A great place to live an illusion

By Valdir |

Great expectations but, the $32 glass of Ramsey chardonnay took a while to arrive and was out of temperature. It wasn't worth the price. The salmon was bland. Pleasant atmosphere and ok service

Great staff and food!!

The atmosphere was wonderful! Greeted at the door and by every part of staff it was nice. Our waitress Hanna was amazing. Very attentive and helpful as to what was the best to try. My very picky husband loved the Beef Wellington, pan seared scallops and his dessert of toffee pudding!! The Cesar salad I had was amazing, chicken so good too. Would 10 out 10 recommend

Don' be a Donkey - visit Hell's Kitchen

One of the things my wife and I enjoy together is watching Gordon Ramsay as he grooms future chefs on Hell’s Kitchen. So, when we booked our cruise to leave from Miami, we immediately booked a table for lunch. On arrival, we captured a picture in front of the entrance before making our way into the dining room that overlooked the iconic red/blue kitchen. Once seated, we placed our drink order and looked over the menu. This step really was not necessary since we had memorized the menu and practiced placing our order many times in the months leading up to this afternoon. So, what did we order? We started with the short rib and chorizo croquettes. Next, we split an order of pan seared scallops before sharing both the petite beef Wellington and the skirt steak. For dessert, we sampled the sticky toffee pudding and the strawberry shortcake trifle. Go ahead and wipe your mouth because I know you are drooling. Everything was amazing. The flavors were complex and the presentation was eye-popping. We did, however, realize that we had made a couple of mistakes. First, we chose lunch because we were leaving on a cruise the following day and did not want to be gluttonous. Bad choice. We should have gone for dinner and arrived at the cruise full and happy. Second, we ordered the petite “Welly” even after the server asked if we wanted the dinner portion. Big mistake since the beef Wellington is absolutely the best thing I have ever eaten. There is a reason it is a signature dish. So, here are my pointers. Book a table for dinner. Order the beef Wellington and do not share it no matter how much you like, or even love, you table mate. Make room for dessert because the strawberry shortcake trifle is something you will crave well after you have returned home.

It's called Hell's kitchen, but it feels like that without the "Hell".

Gordon Ramsay's Hells Kitchen is one of the best restaurants I have ever tried, it's almost like I forgot the "hell" part! Our server Eldar and the receptionist Eduardo were really nice, and gave us some complementary cards with Gordon Ramsay's quotes. Overall, if you like the show Hells Kitchen, and want an amazing taste of Gordon Ramsay's food, I highly recommend eating here!

Dine there for lunch. Met the helpful Hostess team. Shawntee (apologies if I got her name wrong) was helpful as she guided me upstairs. Love the music, it sets in good ambience. The lady at the bar was helpful too, she has a French name, my apologies for forgetting her name. Alex my server was helpful with the menu and told me both the Blue and Red Teams work together in the kitchen. I ordered Crab Roll, Sticky Toffee Pudding, and juice. Let me say Crab Roll has a nice spicy kick & Pudding, easy to slice. Visit dedicated to my then German American ex gf. As she’d say “Don’t be a Masshole and leave a good review. Pay it forward.” Cue in the songs: Taylor Swift ft. Ice Spice - Karma and Avril Lavigne - Let Me Go ft. Chad Kroeger. 🇺🇸🇩🇪✌️🎸

WHY IS THERE NOT A HORRIFIC RATING OPTION?

By Nomad09458515529 |

My husband and I came here for a meeting in one of their conference rooms last night, Thursday, June 6, 2024. There was a pre-fixed menu with set salad and dessert but different options for a main course. I selected the short ribs, and he selected the vegetarian risotto. After we received and ate our meals, I specifically asked the server if this was the same food that is served in the dining room and he proudly exclaimed “Yes, absolutely”, much to my disappointment. We each got a Caesar salad which were good, just good but lacking salt (also the wait staff seems to have some type of aversion to giving you salt because I had to ask for it at least 4 times) and at (I’m going by menu prices here except for the risotto which is not on the regular menu) $11 each was not bad but it had some type of funky after taste that was fixed once I finally got and added the much requested salt. I had the braised short ribs which were just “ok” and I do mean JUST OK because they were overly fatty and not the quality that I would expect from “Hell’s Kitchen” and definitely not worth $48. And OMG, the risotto, my poor husband requested the risotto which I priced it at $20 because they only have the lobster risotto on the menu at $38 so I took $18 off for the lobster but it was completely flavorless and just a tiny pile of mush. I had to give him some of my short ribs before he started chewing on the napkin from hunger. We’ve had better risotto from a box that I can make at home. Now the sticky toffee pudding was impressive and very yummy as it better be for $17. We did not pay for this meal as it was included in the meeting we were attending but had we paid for this meal with tax, mandatory 20% tip and sodas, it would have been roughly $182.88 or more and trust me when I tell you, it was NOT WORTH IT AT ALL. It wasn’t even worth half that much. This was all in all a very disappointing experience because I had high hopes that if the food that was served at the meeting was the same as in the dining room and it was good, I would have made my husband bring me back here for the regular dining experience but thank goodness we didn’t pay for this meal because had we, I would have had to go full blown “Karen” with the manager because of how horrible it was and especially at THOSE prices. And again, the worse part was the risotto which Ramsey SEEMS to be such a stickler about in all his shows. It tasted more like Elmer's glue (yes I remember from my childhood) than anything else.

Inspired? Not.

We stayed at the JW Marriott in Miami for 2 evenings. The 1st evening I was so exited about eating at Hells Kitchen Miami having been a massive fan of Gordon and his show. As we waited for our wives to turn up, we sat at the Bar and ordered 1 bottle of beer and a soda water. We were charged $3.20 service charge for the two drinks, which took the Barman 1 minute to serve. Thank God we did not order the Brandy at $550.00 for 2 ounces, as the service charge would have been $110,00 plus tax. Making it almost $700.00 for the Brandy. Just illustrates how out of hand mandatory service charges have become. I ordered Scollops which were cut in half, before being pan - fried, I found it unusual, however they were very tasty. Chicken, was for the main course. It arrived, and very quickly sent back. The chicken was three small overcooked, and dry pieces. Two chefs failed monumentally the chef that cooked the chicken, and the chef that checked at quality control before it went out. One off perhaps. Not a chance, there were 4 dinners, and 2 plates of chicken were sent back. My Chicken was replaced with Salmon, which was an uninspiring dish. The other dinner did not bother with a replacement. The 2 other dinners with us had no complaints with their meals. With a 20% automatic service charge and tax added to the bill, it’s over priced for what you get. By the way Gordon would have thrown the chicken dish right back at them, and told them to get a grip, maybe not in those words.

Fair At Best - 20% added Service Charge

By Patty B |

We stopped in for drinks and possibly appetizers. We sat at the bar, which was empty. The bartender asked if we wanted to see a menu, but we declined. He started to tell us about the beef wellington, which we would never order. We had just 2 drinks, a glass of wine and 12 yr. old scotch. I looked on TA as we were sipping our drinks and the reviews were less than glowing. The music was not good and quite annoying to us. We had no desire to sit in the dining room. We spent $47.00 for 2 drinks. That included their 20% service charge that they include on your bill. We would never return, we just didn't care for the music or atmosphere. My average rating is generous.

Don't Bother- this ain't vegas

By Alucua W |

Ugh....absolute waste! There are so many restaurants with better....well, everything. Good: Staff was friendly and attentive as they should be Bad: staff somewhat aggressive with clearing tables, they literally stood by waiting for you to finish Food: so subpar. Scallops were TERRIBLE, tiny, flat and flavorless. They were as small as bay scallops, no where near worth it. Risotto was average and have had much better elsewhere. Spare ribs decent, salmon-- the chef should be jailed. Wellington- rubbery, pastry was dry, only my 3rd time in life having wellington and this was a turn off. So sorry I was sucked into this by a fan of the show! Oh, drinks...both mocktails offered were awful. Asked for lemonade and that was good. Mac n cheese is also decent but tiny portion.

Give it a try you won’t be disappointed

We visited on a Saturday evening and the restaurant was very full. Upon entering you are greeted by a life size talking Gordon. Our waiter was excellent and answered all of our questions. We started with a Cesar Salad which was outstanding and very large, we should have ordered the smaller size. We had the crispy salmon and filet with mashed potato delicious and cooked as requested. For us we had a wonderful evening and never felt rushed.

Great food

Delicious salmon with Crispy skin and chicken breaded burger with crispy bacon Service was very nice, too. Fries delicious. Who can ask for more?

Great atmosphere

If you’re in Miami and find yourself at Hell Kitchen, do yourself a favor and sit at the bar with Sabina! Not only is she incredibly talented behind the bar, but her energy is unmatched. She makes everyone feel welcome, like you’re a regular even if it’s your first time. Her cocktails are creative, perfectly balanced, and made with love—and she always knows exactly what to recommend. Sabina has that rare gift of turning a good night into a great one. Don’t miss out on the chance to experience her hospitality. 10/10 would come back just to see her again!

Exceptional Service

By gatorsjc |

My father and I had dinner and started with the lobster risotto and added the truffles so delicious..we continued with the shrimp aguachile. Joseph and Lizabeth took the time to explain the dishes and make recommendations for which I had the beef Wellington and my dad had the braised short rib, meat was so tender.. the drinks were very tasty

Delicious but too expensive

By Lisetravel |

We had the beef wellington, different starters, but the fact remains that everything is cold. The cooking of the scallops was only on one side however the lobster risotto was good but cold The plate of cold beef wellington, I don't know how long it was ready but we ate it all cold. Sticky toffee pudding dessert; simple it is 100 times better in England. I had a coffee and it was very strong, I had to add 4 sugars and to finish, the bill was steep. You pay for the name more than for the quality. The service is 5 out of 5 and the cooking of the food 5 out of 5. tip is included in the bill and it is 20%. I will not return.

Lives up to expectation, awesome dining experience!

By BackPacker476133 |

Fantastic! Food was amazing, scallops cooked perfectly :) I had the short rib, we shared the English toffee pudding cake for dessert which was the best I've had, my daughter didn't think she would like it but she loved it of course (I knew she would). Service was great, the best meal we had the whole week we were in Miami <3. thank you Gordon Ramsay!

Go Gordon!

By davidrL3188RA |

Great place for dinner before a show in downtown Miami. The food and service were both excellent! The restaurant is close to many hotels in the downtown area and an easy walk to Kaseya Center.

Awful experience - DO NOT GO HERE!

By LJS83 |

Worst restaurant experience ever, so much so that we walked out, something I’ve never done before. We arrived on time, they were running behind fair enough. Got ignored at the bar while waiting for a table, after 25 mins finally got a drink. Then taken to our table (sat upstairs no where near the kitchen so could have been in any restaurant anywhere), waiting for another 20 mins to even be acknowledged, finally walked out. Will not be returning. Such a shame, we have been to tons of GR restaurants all around the world and this was the horrendous. You should be ashamed of yourselves. Please do yourself a favour and avoid at all costs!!!

Mediocre food

By Pablo R |

The place and atmosphere very good and pleasant. The service was very good, but the food is very average... we ordered 4 different appetizers and then the beef wellington... all the dishes arrived from warm to cold. I remember the corquetas with too much dough flavor and in some parts like raw... food without seasoning or anything that makes the dish delicious... I would not return having so many other better options in Miami

Dishes of no quality! Stomach ache. Exorbitant prices. Good Service. Normal atmosphere.

By Stefano Rigamonti |

We had family dinner. Normal Quality of food. Very high prices. The wine cellar is not complete and with exaggerated prices. On dessert even the child had severe stomach sickness. He was going to stomach it. Really amazing. At 9.48 pm they brought us the bill without asking because at 22.00 they had to close! Experience not to be repeated ..

Not great!

By Catherine P |

The service was rushed. The food was unexceptional and arrived to the table quite cold. Bizarre as we were sitting right next to the kitchen! Not sure why we didn’t complain. (maybe we were afraid of being yelled at ? 😜) The place is called Hell’s Kitchen, so you think the food would be really hot! Plus it is pricey. The room is a bit sterile, but some of our group really enjoyed the 3-D ‘video’ of Gordon Ramsay they could get their photo taken with! My friend really enjoyed her mac & cheese appetizer as her entire meal. It wasn’t very hot either, but was delicious. I shared the scallops and beef Wellington with my colleague (she said that’s what he was famous, for), and they were both good, but the scallops arrived quite cold. The beef Wellington had a smear of mashed potatoes that was very cold. The outside of the beef Wellington was not crispy and quite cool. The inside of the beef Wellington was warmish and very tender & delicious.

A bad experience

By Elisabeth A |

We went to the restaurant with the expectation of repeating the wonderful experience we had in Washington. But unfortunately in Miami the restaurant is different. Impersonal and irregular care. Cold food and the Wellington filet with foie gras left to be desired, soft and tasteless mass. Expensive and not worth it.

Lovely experience

By schwartzapn |

I gave it a 5 for atmosphere and the lovely, very accommodating staff. The one downside of the experience was very few vegetarian or vegan options. I ordered the lentil dish and it was just black lentils with carrots on top. No flavor. My daughter had salmon and said it was excellent. So was the corn elote. Also, the waiter was helpful in suggesting that some dishes can be made vegetarian, leaving out the meat. Vegan would be a little harder. Desserts were lovely, especially the sticky caramel pudding. I want to end with: kudos to the wait staff. Knowledgeable and helpful.

Meh

By H uter |

The place had a nice atmosphere however not as cozy as you’d like. The food was okay, I really did not enjoy the beef Wellington however the octopus made up for that in a way. Did not appreciate the service as the server had an attitude problem and made ordering more difficult than it should’ve been, also lecturing me on alcohol as if she distilled it herself. Wouldn’t return.

Basic Errors - Poor Experience

By LosZorros |

Very disappointing and no where near as good as Las Vegas Hell's Kitchen which we have visited many times. Had the set evening menu. Starter: in the salad most of the beetroot was hard, could not be cut easily with a knife and inedible. Main Courses: A quality Beef Wellington BUT it was luke warm. Dessert: The sticky toffee pudding was cold. Table service was very attentive but would Gordon Ramsay be happy with food being served this way. These are basic errors for a venue of this type and hype. Be aware the upstairs area does not overlook the kitchen and whilst this did not bother us, if it is important, then request a table downstairs. Will revisit the Vegas restaurant, but unlikely to visit the Miami venue again as it just wasn't worth it.

Dinner in Hell

By Lourdes D |

I was looking forward to dining at Gordon Ramsay's Hells Kitchen, figuring that it would be a very pleasurable experience. However, the quality of the food was mediocre, the price exorbitant for what was offered and the atmosphere was very hot and uncomfortable. It truly felt as if I was in hell. I was there with business associates and none were impressed. Even the water was warm. And to make matters worse, I found a second charge on my credit card that did not belong to me. When I attempted to contact Hells Kitchen, I only get an automated response and cannot speak to a live person. This recording says to go to the website but there too, there is nowhere to make a claim for the erroneous charge. I will certainly not be recomending Hells Kitchen to any of my associates or friends.

Poor attitude

By sa1gon |

We were advised there was no Valet Parking with less than 24 hours to our booking, My husband is disabled and without the Valet Parking we could not go, but it took a long time to get someone at Gordon Ramsay's Hell''s Kitchen to confirm the Cancellation Charge would be waived. We were told a Manager needed to approve it and that all the Managers were in a meeting with Corporate and Corporate were more important than customers. They need to understand that without their Customers, there would be no need for Corporate. Finally we spoke to Eric who confirmed he would cancel with no charges. We had no email confirming this and at 10.00am the following day (the day of our cancelled booking, I was asked how my meal was, it was cancelled and even if it wasn't the email was send before I would have eaten. We didn't eat here and if it wasn't for the problems I wouldn't be leaving the review. I might even write to Gordon about his staff's attitude. We have been to several of the London Restaurants, including The Savoy and Hospital Road, Gordon's in Boston, New York, Hong Kong and France, so this treatment was a real disappointment. We used to go monthly to one of the London restaurants and every New Year and Valentine's Day and have had two private parties at one of the London Restaurants but I would be reluctant to return to a Gordon Ramsay establishment after this.

You definitely want to check it out

By Matt & Heather |

🔥We had dinner at Hell’s Kitchen Saturday night. We did not have a reservation, but they were still able to seat us immediately. We sat at a high top table on the second floor. They had a Red Kitchen and a Blue Kitchen, just like on the show. You can see them cooking everything right there. We had the Beef Wellington. Every time I see this dish on the show it makes me wanna try it. It was every bit as amazing as I hoped. We also had the Braised Short Rib. So tender, so delicious! The presentation was so perfect too. Our server was Shaun; he was very informative, polite, and attentive. Before we left, we tried to have a nice stranger take our photo with the Chef Ramsey digital, but it didn’t turn out too well. It was a fun touch, none the less. The ambiance was great and food was spectacular. Overall, I felt it was kinda pricey - but worth the experience. ⭐️ ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

A fun evening with amazing food

By chevelletodd72 |

Went to the Vegas location in March so had to try this one. Not fond of Miami but braved the traffic to come here. It was packed but we have had reservations for a while and waited around 15 minutes. Did the valet parking to make it easy. We were sat up front and that gave it an extra visual experience. The music is a bit loud and it’s noisy by the kitchen area but we were enjoying it. The food is amazing. My friends thought the Vegas location was a bit more on spot but everyone enjoyed their food. We ordered a lot too. The whole process is down to a science from ordering to serving. Had a lot of laughs with the workers. All so friendly. If your in Miami you have to experience it at least once.

Great service and delicious food

UPDATE 11/28/24 Thanksgiving Day We decided to have our Turkey dinner at Gordon Ramsay's but ordered their delicious Beef Wellington instead! It was so good and fun to eat something besides turkey on T Day. For dessert, we had their fabulous Sticky Toffee Pudding. Our server, Alexa, was wonderful and helpful with menu suggestions and checked on us at the right times. Eduardo, the manager on the first floor, was very welcoming and even brought us a complimentary sample of their Pecan Pie. It was the best Pecan Pie that I have tasted. Our Thanksgiving celebration was special to us, and we were happy to have it here. Valet parking was easy, and the valets were in a good mood and very helpful! ===============================

Good restaurant👌👍😝🤩🔥

By John Dinis |

Very good, food was extremely filling. Although the service was slow. But they did give us some free drinks because of a mistake. It was quite expensive. Was it good? Yes. Would I come back here again? Probably not.

Met expectations

I wanted to try this place to see if it was true or just advertising...and it met expectations, the filet mignon was tender, juicy and had an excellent flavor. It's not cheap but it was what I expected. I liked

Tourist with bad food

By ANas |

Bad. We came to eat a dessert that we ate in Las Vegas - which by the way remains a delight. Taking her, nothing was good. My wife ordered a lobster risotto, which lobster had only a small piece on top. He, besides, came cold and took a long time to make a new one. My dish, a little mac n cheese, could be those of the supermarket. No grace and no taste - and warm. That of my daughter, a truffled chicken that had no taste of truffle and besides all was extremely spicy. The restaurant is one of those “pega-turistas”. If you want to go and take a picture with Gordon Ramsey's doll, you can go, but if you want to go and eat good food... anywhere is better than that. I mean, run away from this robbery

“Hell’s Kitchen Miami: An extraordinary gastronomic experience”

By Jose C |

Hell’s Kitchen Miami offers an unforgettable experience that exceeds expectations. Its impeccable and sophisticated design, inspired by Gordon Ramsay’s famous show, creates a unique atmosphere with the kitchen on view as a highlight. The service is exceptional, led by manager Eduardo, who provides warm and professional care that makes diners feel welcome from the start. The food is spectacular, with dishes like the iconic Wellington beef, a perfect burger and the best fries ever tasted. Even coffee stands out for its aroma and flavor so balanced that it does not need sugar, offering a perfect closure to the evening. Hell’s Kitchen combines atmosphere, taste and attention masterfully, making it a highly recommended place to visit again and again.

Fine-dining? Some aspects YES, others Absolutely NO

By londonblues |

I have just been to a "fine-dining-restaurant", paid 212.00 USD (and that even after the manager taking off the two main dishes, which was fair, but too late), and I could not wait to get out. What is wrong with this? The positives: 1) The food. Everything we had (oysters, tuna tartare, lobster risotto, grilled octopus, short rib, and salmon) was creative fusion cooking and done to perfection. 2) The wines. We did not order bottles, but the wine list is impressive. But even if one prefers to order by the glass there is a good choice of some interesting wines from Europe, USA, and Southamerica. The wines we had were great. 3) The waitress. Very pleasant, she took her time, talked to us about the restaurant, was very knowledgeable about the food and wine, and we were comfortable following her recommendations. Absolutely meetting the standards one would would expect from a restaurant which wants to position itself as a fine-dining-experience (as per their website). Now the disappointments: 1) Seating arrangements: The website reads: "The interior design is set to emulate the TV show's set.... where diners can watch the iconic red and blue teams from their seats". The reality could not have been more different: We were seated on a first floor part of the restaurant, from which I could see the wine fridge, 8 palm trees and a HK sign. That's it. Dimly lit, not particularly tasteful in decor, no reference to the HK experience. It could have been anywhere. 2) Small issue, but: Coat check. There is not one. It does not enhance the atmosphere if everyone puts jackets on free chairs or sofas. 3) Pacing of the meals: We had gone for two different starters each. We wanted to start with offerings from the "COLD/RAW" menu (oysters and tuna) and ordered as a second course 2 HOT APPETIZERS (Lobster risotto and octopus). We had not even finished the cold starters, when the hot appetizers arrived. When we said that we found it unsual that the corses follow each other so quickly the server,' response was: "No worries, they are all appetizers", while he pushed the tuna aside to make space for the octopus. "Fine Dining ?"BTW: We finished our three course dinner exactly 60 minutes after we placed our orders - as per the printed bill. I find this "very rushed" 4) The overall atmosphere: The website says: "While we do not enforce a dress code, many guests choose to dress up...". The reality: The family of four right next to us came in sweat pants, tank tops. They were extremely noisy, had zero use for their cutlery and chose to have their expensive Italian "Panna" mineral water right from the 0.7litre bottle. To sum it up: I would not go there again. If I want fine dining, there are other places which offer great cooking and an atmosphere which is different from a family style restaurant. If I want to see Hell's Kitchen, I watch it on TV - at least I see it there.

Hell’s Kitchen Miami Sour Experience

By Rosa T |

We chose Hell's Kitchen Miami to celebrate my 50th birthday, as I am a huge fan of the show. Unfortunately, our visit fell short of expectations.   For starters, about a week after our visit, we received a ticket in the mail totaling over $100 due to where the valet had parked our car....   Next, we ordered the lobster risotto and mac & cheese, which I had enjoyed during a different visit to their Washington DC location. Unfortunately, what arrived at our table was different from both my previous experience and the pictures on the Miami location's website. The risotto was white-colored, and the mac & cheese had the wrong type of noodles. These changes definitely altered the taste of the meals.   Last but certainly not least, it was my milestone birthday, a fact my daughter had made sure to mention in her reservation. Upon arriving at the restaurant, this was confirmed. However, when we ordered the Sticky Toffee Pudding for dessert, there was no "Happy Birthday" wish or candle in sight. When we raised this issue with the staff, they acknowledged that they had forgotten about the birthday celebration, which was incredibly disappointing and inconsiderate.   In the end, this dinner was no ordinary occasion for us; it was quite a splurge, to be honest. But my family wanted to give me mom something I’d enjoy, and unfortunately, Hell's Kitchen Miami fell short of our expectations.

Don't make fool by name!! It’s not like his other restaurants in England...

By Vickie G |

The food was great and really not tasted... I'm disappointed The service was good but the food I do not recommend at all!!

Nice location but food let us down a bit

By Andrea O |

⭐⭐⭐⭐ We stayed at Hell's Kitchen and the experience was overall very positive. The staff was very kind, professional and always available, helping to make the evening enjoyable from the beginning. The location is really beautiful, especially if you are a fan of the show: the atmosphere is attention to detail and the blue and red brigades are on view, both engaged in the preparation of different parts of the menu, a scenic and engaging aspect that makes the experience unique. As for the food, the dishes were good and you could clearly perceive the quality of the raw materials used. However, the only dish that really impressed us with a real “wow” effect was the Sticky Toffee Pudding, exceptional in flavor and balance. The other dishes, although well executed, did not completely meet our expectations, especially considering that it is a menu designed by a starred chef. In conclusion, a restaurant absolutely recommended for the experience, atmosphere and service, especially for fans of the format. On a purely gastronomic level, however, we expected something more.

Great service and amazing food.

By Vacationer800148 |

Service was great, Had Nikole escort to our table and Anthony took care of us. Had the opportunity to meet Ingrid and Chef Miguel. The experience was great. A must visit.

Big disappointment

By Martina K |

We were in a Gordon Ramsey restaurant for the first time and certainly for the last. We have been entrepreneurs for decades, have travelled a lot and have often enjoyed very good cuisine in various countries. What we experienced at Hells Kitchen in Miami has nothing to do with professional cuisine, only the catering was very good. The food tasted so miserable, by no means did the courses match and the crowning glory of it all in the form of $470 was more than outrageous. My husband and I struggled with stomach problems for two days. I've been able to watch several episodes with Gordon Ramsey on TV and I'm actually very taken with his skill and the charisma with which he goes about it. I expect much more from one of his restaurants and so do a reasonable scale price/performance. I'm very disappointed. I hope Gordon that you will see these reviews and use them as an opportunity for improvement.

Excellent experience for my birthday in Miami

By Kato |

Amazing food with the best mac & cheese and potato puree sides I've ever tasted! Location is very beautiful with lots of fairy lights, plants and high rise buildings outside. The staff were attentive, friendly and upbeat. Stylish modern restaurant with great cocktails, I ordered the 'Message from Gordon', The steak was cooked to perfection and we had the best time. Thank you for an amazing birthday experience ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Miami Spice lunch perfection!

By Melissa D |

We had a lovely experience our first time dining at Hell‘s kitchen in Miami. We chose the Miami spice menu for lunch and it was absolutely delicious! Everything was prepared perfectly.

Delicious!

We had a great lunch at Hells Kitchen in Miami. I had the backyard burger, hubby had the scallops and crab roll. We had good service, food came out quickly and everything tastes great.

First and last time

We went for the first time and family dinner, and what a disappointment. All the food was cold very salty and really will not go back. Don’t waste your time and money on that. The only good thing was Customer Service.

Stay away

By Nina F |

No. Just plain no. 1) The noise level of this restaurant is absolutely unbelievable. I do not have hearing problems, but I had to guess what the waiter said. It was not possible to have a conversation with the person sitting next to you, let alone across the table. 2) The food was mediocre at best. We had expectations to this restaurant, but mediocre is as good as it got, with two exceptions. My six-year old had steak, and that was good. Really good. I had the best brussel sprouts I ever tasted. Have steak and brussel sprouts if you have to come here. Avoid Beef Wellington at all costs. No desserts was had - all 19 of us just wanted to get out as soon as we could. 2) The undignified begging the waiters are forced to do. Food is expensive, service charge is high, and yet, as our waiter explained, it does not go to the people doing the actual serving. Theirs is the tips that come on top of all of this. A restaurant this expensive should provide some form of place where people can enjoy themselves - this is not a disco, it should provide good food, and it should definitely pay their employees enough so the may avoid humiliating themselves as is current practise. Shame on you, Gordon Ramsey for this one.

What a deception!!!

My father arrived from Brasil to visit me and I decided to give him a very good meal experience… my bad choosing Hell’s Kitchen. First, the 32 dollar Chardonnay should be out of menu, overpriced, bad quality and served out of ideal temperature. The salmon dish should go out the menu as well. How could the chef makes such an easy dish with no flavor at all and cold. Hospitals food are way better than that. The hamburger was ok, but cold. The pudim was , of course, cold and ordinary..The server quite rude and a 20% gratuity already included in the check. Overall a very bad experience. Sorry dad, but I swear to you never come back again to HK. Ps: is it used to serve cold dishes in Hell?

Deflated

By Karen G |

It started with Valet asking for $28 cash only David went to ATM and handed them $40 no change. They had a CC device and they parked my car on a sidewalk which we walked to when we left!!! Hoping I don’t receive a parking ticket! The drinks we ordered took quite a long time to arrive. The Lobster Risotto was ok, the Scallops were very good but the Beef Wellington even though it was cooked to perfection was not properly seasoned, the Demi Glace was so overpowering, the potato bland, the carrot mushy and the turnip hard as a rock. This was on my bucket list and my husband was really hoping to impress. The server did bring a complimentary dessert to celebrate my birthday which was very nice. There is a beautiful steakhouse NYY at the casino 3 minutes from our house that blows his place away. Should've stayed closer to home.

Don't go unless you want to waste your money

By Pedro Rodríguez |

Do not go. Totally overrated. It's just an expensive MC Dolands franchise. It's a resort restaurant. Its star dish is beer Wellington 6 points. The chicken 4 points. Raw papa bravas. Meatballs with polenta, cold polenta. The only thing acceptable for these prices is the drinks. The decoration is the same as a restaurant in a Caribbean chain. I do not recommend it

Wow

By Cheryl E |

Wow! Despite some of our friends telling us that the food is just okay and not worth the experience, we were unsure whether to go to this place or not. However, we decided to take the chance, and we are so glad we did! The restaurant is absolutely stunning and beautifully designed. The food exceeded our expectations and was truly amazing. I can't even begin to describe how incredible it was. Our server, Christina, was fantastic. She explained the menu in detail in both Spanish and English and was very accommodating and knowledgeable. From start to finish, we had a fantastic experience at this place. We visited on a Sunday from 1pm to 3pm, and the restaurant was always packed - never empty. I highly recommend this place. My experience was impeccable, and I can't forget to mention the delicious drinks! They were extremely flavorful. I just have one constructive criticism for the manager - they should provide coasters. The tables were constantly wet, and the servers had to keep cleaning them. This was not only an issue at our table, but also at the bar and other tables around us. Coasters would definitely be a great addition.

Never Disappoints

HUGE fans of any Gordon Ramsay restaurant. We were gutted when Hells Kitchen, Dubai closed (ate there a lot), but happy there is one for our visits to Miami. The restaurant, service and food did not disappoint. Consistently top quality. The sticky toffee pudding is a dessert I dream about! You must have it. The Miami Spice promotion this month was a great offering! Looking forward to visiting again when we are next in town.

Recommend to visit Hell’s Kitchen! The food, service and experience are amazing! Good dishes with good combination of wine. Very nice service and good service. The prices are a bit high though it is worth every penny!

Beautiful address with great service

Pumpkin soup tasty but lacking heat, the beef Wellington signature dish was a great discovery, key lime pie magnificent and offered by the house what's more 😜

Good value and food but terrible bar service

By Iain S |

The evening started off badly waiting at the bar for friends to arrive. Jeez, service at the bar is non existent. We waited forever, calling out to staff who were rushing past with drinks for table dinners. When our Aperol spritz arrived it was mainly just soda and Aperol. When we asked for some Prosecco to be added, he opened a new bottle. Which made us think the previous bottle had too little left for our drinks and he couldn't be bothered to open a new one. But the food was a different experience. Great service. We had Miami Spice menu and the portions were beyond generous. We left stuffed. For the price it was amazing value. Got to say the Beef Wellington was perfectly nice but a disappointment. As their signature dish and with the Ramsey name, I was expecting superb which it wasn't. That said, it is probably the best in Miami, but the pastry could have been crisper and the mushroom pate didn't reach the taste buds, but the meat was lovely and tender. Left happy but wont rush back. The Lucky Cat in SOuth Beach dishes make you go "wow." HK, not so much.

Not worth the $600 for a family meal for 4

By Navigator643527 |

On arrival we had quite a wait. A lot of diners waiting in the lobby area. From where we were sat we could see a guy verbally abusing another diner on the stairs possibly his gf. This argument went on for ages and staff just walk by and ignored. He was very aggressive waving his arms and this poor woman looked frightened. We were eventually given a table upstairs and had to walk by him. I would have intervened but I had my two teens with me and I'm a 5ft 2in female so I doubt he would have stopped. David our waiter was great but your other young male staff were miserable as sin. Not one smile from any of them and they looked like they didn't want to be there. They left me with a wine menu for 10 mins, David was away somewhere so I called one over, he eventually cracked a smile but knew nothing about your wine selection so he went and got David. The drinks were OK but $9 plus tax and service for water is ridiculous. The scallops were decent and the sprouts were good but your Wellington and all the other dishes were just OK. Your STP tastes bought in. My young chef makes a far better STP and sauce. I've dined at Heddon St and The Savoy in London both much better than this. The Savoy has fantastic attentive staff almost theatrical. The only thing that carries Hells Kitchen is the image, decor and music. The food and service is average. I think I'm done with your restaurants now as there's far better food around for more reasonable prices. Sorry Gordon I really like you as a celebrity chef but your food is not worth the price. $600 for a family of 4 ouch!

Everyone Should Check It Out At Least Once

By Trail20172669288 |

Waiter was very amicable and enhanced the overall experience. Tables were not too close together and music wasn't too loud like it can be at some places. Food was served quickly, but we did not feel rushed. The drinks at the bar were unique and fun. The grilled branzino was delicious! Biggest drawbacks: Cold dining area, so bring a sweater. Also, you are paying for the opportunity to eat at a Gordon Ramsay restaurant, not necessarily the overall flavor of the dishes, which (outside of the grilled branzino) didn't blow my husband or I's minds. It was good food at a place you've seen on television, so go for the novelty of it.

Ok. But the Ribeye not good.

By Ana H |

I was very exited to go to Gordons Ramsy Hells Kitchen I'm a big fan of the tv show. We booked a table for 5 for my birthday. Experience was good, I will said average to any other good restaurant, a bit pricy but is Gordon Ramsy's restaurant. The Bar is little dark and the red wine to warm. They only have cheap champagne by the glass. the food was good except the 20oz Prime Bone-in Ribeye at $95 the plate it should be the best steak ever instead it was bad, really bad. It tasted like the cheapest steak you could buy. I wouldn't recommend to order it. The wellington was execelent and all of the dessert. Service was very good. It is was nice but I'm not going back.

Experience from Hell

By Serpico |

Disappointed at best, horrible slow service, food was cold and the lobster risotto was tasteless. Place is badly managed and overpriced. Miles apart from the Vegas restaurant. This is truly an experience from Hell. Save your time and money and go elsewhere

What a great time!

By Rubia L |

The food and vibe were great, but what really made the experience unforgettable was Sabina behind the bar. Her cocktails were perfectly balanced, creative, and made with clear passion. She was friendly, fast, and genuinely fun to talk to. Sabina brings real heart to the bar—I’ll definitely be back for both the drinks and her incredible energy!

Excellent and tasty food!

By Nicola Thompson |

Very lovely food at a reasonable price in a lovely setting with a great view of the masters at work. My husband and I travelled to Miami from the UK for a holiday and immediately booked Hell’s Kitchen when we saw a new restaurant had opened. We were not disappointed by the experience, top level service from Edin our server, and the food was hot and TASTY! I was dubious about the reviews when coming but I would suggest those who have written bad reviews go and experience the REAL poor service in Europe ;) Thanks for a great end to our holiday HK!

It's a pleasant experience

By Silvia |

We decided to go to the restaurant for the experience. The staff was friendly but it took a while for them to come to us to pick up the order despite the restaurant having few customers. We ordered starters and the famous Beef Wellington. I confess that we didn't have high expectations but we loved it, it was really tasty, it was a real surprise. The price is high but it was worth the experience.

Love the show, food was cold, service was good.

By Chris S |

My wife and I ate here for our 8th anniversary. It was a bucket list item of mine. The food was okay. Lobster risotto was cold. Lobster was overcooked. The pan seared scallops were delicious but also cold. The Wellington was delicious but again, cold. The pastry around the beef was soggy. The sticky toffee pudding was AMAZING. That was definitely the highlight of the meal. For $290, I'd say it is not worth it. But I still love Gordon Ramsay and will support the show.

Actually outstanding

By urlaub478 |

We didn't want to go too far from the hotel because of the rain... So we had a quick look at the restaurants in the area. As luck would have it, Hell's Kitchen was right on the next corner. We seized the opportunity and returned home from the train happy and satisfied. The restaurant is perfectly styled, and the wine list and the balanced menu are not worth mentioning in this league. The friendliness of the service is a given in America anyway. So the only really assessable factor is the kitchen's performance. And this can only be described as outstanding. We will definitely go back next time, it was a great evening with a meal that surpassed many of the Michelin-starred nonsense. Many thanks to the team and the boss of the whole thing!

This ones for the wife

Well the wife and I took a week to veg in Miami after a stressful 7 months at work. My wife loves the show and watches all the episodes, too bad she doesn't get any tips while watching. Seriously we had a blast here. The staff was great and very personable and not just because its their job. i had the Beef Wellington , seared scallops and lobster, wife had the Sirloin and we shared the sticky toffee for desert. The food was great and very tasty and the ambience was great. It was expensive but it made her day and now she can say that she actually ate at one of Gordon's Restaurants

Relaxed Fine Dining

By Mark Daniels |

We chose Hells Kitchen for our one year anniversary. We walked in and were welcomed, escorted to our table and given a drinks and sushi menu. Soaking in the atmosphere you cannot help but notice a quantifying array of pitchforks. I asked a server how many they were but that will remain a mystery. We then met Caesar- a brilliant server for relaxed fine dining, clearly knowing his role inside out. I would describe him as attentive, cheerful, upbeat, helpful, and incredibly on the ball which led us feeling extremely relaxed and excited for the evening ahead. He initially let us get settled, and once we had chosen the wine he suggested some food. The wine we went for was a Sauvignon blanc 2022, in the Grgich Hills of Napa Valley, costing us $85, after checking vivino, it was only marked up $20. We also had complimentary bottled spring water from Tuscany. To start with we had octopus, tuna tartar, and the wagyu and pork meatballs. The octopus had been charred, accompanied with delicious sweet tomatoes and potatoes. As someone who doesn’t like seafood and has tried octopus before and haven’t been keen, I would’ve finished the plate. The tartar was flavoursome, beautiful, and fresh. The corn chips were salty to balance the flavour. The meatballs were the best meatballs I have ever eaten. The meat was incredibly tender and soft, and seasoned perfectly with herbs. The tomato sauce rich and deep in flavour. . We chatted and admired the kitchen, had are drinks topped up whilst waiting for our mains. Our glasses were never empty. Our servers were extremely attentive. They arrived, we both ordered the signature Wellington, with the potato puree, brussel sprouts and macaroni and cheese. The presentation of the Wellington was simple yet elegant. I just stared for a minute not knowing how to tackle it. I picked up my knife, pressed it lightly onto the Wellington and my jaw dropped in disbelief. The tenderness of the beef was just wow. I softly cut into my wellington with a smile on my face. I only managed half because of the richness, but that’s my problem, not the wellingtons. On the drive back I ate the other half like a pork pie and it was equally magnificent. Sprouts were very rich and crunchy, I couldn’t have sat there and smashed through a bowl of it. The mac and cheese was slightly underwhelming. It wasn’t ’knock your socks off that’s good Mac and cheese.’ The potato puree was creamy, elegant and yum. The stars of the show were the Wellington and the starters. Caesar kindly took an anniversary picture of us, gave us the bill ensuring there is no rush to leave. We left just before 10 after an amazing 2 hour dining experience, and had a walk in the local area - a lovely part of downtown Miami.

Overpriced

By Dave B |

Went with my wife. 2 Cesar salads. Salmon, filet and a shared side. 1 very small cocktail and a beer. $240. Plus a ridiculous 20% service fee.(why). Then the tip. Will not go back

Overpriced!!!

By Roger X |

I seldom write reviews, but after our recent visit to Hell's Kitchen with a party of four, it's necessary. The experience was subpar—overcooked and cold beef Wellington, flavorless salmon, and a forgotten entrance. The only highlight was the Brussels sprouts. Despite the appealing decor, the prices seemed unjustified for a mediocre meal."

COLD!

By Yvonne H |

Way too much for cold food. Too many servers hovering around and had to wait though I had reservations weeks before. Scallops were cold, filet was ok. Drinks were good. I'm glad I was able to experience it with my family once, and only once. Because I threw up after.

Gordon Ramsey Hell’s Kitchen in Miami - A place where BEEF WELLINGTON is the real star!

By byMT305 |

Based on the popular 2005 TV show (Hell’s Kitchen - chef contestants compete in a round-by-round elimination format), celebrity Chef Gordon Ramsey (approximately 90 various restaurants worldwide) has 7 Hell’s Kitchen restaurants in the USA (Las Vegas, Washington D. C., Southern California, Atlanta among other places), with Hell’s Kitchen Miami having opened (Sept 2023) approximately 1 year ago. This was my 1st visit to a Hell’s Kitchen, and my impression is: BEEF WELLINGTON! (more on this to follow). The Chef is an experienced restauranteur such that ambience is stylish, the kitchen and service are very efficient, the food is good, and the restaurant is pricey. My experience: Parking - the Brickell area is challenging (Valet Parking is $28 for 3 hours) Ambience - very nice, split level, very high ceiling dining room(s). The seating is comfortable, with most tables set-up for 4 persons. LED monitors with Chef Ramsey, and hellish flames are present upon entry. The sound level is “moderate” (which is much better than many restaurants overpowering sound) Bar - comfortable seating; good craft cocktails Service - pleasant, professional, efficient Open Kitchen - efficiently prepared all foods We enjoyed: Cocktails - Smoke on the water ($24) - very tasty rye whiskey boulevardier-like drink Prix Fixe dinner ($115) for Hell’s Kitchen’s 3 most signature food items - Seared Scallops appetizer - perfectly good; nothing exceptional (would be $32 a la carte) Sticky Toffee Pudding - a good warm toffee flavored cake with vanilla ice cream (would be $18 a la carte) - quite good; nothing incredible BEEF TENDERLOIN - MUST TRY DELICIOUS!! “Invented” in the early 1800’s, it would be difficult to find a better rendition of this classic dish. Hell’s Kitchen serves their Beef Wellington ($74 a la carte) “medium rare” … while I normally prefer a perfect “medium” temperature, their medium rare tasted perfect! Buttery tender fillet mignon! Veggie roll appetizer ($18) - mediocre sushi style roll (white rice and crunchy vegetables) Pineapple carpaccio dessert ($16) - average Summary: If you’ve never been, Hell’s Kitchen Miami is a good “celebrity chef” restaurant. My impression of the food and drink is that it’s all good. The absolute main reason to go is for their BEEF WELLINGTON - it’s OUTSTANDING!! As for my impression of everything else (having tried their “signature” items), at a price point of $150-200 per person dinner, the greater Miami-area has superior choices.

Exceeded my expectations

By Glenn E |

Gordon Ramsay’s Hell’s Kitchen in Miami exceeded my expectations with its impeccable service, sophisticated ambiance, and, of course, the extraordinary culinary experience. The menu showcased Chef Ramsay’s signature flair, delivering dishes that were not only visually stunning but also bursting with bold flavors. The attentive staff and well-curated wine list further enhanced our evening, making it a memorable dining experience. Hell’s Kitchen Miami truly stands out as a culinary gem in the vibrant food scene of the city.

Bad food like in hell

By Angelica V |

Regrettably, the dining experience at this establishment fell short of expectations. My family had chosen this venue to celebrate my birthday, and while I was initially looking forward to it, the food failed to meet our standards. The service, provided by Desiree, was commendable, but the Miami Spice menu we selected left much to be desired. The truffle risotto was dry, the pork short ribs overly salty, and the dessert excessively sweet. None of the five individuals in our party were satisfied with their meals. Furthermore, the air conditioning was malfunctioning, further adding to our discomfort. Upon voicing our concerns to the server, they promptly informed the manager. Unfortunately, the manager only offered a brief apology as we were leaving. In conclusion , this birthday celebration was disappointing, and I cannot recommend this restaurant to others.

Very disappointed

Great American Restaurant!

By Frank G |

I finally made it to Hell’s Kitchen. I was to their Las Vegas’ Strip location about 5-6 years ago and my experience at the Miami location was much better. As any other Gordon Ramsay, this location is gorgeous, so I’m not going to spend too much time describing the esthetics. I went for Brunch early on Sunday morning and started with a delicious Eighteen Stars cocktail which is essentially a spicy passion fruit margarita. It’s was perfectly crafted. For the main dish I had their popular petite beef Wellington. Oh boy, that meat was cooked to perfection, juicy, tender, just delicious as it could be. It was paired with mashed potatoes, steamed roots and a wine reduction sauce. It was the perfect bite. I gotta say that the customer service was impeccable. There was actually a mixup with my friend’s main course where they brought something else instead of what it was ordered. They quickly turned things around, delivered the right dish within minutes, and in a gesture of courtesy they brought us another round of cocktails without even announcing it. I guess it worked on our favor :) . This is what a truly good customer service is, you drop the ball, and immediately fix the problem and make the best out of it. Kudos to my sever, I’m sorry I forgot his name. All in all, I will be a returning customer!

Quality food, cooked perfectly in a iconic setting

By Laura B |

I read so many negative reviews I felt compelled to write this. First off, if you want to complain about the prices or valet this restaurant is not for you. Our reservation was at 6 pm so the dining room was not slammed during our visit. Their service was excellent from the minute we entered. It is obvious this restaurant is well managed. I appreciated the generous space between tables. The restaurant itself is tastefully decorated. We took the prefixed menu. The scallops and burrata were both beyond excellent!! We chose the beef wellington. It was the best we've ever had. It is cooked medium rare. If you like your meat medium to well this is not the dish for you. We also chose the elote corn which the server recommended the hot sauce put on the side. It is similar to a mexican street corn and my husband raved about it. We finished off the meal with the sticky toffee pudding which was rich and decadent. We left feeling stuffed and happy. It was impossible to find anything negative. Our only minor concern was they do not have bread service.

Classy, great food and service!

What a great time we had here on Sunday evening celebrating Mother's Day! Our experience exceeded our expectations. As you step inside Hell's Kitchen, you are greeted by a life-size video of Gordon Ramsay, "speaking" to his guests. It was a fun photo opportunity with a small line behind us. The staff at check-in were very cordial and seated us on the main floor in a large curved booth with a great view of the stunning kitchen as well as the entire dining room! The dining room is very inviting with its glamorous and stunning decor. We were impressed. Our first server was the lovely Elizabeth, who graciously welcomed us to HK. She came to check on us thruout the evening to make sure we were satisfied with everything. We appreciated her attentiveness. Our other server was Joseph, who was equally attentive and friendly. He gave us great drink suggestions. My daughter picked the Smoke on the Water, which arrived in a glass box with a cloud of smoke in it. She enjoyed her drink! He suggested the Notes from Gordon for me, a lighter drink. I will keep my note a secret for now. My drink was sweet, powerful, and delicious. We both ordered the Dinner Prix Ffxe, which included Pan-seared Scallops ( incredibly delicious, best ever tasted), the Beef Wellington (melted in my mouth, incredibly delicious), Potato Puree side and for dessert, the Sticky Toffee Pudding (addictingly delicious). Outstanding dinner!! A huge thanks to my daughter for picking HK to celebrate Mother's Day! We left our vehicle with the valet as there is no street parking or garage nearby that we could find. There was comfortable seating outdoors while waiting for your vehicle. It was fast moving, and the valets were friendly and professional.

Just Disappointing for the Price

By MsProf |

I have dined at several Gordon Ramsay restaurants, and I don't think he would approve of how this one operates. I will begin with the good things first. The host was very kind, welcoming, and attentive. The bartenders were super friendly and eager to serve. That "Obligatory Vodka Drink" on the menu is the best cocktail I've tasted in years. I want to know how to make the grapefruit cordial so I can make my own back in NC. The food was top notch. It arrived hot, as requested in terms of meat preparation, and was absolutely delicious. I highly recommend the wagyu meatballs and the shrimp chilaquiles (I think that's what it was called.) Those two dishes were to die for. My friend had the filet and potato puree and loved it. Now, for the things that disappointed me. Before I start, I just want to say that my half of the bill was $180+. I don't spend money like that on just food. I spend it on the experience of getting that food. The novelty, the uniqueness of it, and the enjoyment of procuring it is what I pay for. I had a Cesar salad, and to be honest it had too much dressing on it. It reminded me of the Cesar salad I had last time I made the mistake of dining on a Carnival cruise ship. I added 3 shrimp to the salad and they were huge, and cooked to perfection. But the salad was just over dressed. The music was way too loud. I sat next to my friend and I could barely hear what she was saying. Maybe that's' a Miami thing but we had a 6:00 early dinner reservation for the main purpose of avoiding crowds and noise. It was just too loud. If it were turned down 2 or 3 notches it would be fine. It took an awkward amount of time for someone to acknowledge us at the table. Then he acted strangely, like he wasn't sure what to do with us. He eventually came back a few minutes later and said he would be our server. His service was just okay, nothing to wow us. Not particularly attentive as one would expect in a five star restaurant. There was litter in the ladies room. I don't know how long it had been there. It may have just happened. But seriously, that is more of a Wal-Mart vibe, and it's not cool for the price I pay to eat at a Gordon Ramsay restaurant. Someone needs to be policing that pretty regularly I would think. Finally, maybe this is a Miami thing again, I don't know...but in most fine dining restaurants the wait staff yield to the diners when moving around the room. Not here. For instance, If you're walking toward them, and your paths are going to cross and bump into each other? They aren't yielding and they aren't apologetic about it. Not talking about servers carrying trays of food, either. Just supervisors I'm guessing and waitstaff generally moving around the room. I just find that very odd in a premium fine dining establishment like Hell's Kitchen. I have eaten at a lot of nice places, and I've just never seen this before. Again, the food was lovely. I just don't think the service and experience added up to what I ultimately paid for my meal. Oh, one more thing....before anyone yells at me for not telling management--each of these things happened slowly over the course of 2.5 hours. Each one, by itself, was not a big deal. But, being disappointed in several things during the visit that I had looked forward to for weeks really was a let down as I left to go back to my hotel.

Highly recommended

By Nikol Perea |

From the moment we walked through the doors, we were greeted with warm hospitality and a vibrant atmosphere that set the tone for an incredible evening. The interior design was both stylish and cozy, creating the perfect setting for a relaxed yet refined dining experience. Service was impeccable – attentive without being intrusive. Our server was knowledgeable and made excellent wine pairing suggestions that elevated the entire meal.

Happy Hour no Hell's Kitchen

A very interesting experience. The place is pretty and the food (snacks, in our case) was very good. The environment is modern. The service is also very good. The cost is the time of what is delivered. I recommend.

Don’t expect quality fine dining

By sarahar |

Such a disappointment. As we are often visiting good restaurants we were really surprised by low quality food without proper taste. We ordered lobster risotto which was tasteless and cold and scallops. Beef Wellington for us was huge disappointment as we love this dish. To be honest we expected so much more from GR. We think he should taste food served in his restaurant as he would be highly disappointed. Our recommendation: For proper beef Wellington go to London restaurant Holborn dinning room. Sadly we can’t recommend this place.

Disappointing

By Audrey F |

The place is nice and the welcome is warm. We took the single price menu and were unfortunately disappointed. The scallops were overcooked and the accompaniment to the main course cold. At this price, it's really not acceptable. A glass of sparkling wine was offered as compensation but clearly that does not make up for the meal. Too bad, but we won't be back.

Great lunch with the family

By vijaym_1981 |

I visited with my family in December 2023. Service was great. The Margherita Pizza and Cuban Reuben were fine. The Chicken Scallopini, Crispy Skin Salmon, Pumpkin Soup and Seared Scallops were exceptional. The Sticky Toffee Pudding was in a world of it's own... Amazing!

I cannot wait to return!

By Donald W |

After reading sooner of the negative reviews we were a little concerned but it was a great experience and we loved it! The staff were wonderful. The food was spectacular. We were four, my wife, two adult daughters, and myself. We chose to share two appetizers, two entrees, and a desert. Tuna tartare and the meatball appetizer were 10 out of 10. Beef Wellington and Chicken Scallopini were great. We all liked the Beef more than the Scallopini, but the best thing was the Sticky Toffee Pudding. We were in London over Christmas and tried the sticky pudding at least five times and this was way better than any we had in London. It was not inexpensive but you can’t expect it to be but I will go again.

An Honest Review from a Local.

By TheReviewer |

I wouldn’t recommend taking someone here for a date unless they’re British and would appreciate the connection. While having a British restaurant in Miami is unique, the food is overpriced. Miami is known for its rich cultural diversity and flavorful dishes, many of which are far more affordable. For $10–$15, you can easily find a more satisfying and flavorful meal elsewhere. It’s hard to justify the pricing at this British restaurant when you consider Miami’s vibrant food scene. For cuisines like Mexican, Colombian, Venezuelan, Nicaraguan, or Cuban, you’d never pay anywhere near $70 for a small portion of food. Yet here, this place is charging $70 for a Beef Wellington that’s hard to stomach after the first bite. If you were to take your Hispanic mother to Hell’s Kitchen, she’d probably tell you she could make the same dish at home for a fraction of the cost—and it would taste better. That's just the reality, I don't think this restaurant will survive unless they cut the cost of their menu.

Ryan did an excellent Job as our Waiter

By Ed S |

We went to the Hell’s Kitchen in Miami just before the holidays for lunch. Ryan our waiter gave excellent suggestions and was very patient while we decided. Ryan helped us understand our choices and gave suggestions to complement the meal, including a fine understanding of the most appropriate wine to choose. Ryan was attentive connected with us and personally made our experience the best we had in Miami.

Hells Fu&$ing Kitchen

By Colin B |

We love Gordon and just had to visit Hells Kitchen on a recent trip to Miami The place I have to say is pretty flash as it should be with the prices as they are but we go there with our eyes open, after all we HAVE to try his famous Beef Wellington We are seated by a really peasant server who regaled us with a few Gordon stories that only made us love him more lol He showed us to our table and we ordered a few cocktails while reading the menu We order the set menu dinner prix fixe with matching wine pairings as we think Gordon knows best lol Our cocktails finally arrive at the same time as our first course which was particularly amateurish We started with seared scallops with a celery root puree and were a little underwhelmed as while the scallops were nice they were overpowered by the puree and bacon and seemed like a flash back to the naughties anyway Gordon knows best lol As we were finishing our appetiser our main arrived so that was now 2 glasses of wine and a cocktail plus a few scallops on the table We asked the waiter if he’s in a hurry only to be met with a confused look and asked him To slow things down a little as we’d like to enjoy the meal and wine Anyway for main was the star of the show the famous Beef Wellington which we splurged and added the fois gras it was as expected delicious and melted in the mouth By this stage though we were chugging the wine as we see our dessert arriving which was a Sticky Date pudding (we are going back to the 90s now) but Gordon knows best lol The pudding was a flop to be honest and could have been out of a packet to be honest and not a date to be seen and served with a grainy ice cream The best part was the sherry served with it By this stage we are wondering if Gordon does know best This meal seemed really generic and cookie cutter and we can’t help thinking if that was served to the chef himself what expensive he would have uttered For the price we were really dissatisfied with the experience especially as we seemed like we were being rushed out the door Sorry Gordon that was fu&@@ng average

Dashed Expectations!

Initial excitement dampened by long weight for single valet attendant. Large, expansive and well designed and decorated but uncomfortably warm. Service average. Food mediocre although decent serving. Worse part of evening is 45 minute wait for valet attendant to bring our car... and that too after paying the costly $28.00. For sure, never going back.

FAMILY DINNER PER ANNIVERSARY

The place is very nice, with modern decor and conveying warmth. The service of the staff is the best. All the time they are aware of your needs and explain everything you ask them very well. The atmosphere is cheerful although I feel that the volume of the music is very high and it is difficult to have a conversation when the table is large. We order the fixed menu with an ecalopas entree, Wellington steak and a dessert with a glass of wine for each time. Everything was delicious and served at the moment in the ideal temperature with the wines making an excellent pairing. The only thing I don't like is that the prices are excessively high. I understand it wasn't going to be an economic dinner, but I think it's very overrated.

Hell’s Kitchen Miami

We visited for lunch with a party of 5 and had burgers, which were excellent. Relaxed atmosphere and service, staff were great, good vegan options as well. Bacon could have been more crispy on burgers so maybe they should ask how people want it. Overall very good experience.

Mediocre at best!

"I have eaten at many of Gordons restaurants across the country over the years and enjoyed them all, but my wife and I were disappointed in this one. The lobster risotto was a little "crunchy", the wagyu meatballs were not to our liking at all, the scallops were good (all 3 of them), the baked macaroni was OK, and the Figgie pudding was good. My bill was $209.00 for a meal that was mediocre at best! Save your money, I think this one is a tourist trap."

Terrible experience, but don't worry, this review, like the previous ones, will be answered by an automated system blah

Completely disaster compared to Las Vegas, beef Wellington the pastries that cover it were too much, the burrata was dry, The dessert has nothing to do with the one I ate in Las Vegas, They did not call to confirm the reservation…

Amazing service and sides

My true score is 3.5 Here I am again. Hell’s kitchen opened up in miami and I was super excited. Miami being Miami I felt that this experience would be better than the 1st. It took a while to find this location and we ended up parking under the metro mover. Be careful with parking because the meter ppl are ready to give you a ticket if you go a minute over. I saw a lot of cars getting tickets when we finally left the restaurant. The décor here was well light with pastel colors in the entry way. There were tables and chairs set up while you waited for your table. The hostess was super sweet and attentive. She made sure to let us know how long the wait was going to be and checked up on us periodically. We got seated by the kitchen. The design of the color splits is pretty standard. We ordered the corn soup, it was really good. The corn was roasted and added an extra layer of flavor. I had the steak and I am very much a steak girl. It was the biggest disappointment of life. The texture wasn’t good and the steak had no flavor at all. It was inconsistent in texture and I couldn’t even get myself to finish it. The mac n cheese was amazing and the Elote corn is to die for. My friend enjoyed the Brussel sprouts but she said the salmon was ok. The flavor was only on the top skin and nowhere else. The sides were amazing, the main dishes not so much. The drinks were really good. The Mocktails were really good and flavorful, I just wish they would allow you to mix it with liquor without you having to do it yourself. The service was Phenomenal and top tier esp for a new restaurant. You kind of have to make your own variations of drinks If it’s not on the menu.

Delicious Dinner & Phenomenal Drinks

Husband and I had a wonderful experience at Hell's Kitchen during Miami Spice. Our evening started off fantastic with drinks made by a bartender named - Sabina. I had the Meet Your Maker, a drink with the perfect combination of bourbon & sweetness. An Amazing cocktail, you must order!!! Sabina was not only a great bartender but also friendly, pleasant, and provided insight on the menu & restaurant. For starters we ordered the wagyu meatballs and truffle risotto - both seasoned & flavorful. Husband had the Beef Wellington, which he said was the best ever! I enjoyed the short ribs - delicious. For dessert we each had the sticky toffee pudding with dulce de leche ice cream - most decadent & rich!!! We topped off the meal with a expresso martini - so good! Our waiter and service staff were impeccable - attentive to our table at all times. They were beyond exceptional and made the evening awesome, thank you.

Best Beef Wellington in town.

My sisters and I went on the opening day, and it was a very good experience. This is our 3rd Hells Kitchen Location and it was just as we expected: Food was very good, the service was attentive. We ordered the main staple off the menu: Beef Wellington, lobster risotto, wagyu meatballs, pan seared scallops, ceasar salad, beef short rib grilled cheese, and off course, sticky toffee pudding. The food was comparable to the other locations: cooked and prepared very well and consistent to the brand. The service was excellent.

Best experience ever!

We had the best time at Hell’s Kitchen! The food was awesome and his signature drink is so good! Our servers Elizabeth and Joseph were so patient with us and explained everything. Definitely recommend this restaurant if you like upscale dining.

Gordon would be angry if he had been at our table

I've eaten at HK Las Vegas and was expecting the same, and wanted to let my daughters (both fans of the HK TV show) experience it-- but the Miami location was a bit of a disappointment. When we arrived for our 1pm Sunday reservation, there was a DJ in the lobby-- a nice touch. However, the music was about 80dB and it stayed that loud the entire time. In a semi-crowded restaurant, that's far too loud for normal conversation. We were seated after a few minutes wait and given a table far in the back corner of the second floor. Our server took our orders quickly, but the delivery was a bit weird-- we had two beef Wellingtons, a large Caesar salad, plus one person who got two appetizers instead of an entree. The two apps came out together, before any of the mains, so she was finished eating before anyone else got their food. My beef Wellington was barely warm, which was disappointing, but it tasted great, as expected. The side of Brussels sprouts I ordered was terrific. The sticky toffee pudding, as always, was the highlight for me. The side of fries one daughter ordered came out after she'd finished her main Caesar, which was not awesome. Service was attentive but not excessive. I asked our server if she could get the music turned down. She promised to ask the manager. Later the manager came by to say hello, agreed with us that yes, the music was too loud, and promised to "ask the DJ about it." It never did get turned down, which was sort of a big middle finger IMHO. The food quality was good, but the atmosphere… I won't say *spoiled* the visit, but made me grouchy about the amount we paid. I wouldn't go back to this location.

From Hell

This renowned chef, who judges young aspiring chefs, would be so disappointed with his restaurant! The service was incredibly slow, and they kept apologizing due to a large group. Although they comped a starter, the dessert took even longer, and they had run out of milk! The food itself was mediocre at best. Overall, it was a major letdown. You're better off dining at Chili's!
