If you are visiting NYC and you love korean bbq (like i do) then this place is a must try !!! The place looks amazing!! And their BBQ meat is fresh and top quality.

This is a most unique experience. You are seated on both sides of long tables. In the centre of the table is a gas operated grill. The menu allows you to choose appetisers and pork or beef as the mains and a selection of sides. Once a selection is made, the raw meat and vegetables etc are brought to the table. The host/ hostess arrives to light the gas barbecue. They place the meat on the grill and cook it while you watch. Once done the meat is cut up with scissors into bite size bits and it is served with various sauces. It’s exquisitely delicious and we washed it down with sweet plum wine. A very good evening; a uniquely tasty, meaty experience.

This place is crazy. Loud DJ music, Bright lights, smoke in the air. An amazing menu with everything you can think of. Drinks that will get you in trouble because honestly they are just too good.

Always write down the name of the person you speak too. This is one of the first lessons to be learned when calling this restaurant to make a booking. After being told, it is walk in and there is no need to make a reservation, I bundled the family up, 2 year old included, braved the ice cold weather in NY and walked across to the restaurant, in the rain to add, only to be told that they only accept you if you had a reservation. After what seemed to be a meaningless debated with the hostess, who actually allowed people into the establishment without a reservation, in full view of us standing in the cold, I just thanked them for their "amazing service" and walked away. If you are looking for more than just what I hoped would be good food, there is plenty of "entertainment" that positions themselves at the doorsteps of this "family orientated" restaurant. Kudos to you!!!

The food was amazing, everything in the place was good fun and looked great but it's very expensive.

Great experience, food was very nice, very expensive and the restaurant was very busy not much room to move around

2nd-time to this place, love it the food is excellent, and a lively ambiance allows for conversation with friends while enjoying your meal and some music. The service was exceptional, cant wait to going again

My husband and I walked in and waited for a while. There people seated adjacent to us who’s order was taken prior to ours. When the waiter finally came to us, we were asking questions and he walked away from us to another table. We told the alleged manager who didn’t seem to care. The prejudice is not worth the money. Better quality down the street at letsmeatNYC

Friendly staff, cool ambience in the basement (loud music on ground floor). My sliced and marinated ribeye was a great experience. So was the BBQ’ing. My daughter had the marinated chicken which I found boring and dry. Wouldn’t mind coming again.

I got food poisoning today. It was terrible. It had lunch with my boyfriend... after 4 hours got sick. Don’t go here!!!!!!

Had a blast at Love Korean BBQ in Koreatown, NYC. The vibe was chill, and the staff were cool, cooking up some amazing food right at the table. There's a bit of a wait because it's popular, but definitely worth it. Great spot for a date night or just to hang with friends.

A hip Korean food joint in Koreatown right around the corner from the ESB. Had as good food at places for half the price, though. Just realize you're going for the ambience.

I really liked this place, they had a live DJ set, super spacious tables, they took the time to explain the menu options. It does get very full, so reserve or get there early.

Visiting from another state to try this place out and it just gave me a whole different experience! Newly modernized interior is well-fitted along with nice authentic korean dishes! Will visit again!

Decent (nothing really special) food, but very bad experience service wise. Host and waiters were aggressive we arrived in two groups (4 each) due to the rain. We had waiters surrounding us as sharks threatening to take our table if the rest of the party did not arrive within 5 minutes, this even when we were already consuming. I asked for the check, and they have not problem bringing it in a "please leave" attitude. There are many other options for better food, price and specially service. First and last time there!

Love delivered a array of great food . We started with the fried soft shell crabs , uni scallops and a jap chae honestly the appetizers are not what you get in a typical korean restaurant they were unique and different . Next came the main course Korean bbq it was one of the best korean bbq that I had outside of Korea. The meats were of high quality and the presentation was something I never see in nyc ktown. On a final note the steamed egg was amazing and I don’t know how it defuse gravity !!!!

We almost accidentally went to this restaurant in the Korean area (the reservation at another restaurant fell through), but it was lucky. The Korean barbecue is a similar experience to the corresponding Japanese teppanyaki: we were served by a very friendly and talkative young man. The course of the dinner (the table contains a grill) first involves the positioning of the side dishes and the various sauces and then the chef/waiter arrives with all the meat, which is gradually cooked on the griddle and served on a platter. Once it is used up, it proceeds with the next cut of meat until it runs out. Prices in line with those (high) of NYC: three of us spent 215 dollars drinking beer. However highly recommended

This Korean restaurant is located on the corner of 5th av and 32nd street. On both times that we went there we sat outside. The music was a bit loud but the atmosphere was fun, service very friendly , quick and attentive. They serve many Korean dishes including the famous Korean BBQ All the dishes we tried were delicious!

I don’t know where to start from... I usually never write reviews for restaurants but I have to for this one.. I am very picky with my meat and I usually don’t have a favorite korean bbq spot because they never really cook the meat the way i prefer. The waitress I had asked me how I like my meat cooked and that just left a good first impression of this restaurant! The quality of the meat is very good compared to other places in Queens and Manhattan. I highly recommend this place! Excited to go again.

Only thing that bothered us was very loud music (this was on a Thursday night). Otherwise the food was great (and plentiful) and service was friendly and quick

It was easy to get in and expensive to get out. The menu is in combinations of meat and vegetables that are cooked at the table along with the usual collection of Korean specialties. The combinations are not completely logical and the one for 2 people easily fed a group of 4. It was still expensive. I went to places like this by Songdo Beach in Korea, where it is a cheap meal. The meat was variable, all sliced thinly. Brisket is fatty and tough. The steak was tasty and tender. The pork was bland. The best parts were the all you can eat mini-dishes of kimchi, which was excellent, and the other usual items. There is nothing about Korea Town that appears to be Korean other than the restaurants. The group members all liked it. Service was excellent and the washroom as clean. I paid the bill.

This place is the one I like best. I eat in a lot of restaurants but to this one I go the most. The stuff is very warm and the cooking they serve is so delicious. I never miss an opportunity to have a nice meal here. I highly recommend this place. Super great service! Amazing experience and I loved the food I got.

Great food, but be warned, the portions are absolutely huge, so don’t over order. We four had some of the set meals and a few extras and there was enough food for six people! The meats were all cooked in front of us as is traditional in Korean restaurants, but there was a very young vibe with loud music, so not a typical Asian restaurant at all. We visited on a Tuesday evening but it was still very busy and clearly popular, always a good sign.

If you love Korean cuisine you can't miss trying this excellent restaurant. I will probably come back to try the BBQ, the meat has an exceptional colour

Was there for dinner with my daughter over the weekend and I was really impressed with everything. The place is brand new and everything was clean as can be. Being a bbq place you would expect smoke filled halls and smell of bbq but this place had smokeless grills so I didn't leave smelling like bbq. But mostly I was there for the food and I can't praise it enough! Seasoning was just right on everything they served. I highly recommend this place especially if it's your first time trying Korean BBQ because the staff speaks English, not like most other places where you have to order from pictures on the menu because the waitress can't recommend or explain any of the dishes. I will definitely eat here again.

Best Korean bbq in NewYork the service and quality of the meat exceeded my expectations! Great location and also nice for big groups!

We had a great evening here, arrived late and we were welcomed with great joy. Unbelievably good service and really good food. This was an experience. We had a great time.

Excellent! Everything ordered was delicious. Staff is extremely friendly and helpful. The music and live DJ was phenomenal. The atmosphere was fun and lively.

To be honest, this restaurant was out of my cuisine comfort zone. However, it managed to exceed expectations. We had the beef couples special. The meat and vegetables were cooked right in front of us. And the sauces that accompanied the meats were amazing. This is the first time we tried a rice cake and turns out this should be a staple of meals everywhere.

We found this restaurant when wandering around and it was one of our best discoveries of the week. Upon entering the staff were very friendly. Shown to our table and given the menu, we quickly decided we wanted to try the platter between us. The food came out fairly quickly with our waiter / chef cooking and explaining what the cuts of meat were and what side they paired with best. He was very knowledgeable and helpful. The food was cooked brilliantly, we had a lovely time, highly recommend.

We enjoyed the experience and the very fresh food. The music was also great and the waiter very nice. Lots of things to choose from

This is my go to spot for Korean BBQ, everything is delicious. The meat is so tender and perfectly seasoned. Every single one of the banchans was delicious and don't be shy to ask for more. The uni scallops are a must and you can't forget the nang myun after the meat. I can't wait for my next visit.

A great location and best food. I give it full marks for that. But the fact that you are almost kicked out immediately after the meal and can't even enjoy the food properly is really outrageous. It wasn't cheap either... Unfortunately, we don't know that from Europe. We also know how to sell tables several times in the evening, but not in such an impudent way... Unfortunately point deduction :-( We were thrilled with the food and service. Too bad...

The best meat I’ve ever had! Service is excellent. Everyone was extremely kind, even though it was very busy. I loved how they prepare the meat at your table, that gave an extra personal touch to the experience. Special thanks to Jango!

The meat selection is on point and everything is very fresh. My wife & I were very pleased with the quality of food and service. Check out the downstairs, nice vibe and atmosphere down there. The main floor is great too. They also offer private rooms upstairs if you need for more private group dining.

Excellent place, excellent experience and attention from the waiters, it was almost personalized, each cut was roasted and verified directly by the waiter and its presentation, flavor and portion was more than enough. Very nice place, I would return without hesitation.

I saw that this was the newest Korean BBQ establishment in Koreatown NYC that opened up very recently. As a tour manager for KPop artists, I went in for lunch with my team and artist before we had our show. THIS is what we ordered: SCALLOPS topped with UNI - cant say enough about this combo. must try for all UNI lovers. YOOKHWE - not the common yookhwe you see everyday. It was served in bite sizes wrapped with seasoned vegatables. as delicious it was, it was also aesthetically eye-pleasing. the two different textures of the meat and vegetables blended perfectly as if they were meant for each other. STEAMED EGG - all kbbqs serve this but this one really stands out. Visually its stunning. Overflowing like a volcano and...TRUFFLE OIL! I was actualy blown a way by the unusual use of truffle oil. It gave the dish that extra glaze/glow and the aroma was fantastic. When I took my first bite, I got a bit emotional because it was that amazing. Do not leave this place without having one. BEEF COMBO - let me keep this short and sweet. Presentation is at a new standard with this place. the plating of the meat when it arrived to the table is definitely photo worthy. The quality of the meat is top notch. My eyes said it. So did my tastebuds. And the staff are so well trained to cook every type of meat to perfection. They really dont play games here with every aspect of korean bbq. So thats a summary of my first and def not my last LOVE experience. If you LOVE KBBQ, then they'll def show you LOVE.

This establish is rude with a terrible staff. This place refused to communicate to the large group standing on line that seating has stopped. Man announced to his staff that seating is done . I only over heard cause I was walking in to go to the bathroom but he didn’t tell his staff to relay the message and didn’t tell his guest himself . The staff didn’t even look our way they sat there flirting with each other, chit chat etc. how do you not accommodate your guests that were there well before the last seating time and then after all of that just tell them sorry we don’t have the room due to corona. Say something but acting like you’re above speaking to your guests is atrocious

The staff was very nice. The food and cooking were amazing and the atmosphere was fun. My son and I found the place by chance and we are delighted we did.

Excellent service and tasty meat. Accompaniments at the top! The meat assortment is very generous and of high quality. One person at the table being vegetarian they prepared a special soup for her that was delicious. Things to do in the Korean Quarter.

Get. The. Skirt. Steak. Just trust me!! It’s the best I’ve ever had and I don’t even like meat?? Now I’m obsessed. This was our first meal in NYC and we still talk about it months later.

This place had a really nice interior. All the wait staffs greeted me nicely as I walked in. There were many selections on their menu such as beef, pork, chicken and seafood. The meat quality was very good. It was juicy and tender. Probably one of the best restaurants that I visited recently. Highly recommend this restaurant if you are looking for Korean BBQ!
Amazing Korean food
We were invited by friend for her birthday dinner there. It was very fun and yum. Cocktails were great. Food items were very delicious. Service was attentive. I loved their seafood pancake, grilled shrimps, tofu and hot pot fried rice. Most friends loved their barbecued beef steak, dumplings and bibimbap. Great place for group gatherings.
