It turns out the penthouse of Le Meridien on 57th Street is a stylish outdoor cocktail lounge with a good selection of signature drinks and great vibe. It was busy, the tables had good views and the service was good. Great place for post dinner drinks in midtown.

After attending a Broadway play my wife and I had reservations at the Paris Bar in the Le Meridien Hotel for dinner. Before that, we had a drink in Le Jardin, the roof top bar in the Le Meridien. The atmosphere is very nice with an interior seating section and an outer section with a bar and windows looking out at Central Park. You may order drinks only or a menu of small bites and bar snacks. The light, airy and elegant decor enhances the experience. I would recommend Le Jardin for cocktails and the roof top experience.
