Felice consistently delivers good, delicious food. That said, the service on Saturday evening wasn't good. We waited what seemed like forever to order drinks, the waiter rarely came by to ask us if we wanted more drinks (which we did) and then our appetizers and dinners came out right after each other with no break. With improved service, Felice could be at 5 stars. Without it, it is a 4 out of 5.

We really like this restaurant! We were there at 6 PM Saturday. It was half full already! We were seated right away and we left there after 1.5 hrs. The parking lot is across the street. Our food were good. I had pork shank like osso bucco. It was delicious! My son had the special pasta, it was in a small side, he finished it all, my husband had the rack of lamb, it was good but had a few grizzles! My salmon tartar had a little odor, my husband had mozzarella bruschetta, good too. We will be back. I will recommend this restaurant.

We stopped here to try their pre fixe meals during restaurant week. Even though it was almost 5, they let us order the lunch menu. My companion had the burger -- a beautifully plated, delicious, robust portion and yummy salty thick fries. I ordered the salmon. A nice-sized piece came perfectly cooked on top of generous amounts of roasted vegetables and a dollop of horseradish sauce that complemented the fish. I'm picky about my veggies and these were fresh and delicious in a spinach puree making the entire meal perfect to me. The waiter suggested wines to go with our meals and we loved them. Dessert was a chocolate torte that was paired with vanilla ice cream -- I ate every bite even though I was stuffed from dinner. You won't be sorry if you go here -- truly a wonderful meal.

My fiance and I go here frequently when we want a relatively quick bite but a (significant) step up from the diner. We've never had a bad meal (or even a bad dish). The burger is a great, uncharacteristic menu option at a small Italian winebar. It's best for tables of 2-4.

Sat outside in lovely sunshine. A very good menu sensible prices. The waiter was friendly and helpful. We all enjoyed our meal.....and wine. A really good family night out

Went here for a business dinner with a large group. Maybe 30 people. Had a nice private room, probably 30 people. Had appetizers and salads family style then a choice of a few dinners and desserts. Everything was good. I had chicken Milanese which was very good and a large portion. Good service. Definitely a place to check out

The place is always packed and usually really good. Be prepared for extremely close tables and lots of noise. But the pastas are tasty. Every once in a while, a dish is a dud, but mostly the food is good. Make a reservation to ensure a table.k

Felice is fabulous choice on the Upper East Side. A neighborhood gem with great atmosphere, outstanding food and good wine. From the appetizers through dessert, this one is a treat.

Whether you're out with friends, brunch with your family or on a date, this place has the perfect balance of excellent food, ambiance and decor. I have been there a couple of times in the past year and a half, and ea. time with a different group and at different times (brunch, dinner). Every time the food has been consistently good, tasty, well presented and really yum! Kale salad, arancini (appetizers) and the branzino (main) were flavorful yet delicate. The pastas are a bit more traditional but equally great. Wine selection is of note. Staff is attentive and pleasant. It is quaint, industrial-chic and yet still feels European. Would go back in a heartbeat.

The restaurant has a ambiance inside: hip music (but not too loud) it is dark but there are oil candles on table. The menu is diverse and interesting pastas. We the cheese board: it was good but not the best I ever had. However, all entrees were outstanding. I had the fresh pasta with burrata cheese on top. It was served super hot and red sauce was delicious. My one daughter had chicken breast (farm feed) with sautéed spinach. The chicken was flattened out and filled the dinner plate (side of French mustard) My other daughter had linguine with pesto, cheese and potato. A very different entrée but it all worked. This establishment also has glutten free pasta available. I almost forgot: the bread was to die for. It was a country wheat with sunflower seeds! Wine is expensive but enjoyed bottle of Pinot Giorgio. Had a delicious almond and chocolate tart (dark chocolate and not sweet) served with vanilla gelato. Waiter named Kurt who took over from our previous waiter( thank god because he was not on his game) was friendly and efficient. Will definitely return.

One of my favorites Nell Upper East side... you can feeling the Italian presence in the restaurant.simple but very good kitchen.chef Antonio together whit managers make a good job .

Great spot for lunch after visiting the Met. Came with a friend and enjoyed the food and wine. The place was pretty empty when we went for lunch.

When a successful Italo-American suggests taking you to one of their favorite Italian restaurants, you can almost count on a good experience. It was superb! Great service and wonderful, fresh, well-prepared food. Highly recommend. I know I will be back when I'm back in the City.

This was a great Italian wine bar. Good house wine at a reasonable price. Great pasta and delicious appetizers. Overall, I recommend this restaurant.

Came here for a dinner with our daughter and her boyfriend. Great meal and very attentive staff! Food was amazing .. super hot and delicious! Wine top notch! Terrific spot!

Went here with friends for dinner. Food was excellent, but they don't take reservations and had to wait a little bit and then squeeze 4 people into a table for 3. Very good dinner, great service, and great prices. Highly recommended.

Neighborhood favorite but pricey so I need to stop going so often with the entire family! Love the salads and the pasta dishes.

A pretty "rustic" style Upper East Side restaurant with comfortable, quiet outdoor tables on 83rd street, and some of the blandest, poorly cooked, uninteresting and expensive food I have eaten. The veggie tomato sauce had no spices, no veggies, no salt, no pepper...rien de tout. There was very little of it on my gluten-free pasta, which was so poorly cooked so that a piece of each fusilli or whatever it was supposed to be remained as a mushy clump in my mouth. The waiter gladly brought me more sauce with two tiny cherry tomatoes in it but nothing else, no cumin, no cardamon, no tiny diced bell peppers, rien de tout. No taste at all. All this for $28. Are you serious? The large arugula salade with hard inedible slices of artichoke had some kind of white sauce on it that tasted like runny mayonaise, for $15. And a one-third filled glass of average Italian red wine for $18. I live in Paris. We need good Italian restaurants. Felice 83 would not last a week there.

Pasta – linguine mare & spaghetti alla arrabiata – really really good: cooked al dente, sauce cooked from scratch, excellent EVOO, scrumptious! Good bread and excellent olive oil too. But our waiter is conceited, condescending and never there when you need him. Actually, secondary personnel do much better job. Such a pity!

I want to love this place, but find myself merely liking it. If you find yourself in the area, the location is fine, but not a destination place by any means. The interior design is lovely, and you feel like you could linger. But the food is just (to me) a little too pretentious... just an ingredient too many from being perfect. Tasty, true, and I've had many happy dinners here, but I've never left thinking "bravo".

This is one of my favs. Service is excellent, consistently great food, nice atmosphere. The wine selection is very interesting. Often comes from their family vineyard in Tuscany.

The pastas and other entrees are just terrific. I had a dish featuring wild boar, which reminded me of dining in Tuscany last summer. It's a labor-intensive creation and it was excellent. The service was spot on. Of course at meal time it's crowded and noisy, but the food is sooo good. Reasonable prices too. I can't wait to go again.

We ordered from the Restaurant Week dinner menu and added the wine pairing. Our meal was so fresh and delicious. One of the best Italian meals I have had outside of Italy. We will definitely come back!

Luciano made our visit to Felice perfect! The food was amazing, we were seated immediately, and our visit for seven people was great fun and delicious.

This is a good to very good italian style bistro retaurant on the uppet east side where we go frequently on weekends. Food is good and fresh and prices are quite reasonnable. Nice setting and good service

Three friends had three large salads. The place was uncrowded and quiet for a Monday lunch. Ny salad with salmon on top was good. The house mustard dressing is good, too.

Definitely a fan! We just moved to the neighborhood and my wife visited right away and loved it. We went this past Saturday night on a whim after forgeting to make rezzies anywhere else, and while they could not seat us in the restaurant, they had the same menu available in the adjoining Felice Bar and it was perfect! The waitress was as cute as a button and had beautiful short cropped hair and was very friendly! And her busboy was pleasant as well! Get the HAMBURGER, it is to die for! Made from short ribs and brisket it is REDONKULOUS!!!

PROS Food is good: real Tuscany, real taste Quantity is amazing and quality is amazing too Price is right Good environment, especially inside Good position too CONS Service has to improve - especially outside Recommended place in the heart of Upper East Side / Yorkville

All around excellent cuisine on wintry day. Vegetable soup was piping hot flavorful and vegetables perfectly cooked - rigatoni with salmon amazing. Chocolate hazelnut torte to finish. Attentive friendly service. A neighborhood gem.

We've been going to Felice 83 for many years. In the beginning the management was very good and they had attentive waitstaff. On our two most recent visits (we gave it the benefit of the doubt) we've dealt with very snotty managers and inattentive waitstaff. On the last visit, though the restaurant was not full, it took quite a few minutes for someone to greet us. When we mentioned that we were only in the mood for appetizers and a glass of their really great Rose, we were given a snide look and were then dismissed; the waiter never came by to see if we wanted anything else to either drink or eat; very disappointing. The food is good (but expensive), and as mentioned, their house Rose is delicious; but the ambiance is seriously lacking and for a neighborhood restaurant, they should be a lot nicer.

Live across the road, and the enemy finally dragged me back to this place for a 2nd time after our first visit in 2013. To own up, I'm not a huge fan of Italian restaurants in general, particularly when I'm being charged $20-$25+ for a modestly sized bowl of pasta aglio olio...plus, it was ridiculously dark inside. That said, this is clearly something of a stalwart for the neighborhood, so a week or so back on a warm evening I ran out of excuses and sat outside with she-who-must-be-obeyed. In summary, the bad: The lady hostess just inside couldn't care less..a real attitude, was just plain rude. The waiters frequently go awol, two of the draft beers listed were 'out', and when I did order, they brought the wrong one. The good: the enemy loved the rose, the pasta we shared was good, but by far the highlight...the HUGE 'appetizer' salumi/charcuterie board (we had 3 meats) was probably the best we've had anywhere in the world. Was absolutely superb, with amazing flavors, and nicely augmented by olives, cornichons, etc. At $18, I'd go back for that and nothing else. 3 stars is fair.

Though not exactly "around the corner" from my apartment it is well worth a short cab ride. The restaurant is consistently good, unpretentious food and service, very friendly staff. They produce their own red, white, and rose wines as well as fabulous olive oil, truly I could be happy with just the breads and olive oil here :) Located on 1st avenue and 83nd st - Upper East Side of Manhattan - the restaurant also has outside seating which is perfect for those warm summer and fall nights. Owners are italian, as is the manager who is always overseeing - food is authentic and so is the atmosphere. Go you will certainly enjoy!

This wine bar always looked so cute and cozy from the outside, so my friend and I decided to try it out after a stressful day at work. It was at least 15 minutes before anyone came to our table once seated, and that was only because we went up to the hostess and asked if we had a server. Appetizers and wine were ordered, which came decently fast. Our server asked us 5+ times if we needed anything within the first 10 minutes of eating, and then when we finally needed something, we waited...and waited...and waited. We then ordered another bottle of wine. 28 minutes later (yes, we timed it, no exaggeration), we were still waiting. We flagged someone down and asked where our bottle was, and the server's response was "Oh I'm sorry, your server left." He didn't seem phased at all. We asked for the manager, who came out and didn't give any explanation of why our server left and no one was taking care of us, and offered us a glass of wine. We drank it, next to the table where the manager had sat down with friends and started drinking. Another 20 minutes went by and we asked where our server was, and we saw our SECOND server LEAVING with his bag on his shoulder. We were then greeted by a different server when we asked for our check. She was the only person who seemed to be working hard all evening, and she immediately apologized for the poor service and gave us our check. NYC isn't always known for its overly friendly service, but my friend and I walked out of there completely shocked. Two servers left and we were not notified at all. And the manager didn't seem to care, and was sitting down drinking with friends while we were waiting for service. NEVER going there again.

Very cool restaurant, furnished with a great taste. Food is tasty and simple, as Italians love it! We loved the atmosphere, staff was helpful and food great... Couldn't ask for more!

This is one of those Italian restaurants in the neighborhood that's good for couples family or friends. I like the outdoor seating in the summer and the cheese board!! Delish!

Restaurant was recommended to us by our air bnb host. We arrived on Saturday at 11.30am ish and although the place looked pretty, it was fairly empty compared to surrounding cafes etc - should have been a red flag. We proceeded to order the English muffins with poached eggs, spinach and hollandaise sauce, given with an option of either ham or salmon. I chose to have mine with neither, but with mushrooms on the side. My fiancé had the eggs baked with chorizo sausage, truffle and mozzarella cheese + glass of juice. When the food arrived I immediately noticed there was no hollandaise sauce and noticed the waiter. He returned and apologised that unfortunately there was no hollandaise in the kitchen and asked me if I wanted any "red sauce", to which I agreed and then he brought me some Napolitana sauce. When the server who took our order arrived to ask how things were I said "really good, but.." And informed him that the menu stated hollandaise sauce but the other guy has said that this wasn't available. He apologised and said that it would be brought out in a few minutes. I waited for the sauce to finish my breakfast. The sauce itself was cold and worst I've ever had - maybe some butter whipped with an egg - overall pretty disappointing experience and terrible breakfast for an actual restaurant on the upper east side. The food itself was lacking flavour and very average. Thank you to our main server who at least tried to get us what the menu described.

A friend invited us for dinner there, and since we live in Milan I wasn't really eager to go, why having Italian food in NY? But we were pleasantly surprised. The service was professional, efficient and friendly. The menu had many Italian dishes but also a couple of American ones, like the sirloin or the fillet mignon. For appetizers we had the fried artichoke and the freshly cut prosciutto which were really very tasty. I got the filet mignon and it was perfectly done. The house white wine was very good also. All in all a very nice experience. If you go ask for the corner round table by the window, it's the best.

This Italian restaurant is a fantastic Tuscan style place, since you walk in they welcome you with the Italian spirit of hospitality, the staff is friendly and the food is out of the standard. Their wine list is incredible big, wine from all over Italy. their own brand wine is more than what you can expect when you see house wine. Their new bar is the perfect place where to start your per dinner drinks. Don't forget to meet the manager Michele, he is the most elegant and polite person I have ever seen on the restaurant business. KEEP IT UP, YOU ROCK!!!

My daughter and I recently took a trip to NYC and found Felice 83 quite by accident. We had Ravioli Spinich and Rigatoni. Both dishes were great. The service was exceptional. We will make sure to keep this on our "To Do Again" list for future travel.

Excellent offerings. Pasta was top notch and the service was very good from those greeting you to the gentleman behind the bar. Worth a visit. I did take out and they presented the take away beautifully.

Excellent Italian restaurant, good quality in pastas. My wife had lunch Ravioles from the house and I Linguini Fruit di Mare, they were really good... maybe it was missing some seafood and something that bothered me was that it was very but very spicy the sauce, so my 4 stars instead of 5 because the Italian sauces are not spicy 🌶️ except a Putanesca. For the rest all excellent and recommended restaurant. Very good. Prices according to their quality.

Went there for dinner on a weeknight, so the restaurant was not crowded and it was relatively quiet and easy to carry a conversation without shouting. Service was wonderful: very attentive and they were eager to fix everything to our liking. This could be because one of us is a regular and known to the owner, but even so, we were treated like the most valued guests- it was great. They have a big wine list, though not many reasonably-priced wines. Our Pino Grigio cost $40 and it was among the cheapest on offer. We loved the bread and the salad (shaved brussels sprouts). The entrees were also good, we got the special gnocchi with meat, which was very tasty, except that there was very little meat to be had there. All in all, it was an enjoyable dinner and I would probably go there again if I am in that neighborhood.

Living on the upper east side, my gf and I always love to try out new places. As we had some friends in town, we decided to give Felice 83 a try. Reviews looked decent so we went there for dinner. We made a reservation for 9pm initially. When we arrived, our table was not ready and we decided to go to the bar. While it is understandable for a restaurant to be a few minutes behind, our experience started 30 minutes late. No apology from the hostess and once the table was ready, she just pointed and told us to go towards the back and sit down. I have never seen this before in my life and I indicated my frustration with the manager that did not seem to care. Actually, he looked pissed about my concerns. On top of this, one of the dish came out cold and one of our friend ate by himself. We did get for free 2 cocktails ordered at the bar while we waited for our reservation, but we clearly expected more. Food was great, service was awful from management and hostess. You know what you’re getting yourself into...

Delicious well prepared Italian made with the freshest ingredients. Fine Italian dining at this welcoming dining room. Excellent for a date who enjoys fine wine and an exceptional meal.

We had the restaurant to ourselves for a late afternoon lunch. We've walked by several times at night and it's always crowded. Will stop by again for a drink. The dessert menu looks good, too.

We had a night to ourselves and decided to visit a neighborhood restaurant which we haven't eaten at for a while. As always, if the restaurant offers Cacio e Pepe, I usually order it (having travelled to Rome just to eat it for lunch and dinner, then repeat the next day, and so forth...). We had very decent meatballs to start, and both ordered this Roman dish. But we were so disappointed to find it lacking flavors. So much so we had to ask for more parmigiana to help with bringing some taste back. However, the Chicken Milanese was decent.

I was born and raised in Italy, so when my grandma visited me I was careful where I would bring her for dinner. I chose Felice because I had visited the restaurant beforehand with my husband and knew the food is up to the standards of someone that comes from Italy :) The food is great and the candlelight makes it romantic and welcoming. I also recommend this restaurant because if you are in the mood to stay longer, you can have great cocktails at their bar next door.

This is a really sweet neighborhood spot. The restaurant itself is small and a bit dark. Not much of a waiting area. The service is super friendly without being pushy The food was really tasty. We had: Burrata - very tasty Gnocchi with mushrooms - delicious Salmon - not a fan but my dining companion thought it was okay if a bit dry. Decaf Cappuccino - very good Sicilian Wine - delicious I agree with other reviewers that this would be a great first date restaurant. The bathrooms were very clean.

Third time I went. My other 2 were great. In this visit, we got the table in the corner which was great however it was only beginning of June and we were so hot in there. Upon asking a couple of times about the air conditioner the manager finally came and apologize. But still, they did nothing for us: We were celebrating a birthday and at least they could have offered a glass of wine for free, or dessert: NIENTE! I was appalled. To top things off my Brussels sprouts were limp not crisp; My risotto tasteless and bland; My daughter's pasta was the redemption (ricotta and spinach filled ravioli) at least that was good. The salmon was ok not great. Don't think I'll return: It was a let-down.

Two stars because a cute place, otherwise, I might as well stay home and cook myself! I know why I never came here - not great. Seafood frutti de mare - ummmm, could you please put seafood in the dish?!?! There was nothing in there! The scallops was size of a pinky nail! There was no calamari and octopus! I cannot believe you guys charge $24 for just linguine! What a total ripoff! And the sauce way too sweet. I could have made this at home for half the price. What a complete disappointment. Seriously, chef and owner should be completely embarrassed!

Lovely looking restaurant highly recommended by hotel concierge; tables are pitifully small; restaurant was fairly empty for an 800pm reservation which was our first red flag; server was rushing us as he said 'we are going to get busy' which they never did. appetizers were medicocre but entrée was unappealing, dried out chicken. Server never approached for additional service or concern for our dishes.

Always nice to have diner there, even better in the summer on their terrace with their excellent home Felice Rose wine. Romantic in the winter while seated in their little booth. Very nice crew excellent Italian cuisine. One of my favorite in my area of 82nd street, Yorkville.

My husband and I live just a few blocks from Felice 83, and despite having a less than positive experience a couple years ago, we decided to give them another shot. I can safely say that after last night’s dining experience, we will definitely NOT be going back. The host who seated us was unfriendly, it took way too long for our waiter to come over and take our order, and most importantly, the food was BAD. My fusilli al ferretto was far too al dente for my liking - it was barely cooked, and completely inedible. Burrata is listed in the description of the dish, yet there was literally a drop of burrata - an amount smaller than the size of a quarter. It was absurd. Fortunately, my husband’s chicken paillard was tasty, but not amazing enough to warrant our return. Prices are extremely inflated ($4 for a coke), even for the UES. We will not be back, and I’d highly recommend one of the many other dining options in the neighborhood.

Great place for a Saturday or Sunday brunch. Every item on the special brunch menus is delicious. The perfectly mixed Bloody Mary has a “kick” and is delicious. Very close to the 83rd Street entrance of the “Q” subway line.

Not much in neighborhood that is great. This certainly is not. Had pasta dish very little other ingredients put in as ordered. Tried it twice subpar.

I have been here a few times because it's convenient to friends/family who live near by. The food was good, but nothing special. We three shared the Polpettine, $15, (homemade veal meatballs, tomato coulis, Parmigiano-Reggiano), Melanzane alla Parmigiana, $17.00, (baked layers of thinly sliced eggplant, Parmigiano-Reggiano, tomato basil sauce), Burrata e Barbabietola, $19.00, (burrata, roasted golden beets, oven baked cherry tomatoes, sunflower seeds) and each ordered our own salads. I had the Insalata di Carciofi, $17.00, (thinly sliced raw artichokes, wild arugula, Parmigiano-Reggiano, house vinaigrette) which literally had three tiny slivers of sliced raw artichoke and literally two cherry tomatoes cut in half. It was really ridiculous. The place only had two other tables full when we went there, so the kitchen really had no excuse for failing to create plates that were lacking ingredients. All the plates were really small, so for almost $60 a head with gratuity, not really worth it. There are so many better restaurants with better food near by. My parents have been here and have complained that the service was horrible and that their waiter brought all the wrong dishes out.

I have loved coming to this restaurant for years and always enjoyed its great service & food. However we just had just a crazy experience! We arrived on time for our 8pm reservation and on being given the menus & verbally the specials were immediately asked for our orders. We were just ready for drinks but gave our meal orders shortly thereafter. Drinks took a while to arrive and then first course (delicious) but somewhere around hour 1 my husband inquired about our second course. "The Branzino takes longer and we send everything at once." No apologies despite not having mentioned this possible delay earlier. 15 minutes later and we inquired again (after noting many bags of to-go orders exiting the kitchen in the meantime): no apology. We said to cancel the second course and we would pay the bill. Suddenly 2 pastas arrived, mis-wrought (piles of red pepper on carbonara?). Our friend pointed out that the men would not start without the ladies' meals (fish) having been served: this was met with incomprehension. Finally the manager arrived not to apologize but to comp our bill and be very lovely. Not sure WHAT was going on in the kitchen or service but so not the nice night out we anticipated! While free... we would rather have paid for a nice experience and meal.

The food was exceptional. We started with the tuna tartare, which was light, fresh and delicate, and chicken liver mousse crostini, which I loved, but my son enjoys more of a country pate! We followed our appetizers with the Bronzino, and Cacio e Pepe. The Bronzino came in parchment and was done Mediterranean style with tomatoes, black olives and little potatoes, again, so delicate, and obviously so fresh! Both dishes were exceptional! Our waitress Hemma was extremely knowledgeable about the menu and was so sweet and personable! The atmosphere inside was charming! The general manager and sommelier Christian was so welcoming, and actually came out during our meal to ask how we were enjoying our meal. All in all a wonderful dining experience! I highly recommend this restaurant!

We made a reservation several weeks in advance thru Open table. I confirmed my reservation for 7:30 on Sat 4/2 for 4 people. We arrived at 7:25 (5 minutes early) to find every table in the restaurant filled and they ushered us into the bar area and told us they set a table for us there. It was a table for six that had metal backed high seats and Was clearly more a sports bar than a restaurant This was a total separate room form the restaurant. I was clearly unhappy with this as seats were meant for 20 year olds and no one wants to pay restaurant prices in the sports bar when you are taking out your close business people. I was embarrassed. We left. We called another good restaurant close by and they accommodated us at once. The restaurant manager then came to us as we left to offer a drink at the bar on them. We were already getting into a taxi for the other restaurant. Clearly, they had overbooked. They should have offered us a drink at bar as soon as we got there and offered us first table as soon as one became available like most restaurants do that screw up and overbook reservations do. The hostess told me I needed to specify the restaurant vs the bar area when I made the reservation. I told her everywhere in NY, the bar part of a restaurant is for walk-ins not for people with reservations. Our business partners had also been there before and we all liked the restaurant but felt no one was trained on what to do if this was the only case they ever overbooked. We are neighborhood people but we live in a city of great restaurants and they screwed up. Be careful and maybe don't go past 7:00 because your table might not be available like ours.

It's good, not great. I felt they tried to hard with the flavors and not all mixed well. Nothing wrong, just not enough oomph to make it a destination place. Great addition to the hood, and lovely bar scene.

The service was terrible at Felice. Surly and neglectful. Food was so overcooked that I am sorry we didn't send it back. I couldn't find any shrimp in the frutti di mare and the rest of it was dry and minuscule. The ravioli was over oiled and poorly cooked. All in all a Regrettable experience.

this is only a few blocks from our home, and it is a wonderful place for pasta. the service is wonderful as well, chris, in particular. if the cacao e pepe is a special, you must order it!

I have enjoyed meals at Felice for years both in person and, more recently, by ordering due to COVID. The food is great. I recommend you go there. Ordering delivery is a different matter. I have ordered delivery from there at least a dozen times since March. Roughly half of the deliveries are wrong, always leaving an entry or an appetizer out of the order. They are included in the receipt and bill, but not in the bag. And when I’ve called to complain, the manager has always been pleasant and offered an immediate credit (he pleads that you don’t take a refund...“too much paperwork.”) They have always honored the credit. So what’s not to like? It simply gets old not knowing which dishes are not going to be included in the order. Tonight’s order included 6 items. We were charged for the 6 items. We got four. I guess I should get on the phone and ask for my credit, but I am hungry and just want to eat. This happens half the time we order. .500 is awesome if you are batting for the NYY, but it leaves something to be desired if you are serving restaurant delivery.

Food was delicious and generous portions. Started with mussels, plump and juicy with lovely broth. I had the arugula salad with Parmesan cheese. I originally thought salad price seemed expensive, but the portion was huge and salad was excellent, so I changed my mind. My husband had the Fettuccine alla Bolognese, with which he was thrilled. Lovely portion and excellent preparation. Staff was lovely.

Great food, great service and lovely atmosphere! Staff are wonderful and listen and respond professionally.

We had an early dinner at this place. Between two of us we ordered 1 appetizer and 1 pasta main course. And surprisingly it was enough and we were happy that we didn’t order more! Portions were pretty big and flavors were good. Service was good. Prices rather higher than lower. Reservations required. This place is usually busy, so better to book ahead.

Exceptionally attentive service. Creative specials. Delicious homemade pastas. Felice 83 is our go to place when in New York.
Lovely local bar
A really nice local bar to go if you don't want to venture out far. Staff were really friendly and helpful. Only criticism is that it was quite expensive- perhaps some more drinks deals would be good!
