Super overpriced for the donuts when I had just had bought a dozen a few weeks before on Pennsylvania for at least $6 less. Wort it to grab a single donut, but definitely overpriced compared to regular Krispy Kreme.

We came here for a late-night snack after watching a show. Apparently a lot of other people had the same idea, as at 11pm at night there was a line out the door. The donut shop is quite large and you can watch the donuts being made through a window. You can also get what I think, is a free Krispy Kreme paper hat. The donuts are great – same as Krispy Kreme anywhere else, too.

Really delicious donuts and not too sweet. Lots of flavors to choose from, all to try. Perfect to take away, only flaw cost a little too much to be donuts

We used to have a Krispy Kreme where are from so my now teen kids remember watching them make donuts there and was a thing we did every Sun till it closed. They had such a fun time and the staff was just so sweet.

During my recent visit to Krispy Kreme Times Square, I was disappointed by the lack of attention and customer service provided by the staff. While the donuts were delicious, the overall experience left much to be desired. First and foremost, the staff seemed disinterested and inattentive to customers. Despite a long line and busy atmosphere, they appeared unengaged and failed to prioritise customer needs. It was frustrating to observe employees not acknowledging or assisting customers promptly, which resulted in prolonged wait times and a sense of neglect. Although the donuts themselves were tasty, the overall experience was marred by the lack of attention from the staff. Customer service is a vital aspect of any establishment, and unfortunately, it fell short during my visit to Krispy Kreme Times Square. I hope that the management takes note of these concerns and makes efforts to improve the customer service at this location. A more attentive and engaged staff would greatly enhance the overall experience for visitors, ensuring a more positive and enjoyable visit to Krispy Kreme Times Square.

Krispy Kreme has always been a favorite place for me to visit. The donuts are the best when they’re hot but watching the donut making glazing process is a lot of fun! This location is large and quite busy. The donuts are decent but come for the show, to be in the flagship store in Times Square and to see the Big Apple donut. $11 for the donut which is outrageous but the presentation is gorgeous.

Guess I got lucky the staff members I got were great. They were patient while we tried to decide what doughnuts to get. It was cool watching doughnuts being made.

Hot Donuts!! How can you go wrong!! And so many choices!!! YUMMMM We were fortunate to have no line, and an abundance of options for yummy hot donuts! If you are in the area you have to stop here!!

This is the Flagship store for Krispy Kreme in Times Square. This location is open 24 hours, but not the store itself. Only the ordering window on the side is open 24 hours a day. They are currently limiting the number of people inside the flagship store. And with that, I was able to walk around the store and check out all the merchandises without struggling through massive amount of people. They had loads of cute and fun T-shirts, mugs, towels, hats, bags, keychains, socks, backpacks… You name it, they will most likely have it. They have a seating area in the inside, bench-style. They also have three counters near the entrance for people who wants just have quick donut snacks without sitting down. The fun thing about this store is that you get to see how the Original Glazed is made, from the beginning to end! Most of everything seems to be automatic, from shaping the dough, to frying the dough. Pretty cool. THE doughnut everyone was excited about, available ONLY at this store… The Big Apple Doughnut. I was not planning to get into the hype of it all, but hey, you only live once, so why not… The staff brought it out and show it to us before placing it in a bag. I felt as if I was at some jewelry store. LOL. And yes, it comes in the fancy box. After trying several different kinds, including the The Big Apple, my favorite doughnut is their Original Glaze. They are so fluffy, light, and tasty! Here, the “simple of the best” is true. The issue I had was that I never got the reward point after spending a good amount of money. And when I contacted them on that, no reply… They need to work on customer service… So, with me not getting any rewards for my purchases, I am not eager to go back. But when I get the cravings for the Original Glaze, I will be back…

Nice donut, presentation and coffee choices, but there’s literally very few places to sit and enjoy your drink or donut would certainly go to a different coffee shop

The HOT light is false advertising here. They were serving room temperature ones. We had to ask for hot donuts and she said she would go in the back and get them. She came back a while later with a box of room temperature ones. They were not so tasty. If you are looking for the same experience as you had at a smaller Krispy Kreme store, look elsewhere. This was 10pm late at night - maybe they stopped making them? Also, staff were talking to each other and wasting time while people were waiting. They appeared not to care about the customers.

The quality is high, the flavors are good, and this is a naughty indulgence that we all love. The donuts are good, but not good for you.

Very bad service, the guy at booth entrance very rude almost violent. Is impossible that there is a manager at this place, even a regional manager. Don’t go to this place:

Had to come and see if what o read was as advertised when we saw they were opening. Finally got a chance to stop by for some donuts and coffee. The prices were higher than usual as expected considering the location. The atmosphere was ok as were the donuts and the service. Been to better locations. Been there, done that, next.

Staff was terrible. The lady was really unfriendly and rude. All workers were talking with each other or on their phones not attending to the one customer they had. Even the workers on the donut conveyer were huddled doing nothing. Once helped, the woman remained on a personal call on her headphones and was completely rude.

Extremely busy store but is managed really well by the staff. I got the big apple donut which in my opinion is worth trying once especially with the souvenir box included

It’s a Krispy Kreme store like you’d expect, just in a busy city location. The line gets long. The staff gets impatient with people who’ve stood in line all this time and still don’t know what they want (and it burns me up too). I tried the apple donut once - it’s cute for a picture, but I didn’t love the flavor/texture. I stuck with an original glazed and a chocolate iced custard filled - my usual order - for this visit. Great to pick up late night and take to the hotel room as a dessert after seeing a show.

The crowds are large and the line moves pretty slowly. The people are not that friendly. However the donuts are really good.

Stopped by this location a couple of times during recent trip to New York. My granddaughters first visit to a Krispy Kreme. She was able to see the making of the doughnuts and was given a free sample doughnut by one of the workers. Nice touch!

One of the absolute places to try at least once x taste the very donitd american. Attached inside a glass laboratory where you can see all the phases of doughnut processing. I also tried the due in the shape of 🍎 red apple that is produced only in the Times Square store ($13 but once in a lifetime you can definitely do it). TRY IT!

Dried out, expensive doughnuts. A branch like this one brings down the entire Krispy Kreme brand. It’s such a pity.I will not return.

I am from Georgia and very familiar with Krispy Kreme and their products. I don't eat them much anymore due to diet issues, but decided as a novelty and a treat in NYC I would get a nice hot doughnut. I got my treat and took one bite out of it before throwing it away. It was room temperature at best and I suspect at least a couple of hours old. On my way out I noticed their cooking device (visible to the public) was not currently operating. Shame on you Krispy Kreme.

This place is big and has a ton of choices. The donuts are very good. I tried four different kinds and loved them all. I’d go again.

Fun to watch them being prepared. Nice store and to get to sample the hot fresh donut was a bonus. Friendly staff and good location.

To have a quick breakfast is the ideal and cheapest place, I think they have raised the tables on purpose so as not to bivouac non-customers.

If you’re a fan of the Krispy Kreme, by all means go- they are made right there and you can see them roll off the fryer and under a shower of sugar glaze. Keep in mind- it’s expensive, in Times Square, not many paces to sit. However it’s a good place for a quick cup of coffee and a sugar rush!

Rude staff who need some customer service training. Give your money to someone who will appreciate it. Donuts were tasty but staff attitude left a lot to be desired.

I wanted to taste a doughnut in New York. You're done. It's sweet. The point is that there are little doughnuts that you buy in pairs. This makes it possible to test without excessively. It's still basic doughnuts.

Ok, how can you say no to fresh, warm, succulent donuts!!! You can’t so don’t even try..just give in!!! The entire time we were in NYC we kept stopping in for donuts. One donut turned into two and so on.. but we were on vacation so I figured I’d work off the calories when we got back. The only, only reason I didn’t give it 5 stars was because the last two days we went, the cashier/donut worker used the same gloved hand to put our donuts in the box that he used to handle the register and the money. They really should have wax paper or something to grab the donuts with besides their gloved hand. My donut obsession was so bad however, I couldnt hold back. My husband ate a lot more donuts than me so I didn’t feel so bad!!

We went in because the red "Hot Doughnuts" sign was lit. After standing in line for about 15 minutes the guy taking our order was a complete jerk. When we got our doughnuts we discovered not only were they NOT hot, they were COLD, yes COLD!! We got coffee and then tried to eat and drink inside out of the cold and were told we could not eat inside and were told to leave. We spent 10 days in New York over Thanksgiving and this was the only place where we encountered rude staff.

As a visitor I don't really know the Krispy Kreme brand, but I always like to try new things when in NYC. These doughnuts are really tasty. We even went back a second time :-)
Don’t bother
Our kids were excited to visit this store on time square only to find the rudest staff we’ve ever met, how this store has any customers I don’t know, girls serving were rude, impolite, uninterested and sniggering at customer’s, choosing to chat to each other rather than serve, acting like it was actually an inconvenience to serve, tutting and asking “yeah what you want!!!” Seriously give it a miss
