Gerard great things about this place. Looked online at the website and found that they had he normal Neapolitan pizza as well as well as Detroit style. We went hoping to tryin Detroit but the kids wanted the normal style. Apparently it’s now only Detroit style pizza which was a bit disappointing since on line the pictures of the other pizza looked phenomenal. Anyway had appetizers (fries are excellent) and there are other options on the menu including Burger which looked very good. Detroit style pizza was yummy but not for everyone. We loved the vodka sauce one as well as the spicy version.

I made a reservation for dinner here after trying their Brooklyn location twice. We love the pizza there, especially the Colony. Unfortunately I didn't realize this was only Detroit style pizza and you can't get the thin crust they serve in Brooklyn. For that reason, I wasn't a big fan this time. However, the location is great and the restaurant itself charming. They seated us in their lower basement level which I didn't care for, I'd request the upstairs if I was making a reservation again. Overall recommend the Brooklyn restaurant.

We arrive 1 week a go aprox 6-7 pm, we were 6 persons getting there by Uber +45 minutes and traveling from another country to taste the amazing burger, there was a table for 4 available when we get there, they told us that they will not be able to accommodate 6 persons in the whole night, before we left I saw 2 spaces in the bar, we could be accommodated in that frame, the review is simply for not thinking/suggesting to the clients to actually eat with them, but just find 100 ways to say NO.

Went on Wednesday evening at 7pm and were told that there's 3 hours wait. I must admit that I thought it was a joke, but the malicious way that the host was saying it made me realise she was serious. So we went for drinks in a place nearby and went back to Emily after two hours and were told that there's still 30 minutes wait. Since it was my friend's bday and she really wanted to eat at this place we decided to wait (meaning 30 hours wait). The place is tinny and VERY Noisy (don't go on a date). Service was half friendly half unfriendly (depends on who came to serves us). A/C was too cold (it was 68 outside). My friends had the Pizza and said was great but yet, doesn't worth almost 3 hours wait in such a crowed place. I had the sprout salad which was boring. Didn't understand what's the hype. Never again.

We had this place on our list of places to visit - and we are happy to have visited the little gem of the west Village. We just had to try the burger - one of the best ever... Mouth still watering... Prices were the same as the Upper East side - but the food is so worth it... Revisit worthy...

Ok, seriously!!!!! Is this the best burger i ve ever tasted!!! Im craving this thing constantly! Do yourself a favour and visit this amazing place!!!!

Small and cozy place, with great original cocktails but with their own twist, which makes them great. Garlic bread is fantastic, and the hamburger is really worth trying it: very tasty and flavorful (some call them the best jn NY). This place is worth having dinner for sure.

Love this place. We went once with a (middle aged) friend and again with four millennials. All generations were happy here. Both times we had delicious meals and wonderful service. We ordered a variety of Detroit-Grandma Pies (Colony, Street Fair, For the Nguyen, Emily) and the Duck Sandwich. All were distinctly flavored, interesting and very tasty. We stayed away from the fries, burger and salads (we don't like fried foods, the burger was crazy expensive, and the salads looked like something I could do at home). Service was excellent, both times. They brought us an extra pizza by mistake, and told us to keep it at no charge. Wait staff couldn't be nicer! First time we ate upstairs, which is my preference. Second time we ate downstairs near the coal-fired ovens. It's freezing outside, and downstairs was full of people, so it wasn't an issue and was warm and cozy. Yes, it is expensive, but we felt we felt it was the "whole package" and we enjoyed ourselves. No one rushed us out. Made a reservation on Resy for lunch time. Recommend you do the same.

Coming to NYC as a massive burger fan, I'd wanted to find the burger that was delivering the most hype in a city full of great burgers. Emily came across my radar with the unique pretzel bun and the interesting sauce combo...so that was the one for me (coming in second choice was The Spotted Pig). There are two choices across the Emily restaurants. The original Emily in Brooklyn has the genesis of this burger - it's a single patty, cooked rare and served a little differently with a stack of onions and pickles in the Tom Cat bakery pretzel bun. The West Village Emily is a double-stack of Pat LaFrieda (I think) patties, sauce, onions and pickles, also in the Tom Cat pretzel bun. The difference is the Clinton Hill restaurant limits Emmy burgers to 25 a day...so it can be a lottery getting one...while the West Village location doesn't run out. I'm a fairly obsessive character and wanted to be sure I'd get a taste of this burger, so opted for the West Village location, a short train ride from our Upper West side digs. The restaurant itself is just my style. It's understated, it's friendly, it's cool without shooting for a trend. It feels like a nice, relaxed neighbourhood place. We were seated quickly and chose a couple of cocktails from the list to start. I had a Mr Price (gin, Green Chartreuse, pear, lemon) and my wife had the Hurricane Hula (light rum, dark rum, Aperol, pineapple, lime). Cocktails were solid but not exceptional. I followed up with a beer. I love beer but don't get obsessed with fancy craft ales...local and cold is good enough for me, and this one was spot on. We knew we were going for the burger each, so didn't opt for a starter. I opted to upgrade my standard curly fries to Crowlers (curly fries, miso queso, pickled jalapeno, olives, scallions). The fries: The curly fries were ok. Not amazing but not at all bad. They were very crispy but there was a slight memory of frozen curly fries dusted in seasoning from my childhood. They were totally fine, just not what I'd put with the burger, if it was my choice. The Crowler upgrade was nice and worth it but possibly would have been a bit better if the crowler toppings had been a bit heavier. The burger: Ok, so the main event. Firstly, the shape and size of this thing is PERFECT. It comes with a skewer through it but it really didn't need it at all. You pull that out and it's a solid and well made burger that keeps its shape. I reckon it could actually knock a guy out if you needed to use it as a weapon. And that's a positive. The patties are a perfect size within the bun and it is clearly an exercise in precision getting these put out the same every time. I've seen pics of people cutting them in half, then eating like that but for me, that's a huge no-no. A burger should be consumed without cuts and with the hands only. So a light squash down, two hand grab and a confident bite was my approach. The bite was dense, juicy and flavourful. The first thing you get is that incredible Tom Cat pretzel bun. It was so unusual for me. It's robust, has that alkaline/bitter pretzel flavour and seasons the whole burger bite. It is an absolute revelation. The next thing was the sauce. It has an artisan McDonald's special sauce vibe - I mean this in a good way. I think the sauce was laced with gochujang, as it has a bit of a kick, but it also has that pickly/onion/sweet memory you get from the McD special sauce. Not a comparison to McDonald's at all - I wouldn't eat in the place - but a McDonald's burger has a memory probably for most of us, so riffing off that was nice for me. The patty. The patties to me were the only slight disappointment. There's only so much you can do with patties like this - I did get the feeling these were possibly provided as a patty in this shape and form from the meat producer. They were good and cooked quite nicely, although possibly a little overdone...it's difficult to get a nice medium/medium rare temperature with thin patties like this to be fair, but they were a nice pink at least. I would like to imagine the restaurant would buy its own blend of cuts in and grind/shape in-house but I'm not sure if they do. Whatever the case, these things were not a disappointment. I'd just like to have tried the original single patty in the Clinton Hill location for comparison. The rest: The pickles weren't special on their own but they added a lot to the burger. I enjoyed how many there were and how they were distributed on the bottom of the bun. I also respected no greenery in the burger, like a token lettuce leaf. If it doesn't add anything, don't put it in. Kudos to the chef. Overall, this place really ticked the box for me and I'm so glad we went. I'd booked from thousands of miles away and looked forward to it for quite a while, so the pressure was on Emily to deliver. And deliver it did. Loved it, would definitely recommend and would definitely go back. Worth the hype. PS for those who complain about $25 for a burger...get over it. It's exceptional value for what it is. If you want something special, something satisfying and something original it's an absolute bargain. We got a terrible diner brunch the next day on the Upper West Side that was more expensive!

Place located in quiet area of West Village. We ate their burger that they talk about so much and it's really good. I'd say the best I've ever eaten in NYC. They have very interesting craft beers. The only thing we didn’t like was the fact that we informed the waiter that we wanted to order food and drink twice and they finally came within 20 minutes of sitting down.

My husband and I visited this location twice on our recent trip to NYC (along with a visit to the original Emily in Brooklyn). The Colony pizza is, by far, my favorite pizza ever... and the "Le Matt" burger is so rich and delicious. I came across Pizza Loves Emily on Instagram a year or so ago and met Emily when we ate there in November 2016. She was so nice... and all of the staff is always nice and helpful. Follow them on Instagram and most definitely visit the restaurant!!

Emily West village and the chain Emmy squared make the best gluten free pizza I’ve ever had! Thick and fluffy detroit style base but gluten free! We loved it so much we came back twice on our New York trip! If you’re looking for a gluten free gem in New York, this is the place

Definitely put this on your list of places to eat. This restaurant is amazing the service was awesome. The Detroit style pizza were the best we had in nyc, the burgers were the best I have had. We really enjoyed our meal. I would definitely recommend this restaurant for any occasion

Simple restaurant with basic decor and atmosphere. We came mainly to try their famous burger and we were not disappointed at all. dry-aged patty covered in year-old Vermont cheddar and caramelized onions and served on a pretzel bun. Something that “shouldn’t work, but it does. light. The secret is in the sauce Surprisingly light. We also tried the pizza which was ask great.

Awesome Detroit style square pizzas! Something different to the New York style pizzas, with very interesting topping combinations. Deconstructed smores dessert was a disappointment though, don't get it.

Craving some basic food after returning from the UK we stopped in on a late Sunday afternoon. No tables available but we grabbed two seats at the bar. The pizza (‘Detroit style’) was very very good. We had the Luca enhanced with sausage and pepperoni on half of it. A fine glass of Pinot Noir to accompany. Must return for the burger that everyone raves about. Ever so long waits if you don’t have a reservation so book or go ready to wait or get lucky and snag a bar seat

We had a burger at this restaurant and it was one of the best burgers. We had to wait in the bar for about 20-30 minutes since we had not made a reservation, but it was all worth it. The kitchen closed 10 p.m. so try to be here at least around 9 p.m. if you do not have a reservation. Best burgers and excellent service!

We loved this place. The pizzas are superb. The starters and sharers are almost impossible to resist. The star of the show is the burger. It’s made from USDA dry aged beef and that makes it. I don’t say this flippantly; it’s the best burger I’ve ever tasted and I’ve quite literally sold millions of burgers all over the world in my career in the restaurant business spanning 30 years and some of the best organisations in the business. They have something very special going on here. The Team in there is very cool, attentive and slick. The service is excellent. The food is fantastic. This place is going to be very big very soon. Bravo, Emily! The O’Donnells love Emily too.

I went there for the burger and what a burger. My girlfriend chose pizza and she was not disappointed. All in all the food was great!

Nice location with out and inside dinner facility. Nice staff e good food and choices of aperitives. The prices are fair and the quality excellent.

Really enjoyed the pizzas, great price for the quality in ny! Service was exceptional ! Highly recommended

After a lot of research on where to find a great pizza place we have not tried in NYC we ended up here. We got to our seats and everyone put their jackets on since the AC was cranked. It took around 15 minutes for someone to take our drink order, they forgot pepperoni on our thin crust pizza then when it came back it was cold. The thin crust pizza was OK at best. Our family (4 of us) did agree that the thicker Grandma pizza was very good though in spite of not allowing any substitutions of pizza items. The server did reduce the AC and when we got our bill it was wrong. They mixed up the orders. Not a great experience and would never go back. We decided to go to John's Pizza for some real NY pizza which was terrific as always.

For me it remains the best burger in New York, definitely high price but worth it. For two burgers and two beers you can easily get to 90 dollars but well spent. In summer it is pleasant to eat outside but also inside it is ok! Very nice staff!

First, before you even read this review, if you’re anywhere in NYC, start walking/get an Uber to the Emily, and order the burger. You’ll thank me later. First, this is truly a small, intimate restaurant; my group squished 5 people at 4 top, but it was completely worth it. The service was consistent but less than friendly and the wine and both deep dish vodka and Neapolitan style pizzas were good. But the burger was out of this world. There’s something in the sauce that just tips it into the “amazing” category. I’m certain that we’ll make a stop for another during our next trip into the city!

Visited from England after researching online. Very popular place - expect to wait for a table. Ordered the famous Emily burger and colony pizza to share. Pizza was delicious and the burger cooked medium, perfect also. Really tasty and the service was also very good. Good for young couples.

Very limited menu. Did not like the highly touted burger. Everything had a slightly sour taste to it. Very expensive for what is it. One time mistake.

Roman style - square slice - pizza but with a chewier crust. The pickled chiles, honey, pepperoni and sauce is a great combo.

Emily’s is a pleasant, busy, pizza place with some delicious appetizers. We had the Caesars salad and the squash for starters followed by a Luka and a Colony pizza. Every dish was delicious and very satisfying. We could have split one pizza between us but too much pizza beats too little pizza every time. (Is too much pizza even possible?).Nice drinks choices including a good Montepulciano. Friendly service.

We had researched where t get the best Burger in NY and we were not dissappointed, lovely restaurant with friendly staff, great atmosphere and the Emmy Burger is every bit as good as we had read about, I don't know what is in that sauce but it was beyond heavenly!! When we next visit NY, we will be back!

The burger was really good with a sauce that is quite memorable. the flat breads i didnt like - too bready and rather soggy though the toppings were very nice. This place kind of pisses me off because is typical Manhattan - ie fashionably expensive for no real reason and everyone makes so much fuss over something that it inst really there.

I had heard about the burger at Emily’s and really needed to give it a go. This was a family visit of 5 (including two picky eater kids). Our table ordered pizzas and two people ordered a burger. The two kids weren’t very hungry so they shared fries - amazingly tasty and very well seasoned. The burger, served on a pretzel bun, was INSANE. It was flavourful, juicy, and rich. I will 100% be back someday. The cocktails are also wonderful and will add to a good visit.

I wanted to go to this place specifically for their hamburger. It was the right call. We sat at sidewalk tables, beautiful on this spring day. The waiter was very helpful, the drinks were very good and the burgers were delicious. I would definitely return.

Good pizza, good burger, good vibes. The burger really did live up to the hype - the actual meat isnt exceptional, but the bun and sauce are incredible and make it stand out as a top burger. The pizza is great as well. Its not the best pizza you’ll ever have, but its damn good.

The pizza was amazing but the burger was the stand out. And nice quick service. Would recommend to anyone!

We weren’t sure what to expect when we wandered into Emily early on a Friday evening. Seated immediately in the cozy downstairs. We were pleasantly surprised to see the pizza is Detroit-style - our favorite. And it certainly delivered. Baked to perfection. Also had the kale salad, which was yummy. One pizza and one salad was plenty for the two of us. Highly recommend!

The most amazing burger. It is so juicy and tasty. The Emily double stack should not be missed. Their French fries are also different and nice. Oktoberfesy Bronk Draft that they make is so different and nice.

I come for eat but BECAUSE I'm single the girl told me I can't eat here tonight. Well done I go eat in other place but be sure u'll never see me again . I've never see that 😠

Much worse than expected. Heard very good things about these burgers, but they did not live up to expectations at all. The meat was far too compact and poorly salted. Would have chosen Bastard, Reka's or eg Phil's Burger before Emely's every day of the week!

Weird experience..... Firstly we asked to move to a different table as we were on right under the aircon and they acted like this was a crazy request and we're very awkward. Made us stand back up and wait while they discussed. Offered the bar - wouldn't let us use a clearly free table. All v odd. Food was pretty good but burger came 15 mins before the pizza..... that's not a normal experience for people's food to arrive at different time - in the uk anyway?! When asked after the pizza ( I was waiting for it before eating burger?!) they didn't apologise they just said burgers come out when ready?! But hadn't told us this before hand. All in all an odd experience.

Has an early dinner at Emily with my family. The staff was very friendly and couldn’t be more accommodating. The food is excellent with fresh ingredients and a modern upscale take on your typical pizza and burgers. Please make reservations because of the popularity of this gem of a restaurant.

Big fan of Emily. When your two favorite foods can be found in one restaurant, that's a huge win. Emily's pizzas and signature burger are the main attractions. They aren't individually the best in the world, but Emily does do a great job in making them delicious. The pizzas are Detroit style, thick crust and squared. Some of the pizzas are pretty novel and packs a punch. The burger is great as well. The eggplant parm appetizer is amazing.

Believe the hype! If you visit New York and like burgers, you must visit Emily. You must! The son and I agree - it's the best burger we've had. Godare än Funky Chicken? Yeah, I'd say that. Bättre än Gotland Smash? Yes, absolutely. Better than BAP? Yep! The pretzel bread is magical, the sauce piquant, the meat juicy and incredibly tasty. To that we serve a perfect portion of waffle fries. The staff was very friendly and helpful.

The atmosphere was lovely, though the service was a little slow when it comes down to taking orders. I had high expectations from the reviews of the Emmy’s Burger, but the burger tasted flat and the bun was too tough. I enjoyed the curly fries. Overall, mediocre food, slightly overpriced.

My partner wanted to go here to try one of the burgers that had been recommended in a YouTube video. The ambiance of the place is lovely - quite dark but lit by individual candles on each table which is a nice touch and you also get a bottle of water for the table which again is a nice gesture. The staff are also very pleasent. Only given this 4* as the prices could be better. $26 for a smallish burger with curly fries and $15 for a cocktail.

I have many loves when it comes to food. One of which is a good burger. For that reason, Emily has been on my radar for a long time. We made it before they got super busy, so we were able to get a table without a reservation. This was back in December of 2022, so they had a special Holiday Cocktail menu. We started with one of them: White Christmas. Since it contains Coffee liquor, it was not purely white, but it was tasty! It was like a nice a boozy coffee and cream. For food, we thought about getting a burger and a pizza, but somehow, their chicken sandwich has won us over. So we ordered The Emmy Double Stack Burger, and Chicken Parm Sandwich. Unfortunately, something happened to the burger order, and we only received the sandwich… as soon as we alerted our server, he went to check on the order. About 10 min later, the burger arrived as well, which gave us the time to enjoy the sandwich together while waiting. The Chicken Parm was big, and the chicken was super tender and juicy! The melty cheese was just perfect, and the tomato sauce was finger-licking good. And it also came on the pretzel bun, which was awesome! We really loved this sandwich! The sandwich does not come with a side of fries or anything, just a pickle, but it is quite filling. The Emmy Double Stack Burger comes with a side of Waffle Fries. It had crunchy pickles on the bottom, holding up the perfectly cooked beef patties. It was really tasty! Their secret sauce was great too. We had a nice dinner here, everything was delicious! Our server, Chris, took a good care of us, and came to check on us often. About the time we left the restaurant, there were crowds of people waiting for tables. I can see the reason why they are so popular. I would love to go back and try their pizza next time!

This place a phenomenal burger and great pizza! The sauce on the burger enhanced the juicy flavor, and was amazing! Many pizza choices, so we had a “Detroit style” spicy pepperoni, and a white pizza with truffles - both excellent choices. Sometimes you can caught up eating trendy or exotic food in NYC, but other times you just want an great burger and slice - you get both of those here.

Really tasty double stack burger. Is flavorsome and surprisingly not overly filling given how it looks. Also has a great medium between being a messy burger but not overly so (has an good amount of juices and sauces).

Went for dinner and has pizza and hamburger. Service was good. Food is tasty. Overall- enjoyed visit. Recommended!

The pizza is exceptional and the burger is so unusual, but packed with flavor. It's a bit of a different experience, but flavor is certainly one thing not missing. Maybe just a bit too sweet for my taste, but overall very good.

Emily’s has the best burger I have had in a very long time! It’s clearly made with fresh meat and the side of fries are delicious as well! Highly recommend and I cannot wait to go back for another burger soon!!

Came here on a Friday. We had reservations for 530 and got there early, but they sat us anyway. Our waitress was lovely. We got the white sangria and Mare of East Town cocktails. Nice and refreshing. For dinner I got the Emmy burger and my fiancé got the Arenstein pizza. The burger was one of the best I’ve had. The pretzel bun wasn’t stale, but perfectly soft, the meat was juicy and the sauce was delicious and unique. We never had Detroit style pizza. Dough was soft and tasty, their sweet vodka sauce complemented the spicy jalapeño peppers. If you don’t like spicy, don’t get this pizza! The vibe was cute and we can’t wait to go back!

We ordered two pizzas, Street Fair and The Mimi and they were both so delicious! The service was great and the waiters were very friendly. I’ll definitely be coming back and also recommending this place to anyone coming to NYC!

Even though it is a place, we went because they recommended a burger that they sell and that is the only one on the menu and I must say that it was a success! It is one of the best burgers I have ever eaten, I highly recommend it if you are good at burgers. The bad thing was that when we arrived there was no host and we sat at a table, since there were several available. Then the man who served arrived and asked us if we had checked ourselves. We told him that we didn't know what to do and he said ok, he brought us the menu but he reluctantly threw them on the table. When we asked him if there was a problem he said no and It was kinder. We only liked that, the attention from him. The rest of the guys are very friendly

Can't talk about the pizza, didn't have it. Meatballs -- fine, nothing special, what you'd expect The Burger was very good to excellent The meat was juicy and beefy, with good American cheese flavor, and grilled onions. The pretzel bun was toasted, the best part was the sauce, sweet & sour, creamy with a bit of a spicy kick. Very, Very good!! Cool building, go downstairs (rest rooms) nice basement, some dining there too Indoor, but with a small patio too Great staff, fast service.

We ordered the burger and the Loca pizza. The pizza was very good, but the burger and its side of curly fries was the star!! Never had a burger like this before! A must visit when in NYC!! The atmosphere was also relaxing and cozy.

The burger is sooo Good Im scared for life... I don't know how I will eat another burger and not think of this one it's savory and sweet the bun is soft and buttery it has an amazing mic of flavors its so good the only have one choice of burger and do yourself and DO NOT MESS WITH IT! Order it as is!!! On the other hand somehow leave space to try the colony pizza its an amazing spicy jalapeño pepperoni crunchy pizza like no other!!! The wait is literally FOREVER but ohh so worth it... they take reservations on Resy but for big parties normally you would have to do it well in advance.. just to conclude how good this place is we went for lunch one day and came back for dinner the next day!!

Pizza and burgers were fine, but not above average either. The tables in the restaurant are tightly placed, which makes it very loud. We don't have to do it again.

3 of us went for a late lunch on a friend's recommendation. Ordered the burger and one of each of the styles of pizzas (Round - "The Luca" and Granny - "The Classic"). Everything was delicious including the curly fries that came with the burger. Nice addition to the West Village!

Of course, we both ate their burger, which has been named the best burger in the world by several experts. Both of us agreed that the Burger was very good but we have eaten burgers in more other places that are tastier. The meat pucks were not so juicy but slightly dry and a little tasteless. Otherwise, it was good and tasty fried potatoes.

I was extremely disappointed by the customer service in the restaurant offered by a young gentleman with curly, long hair. The United States are known for their customer service and I was shocked to see how poorly I was treated here. No requests were followed up, cheque was given without asking for, desserts were not even offered. If the staff do not want you there, they will make it clear so beware before you visit. There were so many places to eat in New York and I regrettably chose this restaurant simply because of the customer service. A very unfortunate experience and I do not recommend at all regardless of how good the food looks on Instagram.

We hopped off the subway after a visit to the 9/11 museum for the tasty burger at Emily's. It was mid afternoon and the place was busy. People were also dropping in for to go orders. We noticed small groups, couples, business people, friends, and families. Most were ordering pizza or the burger. There was a downstairs which we didn't see. The staff was kind of cold but maybe that's NY.

Mr. Flay recommended Emily’s and he was spot on. Very good pizza...my wife and I loved it. Charming place..we will be back.

Food was good and tasted good, although our distinct impression was that it simply isn't worth the price. Especially the burger. The shredded Brussel sprout salad was really dry, had too much blue cheese and the cashews just felt like they were thrown on there because they were sitting around. What really ruined it for us, though, was that our meal order got completely lost. After sitting for 40 minutes, finishing our beers, we noticed people who had arrived after us, and ordered the same thing as us, getting their food. We asked about where our food was and was told "the kitchen is really backed up." We were given complimentary beer and some chips and the waiter was repeatedly apologetic. We weren't in a rush so it was fine, but annoying to have to chase down your food. The place is so cramped that everybody is bumping into everybody and when one of our neighboring tables went to leave they knocked glasses off the table and broke them. They need to remove at least one of the tables just to make it so people can get in and out of the tables. Glad that we went to see what it was all about, but we certainly won't ever go back nor recommend it to anybody.

Definitely get a reservation. The place is small but cozy and very busy. We wouldn't have been able to get in without one. It is so worth it though! My husband had a burger and I had a chicken parm sandwich and both were incredible. Highly recommend visitng!

Hands down fantastic pizza. Unique vodka sauce, fresh out of the oven, and good flavors. Would return again for the food. Service was below the bar. Food came out too fast -- entrees were brought out before we even finished eating the appetizers, and we asked several times for water refills. This was surprising because we were at the restaurant at 10:30pm at night and it was not full. Either way, would return for the food because it was so good, but would specifically ask them to pace the meal.

Wonderful food. Came on a Wednesday lunchtime and although it was busy we were squeezed in. Had burgers and pizza within our group. The pizzas were good but the burgers were INCREDIBLE! Service was pleasant, definitely worth a visit

Came here on the recommendation of a friend. We had reservations but came about an hour early and had no problem being sat. (The place filled up later, so reservations are probably still a good idea.) The hostess was very friendly and gave us "the best seat in the house" and I think she did-we had the corner table right by both windows. We had a wonderful view of the neighborhood and it really added to the ambience and the experience. Tried the Lady Goodman cocktail and enjoyed it. Also tried the meatballs and the Luca pizza. Even though we live by Detroit and have actual Detroit style pizza at home, we enjoyed their version. Our server was a little inattentive and seemed slightly bothered to have to deal with customers, but we still enjoyed our visit. 4 stars only because of prices-even for NY they are a little steep. Still worth a stop here-glad we came!

I didn’t like my table so I was looking for a reason to be disappointed. Boy was I wrong. The food really is amazing. The Detroit pizza is a must have. Service was excellent too.

A must if you visit NYC and come from Sweden. By 2025, their burger is named second best in the world by Burgerdudes. It was very good, the flavors sat like a glove. The pizza didn't go off for chops either. Book a table here, partly for the food but also because it is a cozy place in a cozy area.

Was recommended to try this place by my nephew in Singapore. Decided to give it a try before leaving NYC and was very happy I did! This eatery is a special place; interior is not big but cosy, with mood lighting and table candles that help to create the charm. The double-stack burger was tasty and came with a basket of curly fries. Yummilicious! They also specialise in pizzas...a wide array of choices! What sets this eatery apart from the gazillion eateries available in NYC is the amazing team of staff who run the place like its their business! They were so warm and friendly, the maître d communicated with guests as to what to expect...waiting time etc...and they seem to be very happy to serve! The beautiful lady handling the bar was also extremely deft at what she does...amazing to watch her at work making all kinds of drinks in split-second time! Despite it being very busy when I was there, she was friendly, kind and helpful. Kudos to the awesome team at Emily-West Village! Keep up the great work! You all certainly left my nephew & I a very good impression of your restaurant to bring back with us to Singapore! Thank you! PS. A suggestion: As the lighting inside is dim, perhaps the owners could consider making the menu with larger font so it is easier to read...it was a struggle to read the menu.

Forget low carb. Go straight for The Mimi. Or the Colony. It’ll knock your happy socks off. Add a side of shredded (Brussel) sprouts and a glass of a good red, and you’ll be all set. Trust me. I promise. I heard their burgers tie for first place in all of the city. That they literally run down your face. But I gave up meat and went right to the bread. And the cheese. So much cheese! MOST HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!

Having recently visited Detroit, it was great to see that we could get to Detroit style pizza in New York City. The vodka pizza I had was much smaller and lighter than the pizza I got at Buddy's in Detroit, but it was still very tasty and nicely crispy. There are plenty of vegetarian options here. We also got the shaved brussels sprouts salad which needed way more depth of flavor. The space is very small and can get very loud so if you don't mind sitting at the bar that would be a much quieter area.

Nice place, we wanted to have a good burger, and a good burger it was. As the reviews indicated. However don't expect the best burger of your life. it was good quality meat and ingredients, a bit sloppy and a bit overpriced but if you are a burger hunter you surely had better. Pizzas (sorry pies) were good on average, however nothing that's worth the wait in my opinion (expect to wait a lot for a table if you have no bookings). Price wise, OK but not amazing value. The service was impeccable, friendly and efficient ! Really made sure we had a good evening and brought lots of nice side dishes (on the house - maybe because we waited 2 hours for a table). Including amazing shishito peppers cooked in their wood oven. If you are in the area, and manage to get a table, definitely worth a try !

Emily you were excellent! The round pizzas were delicious and so pretty! The Emily burger is on another level! No wonder it’s considered one of the best burgers in the city

This is my 3rd time in this restaurant, never disappointed and will come back every time. Highly recommended the burgers.

We went here for my daughter’s birthday and had the best time. Amazing food and excellent staff. We will definitely be back!! 🍕❤️E

Wow, was worth every bite. The hype about the burger and then colony pizza was fantastic. We enjoyed the service food and setting

I'm a huge burger fan and have tested over 200 burgers all over the world. Emmy's burger went straight to Top 3! Awesome food with excellent service. Highly recommending this. I love this place!

I love the location of the new Emily. Tucked away in the West Village, it's an ideal spot for a good meal. My wife and I enjoyed the ambiance and the food. The pizza is top notch and that burger is amazing. Lexie our server was outstanding. We will be back.

They only offer pizza and hamburgers here and they're both really good. We tried a "green" pizza (made with tomatillo sauce) for the first time here and all three of us loved it. The hamburger was a great one, but not sure it was worth $26. Great corner in the Village and kind of low key in a good way.

Their burger is absolutely the best I have ever tried. The taste is very well balanced and even though there is quite a lot of sauce, it doesn't destroy the bun but just enhances the flavours. Good service and very nice surroundings. Advice: book a table in advance, it's quite hiped

A lot of people rave about this place on other sites. I went with a group of friends one of whom said he was told Emily served the best burger in New York City. Not my experience at all. To me an excellent burger is 6 to 8 oz cooked to order, in my case medium rare. The beef should of a quality that no sauce is required--other than a lightly toasted brioche bun and a side of whatever you should be good to go. The Emily burger is two 3-4 oz patties stacked. You can have it cooked any way you like as long as it's well done. It comes with a stale pretzel roll. At least mine did. It also has a spicy chipotle type sauce and pickles. After you over cook the meat, it doesn't really matter what you put on it, does it? Pretty pricey ($26) for a sub-par burger. Others at the table had chicken parm sandwich and pizza. Consensus, ok, but nothing to write home about. I don't live in the immediate neighborhood and wouldn't go out of my to try it again.

Four of us had dinner at Emily last night and it did not disappoint! When we sat down and got the menu, we noticed the round pizzas weren’t on the menu (aka the ‘Emily’ wasn’t - this is the pistachio, honey, and truffle sottocenere pizza) - naturally we panicked. We asked the waitress and she explained that they don’t have round pizzas every night, but sometimes they’re able to make them square if you know which pizza we want. Luckily they were able to do the Emily for us but square! I would definitely check out the menu online before you go in case this happens - you can throw a name of a pizza at them and they’ll make it anyway. We also highly recommend making a reservation. A few people were turned away who didn’t have reservations. Between four of us, we split 2 pizzas and one burger, and it was the perfect amount of food. While the burger is delicious (and also what they’re famous for), I personally feel it pales in comparison to the pizzas. Overall, the staff were very friendly, the restaurant is very cozy, and the meal was reasonably priced!

The location of this restaurant in West Village is really nice, it’s just off the main route and easy to get to. On arrival the staff are really welcoming. We had a mix of pizzas which all tasted good. Other tables ordered burgers which looked great! The reason for the average rating was the staff could see we had two young children with us, we did ask the size of the food portions prior to order. The food turned up in a disconnected fashion and the server almost dropped one of the pizzas on my daughter as he pushed it on to the table, without saying anything. The amount of food was far far too much, we would have appreciated being given the heads up. We left half of the meal which was a waste. This is still a great little restaurant, just brush up on the serving/order taking skills guys!

One of the best burgers I've ever had. Also GET the CHEESE BREAD!! The Spicy Tomato sauce you get with is amazing! In New York everything is pricey might as well get a good meal for it! And that is at Emily's!

I had heard on Dax Shepard's podcast that this place was not to be missed! Four of us shared two burgers (which were huge) and a pizza and everything was DELICIOUS. My sister said that was the best pizza she has had in NYC, and we've had a lot. We showed up a little before our reservation (simply because we were tired of walking around) and they took us right in. I think we showed up during a shift change because our waiter who seated us and took our order didn't appear again and I think we slipped between the cracks during that time because we just sat waiting for a table to be cleared, or to be checked on, for what seemed like a while.

My boyfriend and I spilt the Street Fair and Colony pies. They were Detroit style which means they were rectangular with a thicker crust. Both pies are delicious and if you like heat, these are the ones for you. The Street Fair has a layer of cherry peppers and the Colony is covered in chili peppers and pepperoni. Most tables were splitting the burger and a pizza but we opted for two pizzas. The service was friendly and it’s highly worth it if you can get a reservation.

I came here for take out in the morning and was disappointed that they don't do the crowlers (curly fries) for take out and I think salad too. I'm not sure if I would come back here to spend $50 on 2 pies that are quite small and just okay to me. Street Fair ($20)-3/5 Really small square slices, literally only took up 1/4 of a small pizza box. My brother said the Street Fair was alright. I did enjoy the cherry peppers and onions on it (I didn't eat the sausage), it was a bit spicy, which I liked. Emily ($24)-3/5 This was the more popular pie, so I obviously had to get it. It mostly tastes like truffle since they use truffle sottocenere and hints of honey. The pistachos merely added texture and not really much taste to it. To me it was just decent, nothing worth raving.

Get the burger. Do not pass go. We only had burger. It was ace. The pizzas also looked really good when we stared at other peoples food. Curly fries awesome but oh my goodness, enough for a village. Cocktails excellent.

This place has an incredible double stack burger, delicious... with their proprietary dressing and prepared in a pretzel bun. Quite original! The curling fries were also very good.

We had reserved our table beforehand on a weekday night. The burger is definitely worth the hype. The soft pretzel bun goes great with the juicy patties. The highlight of the burger was however definitely the sauce, it has the right amount of spicy kick and elevated the burger to a whole new level. The curly fries as a side were also crispy on the outside but soft inside. Although a little bit pricey, one should definitely add Emily to their bucket list.

Great spot to stop for burgers. Service was very good and the burger was outstanding. Pizza was good.

Emily has ruined the burger for me. I will never look at a burger the same. Went with my daughter to Emily last night for dinner. We were too we had to try the burger as well as The Emily pizza. We got both. And soooo glad we did. I will start with The Emily and leave the best for last. The Emily is a great Pie. Not your normal NYC Pizza - no red sauce. It had a bit of sweetness to it. With a hint of Pistachio , honey & truffles. I would highly recommend it for a nice something different. Now to the best burger that has ever crossed my lips. So far. Look at the pics below. The explosion of flavors when you take a bite is unbelievable. It's like opening a flood gate and having them all rush in at once. I know that sounds a bit dramatic but when you try this you'll totally understand. No matter how many people are in your party or what you order, you MUST add a burger. Share it as an appetizer if you have to but don't leave without trying it.

Cosy, warm, simple. Totally my style. We took the only burger on the menu, The Emmy stack Burger, which several experts rated as the best in the world. It was super tasty, simple, not lots of different things with different flavors but just good. A little kick with black pepper, something we lack here in the US. Really worth a visit. The top! The venue is small, which is charming but it can be difficult to move around in the inner part of the venue if you need space, call ahead so you get a table closer to the exit. They have other things on the menu, the pizza should be good.

Was taken to dinner by my urban foodie sons and what an experience. This place is famous for its "burger" which is one of the best tasting meals you can find. The beer selection complemented the burger- which is smothered in cheese on a flavorful bun. Yummy to the max. We also dined on their signature pizza which was as good as it gets. Simply wonderful meal.

"I only like thin crust pizza." WRONG! In a city filled with amazing pizza places, this one stands out. It really is amazing. The "Emily" with pistachio and honey? You could eat it every day. The crust is thicker l but not dense. It is light and fluffy. Pizza size is perfect for 2 people. Service is excellent even in a Pandemic. This is a place to bring out of towners for an experience they won't get anywhere else. Very cool vibe in a neat part of town. Go, you won't be sorry

The Emmy burger - side of Crowler fries - glass of Pilsner. Great combo, everything tasted incredible, best burger I've had. Will definitely be back. Great service too

I finally had the burger and it was very tasty albeit on the more expensive side. The curly fries were crispy the way fries should be. The staff was great and the restaurant was very cozy. It was a great lunch! Oh and they have slamming Bloody Marys!

Great for an afternoon lunch with someone special. This romantic, authentic pizza restaurant offers a modern menu with fantastic sides. We split the cauliflower starter plate and the vegan caramelized onion Detroit style pizza. The Sauvignon Blanc was a great pairing with the meal. The most refreshing thing about the pizza was the vegan white sauce instead of cheese. This restaurant was recommended to us by a flight attendant. She said if she overnights in NYC she usually takes a side trip to Emily’s.

The burger was one of the best we had in a very long time. The pretzel bun was soft and added something special to the overall taste. We loved the pizzas, different to what we’re used to in UK however delicious! Loved the shredded sprout salad as a starter. Outstanding customer service!

If you want to eat at this pizzeria please do it before 6pm on Sundays because it's always crowded and they always give the food with delays

Emily in NYC truly lives up to the hype. Their pizza is hands-down some of the best in town – crispy, flavorful, and made with top-quality ingredients. The place has a cozy, welcoming vibe, perfect for a casual meal or a night out with friends. Definitely worth a visit.

brother and I shared a plain pizza, very basic, lol. both of us are pizza freaks and agreed this was very good. pizza was small to share but would have been fine for one person. I have had Detroit-style pizza in Manhattan that I liked better - BUT I did like this one a lot. Very nice char on the edges and good amounts of sauce and cheese. It was a tiny bit too salty for me but brother did not think so. Service was fine. with tip it was about $23 so about the right price for this location and quality. good solid choice if you are in the area.

This is hands down the best burger I have ever had. Everything about it was original, the bun, cheese, sauce, the quality of the meat. Worth the money. Only regret is not trying their Detroit style pizza which also seemed to be very popular.

I came to Emily’s during a quick trip to NYC for my Fiancé’s birthday. He loves a good burger and we both have a passion for pizza, so after doing my homework I decided this place was a must. We came in on a Sunday afternoon and split the Emmy burger & Vodka Classic grandma pie. A few minutes after ordering, our waiter came back and explained to us that they were having trouble with the square dough, so our pizza would have to be circle, but it would be on the house. They even gave us a complimentary order of their Crowlers, which we thought was extra thoughtful (and delicious!) The burger was AMAZING. Best burger I’ve ever had. My fiancé agreed. The pizza was phenomenal as well. We will definitely be back to try the wings on our next trip back to New York.

One of my favorite pizzas in the city! The roni cups and the hot honey...SO. GOOD. Go here if you want something other than your traditional NY slice. Square pan pizza with a little thickness. Promise you'll eat every bite!.

Nice service staff, a signature burger (top 10 of NYC), not easy to find a table without reservation. Garlic sticks were ok.

I love pizza..truly I do. So when I go to a pizza place for a burger this burger better be good. And was it ever. Probably one of the best I've ever had. First the staff was amazing. Brunch crowd when I got there but they made room for me at the bar and never let me feel like I was forgotten. My cocktail was delicious but the burger was a the star of the show. So juicy and cooked to perfection. The special sauce...definitely special. The pizza looked and smalled amazing but if you are in the mood for a burger this is one to try.

The pictures speak for themselves! Best hamburgers …. Probably in the world. 🤩 We got this adres from a hamburger freak - Patrick. Do not miss this restaurant on your trip in NY

We visited this establishment after seeing several positive reviews online, especially those reviews that have bigged up the LaFrieda dry-aged beef burger with “EMMY sauce, caramelized onion, American cheese, & pickles on a Tom Cat Pretzel bun”. One of the above was ordered and an Emzies pizza too, which came with cherry peppers, olives and onions. Unfortunately, whilst the burger was particularly tasty and packed full with the necessary accoutrement, it failed to live up to the hype, so to my mind, the $26 price tag is a little hefty! The onion rings were nice enough and acted as a small compliment to the burger. Secondly, the pizza - ordered by my girlfriend, came heaped with guacamole and extremely hot and fiery. The guacamole and the chilis sitting on the slices were NOT mentioned on the menu and made for a disappointing meal since my girlfriend likes neither of the two. Coming from England, U.K., it seems that NYC restaurants assume all people like things such as jalapeños and guacamole - when of course they don’t - and neglect to mention this on their menus. We were very let down by this and wish their was more detail so the meal could’ve been enjoyed. We boxed up four of six slices of pizza merely out of courtesy, more than anything. The ambiance of the restaurant was quite raucous and the music was good. As atmospheres go, it was a good one and our drinks order was taken swiftly by our waiter. Although we didn’t have the most amazing time, we as a couple can see the potential Emily - West Village has. There is a booming rise in ‘eclectic pizza shops’, as Time Out put it, and the restaurant was busy, loud and the food does look appetising. It just so happens our time wasn’t the best, with the lack of information and listed ingredients being our main grumble during this possibly one and only visit.

I was walking through West Village and saw this cozy pizzeria. Apparently it's best to make a reservation but the server was kind enough to offer me a table for one. I had a glass of red wine and ordered a round pie. The Emily pizza doesn't have the traditional red sauce as a base but instead a pistachio base with honey and truffle Sottocenere on top. It's a mix I've never tried before and I really enjoyed it!

This place is a definite must - the menu isnt massive but the food is incredibly well excecuted - the pizza (luca) was out of this world - the burgers also looked amazing. The decor is cute, and the beer is good, the staff are so so friendly and i would absolutely reccomend this place to my friends an family!

Best burger ever😄 Nice people😄 We will come back😄 Book in advance, the waiting list is long. Easy to find👍

We came for the pizza but loved the burger. Yes the burger is great but the pizza is pretty good as well. We love thin crust pizza but wanted to try Detroit style pizza. The mvp was wonderful. Very saucy and tasty. The Miri was average. We tried the Brussel sprout salad which was good but large enough for 4 people. We ordered way to much food but wanted to try everything. If we come back I’d get the burger and the mvp for two to share. The service was quite friendly but it gets noisy when full. Great meal!

Cool place on Downing ST in the West Village. The waiter was not very attentive at all. The overall service was good. Our salads came out before our drinks (20 minutes). The first courses went 2 out of 3....the Beet salad was very good although hard to eat because they are shredded and awkward. The shredded Brussel Sprouts were outstanding. We also had the Shishito Peppers which were under cooked and lacked flavor. The Detroit style pizza was tasty but not what I expected and the Classic Round with pepperoni was ok. Both were under cooked and not crispy as asked for. With all the hype and recommendations for this establishment overall not worth it, it’s all about the PIZZA..and there is a lot better out there.

Super delicious food! Pizzas and burgers are highly recommended. Pleasant stay and very friendly service!

First timer- burgers were great as were the pizzas. But the standout of the night was our fantastic server Aida (hope I spelled it correctly). She was so professional and her service was brilliant even thought the restaurant was jammin. Would definitely return!

We got a table without reservation, which was nice, as it was best dinner time… My colleague and me, we both ordered the burger and what shall i say: nothing to write home about! The taste was ok but not more. The burger is relatively small and considering the exorbitant price of 26!!!$ and the ridiculous „Waffle Fries“ it’s nothing but a rip off! The worst thing i consider the fries, which are not even made from potatoes, you’ll just get some strange fried dough, which has probably 0 % potatoes in it! It probably IS but definitely tastes like it. A disgrace… Waiters are arrogant and do not ever smile! A clear NO from my side

If you want in and out this is your go to place! However, if you are looking for leisurely dining… this is not your spot. Food was amazing! Service lacking. Cocktails, a bottle of wine, four apps, entrees, and check paid writhing 60 minutes … absurd!

The place is very nice, the space is small inside and between the tables, the service is good and at a good time, the menu, although short, offers what is necessary, in terms of flavors, the burger is very good without being excellent, in general In my case, the pizza priced me a much better option, it is one of the best I have ever had of its kind, fresh, thick, crunchy dough and with a good amount of good quality ingredients.

A cozy and beautiful restaurant with an amazingly nice staff. Their Emmy Double Stack Burger is absolutely amazing in every way, and the prices were pretty decent too. A special thanks to our server Diego who made our visit an amazing experience!

The food and service were good, although stay away from the Emily pizza which sounded a lot better than it tasted. The most annoying thing was the loud pounding music. We kept asking them to turn it down - and the people next to us were complaining as well! But no dice. Really ruined the evening

Had an amazing time at Emily’s last night and highly recommend it if you’re in town and love burgers! My boyfriend and I are dairy-free, and they were super accommodating, removing the cheese and butter from the burger, yet it was still incredible! Easily one of the best burgers I’ve had in the city!

Limited selections, but tasty ones. Probably they chose items they knew how best to prepare. The burger is on the heavy side with its double patties (messy too but totally worth it). VERY friendly and courteous staff. We were offered dessert on the house but declined. In hindsight, I regret that as I’m sure it would have been delicious too!

We went here for a spontaneous lunch around 1 pm on a Wednesday. We both had the burger to eat. The burger is amazing, and super unique. We eat burgers often at different places but this one really stood out with the pretzel bun and Emmy sauce. If we were to go back we would try the pizza as well as it smelled lovely. Really recommend going here!

I had quite high expectations entering the restaurant since the burger was rated amongst the best in the world by well known enthusiastics. And I wasn't disappointed. The burger, with a mighty price of 26$, had all the important components locked down perfectly and the curly fries that came along was crispy af. This place is worth both the time and the money.

Arrived at the end of a long weekend and they had run out of hamburgers so settled for the pizza, WOW, what an incredible surprise, ABSOLUTELY DELICIOUS pizza, Emily special, is SPECIAL!! Went back a few days later for the hamburger, well worth the wait, again, ABSOLUTELY DELICIOUS!!! Great service, thanks Nicolas!!!

Was looking forward to a great meal with friends, but ruined by poor service. Every employee I️ encountered was either rude, short or uninterested, with a general “too cool for school” attitude. Pizza and burgers were fine (albeit overpriced) as at 500 other places in Manhattan. I️ won’t be returning.

Had a family dinner here in January. We made a reservation, showed up a little early and the host was kind enough to seat us. The restaurant has two levels - both small. The main level is windowed with a small bar that gives the vibe its for eating not for drinking, the lower level - a little dungeon like but cool looking - dark and bricked with a small room for private parties. It’s worth noting there was no cell or wifi svc down stairs which is an issue if need connectivity. The waitress declined to share the wifi password. We didn’t press. The place is known for their hamburger - a double patty with cheese and onions and their sauce on a pretzel bun served with waffle fries. Burger was very filling. Taste was good - not the best I’ve had. I felt it was over- oniony, over cooked (they didn’t ask about temp preference) and under-salted but overall was a good burger. Fries were very good. We shared some apps - cauliflower in chili sauce was meh. My dinner companions shared a couple of pizzas - both gluten free. Was a relatively thick crust square pizza (Detroit style? Sicilian?) . Reviews were good and for me, a gluten eater I felt was a pretty good pizza. Drinks were good. I was a little ticked they up charged me for an old fashioned. The one on the cocktail special menu was $15 they charged be $17. They were out of the bourbon they use on the cocktail menu. I subbed makers. Clearly not top shelf and the substitution wasn’t my fault. I feel a $2 money grab just brings down the experience. Worthwhile place to go though. Young crowd and with good energy. Would recommend.

The Double Stacked Burger was great...HOWEVER, the service was subpar. First, their famous burger lives up to its fame. It's juicy and tangy and just delicious. Though I thought the burger would be much bigger, but I was able to finish it all without leaving any behind. The curly fries it came with was okay, but not particularly memorable. I would have given this restaurant at least 4 stars if not 5 stars, if the wait staff would just smile and look like they want me as a patron. I went around noon on July 4th and said "Happy 4th" to the waiter at the door as I walked in and he looked at me like he could care less, I guess he doesn't celebrate Federal holidays, especially if he had to work on a holiday. I sat at the end of the bar and ordered my food, not once during my time there did a wait staff walk over to say hi or how's the food or do you need extra napkins. This wait staff really was just going through the motions, no special effort to smile or even pretend they enjoy working there. I was eating there, but I was essentially a non-person to them. Suffice it to say, the burger was amazing, but the service did not match up to the food reviews.

Definitely not living up to the expectations. I had read amazing things about its burger and pizzas but they were just ok and not remotely comparable to other pizza or burger places in NYC.

A wait staff that could care less. Food that is mediocre. This is really a place for youth in New York who don’t know any better.

Emily's Detroit style pizza, which is thick like focaccia, is absolutely amazing! It is also very filling. We shared a starter (which was okay), and my partner couldn't finish their pizza afterwards. So unless you're famished, go directly for mains! The space is fairly small and walk-ins were quickly queuing up, so I recommend you reserve online ahead of time.

I have traveled all over the country and world and there is no better burger anywhere. A friend of mine in nyc tipped me off to this burger and it had just incredible flavor. We went early without a reservation and were seated quickly. If you are going to do one thing in nyc, it should be to go eat this burger.
number 1 in new york
Well what can I say. I was told by someone that lived in New York that Emily’s serves the best burgers and Detroit style pizza she’s had, and I could not agree more. We had a 20 minute wait so had a drink at the bar which was quite busy but I was happy to wait. Our servers were very friendly and attentive. The burger was absolutely amazing, hands down the best I’ve had.. sooo tasty! The pizza was also cooked to perfection and delicious. My boyfriend and I shared both and were wow’d. I love the laid back atmosphere, dim lighting and the music. Prices are reasonable. To me this is the number one restaurant in New York. I could not recommend enough! We’ll be going back next week for our final night in New York to round off our road trip! Just fantastic.
