On our idyllic week in NY, this charming place became our home. Everything is of quality, but what truly stood out is the cordiality, kindness and willingness of all the staff. Each one of them makes Da Andrea an unforgettable place. It also honors true Mediterranean cuisine, a small menu, with fresh and exquisitely prepared ingredients. The burrata is a delight, and the warm octopus salad is a delicacy. Very good wines and excellent quality-price ratio. I loved it.

Geared towards tourists. Food good but overall experience was very rushed. We arrived 5 mins before booking but were not allowed to wait inside despite very cold December evening. Tables very squashed and felt pressured to order and finish quickly. A ‘get ‘em in, get ‘em out’ mentality. When chose not to leave service charge head waiter came over and aggressively questioned us about our decision. Such a shame as meal pretty good.

I was there with friends last Friday for dinner and the ambiance, food, and staffs were amazing. I had the tuna tartare for the apps, pappardelle, and chicken. Pappardelle was the best for me with extra extra cheese. Shoutout to Sarah for accommodating us, she is the bestest! Shoutout to Claudia as well, our server, and Carlos from the bar for giving us the best experience. I’d surely comeback!

Absolutely amazing! We read the reviews and thought we should go for an authentic Italian whilst in NYC. We weren’t disappointed. Super service, attentive without being intrusive. Full of locals, and the food was really tasty. The Crème Brûlée was the best we have ever had! Yes, it was pricey but it made our holiday. Would definitely go back.

What a cute Italian restaurant! We went with my family last night for dinner and it was such great experience. The papardelle and ravioli vitello pasta were amazing as the rest of our meal, plus the warm service everybody is really polite there. Great experience.

Food was super good and came out swiftly! Cozy little spot and service was wonderful. Espresso Martini also was fabulous. Thanks Isaac!

What a lovely evening, superb service and the pasta was to die for - just gorgeous - in fact I’d say it was the best ravioli I’d ever had! Lovely atmosphere too. Would return again for sure

Fantastic experience here. Service and food Amazing! Also the place is really cute! We got Rib eye, with carbonara and bolognese pasta. bottle of wine and tiramisu dessert.

The food was delicious!! The pesto pasta was the best pesto I’ve had since being in Italy! The noodles were so fresh and the chicken was cooked to perfection. Everything I had was fabulous from the Capri cocktail to the chocolate cake with salted caramel ice cream. Special mention to our server issac who was so sweet and caring. If you come, ask for issac and you will be sure to have the best experience. His happiness and energy is contagious. I will definitely come back

Great food, great drinks and great people. Love it! Best food I’ve had in a while and great staff and ambience. Highly recommend

Great service from Isaac! Had such a great time here with my friend. The service was honestly amazing, Isaac was super attentive and made us feel really taken care of. The atmosphere was warm and relaxing, with the candlelight and the overall vibe making it feel extra special. And the food? Heavy, hearty, and really good. Everything we ordered came out fresh and flavorful, and we left feeling full and happy. Overall, great service, great atmosphere, and very good food. Would definitely come back again.

Amazing food, great atmosphere, friendly employees, convenient location — everything’s perfect. Highly recommend this place for dates, friend gatherings and family time. Abdel is a great sever, super helpful, find him and you’ll be set.

Issac was amazing! Food was phenomenal and service was fantastic. Highly recommended and would suggest coming during the holidays.

It was amazing! The drinks were great, the food was great. Service was great. I loved the pasta and my lemon drop martini amazing amazing amazing

The wait staff were lovely and friendly. The food was really really good. Decor was lovely. It was crowded as it was a Saturday night which was great but it’s quite noisy and alittle hard to hear people speak over the noise. Food was amazing. Gluten free options available too.

Da andrea is a top-rated spot, praised for its authentic Italian dishes, excellent service, and cozy atmosphere. Their dishes, such as osso buco, margarita flatbread, papardelle pasta are highly recommended.

Fantastic dinner at Da Andrea! The service was excellent, super friendly and attentive. The lamb shank was melt-in-your-mouth good, and the carbonara was rich and flavorful.

My kids, their friends, and I had brunch here on a Saturday around 2. We appreciated the variety offered. We ordered different pasta dishes and an egg dish and all enjoyed our meals. Service was friendly and attentive. The cozy, dim atmosphere with brick walls and Christmas wreaths made for a festive meal. Looking forward to trying the new Chelsea location.

I loved our meal at Da Andrea. Our server Isaac was fantastic and provided great and honest recommendations. He clearly knew the menu inside and out. Highly recommend the salmon and shrimp cavatelli. It was beyond. The ambience is cozy and the hosts were able to accommodate us inside even though only outside was available. We will definitely be back and recommend it to others!

The ravioli with lobster and crab was delicious, and the service was outstanding. The manager even gave us great tips about the city. Truly a memorable visit!

This place had the best food I have had in my entire life. The service was amazing. Had a great experience! My bestie and I will be back again! Real authentic Italian cuisine🇮🇹

Our meal was great, and the pasta was fresh—definitely a highlight of our trip. We would recommend it to anyone. 10/10!!

My friend and I had a very lovely dinner here on a Wednesday evening. We had a lovely greeting from a staff member who kindly took us to a table towards the back room. The restaurant is very charming with a rustic feel and they have a great outdoor shed area which I would happily come back for during warmer evenings. We were greeted promptly with water and then our waitress came to give us the specials. She was professional, prompt, and very attentive. The specialty drinks were great (try the Capri) and the food delicious! My salmon was perfect and my friend enjoyed his branzino special. I look forward to my next visit!

The food was wonderful and the service was great! Polina did an excellent job for our table. The pasta is made in-house and the quality is excellent and authentic. Dessert is fantastic.

Very cosy spot! Food was delicious, we got the burata & omelette for brunch and Edyom service was lovely. Great place that I definitely recommend.

Exceptional experience across the board. The ambience was on point, the service is dialed-in, and the food… unreal. I had the osso buco and my husband had the lamb shank—both cooked to perfection. We wrapped with gelati and sorbet, and my cappuccino was straight heaven. Paulina, our waitress, was the best in the business—warm and attentive. The manager was equally welcoming, which just rounded out the whole night. Highly recommended. This place delivers.

Da Andrea in Greenwich Village continues to be a standout destination for authentic Italian comfort. The atmosphere is rustic and welcoming, setting the stage for a fantastic meal. We started with the Carpaccio, which was sliced paper-thin and seasoned perfectly—fresh, tender, and an ideal way to awaken the palate. For the main courses, the kitchen did not disappoint. The Roasted Cornish Hen was exceptional, served with beautifully crispy skin while remaining incredibly juicy inside. We also shared the Penne with Eggplant; the pasta was cooked al dente, and the rich tomato sauce paired with soft, savory eggplant was pure comfort in a bowl. Between the delicious food and the warm service, this was a truly memorable dinner.

UNCOMMENTABLE. Horrible location, non-existent space, no music at the women's day, inefficient service, I had to move cutlery and glasses alone from one table to another. RAW FOOD, without salt. From the Menu we did not receive Bruschetta, bitters and coffee. I don't recommend it to anyone, I will speak badly of it to everyone. ONE STAR BECAUSE I CAN'T GIVE BELOW ZERO

Dear ! Small dishes! And above all, especially a server who pushes you to consume to the point of becoming harassment. I couldn't wait to leave because it was getting so tiring.

Isaac was amazing. I went with a few friends and the ambiance and food were overall great. Our first time there and we will def be back!!

Was there again for my wife birthday everything was great , they even sang for my wife. Loved da Andrea.will definitely recommend

Stopped by Da Andrea on my trip to NY — the sirloin special was top-notch! Great food, friendly service, and one of the best spots I’ve tried in the city. Highly recommend!

Great restaurant! Authentic Italian food, bursting with flavours. Nice selection of wines. Service was good as well.

Very nice atmosphere and good food and drinks. Nice assortment of different menu options and servers are very polite and professional. Not noisy either!

My friends and I had an amazing dinner! We started with the burrata, which was so creamy and fresh. Our server recommended the Italian buns with prosciutto — delicious and perfect for sharing. For the main course, we had the classic bolognese (of course!) and a rabbit dish from the dinner specials. Every bite was fresh and full of flavor. Big thanks to the service— it was super friendly and attentive. Nice attitude. If you're in the area, definitely check this place out. Gem!

We had a great lunch here and our service with Tatiana was amazing! We had the prosciutto flatbread and pear salad which were very good

We were there with our son and we had a wonderful time at d’andrea. The food was great and the atmosphere very cosy and nice. Great evening!

We had a good weeknight dinner here. My osso buco special was a little pricey but I had the largest veal shank I’ve ever had with a solid saffron risotto underneath - tender, juicy meat with a nice large marrow bone. My companions had very good pasta dishes as well. Good service, decent choice of wines by glass. Nice outdoor seating , perfect for good weather.

Very gracious staff and host. The food was delicious. Everyone - the busboy, the waitress and greeter was so nice and inviting. It felt like a little Italy in NYC. We plan to return.

Great food! Amazing atmosphere! Authentic Italian experience! If you come here- get the carbonara! Abdel is amazing!

Well …. Game of two halves as the pundits say. The quality of the food was superb. I had a brilliant steak and my wife the authentic and tasty carbonara. So the food was great………..BUT…….the Service … ambiance etc atrocious. My starter came with the rest of the parties mains - the bill was placed at on the table before we had finished the deserts….. with the ironic comment of take your time having looked at the table 3 times to clear it! The attitude was simply eat and ship out ! It was a Friday … it was busy …. But then the answer to that is simply don’t double book all the people in. Those near the door had the next waiting customers leaving over their table, pressing in on them. In essence a good meal spoilt by the owners rampant greed!

Last night Da Andrea was not the best. The food was reliably good, but we felt rushed the entire meal. There was no lag time btw courses. We told them we hadn’t yet looked at the menu when we had been seated for one minute, but less than a minute had passed before the waiter was there again. I will say the waiter topped off my coffee but the policy must be another five dollar charge for another cup of coffee. We have been there for many times too

The restaurant is located on W 13th Street, a bit tucked away from the bustling part of Union Square, meaning you can enjoy a better, quieter dining experience, especially when sitting outdoor. Of what we ordered, the pear salad was very good, the seared tuna was excellent, the spaghetti carbonara was flavorful, though it seemed to be a little overwhelmed by the egg sauce. Service were friendly and efficient.

As an Italian, the red sauce is to die for!!! Our waiter Isaac was super attentive and friendly. I would recommend this place in a heart beat . Get the mussels!!

Amazing experience! Andre was fantastic! He went above and beyond. I had food allergies and he was super accommodating and helpful. Quick service!

Da Andrea made our visit to NY even more special! Food is delicious, service is a high stander. Highly recommend this place for cozy dinners and romantic dates.

My family and I always love to go to da Andrea not only because the food is delicious and service is great but the whole staff are lovely and people who run the restaurant are very well trained they always greet you by name. Thank you Da Andrea for another lovely dinner

Vincente (bicente?) was the best waiter!!!! He gave great recommendations and was super attentive. I am going to request him when I come back next time! 🧚

True authentic Italian food. Nice selection of pastas and appetizers. Friendly service and a beautifully decorated patio.

A very busy and noisy place. Decent service. A varied menu with good choices. We tried the very good beet salad, the decent pappardelle with sausage in tomato sauce. Pesto cavatelli with shrimp etc was fair. The chicken with mushrooms and mashed potatoes was also fair. Decent Chianti. In my opinion not as good as some competition but obviously popular. More expensive than it should be. .Beautiful outside dining space was not available. .

Had a great evening at the lovely Da Andrea! Beautiful ambiance, Great food, Service and an incredible welcome from the hosts TD and Andres! Love this restaurant!

Lovely Italian restaurant with friendly welcoming staff and delicious food. Starters were veal meatballs (3 large meatballs!) and steamed mussels, both decent portions and flavoursome. Then I had a lovely authentic spaghetti carbonara while husband had seafood soup which had all sorts of fish in it including octopus! Again delicious flavours and we struggled but managed crème brûlée and mango sorbet desserts. A great experience, lovely food and amazing staff, we hope to go back before we leave

Every time we visit our daughter at The New School we try to have dinner here. The service is excellent ( fast too!), the food never disappoints, and the tiramisu is not to be missed. We love this place.

I was at da Andrea with my wife tonight everything was amazing. Will definitely be back. Everyone was very nice and helpful

Well decorated place! Comfortable chairs, perfect service! Menu of the gods including dessert and the famous tiramisu! I would come back every day until I knew all the dishes!

Dinner at Da Andrea was a great experience. This place is busy and we walked in on a Thursday night with no reservations, but were able to grab dinner at the bar. Nelson was tending bar and offered excellent service. Our Negroni and Manhattan were excellent- plenty strong but with excellent flavor. We has the Salmon Filet and the Cavatelli with shrimp salmon and pesto. Both entrees were excellent. Our starter (shared the burrata) was also delicious. We finished the meal with fresh panna cotta with glorious amarena cherries. Don’t miss Da Andrea!

Amazing food and great drinks as always. Make sure you come with your full party though, because they won’t seat you unless you do!

Isaac was phenomenal - we had such a great night. We came to celebrate a big promotion and were not disappointed. Highly highly recommend - place Italian restaurant in Greenwich village!

Great atmosphere! Employees very polite and professional! Food was really good . Place looks very clean. Place looks very modern.

When I see the reviews from people saying they had a spectacular meal here I have to wonder if we were in the same restaurant. I would not go so far as to say the food is horrible; I would, however, go so far as to say it was underwhelming. The best dish was the grilled vegetable appetizer, which had a lovely presentation and great depth of flavor. The grilled jumbo shrimp were average in flavor and lacked the grill flavor one is looking for (no grill marks could actually be detected). The saffron sauce for the shrimp was flavorless and did nothing to enhance the shrimp, since anything flavorless is incapable of enhancing what it is paired with. The puff pastry the shrimp were sitting atop was another flavorless addition to the plate - perhaps a smidge of polenta or risotto or truffled mashed potato would be a better base for the shrimp. The Caesar salad was decent but certainly nothing to brag about, and the cutlet specials two of my friends had were okay but lacked finesse in their presentation. Service was on the slow side but not horrible. As a frequent visitor to NYC I can't see dining here again since there are so many other options.

We had a reservation for 8:45pm on a Friday night. We did have to wait 15 mins for a table despite the reservation. The place was buzzing & a great experience. Food was overall great. I would have awarded 5 stars but I felt the lamb chops special was veryoverpriced given the chops were very small. I’d return on my next visit to NYC

We had an amazing dinner. We had various pasta and meat dishes. The starters also amazing. Our service was outstanding. Will definitely return.

Our experience at Da Andrea was fabulous. We were seated in a timely manner, the ambience is lovely, and the food was quite yummy. We got the fancy chicken and mashed potatoes and the spinach ravioli-would recommend both. Our server Tatianna was amazing!

Ask for table 32 if avail, best one in the house! Tuna tartare was outstanding, specials not priced stupid, highly recommend!

Excellent ambiance, excellent food. And just one of the best. Everyone enjoyed their meal. The lamb shank one of the best I’ve had in years. Highly recommended.

Really cute and cozy restaurant in the village, perfect spot for brunch on a rainy day. Service was great, special thanks to Isaac!

We came here for dinner and honestly the whole night felt so cozy and warm. The restaurant has that soft, candlelit vibe that instantly puts you in a good mood. Our table looked so pretty with the small flowers and the little candle burning in the middle, it just felt intimate in the best way. The food was actually amazing. The pasta was creamy and fresh, the chicken dishes were plated beautifully, and even the sides tasted like someone actually cared making them. Everything came out hot and well-seasoned. The drinks were also really good. super refreshing without being too sweet. I also want to mention our server, Isaac, because he genuinely made the experience better. He was patient, checked on us without hovering, and just felt really kind overall. You can tell when someone takes pride in their job, and he definitely did. Overall, the whole atmosphere + good food + great service made it such a nice night. I’d definitely come back.

Amazing, amazing food! Great for vegetarians. Our server Isaac was super friendly and helpful, and considerate of dietary restrictions.

So glad my friends and I were able to get reservations here so last minute. All the staff were so accommodating, attentive and kind! Especially our waiter Abdul, he was very kind and made our experience here very nice! Food was absolutely delicious as well!

2025-10-09 Noemi as our waitress, amazing all the way! Funny, professional and has an eye for the customer in the best way possible. Recommend this place for a chill date, or even a loud party dinner with friends. 10/10.

Da Andrea is an incredible place, I love Italian and it blew my away. The best part here was their service, which I feel is hard to come by. Edison was a wonderful server. I would not have known he was new in any way- would absolutely eat here again

This restaurant could have been 5/5 - it started that way with our first course (and the service which was excellent). We shared mussels - so, so good. This set the scene for our pasta courses, such high expectations were dashed away when the food arrived. My carbonara was ‘claggy’ and the pasta was not el dente as it should be. It was edible but I wouldn’t order it again. My husband’s squid ink pasta and shell fish was almost inedible - the problem was the pasta was drowning in watery-shellfish water plus there was little if any seasoning. Tragic dish - I can only imagine how it was thrown together without care. Such simple things to rectify but alas we left disappointed.

Had a wonderful experience here. The atmosphere was warm, and cozy, and the food was exceptional. I ordered the Ravioli Di Crostacei and it was perfect— creamy and cheesy. The service and staff were excellent. They were all polite friendly and hospitable. Our server Isaac was especially great he was patient, friendly and even helped us take pictures. 10/10 experience. Definitely recommend coming here.

Consistently delivers outstanding Northern Italian dishes (esp the pasta, polippo and specials), served with courtesy, efficiency and personality in a warm, welcoming atmosphere. We travel annually in Italy and the dishes here are far superior, and more authentic than, 99% of the ‘Italian’ restaurants in NY

Good service, amazing food and drinks! Isaac was our server and he was amazing! The food came out very quick and the drinks hit the spot!

My husband and I had a lovely experience here. The service was outstanding and the food was from another world. We will be coming back and def. recommend it.

The service was lovely. Lots of energy buzzing around with a combination of locals and visitors. Feels like European bistro. The homemade pastas were excellent.

Great Italian while visiting New York. Both the pasta dishes my husband and I ate were fantastic and my son’s filet was great! The atmosphere just wonderful. Walking up the the flower covered sidewalk was magical. Such a beautiful touch. Our waiter was a little slow at times, but overall did fine. We would definitely go back again!

Where can I start? Came here out of the blue with the Mrs. and stumbled upon this lovely place. The Mussels were cooked perfectly in a warm tomato base. My lady ordered the seafood pesto dish which was delightful and I the Carbonara which was elegant. Definitely coming back here again. Service was excellent, with Tatianna was truly welcoming!

Great drinks and italian food! Awesome spot to grab a strong drink, and not too loud to have a great conversation. They tiramisu was delicious!

Excellent Service attended us Vicente friendly; gave us the option to make changes to the menu for our diet; the Chef Migliano prepared us a delicious Bronzino was Bruch time; but they gave us the opportunity to switch to the Luch! The place super nice ; clean and all very attentive

Beautiful Italian restaurant in West Village. Super cozy and inviting, perfect for date nights or a girls night like myself. There was no wait time to be seated since it was a Monday night. The food was exquisite and the drinks did not disappoint. For two entres, two drinks & a dessert it came out to be a little over $100, which isn’t out of the ordinary in the city. Carlos was our server for the evening, I can only say his attentiveness & recommendations only added to our experience. I will definitely be back since it’s so close to my home.

One of the most gorgeous restaurants I’ve been to. This is a West Village staple. Staff, drinks and food are impecable. Wendel was so attentive and welcoming, and guided us to some local spots for drinks later that night. I’ve been back twice since!

Professional, caring staff. Made the experience special. Food was very good. Seemed traditional Italian. Dessert was excellent!

Edison made our experience so special. He went above and beyond with his service and hospitality. I would come back not just because of how amazing the atmosphere is but also how great Edison was!

Had an evening reservation on Christmas night. Food was nothing to write home about. Service was average. Tool a while to get our main courses. Prices were a bit high for the size plates that we got, which were not exactly abbondante.

Have been coming here for the past 2 years. It is always a pleasant experience. Definitely one of my favorite restaurants in the city.

Had a fabulous lunch with my friend! The decor is super Christmassy and festive. The service was amazing, Isaac our waiter was super attentive and helpful with the menu. Highly recommend as a NY native. They also gave me scissors which was a super random request lol

Isaac was amazing and so accommodating. He made our first time here amazing. Love him! And the food was delicious. And the drinks were delicious. Bread was delicious. I tried anchovy for the first time in the Caesar salad!

Amazing food, atmosphere and service. Isaac was a wonderful server. The Carbonara and Chocolate cake were great. Will be coming back soon.

Super delicious food and friendly service. We sat outside under the patio heater, great experience Everyone liked the food. clean and nice

Pretty nice spot with outdoor seating available. Good sized menu with plenty of options to choose from. Staff were knowledgeable and friendly. Portion sizes were decent for a upper scale restaurant.

The food was amazing! I really recommend the mussles aperitif, so flavorful! Tatiana took amazing care of us as well. Definitely worth coming back.

Very friendly and welcoming and staff went above and beyond. We came twice on our visit to New York and loved the food.lovely to see so many locals and tourists in one place

Charming restaurant, beautifully decorated for the holidays. Staff were very friendly and service was great! Especially our server, Edison, who helped make our birthday celebration a special one.

I went to da Andrea with my wife for our 6 years of anniversary everything was great, the food was delicious, and service was great

The food was simply fantastic! Cannot wait for our next visit, loved Isaac as our waiter! Truly a great experience and fantastic food/pasta!

It was my partner and I and Nelson and Carlos attended and it was a magnificent evening. It was all very good and we were treated phenomenal. We will repeat without a doubt.

Amazing atmosphere and fabulous food! Service exceeded our expectations and their recommendations were spot on! Overall, we had an amazing night and can’t wait to go back!

The food was excellent, service was exceptional and the location is perfect. Great lunch with my Dad during our NYC trip.

Had dinner here with a friend while on a business trip, and it was fantastic. The ravioli really hit the spot — fresh, flavorful, and perfectly cooked. Great service and a cozy vibe. We’ll definitely be back!

The food is so yummy (I recommend the pesto cavatelli and salmon). Isaac was so kind and made sure we had a great meal and experience.

Huge shoutout to the chef at Da Andrea! The veal parmigiana was incredible — perfectly cooked and full of flavor. Great vibes and awesome food all around!

Food was delicious and staff is super friendly especially Isaac was great! He made our lunch fun and pleasant!!! I would definitely come back here again

My husband and I had one request while in the city and that was to have some really good Italian food. Unfortunately this restaurant did not provide us with that experience. We did not have a reservation and the host was nice us enough to accommodate us and have us sat within seconds of walking up. I ordered the carbonara and it was the worst I’ve ever had. Within probably 3 minutes of ordering our food, our meals were brought to our table which is really probably a large part of the problem. They working so fast to turnover tables that the food suffers. The wait staff was friendly and attentive but the food just was not good. We won’t be returning.

This place has very nice atmosphere, all food that we tried was good. I got proposed during the dinner, and we got complimentary dessert form on a house. Friendly stuff! Gets busy very quick so make sure to make a reservation!

Following a visit to the Quad Theater (across the street from this phenomenal restaurant), we arrived a little early for dinner reservations. The staff, however, was very accommodating and seated us early for what would be a memorable dinner. We opted to sit inside (as opposed to on the sidewalk in the make-shift al fresco canopy) and it proved to be cooler and very comfortable. The decor is a little dark and minimal lighting from overhead fixtures and table candles challenged the eyes, a little, but our server was able to clearly relay the daily specials and answer questions about the regular menu. Our table of three opted to share a carpaccio di manzo with arugula salad and a Caesar salad. Combined with the fresh bread and olive oil, this was a great start to the meal. Both dishes were generous in size and featured fresh and nicely seasoned ingredients. Appetizers and salads (like everything else) have become pricier, but these were flavorful and generous enough, that they are well worth the price. Known for their fresh made pasta, I opted for the potato gnocchi in a Gorgonzola sauce. It was absolutely AMAZING. The little gnocchi pillows were fluffy, light, and silky smooth. The Gorgonzola sauce was perfectly balanced and this pungent cheese never overwhelmed the dish. As Bob Ross might say "these were happy little clouds of potato perfection in a creamy sauce." Spinach ravioli filled with truffle mushroom ricotta was another standout favorite. The pasta, again, was perfectly prepared and the ricotta mixture light and flavorful. The service throughout the night was attentive and professional and the staff allowed us more than ample time to finish our drinks and enjoy the ambiance of the restaurant. This is simply one of the best Italian restaurants that we have enjoyed in New York.

Visited twice during our 10 day break in NYC. Great food and hospitality service from Adele. Thoroughly recommend 👍❤️

Loved Da Andrea! The lamb shank was super tender and the ravioli vitello was delicious. Great service and cozy vibe — can’t wait to go back!

Vincent was excellent! Food and service was exquisite. Great place to go for a nice dinner and a comfy spot. Highly recommend!!

More expensive than it should be. .Beautiful outside dining space was not available. .

Cozy restaurant in Greenwich Village with delicious homemade pasta and friendly service. A great spot for a relaxed dinner!

While I have not eaten here for sometime, I expected a good dining experience when I came here for a restaurant week lunch. To my surprise, I was not initially given a restaurant week menu, but had to ask for one. I ordered the Barata for starters, followed by chicken scallopini. The Barata was fine, but the scallopini was a disaster. The chickien was tough and tasteless and the mashed potatoes that came with it was not very good. If the purpose of restaurant week is to introduce people to a new dining experience with the expectation that the diner will return, this clearly was not the case in this instance. I would urge the restaurant to take restaurant week more seriously and to improve the culinary experience offered to customers. In all, this was a disappointing experience.

The manager was very inviting, sat me outside immediately. My waiter Isaac was friendly and incredibly helpful in choosing what food to eat. The food was delicious. I had the salmon and they were able to give me the Gluten Free pasta on the side. The total vibe is professional yet inviting and the food is DELICIOUS. Saving on my New York guide of restaurants and definitely coming back!

Another fantastic experience at Da Andrea! Isaac and Polene took great care of us. Highly recommend for service and the best Italian ♥️

Terrible service!!! After requesting water 4 times from the countless waiters we had to ask the manager directly for a bottle of water since the appetizer had already been served and also consumed. We had to change tables due to a fan being pointed in our faces... the situation got worse as they moved us to a table where the air conditioner motor was blowing hot air directly onto our backs! It's a shame because the quality of the food is acceptable. P.s. we asked for Andrea but didn't receive it.

I love my favorite place da Andrea , love the way they treat every time I came with my wife either to Celebrate any special occasion or not staff will always take care of you.

The eggplant appetizer and meatballs were excellent. The lemon fettuccini was fine. Service was attentive and the atmosphere was decent.

Best cozy dinner with amazing ambiance and food!! Order the pappardelle and red wine and you will not be disappointed. Great service

I had an amazing experience at the restaurant, Isaac was an amazing server and was available at all times. I’d definitely come back.

Issac was the best waiter. The restaurant was the perfect vibe for the winter time. Food was delicious we had appetizers dinner and dessert with wine

Isaac was an amazing server! He took care of us very well and made sure we got everything we wanted on time. The food was amazing and the drinks unreal.

Amazing experience , food was delicious and the staff very friendly . Very nice place ! We hit recommend it if you are traveling to NYC and it s also a very nice location , close the Washington Square

The restaurant is very well located in Manhattan, the statement is cute, the flowers and wood give a cozy style, it is good choice for a quiet dinner. The food is good and have good prices to be Manhattan.

Made a reservation a week ago; our reservation was for last night (Sat-Jan-20) at 8:15. We arrived shortly before 8:15, but had to wait 40+ minutes for a table, outside in the freezing cold, along with several others who also had reservations. Apparently, the outside dining section clients did not want to sit outside, so management moved them indoors, which completely threw off the reservations - bad management. When we finally got seated, the food was mediocre at best (for example, the fettuccine dish was mostly sauce and hardly any fettuccine). Won't go back and don't recommend.

We had an amazing experience at Da Andrea Ristorante! Everything was delicious and felt truly authentic. Our server, Issac, made the night even better—he was kind, attentive, and gave fantastic recommendations. The entire meal was fresh, flavorful, and beautifully prepared. Highly recommend this spot if you’re looking for genuine Italian in the city. Five stars!!!

I went to a date night with wife everything was fabulous from greeting to dessert. We will be definitely be back and I would never stop recommending da Andrea to all my friends

The service was incredible! Getting seated was simple despite not having a reservation. Our server Issac was great at recommending items on the menu and checking in on us. The pasta was just like Toscana. I will definitely be back! You must go here if you’re in the area!

Wonderful experience! The food was great and the service was amazing. Issac, our server, did a great job of giving us recs and making sure our experience was a great time. The decor and atmosphere in the restaurant is very intimate, making it a great spot for a nice, special occasion.

Isaac was simply a delight. The food, service and atmosphere were all impeccable. I’ve gone here for so many occasions and it never disappoints!

What an amazing experience! The food was incredible, and the managers and bar staff were outstanding… super friendly and attentive. They recommended both the wine and the dishes, and everything was spot on! 🫶🏽

Amazing dinner with my boyfriend, great quality food, quick and kind service. Abdel was an absolute gem of a server, he offered us free dessert and explained the specials with passion and love. We absolutely will be back. Highly recommend the cappuccino!

Service and food were both excellent! Nice atmosphere! Would definitely recommend and tell my friends to go as well!!!

What a great restaurant to have a business meeting on Wednesday night , very authentic Italian food with great selection of wine dessert also was delicious, service was great staff always accommodating. Will definitely return and will recommend it to other friend as well

I had such an amazing experience. The food was so delicious and drinks even better. Isaac was the best server, he was so catering and friendly! Definitely coming back soon

We had an absolutely delicious meal. Our server was Vincent and he was very attentive and friendly. 10/10 would come again.

Our experience with Tatiana was nothing short of amazing! She was so kind to us and provided exceptional service. The food was fantastic!

We had a wonderful time in the cozy, charming restaurant that is Da Andrea. The pasta was filling and decadent and our server Abdel was knowledgeable and so kind. I would recommend Da Andrea to anyone living in or visiting NYC for its authentic flavors of Italy!

We went to eat my wife and I and ordered some delicious fruit di mare, the attention and professionalism of the waiter José and his partner Steve was excellent. Very friendly and Service of 10. We'll be back for sure.

Awesome from start to finish. Great service, the food came out promptly and was one of the highest quality, best tasting meals on this trip to NYC. Cannot go wrong choosing Da Andrea on W 13th.

My favorite restaurant in this city. Incredibly delicious Porcini ravioli paired with an Aperol Spritz and a table next to the garden - a recipe for a perfect evening! Server Magdalena was so polite and helpful!! I will definitely come back again.

Everything fabulous. Old school Italian place in the heart of New York city is jammed with noisy customers. The service is crisp, humorous, and well informed. The food is awesome. I had the soup, i don't know what it was, but it was great. Order a glass of the red Montepulciano at 15 bucks. Smooth! The chocolate cake was ridiculous! Get that. and maybe the best espresso in NYC.

Pretty good!! The service was great! We got the carbonara, which was pretty good but was a little rich, and the bolognese. We also got three crème brûlée and the chocolate walnut cake which was delicious

Excellent experience. Great food great service. Tiramisu to die for. The tigelle was fantastic. Isaac treated us well

I’ve been coming to this spot everytime I’m not in New York, and it feels like home! The service is incredible (specifically Edison did a fantastic job taking care of us which included free limoncello and cookies), the atmosphere is warm and cozy, and the FOOD! Handmade pasta is hard to beat. The spinach ravioli is the best.

I was there last with my family they took care of me and my family as well. Good and service was great.i will definitely recommend da Andrea Greenwhich

Great food and atmosphere. Great service too. Had the black bass. Came with someone else. Didn't wait long. Good atmosphere too

Issac was phenomenal! This was some of the best ravioli i’ve had. We also had the espresso martinis which were great. Can’t wait to come back!

Da Andrea was awesome! The salmon was perfectly cooked. Great service and chill atmosphere! The food was not only delicious but beautifully presented and served at just the right pace. It’s clear that great care goes into selecting quality ingredients and preparing each dish with passion. Andreas is a shining example of excellence in hospitality and cuisine. Congratulations to the entire team for delivering such exceptional service!

The atmosphere is really good and perfect for a night after work. The food is also amazing with many specials to choose from. The staff is very attentive and detailed.

Great food, great atmosphere, lovely staff! Had the pasta and burrata to share, had a bottle of wine. Very reasonably priced. Really recommend for a chill dinner experience.

I'm giving this one a five because we experienced great food and excellent service in a gorgeous setting. That's enough for me~ First, this review is based on a Sunday brunch experience. Second, we ate in the outside heated space, which one sees all over the city now. It was beautifully decorated and, although a very cold day, we were totally comfortable. I had the lobster benedict, which was two perfectly prepared eggs on a lobster "cake" and a really good hollandaise. Others had the polenta and eggs and two different pastas, which I tasted. The truffle pasta was amazing. We were immediately brought a basket of wonderful bread when we sat down and the service was attentive throughout. There were very few people sitting in the outdoor area and more arrived as time went by, but it never felt crowded. I don't know what it's like inside. The decor is gorgeous. I also loved that our waiter was really Italian and I could speak to him in Italian. Buonissimo!

We had such a great experience! Our server Yanny was incredibly helpful and knowledgeable. He guided us through the menu, recommended the best dishes, and explained each plate in detail. His suggestions were spot on, and you could tell he truly knew and loved the food. Excellent service and amazing meal!

Visited this amazing neighbourhood Italian on our last trip to NYC and we weren’t disappointed. Despite being mid week, the place was packed and reservations are strongly recommended. The food had an authentic taste of Italy, the cocktails were amazing and wine pairing spot on One of our party couldn’t decide between two of the pasta dishes, so the waiter said, we will make you half of each. Now that’s service and accommodating. Well done Team Da Andrea.

Beautiful decor outside and absolutely delicious food & wine! Our service was fantastic as well! Polina was our server. Super friendly along with everyone else that came to our table! Brussel sprout salad, chicken and tuna entrees! Dessert, red wine! We couldn’t ask for anything more!

The food was out of this world. We got the mussels appetizer and shared the pesto seafood pasta and lamb shank. The lamb was so tender and it came with a delicious risotto. The pasta was great and I loved the flavor. Good service and overall a great experience.

Come to Da Andrea all the time. It’s a special place ,The people working there are so nice & friendly ,especially after coming back several time, they remember you and treat you like a dear family member. The restaurant is like homey feel, very comfortable and cozy. The food is very tasty and they will make sure that you are happy with it. I had Octopus appetizer & Ossobuco with a Cavatelli pomodoro was both outstanding Bravi tutti !I I would highly recommend

I came here with my friends for a dinner and some drinks and we all had such an amazing night! Isaac was our server and he did such a wonderful job at taking care of us. The food is 10/10 the ambience is so comforting and our drinks were fantastic!!!!! I recommend the desert bloom :)

Perfect for a romantic evening—Da Andrea’s warm glow, thoughtful service, and incredible food made our night. The spinach pappardelle was divine, and the swordfish in lemon caper sauce was flawless.

Everything was perfect. I had the spaghetti alla carbonate that I truly recommend. River, his co-workers and manager were absolutely fantastic! I'll definitely come back. PS: I'm a cheese lover so I had extra extra extra cheese^^

Tatiana our server was great. Food was good. Nice portion size. I had the uovo dish and the foccacia bread was great. I’ll be back.

Great experience! The food was delicious and the atmosphere is very enjoyable and cozy. One of the best places we went to in NYC. Edison was our server and was very attentive and friendly. Would definitely recommend.

I came to NYC from ATL for my 40th birthday 🎂 and this hospitality was the best I have ever had. The food, cannot be topped. When I come back I will absolutely be back here
Great place!
I went to this restaurant with my friend for her birthday celebration and the atmosphere was really seasonally decorated. I came in the winter time and the lights outside were very pretty. My waiter Issac was super informative and friendly. He gave off good vibes. The food recommendation he made was very tasty. Great place to celebrate!
