We've been here twice for dinner. Excellent food, wine, and very good service; bright, elegant atmosphere. Our new favorite Italian restaurant in the neighborhood.

Such a good dining experience. Ate here twice, and such great value. The burrata with pesto and heirloom tomatoes was a delight, as was the Farro salad with a side order of salmon or shrimps, and what now seems completely missing in NY restaurants, reasonably priced wine …

This location of La Pecora Bianca NYC restaurant chain has a good value in its lunchtime fixe prix combinations. It's located near both the American Museum of Natural History & New York Historical Society, so it's a good choice for a Italian meal before visiting either of those museums on the same block. I had the combination of the roasted cauliflower + Tagliatelle (spaghetti) with tomato & beef sauce. This was followed by some lemon sorbet. All items were tasty, and service was reasonably quick on a very busy "Black Friday" lunchtime rush.

Located near the museum of natural sciences. Spacious room, clean and well-kept; some place outdoors. Friendly staff (and in NYC it is not so obvious) and fast. I ate a great cheese and pepper, well made and well cooked. Excellent prices compared to the New York average. To be taken into account

Conveniently located on the corner of Amsterdam and W 77th (close to Museum of Natural History and the C subway), La Pecora Bianca is a great place for friend gathering. We had an early reservation and the place was quite empty when we arrived but when we left it was quite full. Friendly staff, a fairly limiting food menu (no specials on this Wednesday evening), we opted for the tagliatelle with bolognese and ravioli, both were amazing. The cocktails were flowing and we had a great time. Will definitely return.

This place has high Google ratings and Resy ratings. I have no idea why. The food is bland, the wait staff incompetent and lazy and the noise level deafening. It has to be that their prices, low for the neighborhood.

Excellent solution after the natural history museum to please our 4-year-old son with a plate of pasta after 3 days. Of course you don't expect real Italian cuisine. The tagliatelle alla bolognese deserve. The others get eaten. Prices in line with New York. Between tax and tip 30/35 euros per plate.

We loved this restaurant - the ambiance, the food. Especially enjoyed the Zucchini Fries appetizer, but all of the food was excellent. Service was a little slow but it forced us to take our time and enjoy. They have a lovely patio here, though it is very sunny in the evenings depending on the time of year [we were here in June]. I would be a frequent customer if we lived in the city.

La Pecora Bianca is… fine. I've dined here a couple times. The space is bright and lively. Service was friendly but a bit slow, especially considering how crowded it wasn’t when we arrived. The food is just ok, not great not even good.. The pasta was fresh but slightly overcooked, and the sauces are somewhat bland. It doesn't really stand out compared to other Italian spots in the neighborhood at a similar price point. The drinks were solid — Aperol spritz was balanced — but nothing that made me want to come back just for that. Overall, you're better off going elsewhere, definitely not worth going out of my way for.

This is one of my favourite restaurants in NYC and since they opened in the UWS, I go more frequently. I have never eaten anyhting I did not love. Portions are perfect and service is always good and fast. You cannot miss the tiramisu or their vodka sauce. I try to book in advance because on some days it can be difficult to find where to sit.

Our group of four was seated quickly for our Sunday Brunch. Ordering a rather standard brunch, consisting of a round of drinks, four entrees and a couple of sides, four coffees and one shared dessert added up to about $300.00., which we found to be a less-than-reasonable value, along with a slow kitchen, intermittently attentive service and a rather amateur wait staff. Judging from the jumbled pile-up of strollers near the entrance, this seems to be kid-friendly eatery, but hardly worth a second visit, which was the unanimous sentiment of our group. Food was pretty good, as in standard, but nothing special. One can only wonder if they'll still be open next year.

Horrible service. Horrible managers. Made us eat in the rain due their idiotic policy that you can’t merge tables. Simply not worth dealing with people such as these.

Great food. Friendly welcome. Good wine selection. Quick service. Attentive staff. Good but quiet ambiance at table on upper floor.

Came across after coming out of Central Park - America Museum end. Great location. We ate outside on pavement . Food tasty. Service good.
I like it.
This Italian restaurant on the Upper West Side combines a charming and welcoming Mood with dishes full of authentic flavor. Al dente pastas, intense sauces and irresistible desserts make every visit special. Ideal for relaxed dining.
