We popped in here for our last evening meal in Vegas. We were seated by Jacky shes was very imformative about the menu. We ordered a pizza from the Parmazan crust, i had 12" pepperoni meat feast. Also had cheesy garlic bread for starters. When they came out they looked and tasted great. They are very filling. We had to box our leftovers to take away. I highly recommend to visit.

I'm not one to leave reviews but I felt like I had to because we had an amazing experience! Our bartender/server Jose did an amazing job from when we got there to when we left! You did outstanding sir! From the appetizers to the deep dish pizza (the best deep dish I've ever tried) to the cold beers and can't forget that mango margarita he had me try! Amazing! 10/10 for sure! Can't wait to be back next time im in Vegas.

It was our first trip to Vegas, as we walked down the strip a most amazing smell filled the air. We found Giordano’s. This was by far. the best I have ever eaten. The open air seating was fantastic. We ordered a mini deep dish and a thin crust. I will tell you up front it it takes 45 minutes for the deep dish and 35 minutes for thin crust. The pizza was worth the wait. The service was top notch. Thank you Giordano’s team for making our first day meal in Vegas…outstanding. BRAVO

Came to try their deep dish pizza. Has been on the list for a while and sadly we were a bit disappointed. Would prefer a normal style pizza (which this place does offer). Not sure if it’s deep dish we weren’t a fan of or the flavours. You were pre-warned of a 45 min wait for deep dish which was appreciated

Local located in the center of Las Vegas Blvrd, the pasta is quite decent and the Chicago style pizza, with extra thick edges and super filling, very tasty as well as filling. Overall, the only thing to keep in mind and they already warn you is that this type of pizza takes 40 minutes to arrive at the table. The correct service. A correct option if you avoid fast food but with a tight budget (approximately $25 per person)

My husband and I ordered a ceasar salad to share and a medium thin crust margarita pizza. Salad was good, it wasn’t over dressed and romaine was crisp and fresh, Parmesan strips were a nice touch. Unfortunately the pizza was another story….. I think Dr Oetker would have been better. Worst crust ever, it was like flour and water, hard as rock and no taste. Topping was barely there and cheese was non existent. Give this place a pass.

Unpleasant waitress who forgot one of the pizzas and on the day of an hour and several reminders we abandoned half the table did not eat...

One of my buddies I was traveling with who visits Las Vegas annually said I must try Giordano's. So me and my group of friends (5 of us) decided to go there for a late lunch. We opted for 2 medium Chicago style deep dish "pies", appetizer sampler and 5 draft beers. All of the food was good but the pizza was excellent! Cheesy goodness which made this Wisconsin Boy happy! What's also nice is that their deep-dish is not all dough as filler. The sauce had a great taste and the meats you could tell are good quality. The service was excellent! I wish I could remember his name but he was fast, professional, prompt and very friendly. Great waiter! Now to the only negative I could think of.....I know its Las Vegas which means everything is expensive and overpriced but over $200 for 2 medium pizzas , appetizer and 5 beers is a little excessive in my opinion! I would recommend anyone visiting the strip to stop at Giordano's if you're looking for excellent true Chicago style pizza!

Always get the medium deep dish with extra sausage. Pizza did not have extra sausage this time but was still good. Called ahead for takeout for about 45 minutes. Took back to hotel to snack on for 4 days.

This pizzeria with restaurant and terrace attached to the Strip gave us a very pleasant feeling. Without a doubt, the wait of more than half an hour is worth it to taste a very good Chicago-style pizza. Excellent service, they advised us at all times to choose the best option. The only downside is that they had the ☕ machine broken. Recommended if you are in the area.

We visited Giordano's for lunch on a Friday, we had the lunch deal which at less than $14 is excellent value. It allows you to pick a personal pizza with a side, the food was fantastic. The service was also great too shout out to Tyler.

Because of my love for the deep dish pizza My family and I decided upon Giordano's as we were celebrating the graduation of my goddaughter and my daughters 21st birthday. We started at the outside venue on the 1st floor. Our group of 6 and 2 other sets of patrons were not assisted for about 7 minutes. However a darkhaired female server looked over at us standing at the hostess stand about 10 times. She finally came over to us but then told us there was no more room outside and we would need to go inside the restaurant. Even though, we felt like just leaving we continued to the restaurant. Was told about the 15 minute wait to be seated. we decided to sit at the bar and an upbeat African-American woman welcomed us and said we should be seated soon. We were then seated about 15 minutes after check in and I was pleased to know that the that upbeat soul was our server. (I was super excited about this because last night started my Holiday Week Give back, I tip $100 for each person at the table to our server) This excitedness quickly declined because her attitude was not pleasant as she was now personally serving us. She was a bit curt and rude as she explained the 45 minute wait on the deep dish pizzas, then she walked away for 10 minutes to her other tables. She returned and when I asked questions about a menu I'd never seen before at a restaurant I've never been to. She appeared bothered by it as she explained the process. I was very turned off and honestly wanted to get up and leave. I stayed but because our options were limited in the area stayed. MY BIGGEST REGRET!!!!!!! I personally order a deep-dish for my daughter and I and the rigatoni pasta. My daughters pasta came out appeared to look creamy and delicious however there was no flavor at all. The orders at the table - Chicken wings - 4 out of 10, Needed to be cooked longer and seasoned. Was like they were cooked and tossed in hot sauce. Mozzarella Triangles - 7 out of 10 Calamari - 7 out of 10 Italian Beef - 6 out of 10 - Meat tasted rubbery Fettuccini Pasta - 4 out of 10 - Pasta was overcooked and sauce was broken. Pasta Bolognese - 5 out of 10 - Tasted like tomatoes with ZERO SEASONING Rigatoni Pasta - 1 out of 10 - TASTED SOUR, ZERO FLAVOR and 2 build your own Deep dish pizzas. #1 - 2 out of 10 - UNDERCOOKED - NO FLAVOR #2 - 3 out of 10 - UNDERCOOKED - pepperoni was good but sauce tasted bland As a server you should identify when your table is dissatisfied, Michelle did not do this at all. I would not recommend her if I could recommend servers and because of this I highly doubt I'd return to your Restaurant. With a bill of $250 we should have liked something. It was a BAD EXPERIENCE. I'm praying that someone cares about my concern and this store reaches out ASAP.

Located in the Grand Bazaar Shops outside Horseshoe. My wife and I dined here for lunch and both ordered an Iced Tea. I had the meatball sub sandwich with a salad. The sandwich was gamey. My wife had the Italian Beef sandwich that she enjoyed. The big RIP OFF here is the Iced Tea. They are $6 in a crappy souvenir cup. Stop doing this. Many photos added.

Great pizza and service was brilliant. We both had the 'famous' pan pizza which was a pie really with cheese at the bottom and tomato/toppings on top.

We had an amazing deep dish pizza as our late night snack! The only thing better than the pizza was the amazing service by Jose!!! He was kicking ass in the heat on the bar side of the restaurant providing excellent service- even to the extremely rude and impatient table who were upset about the wait time for the deep dish- which is clearly noted on the menu (and soooo worth the wait time). Thanks Jose for making our last night in Vegas awesome!

They simply ignored us until we finally got up and walked out. They didn't seem to care. Too many other places to go to deal with rude staff.

We came here for dinner one evening. We were told the pizzas were made freshly and that they took about an hour to be served. We were glad to be out of the heat so this was fine with us. The pizza tasted really nice and was a reasonable price.

We ordered the Lasagna, Caesar salad and a thin crust pizza with teas. Our food was tasty and flavorful. Of note-the thin crust pizza takes 45 minutes/thick crust is 60 minutes to prepare. It was the end of December and was in the low 60’s. The reason this is of importance is because this restaurant is outdoor. The ceiling heaters were not on for most of our meal. We were very uncomfortable until the heaters were turners on.

No Pizza! Again. After waiting an hour was informed our pizza was dropped in the kitchen. They said they would rush another one in 30 minutes. We passed. They lost our order when last here in Feb. there won’t be a next time.

ate there second week of May 2022. Service was good. they have both an indoor and outdoor restuarant. the outdoor obviously is not air conditioned. Ate there pizza and cheesy bread? Bread was good. Expensive but good. We shared a small pizza for around $25 we would go again but pick diff pizza. ours was loaded with green peppers and onions. Way over board. Some are good for flavor but they substitute the meat for this.

This pizza place is located right outside of the Horseshoe hotel. Its a decent, well kept restaurant with great service. We got a small 10" pizza with their parmesan cheese crust which cost around $20 and was more than enough for two people. I was going to get a deep dish pizza but we were informed that would take ~45 minutes. The pizza was good but I was not a fan of the crust, next time I will have to try the deep dish or thin crust versions.

The pizza there is very tasty. Nice view of the Bellagio Hotel. The waiter was also very nice and the price-performance ratio is good for Las Vegas. An all-round lovely evening

Not sure what all the hoopla is. 45 min wait for a deep dish pizza. Presentation looked good but it was pure cheese! We ordered half sausage, half pepperoni, they put it under the cheese, between the cheese layers. I honestly ripped it apart trying to eat it. I tried to pick at the crust but it just turned into a huge cheesy mess!

Excellent pizza, nice setting, I had the luncheon special a deep dish pizza and a salad both were excellent. Things to know with a soda it will be about $20 before tip. Also it can take 30 minutes plus for your meal to arrive.

Giordano’s did not disappoint. I have eaten there multiple times and it is always delicious. The waiter, Tyler, was attentive and friendly. Good experience.

Long long long time to wait 😡😡😡😡😡 20 years we came to Las Vegas and we wanted to discover this "pseudo Italian" in the middle of the square (only positive point in passing) As a couple, Madame was able to eat while hanging out then at the end the famous pizza described arrived!!!!!!! (40 minutes when we were seven people in the lead)Dry pasta ,peperonni without taste , a wagon of peppers and a cheese preparation because real cheese does not taste like this, crust lasts at last the worst pizza and worst pasta for madam!!!! Yet we have made it a restaurant package in 25 years!!! 40 minutes to make such a bad pizza???? Go to sbarro it's better!!!! I do not recommend!!! Run away!!!! Skip …..

Ordered deep dish fish that was unedible. No taste at all. Horrible pizza. Could not even eat it. Total waste of my money. I had read that they were good after craving deep dish. Totally disappointed

You can't do that, he wanted to send us to the other branch or we have to wait 20 minutes for a table here, we waited at least 20 minutes and then the other waiter came and said, an hour ago we didn't get pizza and we left the store immediately

If you’re craving authentic Italian flavors without breaking the bank, this spot is a must-visit. The generous portion of lasagna was absolutely incredible and great for sharing. The garlic fries were AMAZING with just the right amount of crispy texture and garlicky goodness. Highly recommend!

Excellent food. We had the deep dish(of course) and it was well worth the wait. The server was very friendly, one of the friendliest of our trip, and the food really filled us up. Would return.

After arriving in town we were in need of food. Found Giordano’s by our hotel and decided to give it a go. Had a good waiter who gave us a heads up that a pizza would take about 45min. So we get an appetizer (cheese triangles) and some drinks. We also ordered a deep dish pizza to split. Both the appetizer and pizza were very good. Now we are from the east coast so we don’t get any real good deep dish pizza so my comparison is low. If you are looking for a good place to eat I would suggest it and I would eat here again.

Pizza was good, cheese bread was great and the marinara was the best! Drinks are a little pricey but you are on the Vegas strip, they offer free refills as long as you bring your cup back. Pizzas are huge, mediums are the size of other places larges. Will definitely return!

Went to the grab & go window, so maybe that's a problem. Pizza not great, just decent. Sausage had little flavor, lots of cheese though. Overpriced, but of course, that's the strip. Also out of soda except Diet Pepsi, so not great overall.

Started with a very fresh and delicious Caesar salad. Plenty of fresh shaved Parmesan cheese on top - and not drowned in Caesar dressing. Followed by a Deep Dish Special pizza. Warm, fresh, delicious, plenty of fresh toppings and lots of melts delicious cheese. Quentin provided us friendly, excellent service too. Come for the pizza - but know that the Happy Hour rules are kinda odd. The sign on the lower level leading to the up escalator to the restaurant said Happy Hour upstairs in the dining room. No other restrictions were apparent even in the fine print on the sign. To get Happy Hour prices, you must order at the bar and sit at the bar - even if you are seated in the dining room. Was just kinda awkward. Feels like either have happy hour upstairs - or don’t. Plenty of other establishments on the strip have eliminated happy hour entirely, and after the last two years, I don’t blame them really. This was the only thing preventing a five star rating. Would still highly recommend.

We normally like Chicago Pizza so we figured we would give this place a try. It was almost an hour just to get the pizza cooked, which is ridiculous. But that wasn't the real issue. We ordered just a soda, but that came out in a special cup which they didn't reveal to us that would cost a lot more. In fact, it was over $6 just to get the soda and cup. The pocket picking continued where the restaurant charged two dollars for a little thing of dressing that was about the size of a thumbnail. To add insult to injury, they charge a $3 restaurant fee. This is nothing more than that restaurant sticking out their hands and asking you for unearned money. We ate at many places right on the Las Vegas strip, and not one of them had a restaurant fee or the other bogus fees that Giordano's seems to live off of.

We waited 20 min. to be seen, despite the staff walking past us 100 times. You are not allowed to find a table yourself, but have to wait for a hostess.....we felt quite invisible The food was really boring and lukewarm/cold. The fries are cold and soft. We will NOT come again.

Found this place on our last day in Vegas which was weird because we passed it every day right outside our hotel. Stopped in fir happy hour. HH only includes a few starters and drinks at the bar. We ordered garlic bread and the thin margherita pizza. Absolutely superb super tasty and great value. Best Buy if all was the sever Ana S. Wow did this girl work. What I lived most us she acknowledged us as soon as we arrive. Even though she’s was busy and the when we ordered she advised us the pizza would be about 30 minutes. That’s what I call communication and service. Will definitely be back next year.

Ate at bar. Great pizza (Chicago Style). Attentive bartender served very nice stiff drinks. I am a New Yorker and a NY pizza aficonado, but if we had a Giordano's in NY I'd go occasionally to enjoy the drinks and pizza.

We went to this pizzeria because it was next to the hotel and we were in the mood for Chicago style pizza. It fully met expectations! The dough and the rest of the ingredients were delicious, and it had a good amount of cheese accordingly. Very good choice.

A couple of my friends saw an ad for Giordano's, and immediately decided we had to have dinner there. The place was packed but we were seated quickly. Our pizza took a while, because we ordered deep dish, so we had an appetizer and enjoyed the view of the Bellagio while we waited. It's a neat location with good food, extra cheesy pizza, and great service.

On our visit to Las Vegas we had dinner a couple of nights, pizzas and other dishes were well presented and we were well served. The problem comes when it comes to paying that you find yourself with "restaurant fee" of 3%, when we claim that what that was due to we were told that it was a custom of the company but that if we did not want us not to pay it, of course we did not.

I ate at the restaurant at the exit of Bally's, right on the Strip. The service is kind and they immediately share the timings required to get your pizza, since the preparation is quite lengthy for the deep-pan version. Definitely worth waiting, it is tasty and well prepared, and prices are reasonable for Vegas.

We sat at the bar as the wait for a table was about an hour. Add 45 minute wait for a deep dish pizza on top of that and it would have been a LATE evening! The bar was a great way to get in quicker. The service was great. The bartender encouraged us to order quickly and helped us choose a pizza. We ordered one thin crust and one deep dish and a couple of salads. Both pizzas were delilcious! The restaurant is definitely a busy place and loud.

If you don't have a phone to scan a qr code, you're screwed. I left there crying cause all I wanted was a pizza. I'll take my business elsewhere.

Dropped in for dinner with a mate. Deep pan pizzas take nearly an hour to make which is ok because they advise this up front. The menu had everyone covered with salads, breads, sandwiches, pasta, pizzas and drinks. Service was spot on like most US restaurants. Definitely worth dropping in.

Went with some friends because they heard about the place and its fame. They were out of several toppings for pizza, but the server said they would allow us to sub for ones they did have. Pizza was legit, but pasta was just okay. Either the pasta was pre-cooked and sat waiting to be used or my dish just sat out. Several cold bites of noodles but the bites with the freshly heated sauce were good. Eventually decided to take the pasta with me so I could reheat it later (I rarely send food back to the kitchen unless it’s overly egregious, and I’ll ask to have it removed from the bill versus another dish). Once properly heated later, meal was fine. Server was nice, I would recommend pizza to anyone who goes, as it’s the clear front runner and specialty.

About 2 weeks ago ( my birthday week) I went to Vegas and was on the strip so we had to go to Giordano’s Pizza 🍕-because it is known for the best Deep Dish Pizza in the Country. (Which I use to frequent in Chicago- ) Giordano’s Didn't Dissappoint! THE FOOD WAS DELICIOUS 😋. I was sick with Bronchitis & I had to order from the to go counter instead of dining in- which I originally wanted to do- but the assistant general manager Melissa corrected the situation and handled it accordingly as we addressed it to her. I plan on going back in December. Thank you Melissa for everything you've done & most importantly for showing empathy /concern in this matter. Kimberly Brown

I walk in at 1050 on on june 27 2023 The sign says a host will great us and seat us. We stand there for minimum 5 more minutes which doesn’t sound that long but try it. I walk to the bar to sit until a hostess appears because my back hurts and the bartender says “do you want to sit here at the bar?” I say no I’m waiting for a hostess. “Well why don’t you go stand over there and wait for the hostess please” I’m told to not rest in an empty stool after waiting 5 min at the door. INCREDIBLE. Never been talked to that rude in my life at a restaurant

On a walk home from the Sphere to the strip one night the group was hungry and it was late. This place was open. I have eaten at the Chicago location and it was sufficient. We had no time to wait 45 minutes for a deep dish and ordered what was quick. I had an Italian Beef and fries. It was sufficient.

No complaints about the food. If you want their deep dish be advised it takes 45 minutes to make but looked great. We had the regular pizza as we were short on time. We finished our meal and waited half an hour for a bill. Went to the front counter and asked for a bill or should we assume complimentary. The staff had no interest in helping. Asked three times for a manager. No one would go get one. They don’t deserve your business

Honestly, I do not know how anyone can give this place a good review. We were on our way to see Love at the Mirage on a Thursday early evening and wanted a quick meal, so we figured we couldn't go wrong with Giordano's pizza. We orders a caesar salad to share which was just ok and we also ordered a small extra thin Margherita pie. It took over 30 minutes to get our order. The pie was awful...really it was like a Shop Rite frozen pizza that they just stuck in the oven. And this small awful pie cost $16.55 plus tax and there was a surcharge of $.84. We were very disappointed with the food and service.

Their pizza was great and fresh, my server was very polite and friendly. This place is busy but worth the wait for a fresh pizza.

The deep dish pizza and crust is so good. I thought Chicago deep dish was all hype and I was wrong. Service was pretty slow but they were nice. That is the only complaint I had.

We ordered pizza for pickup. Great Chicago style pizza! Crust needed a dipping sauce. The crust by itself is dry and boring. A little tricking picking up the pizza on a holiday. The strip was packed. What I thought were the doors to the restaurant were locked. However. Around the corner of the building was a small window and that is where you picked up your to go order.

A lot of reviews complain about the wait times for their orders. We did have to wait 50mins, but our server was honest from the start & managed our expectations and with the freshness of the deep dish pizza when it arrived - I have no issue with that. The restaurant is split in 2. You’ve got the patio area which is undercover but open, or the main restaurant up the escalator with a lot more seating. Definitely worth booking a table in advance as they were turning away a lot of walk-ins as they were so busy. As for the pizzas, we shared a deep dish between 2 and it was delicious. Too much to eat, but we took the leftovers away for breakfast. Staff were friendly & attentive.

Pretty incredible. Really “different” pizza and really very good. The wait is a little long, don't hesitate to try the garlic breads while you wait ;-)

Group of 5 of us meet up from our individual experiences for dinner before we went off to a show. Since 3 of us have lived in Chicago this was a great option. The service was AMAZING and the pizza was a wonderful as I remembered. Plenty of room and a great place for a group to eat at without breaking the bank.

The pizza was hot, fresh, and delicious. Our waiter Josh was awesome. He made sure we had everything we needed. Service was on point. The food was delicious. We will definitely be back and try the deep dish!!

I loved this beautiful place, the view, the delicious pizzas, I really loved it, I'll be back very soon

Good, not great pizza. Service at the bar absolutely sucked, but the frozen bellini's were good. Our female bartender did not seem to want to be there at all.

I am a pizza person and I must say, I had high expectations from the deep dish pizza but it was ok. I didn’t like the dough, especially the side of it. The taste was also ok. But the service was excellent! The gentleman who helped me was super friendly and gave me also a good advice regarding my beer choice :-)

Super friendly, great food and quality. We were there for the first time and we were very pleased. We will recommend this location to our friends!!!

Was excited to try a deep dish pizza whilst in vegas, and this totally did not disappoint! Super handy as we were staying at horseshoe, although I would also say that this was well worth a trip if you are further out. We ordered one pizza, 10 inch, pepperoni, pepper and onion. Took around 45 mins to cook, clearly says this on the menu, no big deal at all, waitress brought us some iced water for the table and my husband ordered Guinness. The pizza…. Wow! My top tip… be hungry! So so filling, I have never seen a cheese pull like it, I felt like I was filming a commercial. Fresh, hot, tasty, we really enjoyed it, although we couldn’t finish as it was so big! Pizza lovers unite, this is your heaven!

We decided to sit outside, which is at street level, and the main restaurant s upstairs on first floor. As we sat down the waiter warned us that the Deep Dish pizza will take 45 minutes. Okay…. So we said we will wait, and ordered for deep dish classic pizza, which comes with vegetables and pepperoni. After about 30 minutes, we received our pizza. It was Lukewarm, Not Hot. Too late. We had to eat it. As we paid and were leaving we realized that the pizzas are brought down by escalator from their restaurant on first floor! No wonder the pizza was lukewarm! If you eat at the restaurant bd sure to sit upstairs in the restaurant, not outside on the pavement.

So it’s not completely inedible, but not so good. To be fair, I had the regular crust and not deep dish but it was pretty bad. Not near enough sauce and the dough was like I just dipped a spoon in a flour jar and ate it. Really not good. The cheese and topping were ok. I had to peel them off and just eat that so I could salvage a meal. Meh, not very good.

Pizza moooooovery particular, that to see it you would not give him two lire. Once you tasted it you realize that it is anything but a pizza but, honestly, I didn't mind at all. And I will say more: my lady and I had no problem digesting it...experience to do at least once

Far better pizza places around. This one had a nice setting in the Grand Bazaar shopping area, good people-watching. Staff was very friendly. But the food took much longer than it should have to come out, and it wasn't anything worth coming back for. BUT - the prices were really reasonable, especially for Las Vegas. The calamari was fine, not sure why they decided to deep fry the banana pepper slices, seemed unnecessary, and they fried the lemon slices, making it impossible to actually squeeze lemon juice on the calamari. The fettucini alfredo was serviceable, tasted fine, nothing special. We also had the lunch special, which was a small pizza and a side salad. The pizza was ok but again, would not get again. The salad, of everything, was the best dish, with fresh greens and shaved fennel in a lemon vinaigrette. With so many places to eat in Vegas, you can skip this one.

I would have given this place 3 stars but looking at my receipt upon returning home, I was overcharged by $6.25 (one extra ice tea) plus they do add on a 3% service charge. I would have paid cash should I have know that. They do tell you the pizza is a 45-55 minute wait. Is it worth the wait? In my opinion, it wasn’t. It was ok. It was filling but nothing special. Out of all of the places we ate, I feel this one was the most overpriced for what we received. Would not go back.

Best pizza in the world and although it takes quite a while to make it, it is worth the wait. I suggest ordering either an appetizer or salad to take up some of the wait time, but that's what makes a great deep dish pizza is the baking time.

Searched out pizza prior to a long night concert at the Sphere… getting to the place in construction alley wasn’t easy or quick and the elevator was slow as the escalator was off course broken at the area near the horseshoe.. nonetheless the server was super and talkative and knew the menu… order took 45 for the traditional so that was fine and great people watching!!!!! Salad app was great and pizza was over filling and was a great snack later that night and next day… superb!!!! :))!!!!!

Excelent as always. Sorry but we didn't get to take photos of everything... I always have time since the estimated time for the deep dish pizza is 45 minutes. But is it worth it.

Slow/non existent service! First visit to this restaurant to try the “amazing” deep dish pizza and sadly it was disappointing!! Seated quickly and ordered the sampler which wasn’t too bad and we got 2 individual pizzas to try with toppings. The pizzas were ok, they did fall apart unlike the larger sizes. Our server was non existent, just took the order and disappeared for ages each time. I had to flag down someone to get a refill on a soda! It seemed if there was a larger table she was more interested in that to just us 2! Very disappointing experience I’ve had on my trip so far! Other servers seemed to be doing a great job we sadly got one who wasn’t bothered until the check was presented!

Having never been and has been on my bucket list for years. I was excited to try it. I love pizza so I knew this would be amazing. Once we ordered we were told it would be an hour to cook which was fine so we got a starter of some arancini which were lovely albeit greasy. The main event came and it looked the part! Yum yum! Although this was short lived, it was pretty tasteless and still cold in the middle. Not the best so will give it a miss in future. It is what is sadly

Ordered a simple bowl of pasta - take out. Advised to collect at a specific time - I've been waiting an hour past that now for pick up. It's a single bowl of pasta, how hard can it be? Wouldn't recommend at all. Woman on the pick up is nice - not her fault, but go elsewhere with your money.

I went here for deep dish pizza as I wanted to try it as a comparison to Neapolitan thin crust style. I ordered the deep dish meat pizza (small size) and a drink. The server was personable although it took some time to get my order in. When I ordered the pizza he said it may be up to 45 minutes before the pizza would arrive at my table. The restaurant (second floor) was not busy at all. In the end it took 36 minutes which is a long time for a pizza. In addition, I asked for a Sangria off their menu and eventually he came back to state there was no sangria available. I asked for a cider as there was no cider listed on the menu and he brought that. Yikes.... The pizza arrived and the crust was definitely not a selling point. Crust not good. The filling was good so overall I rate their deep dish as medium. I won't go back and no more deep dish for me.

Although the food was delicious. And the portion was fine, I am disturbed by the fact that we ordered two ice teas they came in a welcome to Las Vegas red cup for $5.50 each that’s $11 for one glass of iced tea is ridiculous. Pizza was delicious the restaurant was clean the service was good

Happy this place is open late night! Came here for pizza and beers—we sat at the upstairs bar, fairly empty on a Friday midnight. We were told the deep dish pizza would take about an hour to make but it came out within 35 mins! Got the Meat & More Meat Stuffed Deep Dish 10inch Pizza—was fairly good, too much we barely finished half with just two people.

Very poor wait service, we were seated right away, but then were not served for quite a while. Pizza was not that great, we had a deep dish pizza and it wasn't cooked all the way through.

We arrived at 6 pm to give us time to eat before our 8 pm show. Ordered the thin crust pizza and told it’d take 30 minutes. Over the next 90 minutes we watched people come in, order, get their pizzas, consume the pizzas and leave. We asked the server and manager twice what the hold up was. They never came back to update us. At 730 we asked again and were told it was “coming”. We just left. If you wanna lose some weight - this is the place to go! Cuz you ain’t ever gonna get your food! Avoid at all costs! 10/10 would not recommend.

Very good pasta served family style. Excellent Caesar salad. Good prices. Fantastic view of the dancing waters at Bellagio. Good service too. Cool decor and atmosphere.

Really not good food. If you want large portions of food that are not great then this is the place for you. Having eaten pizza in restaurants all over the world including Rome Milan and Pisa this was really not great. The portion size was good but massively lacking in the quality of these places. We only booked here as we could not get a table at any restaurant in the hotel were staying in.

Skip it... Sad place that a decent world class destinatoon does not need. A tourist trap in my opinion. Im talking about this location only under a fancy sign on the strip advertising worlds best pizza (rent of that sign must be expensive for a little pizza joint but the customers will pay for it so who cares). You will be told 25 min for pizza (at least thats what Im sure I heatd, but speaking Englsh is not the staffs' forte and they prefer talking in Spanish among themselves even at your table). After you finish a cold beer 30 min later, they tell you 45 min to an hour because they make it "fresh".Maybe you can have more drinks, which seems their primary goal in my opinion. This was in january afternoon with 5 other customers, so I cant believe it. Especially after seeing lots of frozen pizzas behind the counter. And they dont sell frozen pizz at the strip?? Idk maybe pizza comes from another lication? Bottomline... Spoiled shady business that does not care about customer service. I regret spending 45 there instead of going to Eately.

Probably the best deep dish pizza we have ever had, and I wish they had a site in the Milwaukee area. The staff was friendly and readily gave us the supplies needed to eat the pizza in a hotel room. Absolutely delicious pizza and a fantastic crust.

We came here the first night we were in LV. We had really enjoyed the deep dish pizza when we visited Chicago, so we were eager to try it again. We knew it takes a long time to prepare, so we had no problem waiting about 45 minutes for our pizza. It was really good, and surprisingly we didn't have any leftovers from our small pizza. Be patient; it will be worth it!

We eat here every time we visit Vegas. The meaty deep dish pizza is our favorite. We’ve tried many of the appetizers & a few salads but the star of the show is the deep dish pizza. It is a very busy place especially at night. Deep dish pizza takes a while to cook, so go when you need to sit & relax for a while. There is a street-side location which is nice for people watching or an inside restaurant on the 2nd floor.

Whilst we liked the food at time of eating it I was really sick a few hours later. I had the meatball pizza. I don’t get sick very often but this pizza made me quite unwell. The others in our party were fine…but none of them had the meatball pizza!

If you want to try a real American pizza this is your place, but come soon, because otherwise you will run out of place. Excellent pizza and service. Definitely an excellent place to eat or dine on the Vegas strip!

This was one of the bucket list item of US fast food pizza chain we wanted to visit and this didn't disappoint. Giordano's Chicago deep dish pizza with oozing cheese is part of the youtube folklore now and we ordered the "Meat and More Meat" regular 10" pizza (which serves 2-3 people) to go. The prep time was 45 mins, which was a bummer, but I guess all good things deserve a bit of a wait. The pizza slices were big, the taste was out of the world and definitely an experience worth trying out, hence a justified wait time. We loved this pizza, completely won over by the stretch of that cheese in the pizza and we can't wait to eat it all over again. Too bad there is no outlet in Australia!

I have had Giordanos pizza in Chicago and Florida and thought I would try Vegas. It did not dissapoint. The best pizza I have ever had. That cheese is so chewey. It took a little longer to be served than I had hoped but it was worth the wait. Wer had peperoni sausage mushroom pizza. delicious

Delicious deep deep deep dish pizza. The cheese bread appie was also very good. The service was top-notch. Bruce made us feel like good friends who came over for dinner. Location is very convenient in the middle of the strip. Be sure to leave enough time to enjoy, it takes 45 minutes for the deep dish pies. We loved watching them twirl the dough above their heads.

Best pizza on or near the strip. Pies are huge and very good. My wife and I eat here every time we visit Lost Wages.

Absolutely delicious! I'm used to the big chain version of "deep dish", which just means 1-2 inches of bread with the standard toppings. This is nothing like that. It was a thin crust on the bottom, raised crispy crust all around like an actual pie, then filed with deliciousness! Our party of 4 got a meat and more meat, and a super veggie, both medium deep dish. With 3 men and a hungry mom, we still had plenty of leftovers! Hope they open one soon in So Cal!

Disgusted with the service from the small hostess with green streaks in her hair and patronising plate waitress. Once waiting at the bar for a table to come free, we spotted a free table. We then proceeded to ask the ‘hostess’ if it was ok to go over and be seated. She said yes it was fine to head over. When we went to be seated we got told off by another second rude plate waitress for being there before the table was clean, we were spoken to in a disgustingly patronising manor ‘no guys’ whilst shaking her head, ‘who told you you could come over here you’ve got to wait for your hostess’. Hostess then came over and lied to that member of staff saying she had told us to ‘wait a moment’. There was zero apology, or any sign of manners shown by either of these ‘staff members’. Once we had waited at the bar for a second time for the table to be cleaned, the ‘hostess’ abruptly interrupted our conversation and demanded “you follow me”. After being spoken to this way we told her we were leaving as we weren’t happy, she then proceeded to speak about us to her other hostess at the front. We have never experienced such lazy, immature and disgustingly impolite staff members making their customers feel stupid at their own sad expense. We decided to leave going hungry as didn’t want to sit through anymore of this vile behaviour. Customers come first. Nothing was said as we walked past them to leave.

We knew Giordanos from previous visits in Chicago and Orlando. The pizza is unique and looks more like a cheese and tomato quiche. The portions are very large, it is wise to share a pizza (normal). Waiting time for pizza is long (40 minutes), this is neatly stated for service. Service is neat and alert, we lacked nothing and the expectation was fully met.

The service here is not only mediocre, the food is not worth waiting for. Worst pizza in town. The crust was extremely dry. The sauce was equally bad. With all of the choices you have in Vegas, don’t even bother.

This pizza is just like the ones in Chicago at the Giordano's there. Thick, stuffed with cheese, excellent sauce! We loved our pepperoni and green pepper one and will go back the next time we're in Vegas.

Visited on the recommendation of my brother. Was not disappointed. I recommend making a reservation to avoid a long wait. We were a party of 5 and ordered the large deep dish, half cheese/half pepperoni. It was amazing and filling. Next time would size down. We also had a family size house salad and an individual size Greek salad. All were delicious. Soft drinks come in a souvenir cup and offer free refills FOR LIFE! Yes, you read correctly. At least that is what our server told us when we were leaving. We will visit again in the future.

Ordered the appetizer sampler while waiting for our deep dish - most of it was good but didn’t care for the garlic bread. Ordered the small deep dish for 2 people and could barely eat half because so filling but Delicious!! We also ordered peach Bellinis which were excellent!

Their deep dish pizza is out of this world, it's worth the wait, Bruce was our waiter and he was an absolute pleasure, a true professional.

Stopped here for some deep dish pizza and a thin crust pizza. The thin crust was nothing special. The deep dish was good. Be prepared to wait though as it takes 45 minutes to cook a medium deep dish.

I visited with my husband one evening. We hadn’t booked so were offered a seat at the bar immediately or we could wait for a table. We were hungry so chose to sit at the bar which was fine, the bar staff were very friendly and made an effort to chat to us when they had time. We ordered the small Chicago classic deep dish pizza between us and couldn’t quite finish it, despite not having eaten since breakfast and being very hungry when we sat down! It took about 40 minutes to come which we were told when we ordered but it was worth the wait, even my my husband who would not usually choose pizza really enjoyed this one. Highly recommend and hope we can return at some point!

I've never had deep dish pizza like this before and it was worth the 45 min wait. And yes, it does take 45 min but don't get appy's cause you need all the space you in your stomach for the pizza. A small will feed 3 people easy.

Ordered pizza to be delivered. It came 2 1/2 hours later. It was cold. They offered no explanation. And the pizza was mediocre at best. Take a pass. Order from somewhere else. The delivery spot was two blocks from the restaurant!

Franchise where you can have a Chicago-style pizza. Of course, they take a while (about 40 minutes) to serve. The starter combo wasn't bad. Barbara attended us and was very friendly and friendly

My wife and I showed up without reservations and were seated immediately. My wife had the Italian Beef Sandwich with fries. I had the Meatball Sub with a dinner salad. The food and service was very good on this visit. I will return again soon. Photos added.

I’ve been to several Giordano’s across the States and this one is awful. We were seated and waited ages for a drinks order, which we were mostly ok about as it is busy and we appreciate places are probably short staffed due to covid, however this set the tone for the rest of the visit.. We eventually got our drinks after 25 minutes and our server was nowhere to be seen to take our food order. Given a traditional Giordanos pizza takes an hour to cook, I was eager to get the order placed. We were just about to leave and go elsewhere when she appeared and asked for our food order. This is where it got even stranger. My husband ordered a thin base pizza and I ordered a small traditional deep dish. His was mushroom and jalepino and mine was margarita style (cheese and tomato) with jalepinos. This is what we always order and has never been an issue at any other Giordano’s. Our server proceeded to start nagging us that “nobody orders so little toppings “ and it was gonna “not cook properly” as we “hadn’t ordered enough toppings”. I told her I didn’t like pizza with tonnes of toppings - less is more, in my opinion - and that I was fine with my order. She kept going on and on at us and seemed irritated that we didn’t add more items to our order. Not that I should need to explain my food order (as she had absolutely no right to question others eating habits) but I did explain, again, that I was aware that the pie was deep, I liked my pizza relatively plain but spicy and that this it how I had ordered it every single visit to other Giordano’s. She wouldn’t stop and it got to the stage where it was very awkward and we told her we were going to leave and to cancel our order. She then tried to tell us she couldn’t as the pizza was already cooked - this was literally 3 minutes later, and I know an original deep dish pie takes more than 3 minutes to cook! We were polite but firm (we felt we had to be after the conversation earlier) and said that we would be paying for our drinks and leaving. She stormed off in a huff and we had to get the host to sort out bill for us. We also explained to him what had happened and he seemed embarrassed by the service we had received. All in, it took over 20 minutes to get the bill for two drinks. When we got up to leave the table next to us commented that they were shocked at how the server had acted, all because we didn’t order enough toppings by her standards?! I’m beginning to wonder if she wanted us to order more as more toppings = higher bill = higher percentage tip. It’s safe to say that after all of this we paid our drinks bill to the cent exactly. This was my first and last visit to this branch. We went along the strip to Grimaldi’s which was excellent, authentic Italian pizza and the service was excellent.

Bruce our server was the best, professional, kind, great demeanor! Will be back for the pizza and the service!

WOW…. Absolutely delicious, reasonably priced place.. service brilliant our sever Bruce was a lovely man. Accommodating nothing was too much trouble for him excellent service. The food didn’t disappoint either, I can recommend the pizza pie pepperoni.

terrible pizza, the toppings were salty, the base was dry and baked within a inch of its life, the pie was terrible and not that well cooked, took about a hour , then normal pizza tasted like a frozen store bought pizza !! would not return

Like many places these days in Vegas expensive in Vegas baby. The starter was nice, but glad we did have one as it took about 40 minutes wait for pizza to arrive. But wow when they say deep dish, it is deep – Pizza Hut and others with slightly puffed up crust do not have a scratch on this place. So much so a 10” was more than sufficient for the 2 of us with left overs for breakfast next morning.

Avoid at all costs. Service sucks and you wait a long time for everything. My son got food poisoning from the food. Spent the next day in the bathroom. Very disappointing. He is 17 and first time to Vegas.

Truth be told, our visit was actually in May 2019 but have only just got round to posting my review. However, to this day this is one of the best pizzas I've ever eaten and when I finally get to go back to Vegas, I hope I can come back here. Yes the pizza takes around 45 minutes, but man is it worth the wait. It might be tempting to order an appetizer while you wait but don't be fooled! Portion sizes are very big!

Friendly service, long wait, very average pizza. Unfortunately it doesn't live up to the marketing of best pizza in the world.

Very good pizza, this place has been on my bucket list and it didn’t disappoint. It’s just as good cold the next day as well. Make sure to book a reservation as it does get busy.

Lousy service, from the bar they sent us to the restaurant, in the restaurant they asked us to wait 45 minutes, they put people who arrived after us and had tables available, they did not give us because they were reservations and once seated they asked us to wait 1 hour for them to bring us pizza, two more tables left just like us

Went here on our recent trip to Vegas. Indoor had a 45 minute wait so we went to the outdoor bar and sat right down. The deep dish pizzas take around 45+ minutes to make so don't go if you're in a rush. We ordered the sampler appetizer and everything was very good. The garlic cheese bread was the best. Great food and atmosphere at Giordanos.

We ordered some pizza and salad for a pick up. The girl at the counter was extremely rude and unprofessional. The order pick up time was changed without notifying us. The girl will even argue with me when I told her she should have notified us of the pick up time was delayed. I don’t know why she thinks she can yell and argue with the customer…never come back again.

The pizza was delicious. We got a thin crust which I don't normally like, but it was delicious. The sauce was tasty.

Not quite sure where to start with this one. The deep dish pizza was good. The extra thin crust (ie normal) pizzas were worse than a frozen pizza from a supermarket. Probably the worst restaurant pizza I have ever had. Food was very slow to arrive. The house salad we ordered didn’t arrive at all and I had to ask 3 times to get the bill. All round the worst eating experience we have had in Las Vegas.

My daughter was craving pizza and this place did not disappoint! We got the meat lovers deep dish and man…. That was packed with meat and cheese! Soooooo gooood. Our server Memo was very nice and attentive. Highly recommend this place!

I love a good pizza. This was not the case. We arrived at the restaurant and were greeted by a friendly lady who immediately stated it would take 45 minutes to an hour for a deep dish pizza. It was 5 pm and the place wasn’t even busy. We agreed to the wait, I mean, if it’s worth it, why not? We ordered the mozzarella triangles which arrived quickly enough. Soggy dripping oil. Very salty. It took every little bit of 45 minutes for the pizza to arrive. The tomato sauce on top wasn’t even seasoned, tasted like it just came out of a jar of crushed tomatoes. But what was worse is that the layer of dough immediately underneath was completely raw. We ate half of the $40+ pie before giving up. We both had a stomach ache the same night and all through the day after. After 45 minutes wait, we were just expecting for the food to be cooked at least. Do not recommend.

Great Spot off Flamingo Ave & Las Vegas Blvd. Was at a Meeting at Ceaser's Palace and this place was about a 7-8 minute walk - Had their Italino Salad (entre size) and was very delicious and able to eat outside - They have fan's and misters for outside and shaded seating - So good I went back the 2nd day for the same salad and just as great as the first day - They are known for their deepdish Pizza and just a FYI, takes around 45 minutes to cook so don't be in a hurry - You can call ahead and order and pickup or sit in when ready - My last day I had their Italian Beef Sandwich which was wonderful! Meat was so tender and roll was crunchy and not too big and ideal for lunch - Sandwiches and salads take around 10-13 minutes to get and even traditional pizza with take atleast 20 minutes. Service was great and location made 'people watching' very easy and cool - I intend on going back when a little cooler as their pizza looked great and people really seamed to enjoy -

Seated straight away and taken care of by hector. He was friendly and answered all questions with no issues We ordered drinks and a garlic bread started. Which was phenomenal We ordered 14" pizza between us. FYI 14" is huge and a good feed. We don't like deep dish so went thin and crispy. Pizza was fantastic. A little 25 minute wait but you are told about the wait before you are seated so I see no issue with that. This way I know my pizza is being cooked properly This was the best pizza we had not be strip and we tried one our two. Bravo.

Solid pizza. Solid atmosphere. The pizzas are thick! 2 of us, quite hungry, ate a 12 inch. The last piece wasa bit of a challenge to finish, but we did it. Each had 2 drinks. Total with tip was $110.

We booked a last minute reservation on Sunday, 6/22/25 and had no problem getting a table. We arrived a little early and our group of 4 was immediately seated. Our waiter, Jeffrey was just amazing! He was attentive, polite, and very friendly! The service and attention Jeffrey gave us was absolutely outstanding and exceeded our expectations! We ordered alcoholic drinks, garlic bread, calamari and a make your own Chicago cavern style large pizza! All the drinks and food came out timely and everything tasted delicious! The pizza we ordered has got to be one of the best pizzas I’ve ever had! It was delicious! The ambiance was great and the restaurant had a relaxing feel to it! I would definitely recommend Giordano’s for a chill night out with friends or family! For a really great experience ask for Jeffrey as your waiter if he’s available! Great job!! We will be back whenever we’re back in town!!

We had international visitors and they needed real pizza, not the fast nonsense they've heard of. So I took them to the legendary Giordano's!

The food was very good and reasonably priced. Service was excellent. Highly suggest reservations as this place is very busy.

This was our second time eating here. It was close to our hotel which is why we tried it again even though we didn’t like it much our first visit. We did not enjoy the deep dish pizza on our first visit, so we chose a thin crust pizza this time. It was a 40 minute wait for the pizza which was advised at the time we ordered. The pizza isn’t very flavorful and nothing special compared to any local pizza place. The salad advertised to be serving 2-3 was rather small and also nothing special. We sat in the outdoor area where you get occasional marijuana users walking by and a strong smell wafting into the dining area. I will not be trying Giordano’s in the future.

Worst experience at this well-known “Chicago Style” pizza joint. First Beware there is outside seating in a completely separate location than the inside seating. They are two separately run operations even though they are confirmed as the same restaurant! So if you are booking a reservation make sure you know which location you are booking. We booked for 8 people tonight completely unaware of the separate restaurant locations on the first outdoor mall area and the second area up the escalator in a completely different location. No easy to see signs directing this either. And reservations doesn’t offer the option or indicate the two locations for the same restaurant address. Facts: Reserved table for 8 people at 7:00 pm. Went to the wrong main level outside location. Went to the hostess stand. She had already sat two from out party. There was no table for 8? After waiting there approximately 7-8 minutes, another employee told us we had a reservation at the indoor location on another level of the outdoor mall space. At 7:11, I received a text from the upstairs restaurant stating they would hold the table for 5 more minutes for us to show. At 7:12 I completed my text back that we were at the downstairs outdoor location mistakenly and on our way up the escalator to the correct location. At 7:13 we checked in to the proper location. The absolute Rude, obnoxious and unprofessional hostess there said we were late and she gave our table away. They kept saying they were clearing a table for us. We waited 45 minutes - before they seated us. A manager was called. My party of 8 were very upset how they were all treated so disrespectfully. The manager listened but no action was taken. Just told “he would speak” to his staff. Then we had another 45 minutes once seated for the pizza to come out. Our server was patient and pleasant and worked hard to accommodate. However, the two hostesses were the most unprofessional, poorly trained, ill mannered young girls we have come across in any restaurant in any city. Disgrace! Go elsewhere. Very Poorly managed establishment.

Great location with a view of the Bellagio fountains and the strip. Delicious pizza and appetizers, good value. Cool rustic decor. This is my go to restaurant when I am in Vegas. Heads up that the pizza is Chicago style deep dish and takes 45 minutes once you order it. No problem, we just ordered the appetizer sampler in the meantime, which came right out. The wait allows for a leisurely meal and relaxed visit with your party. Service from Derek was excellent, very friendly and knowledgeable about the selections and also the amount of pizza we should order for our party size. (With our party of 8 it was 2 mediums and we had a couple of pieces left over for breakfast.) Derek was really prompt on all the refills and went out of his way to be accommodating and helpful. You can also make reservations thru their website which was helpful.

The atmosphere is great, energetic staff that provide awesome service! We were sat by a window so while we enjoyed some drinks we could look around the areas lights and sights! We ordered a deep dish pizza, which our server told us right away that it would be about a 45 minute bake, incase we were starving and wanted to change our minds. The pizza came out fresh and hot. Such great flavours in this pie. The ample sauce made this the best deep dish we’ve ever tasted! Super cheesy too! Highly recommend adding this to your eats list when in Vegas If I had to have one small negative it would be the chairs are not comfortable (I noticed this a lot in Vegas, maybe to keep customers moving and not linger)

We hit Giordano's in Chicago every time we go. Most amazing pizza on the planet. The one on the Vegas strip, however, is one of the most obnoxious dining experiences we've ever had. The staff was great! Our waiter was kind and amazing! But it's like they're pumping in noise from 20 other restaurants while you're trying to eat. I couldn't hear the person sitting right next to me it is so loud. Even the bathroom music is about 10 times louder than any other bathroom on earth. Not sure why they do this but we'll never go back.

The deep-dish pizza here is just like the Giordano's in Chicago. So thick and delicious! We sat at the bar and had excellent service. It is one of our favorite places to go in Vegas.

It takes a long time to get your pizza which is fine - if they get your order right. My niece had been to one of these restaurants before and she loved their pizza so we thought we’d try it. She warned me that it takes awhile to cook the pizza there. She likes deep dish, I like thin crust. So she ordered a personal size that they said would take an hour to cook. I ordered the smallest thin crust I could and they said it takes 30 mins to cook and asked if I wanted mine to come out at the same time and I said that was fine. I ordered chicken sausage, tomatoes, black olives, and green olives. When our pizza finally arrived they had put green peppers on mine instead of green olives. I love olives so I was extremely disappointed. Green peppers are not my favorite but I can eat them. It created a different taste that I really did not want or enjoy much. I tried picking them off but I could still taste them since they had cooked in with the cheese. When the waiter brought out the pizza he asked if everything was fine and I saw the peppers and I said - No, it’s wrong but it’s not like I wait for this to be remade because we are starving and it’s already been an hour. He said that he could bring me out a dish of olives and just not charge me for the peppers. He ended up still charging me for the peppers and removing my iced tea from the bill. I guess he thought that would make up for it but our bill was over $50 for a personal size pan pizza, a small thin crust pizza, and my niece’s drink (non alcohol). I just feel like they should have done more since my meal was not any good due to their error but I paid it and I left them a tip. I won’t be going to another one of those restaurants ever again though. First impressions like that stick with me.

We visited on a Thursday evening and it was tough to get someone's attention for service. The food tasted great, but was outweighed by a few negative things. The bar area where we were seated hadn't been wiped off. There are nice hooks under the bar to hang a purse but the underside of that same bar is littered with chewed gum. Gross. We asked for waters and it took a while to get them. Once we did, they both had a strange minty taste so we didn't drink them. You'd be better off visiting a different restaurant.

Having seen this place many times previously and seen may discussions I decided to have a try and go for the pizza pie. Is it pie or pizza??? It's cooked like a pie with pastry around the sides but tastes like pizza with the cheese inside with tomato sauce. We had a half/half. Meaty one side and just plain C&T the other side. There is a 45 minute wait which is to be expected due to the cooking process of such a deep pie. It ooozed cheese once it arrived. With such a good pizza flavour it's hard to call this a pie so I'm going to stick to a pizza haha.. The flavour was good. The tomato sauce was tangy and sweet with lots of cheese. It's not cheap for a pizza at $32 for the small so it's not somewhere I would be eating on a regular basis but def worth a try.

We started with mozzarella triangles, they were amazing. By far the best I’ve ever had, mozzarella was rich in flavour with a perfect crust (not to thick) and the marinara was so flavoursome. Pizza came out exactly 35 minutes after ordering as we were advised, fresh from the oven it was hot. Great flavours! Atmosphere was great and our server (Michelle) was so lovely. Don’t often write reviews but this was worth the effort 👍

This is a fabulous bar/eatery. Pizza was absolutely fantastic and very tasty. Cooked to perfection. We ate here but also had a few drinks. We had a great time on both visits. The second visit we were served by Sara who was a lovely bubbly, friendly lady who looked after us very well while we were there. She was brilliant.

The pizzas are really very good as are the other dishes on the menu.. We were with a couple of friends and there was hardly anyone in the room. We were told a waiting time of 45 minutes but we only got our dishes 1 hour 45 minutes later! For a pizza it’s still very long!

Deep dish pizza love it. When we visit Vegas we always get a medium pizza take it back to the hotel and freeze it so we can bring it home. This time the pizza was perfect. Lots of cheese and sausage. Had to wait an extra 20 minutes but it was worth it

we were kinda late but we were kinda hungary. brian told us there is a 1/2 hour wait for a deep dish but that its supposed to be amazing. it was worth the wait. it was a nice setting outside the horseshoe in the lights and a good experience

Had their deep deep dish pizza. Server said it would take 55-60 minutes to prepare, but to our surprise our order was out in 35 minutes. Unfortunately, pizza was cold and slightly under cooked. I wanted them to warm it up but they would only make a new pizza, and the wait would start all over again. The problem here is eating at the outdoor area. They don’t cook the pizzas here, a runner has to retrieve them from the main restaurant first, which is a few minutes away. Then they sit in the open until the server notices and delivers to your table. Prices are good for the strip. Server was attentive. Pizza was average.

We normally get the deep sausage pizza when we are in Las Vegas. This time we wanted to try the extra thin sausage pizza, and we weren't disappointed. You can't go wrong at this place. However, we're going to stick with their deep dish, it's worth the wait. While waiting order mozzarella triangles, you won't regret it.

The Chicago style pizza is very good, it takes 45 minutes to have it ready, the waitress tells you about the time, it is good service.

Why Giordano's doesn't allow preorders is ridiculous and poor restaurant management. Deep dish is great pizza, however why should I need to sit there at the table waiting 45 minutes for it to cook? Customers should be able to preorder, give a credit card for the order so the restaurant has no risk, and then it can be ready to eat when we arrive. Turn the tables faster, order more food etc. Who wants to wait at a table for 45 minutes when there are other activities in Las Vegas to attend. Make it more convenient. Food is great, however the service is poor management policy.

Delicious, hot deep dish. Takes awhile for the pizza to come out, but, duh, it's deep dish. Service good, environment too.

Have had this pizza multiple times. This was our first try in Vegas. Ordered online late in the evening. Took it back to the hotel. It was great thank you for great pizza no matter where you are located. So much cheese and the sausage is incredible. Order ahead is my recommendation and either sit there or take it back to the hotel works perfectly in a place like Vegas

This was by far the worst dining experience in Vegas! First they sat us in the outside área, after 15min a waiter comes and says they don't have more deep Dish pizza (the hostess should have mentioned it before we entered the place as most people come only for this kind of pizza). They directed us to the take away place; after waiting the line they said again they don't have more deep Dish pizza AGAIN! But said that for sure they still serve it at the restaurant on top. So for the third time, we wait another 15min sitting at the restaurant until the waiter comes and, as you probably guess, he said THEY DON'T HAVE MORE DEEP DISH PIZZA! So basically we lost about 45min of our time in 3 different Giordanos spots (all in the same square) and end up not eating any pizza but going back to the hotel really frustrated and thinking they were just laughing at us. Sum Up: the worst experience is all Vegas. Plus employees instead of being more nice, comprehesive and keeping an efficient communication between all three venues located a few metters apart, they were simply rude, direspectful and useless.

Excellent service and excellent pizza! The portion sizes are huge and reasonable prices. Highly recommend if you are looking for some delicious pizza on the strip!

The place seemed soulless, we managed to get a table where we spent a pleasant evening, the service was slow, there was not much staff, but when they brought us the pizza we forgot everything, the deep dish pizza was delicious, the verceza was equally good. I think Giordanos' name deserves a better place than the one it has now

We all have eaten think or thick crust pizza most of the times but this deep dish Chicago Pizza is a must try. They take approx 40 minutes from the order to serve but the wait is worth. They also serve some of the best garlic breads. I cannot describe it in words.

A great spot for dinning and also offers a great value. The Restaurant has two zones, one in the plaza downstairs, and other in a closed locale. The plaza location was crowded but the locale was fine, we did not had to wait. The waitress was very kind and suggested some garlic fries that we ordered and were delicious! we ordered a pan pizza and was excellent! the value of the meal was adequate and plenty. We will return here!

Loved this restaurant! Close to everything on the strip. Bruschetta is the best around! Deep dish was just like we get in Chicago! Always good! Our server was Dwayne and he was awesome. He checked on us often and made sure we had refills. Great server, great food & atmosphere.

The pizzas are good. The restaurant seems to be short-staffed, so service could be better, with better communication about what is on the 86 list.

Not worth the 45 minute wait for pizza! It tasted average. However, the spaghetti was delicious. The sign was deceiving. It stated happy hour and the dining room is upstairs. It did not say happy hour was only at the bar.

Set close to 'Paris' casino this place was a good choice to go to, very busy at the time we ate there, good choices accompanied with good service and, considering the location, not too expensive Worth a try

Great food and great service. Our first visit and we would definitely come back. Great appetizer and frozen drinks as well as pizza. Bruce provided excellent service

Nice Lots of waiting but the lovely waitress brought my 9 year old daughter's dish as a priority The pizzas are delicious

We really enjoy Giordano’s deep dish pizzas both here and Chicago. We have lunch at least once while visiting each city. The one in Las Vegas is very nice and the pizza is made fresh so expect a little wait. My wife and I enjoyed a deep small deep dish and it was plenty for us as we even took a couple slices back to our hotel. The best part about the experience was our server Erika. She was so attentive and checked on us while we waited keeping our water topped off. She made the wait tolerable checking in and when the pizza arrived we could tell it was freshly made. Not a reheat. Go a little off lunch time so the wait is limited but it’s definitely worth it.

We ordered two martinis. They did not question or warn us that they would charge us for doubles. Our total bill was $56.93 for normal-sized drinks at an open-air pizza place. Another waiter, who we observed doing a great job BTW, obviously knew the ethical differences between right and wrong, saw our bill, and said "that's what we should pay for 4 or 5 drinks." We questioned our waitress and she said the other waiter is new. we then questioned the manager on duty he said that's what they charge. The Manager justified it by saying another nearby venue charges $30 for a daiquiri and that martinis have more alcohol. He then maintained that our bill will not be lowered, We then went to that other venue and saw $30 daiquiris the size of a small boy and we ordered $15.00 normal-sized martinis. We have investigated numerous other restaurants in the area of all levels and have yet to find one that will charge over $50 for two martinis. I'm sure they exist, it is the strip after all but it was not expected from a pizza place.

Pizzas looked amazing. Unfortunately our meal wasn't. It was cold, and the pasta was dry and looked like it had been standing for hours. Our waitress did ask if we wanted a new dish and brought more sauce out. Still couldn't eat the dish. However, it was removed from our bill. The Italian beef sandwich I had was pretty nice and dripping with juices.

We went for dinner last Saturday. The food was excellent. The atmosphere was was great and the service was amazing. Gloss went above and beyond to make sure that we were well taken care of! Would definitely go again and highly recomend if you are ever in Las Vegas.

Marcela is the best server, nice ambiance and good food i recommande this restaurant a 100% for eat an good pizza and salad

Your pizza will take some time...that's the process, so expect it. Seating is outside and in May it was doable. I imagine in the summer heat it's about impossible. But the pizza was incredible. In Chicago, you order and wait to be seated about 30-40 minutes later, and then your pizza arrives. We all thought it was delicious pizza, just like Chicago!
Great fun place
We had a family party of 9. Had a reservation and we were sat on time. Our server Brenda was excellent. She warned us of the long pizza times due to deep dish style. Pizza was 1 hour. We were ok with this ordered pizza and salads. Portions were great and food was amazing. Our drinks were never empty. Pizza both thin and deep dish were really enjoyed by all.. atmosphere was fun Was one of the most reasonable fun easy places we ate at. Service was amazing.. make a reservation and go
