Convenient Location, Average Food

By tombri1 |

We stopped here for lunch, and it allowed everyone to choose something different for lunch. I opted for one of the personal pizzas. They were pretty busy that day, so there was a bit of a wait, but nothing terrible. Finding seating was another temporary challenge because of the crowd, but they at least have a lot of available options, so again the wait wasn't too bad. The pizza was just....ok. Good, but not particularly memorable. We did not get any dessert, though they had several options available, including pastries and gelato. Overall, it was a little pricy (like all things Vegas) but with several good options. I'll have to give this place a second chance on our next trip out.

How to Visit an Italian Market

By Arnaldo R |

It is a market and set of Italian restaurants with a very beautiful atmosphere different from the rest of Las Vegas. Recommended for lunch, walking and shopping

Horrible service Horrible food

By Pillow L |

i stop by the Eataly to buy some pizza i did not know they do not sell whole family size pizza only by the slice. the service is horrible. the pizza is very dry tasteless like cardboard. the price $ 12 for one slice go somewhere if you are hungray

Wait, wait!

By Cristina |

“Wait” is the word that best describes our experience at Eataly. Not content with the disappointing breakfast at the sweets kiosk (see my previous review), for dinner we chose the sandwich kiosk where, to tell the truth, the appearance of the products on sale engulfed us a lot. Well, the sandwiches were not bad, maybe a little Americanized but still good. Too bad (again!) the service. Here's how it went: I go to the checkout to order and pay for the sandwiches. The saleswoman sees me and says “wait” and leaves. He comes back after a few minutes, I place the order, she bangs on the register and then, serenely, he puts me to look at the messages on the phone. I wait a while, I look at her, but nothing! To which I solicit payment and finally pay. I am given the disc that will warn me when the sandwiches are ready (they were just heated, they were ready). I sit and wait. The kiosk was empty, I must specify, but the sandwiches arrive after 15 minutes. Who knows how long it would have taken if the kiosk had been full of customers!

What a fun place to eat

By S4136XSdavidb |

This has become one of our favorite fun places to eat in Las Vegas. It's like a little Italian village with little shops all serving a different kind of Italian fare. One spot serves fresh pasta, another seafood or steaks. There is a sandwich spot and a pizzeria. Also gelato, canolis, and a crepe place for great breakfast options.

$19 for cold avocado toast. $34 for 3 eggs bacon and toast.

By Brian F |

Went for breakfast before our flight. Mistake. Although the food tasted good, it came out cold. And Expensive. AND worst of all you couldn't get coffee at the place where you order breakfast. You had to go downstairs to the Italian bakery and wait in line down there. The price was exorbitant. Don't do it. Go across the street to Denny's.

Such variety!

By kaj20 |

Eataly is so unique! There are so many choices for food and drinks. The atmosphere is excellent. A refreshing break from the casinos!

Too expensive, small portions, skimping on key ingredients

By Laura K |

We went to Eataly one night in Vegas. My boyfriend got the provolone/funghi pizza and after waiting a while, got a corner piece which was way too doughy, had no cheese that I could see, and all the mushrooms were falling off. $14.99. I got pasta from the pasta bar next to him. I asked the guy who took my order how many ravioli there were and he told me 20-24. So I ordered it and paid about $30, only to wait 10-15 minutes and find that there were only 12 (maybe 1 1/2" square and really flat). They were really yummy but far too expensive for what was really just an appetizer. The cook didn't strain them well so the sage butter was watered down. I complained to who I believe was the manager, as well as the cashier (who took my order), and they didn't seem to care. The cashier was like, "Really? Haha sorry about that!" The manager said nothing. Needless to say we passed on the gelato and pastries. We definitely would not return.

Security is exceptional

By Mary C |

The security officer, Brewster, took the time to answer our questions and make sure we were ok. He was very friendly and made sure we would have a great trip moving forward.

Great People!

By Mona D |

This spot is an excellent choice for couples and wine enthusiasts. Security is amazing! Thank you Hank Graae for your warm hospitality and helping us to feel welcome and secure! MD

Horrendous

By Jamesrichardking |

The worst place I have ever eaten. Food disgusting. Service even worse. Avoid at all costs. The dishes were delivered all at different times, far too salty and not warm enough. The staff didn’t know what they were doing and didn’t want to help.

Taco Bell Food in a Fancy Place

By nomadaguy |

Don’t judge a book by its cover, specially if you are thinking of eating at Eataly Las Vegas - Park MGM. I mean, how can they screw so bad something as basic as a bowl of fresh pasta, a pizza, or a sandwich ? The food in general is un-eatable. Think of taco bell in a curated space with fancy dine-in restaurant prices. Horrendous with capital H.

Assortment

By KJL0823 |

Eataly has a fine selection of places to grab a sandwich, pasta, wine, gelato, etc. Everyone can order at different food stands and all sit at a table together. This trip we had Italian sandwiches for lunch. Very good.

Good but expensive

By Markus_Ldn |

Good but expensive! Probably one of view places were you can experience, also from an ambience perspective, some market style atmosphere! Opening hours very weird / awkward.

Bad quality food and overpriced

By lalotp |

Terrible soggy sándwiches from La rosticeria, soggy Fried Zucc8ni, terrible cold prime rib. Overpriced for food. The only good items are the desserts and breads.

WHAOUUU😡😡😡😡

By Gpimp |

What happened to eataly??? The place where we came to have a drink and snack!!!!! About 20 bucks a spritz? 20 bucks a glass of white wine? "Italian" board for 41 dollars? A $58 ribeye? The price of the ruth Chris!!!! Pasta at 36 dollars (28 dollars venetian in restaurants)All sitting on a high table of bar seats!!!! There is room c is on ☝️!!! At such prices you will have no problem sitting!!!! In 6 years you have almost multiplied the prices the same two 😡😡😡!!! Everything is expensive in Vegas , but even if we have the means , we still look!!! People aren't that dumb. Tell me the concept, the less you sell the more you pay? Or simply eataly will disappear and be replaced by a cheaper food court? The path is all clear. We've been coming to Vegas every year for 20 years and this is the first year eataly won't see CB. Good hearing....

$30 wasted on flavorless pasta

By Safari27444834963 |

Yuck. La Pasta Fresca dishes out fresh but FLAVORLESS pasta. We ordered the bolognese. We were astounded at how bland it was. I sent my husband back over to ask for a side of sauce, but they refuse. Instead, they said they would just make us up a whole Nother dish of pasta, but the replacement pasta cost less than our original order did, and we didn’t get a refund. In addition, it was only marginally better than what we received the first time. The neighboring “La Pizzeria” was GREAT. Go there instead.

Staff is really rude

By Christian B |

Staff is really bad and rude but the food tastes good and I would think about it again……………..

Not recommended, very bad experience!

By AngieSFO0328 |

Cold and greasy meat that is only accompanied by sprouts and they were tough! The panini with the soaked bread on the bottom! The fried zucchini was soggy! And not to mention those hard, flavorless balls that you can see in the photo! Disgusting and in case you want to know how much it was? 121 dollars

We recommend !

By YanCSL |

Whether it's "La Pizza, La pasta", "Laperitivo", "Chefs table" or even the lavazza stand for breakfast, we had a very good lunch and dinner there. If, on one occasion, the service was somewhat overwhelmed during a lunch, we must admit that the pasta, the wine, the salads, the desserts, the pastries and the rest satisfied us perfectly! We recommend without reservation!

One Stop Shop

By liltony5 |

Ended up eating in Eataly a few times during my stay at the Park MGM. The first morning I got breakfast at their pastry shop. I ordered an apple tart, which wasn't bad, but not the best value for what it was. I got gelato that night, which was tasty. I went back to the pastry shop on my final night and got a small lemon cake, which was probably the best of the things I ate in Eataly. All of the food I ate was good, but it was on the more expensive end. It was very neat area, though. A lot of the food looked authentic to things I saw and ate in Italy. Worth the visit, as long as you aren't worried about the cost.

Central Market atmosphere

By Creeping_Death_LA |

If you are starving and looking for a quick bite to eat without having to go to a fast food restaurant then this is the place to be. There's a wide variety of food they offer and on this visit we had some delicious gelato. The prices are a bit high but you will definitely end up with a delicious meal or treat.

Good eats

By LostInTime |

I went to the sandwich place. But there are plenty of choices. I had the prime rib sandwich was was totally amazing. It is pretty expensive but everything in Vegas is. There isn’t much seating.

Fun place! They have everything Italian!

By lotsagoldens |

The Uber driver told me to go here. You can get pizza, pasta, all kinds of Italian food, wine flights, gelato -- great atmosphere! I tried to buy a shirt that said "Italians are everywhere" but they are only for staff -- darn! Good food, good people watching.

Varied unique place

By Olive88 |

Unique place with lots of different foods to try and shops. One morning we got coffee and pastries which were lovely and high quality. All of the food at the counters looks great and there’s a nice general atmosphere. We sat at the bar before dinner one evening which has a great drink selection and although pricey was comfortable and really enjoyable with friendly barmen. Really clean also. Definitely worth a visit.

Nice Restaurant

By Tracy RW |

We went in one of the restaurant inside Eataly. The menu of the restaurant was similar to the other food stalls in Eataly except you are seated with waiters serving you. The food was good enough, but wasn't impressed. The food was also pricier because it's in Las Vegas compared to the Eataly in Dallas. Overall, the food was good and the ambiance was great!

Very Impressed! Love EATALY!

By Katherine H |

Love, love LOVE! This is a must! Food is great and resourced directly from Italy. I won't spoil it for you cause it's best when you walk around and experience it yourself. However, DO NOT MISS the wine store in the corner. They have happy hours (yes more than one) and a great selection of Italian wines. Make sure you talk to Hank. He's the best and has great suggestions.

Eataly Las Vegas a tourist catcher

By Marie-Laure C |

A real tourist catch, my misadventure. Ex a la Rosticceria in the window the Fri squid dish was at $13 with taxes the bill went up to $40, a real scam. In general an Asian staff not very trained in Italian cuisine and very casual. Hello the culinary journey!!! Eataly de vegas advises against!

Expensive

By Lizabeth P |

Very expensive and the food wasn’t good. The Canadian exchange didn’t help. At least it was open late but wouldn’t eat there again. Wine was so expensive.

Guaranteed change of scenery

By mimilyb |

We travel to Italy for a very nice meal in the frenzy of Las Vegas. The setting is pleasant and the charcuterie and cheese boards made us happy!

NICE PIZZA

By karenCFC |

WE ALWAYS VISIT HERE FOR A SLICE OF PIZZA WHEN IN VEGAS. . WE HAD A SLICE OF SALAMI AND A SLICE OF CHESSE, BOTH WERE NICE .MUST SAY WE FOUND IT QUITE EXPENSIVE THIS YEAR AT $34 FOR 2 SLICES.

Very disappointed

By drrtexny1 |

Went during restaurant week special. Had Arancini and margherita pizza. Arancini we’re over fried and pizza was undercooked. Very very disappointing

Dishonest about everything

By Teresa R |

We stayed the 1 evening of our 3 days in Vegas to eat a cartwheel pizza (which we eat every time we go to New York).... Apart from the high prices but basically we are in Vegas, they are not honest at all!!! We took 2 pizzas (good) a beer and water and arrived at the bill we wanted to leave 18 percent tip but in the end the tip do it their way because we got $ 3 less than what they owed us but I had thought maybe they were wrong to understand why we do not speak perfect English. We go back on the last night and this time we take them away... the 2 cart wheels paid $25 are nothing more than 2 normal pizzas that actually cost $3 less and when we asked for explanations they told us that those were cartwheel and that it was the carton that was too big and anyway in the end they were not even as good as those of the 1 night.... sorry but honesty should be a fundamental rule and here they are not at all!!!

Good Food - Not Cheap

By CWalley |

Stopped in for a quick bite before heading to a show. It was very crowded when we were there but finding something we wanted wasn't an issue, food was ready in a pretty timely fashion. At the end of the day we had a good plate of lasagna (that we split) and I had a glass of wine, nearly $70 with a minimal tip (hard to warrant a normal tip scale when you wait in a line to order and stand there to wait on your food...but doesn't stop them from having a tip line on the ticket). Long and short - it was the nicest food court with the best food and highest prices I've ever been too....as they say "When in Vegas....."

Tasty Take-A-Way on The Strip

By kendellbrink |

Visited Eataly to order take-a-way for dinner -salad and flatbread. The ordering stations are scattered with varied selections making choosing a bit difficult. The food can be ordered to eat in or to go. It was prepared within 20 minutes and bagged to carry. The rucola salad was over-dressed but tasty. The flatbreads were heaped with toppings and very good. We did order a solo espresso macchiato for the road and found the drink well-crafted and delicious.

The food is top notch.

By Brian |

Italian food is one of my favorites. Eataly LV does not dissapoint. Fresh hand-made pastas and pizzas are devine. Their desserts are beyond wonderful. I cannot recommend this place enough.

Delicious Italian food

By Giovanni C |

I must say that the Quality of food is high, and the products are all Italian. Many alternatives to eat and have aperitifs or just for a coffee An Italian excellence, certainly the prices are not popular but it does not disappoint

Don’t miss this for a meal in Vegas!

By Trevi36 |

We were here for lunch and dinner and VERY impressed with not only the look of the market that just transforms you back to Italy but the food is incredibly authentic which also makes you think you are back in Tuscany. We really enjoyed it. Everyone was friendly and the music wasn’t blaring in our ears.

Bad coffee experience

By iluvbeef |

I waited online to order breakfast sandwich and coffee. I ordered the sandwich, but the person who I was supposed to order coffee had disappear. I have no idea what is going on, she finally said one moment. I got not problem with that as long as they communicate, they need to acknowledge and say I’ll be there with you, when I said something she smiled as she was laughing at me and that is what it’s not ok

Gran Caffe Milano - nothing Gran about this place

By KK78 |

Came to the Gran Caffe Milano at about 9pm for drinks and a light bite to eat. Service was SLOW, especially when considering the Bellini is literally poured from a premixed bottled into a glass. We also ordered caprese to share. The server who delivered it slammed it onto the table and it looked a mess. Luckily it tasted better than how it was presented - the heirloom tomatoes looked like they were cut by someone taking their frustrations out on them and there was a tiny piece of mozzarella. Our bartender then left and the other bartender we had to flag down to order a second drink. He could barely be bothered to stop talking to his customers to serve us (again, pouring from a premixed bottle) and when we asked for the check it was a big disturbance to him.

The best security guard at Eataly knows his wine!

By Laura F |

Hank Graae was amazing. He had wine recommendations, and then helped a medical emergency. I am so thankful we ran into him because he gave such amazing service.

Overpriced, Overrated

By Jennifer P |

We saw great reviews for this and it was in our hotel, so we thought "why not." We discovered why not. First of all, pasta dishes started at $25 each and non-alcoholic drinks weren't cheap. Furthermore, the Italian soda was the best part. I ordered a mushroom pasta and my husband something in meat sauce. The pasta was great. The sauce not so much. The portions were not exactly generous. And because of the food court style service, there was no way to get plain water without paying for it. In Las Vegas. During a heat wave. Furthermore, my drink bottle would not open. I had to go back and exchange it...or rather, I was offered an exchange by the nice person at a different stall who saved this from being a one star review. He said "Those bottles do that all the time," which doesn't speak well to the company's quality control! When my husband picked our food up (from halfway across the court because it was busy) they refused to give him a tray because it "wasn't needed with only two dishes." The plates were piping hot. There are far better places to eat in Vegas for this price; skip this one. I don't expect much from food court style service, but asking somebody to carry two hot plates across a large area without a tray falls well below even that bar. Again, plenty of far better places to eat for the price. We tipped well. We regretted it... Had the food been good it would have been worth it, but it was at best above average and not really any better than we can get in this neighborhood for 2/3rds the price.

Prepare to pay up

By Daniel B |

Love the ambiance, surroundings, opportunity for casual dining at your own pace. But prepare to feel like you are paying for a full service experience, like $30 for small pasta bowl or $15 for single pizza slice… so it adds up fast

EATALY -Perfect for Families

By Louise Masin Sattler |

EATALY is a place to go when everyone wants to eat a different type of Italian cuisine. So, the pizza lover won't be disappointed, nor will the person who loves pasta! It is a bit noisy if you opt to eat in the common area.

Eat at Eataly... try the gelato...

By NYTraveller_7 |

Very nice and open environment, with multiple food choices...can get crowded at times...eat in or take out...convenient break from the casino...

Great spot for Italian

By Nicole P |

What a great little spot to have lunch, enjoy free samples, and do some shopping. The place was lively with great customer service and delicious charcuterie. Would highly recommend.

Beautiful and very expensive

By Alexandre H |

The Eataly of Las Vegas follows the same pattern as other existing in different parts of the world. It is very beautiful and has several options of typically Italian restaurants and bars. But the prices practiced at the Las Vegas Eataly restaurants were disproportionately high.

If you're passing through, take advantage.

By Pripellini |

Good quality food in restaurants. I didn't like the sweets in the sweet shops. But sweets in the USA are not that perfect. Always more beautiful than tasty. Very good service. Privileged location. A good recommendation for anyone traveling along the LV Strip near MGM and New York New York.

Italy in the making

By Jeff B |

All kinds of greasy homemade Italian food. Resort prices but great food. The pizza to die for.good service self sitting.

Great Atmosphere, Service could be better!

By Tawnyrval |

Eataly at Park MGM is a vibrant culinary destination that marries the charm of Italian fare with an engaging marketplace experience. Boasting various stations—from a bustling wine bar and a lively pasta bar to enticing street food options and a hearty charcuterie section—Eataly ensures there’s something for everyone, regardless of age or appetite. As I strolled through the various offerings, I was immediately drawn to the colorful displays and mouthwatering aromas wafting through the air. The atmosphere is lively, yet casual enough that you can easily grab a quick bite or settle in for a longer meal. Initially, I was thrilled to sample the famous Caesar salad. However, my experience took a slight downturn when I noticed a lack of staff presence at that particular station. The chef kindly redirected me to another area, promising quicker service, but unfortunately, I found myself in a long line that deterred me from waiting. It was a frustrating start and underscored where the restaurant could improve – particularly regarding customer service and staff availability. On a brighter note, I also tried the pizza, and it was undeniably delicious! The flavors were spot on, showcasing the artisanal quality Eataly is known for. However, I must admit I found myself wishing for a slightly crispier crust to elevate the overall experience further. Despite some service hiccups, Eataly is still a worthy dining destination. The ambiance buzzes with the spirit of Italy, and for those who love to explore food culture, there’s an added charm in the ability to shop for ingredients to recreate dishes at home. In conclusion, with a few tweaks to their service model, Eataly could easily enhance its already tantalizing offerings

A Diamond in the Rough

By TravelingDavid613 |

I thought this was just a market place but it is so much more. They have a sit down restaurant but when we tried to get in without reservations there was a 45 minute wait. We walked around and found that they have several seperate kiosk areas that make and serve most, if not more, than the food in the restaurant. We ended up at the pasta bar. The food was amazing, So fresh and delicious. Highly recommend. Price is very reasonable too.

Lety

By Leticia M |

Expensive, tasteless food, overrated. Didnt like it at all. Dont come. 300 usd for a pizza, couple of pastas, salad and beer. What?

Worst $30 prime rib sandwich

By Chicago Traveler |

I’ve eaten dozens and dozens of prime rib sandwiches at other Eatalys so I know what to expect. Tourists beware this Eataly caters to tourists and just doesn’t give a damn. The “prime rib” was microwaved and overcooked, there was no seasoning on the overcooked meat, no olive oil, there were just a few slices of thinly sliced meat, the bread was a cheap sesame seed Italian bread and burnt not the bread we’ve had at other Eatalys. The absolute worst prime rib sandwich ever and to add insult to injury $30. This Eataly treats is customers with disdain apparently believing their customers won’t know or care about quality. Add cheese to a prime rib sandwich? Tells you all those of discerning palettes need to know. This reviewer will never go back.

Needs more seating

By Davieland |

Lots of choice here. We settled on some crepes - 2 sweet and 1 savory. They were delicious. We called in here for a quick bite as we wandered up the Strip. It gets very busy. My only negative point is that there needs more seating - I did quite a few laps before I found an empty table.

Something for everyone!

By B D |

This is my second time visiting Eataly in Las Vegas. The food is decent but what really is the draw is that it is an Italian Foodcourt so everyone in your party has many food options. This time I went for the pizza. It was a large square that definitely could of been shared. A great option for large parties or families.

Meaningless prices

By fabio f |

Two large portions of lasagna, a mediocre bottle of wine, a bottle of water $147 without tip. Beyond the price, there is Lasagna without infamy or praise, the service saves something but there is no trace of Italian here.

Must stop

By ErinLeN |

Must stop for pastries!! Brought my family to visit Vegas and this was #1 on the list!! We got 8 minis and 3 regular pastries. My only regret was not getting more before leaving the strip.

NICE PIZZA

Not again!

By Fredrick A |

We had enjoyed Eataly a few times in years past. Not this most recent visit, 10/25/2025. Initially, we were seated very near the kitchen which was unbearably noisy with crashing plates and other unidentifiable noises. We requested that we be reseated further from that noise. The area we would have preferred was nearer the pizza ovens but that portion of the dining room “had no staff”. The music was a booming bass like a midnight disco. We had to speak with louder voices to hold a conversation. The food was just ok, although our dinner companions enjoyed the squash ravioli and my wife's tagliatelli was tasty. My gnocchi was was just so so. A bit doughy… our fourth had a pasta dish with mussels and shrimp. She said it was pretty good if a bit salty toward the last bites. All in all I would not recommend this toa friend although might encourage an enemy to try it… Probably will not return. We encourage those with deep wallets to sip at the wine bar and enjoy their food at that wine bar. …and, the front staff was initially very nice until my wife asked about a particular pasta dish to which he responded “we change our menu regularly” with a condescending tone of voice.

Eataly...not so much

By spartan77 |

If good Italian food is what your after, this is NOT it. Everything on the strip is expensive but this expensive and bad food. Eat at your own risk

Includes wine bar, not to be missed

By Louie M |

So lucky we stumbled in upon this spot. Will definitely return. We sat at the relatively quieter wine bar. Bought our bottle of wine here from the best selection in the place. Brought in food from around the food court and settled in for a delightful evening. Turns out Hank, the "security" person, was the best guide to the wines, the venue and the surroundings. Not being from USA, we learned a lot and had a spectacular time. We'll be back, next week when we pass through Las Vegas again, to have a bottle of great Italian wine, maybe another flight - they have two times for happy hour - and for a different take of glamorous Las Vegas. We were so glad we abandoned all our plans when one of the helpful staff told us they would serve our wine, we could bring in our food choices from around the food court and we could relax in relative calm. So many flavours, well done and expertly hosted.

Mr. FLYNN is just awesome!

By Naomi M |

Mr. Flynn, the security guard was just amazing and kind. He truly cares for people. We were so pleased to meet him. God bless him.

Worst pizza ever.

By JH |

Be aware: pizza displayed shows cheese, pizza received had NO cheese underneath the mushrooms, only a few sprinkles of parmesan on top. It was basically like eating a thick pizza dough crust with mushrooms.

Nice but overpriced

By Kryziz B |

It’s good food, fresh ingredients but very overpriced. Got the burrata pomodoro pizza slice. It’s very true to italy style pizza with actual fresh natural ingredients, homemade taste, but $25 for a slice is way too much. For a price like that one expects it to be life changing and to make you want to spend that amount no issue each meal… for this I wouldn’t return.

A little bit of Italy!

By Rose W. |

We visited the Italian restaurant up front at Eataly. We didn’t have a reservation & there were 3 of us….we were seated immediately. They were busy. We ordered the Spritz tower! It was so good! focaccia bread was fluffy. We all had pasta dishes….everyone loved theirs! I had the noodles with the truffle butter. It was delicious! Service was prompt & efficient. We will be back!

Good food but horrible staff

By mbuccedi |

We went to Eataly in Las Vegas to eat Italian food....but the experience was totally ruined from the rude and unfriendly staff that was not really welcome the guests. We waited more than 1 hour even if they told me that we need to wait only 45 minutes. The welcome ladies were the worse and also in the serving staff was totally not Italian style. I'm Italian and we are welcome people not like these people.the only good part was the food. An experience to forget.

Exceeded our expectations

By CVTravelers |

This was my wife and I’s first experience here and we had a charcuterie board for lunch with a couple of beers. We enjoyed the wide selection of cold cuts and the cheese. For us it was a perfect light lunch in a fun atmosphere. We enjoyed it so much we returned another day for lunch at La Pasta and La Pizza. For this lunch, we enjoyed the bruschetta and arancini starters followed by mushroom pasta and cheese ravioli. The food was very tasty and definitely exceeded our expectations. We enjoyed some chianti wine as well as the house made bread. Based on both lunches, we would highly recommend as the food is well prepared, well presented and makes for an enjoyable outing. My wife also recommends the gelato as a nice treat on the way back to the hotel.

Not what we expected

By María de los Án... A |

Nice environment. Had a slice of a dry tasteless pizza “Marguerite”, a bit over cooked (almost burnt). Not what we expected

Wonderful service

By Karissa K |

Alejandro Soto at L'aperitivo was a beyond hospitable bartender and definitely look forward to visit him again next time we are in town. Not only wonderful service but excellent drinks.

Cool Concept, Good Food, Be Ready to Wait

By aschoono |

We were in Las Vegas with our kids. We had previously been to Eataly and enjoyed the concept. It is a large open space with lots of different booths with different Italian options. We figured the kids would enjoy seeing everything and the food. We ordered from 3 different places. I figured we would get a charcuterie board as an appetizer, some drinks from another place and from the final place a salad and a pasta dish as our entrees. The charcuterie board, the Grandissimo was ordered first, then the wine and then the pasta and salad. I was told that the charcuterie board would be ready in about 15 minutes. Our entrees were ready in about 20 while we were still waiting for the charcuterie board. I figured we would just start the entrees and get the charcuterie board soon. 15 minutes later, with the entrees almost finished, still nothing. I decided to go check and see what was up. I had to wait in line another 10 minutes for someone to even help me. I was then told that mine was still not ready. I waited even longer now. I asked again 10 minutes later and they were not happy to help me. Someone finally made mine as I watched. To wait almost an hour for a charcuterie board when I was told it would be ready in 15 minutes was not acceptable. The food was good but with the hassle was not worth it.

Excellent but...what prices!!!

By DoneVT7 |

The Eataly pavilion in Las Vegas is really well done. Italian street food in various stands, beautiful, clean and organised, with very high quality food, which well represent our cuisine and cellar. An Italian pride, but unfortunately, however, the prices are unjustifiably high even for Las Vegas. Sin.

Delicious

By Dominic M |

There are so many things to eat in Eataly. It is like a food court with several Italian style restaurants. You can have anything from steak and wine to a Crepe or pizza.

Our salvation!

By marioeraffaella |

Our salvation! When you want to be on the safe side! The food is good, but imagine that you are in Las Vegas and you understand that it is not cheap.

Stunning place

By Paula M |

Variety and quantity. Unique products but without many price options. Ideal for eating a slice of pizza and living the experience

Deceiving crepes. 4x the value.

By noraply |

Crepes at I Dolci Italiana are displayed as relatively hearty by really nothing in them. Tried ricotta, spinach with an egg. What we received for our $20 was a $5 street crepe. Staff told me they put napkins in the display to make them appear fat. They said they don’t have the ability to cook eggs so it is some sort of thin egg wash they add after asking if we want to add egg!

A lovely Italian aesthetic

By DJ |

Park MGM is a nice respite from the hustle outside and the cigarette perfumed casino floors everywhere else. Walking through eataly was so lovely. Populated but not loud or crowded. The shopping was a little expensive for ingredients even if they come from Italy. The food and drink served at all the little cafes and restaurants are priced right for their quality and taste, I feel. I’ll be sure to come back to sample more since there’s no way to really get a good review from a single visit. Will definitely be back!

Always good!

This is a much smaller location than the NY or Milan locations that I have been to, but it is the same good food! A slice of pizza and a gelato for a quick bite!

Great place but don't come the last hour before closing

By Brandon K |

We told our friends about how much we loved this place and convinced them to come with us. We had a show to go to already, so we came here after the show. That was a mistake as the facility was open, but most of the booths were closed. Surprisingly, even the dessert areas closed. We had a nice lemoncello a the bar, but we couldn't show the place off to our friends like we meant to do. We will come back again when we can eat and drink and shop, but apparently that is not the last hour they are open.

Great Italian food at the Park MGM Eately

By Steve R |

I was here for dinner in June with family. La Pizza & La Pasta sit-down was participating in Restaurant Week, so I had 3 courses for $40. I had the INSALATA DI RUCOLA (arugula salad), Bruschetta al Pomordoro, and the TAGLIATELLE ALL A BOLOGNESE (pasta with meat). All dishes were excellent. Then I splurged for the $10 cup of vanilla gelato, which was good except when the server poured Espresso on it (I was too late to stop the person - so if you order gelato, make sure you tell them ahead of time if you don't want espresso on it). They also have a nice wine list and serve beer and cocktails. A very nice meal.

Grand Caffe Milano Eataly

By Passport31693384306 |

We stopped by Grand Caffe Milano at Eataly Las Vegas just for a drink. My 25-year-old son was asked for ID by a waiter who was not only impolite but completely unprofessional. My son presented his official Spanish national ID (Spain, Europe), which the waiter seemed to have never heard of. Instead of handling the situation discreetly, he called over security to verify the document, treating us as if we were doing something wrong. The entire interaction was embarrassing and uncomfortable, especially because the waiter made dismissive comments about our country, clearly showing ignorance and a lack of basic cultural awareness. Thankfully, the security guard and other staff members were polite and respectful, which we appreciated. Unfortunately, this one waiter ruined the experience. If you’re not from the U.S., I would not recommend visiting this place. There are many better spots in Las Vegas where visitors are treated with courtesy and respect.

My least favorite Eataly location

By Kenny S |

My family and I have been to EATALY locations in NYC and Chicago, and their were looking for someone familiar when we got to Las Vegas. Unfortunately this location didn’t seem quite up to the quality of the other locations. The food was ok but not as good as we’ve had elsewhere (with the exception of the focaccia bread which was excellent), and service was rushed to the point of rude on multiple levels. I don’t think we will make a return visit, it’s not worth it.

Delicious food at great prices

By SunnySkies |

I don’t know what else to say other than the food here is delicious. From the pizzas to the breakfast sandwiches to the charcuterie boards. Reasonably priced and great quality. We rarely come to the strip, without making a pass-through Eataly.

Embarrassing

By Scott B |

I’ve been to a few different Eatalys. This was not what I was sued to. So small. Over priced. Food was terrible. Wasn’t clean. Everything I’ve come to enjoy about Eataly was missing in this attempt. It was 24$ for a piece of 12 hour old pizza. I’ve spent time in Italy. That would be about a days worth of food and the freshest you can find. The best part of going was throwing my food away and going to Best Friend next door for some actual food food.

A vibrant little spot with tons of options

By Tia P |

We stayed at the Park MGM for 3 nights. We walked through Eataly the first day and were really impressed with the vibrant atmosphere. There are so many eating, drinking and Italian culinary retail options. Our plans kept us away until the last morning. The lines are long and unfortunately not fast, but we thought it was worth the wait. We decided on crepes from the crepe and coffee counter. They were delicious. I had the yummy chocolate banana crepe. My husband chose a savory breakfast crepe with eggs, bacon, sausage, green chilis - it was packed full of deliciousness & came with an amazing sauce on the side. It was fun to share bites of the two very different crepes. We thought the prices & portions were fair - especially for Vegas. IYKYK. Eataly is a hopping spot, completely worth your time and money!

Once you get through the ordering process the food was good.

By gsgman777 |

So, this isn't just a restaurant this is several different places all in one spot. I would call it a food court but higher quality? I got a burger which was very good and my got a good sandwich on ciabatta bread. Food was good and there looked to be other great options as well. My problem was with the ordering process. Nobody at any registers to take your order. All of the places had a sign to order online using the QR code. When you scan it, it brings up all of the food from all of the places all mixed together. It was not user friendly or separated by restaurant. Not all of the options were available as requests to make your meal with or without certain items. It was just a pain in the butt to order, very frustrating.

Really fun concept

By soulefultraveler |

Really fun concept. Stroll around the multiple vendors and have a drink, snack, or whole meal. We enjoyed the wine shop, which was flights of wine tasting at a special price during happy hour. Make a reservation if you want to eat at either of the two more formal restaurants with traditional seating and service. Or just graze. It's a huge space with lots of variety.

What You’d Expect from an Eataly

By The Autistic Traveler |

Eataly is a chain, and as such you’d be forgiven to be wary of quality, but honestly, the food is some of the highest-quality you can get under the circumstances (i.e. a chain that’s not physically in the country of Italy). My truffle pasta from the side restaurant La Pizza e La Pasta was delicious, but of course, since we’re on the Strip and in the Park MGM, the price was extremely high. Had the portion size been just a bit larger, it would’ve been okay, but I didn’t receive enough pasta to be able to tack on my last star to this review. Nonetheless, expect some good, genuine stuff from Eataly, whether you’re in Vegas or Chicago or London or anywhere else!

Disappointing compared to other Eataly locations

By bbsydney96 |

Having tried other Eataly locations, the Vegas site was disappointing. Staff could not have been less interested in being there. We ordered three dishes, two were delivered incorrectly. It’s such a shame. Eataly is a great concept with a really good reputation. Vegas let’s you down gang.

Eataly 👌

By MARISOL CORTÉS |

The amazing breakfast with an American espresso, was a sandwich with amazing leg ham 👌 Also delicious desserts, open almost all 11am

Great place with average overpriced food

By MNRLVEU |

We went here after reading about them over the years. The place itself is great several areas with authentic looking offerings from pastries to a really authentic gelato. We did purchase a few items and decided on dinner at the pasta/pizza place. Overall just ok. The caprese salad was terrible, especially for $24.00, I know it’s not tomato season but if it’s on the menu and you want 24 bucks for a few tomatoes and a small tasteless ball of mozzarella you expect it to edible, it really wasn’t, the manger did take it off the menu. The lasagna was reportedly very good, the rigatoni carbonara was really a let down, again for 33 dollars per plate for essentially bacon, eggs and cheese you expect it to warrant that much money for 6 ounces of pasta, however not much flavor and a pretty runny sauce. The concept and vibe is great, some of the food could be better and more fairly priced.

Fine fare at Eataly

By Nick_k_uk |

Thoroughly enjoyed our visit. Ate in Pasta/pizza restaurant. Excellent service too and good recommendations. Glad we visited.

Lovely breakfast items

By Nella |

You will not be disappointed if you visit Eataly for breakfast the choices of croissants and other sweets is amazing and they have a large variety of coffee. We went here two days because the croissants were just so good. They’re baked daily, so they’re super fresh. Definitely worth going to and the price point is not bad at all

Pizza not recommended, fresh pasta very tasty

By Horror |

Has nothing to do with an Italian pizza. It was like a thick, slightly tough bread with toppings. Very dry. I wouldn't order it a second time. The fresh pasta, on the other hand, was very good and recommended. We ordered from the stands and didn't eat in the restaurant

Delicious

By Karphy |

Slightly elevated prices, good portions, GREAT food. I tried the paninis, pizza, pasta and everything amazing. I recommend it without thinking. There are for all tastes and all kinds of food. It's like a market with several islands of food. Restaurants are also available.

Good but well below Eataly Italian standards

By David M |

I love Eataly, and have visited in Milan and Rome (the BEST!) and also Chicago. This one was the poorest and appeared to be the least impressive of them all. To be perfectly honest lol this brand doesn’t really work outside Europe because of the food importation restrictions in USA. Very high prices for rather lacklustre slightly mediocre results

Eataly Las Vegas

By Maryann |

Tried this place twice on recent visit to Vegas. So disappointed. It’s also expensive. Ate at Street Food. Pollo Milanese was so-so as was cotto sandwich. Tried the arugula salad on second visit. Nothing special. Salad was very small for 12 dollars. Don’t bother with arancini either. Bland. Also had gelato. Nothing like Italy. Not much flavor. My husband’s had ice chips in it. Maybe other vendors have better food but we won’t be back.

Expensive!

By Susan H |

This is a cool place with a number of small eateries inside the Park MGM. You can get Roman style pizza, pastas, charcuterie boards, paninis, seafood and steaks in a food court type atmosphere or in one of the restaurants. There are also a couple of counters that offer Italian desserts and gelato as well as a small market area that sells Italian foods including wines and expensive chocolates. If you just want to try some of the wines, you can get a flight and do some tasting as well. Prices are typical Vegas and very expensive but a good place to grab a quick bite and much better than fast food.

Average not great food

By mjjanssen754 |

This place was overpriced and food was average. Service and atmosphere were above average. Pizza at LePizza was cool and very soggy in middle. It had to be rolled up to eat. I added mushrooms and got two thin slices on each piece. The lasagna came w nothing so ordered the fresh made ciabatta bread that came cold from the refrig. Server said there was no warmer for it. She took it back readily as I suspect happens with others. It could be much better.

Great food options and good quality

By mark48tennis |

Eataly offers numerous food options from pasta, pizza and sandwiches to decadent desserts. The advantage is that one person can enjoy one food while their companion another.

Excellent Food

By LonestarSpartan |

It's always fun to visit Eataly to check out their fantastic assortment of great foods. You can order different types of foods from a number of different counters to consume either at one of the many tables they have available or to go. All of the food is delicious. I would have rated them 5 stars, but their prices on wine are quite expensive. I guess it's because they have a captured audience. Well worth a visit.

Quality Downhill

By James C |

Ordered the meatballs! Completely cold. Took it back. Reheated it. Meatballs still cold on the inside. Been here before and food quality has gone down hill.

WHAT AN ENJOYABLE AFTERNOON AT THE GRAN CAFFE' MILANO

By yorkshire1736 |

GRAN CAFFE' MILANO, what a gem. JP, bartender, also a gem. Personable, made us feel at home. I just wanted a cocktail, but after looking at the menu, well I was hungry. The fettuccine tasted so fresh, sauce my favorite. My husband just had to have a taste even though he wasn't hungry. Owners.....please come to Southwest Florida. We discovered Eataly too late, our last day in Vegas.

I recommend the experience

By Paulo Pimenta |

Excellent environment. Various options to eat. We ordered a pizza that was sensational. Very good wine letter. Excellent location.

Great food, better service

By Julia J |

The food is sooo good. We come back every time we visit. Plus the people are great. Hank G. The security guard was so kind to show me where to go to get the best food, everything about this place is great.

ParkMGM Eataly - Great Wine Tutor

By Robert B |

My wife and I visit Las Vegas a few times each year. A year or so ago, we had the pleasure of meeting Hank Graae, who works as a security guard at Park MGM. He is much more than a security guard. Besides having a friendly and helpful personality, he is also very well versed in wines. When we visit Las Vegas we see him at Park MGM Eataly, and inevitably helps us in a wine choice, that to this date, has been flawless. We enjoy visiting with him, as well as look forward to our next wine selection, along with the excellent food at Park MGM. Thank you, Hank!

Great!

By TreRdy |

Great food! Loved the pizza! Very busy atmosphere, though wasn’t hard to find seating. Since its hot out, can easily walk through and grab some gelato while you continue to walk the strip (literally right at the entrance). overall fast and yummy!

Delicious stop - excellent food

By KristinB |

Eataly is DELICIOUS! We stopped for dinner for our first night in Las Vegas, and then returned two days later for dinner again because we enjoyed the meal so much. We also had breakfast there one day, as well as a visit or two for gelato. The concept is very interesting - there is a bakery, gelato stop, bar, pasta stop, and other places to order food that are all Italian themed. Highly recommend the charcuterie board! Wait staff were very polite and professional, and seating was readily available. Prices were on par with other Las Vegas restaurants. Gelato was very good, with many flavors to choose from. Breakfast was also wonderful - recommend the bakery for a sweet treat to get your morning started, although others in our group really enjoyed the egg croissant.

Yes, Go here if you like Italian food

By C S |

Everyone can get what they want. The food was soooo good. High prices and may need to get dessert to fill you up, but nothing beats homemade pasta. Cute little places inside and go to different quick stops to get food and find a table. I would go again.

Pay attention to your product, folks. It’s disappointing.

By vdhoop |

Honestly, the service was a little chaotic. Friendly enough but not well trained/organized. Much as they position the authority on Italian cuisine, it truly is hit and miss. A ‘hmm, okay’ hit and a ‘crap that was expensive’ miss. Tonight the bread and the main arrived well before the aperitif. The personal deep dish pizza they bill as $10 focaccia bears no resemblance to focaccia. Or to the way it is described on the menu. And the tomatoes in the arugula salad were green, hard and tasteless. At a time of year every tomato plant in North America is loaded with ripe, meaty, delicious fruit. Who’s sleeping at the switch here? Everyone, it seems. Too bad.

Best gluten free pizza

By Stephenie Hawkins |

My husband is celiac and loves Eataly’s gluten free pizza with sauce and prosciutto. We’ve had some of the best waiters here, excellent cocktails, and delicious food. I love browsing the wine shop, too.

nice

By Barney M |

we ate at cucina del mercato. we just got a soppressata to share. it was a pizza with salami and somethin on it. it was good. im glad we finally ate at the eataly. i might come back here. the pizza was interesting but we were lookin for pepperoni. ya i might go back. seating can be a problem here though

Good food, good service at the Gran Bar

By LRSLAC |

We stopped in at Eataly on our way back to our hotel from a show. The wait at the main restaurant was too long, but we were able to find a couple of seats at the Gran Bar, which has the same menu. Since it was late, we just split a pasta dish and had a couple of glasses of wine. The bartenders were low-key, but friendly to us, being just attentive enough. Gerardo's name is on our receipt, but there were actually two bartenders checking in with us, and we didn't get the other's name. One of them actually even made sure we got the drinks another party promised us when we agreed to make room for them. :) We had an enjoyable (gluten-free) dinner with just the right amount of people-ing.

Gift of hospitality

By Daniel D |

I was enjoying my sister visiting Las Vegas with her boyfriend at the Park MGM: Eataly, when a security officer came and helped us clear out our table ( The gentleman name was BREWSTER) with good intention and big smile. He shared with us his story and his early career and brought smiles to my guests and my sister. It makes me glad to know there are great mannered and educated individuals in our hospitality industry in Las Vegas. As a hospitality industry worker myself I hope everybody gets an experience like we had when Mr.Brewster opened himself willingly to our table. Truly blessed man.

A real Italian meal

By Elise P |

Very good Italian lunch. Pasta was excellent and Spritz very successful. Even the coffee was a real espresso 😊

EATALY wins!!

By THD |

EATALY serves up REALLY fresh, delicious food. At different times/days, we had breakfast, lavazza coffee/espresso, lunch & dinner, all at the walk-up order places (we did go to any of their sit down restaurants). We had the best food! Why? It is so fresh. So simple. The ingredients are very high quality. The flavors sublime. It was all just very yummy!!!

Beautiful interior, expensive prices

By WestCoastChick604 |

Located at Park MGM, Eataly is an Italian food/wine market. Available are fancy groceries, wine, chocolates, cookies, soaps, gifts, gelato, coffee, sandwiches, etc. along with sit-down establishments. Given everything is imported be prepared for an above-average price tag. Slice of Torta Cocco (coconut pound cake with chocolate frosting) was very moist and tasty cost US$6.90.

YUM, Always Worth Going Back For More

By justacomment |

We go to Eataly each time we are in Las Vegas and have never been disappointed with anything we have eaten or drank. We have ordered at least once at each kiosk and all are high quality food and service. Pastas, pizzas, charcuterie boards, and wines are all items I want to go back for. The cannoli is some of the best on the strip.

One of the most beautiful Eatalys in the world

By Alexandre H |

I've visited several Eatalys around the world. This is one of the most beautiful, matching the Vegas proposal. Everything is beautiful and of great quality. We ate the Italian sweets and they were delicious. Worth knowing.

Unique place to get food quickly

By Lisa K |

This is a neat place that has a bunch of different places all under one roof. At most of the places you go up to the counter and order your food and they give you a pager and alert you when your food is ready. There is also a sit down restaurant option. I went to the fresh pasta place and got caciao de pepe. It was $26. It was a small portion but it was delicious. The pasta was cooked perfectly. I think the lasagna was about $35 and the bolognese was about the same price of $35. My husband ordered from the place next to it and he got meatballs and bread and he thought it was ok. It was $26. You got three meatballs with tomato sauce and a puce of bread. The pizza place prices ranged from $12-$16 per slice of pizza. The name said Roman pizza but we looked at it and it didn’t look like the pizza that we loved in Rome. It was not thin crust. We saw someone eating pizza that looked better and like the pizza we ate in Rome but I am not sure where that pizza came from. If you are very hungry expect to spend a decent amount of money.

To please everyone

By DL1792 |

The Eataly formula is great because it allows everyone to find a dish they will like. This is not cheap “fast food”. On the other hand, the quality is there. We recommend Eataly without hesitation.

A nice stop

By Ayresfam |

We loved all the options so everyone could get what they wanted. Was it expensive…yes but it is the Vegas strip. The suppli was actually pretty gross and we threw it away but the paninis were pretty good and our son ate 2 bowls of spaghetti

Great food + ambience

By Matthew G |

Eataly exceeded my expectations. I ate here for both breakfast and lunch and thoroughly enjoyed all of the dishes. It is a bit pricey for how casual it is (but so is everything in Vegas) but the quality of the food is fantastic and the ambience is really nice. There is plenty of seating - it was always quite crowded but we never had trouble finding a place to sit. While this has the feel of an up-scale food market or food court, the quality of the food is closer to a nice sit-down restaurant. Would highly recommend to those staying at Parkmgm or anyone looking for a good quality but casual meal on the strip.

Eataly was Nice choice to entertain friends at.

By Jeff K |

Nice Restaurant in the MGM Park. Close to atrium was easy to walk to from MGM area hotels. Food was good, vegen friends found food they enjoyed. Pizza was good, pastas and calzones good. Obviously Italian cuisine. Had nice time and atmosphere was good. Would go back. Liquor selection was great.

Pricey for two mediocre pizza slices

By Jeff H. |

I cannot believe that two mediocre slices of pizza were $29. I believe a lot of people look forward to going to Eataly to eat, but the food is not that good. Grocery shopping here makes sense if you have no Italian market near you. Tip: Just grocery shop at Eataly.

Nice strip Italian Restaurant at Park MGM

By Jeffrey K |

Nice atmosphere Restaurant at Park MGM within the nice atrium area off Casino. Nice menu with pizza, calzones, and typical Italian faire. Nice salads and appetizers. Portions good. Nice alcohol selections. Enjoyed

Good for groups with different tastes

By John M |

We're used to the NYC Chelsea location, but this location might be better. Spacious and with ample seating. The variety is excellent, and the grocery items are a nice touch. The pricing is on the higher side relative to what you get, even for Vegas, so keep that in mind. Still worthwhile if you have picky eaters who can't decide on anything.

Disappointing and expensive for what we got

By Rogeraj |

We've been to Eataly in New York and in Chicago and we were hoping to have the same experience. Not so. We took a seat at La Pizza e La Pasta. I ordered the Tagliatelle alla Bolognese and my wife ordered the Insalata Panzanella. The pasta was a small portion, and was homemade and fresh but the sauce was overbearing. It was pretty good, but definitely not worth the $34 menu price. My wife's $21 salad was extremely vinegary to the point of being almost inedible. For $55 plus tax and tip we wouldn't recommend it. The service was also adequate but it was like we were at an IHOP -- get 'em in and get 'em out as quickly as possible. We also had a couple of small pastries which were good, though they were also pretty pricy. We'll save our money and go to Eataly on the next trip to New York.

Very expensive and very bad

By Alessandro S |

Let's start from the assumption that, ready to go, for 50 cl of San Pellegrino they ask you $7... I refuse to buy (petrol costs on average $1.4 per litre) and, given the trend, I decide on a sandwich with mortadella, the least expensive: "bread+mortadella" also costs a fortune but in the end I'm alone a couple of dollars more than the SanPe.... Then the tragedy... After choosing the sandwich displayed in the window and waiting in vain for them to hand it to me, I get distracted and in no time the girl takes it and puts it in the microwave... After 45 seconds of agony (of the sandwich and the mortadella...) he takes it out of the oven and hands it to me: I take it in disgust, swear in my dialect (Emilian) and eat it only because I was hungry and I had already paid for it: because you order first, then pay in advance and only then eat... Disgusting and a disgrace at prices that aren't even 3 Michelin stars! Eataly, do something or at least change its name...

Meh

By gwen k |

I went to one of the many places there for a slice or square rather of pizza. The crust was so hard I could barely cut with a plastic knife they gave me. They also only have Italian soft drinks. No regular drinks. Not impressed.

Non Mangiare Qui

By nitesky014 |

To tackle the multiple counters we did the divide and conquer methods. Line #1: I ordered a chicken skewer (with some veggies $12 +tax). The issue here is... I waited about 15mins, with no one ahead of me, before my order was taken. Person behind me came up about 10 mins after me. While standing behind me (I had yet to order) the Customer told the worker she wanted salmon for her kids. Obviously they knew each other. They had a salmon on the side that for what ever reason was not served. She gave that to her and she didnt have to pay or really wait. I am fine with not letting food go to waste. But having to wait 15min to order, and another 25min for it to be done...really sucked. Maybe, be less obvious to the rest of us that had to wait & pay. Line #2: BF asked if the Bolognese could be put on spaghetti...they said yes. But they served on tagliatelle. Line #3: Never mind...We wanted to try a single slice of pizza and dessert - but didn't want to stand in yet another line. It was the connivence of staying at ParkMGM that brought us there. This place is overpriced for having to stand in multiple lines, and seat & serve yourself. We will NOT be back.

Exceptional experience

By Hannah C |

Perfect wine. Perfect pasta. Perfect pizza. Perfect ambiance. Perfect service. I love everything about this restaurant.

Great experience

By Steve C |

The entire location is filled with little eateries and kiosks. It is a great experience to walk thru and enjoy the tastes and smells of Italian food, We started with a beverage at the bar. It was extremely busy but once we were able to be served they did a great job. We then had dinner at La Pizza La Pasta and the food was outstanding!

bad and expensive

By jpsalas |

Very bad and very expensive. The food was frankly poor. A poorly made risotto, and some very heavy gnocchi with excess cream. The cheapest wine on the menu in a half bottle, $85.

Very expensive but sadly underwhelmed!

By Saira143 |

My and a few girlfriends took a trip to Las Vegas for a concert and because the residency was at the Park MGM, that is also where we stayed. I was sooo excited that there was an Eataly in the hotel because I had always wanted to try it!! For convenience sake, we ended up eating here about 4 times… aside from the zucchini fritters, and the gelato (especially the coconut flavour) which were delicious, unfortunately everything else I ordered and ate were just ok. A little bland, dry as they refused to give me a little extra sauce… I was told that everyting is pre-portioned so I wasn’t allowed to have any additional… but I’m sorry, when you’re paying that much for a fettuccini Alfredo with zero meat or veggies, I really couldn’t understand the price and lack of flexibility. I also tried the ravioli and it was just ok. I did enjoy the shrimp salad.. it was super fresh and plentiful, but it was so expensive for what it was. And with the Canadian conversion plus tax and tip (not sure why tip is asked when you’re going up to order and then you’re going back to pick it up and no accommodations are being made) it’s so hard to wrap my head around a salad costing $50. So it had some good parts but I would definitely not go back there if I had other options.

Eataly Las Vegas: A Flavorful Italian Culinary Journey Worth Savoring

By Johnson Reviews |

Eataly emerges as a captivating Italian culinary haven that seamlessly blends exquisite flavors with a dynamic atmosphere. As I walked into this gastronomic gem, I was immediately enveloped in an ambiance that transported me straight to the bustling markets of Italy. The scents of freshly baked bread, aromatic herbs, and rich espresso wafted through the air, enticing my senses and igniting my anticipation for the culinary journey that awaited. Let’s talk about the star of the show – the food. Eataly’s menu reads like a love letter to Italy’s diverse culinary regions, promising a symphony of tastes that cater to both the discerning palate and the curious explorer. From velvety handmade pastas that melt in your mouth to wood-fired pizzas adorned with a medley of top-quality ingredients, the food at Eataly undoubtedly earns its well-deserved accolades. I found myself torn between savoring each bite slowly to relish the intricate flavors and devouring everything in sight due to the sheer irresistibility of it all. While the food was undeniably a highlight, I can’t overlook the attentive service that contributed to the overall exceptional experience. The staff at Eataly exuded warmth and knowledge, effortlessly guiding diners through the menu’s offerings and even sharing stories about the origins of certain dishes. It’s evident that they take pride in curating an environment where guests not only indulge in delicious fare but also feel like they’re part of an extended Italian family gathering. The ambiance at Eataly deserves a standing ovation as well, earning a perfect score in my book. The design ingeniously balances modern sophistication with rustic charm, creating an atmosphere that’s both inviting and intriguing. The market-style setup, reminiscent of a lively Italian piazza, encourages exploration. Whether you’re perusing shelves of artisanal olive oils, selecting the finest cheeses, or simply soaking in the lively chatter around you, the atmosphere sweeps you away to a world where food isn’t just sustenance; it’s a celebration of life itself. However, it’s worth noting that Eataly may not cater to those seeking a quick and budget-friendly bite. While the quality of ingredients and the culinary craftsmanship are undeniable, the experience leans more toward a leisurely indulgence rather than a hurried meal. Prices align with the commitment to excellence and authenticity, ensuring that each bite is a testament to the dedication that goes into crafting every dish. All in all, Eataly in Las Vegas orchestrates a mesmerizing symphony of tastes, scents, and moments that honor the intricate mosaic of Italian cuisine. Every facet, from the intricately curated flavors to the impeccable service and the immersive ambiance, bears witness to an unwavering dedication to culinary excellence. It stands as a sanctuary for those yearning to fully embrace the art of dining. Yet, embark on your journey with the awareness that each bite and each encounter will paint a vivid tapestry of Italy’s essence, inviting you to revel in this enchanting culinary sanctuary on both the palate and the soul.

Pricey but worth giving a try

By Ryan |

Stayed at the Park MGM for a quick weekend trip and noticed Eataly was always packed. My wife and I went on a Sunday morning before checking out and it was still packed. The pastries and coffee were amazing! I could tell why this place was popular. A bit pricey at almost $10 per croissant, but fresh and delicious. Good vibes if you can find a seat.

Wait staff needs to be trained in people skill.

By Kathy B |

I have been coming to Las Vegas and eating at many restaurants for over 30 years. The service and wait staff were the worst of any place I have been. The food was delicious but the sit down restaurant was an upsetting experience . Bottom line ~ they were rude and inattentive and we had to ask for several services.

Interesting eating place for the masses.

By Janet E |

Las Vegas has changed in a way to feed people. This is an area inside of Park MGM/NoMad hotel casino. It is a self serve area where you decide what to eat then order. You get buzzers when your food is ready. There are tables to eat at if you can find one when you are ready for a meal. The two different places we went to, the food was good. Pricey for the portions. I would rather sit inside a restaurant with a server for those prices. Average portions were in the mid $20.00's.

Definitely give it a try

By Elms4 |

Nicely set up venue. Upscale food court. I can't remember all of the vendors but everything we ordered was delicious. There was fresh pasta, roast chicken, pizza and drinks, all good. There were other food as well. It felt airy and cool. The are was also kept very clean.

great food. portions are a little small.

By Wings06J |

I went here multiple times for dinner, coffee and dessert. The food was great, pricey for the portions but very well made. Staff was helpful and always polite. Many of the dishes did remind me of my trip to Italy. The food was somewhat American-ized. I usually don't eat at the same restaurant twice when I'm on a trip but I couldn't help going back again and again. Would have been 5 stars if the portions were a little bigger.

great pasta

We had a drink at the bar (a spritz, very good, $20), then ate at the La pizza La pasta restaurant. I had lasagna. It was very good, but all the $34 price tag included was a piece of pasta. No bread service, no salad. No nothing. The atmosphere was nothing special. I would not eat here again for these reasons, but we did not try any of the grab and go options so I cannot comment on those.

Not terrible; not great

By katravler |

I’ve been to other Eatalty’s and this one leaves a lot to be desired. Food was okay. Bar area for drinks was what is expected of vegas - expensive but good cocktails and wine list. Food is fine for casual quick experience.

Loved our drinks at the bar…and pizza!

By Chrissy M |

We randomly stopped here on a walk through Park MGM. The drinks were delicious and the bartender JP was great! Super helpful at making sure we were ordering drinks we would like and also making me a drink different drink based on what I said I liked. Both were so good! We saw someone else order a pizza so we were influenced to order one as well. The margherita pizza was a perfect addition to our cocktails! I would definitely come back!

Fresh quick meal while enjoying the strip in Vegas

By ksusue |

We were wandering around the strip, trying to figure out what to eat. Neither of us wanted a full sit-down meal and these days, there are so many of those places in Vegas and fewer simple meal spots. The first time we stopped in at Eataly (in Chicago), we were totally overwhelmed trying to figure out what to do so we left. Lucky for us, this time we met friendly Security guy, Hank Grace, and he provided to be the diamond in the rough that helped guide us through to a lovely simple dinner with delightful beverages. Cost-wise, this is what you'd expect in Vegas. It's pricey for sure. But so is everything else including fast food spots, so once you wrap your brain around this fact, you'll enjoy much more. Hank highlighted the wine tour special and suggested we pick out something to eat, come back, and settle down for a quick, yet tasty dinner. It was perfect. We picked up the manzanilla salad (a little heavy on the croutons in my opinion, but still refreshing and a bolognese pasta. the pasta was excellent. I would've liked some crushed red pepper for it, but was too lazy to go back and get it. the food was freshly prepared and the wine flight and cold beer were perfect complements. We sampled some mini desserts as well and boy was the key lime taste tasty. We might try this again in another city now that we understand better how it all works.

Securing our wine

Hank the security guard is the best! Hank works near the wine shop. He let us know about the wine happy hour and explained what wines we could buy. $10 for a tasting. Great deal for Vegas! Thanks, Hank!

The flavors of home

By Maros7779 |

Like any self-respecting nostalgic Italian, at a certain point during the holiday we decided to eat pasta and pizza. High prices, but the food is very good. I believe it is one of the few restaurants that offers cuisine very similar to what we are used to.

The heart of Italy right in Las Vegas

By Marcia D |

Coming from the East Coast and now living in the desert, we love this place for truly authentic Italian food. We can't wait to try the new products we bought at the market, Ragu Bolognese and Egg Pappardelle. We also got 2 pasticcinos (little desserts) and a loaf of rustic classic bread which were excellent. Feels like Italy inside!

Good food but bad service

By Gio G |

Tired of the usual burgers, we arrived Super convinced at the Eaitaly loaded with expectations that, from the culinary point of view, were quite satisfied but from the point of view of service not. I booked a table at "pasta and pizza" for 8pm, I showed up 10 minutes early and the counter attendant, without even looking at me, replied yes return at 8pm. I didn't expect to sit early but there is a way and a way to respond. Absolutely rude. Once we sat down, we ordered an appetizer. Halfway through this they served us the first courses so we had to pause the appetizers to eat the hot pasta. Very good and well made pasta. The food is good and reminiscent of home. For the check we waited almost 20 minutes because no waitress came near our table. So if you are hungry and want to eat well, ok otherwise for the service also NO!!!

Bad never again! Horrible pizza

By Giorgetta31 |

I had a slice of margherita pizza for dinner. What can I say: as an Italian the pizza was horrendous!!!! Not cooked Unleavened dough Total absence of mozzarella Raw dough Furthermore, in addition to the disaster of the pizza which sells for 12/15/17 dollars per slice, the waiters are very grumpy and not very polite I strongly advise against!!! Bad advertising for Eataly this place!

La Pizza La Pasta - delicious Italian

By Aman |

This place is called La Pizza La Pasta at the Eataly We Loved the experience. Specially because of our server, Peter. The pasta, pizza, & ravioli all were delicious. The ambience is nice, the entire place makes you feel positive and happy. We would visit here again whenever we are in Vegas and want to have Italian. Our server, Peter was great and super helpful, the 5th star in this 5 star rating is for him. Amazing guy! Ask for him if you plan to eat here.

To avoid

By Moli1967 |

The setting is nice and the concept also. However, the service and prices are shameful. To avoid, other places being more welcoming and cheaper

Fun foodhall

Our first time to any Eataly location. Such a fun concept. Kids can roam around and order their own food. We had pizza, cacio e pepe rigatoni and an aperol spritz. Then returned a few days later for a breakfast cornetto and fresh juice. For me, I thought the prices were high for counter service but the food really was delicious.

EATALY

By Shelley Stepanek |

EATALY!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Wow, what a fantastic place. Thursday night was treated to a marvelous party, with the most amazing spread of delicious appetizers. EATALY is all over the world, I believe like 17 locations and the one in Las Vegas on the strip in the Park MGM is amazing. With over 40 small shops to huge Italian restaurants EATALY is a true Italian trip. I have been there many times and always surprised at the wonderful smells of fresh bread, pizzas, and lots of sauces on everything. Wine bars, dessert shops, it is basically straight from Italy. This party was sponsored by Granriviera Mimosas, sparking glasses of this Mimosa were the best. EATALY Bar where we met sits right on Las Vegas Blvd. Each kiosk has never-ending variety of the freshest and appetizing meats, cheeses, fruits and desserts. All of the kiosks and restaurants are great quality and the food comes quickly. I have eaten here a half dozen times and am full the rest of the day. We ate lunch and snacks here besides dinner. I think their cannolis are some of the best I have had with crispy shells and creamy ricotta/mascarpone stuffing. You can take out, or ask for delivery. Look up this place when you are in Las Vegas.

Fun Environment

Good pizza and pasta, but very expensive. We went to Eataly in NYC, and it was less than what we paid here. I'd choose something different if I were you.

Nice spot

By lucycan |

Eataly is a collection of restaurants and bars. Maybe 15-20 different ones. Under one roof right at the strip entrance at Park MGM. Some great food. Nice bars. My understanding is they have replicated what is also in Chicago and NYC.

Shocking Service

By Lorraine |

Food good although overpriced . Service absolutely shocking. We were in the restaurant a total of 45 minutes for drinks , starters and main course. Felt very rushed . Took plates away while other members of the party still eating. Staff very unfriendly and felt couldn’t wait to get rid of us .

An excellent experience!

Had an amazing experience here, night after night at all of the venues. Been to Eataly in Boston, NYC, Chicago & Italy many times and now here 3 nights in a row. Last night I met Ralph, Jen & Staci in the Wine Store. We shared a passion for Italian wines and they are amazing!! Come visit them. An incredible team. Great place for lunch, dinner and snacks.

We love Eataly. The variety is great with many places to chose from. All of the kiosks and restaurants have great quality and the food comes quickly. We have eaten lunch and snacks here besides dinner. I think their cannolis are some of the best I have had with crispy shells and creamy ricotta/mascarpone stuffing. The same kiosk sells amazing little pastries that are so full of flavor – outstanding.

Good Spot

By GPaCalgary |

While we stayed at the Park MGM for three nights, we dined twice within the Eataly area. The first was dinner at Le Pasta and La Pizza ( reviewed separately). The second was a visit to Il Gelato. This is a tad expensive for the amount of gelato per serving, but tasty indeed.

Avoid Gelato ll TERRIBLE Customer Service

By Video C |

I just left your establishment and was really disappointed with the customer service I received. When I walked up, the two servers were talking to each other and didn’t acknowledge me. As I got closer (since no one approached me), the male server walked away and the female server just looked at me without greeting me. I had to initiate the interaction by saying hello and placing my order for a large coffee gelato. She repeated my order back but remained very unwelcoming. The male server then rang me up, handed me my change, and immediately turned away without saying anything further — I even had to ask for my receipt. As a new, paying customer — and someone who was there alone — I found the lack of basic courtesy and professionalism completely unacceptable. Management should really consider training staff on customer service, attentiveness, and proper guest interaction. Experiences like this drive customers away, and unfortunately, I won’t be returning.and I will share my experience.

Very Good

Visited Thursday night for a couple of pizzas. Had focaccia bread as starter, plus a Marguerita and a Diavola Dolce pizza, very nice. Good menu overall and great service

Great lunch spot in the Park MGM

There were so many choices to enjoy here. We had flatbreads and they were amazing! Highly recommend a stop here for lunch regardless of what Italian food you might be craving. Plenty of places to sit and enjoy!
