After a one hour wait on a Saturday night at 10pm, we were seated to a great dinner. The half chicken is delicious, the green soup was a hit, as was the ceviche and the beef fried rice. These folks have perfected a 'tang' that lends itself to a really different culinary delight. $67.00 with no booze. Everyone had leftovers. The waiter was fantastic and entertaining. The staff seemed happy. Expect to pay about $18.00 per plate. Highly recommended

New york City does not have to be expensive if you know where to go. Flor de Mayo is a true gem. Try the whole roasted peruvian chicken for $11.50. Enough for 2 maybe 3. We also ordered fried plantains and yellow rice. Total with service charge added on the bill was under $21.00. We had leftovers to bring home. The meal was truly delicious. The service was so good we left an additional tip in cash.

Amazing restaurant! Brilliant food, quick and friendly service, nice atmosphere. Try the specialty half or whole chicken, cooked perfectly. Could not recommend this more whether for a quick takeout or couples dining in. 10/10 best in NYC :)

When I first sat down and looked at the menu ... my expectations were set pretty low. There were over 100 options ranging from Chinese Kung Pao to Peruvian ceviche to a host of spanish dishes... Trying to do too much and clearly not excelling in all. I chose the shrimp ceviche ... And wish I hadn't. It was so overly acidic it was hard to eat. Layered amongst the shrimp were full sized inedible slices of onions. So as an alternative, I chose something that was not challenging for a chef.... Chicken soup with cilantro..... but this entree lacked any flavor. Finally, I succumbed to eating the warm bread . Overall the food was equal to what someone might find at a budget buffet. I will not return.

Usually eat at the other location. Tried this with a friend and 2 children. The kids loved the chichi papa (French fries and hot dogs- is that how you spell it?). My friend had some type of seafood soup and loved it. The fried rice was disgusting. It was sticky and wet. Also, I felt it was kind of pricey ( not justifiable). I usually get the peevish chicken from the other location and I love it. Didn't get to

Really good dinner. Awesome sangria and tasty food. However Europeans remember the portion size! One plate was more than enough for the two of us.

Recently had dinner at Flor De Mayo (the Amsterdam location) with my husband and his parents and the food was amazing!! My husband and I have been here before with my good friend and her boyfriend and we enjoyed it so much we decided to bring my in-laws for dinner. We went on a Friday night and arrived there at 6:30 and to our surprise, it was not crowded.....yet. The first time we went with our friends, it was super crowded, but luckily we didn't have to wait too long. I suggest if you do go to Flor De Mayo, try to get there no later than 6:30 to beat the crowd. We sat down and ordered our meal which consisted of broiled filet of sole, three orders of bistec de palomilla, one pork fried rice, one vegetable fried rice, one yellow rice, maduros, tostones, and a large plate of slice avocado. Omigolly the food was incredible!!!!! We devoured everything we ordered, so you know the food is good. We left very happy and with full bellies!!!! We will definitely be going back!!!

This is truly an amazing place to eat. Everything tastes great. I truly recommend Flor de Mayo. I love their fish filet of sole. Also their chicken is amazing. One thing to keep in mind is that it tends to be packed on weekends, so be prepared to wait, but it will be all worth it.

This is a very popular neighborhood restaurant. It is packed on weekends as people come from all over. Their great dishes include the grilled chicken Peruvian style, their fried plantains, All rice and bean dishes, and their avocado salad. They also serve Chinese food but it is not their forte.

I had to admit, I wrote more negative reviews than positive ones. However, this place was the first for me to say - "I'm going to write a glowing review for this one!!!". I had first visited the restaurant back in 2000s almost every Friday night after the Friday Night Volleyball near by. It was our stable - most reliable Peruvian - Chinese food we had. The Chinese style squid fried rice is my favorite, then the rostisserie chicken comes second and followed by Tallarin Saltado - the noodle is always al dante! So I moved away from the city and had stopped coming by. Last night I went back after a decade and I have to say -nothing has changed! In a good way - the food are still amazing, the service is still great - we asked if this was the same chef and was told yes! The same chef for the last 21 years!!!! This place is a staple of UPW!!! I am so happy with this place and I am hoping to come up with more excuses to return!

I’ve been ordering from or eating at reasonably regularly for years, but after my most recent experience, I won’t be ordering again. Here’s what happened: I placed an online order, and one of the items I ordered was unavailable. Instead of calling to let me know and offer alternatives (which is standard practice at literally every other restaurant I’ve dealt with), they simply cancelled the item without any communication. I only found out through the app after the fact. When I called to ask if we could substitute a different item, I was told “we can’t help you.” No apology, no attempt to make it right, just complete indifference to the situation they created by poor communication. This is basic customer service 101. When you can’t fulfill an order, you contact the customer. When a customer has a reasonable request due to your oversight, you try to help. This place apparently doesn’t understand either concept. There are too many other restaurants in NYC that actually care about their customers to waste time with places that don’t.

A friend recommended Flor De Mayo, which is an interesting restaurant serving both Chinese and Peruvian food. Having never tried Peruvian cuisine, I ordered the barbecued chicken with green rice. The rice was colored green with fresh cilantro, and the barbecued chicken was excellent with fresh herbs and vegetables. Prices were reasonable and the atmosphere was nothing special, but reflected a cozy bar type of atmosphere. I would recommend trying this place while in New York City.

Flor De Mayo with two locations in NYC serves both Chinese and Spanish food with heavy emphasis on Peruvian chicken. Moist, tender and tasty it has been our favorite for over 25 years & it’s still only $6 for a 1/2 chicken ($10.75 if you want rice & salad). Full bar & only street parking in both locations.

Lomo Salteado is all I have to say! It is the bomb and keeps me coming back! There maduros are great. The wait to get in at times is annoying and their drinks are VERY strong.

great service, great food and will be here again. The wait to be seated wasn't that long. The food was hot and tasty! looks like its a locals favorite.

My husband and I just moved to NYC about 3 weeks ago. We have been exploring the culinary side of the city and we can say that we are impressed by what this city can offer. Flor De Mayo is a Chinese-Peruvian restaurant located in Upper West Side. We stopped by on a Sunday evening for dinner and it was packed! They offer extensive menu with both traditional Chinese and Peruvian specialty dishes. We decided to try Peruvian dishes this time. My husband beef stew which came with yellow rice and yuca. I had a half rotisserie chicken which came with sweet plantain and shredded lettuce/tomato salad with special dressing. Both plates were absolutely fresh and delicious. We completely finished our plates even though they were in pretty good size. I usually never finish a plate but this special rotisserie chicken made me want more. The restaurant was very busy but our server was attentive. Overall, we had a great experience. I read others' reviews that they offer one of the best Sangria and Pina Colada in town, so we will try them next time. We will definitely return soon to try their Chinese dishes as well!

This restaurant came recommended by friend and I'm glad we visited! It's Chino-Latino cuisine, which I was unfamiliar with beforehand, so I was a little overwhelmed by the menu. We ordered the Peruvian rotisserie half chicken with fried rice and roasted duck with yellow rice and gravy. Both we delightful and delicious. I really enjoyed the gravy and duck. The prices are reasonable and good portions - we had enough leftovers for lunch. It's a small spot filled with locals, so the atmosphere is a lot of fun too. Definitely worth checking out!

Flor De Mayo was amazing. It felt like it was in the middle of nowhere, but the food was divine. A cross between Peruvian and Chinese cuisine, the choices were endless. I had (as the rest of my group) the Lomo Saltado - steak on a bed of rice with french fries, onions and tomatoes. You will not be disappointed. The portion was enough for two people! Since, it is busy they will try to get people in and out as fast as they can.

I love this place. Have been coming here for years. The drinks are great and the food is always on point. You might have to wait for a table, but it's well worth it. This place is always packed.

Interesting dishes but nothing spectacular. The service was good and quick, but seemed like they were really pushing us to go, so that other customers would replace us at the table. I didn't find the prices that low, compared to what other reviewers wrote. Overall my impressions were mediocre.

We went out, 3 of us Out of 5, we rated this place: Great food. Flavor, presentation, quantity: 5 Service. Knowledgeable, friendly, timely: 5 Atmosphere/ ambiance. Vibe, decor, music: 4 Menu variety: 5 Value for the money: 4 Overall: 5 Best thing/ must try: half chicken with fried rice, or, lomo steak. Great onions! Dienstag Essen Verein, Portland branch.

Never coming back to this place again. They told us a 5 min wait and had us waiting for 15min. Then when a table was ready they said it was reserved for a large party with no reservations and no one in site. Couldnt even accomadate a party of 5. If your looking to eat with your family I recommend you go else where.

I have eaten at Flor De Mayo (Amsterdam Avenue location) with my family for many years. It was my Mom's 89th birthday and we came to Flor De Mayo to celebrate and have a great meal together. I know it means a lot to my Mom to be with us all together. We had great food and spent some time together. Flor De Mayo features Chino-Latino Cuisine at its finest. I love the food here and the portions are satisfying. I ordered the broiled fish fillet with lemon and garlic, yellow Spanish rice, and black beans. The fish was so tender and flavorful. The lemon and garlic was just the right amount and did not overpower the fish. The Spanish rice was so good and the black beans had nice seasoning. We also ordered tostones for everyone with garlic sauce and I enjoyed quite a few. Allen got a big pork chop that came with shredded lettuce and tomato, and yellow Spanish rice. The pork shop was so juicy, cooked to perfection, and the spices were vibrant. He also had tostones and used hot sauce on his food of course. In Allen's book, no meal would be complete unless it has hot sauce.t was nice to be here with my Mom. She turns 89 tomorrow and I am so thankful she is still with us. I wanted to make sure we got to spend some time together with the family. They did not have cake so I ordered my Mom flan. She said it was yummy and ate it all.

This is my "go to" restaurant when I am meeting friends on the Upper West Side. An unusual blend of Chinese and Peruvian food that is always great, not haute cuisine, but great heart warming food. Their Chinese menu is about half and their Peruvian fills the rest. One of my favorites is their Special Peruvian Roast Chicken with special sauce. Rice, bean, sweet or green plantains only make this dish better.

The food quality is very good here and the prices are very good, considering they give you very large portions. There were four of us and we all had variations of a chicken dish. By the time we were finished, everyone was full. Definitely recommend.

The restaurant seemed really noisy but nice. After asking for another seat the staff was nice and offered us a different one. The food was delicious and the portion was big. I can definitely recommend the Peruvian cuisine and this restaurant.

We were a family of 3 going to this Chino Latino restaurant on Amsterdam avenue. The youngest ordered a Lo mein, the adults ordered Peruvian chicken with fried rice. The portions were huge - one plate could easily have fed 2-3 adults. The chicken was very moist, but lacked a bit of seasoning, the fried rice, however, was lovely. The atmosphere was nice and relaxed, and the staff was very friendly. Would go there again.

Portions were generous, and food was tasty. However, I don't know if I would choose to go back there.

My girlfriend for quite some time has been wanting to go to Flor de Mayo. She says that she was taken here a couple of times by her family and wanted to return again. After watching a show she wanted something to eat and I mentioned, would you like to go to Flor de Mayo? She said yes but that's if we can find parking. Well we drove there and found a spot a block away and we went in and ordered an appetizer which was the Choros (mussels) a la chalaca. I am not a mussels fanatic but my girlfriend said I should try it. I grabbed one and I was already anticipating a weird ocean water after taste and to my surprise these mussels didn't have one bit of ocean salt water flavor, they had the nice kick of the seasoning they use on top of the mussels itself which counts with cilantro, fine chopped tomatoes, onions, peppers and black pepper. It was delicious, highly recommend them. After having these, I asked the waiter what he recommended and he told me for you I recommend the Lomo Salteado and I looked it up in the menu and found it weird that on the menu it says it is served with french fries on top of the steak, when I got my dinner and saw the fries soaked in the seasoning they use for the steak the dish was great. Has a nice flavor to it. It was delicious. Highly recommend the dish. My girl had the pepper steak and she loved her dish. Highly recommend this Chinese Peruvian fusion. A++++

Well priced and consistently high quality on the Chinese and Peruvian dishes. We tend to prefer the Peruvian and recommend the ceviche, the tallarin saltado and lomo saltado. Location on the west side is also very convenient.

This Chinese-Peruvian is a great value for the money. I've been going here for 20 years and have never had a bad meal. Truthfully, I've never tried any of the Chinese dishes, only the Peruvian. There is a wide selection of Latin foods, all the regulars, plus a nice group of Peruvian specialties. One of the best things here is the rotisserie Peruvian chicken, with yellow rice and plantains. This is my all time favorite for delivery when cooking at home is out of the question. The restaurant has a full service bar and comfortable atmosphere. The staff is always helpful and friendly. Well worth a visit of a home delivery. Group friendly, child friendly and single dining friendly.

this is one of my go to's when I have a few bucks in my pocket and want something greasy, tasty, and that will fill me up. Don't be fooled by the drinks, all you need is one or two and you're set for the night. There is a wait if you go on a weekend night.

Great food, great drinks!! strong drinks...:) Nice combination of spanish chinese. Will go back again!!

I've tasted the Rotiserie Chicken w/ fried Rice and their Papa a la Arequipeña and it was delicious!! I've also tried their Lomo Saltado (Best I've ever had) and their Aguadito (very tasty). The Sangria has a good balance of fruit and wine so it has become my favorite. I've tried both Flor De Mayo restaurants in New York, on Broadway and on Amsterdam, and have enjoyed them equally.

Line was long but it was worth the wait. Good drinks and Great Food. I especially liked one of their chicken dishes but can't remember the name.

Amazing food. Well cooked and authentic tasking. Tightly spaced seating typically. Very busy restaurant. VERY GOOD FOOD.

I truly love Flor de Mayo and I've gone there many times. However, it tends to be too crowded for my taste. If you're planning to go there for dinner, I would suggest to make it an early one to avoid a long wait.

I have eaten here a few times but this time we went for my mom's bday. They gave us the round table in the back for like 7 of us. We started off with drinks, The Henny Colada was great and I had a really great drink pink lemonade something ( very girly drink ), but all were great. We skipped appetizers and went straight for the meals. The speciality is the roast chicken which we ordered for entire table and then we had from fried shrimps ( which I didnt care for this trip cause they made them flat instead of nice fat round shrimps), some had lobster tail, shrimp with lobster sauce (excellent) and shrimp scampi. The atmosphere was casual, we went at 4pm, but by the time we left it was getting crowded. They even brought my mom out flan with a candle. Great night, good food and great family and friends.

Very friendly staff and good food Egg fu Yung very good Very reasonably priced More of a neighborhood restaurant Not touristy

What a concept...Peruvian and Chinese food in one place! The food was so good! I had lomo saltado with steamed yuca and plantain. Super good! My boss has Peruvian chicken with shrimp fried rice. They also have a full bar. Good service and food! The ambience isn't great but the food surely makes up for it. I'll be back next trip!

We been going to this restaurant for abut 20 years, and this time it was very dessapoited . They don't take reservations and on weekends you have to wait to get a table for so long that is not wort it. The manager was so rude to us knowing that we are old costumers,he favors young and pretty girls they did not have to wait. The food is very good it is a combination of Chinese and Latin but is nor wort it since there is so many restaurant like this in New York. It time to move on!!

The worst disappointment and experience, I came to lunch they served me reheated food God knows how many days and of terrible quality, I do NOT RECOMMEND ANYONE. I also do not blame the waiter, it is the owner and the cook the accomplices DO NOT GO..!!! IT IS AN INSULT TO PERUVIAN CUISINE THIS RESTAURANT..!!! THAT'S NOT CHICKEN AJÍ..!!! THAT'S NOT MEAT STEW..!!! THAT'S NOT CEVICHE..!!!

This restaurant was recommended by a friend who had eaten here when they came to New York. Between the food and the service, I was not s disappointed. My son ordered fried pork chunks with the fried rice had the beef picadillo with green rice. The portion sizes were huge snd two people could share one plate.

There's always a line, but I don't get it. It's not all that. The service was excellent, but the food wasn't anything all that special. Not so flavorful or interesting. The ceviche was definitely disappointing.

I go to New york at least once a year and this is a must do for me while in the city. They have a signature drink called the nutcracker that is so good and strong that I could only have one. The staff at the restaurant are friendly and knowledgable of the menu. Everything on the menu is excellent!!!

One of our New York friend brought us here, praising the place, and he was right. The good: Portions are huge! Food fresh. My salad was great! Place is cute. The bad: My wife saw a huge cockroach on the way out of the bathroom after the meal and that was it. We left. Place is loud. Too bad about the bug because food was great.

First time ordering from Flor De Mayo. I specifically asked the young lady on the phone if they had Chow Fun. She confirmed with someone else and came back to our call telling me yes. I asked for Beef Chow Fun, no vegetables, just beef, noodles and gravy. She took it down and asked if I wanted the small order or the large. I told her small. I then ordered an Egg Roll. The total came to $22.80 and I had them put on a $5 tip. They forgot to tell me that they charge an extra $2.00 delivery fee. It arrived in 20 minutes, hot but they gave me Beef Fried Rice instead of Beef Chow Fun. The egg roll was also no very good. No soy, no mustard, no paper plate. AND NO MENU! I called them up and explained to the manager and he finally said that this is a Peruvian Restaurant and Chow Fun translates to mean rice. OK, after that, silence. He said he was sorry. No, may I make it right? May I send you something else instead? Nothing. So before I hung up I said I'm sorry too and you've lost my business. The reviews for this place were very good. I specifically ordered the Chow Fun because I went on line and googled the 10 best Chow Fun restaurants on the upper West Side, not the 10 best Fried Rice restaurants on the UWS. Sorry about this review but $27.00 for 4 bites of something I didn't order is just a bit disappointing.

What a GEM! I love love love Flor de Mayo. The Peruvian food is outstanding, the service is top-notch, and while it's by NO means upscale, it's so comfortable! That's what keeps me coming back! My recommendations: The Lomo Saltado with white rice (beef stir fry with onions, tomatoes, and fried potatoes). Order a side of Papa Arequipena and ask for 'extra sauce' ($5 charge for the extra sauce). Then you can pour some on your order of Lomo Saltado....heavenly! And of course, you have to order Inca Kola, the traditional Peruvian 'coke'....which really tastes like a super-sweet cream soda. Perfect paring with your dinner.

Went for the first time to this restaurant last Saturday (March 8) and even though it was packed they accommodate us in less than 40minutes. The food was AWESOME!!! Great shrimp ceviche, green rice, tasty fish and a Spectacular sangria. The menu is full of choices that you will be confuse to order or decide what to eat which is great so can visit again. Service was excellent and again the food GREAT. Food arrived in less than 30 minutes. Will visit again when I will travel to NYC.

This place here has good service. I've been here several times in the pass 12 years. It gets really busy most times but it's worth the wait. Now the prices have really gone up so those who member them days be prepared you will spend. Overall the place is really good.

The maduros are unbelievably fantastic. The best I’ve ever had in NYC. They could be the whole meal along with the good avocado salad. But…. Then you would miss the chicken. The meat falls right off of the bone and the flavor is fantastic. Personally I’d reduce the cumin as it overwhelms the taste of the chicken, but that’s a personal preference. Overall a taste experience.

A Peruvian and Chinese restaurant that has other dishes in menu that’s includes Dominican, Puerto Rican and American dishes. Is a must to eat and have a few drinks and their signature Nutcracker drink will get you truly tipsy and if you dare to handle the drink then try the Super Nutcracker. Been coming to restaurant for over 20yrs and is fun with friends, family or your significant.

In an area that has become so gentrified that you can no longer get into a restaurant on Saturday or Sunday mornings for breakfast/brunch and where the average dinner bill has skyrocketed, this pleasant little place delivers on good food and huge portions at very reasonable prices. They offer Chinese/Spanish cuisine with an additional emphasis on Peruvian dishes. Several choices include Peruvian beef stew in a cilantro sauce, shredded chicen in a special spicy sauce with cheese and walnuts and my favorite, Peruvian chicken. The half chicken for less than $10 is enough to feed an army and it comes with delicious fried plantains--the sweet or unsweet varieties that make you forget about potatoes. My husband always enjoys their delicious seviche--again humongous portions at a low price--and their very good mojitos. The pleasantly decorated restaurant has many comfortable booths and if you are only two people, they seat you there anyway. The service is friendly, swift and homey.

It may be a diamond in the rough, but the food is very good. I've been going to this restaurant for many many years. I visited NYC yesterday, and dropped by Flor de Mayo for dinner with relatives. Delicious! Generous portions and very tasty.

We have been going to Flor for years back to the days when it was cuban/Chinese food. It is now Peruvian/Chinese with some of the Cuban old favorites. We went here looking for some interesting Peruvian food but other than ceviche, there was not much resembling the delicious vegetarian food we had in Peru. However, their cuban food: ropa vieja, chicharones de pollo, planatanos, etc are all excellent. Their portions are quite large as well.

Went here for dinner on Saturday night prior to a show at Lincoln Center. Got there around 6 and got a table but it was packed after that. Prompt service, helpful waiters. Interesting menu.....combination of Peruvian and Chinese. Had a Cristol beer (from Peru). Went with the lomo saltado staple, fried plaintains and bok choy sauteed in garlic The lomo saltado was good but I've had better. The bok choy was good, but I've had better and it was $13.00 with no meat (that was $3 extra). Plantains were really good. Overall the food was okay, but not anything special. Bill was $40

I love this place. I have been coming here for 20 years now and the food is always great. One thing that I do notice on the reviews is that the Chinese portion of the menu gets mixed reviews while if you order off the Peruvian side of the menu the food is fantastic! My personal favorites. 1) Lomo Saltado. I have tried this dish in many other places and in many other countries. No one does this dish better. Order it and you will see. 2) Boiled Pork Chops - This is such a juicy and moist dish. 3) Virgin Pina collada - Order it. You'll see how special this drink is.

lomo saltado, seafood squid-ink rice, sweet fried plantains… this place is just as cheap as peruvian food in LA, but not as good. i was disappointed with the quality of the beef. i haven’t had anything like this in nyc, but i think they are skimping on quality because new yorkers may not know better. eating mediocre food in nyc (that just will not improve here- like mexican, korean, thai, and now this) makes me miss lala

I have tried many a rotisserie chicken on the Upper West Side but this place beats them all. The chicken is succulent with their own secret marinade and half a chicken with a side dish( I love the fried plantains )is large enough for two people. They also prepare Chinese food which is good -but not as good as their Latin specialities. The rice and beans and avocado salad also stand out.

The Chicken is a must....or better said: you come her for the chicken. Peruvian way to cock it is delicious. Chinese food too, which is average.

We visited these co-owned restaurants fairly often and have done so for 5-7 years. There are two on the Upper West Side of Manhattan and the one we strongly prefer is on Broadway between 100 & 101st Street. The other is on Amsterdam between 83-84th Streets. We just went back to the preferred one on Broadway and had an excellent meal. I usually order either the Lomo Saldato (with the house special fried rice) or the Broiled Pork Chops (also with same fried rice). Both are delicious and servings plentiful, with enough food to be brought home for next day. My wife usually has the Pollo alla Brasca, Peruvian style spicing which she loves. We have never had a problem in maybe over 50 visits to the Broadway place. We have had two significant problems at the Amsterdam Avenue restaurant and won't go back there. We had stopped going after this last incident with the younger owners there and then decided to return to the Broadway one as we love the food, We were very pleased as usual. So while I recommend you try out the Broadway address, I also recommend staying away from the Amsterdam Ave one.

Flor De Mayo is one of our Upper West Side favorites when visiting our son. It bills itself as Peruvian-Chinese fusion. Everything we've had has been delicious. We usually order a whole roasted chicken, the Chinese fried rice with black squid ink, stir fried broccoli, and the plantains. Service is very friendly and the meal is super-cheap for NYC. A real neighborhood place.

Not easy to find a unique restaurant in NYC but their Peruvian fare is unbeatable. Have been going here over 10 years, it is our go-to cozy, neighborhood restaurant with incredibly consistent and tasty food.

Go there and choose from the Peruvian section of the menu. You will not be disappointed! We went back twice!!

Phenomenal food quality across the board for fair price in NY city. Their wonton soup is off the hook with freshly made wontons. The Peruvian dishes (Ceviche, Tallarin (pasta) con Camrones (shrimp) & Lomo Saltado) are all excellent. At the top of my list for visitors to NY looking for excellent food at great prices.

We love their roast chicken with green rice so much that we almost never order anything else! Nice selection of drinks. Sometimes a long line but definitely worth the wait.

We ended up at Flor de Mayo because the place across the street had a long line (Sunday brunch). Boy, we were all so happy that it turned out that way. I had a traditional Peruvian dish- Ocopa. I had never tried before and was very pleasantly surprised. It was a potato dish with a green sauce on top, slightly spicy, but not too much. Everyone was very pleased with the food and moderately priced menu. We had three small kids with us and it was a perfect place that they could move around a bit.

We had a wonder time at this little restaurant. Every dish the four of us ordered was spiced and cooked to perfection. The servers were attentive to our every need. Moreover, they were smiling and jovial, making our visit a most pleasant experience.

This Peruvian Chinese restaurant has some nice and tasty Peruvian food, but the Chinese dishes lack in taste and quality. The meat in my chicken chow fun was so hard and dry, I had to give up on it, but the Peruvian Half a Chicken was so yummy and juicy, it didn't even feel like food from the same restaurant.
Chinese and Peruvian Dishes
We sometimes forget that the Chinese have travelled all over the world and have influenced the cultures not just of north America and Europe, but of many countries. Here we see how that Chinese Peruvian style is manifested in the food. The meals are solid and delicious. The seating is a little bit tight but acceptable. The menu is divided into Chinese and Peruvian but you will notice the Peruvian style of fried rice comes directly from Asia. I like everything on the menu with the exception of Peruvian beer, it reminds me of taking a bottle of beer and diluting it with half a cup of water.
