My wife got the medium one day for lunch while I was at conference meeting. The medium was more than hot enough. Make sure you have something available to drink.

Came here during a lunch rush this past Sunday. Food was amazing, chicken has its own spice to it. Even got their vodka tea slushy to wash everything down. Service was ok, food was amazing though

Great food. Large servings. Two can share. We have eaten here about five times. Always good. I recommend. It's always busy though and has a wait time.

Hattie B's has a really flavorful chicken sandwich. The sauce is great and the coleslaw is great. Always a good choice.

Their food was really good. We got the chicken sandwich and chicken tenders with greens, mac and cheese, and potato salad. We also got banana pudding. I really wanted to get my chicken hot since I like spice but decided to go with a medium. I'm glad I got medium because it was just the right amount of heat. If I would of gotten hot, I may have not finished my food.

We ate here late on a Sunday night not much open was glad they were. We ordered chicken strips mine hot and my friends mild. My friend had to take hers back(mild) because it was so hot and they gave her a new order. Mine was hot just as advertised The fries with both orders were great.

Hattie B's Hot Chicken - A Nashville Favorite in Las Vegas. I was in Nashville the week before and wasn't able to have any of Hattie's B's Hot chicken while in town. Its hot not because of the temperature but because of the sauce. The "hot" chicken tenders were so good. Had the potato salad and the slaw to complete this great meal. Thanks for being in Las Vegas.

This is a great deal for Vegas! Three very large chicken tenders and two sides for $15. The tenders were moist and delicious. I got the coleslaw and potato salad for sides and enjoyed them both. We will eat here again next time we are in Vegas.

Daughter loved the chicken and fries basket. Very generous portion of chicken. One thing I didn’t appreciate however is they do not offer tap water even though neighboring food court restaurants do offer it. No way I was paying $11 for a bottled water!?!

If you like spicy foods, do NOT sleep on this place!! I swear I dream about this place until my next Vegas trip, THAT is how good it is. They have different levels of spice and they are HOT and thats coming from someone who rarely thinks things are that hot, so whatever level you think you want, I would probably downgrade. The chicken is some of the best coated and most moist chicken I have had. I always get the 3 tender combo, but have leftovers and usually devour them as a late night snack (still good!). Mac and cheese is also incredible. The spices this place uses is unreal. If you don't like spice, they have a normal country flavor that is also good (this is what my husband gets). We normally make it a point to grab this place a few times when we visit. Only downfall is if you go during busy times, expect a wait, there will be one.

I’ve been to both Hattie B’s in Nashville and Vegas and I can tell you Vegas is just as good. We ended up there after a long, fun night on the strip. The hot chicken sandwich was just what the doctor ordered before bed!

The price is very reasonable for food on the strip. The chicken can be ordered in various heat levels. The hottest is extremely hot. The sides are good. Not a bad choice for a quick and inexpensive snack. As always, enjoy life, live, love, eat, drink, and have fun :)

I LOVE this place. I go every time I'm in Vegas. It's the best hot chicken sandwich I have ever tried. Also, the whiskey lemonade is amazing. It's so perfect for a hot day in Vegas. Even if there is a line, it will go fast.

Hattie B's is part of a new food court in the Cosmopolitan. The "district" as the food court is called offers an alternative to more formal dining options. We stopped by on the way to the airport as my daughter and I (I am local) love the Cosmo. We were pleasantly surprised by the new food court AND Hattie B's. We ordered dark chicken, which comes with two sides. The sides are gigantic portions and the chicken was some of the best we have ever had. There is bar seating available and a small area of booths in the back of the food court. We would highly recommend Hattie's!!!

If you have spent any considerable portion of your time in the South you probably know a thing or two about good fried food, especially chicken. Hattie B's is the real deal. Crisp, juicy, finger-lickin good chicken. I got the sandwich, which also came with a side of potato salad. Also very tasty. For these reasons Hattie B's is a busy place and scouting out a spot to sit and eat can be a challenge.

A great spot for a quick meal. The portion sizes are huge! To Be fair we could have shared one meal between the two of us. Really reasonably priced.

I'd like to low-ball this review so the line isn't so long on our next visit - but Hattie B's was awesome. Located in the Block 16 Food Court at the Cosmo is the famous spin off of the iconic Nashville Hot Chicken location. They don't miss a beat. I ordered the second hottest spice level and it had the perfect amount of "sting" after I was done eating. Wow. Love Hattie B's.

They have the best and largest chicken tenders i've ever eaten and they were so good that I took them back to my room at the Cosmopolitan and ate them for the next 2 days from the mini fridge.

There is a reasonable expectation that a Vegas restaurant situated in the food court of an upscale hotel (Cosmo) would be of a really high standard. Perhaps the chicken sandwiches I had recently eaten were just a little better. Hattie's was average.

Grabbed some Hattie B's hot chicken to go for a late-night bite and was not disappointed! We tried to visit the original location in Nashville but always fought a line out the door and down the street. This place was quick for take-out, and the chicken was hot and tasty! If you can't bear the heat, I wouldn't recommend chicken unless its mild.

We shared the large chicken tenders with two sides for $15. Potato salad and cole slaw for sides. Both of us were stuffed after the meal . True bargain . Fantastic food.

We were very disappointed with the taste of the chicken and over priced for what you get.. Seemed bland, however potato salad was very good.

Went to try this for the first time. I was very impressed at the flavor of the chicken. Considering I eat white meat and it is typically dry, this wasn't the case! The chicken was juicy! I got the medium flavor and it had just enough spice for me! The fries were good and so was the mac n cheese. Definitely recommend this eatery in the Cosmo! Price was decent as well.

Wife and I ordered 2 small chicken dishes to go, with tax and tip cost was $32, reasonable in my opinion, especially for the size of the portion. We had both a white meat plate, and a dark meat plate, and both were juicy and moist, cook to perfection. Breading spice level is at your choice, we both had the mild, just a bit of spice to it, which was perfect for us. The breading is superb, think, and very flavorful, without taking away from the taste of the chicken. Sides - we had cole slaw - very good, not the best we've ever had, but very good; potato salad - excellent; mac n cheese with bacon in it - yummy; and fries - thick, cooked properly, very tasty. This is on our list of places to go back to on a future visit to Vegas.

The flavor of the chicken is out of this world. The tender texture of the chicken is perfect. The fries are they way I like it, light and crispy. We took our order upstairs in the Cosmopolitan, which I’m glad I did. I was able to enjoy the meal with my wife in our ridiculous suite Back to the food, Hot is hot, but not unbearable. Like habanero heat on your lips. We got a 1/2 chicken with Hot. We wanted to try the strips and got it with Medium, which still has a good kick with great flavor. There’s Super Hot, which the lady said has ghost peppers, and then there’s Shut the Cluck Up Hot. Didn’t even bother, I’m glad I stuck with just Hot. The chicken is cooked perfectly. Whatever they do, it’s done right

I have been here several times over the last few years and it's consistently amazing. The food is always good- just know that it's not called hot chicken for no reason. My favorites are the mac and cheese and the sandwich. The boozy blended drinks are so good! Get two! I can't wait to have Hattie's again. Make sure you try it!

I went to Nashville a few weeks ago and I missed out on the Hattie B's experience but luckily I was able to redeem myself in Vegas. It is located in The Cosmopolitan Hotel and there is a long line to order and not many places to sit but the food itself was fantastic.

Very good, all around. Good service, food is delivered quickly, you get a lot of food for the money, and most importantly is that the food is really good.

First time trying this and loved it. Tried the hot spice level and a good level of heat. If you love hotter go one step more. Chicken was moist and huge portions. Had the greens and fries for side. Would return and recommend!

Fast service and fantastic food. Hot hot hot! Enjoyed the greens and the best French fries ever. Located right on the strip and easy to walk to from the MGM.

We ordered the medium spicy chicken sandwich with potato salad. It was delicious. Nearly the best I have eaten. I say nearly the best because the only chicken sandwich that beats Hattie B's in Pretty Bird in Salt Lake City. The price was $15.00 without a soda. For Vegas this is a good price and the food was more than I could eat. I do wish the meal deal came with a soda. But that's how it generally is in Vegas. If you like chicken sandwiches, you should give Hattie B's a try. We'll be back!

First, full disclosure. I’m a Hattie B’s regular and fan. I frequent the original Nashville location and try to eat at the Atlanta location at least once or twice a month. I was very pleased to see the come to Vegas. I’m out here two to four times a year for trade shows and this will be a regular stop for me. They’ve done a great job replicating the food. The tenders are actually a higher grade than we have back East. You must try ‘Shut the Cluck Up’ ant least once, if even on a single tender. It’s an amazing jolt to the taste buds! Hoping to see more expansion!

Quick lunch while staying at the Cosmopolitan. They had fried chicken with several spice levels. The chicken was pretty good. Limited number of sides, but the crinkle fries were good. Asked for BBQ sauce, but that wasn't one of the available options. Lunch for 2 people was $38. Good chicken, but not sure I would try it again. Lots of fast food options located in the same area.

I love this spot. I'm from the south, so Hot & Spicy chicken is my go to food. We eat here every visit to LV. Veggies are not bad either. I cant give them 5 stars because the wait time can get long at night.

Hungry, wandering Cosmo second floor. Had a plate with dark meat, paid $3 for an extra breast/tender. Came blazing hot temperature. I ordered mild. Tender was great, dark meat even better. Crispy. Still moist. Excellent cole slaw. Good potatoes. Fast friendly service. Great option for affordable excellent food .

This is a counter service restaurant in a food court in The Cosmopolitan. You can choose how spicy you want your chicken and it's prepared to order. Service was excellent--very friendly. But our chicken arrived dry, so we can't recommend this and won't be back.

I had the chicken tenders and was very disappointed. There was nothing tender about them. They were tough and I was only able to eat part of each piece. The medium had great flavor and the potato salad was good.

This small walk up restaurant is in a cool new addition of quick eats at the Cosmopolitan. They are all about fried chicken and offer it with all sorts of different spicy levels. I tried the fried chicken sandwich made dam hot. I found it to be very good. the other ingredients in the sandwich bring a yummy balance of flavors and textures. Enjoyed

While in Vegas, at the Cosmopolitan we were looking for food and happened to see someone eating from a box and my mom saw that it was fried chicken. So we went to the board to see what restaurants were in the hotel and saw HOT Hattie B's Chicken so up we went. OMG it smelled so good. We ordered half a bird because my mom wanted white meat and i wanted dark. This is both but cheaper at 19.00 instead of 22.00 for both. You get 2 sides but we both wanted french fries, they only have pepsi in a can or lemonade so we got one of each. Good food but very pricey for some fried chicken and fries. I wished i could find one close to home. I love Popeye's but this was good, juicy crunchy but not too crunchy and alot of flavor.

I liked the fact they had a simple menu. The chicken was awesome, well seasoned down to the bone. The Mac N Cheese was life changing. I wish there was a Hatties B's in my home town, I would eat there everyday.

From California. Live Southern food.,got the leg and thigh dark meat and Mac cheese and collard greens Mayo sauce side. My mistake was telling them as hot as it gets on chicken. The two girls look yay each other and asked me twisted you sure? I ate slow and dipped chicken in the comeback mayo sauce to Brit heat down. My wife saw me with nose dripping . I had two bottles water . I accidentally touched my finger in my eye. So hot!!! I took a water bottle and turned up on my eye to flush . The comeback Mayo turned heat down. I ate chicken and Mac cheese and greens.Might try again with low spice. I met my match. Fair for Vegas fast food. The District Food Hall economic place eats at Cosmopolitan. My favorite is Donuts shop w Vietnamese Ice coffee next door.

I LOVE friend chicken, and was looking forward to trying Hattie B's. It was crispy & spicy on the outside, but not much flavor and dry meat. The coleslaw was amazing, and I'd go back just to order that side dish.

Good (actually really good) food but honestly paying $12 each for boozy slushy lemonade that was undrinkable left a proverbial bad taste in our mouths. Also, perhaps put the alcohol prices on the menu.

My daughter heard great things about this place so it was the first place we ate at in Vegas after we arrived. I thought it was a little pricy for a chicken sandwich or tenders, but it was very tasty! Be careful how much heat you choose...I went way too hot and had a hard time even enjoying my meal! Medium is plenty hot...I tried two levels more as I usually like heat! Not much seating area so plan to carry elsewhere to eat.

The amazing hot chicken was just as great here as it was in Nashville's primary location. I am very sick of Las Vegas after 16 visits, and for a wonderful 30 minutes while I ate my hot chicken (white meat only), I imagined that I was in Music City, y'all.

I think this is one of the hidden gems in The Cosmopolitan. It's in an area with other small restaurants (like a high-end food court) called Block 16. You can pick the level of spice on your fried chicken (I had Southern style with no spice). My piece of chicken was hot, juicy and very large. The two sides (I had red potato salad and cole slaw) were also good sized portions. It was a large dinner for not a lot of money (compared to other places in Vegas). I wish I were back there now....

The restaurant is inside the cosmopolitan hotel and casino on the on the strip on the 2nd floor. Space is limited and the food is expensive. The selection is southern (not hit) to very hot. We had the fried chicken, which was okay and a little greasy. The chicken had a good taste, but it seem the chicken was left under a heat lamp or warmer too long. The service was ok. This restaurant was situated next to other restaurant similar to a food court in a mall, yet sitting was limited.

All I can say is if your in Vegas and you want to get an amazing treat you need to go by Hattie B,s Hot Chicken in the Cosmopolitan hotel. This is some of the best fried chicken you will ever have! You can get it regular mild hot or super hot but it’s all outrageously good.

Some great chicken as Nashville, just served in Sin city.... Medium is still very hot but I loved it

Hot chicken was a gosh darn treat! Learned all about Hattie B’s while vacationing in Nashville and looked with great excitement on visiting Hattie B’s in Las Vegas. Usually an expansion of a chain to a tourist trap/attraction such as Vegas means a reduction in quality. Not so with Hattie B’s. My only complaint is no peach cobbler or the 3 wing combo. The hot chicken, small serving with only a wing and breast, along with potato salad and macaroni and cheese was filling, great, and just like Nashville. It is located in a food court that has counter seating and limited tables.

Great food! Food was served quickly and hot. The spice is awesome! I’m a chicken expert and this stuff is delicious and crispy! My wife is craving it again... Located inside the Cosmopolitan.

My first time trying this chicken so I thought I could handle the medium...Nope! Thank God for the blue cheese dressing to cool the tongue. The chicken and collards were good!

If I wasn't already in Las Vegas, I would have sworn I was in Nashville. Love the food and the seating areas were wonderful (lots more than in Nashville.) Glad they brought this here.

Overall real solid sandwich. Crisp pickles, lightly dressed coleslaw, soft roll. Chicken was moist and delicious. My only downside was just the spice level. Their “hot” was more of a medium for spicy fans.

We never tried Hattie B's while in Nashville so we gave it a shot on our first night in Vegas. We stayed at the Vdara (see separate write up) and walked over to the Cosmopolitan for the food court. The food court here has a bunch of good options including an Eggslut (good breakfast/egg place from LA), a sushi place, and a couple other places. I got the half chicken with 2 sides, a soda and a PBR and it came out to between $35 and $40 after dropping a couple bucks into the tip jar. It isn't cheap but I had the mild chicken and it was relatively good, crispy and very tasty with just a touch of kick (I'm not a hot sauce guy). I started with the breast and wing. The breast was pretty moist. However, when I got to the thigh, it was a little dry. My 2 sides were mac and cheese and cole slaw. Everything was pretty decent if not remarkable. The cole slaw was way better than the kind you find at the bodega for sure. But for a closer comparison, I think it's probably better than the one they give you at Blue Ribbon Fried Chicken here in NY. I did think $10 for a tall boy of PBR was steep, however. This is a "food court" and not a football stadium. All in all, I was happy to have tried it because we missed it while in Nashville. We did do the original Prince's in Nashville which I didn't love (I wrote a review on them previously). I think this Hattie B's outpost was better than that (hot chicken purists may be crying heresy and I absolutely get it if you do).

We found out Hattie B's opens at 10:30! So we hopped in line and got our food quickly! The chicken was very tender and the chicken tenders were huge and very good! I got the mild and it was pretty spicy! I really like the fries!!

Brutal cashier and prep system that has everyone asking questions in the long line. Be prepared to wait while nothing is happening...

Chicken Tenders seem like a food value, but they're obviously sourced from the scrap that's left over on the chicken alaughterhouse floor. Will they the sandwich if I try it again. Sides were pretty good.

Stopped by based on a recommendation from a friend who visited the original one in Nashville. I'm not sure if it was because it is in a food court as such but it didn't' live up to the expectation by my friend. It is OK just not great. I ordered the half a bird medium hot. It was spicy and had a pretty good burn after bite. I wouldn't go much hotter or all you will taste is the spice. The fries were plentiful and well cooked. The pimento mac & cheese was pretty good but not hot enough. I liked Block 16 at the Cosmo but i'll try another place next time.

Went here for a late lunch. Line was about fifteen people deep. I ordered three chicken fingers and it comes with two sides. I got crinkle cut fries and greens. The greens were watery and we're OK. The fries were your standard crinkle cut frozen fry--hard to screw up. But let's get to the chicken. This is supposed to be Nashville hot chicken. I ordered mine "medium" and they were on the verge of being too hot. I have had Nashville hot chicken in Nashville and other places. This isn't that. These were not saucy. The heat level was due to paprika. They were overflowing with it. I don't mind buffalo sauce hot but just using paprika for heat makes these chicken fingers too hot to enjoy. And worst of all, the chicken was overcooked beyond belief making it hard to chew and stringy. While the prices are steep, the portions are large. Would I go here again? No. Try Blue Ribbon Fried Chicken outside Bally's. You won't be sorry.

This was awesome chicken - moist, juicy & full of flavor. My husband loves HOT and I love mild so we tried "Medium" and it definitely had a kick - can't imagine what the "shut the cluck up" flavor must taste like - Great food - would eat here again

I was surprisingly disappointed. Being a southerner and fried chicken expert I was really expecting this chicken to be amazing. Firstly because the lines are always wrapped around the corner and secondly because the prices are so high. $20 for half a chicken!?! Anyways I chose that southern flavor because we don’t really like spicy food and it was just ok. Not really better than Publix chicken. The service was kind and polite especially with all of the pressure of long lines but it still wasn’t worth the money. I had the collard greens that needed more seasoning and hot sauces and the macaroni was really different... not sure why there was pimento I’m there. I didn’t either more than two bites of either. Bottom line is I will not recommend or return to this restaurant. Follow me on instagram sweet_maloy. Thank you.

We went for a late bite to eat and it was the only place open in the food court. Looking forward to the fried chicken I ordered half chicken with 2 sides. Very disappointed in the quality and taste. Breast was ok but the thigh tasted like it was soaked all day in bottom of the fryer. You could smell the stink of old oil as soon as you got it to your mouth. The sides just ok. My wife ordered the chicken sandwich and it was far better than my chicken that I did not finish.

We had lunch a few times at the ORIGINAL, Hattie B’s in Tennessee a couple of yrs. ago. ( BEST SANDWICH ON THE PLANET. ) When we saw the sign on the strip we had to try it again. WE ARE GLAD WE DID.,!! Great sandwich, DO NOT ORDER A BEER., !! Way to expensive.! The food is great, priced right and WILL DEFINITELY EAT THERE AGAIN.

Went to Hattie B’s and got the hot chicken white meat which was very hot on the surface but was great inside. Got fries and collard greens as well.

A really good chicken sandwich. We got a level 3 Spicy sandwich and it was really tasty. It was not dry or overcooked at all.

This tiny outpost of the Nashville staple loses nothing in terms of flavor - or heat! Great service, good selection, fast delivery of food.

This food outlet is located in the new Urban 16 Food Hall located on the second level of the Cosmopolitan Resort. These outlets will remind you of a bunch of food trucks all parked together. So much to try but went for Hattie B’s Hot Chicken! It was delicious! Damn hot Chicken with great kickass Mac and Cheese! Enjoy this wonderful little spot, along with the other great outs on second level of the resort. You just may spend the day eating at all of the great restaurants located on this level!

Located in Cosmopolitan and surrounded by other food joints, these chicken tenders delivers a hot and spicy flavor to your taste buds. We ordered the chicken tender combo in Damn Hot. It's the kind of spice that sneaks in on you and stay there after the first few bites. The mac and cheese as the side was one of the best we've ever had as it was very creamy and thick. We ordered it togo and still enjoyed it when we got back to our room 30+ minutes later. Definitely worth trying if you love spicy chicken. Would definitely come back when we're in Vegas.

Great location inside the Cosmo. They start serving at 11 AM. My friends had the mild/medium hot chicken sandwiches, dark bone in chicken, pimento mac and cheese, crinkle cut fries, and cole slaw. Food here is served fresh and delicious. The chicken was very moist and tender. The skin was extra crispy. Do yourself a favor and tear a piece of the chicken off, add coleslaw and dip it into the Nashville comeback sauce. Wow textures were crazy. The Nashville have a different hot kick to the sauces, chicken and even mac and cheese. This place was so good we ate here twice over the weekend. Even with the long lines we waited less than 10 minutes. Highly recommend Hattie's if you want a quick bite to go.

Got here a little before closing for them but they were so nice and accommodating! Had the chicken tenders, pimento mac and cheese and collard greens and was in heaven! If you are looking for a good downhome meal stop here. You won't be sorry.

Hattie b’s brings the culture to the Cosmo!! I love this place. The mac n cheese, collards, chicken and fries are so yummy. They have a lemonade slushy there too mixed with Jack Daniels that is super yummy and a must try. They’re pricey and sometimes have a line, but if you don’t mind either - try it. The banana pudding is BOMB! See more of my yummy choices on Lifestyleofmoore.com

The chicken is fantastic. Well cooked and different heat choices. Fries are really good. Chicken pieces huge but tasty.

First time experiencing Hattie B's Hot Chicken in general and the LV location did not disappoint. Decided to keep it tame with the Hot level sandwich with a side of mac & cheese and a frozen lemonade. It was quite the delicious feast, plus my favorite part was putting mac and cheese on my sandwich as well. All of the flavors worked together so well it was insane. The frozen lemonade was the most refreshing drink to go with the sandwich too. Nothing was too hot, but everything was damn delicious. Can't wait to come back to LV and experience Hattie B's again.

Located inside Cosmopolitan's "food court", this might be the best value on the Strip. $15 for 3 tenders and 2 sides and its easily enough for 2 people. Tenders are big and juicy. The crinkle fries might be the best crinkle fires I've ever had. The mac and cheese is something I'm still crazing.

Hopefully not really on steroids but coming from someone who likes Chick fil a, this place is a lot better.

We went to the Hattie B's in the Cosmopolitan Hotel Las Vegas. There was a LONG line to order but it took 10 minutes at the most. These workers are very speedy. Took about 2 minutes after ordering and we had our food. We ordered the no spice and the mild chiken tenders, the 3 piece meal with the 2 sides of potato salad and the mac and cheese. It comes with a pickle spear. Loved everything. They even put 4 tenders in the box instead of 3. I thought they very large pieces, maybe they didn't. I was enough food for 2 meals for us. Would definately go back.

Popular place in the Cosmopolitan. Great food. I got the medium hot sandwich. Very filling. Like 6 hours later still full. Medium heat is still powerful. Go for the Mac n Cheese. Excellent.

This is a very good restaurant in the middle of the Cosmopolitan's food court. Frequently busy but well worth it. Fried chicken was crispy and tender, side dishes were not an afterthought. Greens were quite good. But beware, the spicy hot delivers the goods. So be careful what you order!! Lol.

There was a huge line up when we arrived at the restaurant. It did move quickly and we received hot and delicious food. We both went for medium dark plates. The pieces of meat were kind of small but flavourful. The size of the sides were large and couldn't finish them. We had the potato salad, coleslaw and macaroni and pimento cheese. The staff were friendly and I would return again. Can't imagine how hot the shut the cluck up could be in that the medium had a good bite and there were still a couple more levels to go.

While in Vegas we decided to stop by Hattie B's Hot Chicken. My husband loves Nashville hot chicken, so we wanted to see what Hattie B's was like. I got the mild and he got the hot and we both really enjoyed it. Just the right amount of kick! I'm sure we'll eat there again and maybe even go to one in TN.

We were here after the lunch rush, around 2ish, and it was still pretty busy. We waited in line for probably fifteen minutes or so. The order came out fast though, maybe only a five-minute wait or so. We ordered the chicken sandwich and the small dark plate (leg and thigh). For sides, we had the greens, the potato salad, and the mac and cheese. The mac and cheese was by far my favorite side. The sandwich we ordered with medium heat and for me that was perfect. The plate we ordered “shut the cluck up,” it was a little too much for me, but was perfect for my husband. The food was excellent and we’ll definitely be back!

I’d heard great things about Hattie B’s, but I certainly didn’t find anything special about their chicken sandwich. It’s located on the second floor of the Cosmopolitan. If you eat it there there is just a small lunch counter. Everything in Vegas is overpriced, but in a lot of places you at least get good expensive food. That was not my experience here. I got the sandwich with the next to highest heat rating, but still found it pretty bland. The chicken itself was way too dry. The bun was terrible. The only bright spot was the fact that the fries were very good. My first and last trip to Hattie B’s.

This is the best chicken in Las Vegas via Nashville. Affordable and amazing food. You cannot go wrong. Your taste buds will explode with chicken goodness!

I went to Hattie B's for the first time and can't wait to go back. The tender plate (three huge chicken tenders and two sides) was delicious. It is rare to find such a huge delicious meal for only $12.50. It was so much that I took half to eat later. Hattie B's is on my list of places to return on my next visit to Cosmopolitan.

Man the chicken was awesome. I got “hot” it was just right for me. My buddy got “damn hot” - it was very hot, but very good!!

Good to eat this when you’re drunk, or are in a hurry, or can’t find a KFC. The “crust” on the chicken is crunchy and seasoned. The chicken breast I got was overcooked and lacking juices. The bread they serve it in is a waste of space on your plate. Like I said, it’s drunk food and that’s all it is. 3 stars. Just Average.

It was another place to eat on the list for our trip and the food was as good as I remembered. The portions are actually shareable and I could not take my left overs to my room due to not having a microwave. The tea was delicious and not too sweet. My daughter got the hot tenders I stuck with the mild and let me sat they mild tenders were perfect. Will be a repeat customer on my next visit.

I LOVE Hattie B’s in Nashville. I order the same thing every time: 1 medium chicken tender, one side of fries, and a sprite. This Hattie B’s did not offer online ordering, nor did they offer sprite. If they don’t have it, they don’t have it, I understand that. What makes me mad though is they refused to sell me one chicken tender even though the menu clearly showed that a single chicken tender is $3. They said I could only order 3 tenders with two sides instead of my usual one tender and one side. I don’t understand why they’d rather lose a sale than sell a customer items that are clearly listed on the menu. Due to lack of customer service, I will not recommended Hattie B’s to anyone, unless you are in Nashville.

This isn’t the SAME as Nashville’s Hattie B’s but pretty damn close. I’ve been 3-4 times with friends and they all say the same. Still a treat and some of best hot chicken in Vegas

We wanted something quick from the Cosmo food court and this looked amazing. The chicken tenders were some of the nicest I've had and loved the dipping sauces.

Easily the best fried chicken sandwich I've ever had. It was packed with flavor, very filling, crispy and absolutely delicious. I wasn't crazy about their mac and cheese but to be fair I've never been the biggest mac and cheese person to begin with. Situated right in the middle of the Cosmopolitan Hattie B's is very easily to find unlike some of their other hidden locations. I never had any interest in visiting Nashville despite my wife bugging me for quite some time to go. But 1 sandwich experience is making me think otherwise. Maybe I should go to Nashville to check out the ORIGINAL Hattie B's!

I love hot chicken and was looking forward to going here. It did not disappoint. Excellent chicken sandwich and sides of collard greens and cole slaw. If you like it hot, but not scorching, order it level 4. I ordered level 3 and wished it was hotter.

You can’t go wrong with the chicken and fries. We thought the potato salad and Cole slaw were just ok. The iced tea is mediocre.

HORRIBLE!!! SO disappointed!! We love love the Nashville location. So we ran to this one when we heard it was in Vegas. The chicken was petrified and the skin was inedible. Never never again.

I've been to the famous Hattie B's in Nashville, and dare I say, my experience was better in Las Vegas! In Nashville, one can expect to approach the small restaurant with a long line of customers waiting outside. Not here! While the line moved a little slow, it was doable. They only had one person taking orders at the register and also getting drinks. Not sure if that's the norm, but it definitely held things up on this visit. I ordered the hot chicken strips w/ a side of mac and cheese. The chicken was even better than I remembered. The mac and cheese was phenomenal. After eating and chatting for a while with my friend, I decided to go back up to order banana pudding for dessert. Oh. My. Lord. It was some kind of good! I travel to Las Vegas frequently, and this will definitely be worked into the rotation. The only con is that it's a little pricey for "fast food". Two orders of chicken (which includes sides) and two drinks (iced tea and a beer) came out to $50-something dollars. A little much for not having table service, but worth the splurge.

The new Cosmo "food hall" has been something I wanted to check out but it's a bit of a misnomer. It's more of a food court with a couple of restaurants and communal seating. Since I just visited Nashville for the first time and never quite made it to the famous Hattie B's hot fried chicken, I made the trek to the Strip to try it. The first impression was the stench of grease. My clothes started stinking of stale oil the second I got in line to order. It's overpowering and unpleasant. I ordered the Nashville hot chicken tenders with two sides (cole slaw and Southern greens) and an iced tea. They allow you ONE refill on your drink, so it's best to ration it out because the chicken is HOT! Hubby had the classic hot chicken plate, which is obviously the thing to order. The tenders were okay, but boring. The spice level was good and the batter was tasty, but nothing about this meal was memorable. The greens were good and loaded with ham hocks, and the cole slaw tasted freshly made. The iced tea was fresh brewed and refreshing. I don't have many complaints about the food, it was just nothing special. There are far better fried chicken places in town and if I'm going to blow my carb allowance on fried goodness, it's not going to be at Hattie B's. Prices are high (lunch for three was about $85), and it's cutthroat competition to battle for a seat. But the food is good. This wasn't my favorite fried chicken and I won't be clamoring to return because it was nothing particularly cravable, but I'd eat here again at some point. Getting here is a pain if you aren't staying on the Strip, making it not locals-friendly. Bummer.

I recently had friends in town for a stay at the Cosmopolitan and was looking for a quick bite at the District. Of the numerous restaurants, I noticed this place had the longest line and numerous folks sitting about eating chicken! I ordered their hot chicken sandwich (medium spice) with a side of coleslaw. After a 8-minute wait I was pleasantly surprised. Not only was the sandwich flavorful, but the coleslaw complemented the heat. I required a ton of napkins but it was worth the wait and mess. If you need a quick bite and like spicy, this gets a top rating.

We decided not to get McDonalds, big mistake. We lined up for 10 minutes to be served and were hopeful that it would be good, because of all the people also lined up. We were wrong. We got a chicken burger, and 3 Chicken tenders with sides. Unfortunatley during the night, I had to go to the toilet 5 times, and my hubby was also affected by the meal. We really regretted going there so much. It's two days since, and i am still not up to par yet. My hubby bought me a bottle of electrolytes which made me feel a little better, but they are awful tasting.

Loved my spicy chicken sandwich with coleslaw and fries. It was a good deal and very filling (rare in Vegas these days). I would def recommend.

So good! May have spoiled me to all other fried Chicken. Truly an unexpected pleasure! Don't miss out on the banana pudding.

The chicken sandwich was so good. A little pricey for what you get, but the taste is great. I'd definitely go back!

On 10/15/19 I had the mild 2 piece white with greens and macaroni. The service was greathe, he chicken was crispy and flavorful, my sides were plentiful and tasty. I enjoyed my meal. This Hattie B's is located in the Cosmopolian hotel on level 2 of the Boulevard Tower. It is the level you're on if you come in using the crosswalk from Planet Hollywood or Aria.

Loved the chicken tenders lunch. The tenders are made from real chicken and are plump. Could have shared 3 tenders and 2 sides with spouse.

The line is worth the wait! The chicken tender combo with fries and their special macaroni and cheese is tha bomb! We got medium thinking it wouldn’t be too hot but it still made my nose run! So, so good!

I got the "HOT" chicken sandwich, side of mac n' cheese, coleslaw and the banana pudding. All of this was excellent. The chicken was cooked perfectly and so juicy. The mac n' cheese was thick and creamy. I have always wanted to try banana pudding and was not disappointed. The prices were good too.

Always a long queue here which tells you something. We wanted a quick pre concert meal. Didn't disappoint. Everything was cooked to perfection and so tasty.

We were staying at Vdara and finishing the evening reasonably early - so dropped in here for some food to take back. 3 tenders and 2 sides for $15 is a very good price for the location, plus you get a dip - honey mustard is divine. Even the medium was pretty spicy so no idea who manages the 'enthusiast' spice levels! Couldn't finish it all which is far from the norm for me! Draft beers are expensive though at $12.

This is located in a food court arena. I had chicken, potato salad, and cole slaw. The chicken was fried and very delicious, and the sides were good as well. For a quick meal, this is a good choice (but no salads or other healthier options).

This location was at the cosmopolitan casino. Our group ordered the chicken tenders that came with two sides. The portions were good. Great prices compared to what is close by on the strip. I would have given 5 stars but I and my group tasted a slight fishyness to the chicken. I sure what it was, maybe the cooking oil.

We’ve been to both Hattie B locations in Nashville, one just a month ago, and this is close but not quite as good. The chicken was spot on, but the pimento mac and cheese missed the mark a bit. The fries also could have been a little more crispy. We were disappointed you couldn’t just get a glass of water, instead they sold baby bottles of water from the hotel for $2 or a slightly bigger bottle of Fiji water for $5. I’m pretty sure the $2 hotel water is the same little bottles they pass out free in the casino. The prices are of course more expensive than in Nashville, but that’s to be expected in Vegas.

I was happy to discover one of my favorites has opened in Las Vegas inside the upscale food court inside the Cosmo on the Vegas strip. Long lines aside it was good and the portions very reasonable for the price. It lacks the atmosphere and vibe of the Nashville original but how could it not. Try the Nashville whiskey lemonade...slushy goodness with a BIG punch!

Everything was great. You get to pick two side on the small order. The MAC was my favorite, it was a bit spicy. You can get regular chicken without spicy. The whiskey lemonade was strong. But it was great for me. I went back twice.

Some folks are "Hard Core" Hattie B's fans, some are hard core Chic Fil A, some, like myself are hard core Popeyes. Yes, Hattie B's is good provided you like a high degree of spices on your chicken. I am referring to "flavorings" here and not to Hotness level. Our 1/2 chicken combo with fries and slaw was a good value, prepared well and of good quality. If you haven't tried Hattie's then you definitely need to try it for yourself. Me, I will stick with my go-to favorite. Eye, Eye folks !

Great quality of food and very good value for money. We ordered 3 chicken tenders each, which came with 2 sides and it was HUGE! Would advise sharing as none of us could finish it at all. Even our husbands who love their food!

We wanted chicken and found this place. Wasn't a bad walk from Ballys to the cosmopolitan. My lady didn't want spicy so we got the mild. We shared a half chicken with collard greens and fries. The chicken is well seasoned and fried right. Delicious crispy skin with juicy tender meat. The collard greens were good and tender. The fries are ok. We also ordered their frozen whiskey lemonade that we both enjoyed..brain freeze and all. Busy place but after ordering our order was ready without much wait. Quick service and served hot. Worth the visit

Great fried chicken in accessible food court. Wife had tenders, I had a burger. Both excellent. Crispy batter and juicy chicken. The varied spice levels are helpful.

The food here is amazing! My favourite was the tenders at medium heat. The sides were also good. I ate here 3 times in 4 days at the Cosmo. A must visit

Hattie B's is in the food court at the Cosmopolitan, and I can honestly say it's the best chicken I've ever had. There is no comparison. I ordered the mild and my husband got the spicey. Both were the bomb. It comes out piping hot, fresh, and over the top delicious. The outside is crispy and the the chicken inside is so juicy. The crinkle fries are so crispy and fresh. The line is sometimes long, but worth the wait. I've been back home from Vegas for weeks now, and I'm still craving that dang chicken. Unfortunately, I live in Colorado and there's no Hattie Bs in the state. Try it while you can. I don't think you'll regret it. It's better than some of the expensive places there.

i had this chicken in Nashville for the first time so was nervous to try, and it was just as good! The chicken is the best chicken i've ever had in my life! The sides are perfect and the service was wonderful. Not much sitting area that i saw, but this is a must stop for a quick cheap meal while in Vegas.

We were excited to go to Hatties to see what the hot chicken hype was about. We spent a lot of time in and around 16 block and Hatties always had a solid line of customers. I got the dark meat special with a tender and it came with 2 sides. I didnt go for the shut the cluck up level heat but did the hot. Was perfect level of spice. The chicken was hot and juicy with a nice crispy coating. This was my favorite of the block 16 options.

Came here for lunch with a couple of buddies. They mentioned a great chicken sandwich. I have to say it was great. A good place for a quick bite to eat in busy Vegas.

We had a lunch here as it was new since coming to vegas last year. We split a quarter chicken white and no extra heat. The chicken was good and all the sides. We both agreed that either the coating had a lot of salt or the chicken was brined as the meal was a bit salty. Overall a good tasting meal and good service.

Hattie B's Hot Chicken is great food and this location is well run. Minimal seating, counter style, but they can pack it up to go.

It has changed my life! I came hoping to see Alan Alda from MASH, since I heard he likes good chicken, but sadly he wasn’t in town that day.

I waited a long time and finally had to ask what happened to my food order. Somehow it got lost and I was mad because I tipped them when I paid for my order. I had to go over the order with the guy as everything was not in the carryout bag. The chicken was good but it seemed overpriced for what you get. This was just a frustrating experience and it wasn't even during a regular meal time.

This place is a must! Rivals some of the best southern fried and that’s coming from a southern native. Prices are good. Greens are good as well.

Always enjoy Hattie B’s Hot Chicken and so glad there is now a Vegas location! The dark meat quarter chicken is cooked perfectly every time. The Smashville Frozen Lemonade is outstanding. It’s spicy at all levels of heat so be careful not to overdo it if you are sensitive to spicy food. As good as it gets!

q was long but that is good I thought. q moved quickly this place is very speedy at getting orders out.so far so very good. my turn I order mild dark meat meal whtch was thigh leg and a wing plus tender meal .my turn to collect food only one piece of chicken on my dark meat meal I ask why and was told I had a choice of three dark meat but you only get one piece so ok I think that's pricey its gonna be great I was wrong so salty it was not edible never again poppyes is better on their worst day

OMG! Chicken cooked and juicy. Mac and cheese on point not over cook or too much cheese and the greens hum so good. I was pleasantly surprised. Would eat there again.

I've been wanting to get to TN to try Hattie B's.... not sure how close to the original this is, but it was really good. But the Damn Hot is indeed damn hot! I was sweating by the end. Mac&Cheese and Greens were delicious.

Exactly like the original from Nashville. Slightly more streamlined menu than the original. Didn’t see the famous cobbler but everything else was the same. Little slow on the order fulfillment but easy to forgive as they are always busy. Must try the pimento Mac n cheese too!!

We were pretty disappointed in our stop at Hattie B’s. We ordered white, dark and tenders. No one was happy. My dark was not trimmed properly and had way to much extra skin. The biggest issue there is hot chicken with lots of flavor and then there is just hot chicken. This was just super hot chicken. There are a number of hot chicken places in the south that are so much better - try Gus’s.

The chicken is okay. I got the Medium heat on the chicken tenders. I expected it to be like dipped chicken, but it’s not. The coating remains dry not wet and crispy like dipped chicken. It was spicy but not hot. The chicken was juicy like it was brined. Overall the taste for me was a little off of what I like. This would not be a repeat performance for me. The fries and potato salad were good.
Very good hot chicken
This was definitely one of the best Hot Chicken sandwiches I have ever had...crispy piece of chicken with alot of flavor. The sides were not as good...the mac and cheese was too soupy and the greens were only average. French Fries were really good though.
