure!

We take one Domokase and one "Trust me more" a perfect amount of sushi for two and you get to try a variety of foods. Oh yea, the price is right for a tasting menu. This place is known for that. You will get a variety in your tasting menu. The hits: Lobster, Chuturo, and salmon. If you like yuzu, you will love the shrimp apple salad. Bursting with citrus flavor, its inhaled at first bite. The Service is very fast and the atmosphere is so nice to not realize that they have spent two hours in perfect harmony. Good indeed super good! The strane thing however was not to find a review here on Tripadvisor,, because it really deserves!

Delicious sushi and even better service! My friend go the omakase and loved it and i got the sushi And handroll option. We loved it but were not as full as we thought we would be after. I highly recommend the salmon sushi roll and the tempura hand roll; it was delicious! I also really enjoyed the salmon salad. Great spot in the village!

We are sushi enthusiasts and it seemed like the right place, even reading the reviews. In all honesty I would say nothing exceptional, the restaurant is welcoming but the food I would say is good but not exceptional. Experienced, but I wouldn't repeat it.

Liked the sushi but hot food especially back cod not so great - very good value for NY so gave a 4 otherwise would have been a 3

Fresh innovative and fun. Clean with good ambience and great service. Definitely recommendable for small parties of 4 or less. The sushi bar accounts for more than 50% of the seats. They accept to create orders that are not on the menu. Definitely recommendable.

Had the best Handroll & sushi in my life. The service is great. Recommend this restaurant to everyone.

I was treated to a birthday meal here with my wife and our good friends. All in all the fayre on offer is top drawer with attentive service to match. I suspect the restaurant has designs on a star and I must say that a few of their courses certainly reach that level. We had the domokase tasting menu ( seven courses I think ) - it’s superb and pretty well priced at $80 a head. Each course ranged from good to sublime - the miso cod, nigiri selection and oyster sampler were the highlights. Desserts weren’t great but I don’t think you visit here for a dessert.... We enjoyed a few beers along the way which worked well with the varied courses - Sapporo and Asahi on draft is always well received. Our bill ended up being chunky enough but I think it was well worth it. Thanks for a lovely evening.

I came here with close friend who is a former Bachelorette superstar, so we were treated like royalty. The superstar was late as she is on superstar time, so I checked us in for our res and ordered a Sapporo. Whenever I hit Domodomo, I don't go too sushi heavy because I LOVE their entrees with all of my being. There is comparable (likely even better) sushi in the city but when it comes to those entrees, Domodomo is top 2 and it's not 2. PRO TIP: Even if you don't like oysters, the Oyster bar is head and shoulders the best seating/ambiance in the place, maybe my favorite in NYC as a whole. There is a large skylight looking down on an elegant minimalist interior. ELITE date setting fellas ¯_(ツ)_/¯ For food, me and the superstar shared the following: King Salmon & Fatty Tuna nigiri (Both elite), Shrimp Tempura handroll (THE MANGO WENT CRAZY!), Spicy Tuna handroll (Yum), Cauliflower (A must have), Miso Black Cod (Very good), Shrimp Dumplings (Elite), and the Garlic bacon fried rice (BANG!). The highlight was the shrimp tempura handroll, as the mango on top really did something to me. I love trying things that I think would be terrible but end up being immaculate. Everyone needs to experience that at least once. IG @jnov_ Tiktok @jnov__

The better things I tried on the menu were the crab croquette, spicy tuna hand roll, fried oyster hand roll, and miso black cod. Sushi pieces were all excellent too, but really you can't go wrong with toro anywhere!

we cam here for dinner without reservations, big mistake. We waited over an hour, but it was worth it. The food here is delicious and the service was perfect. This is a small place so if you want to go make sure and have a reservation!

The sushi was disappointing and service was quite poor. As it was my first time here I was surprised when the handrolls came out as they are not traditional sushi rolls (this is not made clear on the menu or by the server). The handrolls were coated in a layer of soggy seaweed which would cause the filling to squeeze out of the side- not pleasant. On top of this our server was unsure of which roll was which and forgot to bring drinks on multiple occasions. I must admit however, the vegetable dumplings were quite tasty, but for the sushi not to be the star at a sushi restaurant is a let down. I feel there are better places than DomoDomo to eat sushi at within New York. Overall it was not the most enjoyable.

One of the worst restaurant experiences I've ever had. We had reservations, and arrived ten minutes early only to discover they did not have a table for us. Keep in mind they even texted us to confirm our table earlier in the day. The first server just said we had to wait twenty minutes, then turned her back on us without so much as an apology, or even any directions on where we should wait. The entire staff team proceeded to do their best to not acknowledge us while they walked around us while we waited in the middle of the restaurant for our table. I eventually managed to stop another server and asked her if they can please tell us if we can wait outside and have them call us since we did not enjoy standing over the other diners. She suggested we wait next door at a bar and they will call us when our table is ready. At this point she estimated 5 minutes, as she explained one table was down to their last bowl. We then waited outside in the cold for 20 minutes, with no sign of a table. When my mother and sister went in to inquire what happened to our reservation, they were simply told the restaurant is too small, and they turned their back on them again. Not only did they show no remorse, they even gave my mother dirty looks for daring to ask about our reservations. This is truly unacceptable...we pay good money in a city with lots of food options to be treated this way. Such a shame to show this behavior when my parents are visiting from out of town and this has to be their memory of their last dinner in NYC. It ruined our evening as we had to go door to door on a busy night trying to find a table at other restaurants considering we made reservations. Thank God the other restaurants nearby were infinitely friendlier. Shame on this place.

The food is good. Nice place and concept but its expensive for what you get. We ordered some hand rolls, a salad and an ice cream and everything was ridiculously small. Worst value for money ever.

Arrived as tourists do without a reservation on a Friday night. Very accomodating rang 2 reserved tables to see how far off they were and let us have one for an hour. Then enjoyed really authentic Japanese food. Having toured Japan this is the nearest I've found to the real thing.

I went there for omakase which was $75/person. This is a pretty good price for omakase. I had high expectations for this place. I read some good reviews on yelp before and made a reservation few weeks before going. However, the experience I had there wasn't that great. I would say they use fresh ingredients for the dishes. But they don't taste that good especially the sushi. The hand rolls were not good neither and look very ugly. I only thing I liked about that meal was the noodle. I don't recommend this place; it's not worth the money.

Really enjoyed my dinner here with my friends. The quality of the food was fantastic and the presentation made it feel fancier than it was. We sat at the sushi bar and had a grand old time enjoying the omakase. Just to be clear, however, the omakase is not like what you’d expect at the higher end places. A lot of the sushi came out in groups (rather than piece by piece) and seemed pre-cut/made and only placed on the dish upon order. This may turn some of you off but the food was still good. For the price, you can’t go wrong here.

I am a little biased. I LOVE Sushi and I LOVE uni. Handrolls: The fact that it's basically a sushi taco is incredible. It is beautifully presented with wonderful cuts of fish. Some of my stars were: Bay Scallop and Blue Crab and Uni. I went in for thirds on the uni - for shame! I have yet to have another uni pasta as good as EMC in LA but always have to order it if it is on the menu. Squid Ink pasta is delicious but maybe it's the fishy-ness of it that overpowers the delicate uni. Finished up with the Green Tea Cheesecake. To be honest, the way it read didn't entice me. My dining companion wanted to try it, so I agreed. Man, did I regret that - I really should have gotten my own.

The interior design of the restaurant is really nice. However, we waited about 15 minutes before the waitress stopped by the first time and the service did not become better during the entire dinner The menue looked costly and not special at all.

Got the Sushi & Handroll Course. Not the best chawanmushi I’ve ever had. I prefer it classic with simple flavors. The truffle jelly didn’t exactly taste like truffles, but still overpowered the egg custard. Shrimp apple salad was better than I expected. The sauce had some heat to it, which was a nice touch. After I finished, the chef asked if I was ready for sushi, which I felt was quite considerate. The rice in the nigiri was a bit salty from the chef’s all-too-liberal applications of soy sauce. However, the sea bass was an exceptional piece of fish; the flavor still shined through the soy-laden rice. The fish with picked banana was also really good (and that’s coming from someone who doesn’t really like banana). Blue crab hand roll was exceptional. Flavorful crab, warm sticky rice, crispy seaweed. The crab was really good. The bay scallop hand roll was entirely different from what I expected. I anticipated some lightly seasoned scallop, similar to what you’d get if it was nigiri. Instead, it was doused in the same Mayo as what covers spicy salmon/tuna rolls, mixed with tiny salmon roe. The lobster hand roll was good — cool, crunchy, tasty. Overall: decent food, slightly too salty, wouldn’t mind returning but also won’t be rushing back.

My wife and I came for dinner. We each had the sushi course: agedashi tofu, 12 pieces of sushi and one blue crab hand roll (currently $52). Although my wife (Japanese) and I had no complaints - the fish was fresh and delicious - this was not strictly speaking a traditional Japanese presentation. In Japan you would not get eel with chocolate sauce or butterfish with a banana puree, but overall it was a lovely meal and reasonably priced. Worth trying.

The sushi was very fresh, and quickly prepared -- almost too quickly. We are used to lingering over a sushi meal and the food came so quickly that we were in and out in 45 minutes. This is not necessarily a bad thing, but it wasn't a relaxing, calming meal. The prices were reasonable, the fish very fresh and the seaweed was crisp. I did feel that the style of the handrolls (rolled up into 5" cylinders, not cut) made it hard to tell what fish was in them -- the waitress was very good about telling us which was which, but otherwise we would have been hard-pressed to guess. Although we felt that the meal was very light (again, not a bad thing) and joked about going for pizza afterwards, when we were walking down the street afterwards we realized we were happily full and didn't need more to eat.

I never thought to taste such delicious Japanese food in New York. Undoubtedly, this restaurant is one of the best in the city. If you want to have a good cooking experience you must visit it.

The place wasn't our top pick but since they have tables and yelp review wasn't bad, we decided to dine here. Service : 5/5 Food freshness: 4/5 Deliciousness: 3/5 So it is not a bad restaurant, but it is not Great either. I would say average. It is a average Japanese restaurant, average menu, average fish with average price. Their omakase is only $75 which is cheap when compared to others but I could have probably gotten around the same quality of food at a better price. Final thought: Come here as a safety net but don't come here to expect greatness.

Good and maybe rate higher if I’d known how and what to order. No help from server. We ordered Unagi handroll and Karaage. No idea the Unagi was a bite size roll and thinking we’d get a sushi roll to split. I know my fault since I shoulda known by the name “handroll”. However wish server would have asked if that was all I wanted so I could ask why she asked …. The potato salad and miso soup were just so so …. The unagi was strong in fish flavor The Karaage was very good as was the edamame.

Good sushi at a decent price in NYC. The sashimi was the star and the hand rolls we had were ok. Tasty, but not spectacular. We had the lobster, blue crab, oyster mushroom and tuna hand roll. And the salmon and tuna sashimi. Great service and pleasant atmosphere.

This was our first trip to Domodomo, but not the last one. The Omakase was perfect, the sushi was a great combination of a range of seafood and the handrolls were worth the visit alone.

Amazing atmosphere! Very intimate - hidden spot. Amazing sushi and oysters. Chicken options are amazing too! The champagne was a great touch. Definitely will go again.

Best Sushi restaurant in NYC! Omg the sushi are all fresh and everything taste good!! Location: It is located in Houston St. The interior is very intimate, but you can wear casual. I wear scrubs (coming from work, im a nurse). Lot of seatings and there is a bar. Service: our server was nice, explains well the sushi that we are eating. The girl in the front desk looked at me and my friend because we are wearing scrubs as if she does not want us to enter. Food: you have to order DOMAKASE! It has everything that you need to eat here! Lol everything is good! My faves are TUNA CONE: omg so good, the spicy mayo is inside the cone as if that is the ice cream and tuna is just so fresh on top. ROASTED CAULIFLOWER: cauliflower never tasted this good, and you can eat the green pea miso spread on its own, that is how good it is. SCALLOP RISOTTO: omg this was the bomb! It will be cooked in front of you! It taste like paella but so much better! KABAYAKI: omg the seabass is sweet as if you are not eating a fish! DONBURI: even though the daikon soup is just a little bit, the wagyu don is soo good! CHEF’s CHOICE SUSHI: everything was delicious and fresh, im not sure the names are but they all good, my favorite was the toro sushi. SPICY TUNA HANDROLL: so good too! Not that spicy. CRABMEAT with CRUNCH SEAWEED: reminds me of tacos because of the crunch! BLACK SESAME PANNA COTTA: my fave cause the black sesame has earthy taste and the panna cotta is so silky smooth. HOJICHA PUDDING: taste like tea and the pudding was so soft, melts in the mouth. PEACH LYCHEE: omg so good, the sake is little bit strong but the combination of the peach and lychee is perfect. WATERMELON COOLER: so refreshing and light. Price rating: 8/10, thats the only thing cause its Michelin Restaurant it will be expensive, but it is so good! Definitely will come back here! If it is your first time go for DOMOKASE. Get the scallop risotto too!

If you are looking for a bento box or cut maki rolls, Domo is not the place. But they do have delicious fried Korean chicken and hand rolls that are designer quality. We had both. The only thing I didn't care for was that they charged extra for white rice and we had a bit of a wait for service. Otherwise, food delicious while being very fancy.

At one time New York city had over 24,000 restaurants. After Covid there are much less. Domodomo is a refreshing addition. Unique, delicious, satisfying, and memorable. Well worth every penny you pay to eat in any restaurant in NY. So why waste your time and money on lesser places. I guarantee you will feel the same as I did after dining here.

I have been here a few times. Most recently, I had seaweed here that tasted absolutely disgusting (I had to spit it out). It tasted like it had been contaminated with a non-food chemical substance. It made my mouth burn. Others in my party experienced the same thing. I feel like I was poisoned here. The waiter had no clue what the substance on the seaweed was. I will not be returning for obvious reasons.

I went to this restaurant because of its Michelin status and was not disappointed. I had the chef’s course of sashimi and hand rolls and would strongly recommend.

As this was a Bib gourmand recommendation and the reviews from Yelp was pretty positive,we decided to give it a try. I have been to many different Japanese restaurants from high end to simple ones but this would have been one of the most disappointing experience, even the cheap conveyor belt sushi tasted better!. We had their Domokase. Other than the crab croquette and chawamushi which were acceptable, the rest of the meal was very disappointing. Never have we ever had soggy rice for sushi and that was what we had in Domodomo. They pride themselves for their excellent seaweed, however, it was soft and chewy which should have been crispy. The service was hurried through and the waiter that replenished the wine we ordered, may have thought that it was beer that he was pouring. We cannot understand how this restaurant can be recommended by Bib gourmand which is way below standard even for a non rated establishment. There are fundamentals that this restaurant need to address. Great concept but more attention and quality in execution need to be improved..a lot!

nice spot for lunch probably lacks a little vibe for it to be a rommantic or date spot for dinner. Sushi excellent - fish firm and delicious.. Rolls come as full rolls - i.e. not sliced Delicious tea Plenty of sake on hand. Place is immaculate, fairly priced and service is professional and courteous. Not sure it was "memorable" (I has lunch with Angelique) but very servicable.

Sat down with my father at a table and ordered two “Domokase” menus. First dish comes and it is composed of 3 different tastings: a spoon with raw flounder and soy sauce which is wasn’t bad even though felt like it had just came out of the freezer, being so cold could hardly taste the fish. The second was an Oyster with yuzu foam and ikura (very appealing idea) unfortunately the only thing you could taste was the yuzu foam, how to ruin an Oyster or as I suspect purposely adding so much foam to cover the bad quality oyster. The third item was a small ice cream cone with raw tuna, truffle oil and the bottom cap was filled with this spicy Mayo that just ruined the whole combination and was nauseating. The second dish of the tasting menu arrives and it is a steamed cod with pumpkin purée and mustard seeds, the mustard seeds and the pumpkin purée had nothing to do with the steamed cod which by the way wasn’t bad at all. Third dish comes, wagyu with rice, daikon soup and pickled cauliflower. Wagyu slice was so thin it could probably float and just tasted like soy sauce, probably wasn’t even wagyu or maybe just a bad quality of American wagyu. Pickled cauliflower tasted like it just came out of a jar and the soup was ok, nothing special. Then the sushi course arrives which I had high hopes for instead was a TOTAL FAILURE… they clearly focused so much on sophistication’s forgetting about the basics on how to prepare sushi. The rice part of the nigiri seemed all pre made, dry and super cold, it was almost impossible dipping the fish part in the soy sauce without the whole nigiri coming apart. Worst sushi rice of my life. Too much wasabi dabs under every piece of fish. Every piece of fish was so ice cold that everything tasted the same and was totally OFF. Spicy tomato and cream cheese on the salmon nigiri was an item. Partially cooked salmon on nigiri, and I said partially cooked and not seared, every combination possibile was a total failure. The uni piece of sushi which was from Maine, the lowest grade of sea urchin possible, they topped it off with fake truffle pieces definetely from a jar and was disgusting. The final item on the menu came and it was a choice of 1 out of 10/15 hand rolls. We both got the “toro” fatty tuna, didn’t even tasted like Toro and was completely minced from being chopped up, very bad sign, not being good and being completely blending up probably the excess fat parts of the fish the usually good restaurant throw away. We told our waiter what was going on and she told us to speak to the owner/manager, while our waiter was a very nice young girl, the manager wasn’t even close to being the same. Very tall young man who instead of trying to understand the situation got very defensive telling us that we had already consumed the food and practically “that was it” telling us that the fish is supposed to be cold etc etc clearly not willing to listen with a very arrogant tone. 200 dollars completely thrown down the drain, by the way I the sushi wasn’t even Japanese. The funny thing is that they are in the Michelin Guide, I wonder how did that happen. Seems more like a place you would find on the “Place to Forget Guide”

DOMODOMO was really delicious. We ordered tobiko noodles and cucumber salad to share for the table. The cucumber salad has great dressing and tasted really fresh, and the Tobiko noodle was a great fusion dish to have with crab meat. All the hand rolls we ordered was also really delicious and kept us full. Would also recommend the scallop risotto if you prefer hot food. For dessert we also ordered the matcha ice cream and black sesame panna cotta.

We have eaten here before and rated it a five. While we love the food, it seemed different this year. The service wasn’t quite as friendly but the food was outstanding. We ordered the chef’s ultimate and each course was fantastic and the pace good. It didn’t seem as busy either. All things considered, we will return.
Whoa! Best Ever!
This is a hidden gem! You must try it. It’s a fantastic Michelin rated sushi/nigiri restaurant. The service is good but be sure to sit in the back room, at the counter where the master chef prepares the sushi. What a great experience! As you’d expect, the food was very fresh and prepared in front of you. We went because it is the favorite restaurant of one in our party. Everything was outstanding so I won’t name all the things we ate. Suffice it to say - try it ALL! You won’t be disappointed. Wow!
