Had the best dinner here for my birthday! Julio was so kind and attentive and the atmosphere was wonderful. Very cozy, incredible food, and best espresso martini! They also kindly cut my cake and served it for us which was so nice!

Spectacular food, impeccable Service to be an always busy restaurant. We will be back soon, Thank you Guys!

I really enjoyed the food. Everything was hot, fresh, and delicious. Our server, Grace, were attentive and made sure we had all that we needed.

My husband booked a 40th birthday meal, he wanted somewhere special and this place did not disappoint. Beautiful setting, delicious food and very friendly staff, our waiter was Lanow who was very polite and happy to help. Food was served quickly too! Thank you for my birthday cake! X

Was expecting a lot after reading the reviews but got very disappointed. Busy Saturday evening but took long time before asking about dribks. Ordered Sprite for my sons but after two attempts and 40 min coming with water instead they claimed they were out of Sprite syrup. Antipasti was quite ok but the pasta very bland and not cooked properly. Very unattentive server who did not even ask about hiw the food was. After waiting to pay for 10 min after recieving the check and half of the fanily left they offered limoncello, but way too late. Cozy setting though. Many much better restaurants in NYC.

We ate at 9:30 on a Friday night, after a dance program acrosss he street at the Joyce Theater. We ordered a bottle of a pretty expensive wine, and the waiter tried twice to switch us to yet more expensive wines. I had the frito misto, which was very good. My wife ordered the Pennette Con Melanzane (eggpant with penne pasta) which was a primo - there was also an eggplant secondo so I made it very clear to the waiter that she wanted the primo, not the secondo. My wife ate about a third of it before she realized that there wasn't any pasta - it ws the secondo, a thin slice of eggpant with some cheese melted on top and a little tomato sauce around it. She set it aside and we were not charged for it, but by that time the kitchen had closed. The bread was ordinary. The broccoli rabe was at best okay - we make it ourselves a lot better. The wine was fine, but priced at about four times retail. All in all, an rather unsatisfctory experience.

Truly authentic Italian cuisine with exceptional service. Aimone’s menu recommendations made our meal unforgettable!

The service was really nice, our server, Grace, was supper sweet too! The food was excellent. Would definitely recommend!

Our server Omer was was fantastic! He was super accommodating, efficient, and professional. I will definitely come back again and recommend this to anyone, local or not!

Great service, especially from Grace. Great food. Recommend the pappardelle, meatballs and tuna tartar. Will definitely eat here again.

The food was devine and service amazing. Guila was personable and attentive. The ambiance was stellar especially the relaxed and romantic lighting.

Kawser was amazing! Food and cocktails were great. The pasta, salad, calamari and everything else tasted delicious. Thank you!

It’s such a cozy warm and inviting space, our waitress Grace was so sweet and spoke in such a soft tone while telling us the specials for the day. Everything I was so delicious. Would definitely recommend coming here for an intimate dinner or date

Amazing atmosphere and great food! The service was amazing and Sebastian was a great host to us. We had a great time and definitely come back!

We had a great experience at Da Andrea. The food was delicious, and our server, Omer, was fantastic. He was friendly, attentive, and made sure we had everything we needed. I’ll definitely be coming back!

Noemi was awesome!! Loved my dinner here the ambience was amazing! The pasta was really good although the cream sauce had no flavor so I asked for tomato sauce and it was amazinggg!! Loved it! Great service.

Really good food and decent portions for the cost.the ambiance was beautiful and short walk from our hotel on 35th. Book in advance on open table to avoid waiting.

We had an amazing experience, food and ambiance was great! Thanks to Cem especially for making this time more memorable

Italian restaurant terrible . Octopus burned . Pasta without savour , it wasn’t parmigiano on it . Good coffee and wine . It’s a good restaurant if u re not hungry and u are not Italian .

Delicious food, cozy atmosphere, and great service! Our waitress Grace was amazing, can’t recommend this place enough.

We had the most amazing birthday dinner at the bar. We walked in a party of three with a dream. They sat us within 15 minutes must have: the meatballs to share. Amazing wine selection. We leave with new friends Thomas and Luis (our amazing bartenders)!

Solid Italian spot at a good price point. Wine selection was nice, the bolognese really hit the spot on a cold winter night. Kadir’s service was excellent: quick, polite, and attentive!

Amazing food and service We had the Truffle Cappelacci and Ravioli di Vitello that were to die for !! Mario and Chem were very attentive Would highly recommend !!

This place is the perfect date night spot. The food and atmosphere are amazing! We’ll definitely be back. Highly recommend it.

I went to this restaurant for brunch and I loved it. Benedict eggs with lobster, spectacular. Very welcoming atmosphere and staff, super friendly. Our waitress Naomi, impeccable: professional and very attentive. I highly recommend it.

Restaurant has good vibes and good food. Our server, Grace, was amazing! Thank you for making our dining experience an amazing one.

The restaurant was excellent—warm ambiance, attentive service, and dishes full of flavor. Highlights included the fresh ingredients, creative cocktails, and a dessert that ended the night perfectly.

We ate at the bar and Mario - one of the bartenders - was terrific. Helped to make for a lovely evening. No complaints! He was friendly, made excellent recommendations and did not rush us.

NYC Italian dining experience that really stands out in EVERYWAY! Mouth watering authentic Italian food, with exceptional welcoming service, in a delightful setting. It was everything we could have asked for. Definitely earned a must stop status for us.

Not only does it have an incredible environment, lighting, and decor, but the food is truly delicious. Our server, Kardir, was the best we could’ve asked for. He seemed to genuinely care about the food and our experience. Would request him again and again!

My partner didn’t lick the plate .. but she wanted to! What a great restaurant. Food was five stars from starter to mains to deserts. Quality of ingredients excellent. Portions just right. Timely service. Nothing could be improved. Ambience in restaurant was perfect for an evening out in NYC. You won’t go wrong - just go.

I went to Da Andrea for lunch today. It felt like an updated authentic Italian restaurant. The vibe was very clean and modern and I loved how the windows allowed so much sunlight. I thought the prices matched the quality of the food. The server Irene was very attentive and on top of things. I didn't once have to flag her down for the next drink or meal course. Next time I'm in the area I will definitely go back.

Omer made our time here amazing! He was very attentive and friendly. The food was incredible and service was great. We’ll be sure to come back!

Here’s a polished short review you can use: ⸻ As an Italian visiting New York, I can honestly say I couldn’t have chosen a better restaurant. The food was absolutely outstanding — authentic flavours, perfectly prepared dishes, and portions that made me feel right at home. A special compliment to Anna and Mario for their superb service; they were warm, attentive, and made the whole experience even more memorable. The vibes were spot-on too: cosy, lively, and truly welcoming. Highly recommended!

Lovely Italian restaurant with a wonderful ambience. Solid Italian food with a lovely cocktail and wine list. Our server, Grace, was so lovely and welcoming. We will be back!

Dave was great, food was a perfect portion. Me and my girlfriends had a great time visiting ! We had an amazing meal, drinks. Loved the atmosphere.

We had an amazing dinner! Almone was our server and he was excellent. The beef carpaccio was amazing, the gnocchi was flavorful and great for a cold night, and the dessert was the perfect ending! Thank you to Almone and Da Andrea!

Grace was amazing. She took such great care of my girlfriends and I for my best friends birthday! She really made it a great experience for everyone! I highly recommend Grace if you ever stop by!

What a special place to bring our 21-year old twin sons to NYC for the first time to celebrate their birthday. Da’Andrea is an iconic, classically beautiful NY Italian restaurant with truly delicious pasta dishes. Our server Grace was delightful. She made us feel warm and welcomed and the service was impeccable. She made sure we finished up with a surprise tiramisu birthday dessert - an evening to remember. Put this restaurant on your list if you’re looking for the perfect NYC Italian dinner!

Had an amazing dinner here with friends! There were so many delicious options to choose from and our waiter Omer was extremely helpful and gave us the best recommendations. Had the veal meatballs, the steak and ended with the chocolate hazelnut cake. 10/10 experience

Food and service from Omer were great! Loved the crème brûlée dessert with my friends. Paired well with the limoncello.

Irina was amazing, food was amazing, great ambience. 10/10 would dine again. Had the ribeye for the table, got some comped desserts it was a fantastic dining experience. Highly recommend

Da Andrea is a very interesting restaurant. On the surface, it's a gorgeous spot decorated beautifully. The staff is trained so well and offer top-notch service. They are kind and always present and efficient. However, that's about all I can say in favor of Da Andrea. So what is wrong and what does this beautiful and attentive restaurant need? A Chef! O M G ! What is wrong with NYC? This is another faux Italian meal that too many reviews and silly New Yorkers believe to be actually acceptable. The food was awful. Burrata was the shared starter, primo piatto. Cold right out of the fridge. Not only the burrata but the tomatoes, too! What respectable Italian chef, restaurant or customer would tolerate that? The tomatoes were cold and had the texture of an overly ripe tomato that was left in the fridge too long. Pastas. We had three. All with the same gooey sauce. Why can't an Italian restaurant make a good red sauce anymore? And this wasn't just gooey from using too much tomato paste. This sauce seemed to have too much flour or some other filler that made it very unappetizing and didn't satisfy my taste buds. Pasta seemed to be just average pasta. At $30 a bowl they should be using a finer quality pasta, or perhaps cook it better. Who is this chef? How can people be fooled into thinking this is actually good Italian food? Why can't the city of NY have a fine and good quality Italian restaurant? And these prices! In some odd way I can recommend this restaurant for a drink, a meeting, perhaps a brunch (maybe the chef knows how to boil or scramble an egg) because it's so beautiful and the staff are so great. However, if you want a good quality Italian meal? Buy some DeCecco pasta, some tomatoes, garlic/onions, good quality EVOO - make it yourself! Thanks to the staff. Chef? You're an impostor.

Grace was amazing! The spicy vodka ravioli was a great special. The atmosphere was welcoming and a great hidden treasure in the city

Had a great dinner experience at De andrea! The place is absolutely beautiful and the food is great! Cem was a great server! He made our experience super memorable!

Delicious food and great service! Came with friends for drinks, pasta, and dessert and we had a great time. Kadir took great care of us.

What an awesome experience all the way around. The ambience and decor are so inviting. The service was excellent as well. They were very friendly and attentive. And then the good…….Again, outstanding. Both pasta dishes tasted home made and came out nice and hot. We loved the whole experience and would come back next week if we didn’t live in Chicago!

Quaint and cozy ambiance, delicious food, and amazing service. What more can you ask for? My husband and I came for a date dinner and loved this spot! We had the mussels (sauce was ‘chefs kiss’ 👌🏻), the beet salad and unforgettable gnocchi. We finished with classic tiramisu. We are excited to come back!

Came to Da Andrea Chelsea for my girlfriend’s birthday and it was exactly what we were hoping for. The pasta was outstanding and tasted incredibly fresh. Grace was our server and she was attentive, warm, and genuinely helped make the night special. The space feels elevated and romantic. Ideal for date night or a special occasion in Chelsea.

The food was great, plus the waitress Grace's attention was the best, invited us to desserts! Fully recommended!

Our waitress, Grace did amazing for our bestfriends birthday. The food was excellent, the service was priceless, and the birthday espresso martini shot plus tiramisu was delicious. Grace left each and every one of us with a smile. Thank you Grace!!! We’ll be back!!!!

Julio was the best waiter! He recommended the perfect dishes and everything was delicious. i definitely will come back!

Great location. Food and service especially our waitress Anna were excellent. Loved the Christmas decor and the ambiance.

Had the best experience here, the food was amazing and service was even better. Highly recommend the server Cem! And it was beautifully decorated for the holidays

Perfect, our arrival in New York was sublimated by this good meal. Congratulations to Noémie, who spoke very good French and to Grace for adapting to our fatigue.

Anna was amazing give her a raise. She was very attentive made sure we were satisfied and had an amazing time. Would definitely visit again

My partner and I popped in on our return from Chelsea Markets for a quick cocktail on the way to our hotel and the service and atmosphere was so wonderful we decided to stay for dinner. The cocktails and food were exceptional. Would highly recommend to anyone visiting New York.

Really enjoyed the evening; the space, food, wine and service are great! Even Grace, the one who keeps an eye on everything, was a delight! Usually that person is intrusive or annoying but not her AND she really did keep an eye on your needs! This place is a neighborhood gem worth taking visitors to. But be careful, they may want to move here! And, they are a quick cab or subway (B’way local) from the theater district so, perfect for after a show.

Super nice food and excellent service. Great experience. Recommended 100%

Da Andrea Chelsea offers authentic Italian cuisine with a cozy, welcoming vibe. The pasta is fresh and flavorful, and the service is warm and attentive. Perfect spot for a relaxed meal with friends or family. Great food, reasonable prices, and a charming ambiance. Highly recommend!

Amazing staff! We had to make changes to our reservations a couple of times and the staff was extremely accommodating. Must try the beet salad, spinach ravioli, and squid pasta. Excellent wait staff too. Thank you Julio for the wonderful service. We really enjoyed our first dinner in NYC!

It was great! Excellent for my birthday party! Thank you Cem for great service! We had a range of pastas from the menu and all of them were excellent.

The atmosphere, food, and service from Aimone was absolutely incredible! Highly recommend the filet mignon! I will be back!

Beautiful atmosphere...delicious food...our server Julio was very attentive and professional ... lovely evening for us

Julio was the best waiter ever he was super helpful and the service was quick and immaculate. Definitely ask for Julio when you go if you can!

Fantastic dinner! The mussels and gnocchi were delicious, great beautiful ambiance and the service was perfect. Anna went above and beyond. We will definitely revisit. Matt

Anna was amazing, amazing hospitality and really made us feel at home. She was very professional and was very knowledgeable when it came to the food.

Grace was an amazing server and was very nice to all of us! I had the best time! I would definitely recommend going to the restaurant.

We had an amazing time and Giulia was an absolutely fabulous reason why our experience here was so amazing! Would highly recommend.

Great ambience and very attentive staff. Cem was our server and did a great job! Octopus and truffle ravioli were a hit! Highly recommend for dinner.

Mario was the best! Took amazing care of us and gave us free Italian lessons in addition to the amazing food and great vibes!

We had a great dinner and Grace was an excellent host. Great ambience and service was quick and attentive. Food was great too

It was a great experience, food was delicious and the service was outstanding. I will recommend it anytime for any celebration. The time was perfect and the people very warm

Love it! The foods great and the service is excellent. I came here with a friend after yoga class for dinner and some drinks at the bar and we both had a lively time here.

Just had dinner in Da Andrea and it was delish! Service was really great all the staff are very friendly and accommodating and have a great knowledge of the menu! One server in particular, Kadir went above and beyond to make sure we had a great meal , will definitely be back!

the place is magnificent, perfect Welcoming! delicious food and impeccable Service! our waiter aimone was able to recommend the best delicacies! everything perfect

Da Andrea is a beautiful restaurant, inside and out. The staff is incredibly welcoming and friendly. The food was magnificent - don't let the prices deter you from visiting. I recommend the gnocchi (made in house) with bolognese (not on the menu, I asked for this instead of the recommended sauce). The burrata appetizer is divine, as well as the the house made focaccia.

This place was amazing. I really loved the waitress Giulia! She was amazing. The food was beyond awesome. For dinner, I had the salmon and crème brûlée for dessert. The crème brûlée was out of this world.

I had an amazing time tonight! Cem was an awesome waiter and the food was delicious! 10/10 would recommend! I can’t think of anything that possibly could be better!

Da Andrea Chelsea is the ideal brunch spot-beautiful location, wonderful and friendly staff and DELICIOUS food! Our waitress, Giulia, was awesome and so engaging and Francisco did a beautiful job with his food pairing recommendations. Will definitely come back. They helped make my return to NYC a great one!

What a fabulous resturant ! Absolutely beautiful and warm inside. We had reservations for 4 over the holidays and didn’t wait at all. Nice sized table. Bread was delicious , drinks spot on, salads and appetizers were fantastic. A great menu and all four of us were very pleased with our meals ( risotto w shrimp was sublime). Espresso and dessert and we were on our way. No rush. Very kind and attentive staff. Can’t wait to go back.

Grace was an amazing server! She had great customer service, was very personable, kind, and had great recommendations. The papardelle was 10/10. The sauce was flavorful and the pasta was light. Great experience overall!

The parpadelle was incredible and Grace, our server, was super nice and on top of everything. Will definitely be coming back.

The food here is amazing but the service is way better. After 100s of dinners in the New York this was in the top 5. Mostly because is Sebastian

Delicious food, fantastic service and beautiful ambiance! Be prepared, the tables are quite close together, but that is pretty standard in NYC. The only negative part of our experience was that even with reservations, we waited 40 minutes for our table. It would have been nice for the manager to offer us a drink on the house while we were waiting.

Absolutely excellent! We had the lunch prix fix menu n everything was 5+ stars for presentation, taste, quality, n service was excellent. Thank u to Julio n the team for the best meal so far. Don't hesitate...just go. You will not b disappointed!

Came here for my birthday dinner on a Sunday night. What a pretty dining room and bar area - the atmosphere is just lovely. We ordered an appetizer for the table to share, then a pasta course and entrees. After the appetizer they brought our entrees to the table. We were very confused - and so were our servers! They seemed to completely forget that pastas should come out before the entrees. They offered to send the entrees back and remake them after we had our pasta course, but we didn't want to wait and waste all the good food. Our waiter was apologetic but I honestly didn't expect a blunder like this from this type of restaurant, which BTW was not extremely busy at all. Food was good, but not great - some dishes were better than others, so a little disappointing there. All in all a pleasant evening, but not sure I would rush back.

I was here with my family Excellent service by Londi and Omer Especially Omer’s cocktails were amazing Strongly recommend

From the moment we walked in bartender Louise was inviting, prompt and professional. Then we sat for dinner and Anna took great care of our every need. The burrata salad was delicious and the salmon was scrumptious! Everyone enjoyed every bite!

Beautiful place with amazing food and service! Grace was an excellent waiter! Highly recommend t visiting! Beautiful for an evening gathering!

Went for a birthday, they didn’t do anything special for it but Cem was fantastic as our server tonight!! Food was absolutely incredible deffo recommend to anyone coming to the area!!

spot is so amazing, all the staff are friendly , kadir was amazing, coming back . He mad sure all of our food was made to how we like it !!

Very good restaurant and it is a French woman who says it! And the staff is really amazing. Thanks to Noemi and Grace

Everything was amazing! Spectacular attention with Noemi taking care of us. Delicious and authentic Italian. Great wine list. I’ll be back!

Our server grace was amazing and provided us with free espresso martini shots when she brought the check. Couldn’t recommend more!!

Cem gave us great service! Thank you so much for the great evening. Highly recommend the penne, ravioli, and sorbet. Would come again

Visiting from California, and this was an absolute win. Our servers, Brooks and Mario, were friendly, attentive, and helped make it a great evening. The steak, the fish, the pasta; fantastic all around. I'll be returning when I next come to Chelsea!

Such a brilliant place! The atmosphere is so nice- the dim lighting and vibes are perfect for a girlie catch up or a family dinner. Julio was so attentive and kind! Our water glasses were always full and so were our stomachs by the end ! Would 100% recommend

One of the best dinners I’ve ever had in a while, and even better service. Kadir, our server, was incredibly kind and attentive. We had allergies in our party and he was very helpful with navigating the menu and making us all feel safe. I would absolutely dine here again.

Wow words don’t even begin to describe my experience here tonight. I’m sitting here with a beautiful ambiance surrounded by my amazing friends and our spectacular server Julio. He has truly done it all for us. I will be coming back and requesting a table in his section.

Da Andrea is an excellent spot for Italian food — great atmosphere, warm vibe, and the dishes were genuinely outstanding. Our waiter Julio took great care of us the entire night. Highly recommend if you’re looking for a cozy, delicious Italian meal.

Amazing food and friendly stuff! Ask for Giulia and enjoy your time in New York, Chelsea area! Greetings from Romania! Xoxo

Service was great, as was the food!! Grace served me and my friends and had a welcoming, inviting attitude!! She was super sweet and kind and I will definitely be back and asking for Grace!! (ask for her as your server if you ever get the chance to visit!)

Noemi was extremely amazing and a very well mannered waitress who took all of our meals and brought them out with love will come here again!

Sooo good! The bread was served with olive oil with whole olives. We started with the crab salad appetizer, which was fresh and delicious. Then my dining partner had the lobster eggs Benedict and I had the Tonno. They were both good portion sized and thoroughly enjoyed. My tuna was prepared rare, as requested, with a fantastic miso style sauce. Seared pepper tuna is one of my fav meals and they didn’t disappoint! We each had a cocktail then split a bottle of wine. The recommended white wine was a perfect pair. What really made the meal was the awesome attitude and service from our server Giulia! She was knowledgeable, friendly and a joy to have as our dining guide! Highly recommend!

The restaurant had perfect food, service, atmosphere, and location was amazing! Amazing service Anna! Thank you so much!

Amazing food and good portions! Grace our server was lovely too. And the ambience is also great. Perfect for a date or night with friends.

The location is great! The service Cem provided to us is absolutely priceless! Thank you, Kaled, for accommodating me and my friend! And I want to say that Mario took such a great care of us this evening as well!

Amazing food all around. Eggplant was insane. Drinks amazing and spicy mussels probably our favorite. Highly recommend.

Had an amazing date at Da Andrea in Chelsea. The decor was so inviting and beautiful! The place was buzzing and after our dinner I understood why! Great homemade dishes, and awesome desserts as well! Their wine selection is on point and our server, Irene, was delightful and so knowledgeable and helpful! I will definitely be back, they have so many dishes I would love to try still !

So yummy! Amazing vibes inside and we had such a great time. The food was super yummy and a good size so that way amazing!!!!!

My friend and I had a wonderful experience at D'Andrea. The servers were all very attentive, especially Grace. The food was absolutely delicious, as expected. I highly recommend this restaurant when in the city

Beautiful restaurant. Landi is amazing and made our girls night out wonderful. Wonderful service. 11/10 recommend for anyone wanting a date night or fun holiday night out!

Julio was our waiter for the night and he was amazing. He was very attentive and the food was amazing. Will be coming back again.

Noisy and crowded but it was a Friday night. Food was very good, not exceptional. Service was OK, nothing great, nothing terrible.

Excellent place! The food was so amazing. The server Aimone was very helpful and kind! I really recommend this place !!!

I accidentally discovered Da Andrea's restaurant during a family vacation in NYC. Entering, the impression was positive, the place is refined and attention to detail. Beginning with the service, we were accompanied during dinner by Maria, friendly and professional. In addition, there is a lot of attention to food allergies. The quality of the food is high especially for those looking for a mix of Italian cuisine contaminated with French. The price is related to the quality of the food and service (average $50-70 per person). Our experience was so positive that we came back. Highly recommended!

Grace was amazing as our server. Great restaurant and great food cannot recommend enough! Definitely make this as a part of any new york trip!

Da Andrea Chelsea is a beautiful space with professional staff and most importantly excellent authentic Italian food.

Lamb shank gies crazy. That sauce is unmatched, the lamb melts off the bone. Very sizable. Not the biggest fan of the side, but the bread is good and goes excellently with the sauce.

I came here with a large group of friends and we sat with Omer. He was very friendly, attentive and accommodating to allergies and food restrictions. Overall a great experience and excellent service, will definitely be back!

We had a great time! Omer was a great waiter, he was helpful in recommending us dishes & specials of the day. Would come here again.

Anna did a great job. I felt taken care of through the whole experience. great service. Perfect evening. Will be coming back.

First visit to this cozy Greenwich Village restaurant and it didn’t disappoint. The homemade pasta was delectable as was the grilled calamari. I also highly recommend the ricotta cheesecake.

I came here with friends for Sunday brunch. Our server Omer made our experience unforgettable and made sure to accommodate the dietary restrictions within our party. The ambience of the restaurant and the menu is definitely worth a visit!

Guilia was such an incredible server. She was quick to help us select our wine and gave us a taste of this white in which we bought the bottle it was so tasty. She really elevated our experience at such a beautiful restaurant.

Amazing homemade Italian in cozy dreamy atmosphere. I relied on my waiter Kadir to recommend menu items and they were all incredible. Great service, cozy garden atmosphere and everything tasted so fresh. Highly recommend!

The restaurant is absolutely delicious! Julio came out and explained all the specials to us which was very helpful! I hope you get to try the ox tail ravioli. 10/10! Thank you so much Julio

The hospitality, atmosphere, and food were all superb! We loved how cozy the interior felt, and the music was so peaceful that it felt like a second home with the experience. Our server, Julio, was amazing and informative with the specials of the day, the drinks and their differences, and in my opinion a God-sent man- he kept looking out for us and other tables to see if we are having a great time. If you ever get him, you are in amazing hands for your time here! :)

Had a wonderful experience. Atmosphere was top notch. Food was great. Service was perfect. Anna was our waitress and she made sure the evening went perfect. Will definitely come back.

The dishes are very good, perfect proportions, and the amazing service with top waiters always at the smallest care. I highly recommend!!

Loved Da Andrea in Chelsea!! The food was incredible. We started with the beet salad and the Tigelle Prosciutto. Both were excellent! The Carbonara was perfect! The atmosphere was icing on the cake. The decor is relaxing and reminds you of a restaurant in Italy.

The food was amazing but the server wasn’t particularly friendly. It’s a shame because the atmosphere in the restaurant was really good but our server never thanked us for his generous tip and never asked us if we enjoyed the evening

Lovely setting, delicious fresh food. My friend and I enjoyed the price fixe lunch and excellent cocktails. Our server Francisco was very attentive but allowed us the space the chat. Food was served hot and fresh and a love presentation. Very enjoyable.

My sister and I are having a fun little trip together, and we ate here the day we flew in for dinner. It was an absolute joy to eat and decompress here. Location: very easy to get to in the Chelsea area. It’s a corner restaurant and you cannot miss it! Atmosphere: the decor is so beautiful and modern with classic feel. With little tables for 2-4 arranged artfully and efficiently, fresh and fake foliage all around, and the large windows lined against the outer walls, it gives you a sense of being in a European bistro. Lovely! Food: DELICIOUS! We ordered the carpaccio salad, lamb shanks with saffron risotto, fettuccini with mussels, calamari, and shrimp (one of the daily specials, and the apple tart with ice cream. The carpaccio salad was fresh, well dressed, creamy and perfectly seasoned. Huge, tender, and smothered in a delicious tomato sauce with an al dente saffron risotto, the lamb shank was my sister’s favorite dish. She really enjoyed it. My favorite was the fresh fettuccine with seafood. Garlicky, silky, smooth, and light, the sauce was so yummy. Plus, there was SO MUCH SEAFOOD! I had enough for each and every bite! We ended with the apple tart. When we first saw it, we were a little concerned. Being a single serving sized tart, experience taught us the crust would probably be tougher to cut. It was not. Tender. Moist. Just the right ratio of fruit to crust. Perfection. Service: Wow! Anna was absolutely amazing. Professional yet personable, she recommended the absolute best options! Never too pushy, but also gave her honest opinion, we really appreciated her service! Plus she was attentive without being intrusive. Highly highly highly recommend her! Value: worth it for a date night or some special occasion. Definitely date night for the romantic setting! For us regular working, middle class folk, it might be a bit much for everyday dining. Wait time: NONE! It’s a fairly large-ish restaurant and it got 75% full, but not overflowing. Then again, it was raining when we got here and during the whole evening.

This restaurant feels especially magical during the holiday season, with beautiful Christmas decorations that create a cozy, festive atmosphere without feeling overdone. From the moment we arrived, the waitstaff were genuinely kind and attentive, making us feel welcome and well cared for throughout the meal. The risotto was the true standout—perfectly creamy, rich in flavor, and clearly made with care. Between the inviting ambiance, exceptional service, and delicious food, this is a wonderful spot to enjoy a comforting Italian meal, especially during the holidays.

We celebrated our wedding party at Da Andrea, a big family table of 18. We were so pleased by the service; Giulia and Francisco took great care of us, and made sure drinks were flowing. We all had the prix fixe brunch which covered a three-course meal: starter, main, and dessert. I had the smoked salmon penne, and my husband had the pappardelle with lamb. Both delicious, and feedback from everyone was excellent. (Our table ordered at least one of everything off the prix fixe.) Da Andrea is great for larger or private parties. Same day we were in, there was a bridal shower, and restaurant accommodated us both beautifully since they were in a separate section. It has such romantic, open vibes; loved the set-up. I've been one other time for brunch, and ordered off the full menu. Great experience both times.

The food was delicious and the service was fantastic, our server Grace did a wonderful job with a large top table who had a lot of requests.

Food was excellent!!! Spaghetti Carbonara was fabulous Our servers Brooks and Cem were superb. Wonderful!!! Highly recommend

Everything perfect 💯! As always delicious food and beautiful location! I come back ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ carbonara and fantastic veal meatballs Top! Thanks JULIO AND OMER 🙌🏻 highly recommend By Andrea Chelsea!

Omer was a phenomenal waiter. Very friendly and the service and food and drinks were amazing! We have been here multiple times and we’ll keep coming back everytime

Grace was the best. So sweet and helpful with the menu while ordering. Beautiful atmosphere. Food was fantastic. Will definitely return.

First time here. Several locations on the island. Nice seating options for inside and outside. Service was slow and had to ask for items 2 or 3 times. Food was all just average. The meatball appetizer was probably the best. Not bad food, just nothing special. Won't rush back.

Lovely service. Cem was great, friendly and knowledgeable. Thank you very much ! Lovely food too very tasty thank you!!!!

Service was great. Absolutely fantastic. The interior was amazing as well! Food was well flavored and came out on time. Will be back soon. Grace was our waitress and she was AMAZING!!!

The food and service were excellent and we really enjoyed our dining experience. The food was exceptional! We loved the menu. Only down sides. It was very loud and we got there at 6:30 pm for a 6:30 pm reservation and were told to leave at 8 pm.

We went to Da Andrea for a nice dinner. The inside is quite large, I love the bit of old-time, antique feel of the interior with the exposed brick wall, tile floor, and the chandeliers. We Capri and Cocomero cocktails. They were both strong and very flavorful. We really enjoyed them both. For Appetizer, we ordered Fritto Misto, and Tigelle Modenesi con ProsciuttoThey were both pretty large portions, much more than I thought they would be for appetizers. Fritto Misto came with avocado cream, an innovative accompaniment from the typical red sauce you see at other restaurants. It had loads and loads of calamari, with some shrimps and zucchini. It was delicious! The prosciutto appetizer was great, really big portion. The hot tigelle, kind of like English muffins or flat bread made the perfect edible serving plate for the glorious prosciutto. Totally excellent and filling too. For main, we ordered Zuppa Di Pesce and Stinco Di Agnello. Zuppa had a nice amount of spiciness with bold flavor with such depth. It had ample amount of seafood. It reminded me of Chioppino. The Lamb was so tender that it melt in your mouth. The meat just falls off the bone! Saffron rice was very good, with a great saffron flavor that went perfectly with the lamb. For desserts, we ordered Tiramisu and Tortino di Mele. Tiramisu was soft and creamy, nice coffee flavor, just a simple, classic, delicious dessert. I say it was the perfect ending for the amazing dinner! The apple tart was nice and warm with great cinnamon flavor on soft and sweet apple. Tart was sturdy to hold them all in, but soft enough to crumble in your mouth. I really enjoyed this dessert! We had an amazing time at the Da Andrea. Everything we tried, from the cocktails, the food, and the desserts, were all delicious! We got some food to take home with to enjoy them the next day, as the portion was quite large. We will definitely go back for more delicious dishes in the near future!

If you want authentic Italian food, this is the place to go! Julio, our server, was wonderful! He offered a lot of suggestions and recommendations and he took care of us very well. The dishes to get that were delicious were: the squid pasta, spinach ravioli with truffle, the tuna tartare,, the calamari, and the clam pasta was delicious! This place has a great ambience and it gets packed so make sure you make reservations.

My family and I had an absolutely lovely dinner at De Andrea! Our waiter, Kadir, was thoughtful and kind. He gave wonderful recommendations and was incredibly attentive. All of the staff were lovely, and we never went more than two minutes without full water glasses. The atmosphere of the restaurant is genuinely breathtaking; the space is absolutely beautiful. The veal meatballs and beet + goat cheese salad were fantastic. My dad said the Caesar salad was spectacular. We had the osso bucco special, which was totally delicious, and the spaghetti carbonara and veal ravioli. Everything was so tasty! My mom and I had the fragola fizz drink, and it was genuinely one of the best drinks I’ve ever had (I am incredibly picky about drinks!) Also, we had to eat quickly because we had a concert to go to, and the staff brought the food out so incredibly quickly! We barely had any wait time. At the end, we had the creme brulee and the tiramisu which were phenomenal. We will absolutely be coming back here again!

Beautiful, cozy space…great vibe…great service…I’ll be coming back!! Great location for before a Joyce Theatre performance too!

Grace is the best!!!! We got the burrata vodka ravioli and bolognese and it was great!!!! Would definitely go back!!!!!

Came in on a whim on a Friday night and had a lovely experience! Atmosphere is cozy, food was delicious and Grace and staff were very attentive and took great care of my party. Would definitely come back!

Excellent place to go after the Theatre. Thanks to Giulia, our incredible host this night. Appreciate all her recommendations.

New Chelsea Location, Northern Italian fare with a variety of food options The West Village Da Andrea outpost has a sister location to the North which is worth a visit. It is a large space as you enter in with high ceilings and a welcome long bar. We were warmly welcomed for brunch recently and sat near the bar with many spaces. There was a large group sitting near us and everyone was in good spirits. We started with some cocktails and appetizers. There is a cocktail and wine list and we choose the signature seasonal cocktail list which is $20 each. The Cocomero cocktail has Planteray, Domaine canton, Aperol, and Watermelon. This summer classic with a slice of watermelon placed on the side of the glass was refreshing and strong. The Fragola fizz cocktail has Tito's vodka, St. Germain, Strawberry, and basil. This cocktail is a light summery easy to sip. We also had some bread and olive oil brought to our table. The focaccia bread was a great way to start the meal but also dangerously good. For the appetizers, we ordered salmone affumicato for $26. It has fresh baked "Tigelle" buns, smoked salmon, capers onion, and scallion cream cheese. This dish is served on a long wooden board and the size is huge with piles of salmon. The second appetizer Cozze en guazzetto has steamed mussels, spicy tomato sauce, garlic, and toasted focaccia. The mussels were another large portion with a nice dipping sauce. For the brunch entrees, we had Benedict Aragosta and Cacio Pepe. The benedict has poached eggs, lobster, asparagus cake, Hollandaise sauce, and English muffins. Spaghetti Cacio Pepe has parmesan, pecorino, ground black pepper, and shrimp. The size was a good portion, especially with the lobster dish. They make their pasta homemade in-house so I enjoyed that one too. For dessert, we had cheesecake and tiramisu. The Tortino Di Ricotta has homemade ricotta cheesecake and mixed berries and the tiramisu has espresso, lady fingers, and mascarpone. Both desserts were decadent and flavorful. We had a drink of limoncello at the end of the excellent meal. Thank you, to the Da Andrea team. A special shout out to Serena at the front of the house welcoming us and checking on us during our meal. I can't wait to go back again soon.

The atmosphere felt like you stepped out of NYC and into a welcoming, attentive environment. Santiago served us and was so sweet and amazing to our entire group. I would highly recommend for a business dinner, a wonderful date, or an escape from busy New York life for a minute.

I’ve been to the Greenwich location before and it was phenomenal. The Chelsea location is no different! The carbonara pasta was the best I’ve ever had. Our server Anna was also very sweet and attentive during our lunch.

Great food, de interior beautiful, love the entrance. Very romantic, great for couples or just to relax. The services was very good

Was able to accommodate 7 people on a Saturday night. Wait staff was accommodating and Anna, our server was fantastic and knowledgeable
