This was something my son wanted to go on his birthday, so we went along to see what a Korean BBQ and hot pot tastes like in New York. The whole place is an amazing experience and something we won't forget. The food the use is top quality and the way things are run is really smooth. You order on an iPad, placing an order and then 5 minutes later it arrives. The experience with friends or family is great and the staff are really friendly. We had Ariz who was great and talked us through the whole experience, he even brought my son a slice of cheesecake with a candle in it for his birthday 🎂 I have had hotpots and Korean BBQ all over the world and in Japan where this is really popular. This was among the best I have ever had and would recommend to anyone to go.

Four full rounds of all-you-can-eat and I loved every bite! First round with short rib and beef tongue, finishing with snow crab legs, crawfish, and blue crab—everything was fresh and flavorful. Service was outstanding. Gia, my sweet Burmese server, took care of everything before I even asked—gloves, napkins, water, and grill changes. She deserves Employee of the Week! At first, the hosts almost turned me away when I requested Section C (my usual spot as a regular), but the floor manager accommodated me after just an 8-minute wait. Big thanks for that. Overall, a 10/10 solo dinner. Post-COVID, I don’t expect much from restaurant service, but Gia truly stood out. KPOT Midtown—you made my night!

This place just opened at the end of August 2024. It is an all you can eat, cook your own meal, and go back for seconds many times. The cuts of meat are great, and you can experiment with all of the choices. The hot and cool appetizers are also very good. They are included in the price and are also unlimited. One thing to remember: eat what you order. Wasted food has an upcharge. The wait staff are very gracious. They will help you with cooking if you need it. Overall, this place is an experience worth having. I would highly recommend this location!
