Wow, what a place. Multiple places to eat and drink and so much good food. A must go to for any ones NYC visit or better if you live there. A foodies paradise!

I enjoy going to Eataly. We went to La Pizzq & La Pasta. Good service, good good. We had a pizza and the meatballs that were very good.

It may happen that you long for Italy in New York. While elsewhere I find it ridiculous in New York, which is the sum of many nations, there may be a desire to eat Italian and since many Italian restaurants are poor and unnecessarily expensive and often horrendously naîf in the end Eataly may be fine. Costly? Yes, a little too much perhaps. But the pizza is almost as good as in Italy, the service isn't bad (even if it's a little distracted) and then we're off again on Broadway!

The on-site restaurant is excellent, service and food are very good. And it also has a huge store and gelatos

Terrible wouldn't recommend. we booked the day before and they said we hadn't, we even spoke to the same guy and he pretended he didn't know who we were. It's okay to have a cock up but then to lie about it after, don't mind us last day in New York we thought it would be easy, don't mind us. TERRIBLE, ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE.

We had a late lunch at La Pizza &La Pasta at the Flatiron Eataly. We were disappointed. I had the rigatoni allamatriciana while my wife had the gnocchi dish. Both were just standard — nothing special. Prices were high for the portions that we got. No bread on the table also. Service was pathetic — server said that there was no hot tea as a pre-meal drink , while the dessert menu had teas. This place is a tourist destination.

Booked it last night for tonight 7.30pm, my wife typed in her details turned up at correct time this evening at appointed time. They pretended we hadn't booked. Man who took the booking pretended he had no idea.

Eataly sights, sounds, and selections are top notch. But the restaurant we attended was average. We went to - La Pizza and La Pasta Service was weak...which seems to be every where after Covid. The pizza was very weak, dough was under cooked....mushrooms were raw and everything lacked flavor. We wanted some spicy oil or red pepper flakes to give it some boost, but we didn’t see our waiter until the last slice. Granted he was busy, but he should’ve made an appearance earlier to see if everything was to our satisfaction... when I complained about the pizza -he apologized and said he will let the chef know. Anyways, its not all bad - we love the experience and the venue...The apps. (Meatballs and arancini) were great!....all are worth a visit. But they need to pay closer attention to the pizza...I’ve been to Italy numerous times, and this doesn’t even come close. Maybe change the name to EAT-USA

Eataly has never been inexpensive, but the food items I have purchased were usually tasty. Eataly has fallen victim to let's raise the price and lower the quality. I purchased the prosciutto and provolone cheese bread today. The bread was fresh but there was basically no provolone cheese and very little prosciutto. For 9 dollars I expected more. I will go to other stores in the future.

Great food (as good as in Italy), staff ok. It‘s a great option if you are looking for a good pizza or pasta. We ate there twice.

Absolutely a gem. Great food prepared there. They have a wide variety of Italian sauces and pastas. Fresh vegetables and fruits too.

Large place dedicated to Italian gastronomic specialities, where it is possible to shop and eat in the numerous refreshment points. Both the range of products and the quality are very good, obviously the prices are not those we have in Italy but, if you want to rediscover the flavors of our typical dishes, it is the right place.

We had been to Eataly in Boston previously, so we were excited to stumble upon this one while walking around the Flatiron district. We were hungry, so we ate at Pizza and Pasta and it was a decent meal overall. Service was good and we enjoyed our drinks; I had a glass of wine and my wife had a fun cocktail with sprinkles. Our meal was good too as I had pesto gnocchi and my wife had linguini with clams. The shop is good overall as well and we enjoy grabbing some stuff here that we can't find otherwise. It's a nice place overall and it's worth a stop in if you're in the area.

The choice of lunch, the variety of products which allows us to have a good time together whatever our tastes. Italian specialties, Focaccia, pasta, etc... In short, not disappointed in steet food

Very special place, several services: café, bakery, chocolate shop and of course the restaurant. The food, the service everything was excellent. A wonderful experience.

We were in NY during the Easter holidays, craving fish, we looked for and found this place, which is in fact a supermarket with two or three restaurants attached, prices are not popular, but in line for the big apple, we took some appetizers of fish, super spicy, and very American, beautifully rich in sauces, and various garnishes, the pasta with squid ink and prawns, sent back to the sender, badly cooked, and prepared worse, without saying that the pasta only tasted like eggs. 90% disappointed, The fried calamari was good.

This is the 5th Eataly I have visited, and yes, I have a personal goal of visiting each one around the world. Watch me!! I couldn’t wait for my mom to experience it first hand as she has had to endure me swooning and salivating each time I’ve gone. I felt the only proper way to introduce her was a pastry and cappuccino at Lavazza before waking up and down every isle looking at all the things we couldn’t possibly fit into our luggage. Why can’t they finally put one of these in Seattle. Ugh. We were especially taken with the Dolce & Gabbana coffee sets. See, here I go with swooning… We walked away with what we could for sure stow away for our trip home and wished we lived here to be close by. Their produce, deli and restaurant are all beyond in quality and service.

This place has everything. Grocery, fine dining. Casual or exclusive. Expensive but worth it. Great experience

I’ve been a customer since 2010, when Flatiron was the only Eataly in the city. Some team member have been fabulous. Some have been disappointing. Not bad enough to stop me from returning. I do some grocery shopping and on occasion have had fish or pizza. On Jan 13, I was accused of shoplifting, or at least bagging groceries and not paying for them. I was told a regular customer saw me not pay so at that time I’m being investigated. (I am a regular customer as well) I payed with Apple Pay and did not take or need a receipt. There wasn’t any video to support the accusation and I did not face the accuser. Is this what we are reduced to. Security can’t do there job so customers are allowed to upend my time without the accuser facing any consequences or the accused. Also now it’s a problem if I use my own backpack to bag groceries I paid for or pay a fee for an Eataly bag. As for the receipt, I did not have a receipt in hand but I do not need to. All I need is the card I made the purchase with as proof of purchase. It’s all in the meta data of credit card purchases. If this is an issue, the customer should not have the option to recycle bag there own groceries or not have the option to receive a receipt. It is traumatic to be stopped. It’s unlawful detention. Just not cool for security to do. I have seen stores put up pictures of people who have shoplifted for future reference. Maybe there should be a wall of false accusers as well. All things being equal.

Every time we come to this Eataly, our experience gets better. Service was outstanding, friendly and efficient. The past was absolutely delicious. It can be busy, so it’s always good to have a reservation. Browse the market afterwards!!

Beautiful. Exceptional products, prices in line with the city. By mistake, a bill exceeding nillion dollars came out, but the staff intervened immediately to resolve the problem. Thank you very much

Situated near the Flat Iron building this is an Italian fast food and seating restaurant. We only had coffee so can only comment on that but the Cappuccino and Double Espresso were both very good. The food looked very appetising too.

excellent in the true sense of the word, excellent products, we went for breakfast, lunch and dinner, top quality products, definitely above the average Italian quality

Outstanding food! Excellent service! Not pricey either! Would highly recommend! Their meat sauce was the best I have ever had!

Excellent place to eat, clean, quality food, great service, and very well located. A great place in New York if you are looking for quality food and drinks.

Decent cuisine. However, the quantities are small. However, the staff were welcoming and helpful. The service is very quick. Compared to the Italian correspondent, something is missing.

Fun, delicious, attentive kind service, and AMAZING food. We were seated immediately and our darling server brought waters and drink menus immediately. Our Spritz’s were refreshing and the pasta amazing. Will be back — good to know they are everywhere!!

Promising start with friendly front of house staff and first waiter. We ordered from the $36 2 course menu. Starters were OK, pasta dish ok but chicken dish was awful with red wine vinager taste to the sauce and chicken that was still bloody on the bone. Wine at $16 per glass was overpriced.. The 2nd waiter asked I've we had finished our starters and I said no as I was still eating and he took it anyway !!! Chicken dish was refunded but not a great experience and far better places to eat in NY.

Had a cheese and meat board. Was serve with small pieces of gorgonzola and parmesano cheese. The parmesano cheese was old and tasteless . Then order a tiramisu, shame on you Eataly ! The tiramisu did not taste like tiramisu, was not firm enough and when the water took off the wrapping the tiramisu just melted apart. When I question the waiter he said this was the presentation. The tiramisu just looked like melted lava . What a tourist trap Etaly has become! Will not spend my money at any of your restaurants , the food is tasteless, same goes to the pasta restaurant is the same disappointment!

I love seafood bars and used to come here often before COVID, but with the weak yen and high Ukrainian oil prices, the prices of prepared foods are high. It may be the same as eating at a restaurant. The coffee shop at the entrance is poorly organized and takes a long time. The price was the same as Starbucks.

Awesome selection of vegetables and pastas. Got everything I needed to make penne vodka at home. Sauce, wine and everything in one stop

Called to have a browse and stayed for something to eat. Food can really tasty and ample for what we wanted. Wine had a good choice and we were advised accordingly by the waitress Great place to eat and browse

The pasta arrived while the other guests at the table had finished their pizzas! It's not very user-friendly...

I travel to the city often for business, and I am always looking for a place I can have a nice dinner when I’m alone, that isn’t just takeout in my hotel room. This is the second time I have had a wonderful three course dinner with wine at Bar Milano and not been rushed, and not made to feel strange because I’ve been dining alone. Food and service have been exceptional, but special mention has to be given to my dinner last night, because it was just outstanding. I’m definitely going to come back with my wife next time.

Any time I am in New York, I have to eat at Eataly at least once. The pizza and pasta are my go-tos because they’re so good. You can taste the quality of the food and flavor. This spot never disappoints and always has something for everyone: coffee, dessert, seafood, pizza, pasta, wine and cheese. Enjoy shopping for all Italian goods throughout the market.

I did not realize how big it was from the outside. So many eating options and counters. I wanted to buy all the cheeses and pastas, but obviously that is not practical. There is not a lot of seating area, but if you like truly authentic Italian food or want to make it yourself, this place is for you.

Market dedicated to Italian gastronomy where you will find all the ingredients in a well-organized place Lots of people and the possibility of eating on site in the restaurants located in the market I recommend the “serra” roof top one. I recommend

Considering we are on the other side of the world from Italy, the ingredients were pretty damn good! The buffala was creamy, the Gorgonzola was great, and the prosciutto crudo was tasty. Prices shocking of course, but compared to other Italian food in NYC which is actually American food, this is as close as I got.

La Pizza & La Pasta at Eataly in the Flatiron district is a restaurant that has some great food but is brought down incredibly far by chaos and poor service. You have some amazing and flavorful Italian classics on the menu, but even basics like focaccia seem to be out every time we go. It’s chaos from the moment you try to check in at the host stand to getting you to your packed and crowded table and then good luck eventually getting your order taken and your food served. Things like drink refills are a dream - and this is during a weekday mid-afternoon when it should be slower. If you can go to the Downtown Eataly you will have a much better experience overall with the same great food.

Rachel at the checkout rude and very arrogant. My daughter lives in NYC and is a regular customer, this person is unspeakable

An indoor market entirely dedicated to Italian specialties. Simply calling it a market is an understatement because it is a true temple of food and inside you can experience a 360° experience of the gastronomic flavors of our Italy, through numerous refreshment points, pastry shops, ice cream parlors, bars where you can drink an espresso, counters of fresh pasta, cured meats and fish where it is possible to eat a meal alone while looking at the kitchen: Eataly represents Italian excellence in New York. Here Americans who love Italian cuisine come to have lunch or shop, while tourists from the beautiful country are filled with pride and nostalgia for the delicious products that abound on the shelves. Today it is undoubtedly the busiest market in the city, the quality of the raw materials is excellent and all the dishes are prepared according to traditional Italian recipes.

Lost a star because the portion's size are smaller than traditional american size. I wish it could be 4.5. We chose a pasta + pizza restaurant inside. It was a wonderful food and environment. Everybody was polite and even without reservation, we found a place for 8. I will be back.

Was part of a 10-person group dinner. Various starters and wine were ordered on arrival, all that I tried were tasty and fresh. Had Osso Buco with risotto as main course, classic but delicious dish. Great service and moderate prices. Full stars also partly attributed to the fantastic atmosphere in Eataly with live band and the delicacies lined up all around.

Black Truffle Festival at the World Trade Center was horrible. The small bites quality was below the expected standards. Very long lines for a wine pouring amounting to 1/16th of a glass. The event should've been $40 not $80 Per Person.

If you like Italy, you will be served! We requested a table for 3 relatively late in the evening, no problem, we sat in the restaurant dedicated to pizzas and pasta. Warm welcome and our hostess took the time to explain to us the specificities of certain dishes. The pizzas are exactly what I expect, simple and with standard products. (No cream or other pineapple...) The dough is thin, delicious and the filling is balanced with quality products, in short, Italy! Small downside, but maybe it's me who is not aware of the thing, the note 'suggests' the tips at 20, 22 or 24%, I thought that the Mini tips was 10%? On restaurant bills it quickly makes a big difference, what do you think? If you have the answer, please message me. I recommend this restaurant without reservation.

This place is so much fun. You can spend hours there. The mozzarella station alone is worth 20 minutes. We ate at La Piazza in Italy and had a very good, but expensive, dinner. The Marchesi Migliorati Montepulciano d'Abruzzo was perfect. The prosciutto platter was good. The tricolore salad was great. The maloreddus pasta dish was a nice surprise; not a pasta with which we are familiar. Definitely would go back.

Well it is a really cool place. Lots of things to look at, great retail display, which is why we went there. So we decided to go ahead and eat there. The pizza looked good, so pizza and wine sounded good. So we ordered the pizza first then went to the first bar to order wine and while I sat there, I asked the waiter if we can eat her pizza there he said no. So then my wife waved me over to another another bar that had wine and we asked we get it or pizza there no and then we pointed to another bar no so then I bumped into a manager asked him where we can eat our pizza and get some wine and he said well it’s up in the front of the store. I would really happy about that there was plenty of room at the bars. Then I ran into the one who look like the general manager in a really nice suit. Told him my predicament we bought your pizza. We wanted a couple glasses of wine. We want to sit down and eat at someplace, so yeah you can go up in the front of the store. Where they sell the ice cream and they have tiny little tables and they were all full. I was so pissed off, we threw our pizzas in the garbage and walked out then I said yeah that’s not right so I went back in and got the pizzas and gave them to the homeless guy on the corner by the Lego store. The retail displays are amazing. Their customer service is unbelievably terrible. Do not recommend you eat there.

Is this a restaurant or a store? It's both. A great fun restaurant in a cool old building. And, enough authentic yummy wonderful market items to make your head spin. Allow 2 hours. One to eat and one to browse. And unlike some places, yes, the bathrooms are easy to access. If you haven't been before, note there are two Eataly locations in NYC. They are different. This one is smaller. It does have a cool 14th floor area also.

We tried the one in Flatiron District for an aperitif and I must say that even though it is expensive, it offers fresh products. The environment is clean and tidy. Very clean bathrooms, this is not a given in New York. I advise

Great place for a relaxed dinner! Lots of seafood options and a huge variety of wines, very good!! In addition to several antipasti options, cheeses and sausages from around the world. Highlight for the wine options!! Very good!!!

Just had coffee and sandwich for breakfast. Too late we walked to the rear of the building to find the most magnificent Italian food store and formal restaurant. It looked perfect

So disappointed in Serra. Stodgy, tasteless arancini balls and Caprese salad had no dressing and one tiny basil leaf - it was essentially dry boccocini and a few tomatoes. Cocktails were pricey for 3/4 of us not liking them. Pasta was “meh”. Service was dizzying, orchestrated and impersonal. However, the restaurant was very pretty. This restaurant should return to the basics given their prices and competition. It was the most expensive, yet worst meal we had all week.

Market full of Italian products of all kinds: restaurants, coffee, takeaway meals, pastries, cheese shops and even decorative items for the kitchen. Quality and tasty food. Exceptional place!

OMG i have an extremely excellent lunch experience there with my family. I would say everyone should have a try if you visit nyc.

Fresh and flavourful food. We eat at Il Pastaio di Eataly. Had the fennel salad and pasta with beef ragu. Very fresh and tasty, wine was good as well. We stopped off here for lunch from the big bus tour.

Actually a wonderful place to have a quick drink in front of the Flatiron. Unfortunately, the staff at the kiosk were completely overwhelmed and we had to wait a long time to get in line for drinks.

This for me was a hidden gem as I only stumbled across it on my last day in Flatiron/NoMad. I spent a couple of hours eating from the different options. Sandwiches, coffee and deserts were delicious. Would have gone everyday if I’d known about it sooner!

Review for La Pizza & La Pasta: Terrible service, except for Raphael. The maitre’d and her assistant were rude and unfriendly. They had plenty of open tables, yet completely forgot about us, as we watched other tables arrive later and have their orders taken. We were about to leave when Raphael, one of the waiters, came over. He was the only professional. After, when a busboy brought the wrong drink, and we had the audacity to point that out, yup, he was rude. Raphael graciously corrected the mistake. They never cleared the unused wine glasses, unlike the table right next to us. Never offered pepper when the food was brought. The food was mediocre. Chicken Milanese was good. The cacio et Pepe was meh. For the price, you can do much better. Much, much better.

Indoor luxury market with lots of Italian foods. From pasta to cheese and from oil to meats. Everything has a price tag.
Love this place
Great location, great food a must try while in NYC. The place is like a market with several restaurants, loved the atmosphere it felt like you were Italy.
