Great and friendly service during my recent visit from Mackenzie, Wandee, Brynna, and Laura. They were all awesome.

What a joke of a restaurant. Arrived over 1hr before their scheduled closing hours but was told that if I wasnt sat in the dine in area by 1015pm(closes at 11pm) I would have to order to go. This is after being in line for about 10-15 mins(honestly probably arrived before 945pm(arrived in Uber at 929pm). The one speaking is the manager(have video but it wouldnt let me upload) there and even though they sat me down the service was bad. There was one time I ordered a refill and the waitress went to talk to her manager for like 5 mins before bringing me the drink. And to top it off, I get home and noticed they overcharged me on my transaction. I normally always keep my receipts but in this case I actually took a picture of the “merchant” copy and noticed they added themselves extra tip amount even though I left 16.6%.

We were quickly sat and served. The food was amazing. Much thanks to our server Mari. Her smile brightened our day!

We came from Lithuania, Eastern Europe. Here was our first restaurant in las vegas, girls super, we stayed satisfied. Thank you

We were very disappointed with our visit. The chicken wing starters were cold, and the main courses was sort of warm apart from one which was piping hot. I think 3 meals were waiting while fourth meal was being finished. Despite it being very quiet, service was slow. Really disappointed as normally expect great food and service at Hooters. I'm not normally one for leaving a bad review, please see my other contributions, but this was really disappointing.

The bartender her name Brenda she was the worst I have to ask the cook If someone was working at the bar she was on her cell phone all the time. The place smell dirty and bad service is a piece of s. This is not my first time and always said I never come back but sometimes I do because the beer but service is horrible

Sadly this restaurant is located in the OYO, the worst hotel and casino you could imagine. The restaurant itself is fine, staff were very friendly. Food and drink are overpriced and average though. It's probably the only decent thing in the OYO but that's not saying much. No doubt the OYO will reply to this with a bog standard automated reply.

Silvara behind the bar got me served fast and was friendly and excellent. So was Laura, who is always nice when I come in there. The food prices though are getting a little pricey, but I guess everything is nowadays.

Been here a few times and the Underground Bar is a good spot to go. Charlene who is a bartender is amazing. The staff here is also good. They’re very friendly and take care of their customers. I highly recommend coming here! The beer is cheap too.

My wife and I went there yesterday after 5 days in Vegas and on the day we were traveling back home. We understand and are compassionate to businesses that are understaffed. With that said, Chevy was working the bar and lounge area and we were impressed with the level of service and hospitality she showed to each guest. We made it a point to tell the GM of the casino on the way out. Please take the time to recognize hospitality workers in this very difficult time.

Ari was great! Customer service was excellent. When you visit hooters in the OYO hotel ask for Ari! Food was delicious! Drinks was just perfect! I highly recommend visiting Ari at any time. She will make sure you get your needs met!

It was a great way to end our trip and decided to bring our kids to famous hooters since they have never been before we didn’t know they had served breakfast but it wasn’t as good as there wings of course which we thought they served all day jalissa was our server she was pleasant and recommended the French toast which was still good. My wife noticed the lady manager matrisha being rude to the girls and didn’t think it ok seeing her mistreat the workers talking to them the way she did. If it wasn’t for us noticing that we would’ve had a better time. Hope the workers get treated better then what we seen and something gets done. Great server good food horrible manager.

What is going on here!....We walked in 1-1.5hrs wait and the restaurant was empty!.....u want 2 turn away money! Incredible!!!

More than likely I won't be going back here after they couldh't even put on a game I wanted to watch because they couldn't find the iPad that controls the TV. Plus even though I have a card so I don't have to pay for parking, if you are going to charge for parking the hotel better be a lot nicer than this. Use the money to fix it up for crying out loud. I just had a quick drink and left without ordering any food because of how bad this experience was and I really didn't want to be there any longer. They also put on gates for the parking garage, which makes it a lot more harder and inconvenient to park. The owners and managers of this property really don't know what they are doing and this place pales in comparison to the surrounding properties on The Strip.

My wife and I went for a quick bite, not expecting much... the coffee was good and the breakfast was very good! But the reason for the review is our server, Juliet. She was super attentive and extremely nice! She deserves massive kudos. Thanks again Juliet!

We were told that they had a wait list and visually you could see not even twenty percent of the tables were occupied. We waited 30 minutes ( we gambled in the casino) then were seated and waited a while for a waitress. Then when we placed the order we had to ask twice when was our food coming( I wanted to leave but my wife said lets just keep waiting) The food finally came in about thirty five minutes.Food was good.

First off- my wife hates Hooters . Just being honest. But Emma, our server, who was working her butt off by the way... Made her laugh more than I ever have. She saved our night, man. And she is the hardest worker I’ve ever seen. GIVE THAT GIRL A RAISE.

Oh my goodness a total and utter shambles to the point we got nothing to eat. Waited an absolute age to then find out after asking again there was "a problem in the kitchen" .... meanwhile they have a huge queue outside for people who will have the same problem. No management of the situation, no customer service, just like rabbits in headlights, absolutely clueless!

Geoffrey is an amazing manager he gave us great customer service and has outstanding hospitality. I will definitely recommend coming here to grab a few drinks and food. Thank you Geoffrey I’ll be back soon

I really enjoy Hooters food. Always a solid meal, good wings. This day, however, should have been filmed!! Service was kind of slow, but Laura, eventually got to us. Wife orders quesadilla, I get 12 boneless (half teriaki, half buffalo). Lunch comes, we start to dig in when i see that i have all teriaki wings. So I slow down my eating and now, Laura is MIA. I eventually eat my 6 Teriaki still waiting to give back the other 6 for buffalo but start to pick away at those. No Laura. Finally she arrives, mentioned the problem, any chance i can get a quick 6 buffalo boneless? The order was slightly wrong. She goes to address the problem and comes back in a minute with the answer "Sorry, but my manager refuses to fix the problem"!!!!!! I sat there flabbergasted! Starting to steam, i find the manager and call him over. The manager, Ernest, gets into a slight debate with me over the issue but then recognized the problem as the server, Laura, should not of allowed me to split the flavors on my wings. He apologizes for her mistake, but doesn't take care of problem immediately as a gesture of goodwill, but he does ask if he can do anything for me. Having dined out a million times, I didn't love this answer. I told him I would not have ordered the wings that way if I had known, but he should just fix the issue. 6 wings isn't going to bankrupt the restaurant. Now it gets fun, Ernest leaves and server Laura comes back wanting to know what Ernest said!! She says, "well, he never let us know that" about split wing orders. It was becoming amature hour at this point so we got our check, which took a very long time, and called it a day at Hooters. This visit, was a flat out mess. Very unfortunate.

Emoji Richard here, me and my buddy came here to eat some hooters and Yvette and Pia made sure my visit was extremely warm and pleasant. Excellent cushtomer servish.

Bree was a super sweetheart and super attentive. Our food came fast. She took very good care of our big group, even with as drunk and difficult we were. I’ll forever remember my first trip to Vegas thanks to her.

You can not go wrong with Hooters esp in Las Vegas.. The wings are always perfect and this is why one lunch during our stay it is a must that we have to stop. The service is always over and beyond and the food second to none. See you next time in town.

Service by bartender Dawn at their lobby bar was superb. As a visitor, great customer service of talking with a friendly and hospitable bartender while serving you drinks! Will definitely comeback for the service and atmosphere.

Sad to say this place is a shell of what it used to be. We used to go here at least once during our trips when the hotel was also Hooters. This is the first time (and last time) since the hotel has changed hands. When I walked up I actually thought they were closed because it was so dark. Turns out the new owners took away the outside seating and boarded up the wall - taking away a lot of lighting. Service was just poor. Ordered wings, a side and a beer. A few minutes later a different waitress showed up with the side only. I said I had not even got my drink yet. She shrugged and walked off. A few minutes later, still no drink. So I wandered up to the bar to see if it was sitting at the server station. Nope. A waitress walking by asked if she could help so I told her my dilemma. She said they were out of the beer I ordered and ask if I wanted something else. Yes please. A few minutes later the original waitress comes by with my wings and the other waitress shows up with my beer. She asked what was going on and replied "well no one told me we were out of beer". The main reason we go to Hooters is for the wings. They were mediocre at best. For $2 a wing you think they would get it right. Small, over sauced and not even the sauce I ordered. At this point I just wanted to leave. That was not as easy as it should have been. Waitress never came back to check on me. Finally had to track her down just to ask for my check. Then I made the mistake of stopping at the restroom to wash up before I left. I have been in bus stop and rest area porta potties that were in better shape. Absolutely disgusting. They even have graffiti sprayed on the doors and the walls. The kicker was there is a checklist on the inside of the door showing when someone has been in to clean and inspect the bathrooms. It is clear that they sign the checklist but don't actually do anything to make sure they are clean. Suffice to say will not be back (even if the food was free). If this is any indication, I now know why most of these have closed across the country.

I probably won't be going back here again after I left before I even went in because the dumpy hotel this restaurant is in now wants to charge for parking. This is a hotel where sometimes the elevator in the parking garage doesn't work, the ac was out when it was 120 degrees out, and the restaurant can't even put on a baseball game because they don't get the channel. The parking charge is probably why the garage and parking lot was so empty. I hope the Oyo Hotel goes out of business.

Waited too long for service, waited 15 mins for utensils. French fries cold and you can’t get all flats. Do not recommend

Great Beer and Smoked Wings with Jerk Sauce and Blue cheese was delicious My server was attentive and gave quick service, sadly she didn't give her name. Overall experience was satisfactory as I was with my dad talking about IT

My coworker and I came to eat at this restaurant after our shift. Our server was Bri and she was amazing! Food came out quick and hot, the drinks were delicious and she took great care of us. We never had to worry about empty waters or dirty dishes. She also made us feel very welcome to town.! Highly recommend stopping by this place for food and drinks. Make sure you ask to sit in Bri's section for the best service!

Although we had a bit of a wait once we were sat down our server Emma was on it!! We expected service to be a little slower and instead we were pleasantly surprised and so happy to be wrong! Our drinks were out quickly, our order taken promptly and our food was hot, delicious AND correct! Emma was very nice and we never even had to ask for a drink refill....she didn't let the cups get empty. It was very busy for 10pm on a Monday and we left fat and happy!! The service took for ever it was not busy or at peak times. Over cooked wings, so hard like your chewing on rocks, they are tiny wings they look like baby chick wings, the worst wings ive ever had in the entire world. I would not go back or recommend

On 12-24-2021 I ate at Hooters, and was served by Victoria, who gave me an excellent service. She is very courteous and friendly, and she made sure my coffee cup was always full of fresh coffee. I recommend the chicken tacos. They were delicious.

If you are fortunate to be served by Jacky behind the bar, you’ll experience true customer service. Friendly, hard working “service with a smile”. Always aims to please and gives the true meaning to “customer service”.

Hadn’t been back in a while but glad to be back. Great wings and great service by Jacky what else can one ask for. Will be back for sure when I head back to Vegas. Thank you Jacky!

Had a grilled chicken sandwich. It was OK, too watery, not sure why. Onion rings were crispy and good. Server, behind the bar, was professional and friendly. Took a picture with the servers as a revenge photo, my ex-wife always had a fit whenever I mentioned Hooters. The server, Laura, is what I expected of a beautiful Hooters waitress, the other one, not so much.

It was my first time eating here and Zoe was my server she was so sweet and attentive and made it a great experience for us! Honestly she was one of the best servers Ive had upon eating out even at places that are deemed “nicer” than Hooters. Food was so good I love that shrimp too, it was amazing. Excited to come back and grub!

Szoie and Lauren behind the bar were awesome as was Maritza for the photo, Jenny -- photographer extrodinaire -- and Zoe for a photo. The experience was good food and good service.

Fun time with my mates. It was packed the night we came but we enjoyed the experience. Beautiful people everywhere.

Mari was the best server that we had all weekend! Food was out quickly and she was quick to get us what we needed! Loved her!!!

We go vegas at least once or twice a year… we always manage a visit to Hooters at least once! It was quite quiet when we visited. Sometimes it’s too busy and you don’t get a great service. But we visited at around midday and received a great service! The food is simply the best, in fact I’m drooling just writing this review! Sooooo tasty! Will be back again later in the year!

Stopped in before the Knights game. Chevy was my server & was excellent. She is very knowledgeable about the menu, always checking on you to make sure everything is alright or to see if you need anything else. Chevy didn't have to ask if I needed a refill on my soda , she just brought another one !! Chevy is the best & the food was great too !!

Inside the OYO hotel is this Hooters. We came for breakfast. Due to Covid you will be given the cheapest possible plastic silverware. My husband had the yogurt parfait. It was served as if we were at McDonalds. Plastic cup with plastic lid on it. I had the Texas Thick french toast. Uhhhh No, it was not "Texas Toast thick". It was thicker then Wonder bread though and it was very tasty! If I was staying in the OYO I would eat here. I hope this review was helpful! If so please click "YES"!

It’s seems like they didn’t learn from the last reviews. Not a third of the restaurant was full and so many tables were free, but we had to wait for ten minutes until the waitress lead us finally to a table. Finally arrived at the table, we had to wait again. Four waitresses stood around and chatted with each other, but obviously with no interest to serve anything or even to work. Obviously they don’t realize, customers pay their wage …. After fifteen minutes one of us four stood up to ask a waitress, if it may were possible to order drinks and food. She answered “someone will come’ and walked away. No one came. After further five minutes we left the Hooters restaurant. Definitely not worth to waste more time there. Absolut terrible service. Still hungry and thirsty, we decided to choose the Steak’n Shake restaurant in the same venue Hooters resp. Hooters Casino. We ordered four menus, thereof three Double Steak Burger-menu. Even though the drink is included, we were be charged for two drinks more. The meat was ridiculously small and these “Steaks” we’re the thinnest burgers we’ve ever seen. So sad. Hooters used to be good for years, but that definitely changed.

I stopped here to grab a quick bite and the food was delicious. I was seated fast and only waited about 10 mins for my food to come out. Kaleena was my hostess she sat me and brought my food out to me she was very nice and welcoming and I had a great experience with her I would definitely come again just to see her. 10/10 food 10/10 service

Went for breakfast this morning. At least 30 empty tables / spaces but told I had to wait 5 minutes to see if a table came available, even though others not booked. Went to Tropicana instead. Food is good at Hooters, but service is hit or miss. Some great staff - but a couple of power-trippy ones who ruin the place’s reputation and business. I think the idea of employing pretty girls may be dated, but if they want to do that, they also need to make sure the girls have good service skills, as ultimately that is the customer experience. Ive walked away 3 times in tital because some power trippy lazy one just cba to serve or sit someone. Annoying as the other staff are exceptional.

Even though Helen was alone she did an excellent job and took care of all customers with a smile. Fred was was checking to make sure everything was alright all three mornings I was there and even came looking for me one morning I was later than usual! Way to go Helen and Fred!!! Bill Mills

Place was REALLY hurting for workers. Went during NFL playoffs and the poor bartending girl was also serving EVERY table around the whole bar area by herself. No manager help or anything. I stopped a couple times for breakfast as well and it was ok. The “yogurt parfait with granola” was disappointing as they put the soggy granola on the yogurt overnight.

We decided to eat here as we were staying at the Oyo at it was raining. There was 2 of us. It was not busy. The host ( not in uniform just a name tag) went to find us a table and never returned. The hostess started seating others. Not her fault as we both thought I was being taken care of. Finally after the 3rd table being seated before me I asked the hostess to seat me. The waitress took forever. Wings are small for price. Waitress forgot to ring in order I know this because she came by to verify. She never came back to see how things were. I believe that if oyo had another restaurant open past 5 this place would not do well at all

I’ve been to lots of hooters. This one was sub par. Service was quick, the waitress was pleasant, the drink was good but the wings were tasteless. I ordered the original with a side of ranch, good thing I did. I guess not all hooters wings are standard.

We stopped at hooters for some wings and cold beer, food and drinks were amazing, service was outstanding, above and beyond. Thank you bartender Jacky.

100% recommend this place. The service we received was top tier, unmatchable. Elena greeted us with such kindness and was always on top of everything making sure we had everything we needed. i appreciate her diligence of making sure everything went right in our visit. Will come back and look forward to receive her costumer service again.

Our server Chevy and her boss Deyshawn are the best. Highly recommended Hooters OYO Las Vegas. Me and my friends had a great time, entertained and love the food so much and will surely be there again tomorrow.

I took my wife out to celebrate some adult time, just us. Upon arriving the service from bartender “Jackie” was very prompt. We started off with shots of fireball then proceeded to Washington Apples and moved on to Blue Moon. Jackie was very upbeat with a charming personality and made us feel comfortable . Stopped by when we were walking around the casino. Norma was our server and was the best! Gave the absolute best service and is super friendly! Will definitely be back :)

Our business team went to Hooters to celebrate our last day in Vegas. We had an amazing time watching the games and chowing down on wings and burgers. Marissa made sure everything was being taken care of and her personality made the time there worth coming back next time we’re in town.

We were playing at the OYO casino and in the back is Hooters. Went in for a beer and lunch and it was decent! Fried pickles were little chips, and they were yummy with the sauce. Next had wings, and of course they were delicious and meaty, true hooters grub!

What can I say! Te'jyona is a kind, classy gentle young lady. The Casino needs more of her. Whoever her boss is she needs a raise!

Food was very disgusting. The fries were hard. chicken was over cooked and salty and they forgot my damn dessert! Waiting almost 45 minutes for this b.s

I was in a few times this week. Silvara and Victoria were awesome behind the bar for those two times I was in. Shania was great too, friendly, and let me get a nice picture with her.

It was a fabulous dining experience this evening. Food is great and most of all the customer service that Chevy Erwin (food server) and DeySaun (manager) gave us put it over the top! Chevy made sure our food came on time and was done according to the way we like it! She was on top of getting our drink orders right and the refill was on time! DeySaun gave us a very pleasant and welcoming experience. He even checked on how we doing from time to time eventhough the dining room is very busy! We will definitely come back and recommend this restaurant not only because of the food but the service and hospitality they provide!

Brie was a fantastic server that we had on our business trip to Vegas. Coming in and knowing nothing about the city, Brie told us helpful and fun locations inside the Oyo and other things to do around the city. I had never been to Hooters previously and had lots of questions about the menu items and the sauce flavors (i wanted to try the hottest one). Brie answered all of my questions and was very thoughtful and extremely helpful. I took her recommendations on both the food, sauce flavors, and places to see around Vegas. Thank you for making it a wonderful experience all around.

Lena is an excellent hostess! She has a great personality, she’s bubbly and takes her time with each customer. Can’t wait to come back and visit her. 😊

The only reason I listed this so high is because you can't rate it any lower. Tired of the virus situation being blamed for poor service, lack of management taking responsibility and correcting the problems at hand, and being lied too when the truth allows the customer to understand.

The hostess was very attentive and sat us almost immediately. And don’t get me started on our server Ari! She provided excellent service and made sure we we had everything we needed. She took vet good care of us and had a very positive attitude. Will definitely be stopping by soon just to see her!

The manager did a poor job scheduling. At almost noon on a football Sunday and you only have 2 servers working, with 3 hostesses. Leaving a line of people waiting to get into the restaurant. The food came out cold and randomly. Disappointing experience.

My Dad and “Yours Truly” wish to thank “Tiffany” for her magnificent service on Sat. Night 02/15/2020 at HOOTERS Restaurant inside OYO Hotel & Casino (Formerly HOOTERS Hotel & Casino). We got an extra plate of Fried Buffalo Shrimp and we didn’t know why!! The 911 Wings were to die for!!! Fresh and Hot!! Thanks for the extra blue cheese dressing too!! Food was really good to be fair. But very expensive compared to other places. The beer was good value for the ‘tall’ one. Service was average, no interaction really. When I went to Hooters in Chicago there was loads of interaction which was cool. Bar was very dark too and I saw others mentioning this.

Came in early before my flight to catch a bite to eat and jalissa was so nice And helpful she let me know the food was going to be a minute. It was taking a while which is my only complaint but other then that the food was good and she was awesome

I visited for a quick meal and was happy with what followed. Met some interesting folks and the manager saw I was adding to the atmosphere and bought me a libation. Before I left I did a yoga headstand to entertain the crowd. Good times.

Stephanie was extremely friendly and respectful and well aware of us not getting meat. She offered us options right away and checked on us a few times. I felt comfortable and wanted here. I appreciate her friendly and joyful demeanor was wonderful. Food was hot and delicious. I would definitely come back.

This iconic restaurant did not disappoint! The hooters girls were fun, friendly and helpful. Really enjoyed our meal and appreciated the waitresses keeping us company throughout the evening :-)

Terrible Service, we ordered 3 drinks a beers which came out straight away, but 2 glasses of wine took ages as I don’t think they are used to people ordering wine. The first meal, fish and chips came out, with just a fork to eat it with and 20 minutes later the Caesar salad, which was for another meal, which still had not appeared even after another 20 minutes and the third meal another 15 after that. The staff were just interested in sitting chatting to there mates, rather than serving and making sure everything was ok. Now I know, why there was a waiting list to get in, as the service was so slow.

Typical pub food. Nothing special but always open so you can get something to eat. That's nice. Seem to be short staffed. Sometime it takes awhile to get seated but once you are food comes quickly

Worst experience ever!! She told me to give her a review for 50$ before she even sat me at my table to eat. She told me do it before i went inside which was awkward, I won’t ever come back to hooters in fact I didn’t even get seated I left because she forced me against my wheel . I hope you don’t get you’re 50$ because u don’t deserve it and I just want you all to know she also asked me for a tip afterwards like why would u ask a random man that question ???

My first place to eat coming to Vegas and my waitress Norma was AMAZING!! Gave me an exceptional service! Drinks and food were great, couldn’t have asked for better service. Norma went above and beyond, will definitely recommend this hooters location!

A good experience. Well located and offering all of the Hooters experience. The service was pretty good and I enjoyed the usual Hooters wings etc. it was fun.

My fiancé decided she wanted Wings from Hooters… went on Saturday September 19, 2021… we arrived about 6:30 pm and we were told that there was a 30 minute wait even though the restaurant was half empty and we asked if we could wait at the bar and we were told that there was also a 30 minute wait but there was a bar across from Hooters we could go to and we would be called when our table was ready. About 30 minutes later we were called… when we walked over, we were taken to our table… our server came quickly and took our drink order and an order of fried pickles which came quickly but here’s where things went down quickly… we ordered a double. Order of wings (20) with blue cheese and celery… we waited about 30 minutes for the wings and when they were brought, they were barely warm… and no celery… I told the waitress and she apologized and made an inaudible excuse and took them back… about 15 minutes later, a different server brought the wings… they were a little warmer but not hot but we ate them… and still no celery… our original server came back to ask if we wanted any more beer but not once did she ask about our meal… I was waiting for the manager to come over but he was busy behind the bar watching college football… I felt neglected as a customer… there’s over 5,000 eateries on the strip… I will not be visiting this Hooters again.

Dated service food poor and management arguing at the bar. Place is gone. Spend your money else where

Our first visit here was pleabably memorable. Food was delicious and plentiful with prompt, polite and friendly service. The restaurant was very busy but the staff were calm and very efficient and we didn't have to wait such a long time, as we thought we would have, for our food.

The bus boy at Hooters, Kevin N, was amazingly helpful to myself and my fiancee. He provided amazing service and helped us out immensely. We had visited late July /early August of 2019. Had a great conversation with him and will definitely go back. Everyone was very helpful.

Had an amazing experience from start to finish, and even though our wait time was a little long Ashlee was very helpful and kind. 10/10 recommend having your next dinner party here !

I visited hooters twice in Vegas, once in the restaurant and once eating in the saloon. Sure it has the obvious attraction of the girls, but you know this was easily the best customer service I experienced in Vegas. Loved the American west look of the place and the food eg the texas melt was great and no long waits. Reasonably priced too.

Great food its always a must when we come to Vegas!! Our waitress Bree was so nice & attentive to our table! We love it here!!!!!

What a mess this place is. There's hardly ever a bartender at the bar, they don't have enough servers working when they should expect it to be busy during March Madness. This place has been one bad experience after another lately.

I went there on Halloween Day. Carla behind the bar was awesome and Chevy was nice as usual. I hope we beat this virus soon and business at this restaurant and everywhere thrives again.

Always a must for us when coming to the States, but be prepared to walk or get an Uber as this location is off the strip and located in the OYO hotel. Service was friendly and efficient and the food came out hot and fast. The portions are really large even for a 10m piece of wings we almost couldn't finish them all as we all orders a serving each! I recommend just sharing between people depending on how big your party is! The sides of onion rings cheesy tatter tots and spicy crispy jalapenos were also all very good and packed full of flavour, leaving us all very full for our walk back to the strip. Bottomless ice tea refills were nice as well as an iconic classic to visit when in Vegas.

Visited and were told the wait was 90 minutes even though there were only a small number of patrons already inside, the bar was empty and the majority of tables were cleared. They didn't ask if we wanted food / drinks etc, just said 90 mins, there was no queue - probably as everyone already went elsewhere too. Clearly they didn't want our business. On the plus side we went to OYO bar for drinks in the same casino, got seated straight away and were well attended.

Food was great and Jackie was a great server! Really recommend this place, its a great place to come visit in Vegas!

My buddy and I felt like we had a personal chef at this establishment. The food is absolutely phenomenal and I’d recommend it to anyone in the area looking for an early morning bite to eat. Arlean was an an amazing server who provided high quality service and gave some wonderful recommendations for us to truly encapture the Las Vegas Experience. 10/10 recommend

Located inside Oyo Casino, open 24 hours. The servers and host were friendly. There was plenty of seating for a late dinner (9 ish). Wait was short, servers come by frequently. I ordered the tator tots which were very crispy and hot. The serving was quite large as well. I also ordered the chicken cesar salad which was not so great. It had all the right parts but with much too much dressing. The grilled chicken on the salad was also cut in cubes which made the chicken pieces look exactly like the croutons (I know that's not a big deal but it was just weird and confusing). This was my first Hooters experience. It will probably be my last, not because it was terrible but because I didn't really like the food choices on the menu and I'm not a huge fan of fried foods. I could tell though that a lot of people like this place and the food. It's just not for me. Overall, the service was much better than the food.

Food was mid but they have multiple great views. Would recommend going there if you're bored. If you are hungry and want great view go to hooters.

Zoe our waitress was very nice and gave us tips on places to go and things to do! Very pleasant young lady. She took our order quickly and the cooks did a great job on our food! Will come back.

Never been to a hooters before and first off the food was amazing and the prices were reasonable. We went for breakfast and our waitress Carla D was very accommodating and made our experience great. My family came to Vegas for the week and I will say we will probably go back to hooters again before we leave, maybe check out the lunch and dinner options this time!

On my most recent few trips Skylar, a new server, Celina and Amarisa were awesome and friendly. Chevy behind the bar was great too.

Disappointing. Visited as a ' tick the box ' experience but we found the establishment devoid of any charm , simply a down market food dispensary. Assorted meals were generally of poor quality so most was simply left. Oversalted was one complaint. With so many other eateries to choose from, I can't think of any good reason to visit.

We recently stopped on to Hooters for dinner and as usual the food was great. We were there on a Friday night and it started a bit slow as we waited to be seated for at least 5 minutes because there wasn't a hostess. We waited and then as my girlfriend went to the bar to ask about where we could sit someone came along to seat us, and no it wasn't because of capacity because there was only about 2 - 3 other couples dining. Once we were seated we had great, friendly service and a great meal. We love Hooters when we're out of town since we don't have one anywhere near us. The hot wings were great and the beer was cold. Overall it was a great dining experience with just a minor hiccup to start, we'll be back next time in Vegas.

We ate breakfast there on Saturday morning. Service was slow, hostess forgot part of our order and I had to personally go and get the check. They have a good system of texting you when there is a table and the food was reasonable quality and reasonably priced.

This was our first time eating at the Hooters in Las Vegas, but not our first time eating at a Hooters! WE love the wings and the sauces there!! Dayton sauce is one of our favorites! Our meal here did not disappoint! Food was good, service was good. We'll come back for sure!

Let’s start with the fries—served ice cold, just the way nobody likes them. The “famous” chicken wings? Legendary, if the legend is about wings left out since last Tuesday. Dry, chewy, and full of regret. And the burger sliders? Ah yes, nothing like buns so stale and hard they could double as paperweights. A true gourmet experience. I took two bites, contemplated my existence, and asked for the check. Honestly, I wouldn’t be surprised if the health inspector just forgot this place exists. 0/10 – but only because negative numbers aren’t an option.

Upon returning to a restaurant….."HOOTERS" located inside of the OYO casino. Starting from day one she has always brought her enthusiasm into her workplace during her shift. Showing her capability with dealing with one or two situations, issues, concerns and complaints from customers and yet seem to solve, attend to , manage and resolve each and every one and do it without complaint. which by the way the complaints come in very few and far. she handles them with Grace….(probably knowing that these kind of pressures will be a thing of the past.) if you would like to have a wonderful first time or if you are a regular hopefully you will have an encounter with the fabulous…."TANYA".I suggest during "...her shift! …To have a great experience in a nice fun environment restaurant. Then I suggest that you take all of your family members to Hooters located in oyo casino during her shift. and even if she isn't working on that particular day. you will still have a great time. I just want to say you thank you "" from the bottom of my heart.And all gaming players that come out to enjoy themselves. Hooters! is the place to check out!!! We actually visited twice this week… the first time it was empty but had a 40 minute wait. I was told by someone in the casino that the long waits are imposed to encourage gambling in the failing Oyo Hotel Casino. This would tally in what what I observed. That said, once we finally got a table, the food was its usual high standard and had a relatively pleasant experience. We returned a few days later. This time it was a little busier- but still no shortage of empty tables. We were told there was a 20 minute wait, so we decided to place a take out order instead. Note- do not wait at the window marked as ‘take out’- it’s just there for display purposes and provides no operational function. The host told us we had to go to the bar and place an order for take out. Which we did. An Asian manager then came over to us and told us that we shouldn’t be at the bar and that we had to wait outside until we’re told to come in. We explained that we had already waited there and was sent over. He guided us back to outside the restaurant and proceeded to berate the host who had sent us over. Very unprofessional and as a manager myself- not something I would ever do in front of clients or guests. Perhaps time for him to re-read those top 5 bullet points of management! We waited outside the restaurant for a further 20 minutes before we asked if we could go back in to place our order. The host said yes, so we eventually placed our order. We were told it would be another 20 minutes. Thankfully that wasn’t the case and it was ready within 5-10. We were feeling very disappointed and quite frankly annoyed as we should have just waited the 20 minutes for an actual table! That said, Bianca was working at the bar (taking walk in orders), and I appreciated her apology for the long wait and tried her best to raise our spirits (which is the reason for two stars as opposed to one). The food was good- although the chips were a bit cold! The unnecessary wait times need to be addressed - I suspect it’s something to do with low staffing numbers. The take out system needs to be addressed too! Perhaps time to join the 21st century and use a mobile ordering point or app.

A colleague and I came here after a night in Vegas at the Casinos on the way back to our hotel (Tropicana). We stopped in for some food passing through the casino on the way to the restaurant. The place wasn't too crowded, was able to sit down right away, waitress was attentive and friendly, food was good, and atmosphere is what you would expect. Good place to stop off after gambling when you're hungry.

I probably won't go back a while until everything here in Las Vegas opens at 100 percent because they didn't have enough staff working for the current capacity limits. The service was bad because of that I think, because it has been good previously.

I went to this place more before the pandemic, but I was there last week. The service was great except for them not having the cheese cake I like. Jackie and Victoria were great to me and are awesome. I liked what I ordered, and I was happy with my experience there las Saturday.

We woke up hungry this morning and was surprised hooters sole breakfast. The manager Terra was very accommodating as I could only eat a kids meal spicy garlic wings. She went out of her way to make sure that I ate. Because, I wasn’t going to eat anything and wait on lunch to start. Been going to hooters at the crossroads restaurant in Orlando for past 30 years went in told they would clear a table ten minutes later still waiting drinks,were sent to wrong table no menus food awful ordered 6 chicken strips 4 came still tried yo charge us for 6 chicken was dry and hard asked for ranch and honey mustard dips they forgot them.what a tragic shame it's gone downhill who's,at the helm because whoever it is they need to get a grip quickly on holiday we used to go at least 3 times but wouldn't waste any more money there's loads of goods restaurants like Miller's ale house it's fab GOODBYE HOOTERS

Shelsea, Elena, and Jenny were great for posing in a picture with me during one of my recent visits. But I only gave it a 3 because of a horrible experience with a bartender. Chevy was great behind the bar as usual, but then that other bartender clocked in. He said something that I couldn't quite make out when I asked him to put on a game and refused. I know from now to probably just stick to going to this place on the weekends when he isn't working. He is rude.

Good food and hostess Janessa, Laura, and Lauren were awesome on my visit great service. Overall it was a good experience even though they had the Dodger game on and I hate the Dodgers. At least the Dodgers were losing and thank God Hooters doesn't serve Dodger Dogs.

My server was spot on excellent and the service was good, Wondee was a outstanding server and smiled at me including her guests, im hoping to come back for another visit maybe a year other than that was a good birthday dinner for me for the second time in wonderful Las Vegas

Shania and Tay were awesome and they signed my calendar. The pictures of them should have been bigger in the calendar. Silvara and Lauren were great too for letting me get pictures and they are both awesome behind the bar. I will definitely be back. It's also the only Hooters in town after the other one went bust.

We were staying next door and just wanted a quick bite to eat for takeout. If faced with the same choice, move on to somewhere else. I called the hotel several times as there was no direct line to Hooters to place a to-go order, but no one ever answered. I walked to the hotel and place an order at their to-go area. The order was pretty simple - a Caesar salad with dressing on the side, a burger with just cheese and ketchup and fries, extra ketchup on the side for the fries. I was told the wait would be 25 minutes so I went to the Hooters bar for a drink. The bartender was overwhelmed as he was the only one working and couldn't keep up with the demand. When my order was called they handed me my food, I knew it wouldn't be correct so I opened it up. There was no dressing for my salad, and no extra ketchup, and no utensils - since I was going to be eating a salad I would need those. I asked for some help and it was as if I was inconviencing the Hooters girls. As I looked deeper at my food, the burger had lettuce and onion all over it which was not what I ordered, plus there was no ketchup so it was completely wrong. I didn't want to wait, I just wanted to leave so I took it as is. I told the Hooters girl staff of the problem but she offered to do nothing for me and just wanted me to leave. Stay the hell away from this restaurant! The salad which was $14 was tiny and embarrassing. Hooters Manager - if you are reading my review and want to refund my money please let me know and give me your direct number or email so we can get this taken care of.

We had a party of 13 five were kids under 3 and Zoe was amazing. Just call her Super Woman. She was courteous, kind, patient.

Jackie was great behind the bar and Victoria was awesome too. I've been coming to this place on and off for the past 5 years and I've had very few bad experiences, non of which were with Jackie and Victoria. The food is ok too, but I guess like everywhere else, they have raised their prices. Jackie and Victoria are friendly and again awesome.

Spent $60 on 10 tiny wings (the minimum that can be purchased), 3 fish tacos, fries, and 2 Coors Light. This is surprising considering it is basically a sports bar located in a budget hotel/casino.

My experience at this Hooters was amazing 🤩🤩!! My server was Stephanie and I give her a 10/10 super friendly made sure I had everything I needed and made sure that I was enjoying my food even though it was busy she was able to provide fast service as well!! I will be visiting here again and hopefully have her as my server again.

I just would like to say the front hosts Carina and Janessa were super helpful and very good with customer service . They both made sure me and my family got seated with no problem.

We always make a point of going to Hooters when we visit Vegas, the original wings with Hot sauce is my go to and my wife likes the mild sauce, always more than enough curly fries , perfectly seasoned , we asked for Nascar on our TV that we were sitting by and Chevy and Victoria hooked us up . We had just gotten married that week in Vegas and Chevy and Victoria brought us a shot . Excellent service !!!!

I just wanted to take a moment to compliment the service I received from Chevy the other day. The restaurant were super busy, but she delivered excellent customer service! I was pleasantly surprised by ther attentiveness here, where the she kept my waters filled and even provided guidance on proper procedures to eat the food. And let me tell you this place is a must experience. The chicken wings are so good :).

not a great hooters. having been to a few in other cities, this is not a good Hooters. very tired looking, and the screen didnt show the game we wanted to watch for 30 minutes as they could not find the remote. i think there are better sports bars in Vegas

The only Hooters in Las Vegas as far as I’m concerned. A visit to this location is well worth the trip, although it’s necessary to walk through the casino to arrive at the restaurant. Elizabeth is among the top servers in the world. Very professional and congenial. Geoffrey manages the entire hotel’s food and beverage outlets, yet, still finds the time to be dedicated to the customers comments and concerns. It’s the place to go if you want to feel like your patronage matters and is appreciated!!!

I’ve never been to this location and I absolutely love Hooters ;) when I walked in. I was greeted by this beautiful blonde and her name was Bre turned out. She was my server and she was fabulous. I had the chicken quesadilla and a cold corona the place was pretty packed as it was a Saturday night in Vegas. I just wanted to let management know that you have a winner with Bre. She has such an amazing personality and of course so beautiful. I will definitely be back at this location. thank you Hooters ;) and I hope you are here forever.

This was the first time we visited since the property rebranded as the OYO (the Hotel & Casino used to be a Hooters as well - we were there in 2015). Service is good and the food and drink deals never disappoint. This is a standard Hooters franchise that is very consistent with the brand. Out server was awesome and we really enjoyed the food. Since all Hooters restaurants near us in Canada closed down, it is always a treat for us when we get to go to one. We were happy to hear this location was still open and had not been rebranded, like many locations that have closed or become something else over the years. We definitely recommend this place, particularly if you are catching a game.

On my return trip to the Hooters,I had the opportunity to be served by the most professional and speedy hostesses from Karla and Celina. They made sure my food was ready and that I had everything to make me feel welcome at this restaurant. Whenever I’m in Las Vegas, I recommend the Hooters inside the OYO Hotel. I went to hooters over the weekend and sabrina our server was GREAT ! She was very attentive to all our needs and was patient with everything got our drinks right away and just over all made the experience great. I will definitely be coming back

its Hooters.. a small one.. service is OK.. but i was taken aback when i ordered $14.99 breakfast and tea.. and tea was $4.59.. thats ridiculous..

Go somewhere else if you can. Disastrous welcome, the hostess chatted with a man for long minutes while we waited. She then gave us 2 menus on a table that wasn't even cleaned. Paper napkins on the floor and another endless wait to be served. So we left without even seeing a waitress despite the few customers there. 2nd attempt a few days later, by the way (our hotel was nearby). This time it was for a good beer since the Secret Bar in the same building was closed. Another welcome, someone. For beer on tap, only Budweiser remained. 15$C for a tasteless beer, hot and in a plastic glass. Only one advantage if you can call it that, the opening hours....

We visited to celebrate a birthday of a loyal Hooter's fan and left so disappointed! No alcohol as we were told the bartender wasn't there only to find out she had been there since we arrived....just doing other things. Ordered iced teas and they tasted awful so we informed the server and she took them a brought water but still charged us for the teas. All six of our food orders had some sort of issue. I did a build your own sandwich and it came with four things I didn't ask for on it. Server gave part of our order to the table next to us and when they said it wasn't theirs, she just left it there then told us the kitchen was busy so mistakes are made. Stay away if you want an enjoyable meal.

All these reviews about the food is stale, the food was overcooked, the beer was warm. Blah blah blah… nobody goes to hooters for great food. You go for ambiance and Hot girls! So include weather the girls are hot or not in your reviews please 😂😂🫡🫡🙌🏽

Was staying on the strip and breakfast lines were crazy so needed to eat quick. Went to OYO Hooters and was amazed they had breakfast. Great prices, great service, really decent breakfast. Was really satisfied. No long lines, clean definitely worth return trips back

Just went to hooters for the first time. They don’t have one in London! Hostesses Janessa and Carina were very welcoming. Had a good conversation with them and Bartender Brynna was very pleasant as well. Baja shrimp tacos were delicious :)

Business dinners are always important- the location you choose is imperative to the success of your meeting and we knocked it out of the park with this choice. Coming to Hooters was the most casual and laidback atmosphere we could have picked, but our experience was elevated due to the amazing service we received from our server. She was attractive, flirtatious and above all- attentive. Our drinks were never empty, and our every request was met promptly and with a smile. Yvette was kind and considerate to our needs and accommodated our party’s food sensitivity with tact and ease. All of this while maintaining light table conversation and being absolutely adorable. Because of the service we received- not only would I choose this location again for future business dinners- I also would not hesitate to recommend it to other colleagues.

Friends and I were walking from mgm and searched for wings then we came across hooters. I've been in Bay Area Hooters but this place is way better. Chevy helped us out and she has a great personality! She took care of us and made sure our food made it on time. Great customer service and great place to go dine in for wings and beer!

Went to Hooters at OYO casino food bet td er then steak had at Gorden Ranseys and not near the price. We had boneless wings good. I am a fast drinker the waitress who's name is Chevy keep my drink full at all times unlike the other restaurants in Vegas that seat t ok u and forget about you.

Our visit was great! We met McKenna at the booth and there was a short wait, but she got us seated as soon as possible. McKenna was super welcoming and sat us in the booth we requested, even though they were busy that night!

The service by Blanca, Shelsea, Jenny, and Silvara was excellent the last few times I've been there. Nevaeh was great too for snapping a picture of me with Blanca. The food was good too, and Carlos, a manager there, was great too. I will definitely be back.
