Exaggeratedly Italian fairytale pizzeria and fried up to the best Italian pizzeria. Highly recommended

The service, the food, the environment, everything was such a good experience! We had a short wait time for our food for weekday lunch. The pizza was very good, the only thing that could be improved is the size of the salads, they were very small compared to what we had initially thought. The waiters at the restaurant were extremely friendly and helpful, and overall the experience was great. One other thing that could be improved is spacing between the seats, even during COVID, people were seated very close to each other in the front of the restaurant, which can be improved.

We walked from the World Trade Center (about 30 minutes) and had an excellent pizza here. Good beer too. A fairly small place but comfortably cozy with attentive and friendly service. We would definitely return if we’re in the area.

We spent a fantastic evening in this place, family atmosphere and very Italian.Pizza from 10 and praise as the espresso.Proprietario very kind and very affable Italian who offered us very good Italian desserts telling us the story of this "success".Highly recommended for a great pizza and an "Italian" coffee!Chapeu.

The place was nice, at least the inside, but from the outside it looked abandoned. The pizza looked good, but we didn't eat even a quarter of it. The dough was raw and too greasy. Mine was a "godfather" with 4 slices of soppressata and the margherita with Parma ham, with 2 slices of raw ham which had nothing from Parma. Not to mention the Caprese cake, Abbot present when you order a chocolate cake with a dark heart made in the microwave without the dark heart because they cooked it too much? This was their caprese cake, a muffin heated in the microwave and still steaming without the almonds. The staff was of all nationalities, Mexicans, Brazilians, in short South Americans, but not even a trace of Italians. Water $9. First and last time

A beautiful discovery. Having a celiac daughter we are always looking for places that offer gluten-free cuisine. While searching we came across this pizzeria that offers gluten-free pizza. My daughter's opinion was enthusiastic. In her opinion, it's the best gluten-free pizza she's eaten, even compared to the ones she finds at home in Italy. We are talking about a 17 year old girl, not a child (it's worth clarifying). I confirm that the quality of the normal pizzas is comparable to the best Neapolitan-style pizzerias that I frequent here in Italy. Prices are average for the place. The service is very good. In short, if you want to eat excellent pizza in NY you have to go to Kestè. Ah, I forgot, but it's obvious, the owner and pizza chef is absolutely Italian.

On our recent trip to NY we’ve been looking for a restaurant that offers gluten free options in their menu near the Brooklyn bridge area. Fortunately we found Kesté Pizza… excellent service, great food and options for our friends that are allergic to gluten. If you’re nearby, you should try it.

Keste is around the corner from my pottery studio, but I'd never been there. Happened to accidentally wind up at a spontaneous dinner with some of my pottery pals, and could not believe that what I was eating was still called pizza. Made a point of taking my spouse there a couple of weeks after. I am not a big pizza fan, but if this is pizza, then everything else called "pizza" in NYC ought to be renamed. Neapolitan pizza is made with a different dough, and, as far as I can tell, doesn't get thrown in the air. The crust is airy, thicker than standard New York pizza, but one wants to eat every bite, including the heavenly crust. Their toppings are amazing: including prosciutto, artichokes, arugula, spicy mortadella, you name it--all incredibly delicious. They keep it a secret, but they also have dessert: a clearly homemade tiramisu that is as good as any I've ever had.

GLUTEN FREE!!!!! My husband if GF and everything can be gf including lasagna. The staff is incredible! wish I could five them more stars!

This restaurant is truly Italian authentic flavors, a real Italian atmosphere, and top-quality ingredients straight from Italy. The food was excellent, and the staff couldn’t have been kinder. Living in New York, it’s rare to find a place that stays so true to Italian traditions. Thank you, Roberto, for the warm welcome and wonderful hospitality! We can’t wait to come back!

Two out of our family have coeliacs disease so need gluten free. The gluten free pizzas were lovely and we’d highly recommend them. Two others has lasagne and although it tasted lovely it was very small and didn’t come with any sides but the pizzas were good.

I could have eaten the entire pizza - it was that good! The crust was just the right texture - not too crisp and not too soft. The sauce was delicious. If you love good pizza, you won’t be disappointed!

Good pizza. Service is good as well. There were not the ice cream awailabe for the kids, instead there were cakea awailable

I went on Sunday March 31st when the place was serving up full pies for free all day to celebrate its 10-year anniversary. I would definitely return based on the quality of the food and service. We were treated very well considering we were there for the first time and only because we had heard there was free pizza. The owners and staff are very warm-hearted and the pizza is very good.

Just had the best pizza ever, if I never eat another pizza again I’ll be happy. The Butcher is amazing. The whole experience from walking through the door to paying at the end was brilliant. Service - First class Pizza - First class Atmosphere - First class Vino - First class This place is a must if your a lover of pizza

Popped in for lunch, pizza was one of the best . Fresh dough, sauce and ball mozzarella. Pizza was a perfect size and tasty... Defo a place to go.

food is good but staff is so unpleasant - better options include brunetti pizza, world famous lombardis, pasquale jones, and lil frankies!!

Very good suitable for both foreigners and Italians and there is a lot of variety of pizza and other food suitable for birthdays very fast service

Lasagna was small for $24.99 Everything else was nothing special. Disappointed. All the pizza spots were so much better.

Home of the AS Roma Club New York, top-notch pizza, ideal for watching matches in company.

I was impressed with the selection of gluten-free options on the menu. It was the first time, in a long time, that being a glutenless existence didn’t feel limiting at a “regular” restaurant. The crust is thin, which isn’t my personal preference. That said, it’s quite good. Definitely check it out when you’re in town.

We decided to try this as no keen on most chain restaurants , thank goodness we did !! It’s was a cute little restaurant but very welcoming by all the staff and very rustic, you could see the guy making the AMAZING pizza I had the truffle one and my family had the meat the butcher . They were all amazing but the only down fall is I won’t be able to have such an amazing pizza in the UK as nothing will compare ! So amazing 🥰 if you like pizza I 💯 say go here ! Well done guys truly a wonderful restaurant. thanks xx

$5 pies....the pizzas were delicious & you can't beat the price. Love that they offer this. Will definitely be back.

The absolute best Neapolitan style pizza I have ever had. Although, I have never been to Naples, Italy...to set the benchmark, this is the best I've had in the US. Neat little joint with plenty of seating indoors and outdoors. Has a nice bar too. Meatballs were a nice appetizer and the Margarita was excellent. Highly recommended. I suggest a reservation.

Amazing quality, huge portions, and gluten free options! The pistachio and sausage pizza and the “butcher” were absolutely delicious.

Stopped in for lunch on a Saturday to try their pizza. Ordered the quattro formaggi. I was not disappointed! Wonderful crust with authentic toppings. Better than average and reasonably priced.

Great gluten free options HOWEVER if vegan - limited to only one option and vegan pie is not very flavorful and minimal tomato sauce. Very bland . When I asked for more sauce on the side they said they don’t do that. And that’s just how the pie comes .The guy was quite rude abt it too. The bread/crust itself was good for gluten free.

The pizza was excellent, the one that closest to our Neapolitan. Very kind staff and the sweet, Polish, sublime. Finding in New York the dessert they make only in your country for me was an emotion.

Keste produces an authentic NYC pizza from simple to more elaborate. My favorite was the the starter for burrata, proscuitto, and tomato -- all high quality ingredients. We got a Diavola pizza and a Pistachio Pesto w/ Sausage. The Diavola was tasty, but I would have preferred less sopressata on the pizza. I was surprised how much I liked the Pistachio Pesto (which my daughter insisted on getting). It felt perfectly proportioned and wonderfully flavored. Nice quick simple stop in NYC!

Pizzas were some of the best we've ever had! Good selection, vegan and GF options. The service was wonderful: attentive and welcoming. Prices are very fair for the quality and quantity of food. Would definitely return in the future!

Fab glutenfree pizza really nice service and smiling staff. Loved the place and can recommend for normal pizza as well.

We entered into a contract in October to host a private event there in April. We confirmed in January, including speaking to the manager. We then invited guests from out of the country and within the U.S. 8 days before the event, we get an email with no explanation saying they have to postpone....we called and were still not provided with a reason.

Fantastic food and a fantastic pricing. You won’t be disappointed. Their most popular pizza is only $5.00 it’s a Margherita with a very thin crust and also a fantastic list of hors d’odeuvres.

We went to New York to celebrate my daughters 21st birthday. We wanted some authentic New York Pizza. So we got one from Keste and ate it on a bench around the corner, it was fabulous. The taste was exquiste. Thank you for the wonderful pizza.

This is the best pizza restaurant we have ever been to. The pizza's are amazing, the sevice first class. We required gluten free and this is the only time we have been able to order a Calzone, it was excellent. If you are visiting New York this place is a must.

During my recent trip to NYC I made it my mission to scout out the best gluten free pizza on offer, and this is where I found it. Frankly, of all the places I tried (including the famous and in my opinion vastly overrated Rubirosa) it was a complete NO CONTEST. This pizza base, you wouldn’t even know it wasn’t wheat. I actually had to call my waiter over and check first because it just looked too good to be true. But my gluten-challenged friends, dreams CAN come true, and you too can enjoy a magnificent authentic pizza experience without upsetting your delicate constitution. You just have to come to NYC to get it. Now... To go home and try to perfect my pizza base recipe now that I know it CAN be done...

Highly recommend for celiac. They were amazing. My daughter was so happy to have a safe and tasty gf pizza. The staff was great.

I loved my lunch here !! The pizza was delicious, service was excellent and the ambiance was fantastic. Would definitely go back

The pizza here is just delicious. The restaurant is a traditional pizza restaurant setting, which adds to the fun of the place.

I've been to both locations of Keste and both are an incredible experience for any pizza lover. Having had Pizza all over Italy, I have to say that the food here is on par, if not better than what I had in Italy. My wife tried the gluten free crust and it was the best gluten free pizza I've ever tasted. Great texture and char to it. The classic crust had the perfect toothness and flavor to it thanks to the Italian flour, and the sauce and cheese were equally incredible. We ended up going back 4 times in the span of a week because it was so good. The Arancini was also delicious and can be made gluten free if you wish. If you're someone that has a problem with gluten, this is the place to come as they are extremely knowledgeable about the subject and maintain separate ovens. The only downside is that it will ruin you for pizza forever and nothing else will compare.

I ordered the gluten free crust Quattro. It was perfectly cooked and the best GF crust I have ever had. The staff was friendly and attentive. We went right at opening at had no wait at all.

One of the best pizzas I’ve ever had in Italy, or in the United States. Delicious crust top ingredients. Also, authentic fennel salad was outstanding. Also enjoy a beautiful bottle of Brunello that was fairly priced. Service was outstanding. The place is casual but the experience is top notch. Also, impressed by the authentic Neapolitan Pastiera for dessert, and the espresso was outstanding totally on point.

Great pizza. And I do mean GREAT. My wife, who has Celiac, says the Gluten free pizza crust is indistinguishable from regular crust. Good service, not much atmosphere but really good food

I had never had a pizza with truffle cream before my visit to Keste. So delicious, I have been missing out! Highly recommended!

We did the pizza tour bus with Scott and it was our first stop. We love it. The dough is so different in many ways. Delicious! On our way out of the restaurant to the bus I spotted a “pepperoni” look pizza at someone’s table and made the joke I wanted to return to try that pizza. Well, we returned. I described the pizza to the waiter. A young man, who said they didn’t have this pizza. I accepted that and order other pizzas. Well, well… I think the owner or the chef has a tv program and it was showing on all tvs… and the pig rounded salami-pepperoni looking pizza right there in the tv showing about their restaurant. It can also be seen in reviews with pictures. It is all the work of one waiter which I wished we didn’t tip him. Scott did an amazing job and this guy ruined it. The Mexican guys helping serving the food should be the waiters. They are smiling and friendly.

The pizzas here were amazing and so many topping choices! It was so difficult to choose. The pizzas came really quick and service was top quality. The gluten free pizza was unreal, I genuinely thought it wasn’t gluten free and I would be ill later but nothing at all like that. Very impressed! Would definitely return here

I am not a fan of greasy, meat laden pizza so most NYC pizza places do not appeal to me. Keste was recommended to us by our tour guide during a lunch break so we decided to give it a try. Soooo glad we did!!! The pizza was absolutely delicious. Instead of a slice you get a whole personal pie. The Margherita pizza was perfect for me while my husband added prosciutto. We both loved our choices which came to our table straight out of the wood fired brick oven. This was a great find with very reasonable prices for huge servings.

Came across Keste on TA while in FIDI. It was a very wet night and on arrival was greeted by a lovely young lady who sorted a table for our part of. All the staff were so pleasant and friendly. They made us feel right at home. We just ordered a few margarita pizzas and a few beers. We were amazed we could see the chef preparing the pizza and then see then going into oven and a few minutes later we’re on our table. Definitely worth a visit if down in FIDI.

If you want to eat Neapolitan pizzas, this is the place for you. Fast and efficient service, good atmosphere. The pizzas are excellent.

we got there on a Saturday and we sat outside. the heathers did a good job of keeping us warm. The service was excellent, and the pizza was even better. Do not miss the pizza dough with Nutella and ice cream as dessert

Nice outdoor patio (near hospital, lots of ambulances driving by) Neapolitan style, good crust! Crisp/chewy/floppy good flavor Good Italian donut, but overpriced for what you got. Didn’t allow additions to the pizza ( I originally wanted Diavola w/ sausage add on and was told “no”)

We've been to Keste's many times. Once my Italian relatives were visiting and after driving around the US, and getting them pizza everywhere, we took them to Keste. The most critical of the group said, "This is the best pizza in America." He paused and added, "No! This is the best pizza ANYWHERE!" HIGH PRAISE. Oh and try the lemon pizza.....beyond WOW.

While on family Holiday during Christmas we met up with an old friend whom now lives in New York for work. We asked him to recommend somewhere for Dinner, but also reminded him that he needed to redeem himself after previously recommending Lombardi’s on Spring Street which was bang average. On arrival to this Venue we was given a wait time of 15 minutes (really more like 25), We was called in and seated. Drinks orders taken and menus in hand we made our food choices. I had The Butcher, which was quartered with different toppings. It was a lovely pizza My partner shared a 4 Cheese pizza with our 5 year son. My friend had a decent looking pizza also. Drinks and food served with a smile and the restaurant had a nice vibe to it, people around us were happily chatting away and we didn’t feel like we was being rushed to finish our meals. Each of my family believed this was the best pizza we have had on our visit. My little boy would of happily ate a whole pizza to himself but after a few dodgy experiences in other venues, he decided to share with mommy.

if you’ve been missing GREAT pizza since you went GF, this is the place for you. Was Dx with Celiac in 2012 and have had my share of GF “pizzas” in the last 7 years. Keste’s pizzas are not only excellent for GF, friends I’ve brought here have no idea they are eating a GF pie. It’s the best I’ve ever had, bar none. I come here as often as I’m in NYC, which is about monthly. Friendly, authentic service completes the experience. Do yourself a favor and check this place out.

My last visit was a long time ago and I have not been back. That is actually pre C-V. It was for take away of a margherita pizza, mid-day. I knew I like it from a couple of prior visits. However they did me no favor to rush it out; it was under done and heating it further at home would not help after all. If I was enough of a regular and some there knew me, I probably would have been going back, and mentioned it. In the neighborhood, there are some scattered places for slices to go and only that has the nice dining space as this one. I make do with taking slices home from elsewhere.

We've always loved Keste and always went to their Bleeker St. location. But during this visit the Bleeker location was closed, but we weren't going to be denied our pies! So we ventured down to the FiDi to check it out and were super happy we did. They have a large and comfortable outdoor dining space (with heaters set up for the upcoming cooler weather!) and the same high quality delicious pizzas we have come to love. They have so many options, but we typically go old school margarita, spicy diovola or capriciossa and a fresh rucola salad. But their fried pizzas look great too. They also have a great wine list and the front of the house guys, especially Oscar & 'G' are fun, friendly and very professional. Go!

I had the vegan pizza here back in the summer and just wanted to say it was amazing, even the outside space was brilliant to sit in on the roasting summer day. 10/10

This was the best pizza I have ever eaten in my life. It was superb that my daughter who has coeliac disease could also have a fabulous gluten free pizza cooked in a separate area (thank you Keste). The staff were brilliant, the tiny restaurant was lovely and our children enjoyed seeing the chefs at work. 6/5!

Was eager to try given great reviews and seeing on TV. Sadly was disappointed. The Guy Fieri special fried pizza was dry, and cold. The customer sausage and mushroom pizza was flavorless-no seasoning on mushrooms or sauce - a few dry crumbles of some type of brown ground meat (?) masquerading as sausage - pathetic! Perhaps more quality control is necessary- as an Italian from Italy would never go bqck to this place…

At Keste's great service and very good pizza (certainly the one that makes you feel more in Italy here in New York). As for the desserts I tried the pastiera and I found it very good the cannoli instead very crisp and fresh but the filling did not 'like it very much.

Saw a rebroadcast of a DDD visit and decided to give it a try. What a great decision. The pistachio pesto pizza and margarita with pork were favorite bites at the table. Nice seasonal salad made for a great meal. Nice non alcoholic beverage selection too. Outdoor seating was nice.

We ate here for lunch this summer before an information session and tour of NYU. As my wife and daughter are gluten free, we are always looking for somewhere good to eat. Being in New York, we wanted to find good pizza. Keste is the place. This gluten free pizza was as good as any regular pizza, if not better. The price was right, surprisingly low/normal as New York is very expensive, and our service was excellent. When I ever go back to downtown NYC, I will definitely come back to Keste for pizza.

Roberto and crew make authentic Napolitano pizza - thin bubley crust - fresh from the oven. Just like they serve in Italy. A must when we travel to New York.

I have heard that it is a famous place, but haven’t expected to have such good food. They have the best pizza I have ever tasted. And the price is also very reasonable for such nice food. Strongly recommend to everyone. Plus, the staff is very friendly too.

My husband and I usually share a pizza and salad and decided to try Keste. This time we opted to just share a pizza and skipped the salad. We ordered the margherita pizza well done. It was perfect. Crispy crust. Fresh mozzarella and tasty tomato sauce. The best was the bill. $9.00. So worth it for a very tasty pizza. The restaurant has a cozy atmosphere and wait staff is very attentive. We will be back and highly recommend!

Pizzas were delicious, quick, and service was excellent. Very friendly. Will return next time we’re in New York!

It was really a surprise, we found this beautiful place on the advice of a dear friend, the place is really nice, as soon as you enter you feel like you are at home, the service is impeccable, the fantastic thing for me, having a celiac wife, for so many years, sigh sigh😉, is that they have the whole menu both in the normal and gluten-free version, the pizza then is amazing, my wife managed to eat the pizza margherita, supplì, dessert, and ice cream, which were delicious, and did not have any problems. Truly many many many many compliments. However, the plus of this place, is the owner, great professional, who transmits the passion and professionalism he puts into his work. Congratulations. Bravo bravo bravo.

We found this restaurant online & decided to book - good think we did as the place was rammed which is always a good sign on a Wednesday evening. We were shown straight to our table. The ambience in the restaurant was great, people were talking & clearly enjoying themselves but the noise level wasn’t excessive at all, just a really good vibe. Table service was exceptional from both the waiter & the bus staff who appeared & disappeared just at the right time. The food choice was varied & we tried a couple of starters we’ve never had before. The pizzas were epic & probably rate up there as one of the best I’ve had. All in all, I can’t recommend this place enough & we may well book again before we leave.

My wife and I went there for lunch since my wife is GF. She said it was some of the best GF crust she has ever eaten. They do not substitute anything on any pizza they make so she was upset. However, my Diavola pizza was amazing. We can get this kind of pizza at home, but the quality and size were amazing. I would definitely eat here again.

The place is located on a side street, not very visible so I stumbled into it by chance. Excellent pizza with great wine and beer selection, friendly service and cozy ambiance. Not the cheapest pizza by far, but worth every penny.

Truly an unforgettable experience in NYC for the gluten-free gal. The GF Sabrina was life-changing and the best gluten-free pizza I've ever had. All of the staff were attentive and would make recommendations when my party was unsure what to select. The menu was SUPER gluten-friendly and I had many options to choose from. I didn't love the first cocktail I ordered and the waiter noticed I wasn't drinking it, so he quickly offered me something else and took the first drink off of my bill. Will not hesitate to visit Keste Pizza y Vino next time I am in NYC!

I’m an Italian in vacation in NY and I wanted to try the Keste’s pizza. The expectations were high but the pizza it’s really good and it tastes as the italian one. There are many topping’s mix that are really flavorful. The personal is kind and the check is aligned with the quality of the ingredients.

We got this pizza to go after a long drive to NYC and Jeez I was not expecting this at all. It was the closest place we found with GF pizza and I have tasted a lot of GF crusts over the years. This was exceptional, not dense. It was airy but substantial. It had flavor but was not filled with salt. I saw no seeds (nothing against seeds, but this did make it stand apart). So I sat down and crushed the whole pizza, every bit of the crusts too. Then I dreamed about it and then I told my fellow GF friends about it. Fabulous all around. Oh and the gluten eaters were happy too, but really they get good pizza all the time.

Great pizza in a cozy location. You will feel at home. Also exceptional is the gluten-free pizza. Try it if you are in the Big Apple! 🔝🤩

The best gluten free pizza in NYC! This place is a guarantee for us celiacs: attention, expertise and variety. All pizzas on the menu can be gluten-free and are delicious! They also have a lot of choice on fried food (unfortunately we still can’t have gluten free pasta omelettes) and desserts!

Keste does, hands down, the best gluten free pizza I've had. In fact, if I hadn't ordered it myself, I'd not have been able to tell it was gluten free. Besides the great pizza, the service was attentive and friendly and the recommended red wine was superb. Definitely worth a visit.

First of all they have great 😊 Italian sausage pizza 🍕.Second the they have good 😊 bread 🍞 too . Lastly, the people who work here are very nice 😊.

Very good pizza at reasonable price. Good selection of italian beers. Highly recommended for a quick casual lunch

After researching online my husband recommended Keste pizza for their gluten free pizza after reading great reviews. We arrived, were told we would get a table within 10/15 minutes. We waited outside the restaurant, as requested, for about half an hour and then our table was ready. Was so excited to get some really good gluten free pizza! We ordered drinks, which arrived promptly, and then started looking at the menu. To our disappointment, the gluten free pizza contains codex wheat starch. I cannot tolerate wheat starch and neither can a lot of coeliacs. It has not been mentioned on any reviews that the pizza is not wheat free. We ended up finishing our drinks, quickly, as the restaurant had a queue waiting for tables. We then had to quickly find somewhere else which does gluten free food, which is not always easy when you have no internet access. Very disappointing.....😥😥

During our stay in NYC we had the chance to try a pizza at Keste, it was a great pizza. The restaurant is small, always full and stay very friendly. Definitely we recommend.

Fresh dough and ingredients, delicious pizza, good portion, and very agreable staff. A spot to keep in mind!

Despite what many NYC pizzerias claim, a real Neapolitan pizza is hard to find. At Kesté, we finally found it. Good food (not just the pizzas, also starters, salad and desserts), good drinks, friendly staff, reasonable prices. The only minor negative thing was service a bit slow, but maybe it was just a particularly busy moment.

Visited twice when back in NYC in August. Will always be a favourite of mine and although I tried some new pizza places when we were over, Keste will always be the best for quality and it's relaxed service. $5 Pizza Popolare was good for the kids, I tried 'The Butcher' this time and that was great. See you again next year

Place could use a little sprucing up inside and out but food, service and staff are all exceptional. Just stopped for a drink but decided to stay for dinner and will be back.

we had a couple pizzas, one was pretty good, the other was fair. I have had better elsewhere. The salad pizza was pretty uninteresting.

I have been here twice since moving to NYC, and it is so SO good. I have to do gluten free, and the pizza is incredible! So many options. Friendly staff and quick service. Can't wait to come again!

Came cold but stuck the pizzas in the oven while we enjoyed the salads. Once heated the pizzas were great. Good quality food. Will definitely try the restaurant.

Let me start by saying that we went to this "Neapolitan" (?) pizzeria only because the Roma Club New York meets there and we wanted to follow our team's match, otherwise I would never have gone or looked for a pizzeria in New York. I have doubts about the fact that it is Neapolitan-run as it seemed to me that no one was of Italian origins. Kind service. Pizza also good but average of those you can find anywhere in Italy (I tasted all the best ones according to the Gambero Rosso rankings) but the bill was shocking. I paid 190 dollars for 5 pizzas + drinks (9 dollars a mineral water). basically if you are passing through or on holiday in NY forget it there is no need to go there.

We stopped in here after a beer across the street . Original plan was to go to John’s which had a line out the door so we tried Keste . It was very good and service was lightning quick . Seats are pretty much on top of each other but that is often the case in the city . I would recommend for sure

As a recently diagnosed celiac we were in need of gluten free options while visiting the financial district in NYC. A review in trip advisor made this look promising. Pizza was not the first option in our mind, but oh wow, thank God I am now celiac or we would have skipped Kesté. What an amazing experience. The service was phenomenal, the entire staff was super friendly. We shared four different pizzas and we had lively debate about which one we liked best. We all loved all of them. Their gluten free Doug is so good that my family said it was the best pizza they had ever had. I would give this place an additional star if one was available. Bravo!

We literally stumbled across this very small but very busy pizza place and thought we’d give it a try. We were lucky to be seated right away. The service was fast and friendly. We weren’t very hungry so ordered a margharitta pizza to share. The crust was crisp and delicious, the sauce and mozzarella very good. We had a glass of wine, a soft drink and two dishes of gelato. When the bill came I thought there was a mistake as the total was low. I looked over the bill and saw that the pizza was only $5. I couldn’t believe it.

I avoid gluten in foods as much as possible. I have not had a lot of luck with gluten free pizza. This was the best gluten free crust, it was nice and doughy, like a regular wheat crust. The toppings were good as well, arugula , buffalo mozzarella , Parmesan , prosciutto . A great combination. The service was fast and friendly. I will definitely return. And for those with celiac , the pizza was prepared in a separate kitchen

Headed to this place having seen some travel blogs. We had a lovely table although the place is on the small and cosy side. Two great pizzas and some drinks but wouldn't say was inexpensive but that's probably more to do with the value of the pound right now. All in all a lovely little spot in a cool part of NYC

I’ve loved this place since it opened—until my last visit. I didn’t order the pizza this time, but the dishes we tried were disappointing: the tiramisu had little taste, the arancini lacked flavor, the quinoa salad was so small we finished it in seconds, and even the regular salad was tiny. I get it—rent in NYC is at an all-time high and new tariffs don’t help—but raising prices while shrinking portions and flavor is not the answer. I’m Italian, from near Napoli, and I know this type of food. My Falanghina was $13 for less than five ounces, and to make things worse, we were rushed out despite many empty tables. Our check was dropped and the table cleared before we were even finished. Perhaps it was just my server or they had a bad night, we (my husband and I) spent over $100 and left hungry, disappointed and feeling a bit taken for granted. I hope the service changes and they reconsider the portions on the non-pizza dishes.

The pizza choices are abundant and the three were selected were absolutely wonderful. The service was really good as well.

Great lunch spot for a family. We passed by by chance at 11:30 when the lunch service started and got a good table on the outdoor terrace. They had 8-inch pizzas if you wanted for lunch which was perfect for us. The topping but especially the dough was awesome. Fast service and service in general.

Stopped in for a late lunch with a table of 6. We split a salad and three awesome pizzas on the patio. Also ordered a few of the spritz cocktails which were excellent. Pizzas were all out of this world. Wish they had a location in LA! Service was also incredibly good and friendly!

Our large group of 11 made reservations here before the Circle Line cruise- Fulton Street location. Pizza was delicious! Service was wonderful and setting was warm and friendly. Would highly recommend and can't wait to go back!

Food and service were excellent with not your run of the mill pizza joint wine selection! We had the Siciliana salad (fennel, orange, olives) and the Autunno a New York (raddicchio, arugula, fresh berries, avocado,). Both were excellent! So fresh and so flavorful. We order 4 pizzas among the 4 of us just to taste different ones. All were delicious….the crust is just so good. Of course, we ordered 2 desserts to share that were amazing, as well. Can’t recall names but one was a donut stuffed with pistachio crème and the other was similar to churros (donut like) with melted chocolate on top with pistachio ice cream. Do yourself a favor, and don’t pass on the wine list! Our servers were extremely polite and so kind. I’d go back here in a heartbeat!

Had heard great things about Keste pizza and we were not disappointed. Popped in for their lunch deal. Fantastic value at $5 dollars per pizza. Pizza was delicious and service quick, helpful and friendly. Highly recommended.

Decided to try this place cause a friend described it as "the best pizza of his life". The dough is really good, but I got a pizza with burrata on top and they cooked it in the oven, ruining it, adding also 50 leaves of basil (cooking and burning those too). If you say you're a place where you have the real pizza from Naples, these things have to be better. My girlfriend had the Kestè and it was really really good, fully recommended. Sauce and crudo di parma were amazing. Overall good, but the cooked burrata really made me disappointed.

very good pizzas numerous formulas and 2 sizes very good salad as a starter. lack of pasta options, pity. Ice cream houses correct. The servers are friendly and efficient. Only a waitress wouldn't let me charge my phone. Award tres elce ww

DELICIOUS!!!! Wow were we impressed!! I have celiacs and read that Keste offered delicious GF pizza that was cooked safely. My expectations were pretty low as GF pizza can be mediocre but OH MY DID KESTE BLOW US AWAY!!! Best pizza I’ve ever had in my life! We had the “Sabrina” and the margherita with salami. My friend who isn’t GF even said it was some of the best pizza he had! Their Normal gluten pizzas looked amazing as well! Great service too!

Came here for a team lunch with a group of 8. We had made reservations, so we didn't have any trouble with the seating. Unfortunately, a larger group decided to also have their team lunch at the same time, and they were seated next to us, so it got pretty loud. But onto the food. The menu is very extensive - a little too extensive. It took a while for everyone to figure out what they wanted to order because there were too many options to choose from. For starters, we had the arancino and Fraticelli (two lightly fried dough filled with aged spiced provolone and black pepper). Both were okay. I preferred the rice ball to the Fraticelli. The provolone cheese was very sharp in that one. For the main, I had the Capricciosa (tomato sauce, artichokes, assorted mushrooms, Italian cooked ham, fresh mozzarella, grana, basil, EVOO). This sounds like there's a lot going on, but I really liked all of the different toppings. The crust however, was a different story. I did enjoy the thinner crust, but a lot of spots on the bottom were burnt and unedible. I ended up peeling a lof of those bits off. Some other people at the table also had the same issue. While I liked the toppings, it's not enough to make me come back. The crust is equally, if not more important, and if that's not good, then you don't have a good pizza.

Great location, friendly service and the best pizza in town! Would recommend it for sure. Coming back of course!

The margharita pizza was delicious and so was the Marinara. The gluten free veggie pizza was expensive and very dough'y too thick. The veggies were good on it though. Service was friendly and pizza came relatively quickly.

We ate here whilst in the area and it was lovely and homely. We loved our pizza, although my son wasn't keen on his panini. However, we paid for the food on a pre-loaded card and paid a tip in cash. I clearly marked the bill as such but when checking later that evening they took a 22% tip as well. If it was a credit card, I'd have disputed the transaction but as we were on holiday it didn't seem worth the hassle. I wonder how many others this happens to though - we've experienced it twice in our 10 days in New York, and both times in a pizza joint.

We did it Greenwich Village Pizza crawl on a beautiful Sunday sunny afternoon and had a great experience at Kesté. We split an 11 inch pie among four people topped with mushrooms and prosciutto. One good-sized slice per person along with a refreshing adult beverage. Beers and spritzers. Wonderful food, wonderful drinks, and a very friendly and attentive staff. They don’t sell slices but it’s not a big deal. Excellent fresh and piping hot thin crust pizza. Will definitely stop back here next time we are in the neighborhood.

Great pizza place in the financial district downtown NYC. Pizzas here are 12 inch individual portions nuts 4 slices. Great thin crust and a real Napolitano style. Enjoy!

This pizza joint is a chain at NYC. It was the worst pizza I ever eaten. Crust was nasty soft at the bottom, you can't tell if it's really oven pizza when everything shatters when you hold it! $3.99 Whole Foods Pizza would be a better choice! The restaurant also needs to hire better more knowledgeable waitress. When asked for recommendations, she shrugged it off and said, she'll come back later. When asked if it's a sharing portion, she showed us with her hands how small it would be for sharing. She mentioned 4 slices. We ended ordering 2 pizzas as a result of that. When two pizzas came, it ended up being a big 11' 4 slices beyond a single person's diet! We not happy because it ended up being a $50 worth of pizzas when half of them goes to trash, instead we decided to give it to the starving homeless on streets of Time Square! When we told waitress during ordering to split checks, she forgotten, no apologies. The WORST came is our tip was charged at 41% not 20%! REMEMBER: our checks wasn't split, so tip was automatically added based on total amount even when we only had 2 pizzas to pay! BEWARE, DO NOT GO HERE!!! Beyond expensive for what you're paying and service is a trash!

Today my friend and me visited Keste. We are two 18 year old girls from Germany and were really looking forward to this restaurant because they offer a vegan Pizza, which was very delicious. The food was good but the waiter was extremly unfriendly! He spoke to us like we weren't their guests. He was so derogatory and arrogant that we left the restaurant with an anger. He even ignored my "Goodbye" because he was too distracted by controlling the money, although we didn't gave him a reason for that. We definetly would not recommend Keste because of the bad service and treatment to their guests. There are good pizzas somewhere else in New York and the waiter will probably be a lot more friendly there...

FABULOUS Neapolitan gluten-free pizza. The crust was as good as regular. We had a stuffed pizza delivered after a long day. Fabulous!

Superb quality and creativity with this hard to find financial district gem. It only offered 11-inch individual size pizzas. The quality is such that once you start, it’s hard to put it down till you eat the whole thing. It’s delicious. This pizza is easily among NYC’s best and definitely top 5. It also has been voted as one of the best 100 pizzas in the world. So, definitely worth your time and money!

Super pizza, Neapolitan. Top products and kind service. Prices average for New York. If you are in town you absolutely must try it.

Keste is a pizza-lovers dream in Lower Manhattan. It is a really great lunch spot while visiting some of the nearby attractions near the Financial District. Service is quick and friendly, salads are fresh and delicious, and the drinks are cold. We really like the avocado and quinoa salad and the capricciosa pizza. This really is a place you should try if looking for a quick, tasty and moderately-prized meal.

Great pizza-genuine quality rather than quantity. Good ingredients, nice service. Good to stop by after a boat tour or if in the area.

We went there as 4 families with a total of 20 people. They accommodated us quickly and were so friendly. The pizza was so amazing! We had about 9 children in our group, and they can be pretty picky. They are used to “American” style pizza, and we were worried they wouldn’t like the very authentic Italian pizza. But they absolutely loved the pizza at Keste! We will definitely return!

Our son recommended this place and it was great! The pizza and the service were both excellent. Our son also took a pizza making class at this restaurant.

um, WOW! pizza was outstanding. we had truffle cream/mushroom/prosciutto and Margarita pies (both gluten-free). we could actually taste each the quality ingredients, the truffle one was really special and the Margarita ranked right up there with any other amazing pizza I've had. Our waiter Emilio was super personable and helped make our experience enjoyable. there were so many fantastic choices we had a difficult time deciding! Yes, it's a bit pricy but if you go for lunch it's more affordable. It's a must go if you need gluten-free - and even if you don't.

Incredible gf pizza in NY! They have a separate oven so it’s safe for coeliacs. Went back twice - highly recommended. Nice vibe instead and outside seating also available and great on a sunny day.

First stop here on a tour of great pizzerias in NYC. They serve brick oven pizza here, Neopolitan style. Quite good. Only negative: ordered a 12 oz can of Coke (with a glass of ice) from the bar....with tax (before tip) it was $6.53....

Today we went to Kesté Pizza & Vino on 77 Fulton Street NY. It was in one word PERFECT. Thank you Roberto for your hospitality and the best Pizza and Pasta we ever had.

It's a very welcoming place, fantastic staff and excellent pizza, coming from a true Italian, I highly recommend it!

Having tasted the pizza at the Bleeker location while on an organized pizza tour, we knew we wanted to go back. Our tour guide had mentioned the Fulton location offered a greater variety of pizzas including a deep-fried version. We were intrigued. We went to Keste for lunch on a Friday and had no problem getting a table. We ordered one of the deep-fried options (the Montanara) and it was excellent. It had a thicker crust – chewy with a crispy exterior. I loved the contrast in textures. The crust was not greasy. We also had one of the Neapolitan style pizzas and that too was excellent. Keste has some of the best pizza we have ever had.

Saw the reviews on this place and took the trip to visit on a rainy day and what a great decision! The staff were welcoming and attentive and the pizza was AMAZING. Definitely recommend! Super quick and can see your pizza being prepared and cooked.

5 star for the quality of the food and employees. 1 star for the MAKE PIZZA DRINK WINE CLASS BY HUNGRY POP. Class holds about 30 ppl, starts around 7pm. Groups of 5 go up to add toppings to already made dough= "pizza making". Toppings are in large bowls and everyone uses their hands to touch all of the ingredients. No gloves, no serving utensils. After about 1.5hr and 25 people have reached into the ingredients with their hands, the last 5 people get to go up to make their pizza and eat- this was about 9pm....Poorly executed for the price point. The pizza at the restaurant is 5$. Best to just order a bunch of pies and wine.

If you want authentic Neapolitan pizzas in NYC, Keste is the place. Sometimes long line-ups but worth the wait.

Without a doubt, this pizzeria is authentic and delicious Italian pizza. The best part is that the gluten-free options are extraordinarily good. The salads are exquisite (I would dine there just for the artichoke salad!). The service is unparalleled. So glad we came.

We had lunch in this place after an intense morning of walking and we were rewarded with a very, very good pizza, prepared with excellent ingredients, clearly explained in the videos shown in the place during meals. Good service, simple but nice place. A note of merit for the Gluten Free pizza which my wife greatly appreciated (despite initial fears of contamination, which fortunately later proved to be unfounded). Good prices considering New York City standards.

The pizza was fabulous. Our waiter Santiago was friendly and helpful. The ambiance of this new location is so different from the dark hole-in-the-wall in the West Village. I miss the old ambiance.

If you are in West Village don't miss a pizza at Kesté. Very good value for money. Pizzas are of very high quality and service is good as well,

This pizzeria in the heart of downtown is a piece of Italy in NYC, not only for the exquisite Neapolitan pizza but above all for the hospitality of the team and the owner Roberto, an authentic Italian innkeeper! The place is very characteristic with 3 and I mean 3 wood-burning ovens! The pizzas are delicious and reasonably priced for NYC Right behind it is the famous PIER 17 on South Street Port which is a real gem for a postcard sunset on the Brooklyn Bridge! Ps if you are Roman fans here is the Roma club 🐺 Thanks Roberto (from the Lazio family ☺️)

We found this place on a whim and it was a terrific find! The pizza is wonderful - crust is really good and truly authentic. As an Italian, I highly recommend this place.

This place was recommended by another friend and loved up to the billing - great pizza and a good ambience but I especially loved the gluten free pizza, a real treat and probably the best I’ve had, or at least very close to the one we had in Naples - also reviewed.

After 13 days in America eating in fast food, we needed genuine food and looking on Trip I found this pizzeria and from Neapolitan I was attracted by the name, I read the various reviews and decided. Friendly and very nice staff, not to mention the owner who is Italian precisely Latina, humble and professional person, told us a bit about his professional history, it is nice to find entrepreneurs who put themselves on the front line to work and teach the trade to their collaborators. From the TV they projected videos where they showed how they produce mozzarella and other products... all made by them!!! we ordered 4 pizzas all very good, indeed the best I have ever eaten in qst days... and many pizzerias in Campania! We ordered 2 Kimbo Expresso coffees just like what I do at home. The owner was very kind to offer us as a dessert Polish and pancakes with Nutella, delicious! I recommend this place more than qll that run on social, if you want to eat the real Neapolitan pizza and not only, go there! All Italian products and all speak Italian

Quite good by Italian standards. The food was fine, the service reasonable, and the ambiance super-lively. Well, is pizza.

Eating at Keste`is like eating in Italy. Both the food and the atmosphere are authentic and above average. This is Neapolitan pizza - no slices - so don't expect NY pizza. Amazingly, not only can you get everything gluten free, it actually tastes good! The owner takes pride in his kitchen and has developed his own delicious gluten-free dough. There are lots of options, including non-pizza options, and the espresso is excellent. My family and friends rate it just as highly for non-GF options. This is my favorite pizzeria, bar none!

Just because the waiter/server knew that we were Asians, he never treated us right. He was rude! By the time, he gave us the bill, he began moving fast. It’s too obvious that he only wants cash/tips. The food was great and so with the ambiance but the service is awful. 😢

Wow!! This is true Italian pizza! I wish they had one of these in Tennessee because we could live off of it. Both my Daughter & I have to eat GF and we loved this pizza. We sat at the bar and our service was amazing! My husband ate a whole pizza to himself and they also had a good selection of whiskey. I would recommend this place to anyone whether you need to eat gluten free or not. It is by far at the top of our list!!

Usually we eat at the Bleecker St. location, but they were closed for lunch and this location was closer to us and open. I liked this location a bit better because it had more space. The food and service was as amazing as the other location. We eat here every year when we come to NYC. They also had a great lunch special.

Best gluten-free pizza I’ve ever had. The cooking class was worth the trip to NYC. Friendly atmosphere and amazing food. Eduardo is a great teacher!

The best pizza in NYC! The crust is true Neapolitan, as in Naples Italy perfect. Thin but a little chewy to capture the taste. The toppings, excellent; one Margherita and one white.

What an amazing experience! Ever since Buona Forschetta opened up in San Diego, I have been eager to try a Neopolitan-style pizza in New York City. There are quite a few places in Manhattan to choose from, and we ended up at Keste because they make a gluten-free pie that my wife would be able to enjoy. I was expecting greatness, and they exceeded my (and my wife's) expectations. Both the regular and gluten-free pies were perfection! By sheer luck, I was there on a day when they had a ragu pizza. The waiter explained to me that instead of the normal pizza sauce, the ragu pizza used a meat sauce that had been simmering for over 12 hours. He sounded very passionate about this particular pizza, so I ordered it. WOW! That had to have been the best pizza I've ever had in my life. Frankly, any pizza I ordered there would have been excellent because their pizzas have an amazing firm yet pillowy crust, but the ragu sauce took the pizza to completely different level. My wife felt the same way about her gluten-free pizza. It's very very hard to find good gluten-free pizza, but Keste has figured it out. Whether you're gluten-free or not, if you love Neopolitan-style pizza, you MUST visit this place.

First atop every time in NYC! Real Italian pizza, crunch crust, thin dough, tastes incredible! My favorite is Keste pizza. My boyfriend ate the regular pizza and thinks is very very good. Love it and highly recommending it!

IMO,lunch, classic Italian wood fire pizza for 5$ @ lunch,3 types to choose from. Nice place.GR8 pizza. Not to busy through the week.

We went for dinner and the pizza was great! We also had a insalata pizza that was awesome! The drinks were good and the service great I suggest you try it!

Think about how you have trouble deciding. Well here you can order two of this delightful thin crust pizza not have to decide. This is a great pizzeria, and the setting is comfortable.

We’ve been here tonight and we’ve definitely had the best meal since the start of our holiday in New York. We’ve had a little starter, the arancini and we’ve loved it. The rice was cooked perfectly and the crunchiness was spot on. Then we’ve had two margherita pizzas, a montanara (classic fried pizza) and a regina margherita. They were all lovely and beautifully cooked. Also, the 2 margherita pizzas were only 5$ each, so the cheapest ones in the city, much better than more expensive ones. We’ve also tried two desserts: the pastiera and the caprese. I couldn’t even choose which one was better and I know pastiera is really hard to make, so that one was perfect. We’ve met the owner of the place, Roberto, and he talked to us and interacted all along. He’s such a nice person and a great entrepreneur, in my opinion. Definitely coming back before leaving NYC.

One of the best pizza meals I have ever had I had the Montanara Sabrinara Truffle cream base Buffalo mozzarella, gran cru pecorino, caciocavallo ragusani Parmigiano regiano Belgioso crescenza Badil Extra olive virgin oil Salame golfetta Fresh shaved truffle from Urbani Cesanese del Piglio red wine A delightful lunch by the World Teade Center on 66 Gold Steet, downtown Valente Souza Mexico City

The pizza was fine, expensive, but fine. Customer Service was non-existent. I am still waiting for them to get back to me on an order that I placed 2 months ago. I don't mind paying the price for good food and good service, but they go hand in hand, so I will not be ordering from them again.

Great experience and service is great. Awesome pizza. Quick in and out, recommended. Good for office workers.

Having lunch on a terrace in the heart of New York and eating well for a fair price is a luxury that many would like to be able to experience. Kesté has it all. Very nice terrace, efficient and friendly staff, it is right in the heart of the big city and the pizzas are of very good quality! In a future opportunity, it will certainly be a place to visit again.

Authentic neapolitan pizza, friendly staff in a not overhyped ambience in the historic Greenwich Village

Can't wait to return there! Prices are a bit high, but they are deserved. Staff extremely friendly!!

Excellent Gluten Free Pizza! Only down side was being charge for a second iced tea when my husband asked for a refill. That was not clearly communicated!

Great service, it was actually one of my first comments that the service was excellent and everyone was so friendly. We ordered an appetizer, pizza and calzone and all of it was delicious. I would definitely highly recommend this place and comeback in the future

When you arrive you can feel the buzz...the staff are incredible and speak multiple languages. The ambience is friendly, the people are cool, the Pizza is rediculously good!! I LOVE THIS PLACE. Well worth it. Try the Keste with a 1/2 liter of Red. INCREDIBLE. Shout out to Vito and Onur. Amazing people. There used to be another guy there too....His name is Bill. Havent seen him in a while. GREAT STAFF

Wow, amazing pizza... the traditional Napolitano pizza, soggy with fresh mozzarella delicious sauce and chard crust. Bravo keste, I’m coming back real soon

After walking around the battery towards the Brooklyn Bridge, we walked down Bleeker street and “found” Keste Pizza & Vino. How lucky we were. The pizza dough is so airy and delicious. What a treat for lunch. Great quick service in this restaurant with a good ambience. PS try the Nutella Angiol. Little pieces of pizza dough covered in the delicious Nutella chocolate cream.

Imagine. Someone—any one- counsels you, “Get thee to Keste pizzeria.” Surely you will ask why. First, some anti-answers (excuse me Keste): The “white” pizza, although delicious, seems a big outsized. The four-pieces arriving on the tray seem insufficient, morsel like, for a festive Friday night outing. Yes, they emit some—just some—allure. The thin, small-town alley layout recalls one-column, “river” stories one wrote at his/her first daily newspaper job back in Passaic (Pass-Ache), N.J. Every pair of customers—they are mostly pairs—face each other pressed into one lane of the mini-fice (not edifice). Waiters squeeze along perpendicular to the semi-squashed customers. And the waiters scoot quickly: attain the victuals from the Kitchen, hustle them to the tables, return in record time to grab any plates made barren by the eaters. Main courses immediately uber up the thin “waiter side-walk” and are quickly gobbled up by veteran customers who know it’s now or never at Keste. Even the pairings, the “line,” that waited outside on this first, slightly chillery evening, were exonerated by waiters who greeted, directed, and sat down the Keste novice eaters. So, why here rather than soothing oneself slowly, totally, fully for extended eating commitment just across the way at John’s “unfamous” (sorry Mr. Ray if and wherever you exist)? Easy!: to experience the mystery of Keste’s couple to couple closeness mystery. And, yes, there next to our own coupling was another bigger, spicier, and more magnetizing slice of life than any of the myriad pizza models generously worded on the menu. She—of the coupling—shared her squashery—I mean her depression era seat—with her elegant, large, almost larger than the table itself where they sat—white, extra grand, satchel tote bag. It made the waiter passageway cry out of jealousy. Most important, she of the couple, not only looked but dressed, shook head, make-uped, and even extensively, fragrantly spoke and bespoke of one from luscious, faraway Old and New Dehli. The partner facing her, in comparison but only in comparison, quiet, seeking a way to enter some words of his own, presented also as a Dehli-lite delight but perhaps some centuries removed to, perhaps, Guyana. The pair giggled happily together. She talks up a storm; the man gets in very little but they seem giggly and happy together. They speak not a palpable mot to us nor we to them. Yet the visage of the Lady yea even in the midst of deftly munching, crunching, and nibbling at her “red” pizza definitively asks, “Hey, you next to us, why are you here? You know you need, want, and even yearn to be across the River, in Journal Square, stuffing your paratha with broccoli, mushrooms, beetroot, and olives. You know it, her eyes, hair, hands, clothes, and bag peer at us. Head to Dehli as soon as possible she emits. I know it, I silently reply, and systemically hungry, I slither down the alley and out the “alley” to Bleecker Street. My heart is at Eatopia in New Dehli or, at the very least, entering Patel’s in Jersey City. The next day, punishment for not eating, yea, being, in Dehli arrives. Coldness ensues; first NYC sweater day arrives.

We went into this restaurant to eat and watch a game with friends, but the waiters and the owner pushed us away in a very rude way and for no reason. I do not recommend anyone to come to this place!!!!

It was tough to find the place since it was hidden under a large residential building. This part of town is really iffy - not quite clean FiDi and almost touristy Seaport. Pizza is eh. Dough is bland and tasteless. Cheese not plentiful. Slow service. Poor selection of beers. Very unimpressed. It’s kinda tough to find good coal oven style pizza in downtown area. For regular Neo street pizza, I prefer the downtown Joe’s which opens really late and takes credit cards. I feel the Tribeca Serafina actually has best coal oven pizza in the downtown area.

Was recommended to check out Kaste by a friend, and was not disappointed. Excellent value as the margarita pizza is only $5. There are also white pizza options and plenty of choices for the gluten-free and vegan crowd. Definitely recommend checking out if you're up for some delicious Neapolitan pizza!

Stopped in for lunch on our way home and we were seated immediately. We each ordered a Margherita pizza and service was quick. Our piping hot pizzas were delivered in minutes. We devoured them! So good! I had read about the $5 pizza special but didn't realize that it was offered all day. I was thinking it was a weird non-busy time. My husband was pleasantly surprised when the check came. Good service and fabulous pizza. As close to Italy as you are going to get. I would return when in the area again. Highly recommend.
Great food but terrible service and experience
Pizzas were very good and napoli style. Only reason for low rating was service was very poor. Took 20mins for waiter to show up since we were sat down. Waiter experience was very dull and made us feel like nobody.
