Really good pizza, with a light and tasty dough. The place is very nice and crowded, I'm told there is always a lot of queue, but when I was there there was no queue. Of course, it is not a Neapolitan pizza, but it is definitely superior to many New York pizzas. An experience to try!

It was very nice in line, other than waiting, everything is going fast..we had a great pizza..Great for those who love to snack on the ground

Late night delivery order after hearing all the hype. Had the pepperoni and also the artichoke slice. The pepperoni was great don't get me wrong but I see why people love the artichoke. Creamy, flavorful, to five slice of my life!

What a great spot for a slice of pizza! You order at the counter and eat at a stand up table or outside. Great variety of pizza and a few desserts. Pizza was delicious. Patrons line up on the sidewalk waiting to order so be prepared for the weather. Service was quick and the place was packed. However patrons did not linger at the counters and moved on to accommodate those that are waiting. Try the desserts! We had tres leches cake and it was delicious! Highly recommend!

This place is extremely overrated. The pizza was dry. Very little cheese. Flavor was mediocre. With so many other options to get pizza I would suggest not waiting in the 3O min plus line of mostly tourists.

Delicious pizza!! It was a lovely atmosphere, friendly staff and the pizza was amazing! Worth the trip from Dumbo- we got a cab for about $18 and then got the subway from Marcy Ave back to Manhattan after.

Super overrated! It's not worth the super long lines and the price. The pizza is good but not great. Overall, I liked the 2 different types of pizzas I ordered, but not the sweet/honey flavour of the oil added to the crust.

Great local pizzeria. Emphatically not a restaurant, but take away or eat on the spot on a bench. Great price for a slice pizza (or a whole one)

We visited here on Sunday and the queue was bonkers, it was very hot and no pizza is worth that! We came back on a Tuesday, there was only 5 people in the queue so we joined and waited about 10 min to order then another 15 min after order placed, we went for new yorker, margarita & l'industrie slices. It was good, the hype left us a bit disappointed to be honest, the new yorker was the best of the 3 we tried but even then id say its just an above average level restaurant pizza, not the blow your socks off, mind blowing & life changing experience many proclaim it is, it is good though however its really not worth waiting hours like some people say it is.

I had their namesake slice of pizza, the " L'Industrie" for $7.50. It is made with prosciutto and burrata cheese. It's a good pizza, but I didn't fall in love with it the way so many people do. My biggest issue is that it isn't so much better than other options in the neighborhood to stand in line for 30-40 minutes to get. There was only a small line inside when I arrived and still took 15 minutes to get a slice of pizza. I would try it again if I didn't have to stand in line.

Good pizza just very overrated in my opinion! Service was fine just wish they a better system for dealing with high traffic.

What a fab find. A walk-in authentic pizzeria. Very busy but efficient service. Delicious options of pizza toppings (not your usual ones) and knowledgeable staff to help you decide. A few benches to rest your food on while you eat Maay need to queue to order but not a long wait. I loved it

Tried the fig jam and bacon pizza and it was the best pizza I have had in my life. We ate all over New York, including a food tour of Manhattan and some very high end establishments, and this pizza was the highlight of it all.

SOOOO disappointing. Absolutely NOT worth the hype, and certainly not worth the price. Good crust but barely any sauce, and the sauce was tastless at best, as was the burrata and that is apparently the most popular slice. So overrated. I've had tastier .99 cent pizza. Mamas too around the corner is 100 times better. Don't buy into the look of the ridiculous long lines. Tik tok made this popular and its not good! Never again!

Small spot but if you in the area you have to try one of their slices. Usually, a line but it really moves quickly and it's worth the wait.

Good pizza but not worth the wait nor the hype. You can find better for less. We had one large half cheese and half pepperoni. We enjoyed it. The line is long and the place is too small. We ate it in the car.

I had the lunch special - a wrap - here, which set me back by $20 but was so salty it was completely inedible and I had to throw 3/4 of it into trash. This is really hard to comprehend - chefs don’t try what they prepare…? Or they tried the sauce that went into the wrap, knew it’s extremely salty, but decided to go ahead nonetheless… which is even worse?

Very good pizza. But not worth the wait. I get standing in line for fifteen minutes to order. I've waited longer. But having to wait twenty minutes for your slice AFTER you ordered?! Together with fifty other irate customers, who have all paid and just want to grab their slice and go?! L'Industrie has really good pizza makers and really bad management.

Stopped here on a food tour earlier this month. Luckily we were able to beat the line. Staff must be beyond stressed but anytime we saw them they were smiling and friendly. Pizza has quality ingredients and looks picture perfect- and most importantly tastes picture perfect. Highly enjoyed it and you can see why it's such a viral spot!

Expect a long queue regardless of the time of day, but there is a reason. The best pizza in New York awaits! Good selection on offer. We tried a couple of different slices between us. The bacon and fig jam is our absolute favourite.
All saddle no horse
Pizza very good. More hype than good. All saddle no horse. As is common in the city cult like attraction. Nothing special about this place. There are many as good and many that are better. Not worth the wait in line
