This was my first time in an Eataly. This one was located on the top floor of the Westfield Mall in the World Trade Center, at the top of the escalators. The place was a combination of a market, supermarket, deli and restaurant. There were quite a few things to look at. There was a food court section where you could grab some items from the stalls in the area. There was even an area where you can watch them make fresh mozzarella. I thought it was a really nice place to walk around if you enjoy food. I did try to get some sweet treats at the pastry area but they weren't able to break a large note so I had to go without the snack.

Eataly never fails to please, and this downtown Manhattan location is no exception. Our server, Ricardo, showed perfect hospitality and the service was prompt and the food prepared to perfection. Favorite dishes included the pesto Genovese gnocchi, fru fru pizza and rucola salad. Desserts at the pastry counter- especially the make-your-own-canoli - were delicious as well. One of our favorite Italian restaurants of all time and a highlight of our trip to Manhattan!

I'm fairly certain that if there's a heaven, it looks just like Eataly. I could spend all day there, and evidently all my money too. To me, this is grocery store. Not a restaurant. I don't know if I could eat there because of food allergies. But shopping there is my favorite. Just like the one on 23rd St, it has all kinds of fun things to keep you poking around. Just be sure to check prices on everything if that matters to you, because there's certainly no bargains here. Everything I've gotten is amazing, but I'm not sure 6 small chicken meatballs were worth $9. Or one langoustine should cost $25. Also, Eataly, you need MUCH better signage. We spent longer looking for the store than we did IN the store. And we were not the only ones. We found other people along the way also horribly lost. And of course the store is a huge maze. I repeatedly found myself in awkward positions from going the wrong way, and then seeing other things across the room and wondering, how'd I miss that!? I do appreciate the amount of Gluten-free options in certain items and how well-marked it all is. I do wish there were dairy-free cheeses. If there were, I didn't find them.

Had a lovely lunch, the pizzas were delicious and the service was very friendly. It's great with kids and only a two minute walk to one world center and 9/11 memorial

Love this Italian market with all the great Italian tasted from hand stretched Mozarella to gelato. The selection of Italian foods is great, lots of things are made on premises, cafes and restaurants are lovely, decor includes a lot of good informative pieces. Can spend good amount of time inside walking and tasting. The smells and colors are great. Love this place.

We happened by chance in this place on a rainy day and we had two really good pasta dishes, spaghetti Bolognese and carbonara. There are more indoor venues, from ice cream parlour, pastry shop, Lavazza cafe (finally a real coffee) and Italian pasta

We were in the area and decided to drop by to check out the delicious food. So many things I wanted to eat but couldn't... Home made pasta you can take home for dinner? Amazing. We had just eaten lunch but had room for dessert so got some gelato which was delicious. It was fun to walk around all the food, it's like a foodie's playground. If I lived in New York I would definitely be doing part of my shopping here.

Bathroom disgusting and dirty, Had to go down one level to use the bathroom, by the time I came back the pizza I ordered was cold! Told the Manager, he apologised, said it was the first time he heard this which I find difficult to believe. He then said desert was in the house. At the end of the meal I got a full bill including desert and highlighted that I should pay service charge minimum 20%. Never going back!

Stopped in with friends while visiting the 9/11 memorial. Great food, and fantastic drinks! Loved it all…Pera cocktail, bruschetta, tortellini classici and meatballs. Highly recommend

A fun and vibrant experience, starting with a walk through their impressive selection of Italian products before reaching the restaurant. The atmosphere is fantastic—bright, lively, and overlooking the trade centre and 9/11 museum. The food was decent overall; the spaghetti pomodoro was simple but enjoyable, while the prosciutto, though flavorful, could have used some accompaniments to balance the saltiness. Service could have been more attentive, but the highlight was definitely the affogato, which I highly recommend. A good spot for the ambience and dessert, but don't expect too much.

Great food and great service. Loved the precautions taken with the ongoing pandemic. Food was fresh and delicious.

Coming from someone who has lived in Italy for 8 years of their life, this is the best Italian food I have had outside of the country. The cannoli are very tasty and I strongly recommend any of their pastas. The prices are reasonable for the quality and portions. Do not hold back from visiting this restaurant.

Amazing pasties. Book as there are many people during meal times. Special recommendation with profiteroles

Was shopping for a few things during the special sale promo Got to cashier none of the same prices came up When I saw total I mentioned I got a few extra things because they were on sale shouldn’t be that high he responded well that’s what’s coming up I need to go to lunch so I suggest you take photos and come to see next cashier with pictures if prices ring up the same Wow was stunned told him out my stuff back in the basket I ll figure it out

Amazing food and great service, even on a busy night! I went there for dinner after visiting the One World Observatory and ordered the Rigatoni Alla Carbonara, which was absolutely delicious.

If you are coming from The Oculus, you may discover that the signs are either not present or contradictory. Even if you wind up going in circles and deciding to leave a trail of bread crumbs to make sure you know which of the endless routes you have already taken, keep trying! Once you find the restaurant, you will be rewarded with a great view (assuming you reserved and/or requested a window table) and a great meal.

The quality/price ratio is not there at all! First of all, the welcome… Very very average: we were disturbing… We were very, very well placed, that I leave! I wanted to be tempted by a glass of wine: $16 the price! No no it's going to be okay... 2 Parma ham pizzas certainly good but… not exceptional! The dough is not that good! $27 each… What particularly annoyed me was the desire to make you pay: we arrive: Sparkling water? No, no, it'll be fine (no prices for non-alcoholic drinks on the menu!) $6 for ginger and $8 for ice tea! A glass of wine ? No no at more than $60 per bottle, very basic (I'm particularly familiar with it) A dessert ? No, a coffee please… I regret it: $4 and not very good… Etc. Tips ? We charge you a minimum of 20%! STOP! We got it for almost $80 without starter and dessert. Oh yes… they don’t have spicy olive oil… Go buy a slice at a REAL Italian restaurant. Some Italians next to us (yes I understand the language) were not happy with the portions (ridiculous) and the cooking… There’s just the view…

My margharita pizza was so soggy in the middle of it, not enough cheese, 2 slices without cheese (I payed $20). The gnocchi portion was so small for $23, in Italy the portions are generous(so don't call it eataly) and the truffle pizza was $32. The place was so loud! I'll never go there again, ever. It was an awful experience.

We enjoyed eating at La Pizza & La Pasta at Eately. It was a fantastic choice for charcuterie, pizza, and drinks. My husband got a delicious gin cocktail, Tramonto, and I had a great Chianti. Our 3 year old ate more pizza than I expected 😂 We plan to visit our local Eately in the future now that we know there is one nearby.

We were looking for a place to eat after a day sightseeing on Liberty Island and Ellis Island. This Eataly is on the third floor of a modern building in the World Trade Centre complex surrounded by an attractive food market. It is only a short walk from Battery Park and Statue Cruises, from Wall Street and, of course, from the WTC 9/11 Memorial. The restaurant has large picture windows with good views. We were pleased that we found this place, the food was very good. Servers were helpful - thank you Michelle P. I had an excellent seafood pasta, the bucatini pescatora. Very tasty! One of our party had the fish special which again was excellent and my wife really enjoyed the Insalata Genovese with added chicken. This place is not cheap, but well worth the visit.

Visited with my family and we ordered pizza and pasta. Both were super good. The pizza crust was so fresh, it felt like the pizza melted in our mouthes. The staff was also very kind and friendly

not really a restaurant more of a canteen experience . meals arrived at different times, inattentive staff, we had to reuse cutlery for each course. food was good, view was great.

We have been to this restaurant several times and we see it in decline; the first times, before the pandemic, it had good attention, both as an admission for allotment of table and by the staff of waiters; but gradually it was losing quality and on the occasion of this visit the experience was not pleasant; in the reception was a very bad lady who assigned us place; after a long wait, no one came to take the order and we were about to leave; we ordered pasta and to add cheese, after calling several times, a waiter passed with a grater and passed him twice (nothing more than twice!) a piece of Parmesan whose few strands did not even look over the linguini; also ordered two glasses of wine that turned out to be of very little content; having been long and unpleasant the experience decided two things, to dispense with dessert and never return again.

Fresh Mood, but the Service and quality of the products is not at the top level. View wonderful, staff poorly trained and not particularly helpful.

The worst overpriced bland food. Calamari had only few pieces in it. Did not have steak entrees (first said grill was broke, then said ran out)and would not allow coworker to get higher priced steak dish at same price. Other dish was $21 more. Overcharge on bill until pointed. Would never go there again and am recommending all I know to not go there. Should be driven out of business. Should get 0 stars

2 Margarita Pizzas, 2 small bowls of pasta and some focaccia and tap water cost us $100 dollars along with a suggested gratuity of $18 dollars . Pasta was well cooked but portion was so small it was gone in ten minutes. Wine prices were crazy. If we spent an hour there that was all. I would not go again.

We had lunch twice at Eataly, an Italian foodmarket with fantastic products. We ate at Vino... a spacious, light restaurant in the middle of the foodmarket. Food is good. I recommend the daily fast-lunch menu, a 2 course meal for appr. $17,- with a various choice of starters and main courses.

Fast service, delicious good, fantastic view and atmosphere with live music on a Saturday night - hope to be back some day.

Eataly complex very well set up, with several restaurant options, grocery stores, ice cream parlors and cafes. We opted for Vino &... Service, food (pasta) and wine were to our liking. The price is as expected, considering the NY cost and the suggested minimum tip of 20%.

This is an Italian market, deli, grocery, pizza shop, coffee shop, and restaurant all rolled into one. You can grab a quick bite or get everything you need to cook a nice meal at home. On this visit, we ate in the dine-in restaurant with a nice view overlooking the 911 Memorial site. Our food was delicious and the service was excellent.

My kids and I visited this restaurant recently. Food, service, atmosphere- everything was on top level. We had pizza, steak and pasta. I loved it.

A small plate of caccio e pepe not so bad but not so really exciting. Small portion and probably better at home. Plate of Bolognese or Pesto looked like better. Probably an other time I'll come back if I haven't an other choice.

La Pizza and La Pasta Excellent service. Very good food. Nice wine. Plenty of choice at Eataly. Fast and efficient service with good advice on matching wine to food. Meals very nice.

Caprese salad was amazing. Olive oil for the bread was so good. We enjoyed our meals and the service was excellent.

My sister was visiting NYC for the first time, after walking all morning we went to have a late lunch at Eataly WTC, my sister was a little dizzy and dehydrated and her right foot was extremely swollen; I told her to have a seat at the Pizza Pasta side while I went to the hostess’s to get a table assigned. The manager at this place named Cassandra, came over to tell me she couldn’t go and seat down, as I started to explain the situation to her, she rudely turned and ignored me to go follow my sister screaming miss, miss! She was very belligerent and aggressive totally rude. I pointed to her that it was not the way to treat their customers and that I was not sure I wanted to eat there anymore to what she shrugged her shoulders as an I don’t care signal. I will not use the race card but my sister did not speak English and is on the darker skin side, I wonder if Cassandra would had been as rude if she would had been a white person. My sister couldn't walk anymore so we decided to take a table and they sat us by the window with the sun hitting us on the face, my waiter (who gave us great service by the way) had the blinds down and 10 minutes later Ms. Cassandra came and reopened them again, leaving us to eat with the heat and the sun eating us. Food was delicious but we rushed to get out of there. This person should not be facing the public, maybe not even working in Hospitality, she is attempting against your profitability as customers will definitely turn away upon such and unwelcoming reception. You were extremely and unnecessarily rude and unprofessional Cassandra!

Service was okay but not amazing- annoyingly waiter added the tip on to our bill but not the table next to us- would have like to have chosen out tip. Lasagna came out 10 minutes before the other food so was left with one of our party eating alone. No one checked back on our food and we had to ask for the bill- no dessert or further drinks offered. Poor service compared to other places we had been in NYC. Quite expensive too so disappointed. The music being played was not suited to the restaurant either. Would not go again or recommend to family and friends.

The staff were friendly and helpful as we attempted to read the mostly Italian menu. The food arrived promptly, but we didn't feel rushed to eat. It was apparent the food was homemade, but it was missing anything to set it apart from other Italian restaurants.

Absolutely superb food. Had linguine with clams and Tuscan Bean Soup one night, paparadelli with wild boar ragu the next. Each one was mouthwatering and cooked to perfection

You will find everything in this place. Flawless market, the best. The restaurant is good. Go for the Pizza, the steak tartare and some salad.

I’m not sure how popular on unpopular this place is but I felt thankful we managed to find a table. The place is not what you would call big, at least the seating area. It is also not the most comfortable food court, especially for wheelchairs; tables are not spacious and the area is tight, if you’re bringing any backpack or shopping bag with you, it only gets worse. Needless to say, Eataly is Italian-food oriented, and I think it does not disappoint. Although we’re talking New York City here, and we all know about its little Italy district, if you’re wandering around the financial district, Eataly delivers a consistent place for a quick, tasty, and affordable bite that will help you keep on the move. Average is in no way a bad rating, be mindful this is just a food court.

The pizza was unexpectedly good. Service was a little slow but the restaurant was very crowed. The salids were excellent and could have been dinner but who can go to New York and not order pizza? We ate around 7:30 p.m. and couldnot find an open reaurant. We stumbled onto the Eataly after walking around the World Trade Center Plaza. This was a great find and will definitely come back.

We had such a positive experience. We stubbles on to this site when we we’re in the WTC. It’s easy to be overwhelmed. We wandered into a quiet spot and there was a man making fresh mozzarella. I was explaining it to my kids and he offered us a sample. My kids thought it tasted like a cheese stick but I appreciate the service. Next, we went to the restaurant. We didn’t have a reservation but we we’re seated very quickly. The kids had butter pasta and a pizza shaped like a bunny. It got more crowded when we ended up leaving. It was probably the most expensive lunch, but for the amount of food and the fact we were in NYC it was worth it. We decided to get a dessert from one of the counters. They had about 6 choices. But the main behind the counter pointed out another counter and there were so many choices. We ended up getting a sample of 5 pieces and enjoyed every piece. It was somewhat crowded but not overwhelming. We were able to maneuver a foldable stroller with little issue through the store.

Expensive with meager portions. Soggy pizza and small bowls of pasta. $60 is cheapest bottle of very average wine. We had an ok charcuterie tray but we had to buy bread. Meh.

My experience at Eataly was infuriating from start to finish. I waited in the designated line only to be met at the register by a brusque employee who snapped that I should’ve ordered from a server—information nobody bothered to share before I queued up. Their condescending tone, zero apology, and total lack of assistance made me feel like an unwelcome nuisance rather than a customer. For a place that prides itself on Italian hospitality, this was shockingly amateurish and rude—I won’t be wasting my time or money here again.

Come here on our bus tour. So glad we did. The place is like a large market with multiple stations to get fresh pasta, pastries, and all sorts of gifts. Our friends bought us gluten free pasta, so we were really excited for this visit. Again we got gluten free pasta at a great price under $7, as well as Panettone, fused olive oil, and other stuff. We only had a limited amount of time, so you'll want to spend at least 90 minutes or longer if you want to eat something before shopping. We also got there around 10ish and a lot of the stands didn't open until 11 for fresh pasta. I think it's a good place to shop and things were not over priced. They have the best gluten free pasta and bread I've ever tasted, so much so we already ordered stuff from their website.

OK-ish for lunch. Would not seat us until the whole party ( of 3 ) was there. Common, I guess, but strange as place wasn't that busy. Gnocchi was good, but at somebody mentioned, portions are European like, beware if real hungry :). Not cheap.

Good place for lunch. Personal pizzas are tasty and just the right size. Salad was very good. Service was attentive. Not too many choices for lunch in this part of the city. A lot of places shut because of COVID. Would dine here again

First visit to an Eataly. I was impressed with the market area and variety of items to purchase. We had dinner in the formal dining room. Staff was attentive, pleasant and professional. Our food was delivered in a timely manner. However the children's pasta was not too appetizing (just noodles in butter) and was not enough for my 10 & 12 year old grandsons. We had to order bread to fill them up!! My ravioli was delicious. We went to get dessert after wandering around following our meal and I was disappointed that they had run out of the filling for the cannoli.

Hi, we have been here for diner at it was quite good but nothing special. The food arrived fast and the location directly next to the 9/11 Memorial is good but that was basically it.

Wowser!!!! We found this place by accident. Located near Westfield near world trade centre next to H&M entry Go straight up the escalators to Italy heaven Seriously Kinda posh market feel Groceries Wine Cheeses Coffee Gelato Meats Fruit and veg Flowers Pasta Lovely and cool Clean toilets Highly recommended

We were a group of 14, including 2 kids. We ordered pizza, lasagna and pasta. Everyone loved their meal. Size of pasta dishes were on the small side though. The manager of the restaurant could be a bit more courteous. We had to change tables and she didn’t take the change of plans too well. Our waiter was super nice and knowledgeable, especially about wine recommendations. Clean, beautiful view and high quality food.

Disappointment. Food and service not up to scratch and hefty bill. “Caesar salad” without flavor. Minimal wine list. To be avoided.

The beef short rib Ragu stole the show! Everyone’s food was tasty, but the ragu was really, really good! I’ve never thought of using roasted short rib meat in a sauce like that, but it works beautifully!

Two parts to Eataly: the front which sells quick meals and the full service restaurant hidden in the rear which also overlooks the WTC memorial & museum which makes it convenient before or after a visit. Wide selection of Italian items. Went with the AGNOLOTTI DEL PLIN AL PARMIGIANO (pork & veal filled pasta). Food arrived timely, wait service was excellent, a positive experience. Will return on future visits to NYC.

So expensive, small portions, unfriendly waiters, salade Dressing just too acid, bread was the only good thing. Never again!

Without a doubt the place to find truly Italian raw materials in NY. We took tagliatelle Bolognese (cooked just right and with a tasty sauce) and a Norcia and mushroom and buffalo mozzarella pizza whose dough was very light and the ingredients excellent. Followed by a slice of very fresh swordfish, not dry and plated to perfection, with an exceptional salad of cherry tomatoes, spinach, white and red lettuce and capers. Drink a bottle of water. Price appropriate for the location and the Big Apple.

We come here every year when we can. This year was for my birthday. Food was delicious. We ate there 3 different times during our stay. The host Qwen - I hope that is how you spell her name. She was super friendly and noticed we had been there before. Richardo D was our server - awesome service. Never a bad experience here - we will definitely come back.

We tried a few food halls in NYC and while this one was nice, it wasn't our favourite. There is a good amount of choice, but it's all expensive compared to the other markets, but it's also the only one in the area! Still, the food was nice, as was the choice of products to buy.

The premade pizza is really yummy! The area itself was a bit of a cluster and the signs in the WTC aren’t too helpful but once found the food was good and a good option for that area.

Location is nice and pizzas are good, but the impression was spoiled by added $25 to the check for additional truffles on a bruschetta. The price for the addition was not mentioned anywhere, and the manager wouldn't even say sorry. A bit of a scam, which is a pity.

A friend in Brisbane recommended Eaterly and just visiting Eaterly is an experience in itself with every conceivable food, ingredient and utensils associated with Italian cuisine for sale. We decided on a la carte dining and weren't disappointed. A nice ambience, delicious food and attentive service all contributed to a very enjoyable lunch experience. It's not cheapest Italian restaurant, but we found it to be a worthwhile experience, especially taking our time after eating to explore the many different sections spread across the floor.

Nice restaurant at the foot of the World Trade Center, well decorated. The menu offers a beautiful variety of dishes, like pasta with excellent mushrooms!! Rates are still expensive. A lot of people that night so service in slow motion, the boss was present to control and it was to him that we had to ask the dessert menu that was waiting. On the other hand WARNING because there is a scam on the bill: it says FREE which means that the service is already included in the total Award, and despite this, it asks us to choose a supplement for the service as is done in the United States, which means that without our vigilance, we would have paid twice the service.

We had lunch there. Pizzas were excellent and everything was great. We will return. Very easy to go and nice views on the WTC!

Stopped in for the first time for lunch while on holiday. Atmosphere was a 10/10, the food was very tasty. We orderd a margarita pizza and a ceaser sallad. Service was fast and there was nothing to complain about.

The worst pizza I have eaten anywhere. The crust is more like pasta. It seemed as if it was not cooked properly.

Excellent place to pick up everything you need for a perfect dinner. One stop shopping at its best and the selections are always plentiful.

Excellent restaurant with a very beautiful view of the memorial, excellent food, good wine selection, I recommend it to everyone for lunch

A great place to eat authentic Italian food, in front of the monument of the Twin Towers, if you are lucky to be given a table in the glass window. The product very good, quality and abundant, the service very attentive. Priced within the canons of NY. It is located in a mall, it is like an Italian product market and in the background you find the restaurant, curious that even Coca-cola is the Italian brand.

Overall the marketplace is great. We decided to eat at the pizza pasta area which was beautiful. Unfortunately the service started off horribly we waited 20 minutes before anyone came to take our order- this is ten minutes more after we asked another server who went to get our server. The place was not as busy at this time but there are so many staff walking around aimlessly and not assisting the tables. The food was very good we stopped by for a quick bite. The meal did end up with a switch in staff so we had a very good server who was great with the wine menu options and super friendly.

Incredible variety of products on the shelves, as well as meats and seafood products. But the restaurant is a huge letdown, the staff takes the patrons for granted, we sat at the table for about 10 minutes without so much as a nod for acknowledgement. I'd forget about this if the food had been good, but alas, I've eaten better meals at Olive Garden (and I don't like Olive Garden). I wish they'd price it accordingly, but no. I suppose they have to pay for the expensive real estate, but come on guys, live up to some of your hype. Bottom line: find a real Italian restaurant, there are many in NYC.

Italian and quality ingredients, cooked in an excellent way, very attentive service and prepared waiters, as an Italian I recommend

While this outpost of Eataly has the amazing food and market you may have experienced at other locations, it is smaller and has less options. That being said, it is still an amazing experience and worth going out of your way for and paying a bit of a premium for. First of all the view out of this location is just insane. It’s essentially a park/world trade center memorial view and it’s just beautiful. The interior is smaller than other locations but also seems to be a bit calmer and quieter which is a huge plus. We started off with the amazing cheese plate - deliciousness with every bite. I ordered the cacio y Pepe pasta which was made to absolute perfection. Service is incredibly good and they do a good job of matching your dining pace. I can’t wait to return next time I’m in NYC!

This Italian market has been amongst my favorite places, for groceries, sweets, and of course, its restaurant. In my recent visit, I found the beef carpaccio excellent, but the calamari and pasta dishes underwhelming. Service was good, though.

We enjoyed dining upstairs (there is patio seating below- reservations are recommended!) - the view was beautiful! We tried the new Napoli pizza Margherita - with a thinner crispier crust and it was fantastic! Beautiful fresh mozzarella! The Quattro formaggio pizza has the traditional softer dough and the taste was perfect! Gorgeous slightly Charred crust adds such a delicious flavor! We also enjoyed Tiramisu and Panna Cotta- which both were indulgent and a perfect ending to the meal! Tiramisu did not have alcohol in it and the perfect amount of coffee flavor!

We had lunch dining on risotto, cacio e pepe and salads. Food was delicious. My pasta was amazing, al dente and not over sauced. Service was good and beautiful atmosphere. Highly recommendable!

Eataly is always a nice location and so is this branch in the Financial District, near the WTC and 9/11. Friendly and smooth service. Food was very tasty and also fine drinks. We found the food - even by New York standards - pricey with $250 for 4 main courses, 3 desserts and 4 drinks.

Great refreshment point and great shop. Wide choice of food and with raw materials and Italian flavor. Here you will find everything, pasta, pizza, sandwiches, meat, fish, desserts and even ice cream! Very friendly and friendly local staff.

I loved this place! The market is so inviting, the restaurant offers amazing food! Lots of options! Great Service and gorgeous view!

Came specifically to get the gnocchi, have had it at three other locations. The main restaurant was closed for a private event, ugh. Luckily the smaller eating area was open and the gnocchi was delicious.

This place is a must for all visitors who love good food! We had eaten at the Flatiron Eataly and this was first for this one - met friend for lunch. The food is wonderful! - in particular the varied pizza pieces should be a must. The ice cream is like being in Italy - creamy and delicious! So many choices to purchase and bring home from cheeses to chocolates - a must visit!

Lukewarm service. Very basic salad and would not choose it again. When we asked for butter for the bread the waiter said it was only offered with certain type of bread! Would not return. Poor value for money.

Google shows open until 11 PM. Arrived at 9:35 -waitress says kitchen closes in 20 minutes. I have NEVER been SO rushed and it is NOT cheap! Stood over us to order immediately! At the end of our 45 minute dinner she asked if we wanted dessert ( kind of flashed the menu) and of course I said no. Then immediately brought check, took everything off the table and then someone came and said “we’re closed!”. FIX YOUR ONLINE PRESENCE! And SERIOUSLY SO rude!!! I have never experienced such rudeness at a restaurant! Food was good but overall terrible experience.

Real Italian in NYC! It was a pleasant surprise to dine at Eataly. The food was so, so fresh especially the pasta! Buffalo mozzarella was so delish! Special ravioli with spinach, cheese and pistachios. The veal pasta dish was orgasmic!!! All of the desserts were superb! Our server who provided excellent service was Noe R. We were seated at a wall of windows looking over downtown. Beautiful setting. I hadn’t been here since before the pandemic, it was so great to eat out again over there!

My third Eataly to visit. This one is special located by the 9/11 Memorial. The pastry was amazing and the whole store a beautiful selection of high quality ingredients.

Great service, perfect location, interesting menu : Eataly has it all. Make a reservation and request a window table and have a fine relaxing city view. We had pizza margherita and pasta caccio e peppe and thoroughly enjoyed it all… then grab a cannolo or some gelato and go on your merry way in NYC.

Loved our meals here. Excellent pasta and pizza. Good service. Nice views if you can get a table by the window. Can be noisy during busy times.

Excellent, we were in the area and had pizza for lunch which was very good Italian products are excellent In the evening exceptional view from the restaurant and the pasta is very good. Prices are in line with Newyork

We came in the restaurant just in time for our reservation, which was 3pm. Lady at the door told us that the restaurant is closed for private event, we told her and showed her our reservation but she said she couldn’t do anything about it. We were tired and happy to finally eat, but we were rejected and had to search for another available restaurant (outside was snowing, and wind was outrageous). This restaurant management was not professional at all, when they reserved their place for a private event, they should have cancelled any existing reservation and let us know. Don’t recommend this restaurant at all.

Went here for a business dinner on first night in downtown NY… good choice on the menu and the good drinks selection. Great service and friendly people all around. Great location also… recommended.

We loved wondering through this store entirely dedicated to Italian foods and produce. If visiting The Oculus, make time to check out Eataly.

The setting is beautiful, and the staff is delightful, but unfortunately, the food did not meet expectations. We paid $30 for a pizza that lacked flavor. Being from Italy and having dined at the flagship Eataly, I know the food there, while not exceptional, was still enjoyable. Today’s pizza, however, was simply underwhelming. Additionally, the broccoli rabe, priced at $10, was only a small portion. Eataly was outstanding when it first opened, and I still find the 23rd Street restaurants to be much better. This location, however, feels mediocre at best and is also quite loud.

Noisy. Not particularly cheap considering what it is...a non-authentic Italian restaurant. Dishes like agnolotti and bucatini were boring . We had a few glasses of wine. Service tried to keep up. Lunch for 4 was $174 pre-tax and tip. Go figure.

More a trendy Italian eatery than a full on restaurant. Lovely food but small portions. Close to 9/11 memorial. Also has a market place where you can purchase their homemade pasta etc.

If you are visiting the Memorial Museum 9/11 inside the nearby mall you will find this restaurant/shop offering good Italian food (always considering the context and that you are not in Italy). Great solution for a lunch

...but this is a commercial brand and Italian cuisine is much more that what is represented here. It is a great store for purchasing imported goods, but most of the foods are not authentic cuisine. For example, the Babà, a delicious sponge cake soaked in rum, did not have the traditional shape nor texture. If you want the real deal, go to a bakery in Little Italy. However, Eataly does carry some top of the line Italian brands for pasta (like Benedetto Cavalieri). I highly recommend the gelato, it is extraordinary.

I choose a appetizer, entre combo. Another person ordered another main dish as well and the third person did not order anything as they were not very hungry and said they may share a little bit of food from others. The waiter was very rude and said "this is not for sharing". After that they seemed to rush in getting us the food, clearing away plates even as we have just eaten something and still the food is on the table. Not giving us any time to relax and enjoy the meal. Very over priced. The pizza was very average. The pasta dish was OK. But the tomatoes looked like form a can.

Enjoyed a nice dinner here with family and friends. The food was both delicious and authentic in my opinion. I also appreciated that the size of the portions was more European than American. Service was nice and friendly. Can really recommend this restaurant both for its location and of course the food.

That's my second visit to Eataly within the last few years. I try not to miss a chance to try their delicious Italian cuisine. Beautiful set up, good "home made" food, and friendly staff. Must visit.

Italian grocery and restaurant in one store, look no further than Eataly! Eataly's Lower Manhattan location in the Oculus serves some of the best Italian pizza in NYC and pasta here is super fresh both in the restaurant and in store. Eataly is filled with a selection of specialties in their café such as cappuccinos, latte drinks, and pastries. Definitely recommending shopping around as they carry Davines hair products, a variety of Italian pastas, and fresh produce! In walking distance to the Oculus' train station

Overall the venue and staff are doing well. However I ate from the taster menu and both starter and main did feel under par. The stater on the menu was unavailable so I had a meatball replacement. The meatballs did appear cooked externally, however some undercooked areas on eating. I shared wormy family and they agreed. We didn’t say anything as so hungry after several hours sightseeing in NYC. My main dish was overcooked and dry, a chicken breast with lettuce leaves, Parmesan and balsamic vinegar. I would suggest that the chicken is not so over cooked and add extra Parmesan and balsamic. Overall it was an ok experience. Our waiter was attentive and pleasant.

The whole Eataly thing is very impressive and different to the norm, the location is brilliant, nice vibe with live music, good service, couldn’t fault the food it was very good, my only negative was we had 4 mains, 1 came and by the time the other 3 arrived the first one was nearly finished and there was nothing said, that aside we really liked it and will be back.

Good service and average food. Expensive like all of New York. We ordered some pizzas, salads and gnocchi. To get out of trouble is fine.

We were there yesterday and were delighted, all the food was very fresh and crispy, there were ready-made and delicious salads that were really delicious. The price is a bit high for NEW YORK but that's normal

Had a midday reservation, busy even at 2pm. Food was delicious, service was excellent. Would suggest making a reservation in advance. The view is stunning! Would recommend to everyone.

Any Eataly is always good fun for foodies everywhere. Had the restaurant week menu the past week and it was pretty good. Worth the visit.

Eataly was good. Nice table, passable service and consistent food. Our group got a mix of pizzas and pasta. Pasta was very Al dente and I prefer my pizza more crispy- felt a bit underdone. Overall ok experience but nothing to come back for.

Definitely must pay a visit while in New York! Throughout our almost one week stay in New York City, we had made several trips to Eataly. Although the grapes were a little expensive, many other items were very well priced and we had gone there too buy fresh fruits and other items to eat for breakfast in our local hotel. The cannoli were so fresh and even better than Little Italy.

We ate here a few times while we were in NYC. They had a really good dinner special on week days for $26 which gets you an appetiser and a main. We really enjoyed trying different things. The salads were AMAZING and the pasta and the pizzas were good. Was it the best Italian I've eaten? No. Was it good value for money and tasty? Yes it definitely was. Would happily eat here again. Service was fast and pleasant.

This is by far the greatest promo of Italian culture ever. Practically every product is there, and you can both buy it to cook at home or simply sit down and enjoy every possible meal such as pasta, pizza, dolci, panini, and of course a great coffee. It’s a celebration of the Italian culture done right.

Italy of New York. It is impressively large, gastronomy and fresh produce in a gourmet market. The site is spectacular, worth taking something from some of the stalls or the cafeteria of the place. It is best to do it glued to the huge windows of the living room.

Excellent location, everything is available. The various restorations are a real treat for the eyes and palate. We feasted with family

The expected spacious, pleasant, busy place, good service, many options to eat, many wines to explore and a market full of top quality Italian products. And the food is a separate chapter! Everything excellent.

Receptionist and uncompromising managers, made us wait only because we chose other table different from the suggested by them.

Had lunch with my hubby at Eataly NYC...it was my mother's day treat from hubby and it was so great and food was yummy 💕💕💕 I can say that this place is great to celebrate with special occasions with reasonable price with great value of money. The service was good with great people that serves you with a wide smile...Bravo guys 👏

The good things: Arrival / seating and first order all went smooth and with great service. 5/5. Pasta dish was more that I could have expected, highly recommended from here. Desert consisting of Tiramisu, coffee and Limoncello arrived fast (when they took my order), coffee and digestive were good quality for the price of the restaurant. Not so great: Waiters were good but it seemed they were understaffed. Tiramisu had no (seriously - zero) ladyfingers or other type of bread. Seemed to be Mascarpone blended with something? And a bit of Amaretto added via syringe.? One or two spoonfuls were tasty, but it was too creamy to finish.

We were a group of four and ordered from their Lunch menu. Two of us got their orders, the antipasto and the main dish at the same time. The other two had to wait for additional 15 minutes for the first course to arrive. The food was bad. Nothing was made fresh. One of the pizzas was soggy, cold in the center while crispy on the perimeter. It was not fully reheated. My pasta was bland and cold, tasteless. Another pasta dish looked very sad, reheated dry spaghetti with jarred tomato sauce, and tasted the same. On top of the terrible food, the servers asked for 20-25% tip. This is a tourist trap, do not visit.

It's a better canteen. The food is not bad and also ample evidenced for the price but the service and organization rather questionably bad. The waiters are ignorant machines who simply do service by the book. So did the management who were on duty last night. No effort to clarify the facts - which did not go well. Loveless and ignorant of recommendations. You should know Italian cuisine, then you are not lost. We also don't think it's all done fresh and tidy and more showy. A bad one, but it's probably one. 2 stars only as the supermarket has a great selection. My New York friends will be discouraged and for us it was a unique experience.

I pop in on the rare occasion when I pass through the WTC & have some time to spare. The location is inconvenient from the PATH but worth the trip up 5 stories. I love the bread & cheese selection. Everything else is overpriced even by NYC standards. The fish looked fresh & the rustic pizza smelled delicious. If I worked in the wall street area I could see myself having a grab & go lunch here a lot. This time we wandered to the back & grabbed a drink behind the blue velvet curtains at Firenze Ristorante Toscano. Inside there felt more elegant than the corner of a store, which is what it is. Most customers were dressed like us for a casual Saturday afternoon of running errands: jeans, sweatshirts, sneakers etc. The wine by the glass was all Italian blends, not my favorite. I found a mild red which worked. DH was driving when we got back to NJ so he was disappointed that they did not have any non alcoholic beers. There were more bartenders than customers in the late afternoon. Most made complicated craft cocktails for the other customers. DH enjoyed the mixed olive appetizer. Inside we felt a world away from the hustle & bustle of NYC

My wife and I were visiting the Occulus at World Trade Center on a rainy day when we chanced Eataly, as we were looking for a comfortable spot for afternoon coffee. Eataly is a very interesting multi-concept F&B outlet. It has a mini supermarket selling all things Italian (of course!), a cafe and a restaurant. The cafe was packed when we arrived. We were so pleased with the coffee & cake that we decided to return for dinner. We made a dinner reservation in person and they very helpfully sent us reminder by email. The restaurant was busy and full of life at 6.00pm, when we thought we were already quite early for dinner. We ordered a focaccia bread, fried seafood calamari and seafood pasta. The food was delicious, service was great and we didn’t have to wait long for the food. Overall we had a wonderful experience at the Eataly at Occulus.

Certainly the pasta is very good at $33 per serving qd even we ask for bread we were charged 4$ more attention to the Award of the exorbitant wine we have Award two beers at 9$ per can beer And two excellent coffees The service is normally understood it is written but we suggest a tip of 20!percent It's abused Anyway, it's a little expensive.

As we said, you can never go wrong, tried the same chain also in Soho and Chicago, always impeccable, very high quality of food.

Soggy, overpriced and tasteless pizza. Would not recommend the pizza in this place. The pasta tasted better.

We have been to the Eataly in Milan and wanted to visit this one. It didn't line up for us to eat a meal here. We visited the market and had gelato! Delicious!

I went to Eataly Downtown in August 2021. Unfortunately, the pasta and pizza section was closed. So I got a caprese sandwich for take out. A caprese sandwich is made from mozzarella and tomato on fresh Italian bread. The sandwich was delicious. It should be noted that Eataly now requires proof of vaccination.

Great restaurant and bar space. Pasta is delicious and fresh and the service is very friendly. I highly recommend to italian food lovers. Right next to the 1 WTC tower and has many shops nearby.

I bought a sandwich togo and it was almost all bread. There wasn't any filling to speak of. Not worth $15

Had the margarita pizza…sauce was delicious!!!! Crust…fire grilled greatness!!!!! Friendly staff!!!! Overall… WONDERFUL!!!!

Such a neat restaurant and shop! The food was fabulous, but limited selection if you have children. It is quite pricey, but overall a great environment and good food!

Not impressed with the green salad which was composed as cheaply as possible. The potatoes also very plain. Asked for butter and ketchup and arrogantly told the since it’s an Italian they don’t have butter or ketchup!!! The place needs more effort and imagination to justify the high prices.

Arrived with high expectations for a lovely meal with friends that were quickly deflated. The food was at best “meh” and the waitstaff was surly. When I called the customer service line later to ask a check-related question, I remained in the hold queue for >1 hour. Not impressed and will not return to this location or others.

Fantastic Italian cuisine - we were here for a private event and had an absolutely amazing time. The ambiance is wonderful - such great decor and spacious seating. The mushroom gnocchi, dumplings and traditional pasta dishes were superb. An oh my goodness the desserts. Tiny little tarts and tres leches, dark chocolate mini-tortes, I swear I gained 5 lbs during this meal. Drinks were well-made and packed a punch! I'd love to come back and dine with my husband sometime.

We’ve been to Eataly during previous trips to New York and always been pleased. Maybe the hype has passed, dunno. The food was tasty enough, but the experience was altogether underwhelming. Eataly doesn’t know what it wants to be. Servings were on the paltry side and not high enough caliber for what was charged. Service was very poor (although back up staff was excellent). Won’t go back. We would have been happier at a pasta joint on any corner.

Had lunch here - views are amazing; the gluten free options are superb - the waiter was really well informed on the requirements of coeliac (the pizza isn’t coeliac friendly). Service was excellent. Highly recommend.

Eataly is more than just a restaurant. It's a trip to Italy in Lower Manhattan with a full-service market that includes fresh meats, fruits, vegetables and pastas, along with a variety of imported dry goods. The draw, however, is the prepared food. It's all one big restaurant, but there are a number of different culinary options. My wife and I had our granddaughter with us on a visit to Oculus, so we opted for spaghetti bolognese from Ravioli & Co. The pasta was freshly made and the sauce was light and tasty with just the right anount of ground beef and pork mixed in. We shared the spaghetti with our granddaughter and she kept asking for more! Once all the pasta was gone, we were faced with the most difficult decision. Dessert. As lucious as the gelato, with a wide range of flavors, looked, we were drawn to the pastry station where we drawn to the chocolate canoli, which were filled to order with a generous portion of creamy filling! It was a great choice, because they tasted as good as they looked!

The restaurant is cozy and offers gluten-free pasta, but the air conditioning makes the experience unpleasant. The food is good but the portions are small for the price. We did not want to leave a tip as a sign of our discontent but we were forced to leave it to avoid arguments.

Food and drink OK, but service needs to improve a lot. First we stopped at the first restaurant after the entrance (Pizza & Pasta) and ordered some good wine and ate bread and butter as an aperitif. The price is expensive but understandable considering the location, but the products were good. Then we went to Firenze Ristorante Toscano & Bar, where I ordered pasta and my wife ordered fish. Her dish arrived almost 20 minutes after mine, something unforgivable for a restaurant of this standard, it ruined the whole experience. When we asked why the delay, the justification was the worst possible: there is more than one kitchen and they don't communicate. And it got even worse, because when we didn't tip (after all, the service was bad), the waitress even came to confront us about why. In the end, we paid the price of a high-end restaurant and received the service of a shopping center food court. Not worth it.

Great spot for lunch! Food was delicious and great atmosphere. Everyone was friendly, especially Elizabeth our hostess who made our day with her wonderful welcoming smile.

Enjoy the store and the different shops within the business. Also ate at the restaurant and the pizza was very Italian style, meaning fresh tomato sauce, simple, very delicious. Also tried the pasta and bruschetta. The bruschetta also very tasty and fresh.

After a long walk, seat and enjoy the nice food and the Amazing view of ground zero , it worth the non affordable price that you pay, but the atmosphere is both warm and chic. You can save a couple of bucks not ordering desserts, yet i recomend to go there.

As I was staying nearby, and looking for something fun and not overly New York priced, I opted to dine at Eataly. Sure it's a bit touristy and big and busy but the food at La Pizza and La Pasta was delicious and the service was exceptional! I made a reservation but arrived a few minutes early and was seated promptly. My server, Michael S. is a 15 on a scale of 1-10. One of the best servers I've encountered in my life. He knows the menu, makes suggestions for cocktails if you're in the mood for something different and is attentive and fun without being over the top or over bearing. At his suggestion, I had the white focaccia and cacio e pepe. Both were delicious. I skipped dessert in favor of getting gelato at the shop (Venchi) inside Eataly but I'm sure that anything I selected there would have been wonderful as well. Sure there are a zillion places to eat in NYC but this was close by ( I took an Uber as it was raining and it seemed farther away than it really is, but I walked back once I saw that it was only about 2.5-3 blocks. Sure I got wet but it was faster and I am sure easier than having to find my ride share since much of that area is closed to traffic.

Eataly is chock full of amazing, imported products or made on premises. Floor to ceiling, wall to wall, you name it. This location seemed smaller and less crowded then the one further uptown. We quickly found a tucked in seat at a bar. We ordered a sampler platter of meats, breads, cheeses with drinks. We no sooner got our coats off before having the food dropped. All was perfection and the best way to begin our trip.

Typical pasta and pizza place with nice ambience and views of the 9/11 memorial. Not a bargain, but I enjoyed the pizza. Skip the outrageously priced, disappointing side salad.

What a place! If you love all things Italian, plan on a few hours here. We scouted out on-site eating first (options aplenty!), sat down for a delicious pasta lunch, then shopped for items to take away (salumi, cheese, pasta, oils, cookies…) and finished with in-house gelato, which was outstanding! The place is very clean with beautifully displayed goods. Although Eataly may come across as touristy, going through Little Italy the next day we found prices comparable so I didn’t feel Eataly was price gouging - the quality is just very high and justifies the prices.

It was a great visit, good food and friendly staff. The location is great and the view is amazing. Metro is around the corner so it is easy to get to.

Actually a great shop! You are almost overwhelmed by this combination of Italian gourmet supermarket and restaurant that leaves nothing to be desired. But first things first! We are greeted by the waiter, who introduces himself by name and tells us that he will look after our well-being this evening. He turns out to be a real entertainer... My order of a dry Martini bianco almost turns into a fiasco, because something was mixed that had nothing to do with Martini. But OK, it can happen! Starter salad perfect, but Aranconi not as it should be: rice grains not cooked. I put my cutlery on the plate, the waiter puts it back on the bare wooden table when clearing it away and says that I should keep it. That is simply not acceptable. Main courses very good, no criticism. Prices as expected much too high; New York style. Over $200 for a meal for two.

Eataly is extremely busy and very loud, which definitely adds to the hectic atmosphere. The pasta was excellent and the pizza was great, but our table had some trouble with all the plates arriving at the same time. Still a solid spot for quality Italian food if you don’t mind the noise and crowds.

We had lunch at La Pizza e La Pasta. The service was slow, but the food was worth the wait! We had a Lasagna, a Pappardelle al Ragu, and also a Gran Tagliere and 2 drinks for 4 people. Simply delicious 😋 We spent US$140 with taxes and tips.

We couldn’t give anything less than 5 stars to a restaurant where the service exceeded all expectations and made out stay in NYC unforgettable. Thank you

My family and I were so excited to visit Eataly Downtown on our first trip to Manhattan. It is conveniently located beside a major subway hub and across the street from the 9/11 memorial. We ate lunch at the restaurant inside called "La Pizza & La Pasta." We ordered pizza of course, pasta and a meat and cheese sampler platter. Everything was delicious, even the bread and olive oil for dipping. The whole meal was pretty expensive but we were very hungry after sightseeing all day. My only complaint was that the establishment wasn't wheelchair friendly. One of my family members was tired and required a wheelchair. We could barely maneuver it around the store and into the restaurant. It was too cramped.

The 2 girls at the desk were very rude and not welcoming as italian restaurant staff are. They don’t deserve a job like that specially in a Italy restaurant where people suppose to smile and be kind. The food was great anyway

Love the Eataly chain. Food always nice and consistently good. We had the Soppressata pizza slices . Delicious. Really great place to look around for Italian ingredients, books etc. Bought a jar of amarenas for bargain price of $10

We ate at Firenze a small pie and bottle of wine both decent but with tip almost $150 is a bit much Pizza and a bottle of wine used to be everyone s go to for a cheap dinner what happened

Our first visit to this location. 4 adults and 1 toddler for lunch. Restaurant very busy but we were seated after 10 minutes. We ordered to sample and share: gnocci, ravioli, tagliatelle bolognese and margherita pizza. Everything delicious and we all agreed the tagliatelle was the star of the lunch. Erik took very good care of us. Very enjoyable lunch

So the concept is quality Italian cuisine with good ingredients. I was disappointed by the menu because most pastas that have a protein in them have pork, which can really restrict the menu for many people including myself. I asked if chicken or shrimp could be added to one of the other pasta entrees that was just pasta and sauce, and was informed that was not an option. We started with calamari and at $20 for the appetizer, I was very disappointed with the size and quality of the calamari. It was thin and crunchy. I ordered the calzone. Initially I was impressed by the crust but as I worked my way through, I found the crust was doughy and undercooked from the middle to one end. The calzone was very watery and actually left a layer of liquid on the bottom of my plate resulting in a soggy crust towards the end of the meal. No dipping sauce was provided for the calzone and they just smeared a very thin layer of tomato on top. Not enough to be adequate in my opinion. Overall, the idea of simple good quality ingredients sounds amazing, but it requires perfect execution and at least for me this evening that was not delivered.

Great place to have a nice pasta ! It was really excellent service and friendly nice view from outside . You can make any mistake by choosing any of the menu entrees

Not sure how to rate this place. The food was excellent. And the value was great But offsetting this, the atmosphere is decidedly more like a mall food court than a restaurant. I was also somewhat disappointed by the limited menu

We arrived at the restaurant as a family — my mom, my sister, and I — and the hostess immediately impressed us with her professionalism and kindness. The restaurant was busy, so we waited for a table. During that time, my mom realized she had forgotten her phone in SoHo and went with my other sister to retrieve it. When the table was ready, the hostess came over and seated me and my other sister. Almost immediately, Abel and Dennis approached us and insisted that we must order something. I politely explained that we needed a little time due to an emergency. Instead of understanding, they exchanged bad body language with each other and gave us a clear attitude, making us feel uncomfortable and unwelcome. A few minutes later, the hostess came again to remind us to order. I explained once more that we were waiting for my mom and needed to reach her. When I called my mom, we decided to order a coffee while waiting. When we asked Dennis for a coffee, his reaction was shocking — he rolled his eyes, turned his back, and waved his hand dismissively as if it was ridiculous that we were ordering just coffee. Even the guests sitting nearby noticed the bad attitude and whispered about it. The coffee was delivered late, and throughout the time, Abel and Dennis continued their dismissive and rude behavior, even while assisting other tables. We called the manager, but he did nothing to address the situation. This experience was extremely disappointing, unprofessional, and completely unacceptable for a restaurant of this caliber. Abel and Dennis’ behavior ruined our visit and showed a total lack of respect for guests. Management must address this immediately and ensure staff understand that respect, patience, and proper service are essential.

It was our last lunch in New York before returning to France. A lot of disappointment about the food in the USA. It is often unqualitative and very expensive. But we enjoyed Eataly which is both a shop of Italian products and a restaurant. We feasted and the waiter was cool. Good experience.

What a fun place. Walking through there market and shop and food displays was a feast for the eyes. Very bright and cheery. Service in the restaurant was fast and friendly. It's a little pricey but it's NYC. We really enjoyed and would go back. Note - it's on the top floor of the Oculus building of the WTC plaza where you can get the subway and PATH trains.

We wandered through and were very impressed with the array of shops and the quality of food. Good place to buy dinner or lunch and there were a few places to sit and eat.

Very good pizzas and pastas! Very good location and nice views on the WTC site. We will return for sure. Food was really good.

Our family had a great lunch here after the 911 museum. We made reservations here for noon. When we got here we realized we made reservations for the wrong location. It must happen a lot and we felt bad about it. We were hunger and worried this would be a problem. But they accommodated us and let the other location know about our mistake. We were very relieved. We really loved the meatballs and the kids tried some fun Italian sodas. The pizza and pastas were wonderful. After lunch we walked around the store and picked up some yummy snacks and cookies to try later.

I love to shop at Eataly on 23rd street but my daughter and wife wanted to go for a lunch/dinner at the Oculus location. Quick take away: The food was really mediocre at best. We live here and I would never return. The food: chewy calamari, wet pizza, cold bread, I could go on but suffice to say there are many Italian restaurants a stone’s throw away that be better for less money. It is “Severely” overpriced even for NYC. The service was very good, loved the colorful water bottles. And the decorations were upbeat. I would compare it to visiting Disney but I think they have better food. Do a little shopping here for authentic Italian but avoid the restaurant.

Firenze restaurant is top class! All dishes were amazing, especially Cacio e Pepe served in a huge cheese head! Great view as well!
Good quality and 100% Italian
At Eataly, there are only Italian products. The quality is very good; the pizzas were very good. Wine and beer too. Several establishments in New York.
